Let's go back, if you don't mind, into the Middle East.

I am talking about a broad Middle East

about the competition between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

What the (french) journalists like to call the "match".

Don't you have the feeling that we have, on one side, Iran, which has lost a lot of time since 1979,

but which has always acted quite finely,

which has been successfull in its negociations with the americans concerning its nuclear program,

which is - as you said - maybe the only gainer in the Syrian war,

which is used to make smart geopolitical moves.

And, facing it,

a Salman ben abdelaziz Al Saoud who,

who looks like a beginner somehow. I think he is about my age,

maybe he is a bit young for all that.

He has been acting like a cowboy in Yemen,

The Saoudi government has a very negative image:

seen as walowed in money.

It did not welcome any refugee from the arab conflicts,

which also gives them a negative image in the arab world.

It played with fire by executing Nimr al Nimr at the beginning of 2015.

Saoudi Arabia continues, of course, to be wahabist,

and to be confronted - by the way - with the muslim brotherhood

who, with much more quietly, are doing in-depth work.

Well, Saoudi Arabia

with the rise of the young Salmane

has conducted an agressive policy,

in Yemen, it is a failure.

In fact,

if there is a situation

of humanitarian emergency, it is in Yemen,

not at all in East Aleppo

as our propaganda made us believe.

Which shows that the bad guys

are on Putin's side and that the good guys are certainly somewhere else.

So, the new leader, the prince Salman

has adopted a policy which I would qualify as a risky one, as far as

he doesn't have an experienced army,

he thought that in Yemen it would be easy.

He should have remembered the expedition of Gamal Abdel Nasser in the 60s,

which ended with the loss of nearly 40 000 egyptian soldiers.

In fact in the mountains you are facing tough people,

headstrong ones, who know how to fight. Which is not at all the case concerning fighters of the plains.

As a whole, he has bombarded so much that we are now facing a truly disastrous humanitarian situation in Yemen.

But it is poorly related because us, europeans, we do not have local observers, we do not have TVs on site.

the situation in Yemen. More and more.

So, in fact, in the game between Saoudi Arabia and Iran,

today, the winner, without discussion, is Iran.

Iran has an excellent ally in Lebanon

the Hezbollah, which, both politically and militarily, is the main force in Lebanon.

Iran has at its disposal a shiite regime in Baghdad.

The paradox is that Iraq has been lost by Iran

in 1517, when the Ottoman Empire takes control over Iran,

and in 2003,

after a complete misjudgment, the United States,

lead by the neo-conservatives

did, finally, in the facts, gave back Iran..

I mean they gave back Iraq to Iran.

Which means that this war, which was, in principle, to reshape the great Middle-East

which means that they wanted to get rid of the iranian regime.

It has been a total failure, which has, in practice, strengthened Iran.

So Iran is now in Baghdad,

after what they supported the regime of Bashar-al-asad, they saved it in 2013

with the Hezbollah, and they continued to save it.

The russians saved the day of the regime in 2015, 2016.

And today Iran is in the best possible situation,

with their presence through militias within syria.

Which kind of militias? First the Pasdaran,

the Al-Qods militias,

militias of iraki origins,

shia militias from Pakistan,

they also have Azara militias, that is to say shia militias from Afghanistan

which fight in Syria, and which are probably going to stay there.

Which means that it is not impossible to say that

a relative religious recomposition of Syria might happen.

With less Sunnis in proportion, as far as some left and are probably not going to come back,

and more Shiites, as some are coming from foreign countries.

So very interesting things are happening, of which we don't see clearly the countours,

but of which we can see the trajectory.

Voilà.

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY - Eating healthy with a busy schedule - Duration: 7:32.

Hello everyone ! Today, I am going to share with you what I share in a normal day of eating.

I really want to show you that eating healthy and tasty does not have to be expensive or complicated. I am also going to share with you one of my favorite snack recipe because it i s so easy to make !

LET'S GO :))

So we are going to start with breakfast ! As last time I showed you a savory breakfast, because this is what I eat the most as it allows to stabilize your insulin throughout the day, I am going to share with you a sweet breakfast for those of you who prefer them.

So it is a porridge made with egg white, protein powder, zucchini for the volume, and topped with granola, banana and peanut butter !

This is a great brekafast if you want to be satisfied all morning till lunch ! It does not have great press is France but porridge is so good hahaha

The secret is in the toppings :)))

So now its lunch time. I made a homemade "tabouli" with quinoa, chicken breasts, veggies, spinach, and topped with basilic and spices !

My best tip for chicken breast, not to get bored with the taste, is to change your marinade : use mustard, use herbs, use spices to mix it up !

Its my best tip to get some variation, change also the way to cook it (pan or oven)

I am going to share with you my recipe to make energy balls. It is a great snack you can prep in advance and you have some for the entire week !

You just need oats; dates; protein powder and peanut butter !

You just have to mix oats first; then you add all the other ingredients, until you get a think dough !

It has to look like this, then you are going to roll it ! You can also add nuts and almonds to get that extra crunch !

So what I do is I roll them all and but them in a freezer bag; you just to have to take them out and with you for the day ahead !

It is so quick and easy to make; would love to see it on Insta if you make them, tag me so I can see it !

What I HATE is to see "fit girls" on Instagram who look perfect and people think they had to eat nothing or did hours of cardio in order to get that body.

Whether they are using Photoshop, or they just worked really hard in order to get that body, because yes some work really hard, making sure they were eating enough, lifting heavy and taking enough rest to grow muscles.

You DO NOT HAVE to do hours of cardio, you DO NOT HAVE to cut carbs, and I hope you can understand that with my videos !

VERY SLIM, EVEN IN A

Unboxing The Park Tool PRS-22 Team Issue Repair Stand – Win With GCN! - Duration: 4:55.

- If you ever do any maintenance on your bike,

you'll be familiar with the name, Park Tool.

They have a tool for just about everything bike related

and in fact, a few that aren't.

Like, a pizza cutter and a bottle opener.

When I tell you then that this isn't just

a plain old cardboard box sat next to me,

but it is in fact, a park tool branded cardboard box.

I suspect you're gonna be getting a little bit excited now,

because as you'll be familiar with, I'm sure,

you can win this cardboard box and the contents of it.

but for now, you probably wanna see

what's inside this cardboard box.

How quickly do you think you'll

be able to work out what this is?

The size should be a bit of a giveaway.

If that was a tool of some kind, like a wrench

or an allen key, there would be

quite a lot of leverage there.

It's a work stand, you already knew that, I know.

You clicked on a video with that in the title

and there was a giant picture of it,

but nevertheless, we got to try

and give you a bit of suspense while we can.

This is, the PRS-22, more commonly known

as the team issue repair stand.

A very good reason because it's the choice

of pro race mechanics, the world over.

Repair stands are just brilliant, period.

They make just about every single maintenance job

that you do on your bike, easier.

They remove the risk of needing to carefully

balance your bike, and therefore

scuffing your saddle on the wall

or scratching the top tube, and indeed,

it stops you turning your bike over, upside down,

whereby you then scratch your brake lever hoods

and indeed, your poor old saddle again.

What sets this stand apart then,

firstly, is the fact that it is

really light and really portable.

It's made out of a mix of 6063 T6 aluminium

and composite materials, and it weighs in

at just 5.67 kilos, meaning that, even I, can lift it.

And, as we've already seen, it's completely foldable.

As well as, the materials when it is light,

actually much of that, is down to the design.

It doesn't have to be that big

and that's because, the way it holds your bike,

is by the front fork here, with the bottom bracket

then resting on that dedicated support there

and as well as being light and portable,

there is also one huge benefit to that,

straight out of the box.

And that is that no tubes, need to be clamped.

Clamping itself, doesn't have to be bad,

but it can be absolutely catastrophic.

Particularly even delicate carbon

and so this design, completely gets away from that.

The only point of your bike that is firmly attached

to the stand then, is your front fork

and let's face it, that likes to be clamped.

Given the different standards though,

you'll probably imagine that could be a bit of a headache.

But no, we have a quick release on there

and it's also compatible with 12mm, 15mm

and 20mm through axles.

So, should you wish, you could work on your downhill bike

on this stand, because you got one, I'm sure.

Then when you've got your bike on there,

you can easily adjust the distance

between the fork clamp and your bottom bracket mount,

so that you can adjust it with just one hand

with that dial there, to accommodate

different lengths of bikes and then you can also,

change the height of this stand as well,

with just a couple of quick release levers there.

So you can go from 76cms high,

where you could comfortably take your handlebars

right out to a 114cms high,

where it'll make it easier to index your gears.

So you can always work at the appropriate height like,

in fact, a good office chair, and if you permit me,

to stick with this weak analogy for one more minute,

just like a good office chair, it also swivels!

And also, like a good office chair,

it also swivels, meaning that it is mega

for bike cleaning so you don't do

what I sometimes do and forget to clean the other side.

But then you can also do more complex tasks as well,

like re-cabling or fitting new cranks.

You can totally see why pro mechanics

are all over these, can't you?
