Youtube daily report Jun 4 2017

Welcome guys, come here BWHZ

Our interviewee today is the rogue BWHZ

And he'll be telling us some tips about rogue

Thank you to all who are watching us

Let's start the questions

Tell us when you started playing?

so.. you play since 2014

Cool, same with me

Among all the classes why did you choose rogue?

What motivated you to choose her

But did you play with other classes? Mage? War?

I also tested other classes but I did not like it

True, I also think warrior is slow , especially in attack

You are one of the few Brazilians who have reached rank

tell us, did you work hard?

Is it very difficult to do this?

There are many things and many details

Especially the elite aps

Doing it alone should be very annoying, it's good to have friends

Changing the subject, tell us the cheap pets you indicate for one rogue who wants play pve

I also like Breeze, Toxy, and Slink

They also are not very expensive but you need to farm a bit

Now, what cheap pets do you indicate for a rogue pvp?

I think slink too

Would you like a drink? You're a little shy

To see if you let loose in the interview haha

It must be your first time doing this kind of thing, right?

your rogue now its pve or pvp?

the skills

hehe I forgot that detail

So tell us which skills do you suggest for one rogue pve?

I use these two too

i use trap too

I do not really like the noxious, i prefer shadow pierce

but you don't need shadow because you are using speed set

Now the question everyone wants to know

How did you farm your gold?

What tips do you have for us?

so you really farm your gold

events, dragonite, planarite

That basic thing of all

So you're not part of the platinum or merchant team?

Ranking life should be difficult

Changing the subject again, everyone knows that rogue is often harassed in the game

Has anyone ever flirted with you in the game?

Some people think that because you chose rogue, you must be a girl

I think this happens to most rogues

Returning to pets, tell us pets for pve without limit of gold

I do not really like nekro in pve, but there are people who like it because it takes the stun and protects a little of the curse

In the general sense, which is the best pet?

of all in the arcane?

The most complete?

I like Nekro more for pvp, I think Mishi is the best for pve

But the prices of pets are very expensive, especially the arcane

It's hard to get a good pet for a good price.

In fact, this aps given price inflation

Give a message to players who are starting AL

I'm not just talking about ranking, but overall

General tips

But who are trying ranking, do not give up, maybe you can.

Well, I will not take much of your time. You have another things to do, like aps :P

elite aps right? 1k boss, 10k mobs.. and m6 aps

I think they are the most annoying to do.

Lots of runs and you can not do it alone

So that's all for today, any message for your friends?

bwhz send a hug

So, that's all, thank you for watch, give me your like, subscribe and share the video!

Oh, my God! Norman! Norman!

Back to formula?

Weird.

- Peter? - Yeah?

Are you all right?

Uh..I'm fine.

- Any better this morning? Any change? - Change?

Yep. Big change.

- Well, hurry up. You're going to be late. - Right.

Okay?!

- Goodness me! - Jeez. I thought you were sick.

- I got better. - You See?

- Bye, guys. - You haven't eaten anything, have you got your lunch money?

- Yeah I've got it. - Hey Michaelangelo, don't forget we're painting the kitchen right after school. Got it?

Sure, Uncle Ben. Don't start without me.

And don't start up with me.

Teenagers. Raging hormones. They never change.

You're trash! You're always gonna be trash just like her!

- I have to go to school. - Who's stopping you?

Hi, M.J.

Hey, M.J.

I don't know if you realize this, but we've been neighbors since I was 6.

And I was wondering if we could get together sometime?

I got the car. Hop in.

Do something fun? Or, I don't know.

I thought it'd be time to get to know each other.

Or not.

Sorry, Parker, the bus is full!

- Stop the bus! - Catch a cab!

Tell him to stop.

- Check him out! - Dork!.(CoolestClips4K)

Céline Dion & Daniel Lévi - L'envie d'aimer (English & French subtitles) - Duration: 5:22.

It's so simple,

Love

So possible,

Love

For those that listen for it

And look around

For those that really want it

It takes nothing

To believe in it

But, as with anything,

However,

It's worthwhile

To want it,

To seek it,

All the time

Tomorrow, it will be us

We will find a way

So that the love

We will give to others

Gives us the desire to love

It's so short

A life

So fragile

As well

That running

After time

Leaves nothing left

For living

Tomorrow, it will be us

We will find a way

So that the love

We will give to others

Gives us the desire to love

Tonight, it will be us

For us to want it

To make it so that the love

We will have shared

Gives us the desire to love

It's so strong

It's everything,

Love

- Love

Since we wait for it

- Since we wait for it

From life to life

From the dawn

Of time

Tonight, it will be us

It will be us that wants it

So that the love

We will give to others

Gives us the desire to love

Tonight, it will be us

For us to want it

To make it so that the love

We will have shared

Gives us the desire to love

Tonight, it will be us

For us to want it

To make it so that the love

We will have shared

Gives us the desire to love

Gives the desire to love

Your data or your freedom? - (VPRO documentary - 2014) - Duration: 48:06.

You can see technology has made this possible...

...but also that it's used without any limits just because it's possible...

...without anyone saying: Wait a second, this goes beyond all limits...

...the limits of fundamental rights.

Fundamental human rights were being stretched...

...and all the security nets had holes in them.

Nothing protected us, we were basically naked.

Whether it's the Russians, the Chinese or the Iranians.

That happens to be the focus of my research.

So for me, when we saw some of those programs come out in America...

...I wasn't shocked and didn't have a profound existential crisis. No.

I have mixed feelings about it.

Something rational: I recognised things that I already knew...

...but that I lived through again emotionally.

And that really was a big shock...

...because I thought I would never have to feel that again.

We all knew we lived in two environments.

One environment where you could speak freely: at home, with family and friends.

And a public environment: school, strangers...

...where you had to watch what you said, where words could become dangerous.

In first grade, at age six, I already knew words could be dangerous.

Like other East German citizens, I practised self-censorship...

...and limited my own freedom of speech. Just in case.

That's a terrible feeling. But now it feels even more horrible.

Back then I could go out onto the street or visit friends.

Me and two friends could sit at a table and if there was no Stasi agent present...

...you knew nobody was spying on you. Now we don't have that certainty.

There are CCTV cameras everywhere.

They can record where I'm going, with whom and what I'm doing.

Surveillance now is more comprehensive, more total.

I'm always conscious of whether I'm communicating securely.

Sometimes during a conversation we might touch on a certain topic...

...and then I tell my interlocutor: Stop, you have a mobile phone. So do I.

Let's talk about this another time...

...or let's put our mobile phones somewhere else.

I do that. I also have a sticker on the camera of my laptop.

To prevent someone from filming my house...

...so that they can see my house. I do that too.

I encrypt my online communication...

...also when I just want to say that I'll be home half an hour later.

I believe we should build a very big haystack.

At the very least we have to make it hard for intelligence agencies...

...by protecting the needles that need protecting even better.

When Google buys such a company...

...Google doesn't just want to know what I'm searching and who I'm emailing.

A company like Google really wants to be everywhere.

They want to capture every single data stream that you generate.

The photos I take. Picasa is owned by Google.

The movies I watch and make. YouTube is also owned by Google.

They're capturing what's happening in your car...

...they're capturing what's happening in your bedroom with the thermostat...

...and in your pockets through your phone.

Now they want to know when I use my washing machine and how often...

...how much energy my stove uses and when it's on.

That way they can see when I'm home.

Eventually they're going to buy a company that manufactures smart beds...

...and capture what's happening in your bed.

Ultimately they would want to know what you're dreaming about.

When you combine that with all the other information...

...you can build a complete profile of someone and their social networks.

That's the wet dream of a Stasi agent.

I have a dumb phone in my pocket. I just don't collect data about myself.

My decision is very rigidly absolute.

I just don't have the temptation of selling it. There is nothing to sell.

The fact that all the data that Google and Facebook are collecting...

...will eventually be put to uses other than advertising.

It might be used to price risk.

What's the risk that you'll get into an accident if you're driving?

What's the risk your house will catch fire?

If that's what they can do, then they can also be in the insurance business...

...they can be in the banking business and many other businesses.

They are actually probably standing to disrupt...

...the banking industry and the insurance industry in the next five to ten years.

We also see changes in the logic of many of these commercial players.

Instead of assuming you don't want to track yourself...

...because you care about your privacy or just because you're too lazy...

...they'll start assuming that you don't do that because you have something to hide.

That's how people who don't have a smartphone...

...or people who leave no data trail are already perceived.

And I just don't know why we actually want to move to a society...

...where people who are guilty of nothing...

...have to take pro-active steps to prove that they're not guilty.

That's a kind of Kafkaesque situation...

...which I think we would rather avoid, but I think that will be the consequence.

That will be the consequence, not because it's driven by...

...the surveillance state or national security state...

You can even forget about those two.

You'll end up in this situation solely because of the market consequences.

Because again, reputation will become the key to all of this.

And as long as it's the key to all of this...

...you'll be pro-actively forced to do something to shape it.

The elephant in the room is that most consumers, who are not geeks...

...who don't go to Computer Chaos Congress in Berlin...

...those people don't really have such concerns...

...and actually have economic incentives...

...to record everything that happens to them...

...and to figure out how to make money out of it.

If that's the environment in which we're in...

...then we have to be doing very different kinds of interventions.

And I haven't seen them so far.

You sound very disappointed.

Well, I am.

Again in part because the debate has been extremely boring.

For me surveillance is one of the many problems.

It might not even be the most important problem...

...that stems from the circulation of data.

For me, the greatest problem comes from the proliferation of data.

To me, that's the danger. Armed with more and more data...

...our bureaucratic institutions will be able to do things...

...which are good for us as consumers...

...but not necessarily good for us as citizens.

So instead of going after the root causes of issues...

...they just go about the symptoms.

Look at, for example, the use of data...

...that may be coming out of a country like Yemen.

So you can monitor what every single kid in Yemen is doing on Facebook.

You can monitor what they're doing with their cell phones...

...and rank kids in Yemen based on how likely they are to blow up an airplane.

Then you have the top ten kids in Yemen...

...and you just say: We're not going to let those people board a plane to America.

Problem of terrorism solved.

To me a somewhat more ambitious, more democratic...

...and more politically conscious way to go about that problem...

...would be to stop for a little bit, put the data aside and ask a simple question...

...as to why those kids actually want to blow up American airplanes.

If you do that you might discover...

...that the reason they do that might have something to do...

...with the use of drone warfare against their fathers.

Or you want to fight a problem like obesity. Smartphones, for example.

It allows you to do two things: It allows you to record data...

...so you actually know what people are eating, how much they're exercising.

You can capture everything about their activity, right?

And then figure out where on that curve they are, how unhealthy they are.

How unproductive they are. And the fact that you have a screen...

...you have the ability to intervene, allows you to generate the perfect nudge...

...and to get them to do what the policymaker wants them to do.

We're entering a new mode of politics...

...where we're no longer talking about what matters.

We're not talking about why things happen.

The reason why we're obese is because we're stupid or don't exercise enough.

Or we just basically don't have the strong will.

It's not because there's no income for us to buy healthy food...

...or we don't have a car to drive to the farmer's market...

...or because there's no infrastructure where we can exercise.

Or it's because perhaps food companies...

...have so much power in Washington that they can advertise to kids in any way.

Or they don't want food labelling. There are all sorts of bigger structural issues...

...that are not at all reflective of who we are and what we do...

...and of failings that are responsible for a problem like obesity.

But in order to grasp all those potentialities...

...and to prevent them from happening...

...and then to also figure out why we shouldn't treat data as property.

Because the more we treat it as property, the more data people will sell to Google.

To figure that all out you need a much more complex picture of economics...

...and structural changes in economy.

What's happening in terms of finance, financialisation, all of those things...

...which are currently not on the table...

...at most of the gatherings of computer people.

Again, if you look at the gatherings of the Chaos Computer Club.

Those are very good people, all of them have very noble goals.

But just for the reason that they're mostly technologists...

...they would rather talk about cryptography than financialisation.

We need to figure out how geeks can start talking about politics and economics.

Because I don't really expect people...

...who are concerned with the economy or politics to learn cryptography.

So you expect something from geeks, but you don't see it happening.

Well, maybe I'm blind, but no, do you?

No, I don't see that happening.

I'm trying to make that happen. You can't blame me.

I write an essay every week. But yes, I don't see that happening.

Why is it not happening?

Because this is hard stuff. You need to sit at home and read Weber and Habermas.

It's not playing World of Warcraft.

It's not like you're going to wake up tomorrow...

...and suddenly understand how the modern system of bureaucracy...

...has come into existence in the last two centuries.

It's not the kind of thing you can read up on Wikipedia in two hours.

I'm not blaming them for not immediately grasping everything they ought to grasp...

...about how the modern state functions. It'd be naïve to expect them to do that.

But there needs to be a reorientation of this debate.

Look, in five years whenever you walk down the street...

...you'll get a popup on your phone telling you: Would you want to trade...

...all your data from today for 50 euros?

Most people, I'm sure, would be saying yes.

That's what I've been trying to do: Trying to show that...

Great, let's continue doing work on cryptography, on laws...

...but if we just do those two things...

...in five years we're going to be hit with a more profound realisation...

...that neither tools nor laws are actually wanted by citizens.

Or most citizens anyway...

...because dissidents will still want the cryptography and the laws.

But people who have very little to hide...

...are going to profit from these new market incentives...

...thus perhaps making it impossible for dissidents to exist as a group, structurally.

So you never met a politician who you thought...

Look, I've met quite a few politicians, many of them in Europe...

...who are willing to listen and with whom I talk every now and then.

The problem is that...

They're not going to turn it...

...into the major political and social movement that it ought to be.

Unless they can discursively liberate themselves...

...from this bullshit empire built by Silicon Valley.

I see very few positive developments from politicians...

...who again just prefer to bash the NSA.

Look at European politicians. What do they want? They want to bash America.

Let's bash the NSA, let's bash Google.

And let's empower, I don't know, Deutsche Telekom.

Because great, we'll empower Deutsche Telekom...

...and then the German surveillance services...

...are doing exactly the kind of surveillance the NSA is doing.

So instead of surveillance that is made in the USA...

...you now have surveillance made in Germany.

Who uses the internet every day?

Almost everybody? What do you do online? What do you do?

Games.

YouTube, of course. And you?

Typing course? Good.

But do we know what it is? How it works? And who's the boss?

Have a look to see what you can find about yourself.

My name is Swan Stikker so I only find stickers of swans.

That's my father.

Let's see if he has any secrets.

Sure, let's do something in Iceland, but...

Don't get me wrong. Those apps need to be built...

...for people who are doing important work in social movements, dissidents.

People who actually need secure tools...

...to continue the very dangerous work they're doing.

But it's not going to be of much use to the general population...

...until the general population figures out...

...that they cannot continue consuming data and entertainment...

...and paying for it with their personal information.

That's the change that needs to happen, intellectually.

Without that change those tools are going to be used by 1% of the population.

But who is the enemy? - That's a complicated question.

I think it's too easy to say: the American secret service.

Likewise you also can't say: all secret services.

We are our own enemy if we practise self-censorship...

...and do nothing against it, and keep silent out of cowardice.

When we're too lazy and slow to go out onto the street...

...and don't speak out for fear of the consequences...

...then we are our own worst enemies.

Only then do we enable that power to be abused.

We legitimise that power. We vote for these politicians.

We don't vote them out, don't storm their offices, let them do their thing...

...while we do our shopping and watch TV like everything's normal.

An apathetic populace is democracy's biggest enemy...

...because it makes the abuse of power possible.

Hello, Berlin.

I wish there were 100 times more people here.

25 years ago the Berlin Wall came down.

On November 11, I stood on the wall behind that gate with my mother...

...with 10 times as many people as are here now.

People are walking with arms linked, they're climbing over fences...

...walking towards West-Berlin.

I just want to have a look. I'm not going to the other side.

There are many people on the wall. I can't see how many.

Police, to my right, are moving towards the wall.

More police, on the right.

At least 300 police officers are at the wall.

Armed, so I've heard.

But people here say they can't shoot...

...because they're being watched, basically.

We're behind the Brandenburg Gate. Don't get too close.

It's full of people shouting with joy, clapping, yelling.

Good luck.

We must realise that the mass, the people, possess power.

Back then people shouted 'we are the people'. A powerful slogan.

We could feel we were a large crowd and how much power we had...

...because there were so many of us in the streets.

And that feeling, that memory people must feel again.

Alice Walker once said:

'The main reason why people don't have power...

...is because they think they don't have any power.'

We're seeing that again today.

So few people go out to demonstrate, because they think it's useless anyway.

Are you happy?

I can't say.

You are happy, I can see it.

He is happy.

The space for civil disobedience, dissent, for taking an active stance...

...as to whether you want to do something or not, that counts as well.

There is this very interesting phenomenon happening right now.

We are being deprived of an opportunity...

...to decide not to do something.

But I think that will result in us not having that space...

...in which our subjectivity can actually emerge...

...and get formed in an environment where we still have space...

...to make decisions that are of our own will...

...and are driven by some political, ethical and moral idea...

...of what's good and what's not good.

The fact that we will all be getting very complacent and boring...

...and extremely safe individuals, that's the danger.

Rainbow Willow Tree Q Tip Acrylic Painting for Beginners tutorial 🌈🎨💜 - Duration: 18:02.

Hi I'm Cinnamon Cooney your Art

Sherpa and today I'm so excited

to show you how you absolutely

can paint this gorgeous Rainbow

Tree easily at home.

Get your ear buds get your

paint, come back and meet me at

the easel right now we're going

to get started.

Let's look at the materials

that we have today so we can

make this fabulous and easy

tree.

I have a 9 by 12 canvas

board. This is pre-gessoed,

it's ready to paint.

You don't need to do another

thing to it.

The paint!

I have a dark red,

light red,

an orange,

yellow, green,

blue, purple,

and of course a white and a

black.

For the exact colors check

the description below if you

want to get exactly what I

have.

Let's start painting in the

background.

So take your big wide brush

that you have. You want to

brush for that stiff filaments

that synthetic not natural

hairs or bristles because

you don't want it to pull in

too much water.

I am going to give it a little

bit wet and drag off the extra

water.

Off the side of my lid.

I'm going check that Mehan see

that's not soaking.

I'm going to load up on this

side of the brush and then I'm

going to flip it over load up

on this side pain on both

sides.

I'm going to get a little bit

of my black on the tip here and

a little bit of my black on the

tip here and I'm going to come

over to my canvas and I'm going

to make a diagonal brush

stroke try to go from this

corner to this corner

is your goal.

You don't have to be perfect.

It's just what you're trying to

do to make that windy

day feeling.

It's real easy process

to make a windy day feeling

Seaham letting it be streaky.

The streaking this is helping

me create my wind come here

again load on this side flip

the brush over load on this

side little bit on the corner

here little bit on the corner

here.

Come back.

See how when you make

the strokes it creates the

streaks for you and you're not

even work in or

ain't taking these strokes

right off my canvas trying

to keep them as diagonal as I

can.

Right.

And a little more paint We're

almost done flip

and flip.

Oh I put out the right amount

of paint. That's always

exciting when I do that.

Another little bit on this

corner another little bit on

this corner and just come

finish this canvas off.

We just want to cover all the

canvas with paint.

There we go and have it be nice

and blustery

right. Feel like blowing

windy.

Sometimes that happens.

Happens to everybody.

Don't mess with your going.

All right. I'm going to rinse

out my brush

dry it off and put it to the

side and clean that out really

good later.

Now for the next part

you're going to want to try and

canvas really well

and that takes some kids shock

that I run through a sharpener

because you may not know this

but you can sharpen.

Kids chalk to get a nice point.

I'm in a sketch in my hill and

my tree and the tree shape real

quick. So when I do my Q-tips

I know what it's like but

listen if drawing is not your

thing don't worry about it

in the description below will

be a link to a traceable so you

can kind of get that shape in

yourself because it's more

important than you paint.

Then you worry about if you're

drawing today or not.

You can always learn to draw.

It's really fun.

All right. I'm going to come

from about three inches

on the left hand side

up and make a little mark and

I'm going to come over to if

you think about it like four

fingers over from the side a

few inches and make a wandering

down hill. My Hill is going to

wander down.

That's where this tree lives.

And another thing I'm going to

do is I'm going to make a

beautiful burrowing Willow.

And so if you think about the

letters see I'm going to come

right here starting at the

middle of the canvas down about

forefingers just so it doesn't

get away from me and make an

interesting bowing shape once

I have that I'm

going to sketch in.

My blowing Willo

form and it's just a light

sketch. It's just so I know

where to put my Q-tips

so that my it has shape

in is whimsical.

I love to think about things

when they're whimsical and so

that really helps me.

Now we get to start with the

Q-tips which is the most fun

part.

So I'm going to grab a bigger

bunch of my Q-tips have small

bunches and big bunches but the

back of the tree is fairly big

a comment and I'm going to just

dab them into my dark

red paint.

This is a dark red.

So sometimes things can be red

but be different kind of

colors.

So this one is dark red.

I like to do a dark

red on my rainbow

because I think it helps it be

really bright and cheerful.

So I'm just dabbing this down

oh let's make some uneven

shapes. Trees have little

branches they have personality

don't they.

And you want to make sure that

when you're painting your tree

you think about trees with

personalities.

If you want to get some detail

you can dab even on the

edge here a little bit.

Right.

Sometimes there's a bit of

little furs and things that

come up. I can come with my

finger and tap those down.

These particular Q-tips don't

give me as much hair.

Little furry boots.

But you know

it's all workable.

It's all part of the art.

All right. When I have about

two and a half inches of that

I'm going to flip this bunch of

Q-tips over and come get my

lighter red.

And I'm going to

just dab a little bit see how

this red against this darker

red feels very like great 1G

red.

The contrast did these two

really I think helps

this tree look very special.

Right now it's come down maybe

make a little blowing

branch tree a little

bit slowing down.

I like that and

I've got a nice result there.

We'll put these to the side and

they get another little bunch

of Q-Tips.

I'm going to arrange them so

that they're in a cluster that

I like. Oh that's a good

cluster that I like right

there.

So pinch those in.

This is my orange.

I'm going to dab those up and

down into my orange.

Oh that's really pretty

right.

Here's a little tip sometimes

if you want to make sure that

you have some brake color

before you go back and do the

blend into the color that

you've got put down.

Make sure you put out some very

bright color that will

really help your rainbow

pop.

Putting in some very bright

colors. Oh let's wander a

little bit of this up.

Like you do.

I might even come back and

have a little orange down this

wandering tree branch.

Come back into this a little

bit here and there.

Look at that nice.

Blend that we have going

that's pretty great.

I'm going to get a smaller

bunch now that I have

this is just for

and I'm going to come and get

some yellow.

I'm going to make a point of

doing some yellow here.

Before going into the orange

because I want some really

bright yellow

and then maybe this yellow.

Also comes down.

Just a little bit

just a little.

So you haven't quite blended it

in yet. And the reason being

is when I do blend it in it's

going to start being just

bright yellow and start having

some orange see that how

it blends right on the canvas.

Smil

says super fun super easy

Senao are really working our

rainbow.

Red orange yellow.

Very cool.

Another little trick you can do

is get a little bit of your

white and add it to your

yellow.

That will help some of it be

bright.

Hey I like that that's looking

really really good with that to

the side.

Get another little small bunch

of Q-tips this time I've got

three and I'm going to come

on. Interesting thing this

green is really dark and I want

it to be bright so I don't

actually mix my green

and yellow together a bit to

make a bright green

because I want this to feel

very bright and Rainbow ish.

I might even take some rain

back there.

In this case because I want the

bright green I can let

them wind a little bit.

Oh that's wonder a little

strange branch up here.

Yes we want to can

curve it here and there.

Oh and get some of my darker

green.

Right there.

Does all look really nice.

Together.

Flip this over.

Let's get some blue.

I might put out a little more

white paint because

it'll help my blue pop

just the blue. I have.

Right. If your blue is really

dark it can help but be very

bright. I'm getting a little

pain on my hands but they clean

up real easy so I'm not worried

about it and I'm just dad

this wonderful bright

exciting blue.

Coming on out.

Now fine.

Maybe up into the blue here.

Look at that.

That's a rainbow tree.

Now I'm going to get to Q-tips

I'm going to get my purple

maybe add some white to you can

really see the purple

I'm going to blend out

a little wandering

bit of this tree

with the purple

take that purple up the back

here and take out a little

blowing branch.

And this just so pretty

right.

All done with that.

That's all I need to do.

Q-tips down time to paint

in our tree and.

This is going to be really fun.

Get your round brush.

This isn't number four round

with a very nice point.

The synthetic fibers

filaments and they're very

stiff so that will really help

me get a nice line.

I've taken off all the extra

water so I wouldn't want this

to be soaking and I want to

just load this up

on my brush.

I'm going to come right here

very lightly.

Just for the line that I had

sketched in

OK let's make this tree a

little bit interesting.

Trees are thicker at the base

so that's that can the base up

I'm going to just give it

an interesting little root

going off that way should have

an interesting little rich in

it and let's

curve it back here.

Nice thick trunk

that's what we're doing is

we're building a tree that

would hold up all these

colorful little

branches.

When I press harder on the

brush it thickens the line.

And when I press lighter it

makes it thinner.

So that's what I'm paying

attention to and I'm going

to just brush this black paint.

I'm letting this dry up here

because when I do these Twiggy

little bits I want my black to

really pop in if this isn't dry

then it's going to get all

muddy. So make sure that it's

dry up there if you need to dry

it with a hairdryer.

Go ahead. I'm going to wander

down following my hill.

That's a nice line.

I'm a come up here and pay

attention to this wandering

Hill.

All I could just

imagine reading a book here or.

Playing here and leaning

against this tree anything I

wanted.

This is just a nice way

to be creative.

Right. Just notice I'm just

getting this paint and putting

it on my brush.

I'm just brushing it out.

You can do this with any

colors that you have.

And remember no two trees

look alike so

realize that your tree should

be unique and special Treach

and look exactly like mine

should look something like

mine.

You know we're human beings not

copy machines

and so be very easy with

yourself about your tree

going to thicken the trunk up

just a little bit up here.

But I still want it to get very

tapered because all the lines

going on into that tree

are going to be quite fine

delicate little lines.

I'm just giving them a nice

basis to work for them.

Now if your brush

is getting slopped up one thing

you can do is roll it out.

That's called offloading come

back and get a little more

paint right at the tip.

Let's make some graphs

and I liked actually say the

word cresc Scratch-Cat but I

also like to start my

brush stroke firmly planted

to the canvas and then just

flick up and lighten it as I

come out. And that lets it be

very delicate.

See how I can make this very

delicate by pressing very

lightly imagines like

little butterfly wings or

something and I don't make

even little brushstrokes like

this do I. Come.

Some of them are longer Some of

them are shorter.

Some of them bend to the right.

Some of them bend to the left

you know be creative.

Let your grass grow.

Different directions.

Come here make a little clump

of interesting grass

right there. Oh that's a clump

of interesting grass

that's grown right here.

Light pressure.

Lots of different curve

to my line.

Come down here Curve some

grass blowing up because the

wind is rustling through this

hill blowing this

tree right.

This magical tree.

Love and Peace tree right

there.

When you're happy with

your grass.

Go ahead and make sure that's

dry before you try to put in

your delicate branches.

I'm going to do that right now

too.

So let's put it our delicate

little branches on and come

over to my paint and

make sure that my brushes and

all glob up get just

the tip in there.

I'm going to take this branch

all the way out wondering to

the end I'm going to come

out here and as I'm coming out

I'm in a light light and light

and my pressure and see how

that makes it delicate.

That's what I'm doing.

All right. Can a little more

curry here.

All I want to make a delicate

little branch coming on here.

My trick to this is

a light hand pressure.

That's all you've got to do is

keep your pressure light.

Let's make some more of this.

And we need to come along here.

I want to make sure that my

branches are coming

off of a

thicker joint.

So this has to be thicker than

the branch wandering off from

it.

Here we can that's light and

delicate. Oh I'm going to

wander over here.

I like to make these long

in delicate.

You can practice on a scratch

piece of paper if you're not

feeling confident.

But how it might work out for

you.

And also if you let it dry you

can just come back and Q-Tip

any mistakes that you made

right over any black branches

that you don't like.

Coming up here.

Making sure like everything

wander out here we need some

more branches down low holding

up all these delightful

and exciting branches.

I don't want to take my joint

right off there and come up a

little bit above

wander this.

Just a little bit of

tree magic happening.

Well maybe a little one comes

down here.

You just do this too.

You feel really happy.

With what you have and once you

have it exactly how you like

it then you get to sign

it.

Now I do like to use a really

small brush to sign.

So let's pick up our little

detail brush

put our signatures on there

together.

Remember your signature is part

of the artwork.

So just think about it a little

bit and try to make it

seem like it belongs in the

painting not just sitting

on top of it.

All right

really satisfied with that.

I

hope you're pretty surprised

and thrilled.

And you'll check out some of

the more fun Q-Tip paintings

that you can do.

Be good to yourselves be good

to each other.

I want to see you really soon.

8 Steps On Starting To Lose Weight For Women That Actually Works - Bodies After Babies - Duration: 8:37.

In this video, I'm gonna give you 8 steps in how to start losing weight for all you

women out there.

Hi I'm Linda Poirier and welcome to my Bodies after Babies channel.

Where I help mommies of all ages fit into their jeans, get their sexy back and find

a life of happy.

Step #1 You gotta make a decision.

And what I mean by making a decision is you have to make the conscious choice that Yes

I'm ready to change.

I am ready to step forward and make that change in my body in my life, in my lifestyle, in

my whole world.

When you make that decision, you are setting yourself up for the best possible results.

And you will get there by following these next steps.

You have to make yourself a priority.

Find time for yourself.

Ask yourself..How long has it been since you've been wanting to lose weight?

How many years have you've tried to lose weight and haven't or maybe you have but not successfully.

How long..really...has it been?

How many things have you tried?

How will this affect you in the future?

How would it affect not just yourself but the people around you and your family.

How will your life be different?

What would happen if you did make those changes and you did lose that weight.

Step #2 Ok you've made the decision, now it's time to set up your target.

I will lose X amount of weight by X amount of time.

And even include the date.

For example, It is April 26th.

I want to lose 20 lbs by Sept 26th, 2017.

By setting up that target, you know where you're going.

You can't see results if you don't know where you're going.

So, set yourself up with a target and be specific.

Maybe it's that you wanna lose 100 lbs, 10lbs, 5 lbs....I know every single woman that I've

ever talked to in my entire life wants to lose 5 lbs.

Am I right?

#3 You're gonna write it down.

You've identified how much weight you wanna lose, and by what time...you are now going

to write it down.

Literally on a journal, on a piece of paper ...anything that you want.

Write it down and put it where you can see it.

I sometimes suggest to put it on the fridge, maybe it's in the bathroom while you're getting

ready so you have it on the mirror.

Or anything you can think of that you see.

You can even put in your car if you drive quite a bit in your car.

So write that down.

Step #4 Look at your life and where you can make improvements.

Maybe it's in your eating, maybe it's in exercise, where you have to up your game or you have

to get off your butt and do something.

Maybe it is in your...the drinks that you're having.

Take a look at your habits and where you can improve.

Again write that down on a piece a paper and what are the things that you can improve on.

So, for example, you would write down.

I eat chocolate a lot at nighttime before bed or I binge on, you know, bad foods.

Write that down and then beside it you can put the replacer.

Ok, instead of chips I'm going to have vegetables with hummus.

I mean you get the idea.

Just start replacing these bad habits and little by little these changes can start as

soon as today.

Also, I want to talk about mindset.

I won't get too much into it in this video.

I will be creating another video on mindset but I do wanna touch upon it.

So while we talk about eating and some of these habits that you do....really become

aware of what you say to yourself.

I know for me, for the longest time I wasn't losing weight but the things I was saying

to myself was...I can't lose weight.

I'm never gonna lose weight.

I'm so fat when I looked in the mirror.

So ...and of course these things weren't happening for me because I was reiterating that to myself.

So just be conscious of what you're saying to yourself.

Don't beat yourself up about it.

But just notice what you're saying and that can be something you can choose to change

what you say to yourself.

Step #5.

Now you look at your schedule and see where you can make those improvements.

So if it's your eating...maybe you need to schedule a time for a proper grocery shop.

Maybe you need to prep your meals or your snacks so you don't reach for those bag of

chips.

Or you go to fast food restaurants or order in and you know wrecking yourself again so

look at your schedule, see where you can make those adjustments and jot it down.

For exercise, maybe you're doing 2 days of week and you need to pump it up to 3.

Maybe like I said you need to get off your butt and do something even if it's through

commercials.

Now I know we are so busy ladies, I know with families, a household, chores, work you name

it but if you can squeeze in this time for yourself...things will start to happen.

Make yourself a priority.

Things will happen I promise you.

The more you plan the better you set yourself up to succeed.

Another little tip is if you are planning on Thursday to go to the gym or do a workout

in your home, make sure your gym gear is ready the night before .Get your shoes out and your

clothing and that way there's no running around..oh my gosh where's my shoes, I can't find anything,

I might as well skip my workout...blah blah blah.

So get it done the night before and then you'll set yourself up for the next day.

#6 is executing your plan.

Now that you've made the decision, you've kind of looked at your life, see where you

can make these improvements, you write it down and now you execute it.

So, if you planned on doing that workout on Thursday do the workout on Thursday.

If you plan on doing the meals do the meals.

Write down to the day, to the hour if you need to.

Especially if you have a crazy busy schedule.

#7 Track your progress.

I always say to use both the scale and the measurements in order to see your progress.

I really like the scale and the measurements because some weeks you are going to see more

the measurements move and the inches go down and some weeks you're also going to see the

scale go down.

What I really really like too is pictures.

Pictures are really motivating.

Especially when you think you know I haven't really seen much of a difference.

Maybe my pants are a little bit loose but Ireally haven't seen much.

And then you see the 2 week span or 1 week span or 1 month span...it's like WOW.

I really did change.

I know for me those last 10 lbs...I didn't think anything was happening and I saw those

pictures which I'll put right above here.

You can see the difference and I was flabbergasted.

I had no idea it was that much of a change.

So do all those combos.

ALso, when you track your progress take a look at that schedule and maybe you need to

make adjustments.

If you're exercise day is really not working out for you because you have to run the kids

here and there, then make those adjustments and that's ok.

Do what's best for you, find out what works for you and then just make it happen.

Your action steps for this week is to go through those 8 steps and figure out what do you want,

where do you want to be, when do you want to be and that's super powerful.

So go through the exercises and comment below.
