Gastritis is a problem for many people.

It can be acute or chronic and there are a lot of homemade remedies that can help with

that condition.

Acute gastritis lasts only temporarily but chronic lasts forever and a person needs to

learn to live with the problem.

HOME TREATMENT FOR GASTRITIS

Ingredients

Apple (1) Ginger (1 piece)

Carrot (1) Celery (4 stalks)

Preparation

Blend everything together in a blender and drink it.

You can also prepare a tea of a dry of fresh ginger.

Boil 8-10 g. of dry ginger in a water for 10 minutes and drink it through the day.

You should be careful with this drink because it can increase the sodium retention and hypertension.

EAT QUINOA

Quinoa doesn't contain gluten and it is very good for gastritis because it has some

beneficial proteins, fibers and 8 amino acids.

You can replace many foods with quinoa just find some interesting recipes.

FENUGREEK

Prepare an infusion of fenugreek seeds (1 tbsp.) and put them in some boiling water.

After 10 minutes your infusion is ready.

It will help you to improve your digestion and it will protect your stomach.

Something for nervous gastritis

Warm up some milk and add 3 tbsp. of oats and 1 tbsp. of honey.

It should simmer for 10 minutes.

Eat this for breakfast, it is tasty and it will help you with your gastritis.
