Youtube daily report Nov 27 2017

Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News - I'm Oli Davis.

Famous Wrestling Streaks There are plenty of famous wrestling streaks.

The Undertaker's 21 straight victories at WrestleMania.

Goldberg's 174-match undefeated run in WCW.

And, the still-ongoing Asuka - who has yet to be pinned in WWE.

But behind all the celebrations and glory lies another kind of stint, just not as impressive;

more skid-mark than streak.

It's Curt Hawkins' defeated run.

The Wrestling Observer noted yesterday that the Star-Maker has now recorded 132 consecutive

losses following his Main Event defeat to Apollo Crews.

While Hawkins goes on to PURSUE THE NUMBER 2...hundred straight losses - we're still

working on the slogan - hopefully another long-running wrestling streak will soon come

to an end: Broken Matt Hardy Finally Coming To WWE?

Matt Hardy's unbroken character run.

Matt found huge critical success with his Broken Universe gimmick in TNA, which made

him one of wrestling's most popular acts in 2016.

His insane gimmick episodes The Final Deletion, Delete or Decay and Total Nonstop Deletion

became cult favourites, boosting TNA's falling ratings and even leading to DELETE fan chants

on WWE shows.

The Hardyz left TNA in February 2017 after contract negotiations broke down, and made

their shock return to WWE just over a month later at WrestleMania.

But an ensuing behind-the-scenes legal battle meant Matt & Jeff couldn't use their Broken

Universe characters for their new promotion.

TNA claimed they own the Broken Hardyz gimmick because Matt & Jeff came up with the characters

while under contract with them.

Matt & Jeff, however, argue that contract was breached on multiple occasions, so the

intellectual property rights should revert to them.

The case took many twists and turns over the ensuing months, with Broken Matt Hardy at

one point reportedly being just days away from debuting in WWE.

When that fell through, Matt started teasing a renamed version of the character: WOKEN

Matt Hardy.

But his brother Jeff was taken down by injury in September, seemingly putting a stop to

Matt's plans.

Until now…

Following his confrontation with Elias on last week's Raw, WWE posted a video entitled

"Matt Hardy is reaching his breaking point", where he promised: "If you continue to push

me, I am going to reach my breaking point and you're going to see how dangerous, how

reckless, how foolhardy Matt Hardy can truly be."

Hardy then posted several foreboding tweets including: "Something has to change."

and "I must outsmart the system."

So what's new?

Matt teases his broken, woken, foolhardy character in WWE every other week.

But according to PWInsider, these latest hints are backed up a development in the IP battle

with TNA.

On December 19th, the Broken Matt Hardy trademark will be "published for opposition" - which

gives any parties 30 days to claim the gimmick for themselves.

If nobody does this, "the trademark will officially be in the hands of Hardy and available

for him to use, within WWE or independently of the company."

And with TNA allegedly "hemorrhaging funds", they might not have the financial resources

to challenge it.

Meaning Matt could have the Broken character rights just in time for Raw's 25th anniversary,

and the Royal Rumble shortly after.

Jeff Hardy WWE Return Update Sadly Jeff's recovery won't be so soon.

Initial reports had him out for 4-6 months following his shoulder injury in September,

but his current estimated return date has him out for even longer - as he told WWE over

the weekend: "It don't feel great.

Naturally, it hurts and I can only do so much, but I'm on the right track... hopefully by

April I'll be good to go and actually get back in the ring and do what Jeff Hardy loves

to do."

Kurt Angle has revealed he's injured!

You've been busy, my friend.

Your talents are impressive.

Can you understand what I'm saying?

Together, we could be unstoppable.

Anything would be ours for the taking.

All that you know is at an end.

What do you mean by that?

Wait! l said, wait!

They're breaking up the team. Reed and Sue, l overheard them.

They want a nice, normal, boring-ass life.

- No more Fantastic Four. - Well...

what do we do? Keep going, just the two of us?

And call ourselves what? The Dynamic Duo?

When were they gonna tell us?

They'll tell you when they're ready.

Lt's their decision, not yours.

You can't be mad at them for doing what makes them happy.

Guys.

We've got a serious problem.

L cross-referenced the Surfer's radiation through every astronomical database.

Altair 7, Rigel 3, Vega 6.

- He's been to all these planets? - And now they're lifeless.

Barren. Some even shattered.

Everywhere the Surfer goes, eight days later, the planet dies.

How are we gonna stop him?

We don't even know where he is.

What about the craters?

They appear in a numerical sequence.

The last crater was formed in Greenland...

so the next in the sequence should be...

latitude 51 degrees, 30 minutes north...

longitude zero degrees, seven minutes west.

Johnny?

Johnny, are you okay?

I don't know. I've been feeling really strange since my run-in with surfer boy.

Maybe we should get you checked out.

- Why did you do that? - I didn't do anything!

Stop, drop and roll! Stop, drop and roll!

Oh, my God, Sue! Just...

Just hang on! I'll get you, okay?

Flame on!

Hey, watch it.

Reed!

Reed! Reed!

- Help! - Sue?

I'm on fire!

- Sue! What's going on? - I'm on fire!

- You're on fire! - You think?

- Hold on! - Pull me in!

Hey, it's the Human Torch! Johnny!

- I'm not Johnny! - Sue, how did this happen?

L touched Johnny, and then this.

- Where is Johnny? - Here.

Try it again.

- Nice. - There you go.

Hey, get out of there.

Sue, your clothes.

Why does this always happen to me?

All of Sue's results are normal.

But Johnny's....

Johnny's are what?

Your encounter with the Surfer put your molecules in a constant state of flux.

Ls that bad?

Lt caused you to temporarily switch powers with Sue.

- I'd like to run more tests and... - Want a volunteer?

- No, no, hey! - No, no, no!

No, no, hey! This is serious!

I just wanted to give him a hug.

We don't know the extent of his condition.

It could be progressive.

- lt could be fun. - No, Ben!

Ben!

Hey. Hey, it's me! I'm back!

Oh, my God!

Come on! We just said this is serious!

Oh, yeah, serious.

Oh, you gotta be kidding me!

- Hey, not bad. - Incredible.

- You better be able to fix this! - I'm right on it.

- Ben, stop it! - I see why you like that.

Oh, no, no, no.

Crap.

That's not funny. What am l supposed to do in the meantime?

Just try to keep your distance from us.

You and me are gonna be spending a whole lot of time together, pal!

Horrific Warning Just Issued For US Women After Muslim Men Start SICK New Trend To Take In Sex Slave - Duration: 7:29.

As people all around the world continue to be victimized by the practitioners of Islam,

liberals keep idiotically arguing to bring more third-world migrants to America.

Places where Muslim migrants have allowed to invade bear little resemblance to the all-American

neighborhoods they once were, where locations like Minnesota and Michigan are constantly

making headlines for the barbarism that refugees are carrying out on the "infidel" populace.

With Sharia Patrols, female genital mutilation, and even the rape and murder of whites becoming

increasingly more common as Muslims try to take over our country, an urgent warning is

now being issued to women all across America, after the disturbing new trend of crime is

popping up in our country's biggest metropolitan cities.

Utilizing Uber services is becoming a common way for people to travel, as it's much more

economical than calling a taxi.

But leave it to Muslims to find a new way to exploit American women and our way of life.

According to reports, a Muslim driver sexually assaulted a woman on American University campus

in Washington DC last week, but chillingly, a new pattern is emerging of Muslim drivers

sexually assaulting their women passengers, as these women make incredibly easy prey.

According to Breitbart:

Authorities arrested El Houcine Jourhdaly, 36, of Springfield, Virginia, and charged

him with felony first-degree sexual abuse, WTOP reports.

D.C.'s Metropolitan Police said that the incident took place Sunday morning between

3:20 a.m. and 3:50 a.m. at a building near the center of campus.

"At approximately 3:23 a.m., the victim received a ride, in what she believed was

a vehicle for hire, from the suspect.

When the suspect arrived at the listed location, he ordered the victim to exit the vehicle

and then sexually assaulted her," D.C.'s Metropolitan Police said in a statement.

Police say the 21-year-old victim got into an argument with her boyfriend after a night

of drinking when Jourhdaly booted the boyfriend from his vehicle and raped the victim "with

an unknown body part."

Uber told WUSA that the suspect used to work for the ride-sharing company, but Uber permanently

banned him from driving for the app two years ago.

Police say that, although Jourhdaly was not authorized to drive for Uber, he kept an Uber

sticker on his Honda Civic.

Authorities do not believe that the suspect and the victim knew each other.

Other Uber drivers, and people who have posed as Uber drivers, have allegedly committed

sex crimes against passengers.

An Uber driver from Massachusetts, who was in the country illegally, skipped town in

May after he allegedly raped a female college student on three occasions.

In that same month, a man in Rhode Island allegedly posed as an Uber driver to sexually

assault a 15-year-old girl.

In August, a Chicago Uber driver was arrested after he allegedly locked his 19-year-old

victim in his car and demanded sex from her in lieu of payment for the ride

This disturbing trend comes mere weeks after what's believed to be Muslim-led human trafficking

rings are popping up across our country.

In the Muslim-infested city of Minneapolis, women and children are disappearing off the

streets at an unprecedented rate.

74 abduction cases were reported in that city just this year, leaving the FBI and local

authorities completely frazzled.

The Quran is very explicit to its followers on what they're expected to do to the infidel.

Rape and taking women as slaves are both tenants of Islam, so it should come as no surprise

that Muslims would continue to practice this aspect of their religion after arriving to

America, while using the sob story of "escaping their war torn countries" to guilt Americans

into opening their communities to them.

According to The Religion of Peace:

"Islam neither ignores nor condemns slavery.

In fact, a large part of the Sharia is dedicated to the practice."

"Muslims are encouraged to live in the way of Muhammad, who was a slave owner and trader.

He captured slaves in battle; he had sex with his slaves; and he instructed his men to do

the same.

The Quran actually devotes more verses to making sure that Muslim men know they can

keep women as sex slaves (4) than it does to telling them to pray five times a day (zero)."

Abducting women, as in the case of this Uber driver and with the current human trafficking

epidemic, fall in line directly with Mohammed's teachings.

In fact, acts like these are actively encouraged throughout the Quran.

Quran (33:50) – "O Prophet!

We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those (slaves)

whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allah has assigned to thee"

This is one of several personal-sounding verses "from Allah" narrated by Muhammad – in

this case allowing a virtually unlimited supply of sex partners.

Other Muslims are restricted to four wives, but they may also have sex with any number

of slaves, following the example of their prophet.

Quran (23:5-6) – "..who abstain from sex, except with those joined to them in the marriage

bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess…"

This verse permits the slave-owner to have sex with his slaves.

See also Quran (70:29-30).

The Quran is a small book, so if Allah used valuable space to repeat the same point four

times, sex slavery must be very important to him.

He was relatively reticent on matters of human compassion and love.

Quran (4:24) – "And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives)

whom your right hands possess."

Even sex with married slaves is permissible.

Quran (8:69) – "But (now) enjoy what ye took in war, lawful and good" A reference

to war booty, of which slaves were a part.

The Muslim slave master may enjoy his "catch" because (according to verse 71) "Allah gave

you mastery over them."

Quran (24:32) – "And marry those among you who are single and those who are fit among

your male slaves and your female slaves…"

Breeding slaves based on fitness.

Quran (2:178) – "O ye who believe!

Retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the murdered; the freeman for the freeman,

and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female."

The message of this verse, which prescribes the rules of retaliation for murder, is that

all humans are not created equal.

The human value of a slave is less than that of a free person (and a woman's worth is

also distinguished from that of a man).

Quran (16:75) – "Allah sets forth the Parable (of two men: one) a slave under the

dominion of another; He has no power of any sort; and (the other) a man on whom We have

bestowed goodly favours from Ourselves, and he spends thereof (freely), privately and

publicly: are the two equal?

(By no means;)

praise be to Allah.'

Yet another confirmation that the slave is is not equal to the master.

In this case, it is plain that the slave owes his status to Allah's will.

(According to 16:71, the owner should be careful about insulting Allah by bestowing Allah's

gifts on slaves – those whom the god of Islam has not favored).

cool dinosaur ok guys so we have 6 dinosaurs here let's go ahead give some

cool facts about these guys and set them up in our dinosaur zoo oh let's get

started the name saara Pelt ax means shield lizard it has an

intimidating armor of bony studs and shoulder spines it was one of the most

spectacular dinosaurs of its time it belonged to a

called the knob nada saris which were part of a larger group called Ankylosaurs

Soares had a spiny body and it was a herbivore

really cool dinosaur check out those big spikes on his back okay and the YouTuber

honest its name means feather tyrants it could run as fast as a t-rex it was

three cars long and a weight as much as a hippopotamus these dinosaurs lived in

what we would call modern-day Asia they were about 30 feet long and weighed

about 4,000 pounds they hunted and packs and they were carnivores this is one of

the first dinosaurs they found two fossils with feathers cool check this

guy

okay and the gripper Soros its name means curvy nosed lizard this was the

class of duck-billed built dinosaurs uh he was about 30 feet long and weighed

about 6,000 pounds he belonged to the Dino class ornithopod ah and he was a

plant eater that lived or during the Late Cretaceous period in North America

Argentina and South America the funny thing was when these were attacked for a

brief period of time it could run on its back legs

I mean think of a dinosaur this size running on just two legs that would be

hilarious

okay tylosaurus his name means knob lizard and lived in the shallow seas of

North America during the Cretaceous period and was about 35 feet long and

weighed up to fourteen thousand pounds its diet was fish turtles and reptiles

this guy was the largest of the class of mosasaurs so this guy was huge he was

vicious and he terrorized the Seas during his reign he is really cool

I do love mosasaurs guys okay and here we have the gigantosaurus it's name

means giant southern lizard it was a carnivore with a very small brain about

40 feet long and weighed about 26,000 pounds so it was about the size of two

elephants this dinosaur was actually bigger than the t-rex while this guy is

really cool and he lived during the Late Cretaceous period

okay and here we have a feather t-rex many scientists believe T Rexes actually

had feathers to help protect them from the elements the name of the t-rex means

tyrant lizard these were large carnivores they live they lived about 30

years its arms are too short to reach its mouth and lived in north america and

river valleys and forests and it could eat about 500 pounds of meat with one

bite so weighing 16,000 pounds ease guys were

huge but they were not quite as big as the gigantosaurus Wow cool okay guys

it's time to set up our awesome dinosaur zoo so let's go ahead and start placing

dinosaurs in there who will have the big feathered t-rex coming out of there then

you have the gigantosaurus they're ready to fight him cool tylosaurus we'll go

here in the water walk on them bro have to put the herbivores here separate so

the carnivores don't eat them we got some other dinosaurs joining us

these are Jurassic Park knockoff dinosaurs so we have Triceratops there

we have cool t-rex here

and then we have awesome ankylosaurus and Brachiosaurus so there we have our

dinosaurs ooh let's go ahead and take a look at them Wow so here we've got two

purple bars in there over there we have the four largest carnivores there ready

to take down anything in their path you've got the tylosaurus and three

How To Use YouTube Ads – Is A Video Ad Right For Your Business? - Duration: 6:27.

Welcome to this video: "How To Use YouTube Ads -

Is A Video Ad Right For Your Business?" Now, this is all about when using

YouTube video ads is a good, and sometimes, a not good idea. So setting

up your own YouTube video ad - is this a scary thought....or is this a scary thought?

And if you'd like to know the questions to ask yourself to determine if a YouTube

video ad is right for your business.....or to be avoided like the plague, then carry

on watching this video. In the meantime, be sure to watch the video to the very

end so you can download the free pdf called: "Top 10 Tips For Beginners To

YouTube Ads". Hi, my name is Jeff Laming of Video Cashflow and in this video

we're going to look at why and when YouTube video ads are a good and a

not so good idea for your business.

Now this is a two-step process. Firstly, ask yourself: 1. What do you want your

video ad to achieve?; 2. Do you know who or what your target audience is; and 3. Are

you comfortable investing X dollars per day up to a weekly or monthly budget set

by yourself? For example, if you're prepared to invest, say, 150 dollars for

the month, that works out at about 5 dollars per day. Are you prepared to

invest 5 dollars per day into your business (and if need be, forego one or

two cups of coffee a day) to achieve that? if you answered "Don't know" or "No" to any of

these questions then YouTube video ads is not the right strategy for you at

this stage. So go back and address the relevant question until you're at the

stage of answering "Yes" to all three questions. Okay, if you did answer "Yes" to

all three then the second step is to ask yourself the following: 1. Is your

website fit for purpose? In other words, is your website or landing page set up

in a manner that directs your visitors to, for example, an opt-in box for them to

enter their email address so they get access to your free offer such as a PDF

download. If the answer is "No" then now will be a good time to invest a bit of

effort to bring your website or landing page up to scratch. 2. Are any of your

competitors promoting their own videos on YouTube? Unless you can easily tell if

their videos are video ads, then this could be a little difficult. Check to see

if they have a YouTube channel and whether they've uploaded videos on the

subject that you're wanting to upload and release. If you can determine that

they are promoting their own videos, then it might suggest that YouTube ads are

working for them...and a market exists! It will also give you a great

opportunity to find out how their process works

i.e. the way the video is set out; the landing page or website page layout; and

so on. Also check out their Facebook page to see if they're promoting the same or

a similar video there. If you can't find anything to suggest that your

competitors are promoting their videos on YouTube then this could be a good

thing as it could mean that you can take advantage of being the first to promote

to an "untapped" traffic source. However, check to make sure that your initial

research to the earlier questions is sound i.e. you know who your target

audience is; you know what their problems are; and you have a viable solution or

solutions. And 3. Are you already getting visitors to your website or

landing page or blog? In other words, are you receiving traffic from other sources

such as social media platforms; Facebook advertising Google Ads and so on? If you

are, then good. This could help you niche down or laser-target people with certain

attributes who you want to view your video ad. Whether those visitors are

taking action or not will help determine whether you need to improve your website

(please refer back to the "Is your website fit for purpose?" question). If the answer

is "No" i.e. you're not already getting visitors to your website or landing page

or blog then, again, please refer back to the "Is your website fit for purpose?"

question. Finally, you may be wondering what type of business is NOT suitable

for YouTube advertising. I believe there are two answers to this: 1. From a legal

perspective, you may want to refer to YouTube's own Terms of Service. You'll be

able to find the URL link in the Description box below this video; and 2.

from an operational and business model perspective, I cannot see any reason why

any business cannot use YouTube ads as long as the previously mentioned checks

have been undertaken and implemented to your satisfaction. Even if you are an

off-line business with no online presence whatsoever, what's stopping you from

starting the process of producing a video or two with the intention of

eventually promoting those videos on YouTube? Promoting a YouTube video ad may

not be the right time for your business right now but it can still be the right

time.....at a later date.....and when you're ready.

So, just to recap: Step 1. No. 1. What do you want your YouTube video ad

to achieve?: No. 2: Do you know who or what your target audience is?; and No.3

Are you comfortable investing X dollars per day up to a weekly or

monthly budget set by yourself? Step 2 No. 1 Is your website fit for

purpose?; and No. 2 Are any of your competitors

promoting their own videos on YouTube and/or Facebook?; and No. 3

Are you already getting visitors to your website or landing page or blog? In the

next video we'll run through the steps of setting up a YouTube ads account.

Thanks for watching. Look out for another video on video marketing and YouTube

coming your way next week.

Here's a link for you to download your free copy of: "The Top 10 Tips For

Beginners To YouTube Ads". You'll find the URL link in the Description box below

this video. Enjoy! Until next time, bye for now......

📝 Andrelli - Always You (ft. Elle Winter) Lyrics

We'd be driving top down with the heater on through Malibu

With the stars as our headlights Or we'd be spending money we didn't have just

enough To get drunk, be in love and get by

Sometimes I think about it So hard I dream about it

Right back to where we started I messed up, and I know

It was always you, always you, always you Nobody could ever, nobody will ever know that

part of my heart It was always you, always you, always you

Nobody could ever, nobody will ever know that part of my heart

It was always, always It was always, always

You'd grab my hand jump a dead electric fence Push me up against the 'o' of the Hollywood

sign We told each other we'd never love another

We let it go, it turns out we're still right

Sometimes I think about it So hard I dream about it

Right back to where we started I messed up, and I know

It was always you, always you, always you Nobody could ever, nobody will ever know that

part of my heart It was always you, always you, always you

Nobody could ever, nobody will ever know that part of my heart

It was always, always It was always, always

Sometimes I think about it So hard I dream about it

Right back to where we started I messed up, and look

It was always you, always you, always, always It was always you

It was always you, always you It was always you, always you

Seasonal affective disorder - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 7:00.

Recently, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition, has changed

the name "seasonal affective disorder," or SAD, to "depressive disorder with seasonal

pattern."

The new name is not as catchy as "SAD," or "SAD" but it does describe the condition

more precisely.

That's because depressive disorder with seasonal pattern is not really a distinct

disease, but rather depression that worsens at the same time each year, usually in the

late fall and winter.

So let's first review depression.

Depression, or major depression, is a serious condition where someone's life isn't enjoyable

and it interferes with someone's day-to-day life, like working, studying, eating, and

sleeping.

The causes of depression aren't fully known, but it's thought to involve a deficiency

of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain, like dopamine, norepinephrine, and especially

serotonin.

In depressive disorder with seasonal pattern, there's a strong relationship with the circadian

rhythm, which is an internal clock that keeps your body in tune with the rising and setting

of the sun.

At the base of the brain, is a region called the hypothalamus, and within it are a group

of neurons located in a specific spot called the suprachiasmatic nucleus or SCN.

The neurons in the suprachiasmatic nucleus get information about light from optic nerves,

and use that information to run the circadian rhythm.

The suprachiasmatic nucleus relays that information to the pineal gland, a tiny cone-shaped structure

near the hypothalamus.

And when it's dark out, the pineal gland releases the hormone melatonin, which is chemically

related to serotonin.

Melatonin lowers your heart rate and body temperature, which helps you go to sleep.

When it's light outside, the pineal gland stops releasing melatonin, and that has the

opposite effect - raising your heart rate and body temperature, and that keeps you awake.

A risk factor for developing depressive disorder with seasonal pattern is having a sleep phase

delay, which is when a person makes too little melatonin at night.

This can be due to things like decreased sensitivity to changes in light, problems with the communication

between the retina and the hypothalamus, and even external sources of light like late-night

computer use.

A sleep phase delay can result in a person's internal clock having more than the standard

24 to 25 hours in a day, which might sound awesome - but actually it means that a person

may not be able to sleep until at least eighteen hours after they woke up that day.

Day after day, that quickly becomes exhausting.

It can be hard for anyone to adjust to the late sunrises and early sunsets of winter,

especially those who live in higher latitudes.

But for those with a disordered circadian rhythm, the shorter days seems to somehow

interfere with monoamine production, causing the person to become depressed.

Another mechanism that may be involved relates to vitamin D, which is largely obtained in

a reaction that relies on sunlight.

Vitamin D is involved in the synthesis of serotonin and dopamine in the brain, and if

someone is already deficient in vitamin D decreased sunlight, and therefore decreased

synthesis of monoamines, might push a vitamin-D deficient person into depression.

Both the sleep phase delay and vitamin-D deficiency ideas hold promise, but they don't yet explain

those few people who get depressive disorder with seasonal pattern in the summer.

Symptoms of depressive disorder with seasonal pattern are similar to those of depression,

and include intense feelings of worthlessness or guilt, and a lack of enjoyment in activities

they took pleasure in during other times in the year.

They may find it hard to concentrate, and in severe cases, have thoughts of death or

suicide.

So, when it comes to diagnosis, for the depression to be truly seasonal, it must occur in the

same season each year for at least two years in a row, and the symptoms must diminish or

disappear with the new season.

It's also important not to confuse seasonally-triggered depression with depression caused by recurring

psychological or social stressors, like having job pressures or living alone during certain

months of the year.

Treatment of depressive disorder with seasonal pattern usually includes light therapy, medication,

and psychotherapy.

In light therapy, a person sits close to an intensely bright light box for 30 to 90 minutes

every morning.

Unlike the light bulbs you'd normally use around your house, light-therapy boxes have

light wavelengths that allow the skin to produce vitamin D. Antidepressants can also be helpful

- for example, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors can increase serotonin levels,

and bupropion can increase norepinephrine and dopamine levels.

Finally, cognitive behavioral therapy can be particularly useful in helping people identify

and manage their feelings.

Alright, as a quick recap, seasonal affective disorder, otherwise known as depressive disorder

with seasonal pattern is a depression that recurs in the same season for at least two

years in a row, and the symptoms must diminish or disappear with the new season.

It usually occurs in the fall and winter months, and may be related to a dysregulated circadian

rhythm or vitamin

D deficiency.

TAKING A FLIGHT TO CHECK OUT A BIKE (winter break) - Duration: 9:37.

Aaalright friends, my name's Schaaf.

I'm on my way to Berlin!

From

Vienna to

Berlin.

I'll visit the Husqvarna Vitpilen / Svartpilen launch event.

This basically is the first media launch event ever for me. Therefore I'm pretty nervous and shaking already.

But for now I'll just look for my gate and

start walking towards it.

Alright. That was informative....

No need, thanks.

So I found my gate and now

I'll use the wait

to inform myself about these bikes

which will be presented. Honestly I know nothing besides

them being 1 cylinder bikes which look mega cool.

'Cool?' I mean LEIWAND of course.

Especially this Vitpilen seems interesting because supposedly it's very light.

Could be a bike which is JUST RIGHT for road usage.

Hopefully I'll see when in Berlin and

that's also where I'll continue this, in Berlin.

I'd have loved to record awesome sunset footage in the plane for you but

unfortunately I forgot about Online Check-In once again and scored an aisle seat.

Welcome to Berlin-Kreuzberg!

Which also can look like this.

Actually I don't know cause I've never been to Berlin.

I think I mentioned that.

Or not.

I'm in the hotel now which I can use for one night.

It's very nice here.

And shortly the event is going to start:

the presentation of Vitpilen and Svartpilen.

They said it'll end rather late which

could be tricky cause usually I hit the sheets around 11PM.

We'll see how long I last. If

my spirit will be strong enough.

We'll also see what there is to learn about

these motorcycles.

Like mentioned on paper they look very exciting.

This concept, the 701 supermoto engine from Husqvarna in

a 'normal' road bike.

I'm guessing that this recipe could turn out to be a lot of fun and

if there's ONE mission for tonight it is

me trying my best to get myself a promise for a test ride in spring next year!

Wish me luck! See you on the event!

It actually is torture sitting on it without being able to ride...

very, very disciplined!

ride, ride, ride, ride!!

Can you hear me? We want to ride!

But

with that we'll have to wait until

- where's the microphone? -

I'm still sober by the way.

With riding we'll have to wait until spring.

That was just as ugly as before!

Aaalright friends, I'm still sober by the way. No joke!

Maybe you can understand me, maybe not.

I'll now show you the actual reason why I'm here.

It's not about bikes but instead:

Free food!

Cause sometimes Mum isn't preparing anything so I'll have to get my food somewhere else.

T:"The event is now over, I'll leave now."

"We're heading home, Schaaf's behind me."

"Say Hallo, Schaaf!"

"Back to the hotel now! Looking forward to some sightseeing tomorrow!"

Medicare Explained 2018 - Duration: 31:34.

Medicare explained, Medicare made easy, Medicare made clear,

no matter how we word it in the title of all of these videos that you're watching

understanding Medicare is not always easy. I know that. I hope to solve that with this video. In this video

I'm going to help you learn about Medicare explained in an easy to follow format.

Medicare will be made clear to you. You'll understand how Medicare Works.

You'll understand about Medicare Part A and about Medicare Part B

and the choices that you have to make a once you've signed up for Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B.

Once you have signed up for Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B you'll have to make one of three choices.

We're gonna go over each of those choices. The pros and cons of each so that you can make

an informed decision once you sign up for Medicare. Stay tuned.

Medicare Explained by MedigapSeminars.org' an independent Medicare insurance broker licensed in 47-states.

Hi, I am Matthew Claassen with MedigapSeminars.org. I don't intend for this to be a long and boring video.

Medicare explained properly can make understanding Medicare easy, and can be done

in under 30 minutes. That's my goal for this video!

Once you understand the basics of Medicare Part A & Medicare Part B you will be faced with making one of three choices with your Medicare

This can be one of the most important decisions that you make in Medicare.

It will set you on a course that will impact the quality of the Medical Care that you get

and it could potentially be irreversible.

To keep this video brief I have done a separate video on how, when and where to sign up for Medicare. If you haven't signed up of for

Medicare yet and you would like to learn that first, I've linked it in the upper right of this video. There is a white circle with an "i"

You can click on that and go to the How To Sign-Up for Medicare video.

I will also have that linked at the very end of this video in the last 30-seconds when we link some videos on the screen for you.

First up in this Medicare Explained video is terminology.

Often when people start to learn about Medicare they trip up on the terminology.

Often it is common insurance terminology. So we're gonna cover this first, very briefly.

The first terms that you should be familiar with are Deductible, Copay, and Coinsurance.

The deductible is the amount of money you have to pay first, before your insurance pays a benefit.

A copay is a portion of the bill that you pay after you pay the deductible.

You'll pay the Copay upfront, often when you have the service itself. And the copay is always in a dollar amount.

For example; if you pay $20 every time you see a doctor, that's a copay.

Coinsurance is like a copay except it refers to a percentage. It is a percentage of the bill that you, the consumer, have to pay.

So, putting all this together; if you have a $200 deductible, a $20 copay and 20% coinsurance, it means that you're going to pay the first

$200 in services, that is your deductible.

If you are seeing a doctor and there is a $20 copay, you pay that $20 during the office visit.

If you have a 20% coinsurance it means that when you receive the bill, after you've paid the deductible and the copay

You're gonna pay 20% of the remaining Bill. It's very common for people to confuse a

deductible and a premium. The premium is also an important turn to understand.

With your Medicare Part B, we'll get into the moment, you have a premium. A premium is a monthly fee, your monthly cost to purchase the

insurance. A deductible as something that is paid when you use the insurance. The premium is what you pay to have the insurance.

It's important to understand this terminology, but don't get lost in the details of co pays and deductibles and co insurance

As I mentioned earlier, and we are going to get into detail here in just a bit, you're gonna have to make one of three choices. In two of the

three choices the deductibles, copay and coinsurance that you have in your Medicare & You guide book are rendered moot.

In two of those three choices, you do not need to understand those specific co pays and deductibles. So don't get lost in them.

Understand the big picture as we're gonna present here.

With terminology out of the way, next in this Medicare explained video is Medicare Part A & Medicare Part B.

Medicare Part A is that portion of your Health Insurance that covers you when you're in inpatient.

As soon as you are registered as and an inpatient and a hospital, or nursing facility, or a hospice

Medicare Part A takes over. Think of Medicare Part A is inpatient services insurance.

Whenever you're in inpatient hospital, nursing facility or in a hospice that's your Medicare Part A . Also the one exception

is if you're physically not able to get to a hospital or medical facility Medicare Part A also covers In-Home Health Care.

For most of us, we have paid for our Medicare Part A with a payroll tax. That's the 1.45% payroll tax that comes out of your paycheck

every paycheck when you're working. That covers Medicare Part A. As long as you have paid that tax, or I should say as long as

you or your spouse have paid that that tax for least 10 years, then Medicare Part A has no additional cost for you.

If neither you nor your spouse paid that tax for 10-years, Then you can still get Medicare Part A, but it will cost you a monthly premium.

So, for most of us Medicare Part A is already paid for.

Lets talk about Medicare Part B next in this Medicare Explained video.

Medicare Part B is your outpatient and Physician Services insurance.

if you're not an inpatient, obviously you;re an outpatient and that is your Medicare Part B Health Insurance coverage.

So Medicare Part B is the insurance you use when you see a doctor. When you have a lab test or wellness services. Medicare Part B

is that part of your Health Care insurance that people use most often. It's whenever you see a doctor outside a hospital in

even many of the hospital services and surgeries are now done on an outpatient basis, which would then mean they're covered under

Medicare Part B. Everyone has to pay for Medicare Part B. You have to pay a premium for it.

And everyone needs Part B unless you already have or are continuing with employer Health Insurance coverage and

your employer has 20 or more employees. Absent that, you will need Medicare Part B

and you're going to need to pay for it. How much you pay for your Medicare Part B

depends on your adjusted gross income as of two years ago, and going to depend on when you start your Medicare Part B as well.

in 2018, if your adjusted gross income two years ago was $85,000 or less filed individually, or $170,000 or less if you file jointly,

then you're Medicare Part B premium was $134 a month.

If your income was higher, your payments towards Medicare Part B are also going to be higher.

To find out exactly what is going to be for you in the year they are watching this video

simply go to Medicare.gov, the Medicare web site, and the search bar type in the "cost of Medicare Part B"

and that will tell you what you're gonna pay for your Medicare Part B. It's also called an income adjustment.

and just as an FYI, the same income adjustment that you have, if you are eligible for for your Medicare Part B

will also impact your prescription drug costs, your Medicare Part D prescription drug premium.

In my previous video on How To Sign-Up for Medicare I also cover how and when you can qualify for delaying your Medicare Part B.

Please see that video How To Sign-up for Medicare for those details.

So to recap; Medicare Part A is your inpatient hospital coverage. It's going to cover you if you're admitted as an inpatient in a hospital,

in a nursing facility, or in a hospice, or if you can't make it to one of those facilities and you need in Home Healthcare

Medicare Part A covers that. Medicare Part B is outpatient services and Physician Services.

That's the part of Medicare that you're gonna use most often

and it covers you when you see the doctor, it covers you for your lab tests and all the other outpatient services.

Together Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B are called Original Medicare. It's an important term that should understand.

We'll refer to it several times during this video. Original Medicare is Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B combined.

That's the pillar or the foundation of Medicare.

Your Original Medicare, Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B, is good in any state, in any territory, anywhere in the country.

You can see any doctor, you can go to any medical facility as long as they accept Medicare.

You don't have to ask permission to see a specialist. You have control over your Health Care

and you have freedom. That's if you have Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B.

Both Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B have co pays and deductibles. In addition to that, Medicare Part B also has coinsurance.

It has a 20% co insurance. That means that after you've paid the

deductible and after your co pays you still have to pay 20% of whatever the remaining portion of the bill is.

Rather than go through all the details of deductibles and copays, understand the bigger picture here that you're

going to have to make one of three choices. Now and two of those three choices you're not

going to have to know the specific co pays and deductibles in your Medicare & You guide book.

But no matter what choice you make, you will have to still pay for your Medicare Part B. Your Medicare Part B premium

will be there for you no matter what choice you make. Next in this Medicare Explained video are your choices. What are your three choices?

The first choice; do nothing. Just have your Medicare Part A and your Medicare Part B.

This is the only choice that you make that it's going to be important to understand all the details on those co pays and deductibles.

You're going to find when you look into them that there is no maximum annual out of pocket limit.

you are at substantial financial risk if you get ill.

Original Medicare, Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B alone was never meant to be your entire insurance.

Still it's a choice some people make and it's a choice you can make if you wish.

Your next choice, choice number two is to trade in your Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B for a Medicare Advantage Plan.

Medicare Advantage Plan's most people know as the HMOs and PPOs of Medicare. They are also called Medicare Part C.

Medicare Part C, aka a Medicare Advantage Plan

replaces Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B. You're replacing the co pays and the deductibles of Medicare Part A and B with the

copays and the deductibles of a private, for-profit insurance company.

With Medicare Part C, a Medicare Advantage plan, you still have co pays, you still have deductibles, you still have coinsurance.

It is just not the same co pays, co insurance that you have with Original Medicare. It's not less either.

It's just not the same. So instead of understanding the co pays and deductibles in your Medicare & You guidebook, you need to

understand those that are provided to you by the insurance company that you choose to work with.

I have an entire video on the details Medicare Advantage plans, but here are some of the pros and cons that you should consider.

First Medicare Advantage plans are NOT enhanced Medicare. In fact by rules or regulations a Medicare Advantage Plan is

designed to be actuarially equivalent to just having Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B.

What's that mean; actuarially equivalent?

It means that with all the people on the plan, half the people on the plan are going to pay

less for their Health Care than if they had just Medicare A & B.

Half of the people are gonna pay more for their Health Care than if they had just Medicare A & B.

Your experience is gonna be different from one person to another, and it's gonna depend entirely on your health needs.

Now on the positive side is many of these Medicare Advantage plans have a zero premium.

Matter of fact, in the southern half of the state's there often sold as a zero premium Medicare.

That's a little bit deceptive.

The truth is you're not paying any different if you have a zero premium plan than if you have original Medicare and

you're getting an actuarial equivalent.

So,it's not that you're getting enhanced coverage, and they all throw in something like dental or vision.

Be very careful with that. Often these are extremely limited dental or vision care that you could replace with $10.00 a month elsewhere.

Be very careful it's not enhanced Medicare coverage. So what's going on? What is this Medicare Advantage all about?

I mention with original Medicare that you have complete freedom and control you can see any

doctor, anywhere in the country. You can decide who you want to treat you.

With Medicare Advantage plans you're giving up that freedom and you're giving up that control for a maximum annual out of pocket limit

Original Medicare has no maximum out of pocket. You can be completely exposed financially.

A Medicare Advantage Plan sets a limit.

It might be a high limit. But it sets a limit on how much money

you are exposed to on an annual basis. So that's the tradeoff. You have to weigh for yourself whether or not it's worth it for you.

But you should also consider all three of your choices before you make that decision. Medicare Advantage plans will often also

include a bundled prescription drug plan. A bundled Part D plan. That could be a good thing if you have no or very few prescription

drugs that you're taking because it might save you that $20 premium that you would have to pay for prescription drug plan.

However, if you have a lot of prescription drug plans available, that is really what you want to look at because you could end up paying more

for your prescription drugs with the Medicare Advantage Plan than if you're able to shop for your own prescription drug plan as I show in

my other videos. Now this is very important; you're not allowed to have your own stand-alone prescription drug plan

when you have a Medicare Advantage HMO or PPO.

That's very important. If you were to go and get a standalone prescription drug plan

Medicare will actually cancel your HMO or PPO, cancel your Medicare Advantage Plan.

You cannot have both. You have to take the prescription drug plan that's bundled with your Medicare Advantage Plan.

It's also important to understand that Medicare Advantage Plan are local coverage. It's a trade off of choices. With Original Medicare

if there's a specialist you wanna go see in Texas and you're in New York, you can do that.

When you have a Medicare Advantage Plan you can't. You have a a local network that you typically have to stay within; local coverage.

If you a Snowbird and you live in two different or three different states, that should rule out a Medicare Advantage Plan as it is.

Or if you're an RV'er and you like to travel, that too should rule out a Medicare Advantage Plan. If you have a Medicare Advantage HMO

or PPO you're going to have a network, a select group of doctors that you are supposed to see. If you have an HMO

you can go out of that network without paying 100% of the medical cost yourself.

Other than an emergency, with an HMO outside of the networks, it's on you.

With a PPO you can still see other doctors in Medicare, other doctors that accept Medicare anywhere in the country.

But, it is gonna cost you more. In some cases that cost can be prohibitive. Lastly, Medicare Advantage plans change every year.

Anything about these plants can change. Your doctor may not be on it next year. Your hospitals can change. The copays and

deductibles the Part D drug coverage;

every feature of a Medicare Advantage Plan can change each and every year.

That's why there is the Annual Election Period. Some people call it open enrollment. It's technically an Annual Election Period.

That's from October 15 through December 7 of each year.

During that time, you can look at the plans that are available to you as they are for the year ahead and select

which one you want. You can keep the plan you have or you can select a new one.

Those are your options

Just remember, you have to do that each and every year because

the plans will change each and every year. And you should notice as your shopping through Medicare Advantage plans that

Medicare gives them a star rating from a low of one to a high of five.

That star rating is important. It shows you how old they have been rated by other users.

Other people in Medicare, how they've been rated on how the insurance plan treats you.

So that's very important and we're gonna get more into that the second. But when you're in evaluating

Medicare Advantage plans, that star rating is an important indicator. To recap your first two choices;

first there is do nothing. Just have Medicare A & B, Original Medicare.

You have the freedom to see any doctor in the country, you have control over your Health Care

But, you do not have a financial cap. You don't have a cap or limit on your financial exposure.

Choice number two is to trade Original Medicare in for the actuarial equivalency run by a private for profit insurance company.

You are going to give up your freedom and your control over your Health Care, but you're gonna have a limit financially.

You'll have a maximum annual out of pocket limit so that your financial exposure is capped on an annual basis.

Your third choice is to keep your Original Medicare. Keep Medicare Part A & B and add to it. Enhance it with a Medicare supplement.

A Medicare supplement will then pay the copays and deductibles that would have been left as your financial responsibility.

With the Medicare supplement plan you can limit your annual out a pocket expense

for medical bills to zero or just a couple $100. Medicare supplement plans are also called Medigap plans.

Same thing Medicare supplement or Medigap. Medicare supplement plans are subservient to Medicare.

Medicare supplement plans are administered by a private insurance company, but they are subservient to Medicare.

Here's how works; you go a doctor. The doctor will bill Medicare. Medicare pays its portion then Medicare will instruct the Medicare

supplement company what to pay and when to pay it. There's no debate, there's no argument.

There's nothing the Medicare supplement plan can do to ovoid paying something.

and it will never be in by something that you even look at. Medicare is the middle person so that you're never having to deal with the

insurance company other than paying your premiums and telling them when you've moved.

With Medicare supplement plans it's very important to understand it is completely different than the Medicare Advantage Plan

They are subservient to Medicare and they pay the claims Medicare tells them to pay.

There are no star ratings with Medicare supplement plans. That's important to understand, an important distinction.

Why are there no star ratings? There are no star rating for the supplement plan because your experience

with the supplement plan is actually your experience with Medicare.

Its original Medicare making those decisions, not the insurance company. The benefits of a Medicare supplement plan are standardized.

They are meant to be exactly the same from one company to another. In fact

those benefits are written into Social Security law. There are 10 different Medicare supplement plans. They are each designated

by letter. The most common are Medigap Plan F, Medigap Plan G, Medigap Plan N, Plan C etcetera.

Each and every one of those plans, if it's a Plan G it's identical from one company to another

Plan N's identical from one company to another

Because the benefits of those plans are written into law to be exact, to be identical. The only difference is your price and the pricing strategy

of the insurance company. With the Medicare supplement plan you still have Original Medicare

You can still see any doctor or go to any medical facility in the country that accepts Medicare.

You don't have to get permission. You have complete freedom, you have complete control of your Health Care and now you have a

financial maximum annual out of pocket that can be limited to down to zero or just a couple $100 a year.

It's also important to understand and when you have a Medicare supplement you don't need to

ask your doctor "Do you take insurance from company "X"? All your doctor or hospital has to do is take Medicare.

It doesn't matter which insurance company that you have your supplement plan with,

as long as they take Medicare they take the supplement. The easy way to word that is "Every doctor and every hospital that accepts

Medicare accepts every Medicare supplement from any insurance company.

Medicare supplement plans have their own premium, they have their own cost separate from Medicare.

For most people they find that the cost of a Medicare supplement is substantially less

than their under 65 medical insurance that they have been paying for.

When you have a Medicare supplement, you have Original Medicare you also will need to get

your own separate standalone prescription drug plan.

For some people that will be a good thing because when you can shop for your own prescription drug plan

you'll often save money over some of the alternatives with Medicare Advantage plans.

As long as the cost of a Medicare supplement can fit into your budget

the Medicare supplement and Original Medicare is some of the best Health Care that is available in this country.

This is very important -

in virtually every state in this country, all but a few states

there's only a six month window that you have are you can get the Medicare supplement plan of your choice

without having to go through medical underwriting.

You should be, by now, aware of your Medicare Initial Enrollment Period.

There is also a Medicare supplement Initial Enrollment Period. It's a separate period.

Your Medicare supplement an initial enrollment period

starts the day you start your Medicare Part B and extends for six months. It's a six month window of the very first six months

that you have Medicare Part B.

You can get any Medicare supplement plan available to you, at the best price that plan is offered. After that six0month period you can

still shop for Medicare supplement plan but in order to get one you'll have to qualify medically. To qualified medically

we will take a look at your medical history and your prescriptions. If you've had any significant

recent histories of heart attack stroke cancer dementia, very significant events

then you may not be able to get a Medicare supplement. This is something that I have seen all too often; people going with the Medicare

Advantage Plan thinking they will just save money 'cause they're healthy anyway.

A couple years go by, something happens and now they're looking and although the cost their associated with their Health Care and Medicare

Advantage Plan and they would rather have a supplement. So the call me up during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period

and they want to get a Medicare supplement. But they can't.

They can't because their health history is now tainted and they are unable to qualify medically.

That's important to understand

the Annual election Period. Your annual open enrollment for Medicare is only for Medicare Advantage Plans and prescription drug plans.

You Medicare supplement has no annual enrollment. It doesn't change every year, so you don't need one.

After the first six months on Medicare, you can still change your plan any time. You can change it as often as you want.

You just have to qualify medically.

If you can't qualify medically then you will be unable to get a Medicare supplement plan. To put it simply you can always switch from a

Medicare supplement to Medicare Advantage Plan.

But you can't always switch from a Medicare Advantage Plan to a Medicare supplement.

To recap you three choices;

you can simply keep the Original Medicare you have freedom you have control

but you have unlimited financial exposure.

You can switch to a Medicare Advantage Plan where you

give up your freedom and your control but you have limited financial exposure.

Or you can build on your Original Medicare. Add a Medicare supplement to it. Your gonna pay an extra expense for that, but you maintain

your freedom to see any doctor anywhere in the country. You maintain your control to be able to

go to the doctor at your will and not have to get permission

and you've limited your financial exposure too much less than you would with the Medicare Advantage Plan.

Your next step is to you decide which of these three choices or areas that you wanna take a look at.

If you want to explore Medicare Advantage plans, at the very end of this video, in the last 30 seconds of this video

there are links to some of the other videos that you should see. One of those will be the Medicare Advantage Plans.

I will also have links to some specific Medicare supplements, the more common ones so you can see videos

on those as well. Again, it's in the last 30 seconds of this video.

Lastly, we have not covered Medicare Part D prescription drug plans.

Rather than drag this video on to a point where it puts everybody to sleep

I have the everything you need to know about prescription drug plans in two separate videos. The first being Medicare Part D Explained

which talks about the plan's the features of the plans that you should be aware of when

when deciding on shopping for a Part D plan. The second one is how to shop for a prescription drug plan. In that one I actually

take you step-by-step on how to get on the Medicare.gov site, input your prescriptions and let the Medicare.gov

website show you which Medicare Part D plan is best for you.

In those videos I also tell you why you should never take the recommendation for which

Medicare Part D plan to get from an agent or broker.

Never ask the agent or broker which Part D plan, which prescription drug plan should I get?

Always use the Medicare.gov website to figure out which plan is right for you.

I explain why in those videos. That too is linked you're just the second of the very end of this video.

I hope you found this video helpful and enjoyed our Medicare Explained video.
