Barcelona terror attack: Moment suspects arrested after 13 killed in van rampage

The video shows a man being arrested by police near to the scene after the attack on Las Ramblas. The Catalonia president has confirmed that two suspects have been arrested in connection with the terror atrocity. .

BARCELONA: Video shows one suspect being bundled into a van near Las Ramblas. At least 13 people have been killed and 80 people taken to hospital following the attack.

Another man has been shot dead by police at a road block after running over two officers, although it is unclear whether this is connected to the attack.  Police released the picture of Driss Oukabir, who is understood to have rented the van used, but he has since handed himself in, denying any involvement.  Another van was found 40 miles away from the city in the town of Vic.

LAS RAMBLAS: Police have arrested two men linked the attack on Las Ramblas. Spanish police have confirmed the incident is believed to be a terrorist attack.

The person driving the vehicle is said to have fled on foot after the crash and was on the loose for a period.

Catalan authorities have urged people to stay away from the area and ordered Metro and train stations to be closed, with a huge cordon in place.

VULGARIA: Boozy Brits heading to Sunny Beach face a ruined holiday.

Police have also raided two nightclubs in the popular resort of Sunny Beach. One DJ was arrested and his sound equipment was seized amid claims the clubs had broken sound regulations.

Bulgaria's deputy prime minister, Valeri Simeonov, said on Facebook: "In our country there is lawlessness and bacchanalia — we will change it! "We will attract more solvent tourists, and we will have a better quality of tourism!" Sunny Beach's Solar Summer 2017 Festival was scrapped due to fears of the crackdown disrupting it.

Bulgaria has become Brits' answer to Magaluf in recent years with 281,000 people from the UK visiting the country last year.

A pint of beer can be bought at some pubs for 80p with nightclubs selling double spirit mixed drinks for only £2.10.

As well as the cheap prices, other reasons our nationals are making Sunny Beach their holiday destination are the stunning scenery and crazy nightclubs.

Daily Star Online recently reported Iceberg nightclub is popular with Brits while Den Glade Viking is the biggest venue located right in the centre of Sunny Beach.

It is the Irishmans first ever professional boxing contest and the bookies and experts believe hes in for a drubbing. But The Notorious might want to watch a fight between Money and Zab Judah back in 2006.

Although Mayweather, now 40, won the fight comfortably on points the welterweight contest appeared to be the only time hes ever hit the canvas.

After lunging forward with a trademark right-hand shot, Mayweather is hit with a counter punch before he tumbles backwards and appears to land on his glove.

The referee failed to rule it a knockdown but baffled commentators and fight fans believe it should have been recorded as one. FIGHT: Footage shows Mayweather dropping to the canvas giving hope to Conor McGregor.

Under boxing rules a knockdown is defined as when a fighter touches the canvas with any part of the body other than their feet.

Las Vegas resident Mayweather – who owns an extraordinary fleet of supercars – did however take a voluntary count during his 2001 fight with Carlos Hernandez.

But this was due to a hand injury meaning the Judah punch appears to be the only time in his career the mega-rich pugilist has hit the canvas.

Daily Star Online has previously revealed how Mayweather is expected to pocket a staggering $100million or £77m from the bout on August 26. It will propel him past his current net worth estimated to be over $300m or £233m.

Fearful bookies have also slashed the odds of McGregor causing an upset after one deep-pocketed punter bet £680,000 on his opponent winning.

5 Things To Do Before You Meet Your Bias

With KCON LA and so many K-pop concerts right around the corner, the chances of us running into our bias are higher than ever.

So what can we do to make a lasting impression on our fave celebs during the precious but short time we have with them during a meet and greet or chance encounter? Well, it all depends on the preparations.

Read on to find out five things you should do before you meet your bias so that you can be the one fan they'll definitely remember!. 1: Learn some essential K-phrases to impress your bias with your smooth language skills.

To establish a true connection with your bias, you need to communicate with them, so learn a few quick, short phrases that will definitely make them acknowledge and remember you.

2: Practice aegyo to charm your way to your bias' heart.

If there's anything your bias can't resist, it will be aegyo! Many stars have admitted that their weak point is seeing someone do aegyo, so make sure you do your research on some cute expressions and perfect them before meeting your bias.
