Youtube daily report Nov 27 2017

ANNOUNCER: THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM IS PAID FOR BY

THE FRIENDS AND PARTNERS OF JOYCE MEYER MINISTRIES.

JOYCE: IF YOU GET SERIOUS ENOUGH, EVERYBODY IN THIS ROOM

CAN HAVE ALL THE VICTORY YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT, BUT YOU

CAN'T JUST THINK THAT YOU'RE GOING TO GET SOME

DRIVE-THRU BREAKTHROUGH.

[MUSIC]

JOYCE: I WANT TO START IN LUKE CHAPTER 19,

THE FIRST 8 VERSES.

"AND [JESUS] ENTERED JERICHO AND WAS PASSING THROUGH IT.

AND THERE WAS A MAN CALLED ZACCHAEUS,

A CHIEF TAX COLLECTOR, AND [HE WAS] RICH."

SO, THIS IS TELLING US THAT ZACCHAEUS WAS NOT

A REAL HONEST GUY.

TAX COLLECTORS WERE PROBABLY HATED MORE THAN ANY OTHER GROUP

OF PEOPLE IN THOSE DAYS.

AND SO, HE NOT ONLY COLLECTED TAXES, BUT HE OBVIOUSLY GOT RICH

HIMSELF BY TAKING OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY.

MAYBE SOMETHING ABOUT ZACCHAEUS WASN'T SATISFIED WITH HIS LIFE

BECAUSE HE'D HEARD ABOUT JESUS, AND HE WAS TRYING TO SEE JESUS,

WHICH ONE HE WAS, BECAUSE JESUS WAS COMING.

AND IT SAYS HE COULD NOT SEE HIM BECAUSE HE WAS SMALL IN STATURE.

NOW, LET'S JUST BE PLAIN, THAT MEANS HE WAS REAL SHORT, OKAY?

AND NOW, YOU KNOW, LIKE DAVE CAN SEE THINGS THAT I CAN'T SEE, AND

HE HAS A HABIT OF LAYING THINGS ON TOP OF STUFF THAT'S--LIKE HE

MIGHT PUT SOMETHING ON TOP OF A SHELF THAT I CAN'T EVEN SEE

THE TOP OF.

AND HE'LL SAY SOMETIMES, "WELL, DON'T YOU SEE THAT?"

AND I'M LIKE, "NO!

YOU KNOW, I DON'T SEE THAT."

SO, I GUESS IF A PERSON IS REAL SHORT AND THERE'S A BIG CROWD,

AND THERE'S SOMETHING YOU'RE WANTING TO SEE, YOU MIGHT FEEL

THAT THAT WAS LIKE A LITTLE DEFICIT OR A HANDICAP FOR YOU.

BUT THE THING THAT YOU'RE GOING TO FIND INTERESTING THAT I--THE

REASON WHY I LOVE THIS GROUP OF SCRIPTURES IS BECAUSE ZACCHAEUS

DIDN'T LET WHAT WAS GOING TO BE A LITTLE PROBLEM FOR HIM

STOP HIM.

EVERYBODY SAY DETERMINATION.

AUDIENCE: DETERMINATION.

JOYCE: SEE, IF YOU EVER WANT TO HAVE

WHAT JESUS DIED TO GIVE YOU, YOU'VE GOT TO HAVE A BOATLOAD

OF DETERMINATION.

AND THAT DETERMINATION MEANS THAT YOU HAVE THIS ATTITUDE,

"IF ANYBODY CAN HAVE WHAT JESUS DIED TO GIVE THEM,

THEN I CAN HAVE IT.

IF GOD CAN BLESS ANYBODY, THEN GOD CAN BLESS ME."

NOW, COME ON, I'M TALKING ABOUT HAVING A MORE AGGRESSIVE

ATTITUDE.

IF GOD CAN BLESS ANYBODY, HE CAN BLESS ME.

IF GOD CAN DO THAT FOR ANYBODY, HE CAN DO THAT FOR ME.

IF HE DID IT FOR YOU, HE CAN DO IT FOR ME.

ALL TOO OFTEN, WE LOOK AT WHAT'S WRONG WITH US, AND WHY WE CAN'T

AND CAN'T AND CAN'T AND CAN'T.

AND WE NEED TO REMEMBER THAT GOD IS NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS, AND

WHATEVER WE WILL TRUST GOD FOR AND BELIEVE FOR, IF IT'S IN HIS

WORD, NOT JUST 'CAUSE YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO, BUT IF IT'S IN HIS

WORD, YOU CAN COUNT ON GOD DOING THAT IN YOUR LIFE AT THE RIGHT

TIME AND IN THE RIGHT WAY.

WELL, ZACCHAEUS WANTED SOMETHING, BUT HE HAD A

CHALLENGE IN FRONT OF HIM, AND I LOVE WHAT HAPPENED HERE.

HE WAS TRYING TO SEE JESUS, BUT HE WAS SMALL.

VERSE 4, "SO HE RAN ON AHEAD AND CLIMBED UP IN A SYCAMORE TREE IN

ORDER TO SEE HIM, FOR HE KNEW THAT HE WAS ABOUT TO PASS BY

THAT WAY."

NOW SEE, I HAVE THIS LITTLE THING THAT I LIKE TO SAY

THAT MORE PEOPLE NEED TO BE WILLING TO

CLIMB A TREE IF THAT'S WHAT IT'S GOING TO TAKE TO GET WHAT

THEY WANT.

AND YOU CAN TRANSLATE THAT HOWEVER IT FITS INTO YOUR LIFE.

"SO HE RAN AHEAD AND HE CLIMBED UP IN THE TREE.

AND WHEN JESUS REACHED THE PLACE," AND I LOVE THIS, I WANT

YOU TO GET A PICTURE OF THIS.

TRY TO IMAGINE THIS SCENE.

BIG CROWD, GUY WANTS TO SEE JESUS.

I MEAN, HUGE CROWD.

HE'S REALLY NOT A VERY GOOD GUY, HE'S GOT PROBLEMS IN HIS LIFE,

BUT MAYBE HE'S READY FOR A CHANGE.

HE WANTED TO SEE JESUS, COULDN'T SEE HIM, SHOULD HE JUST GIVE UP?

IS IT GOING TO BE TOO HARD?

SHOULD HE JUST SAY, "OH, THIS IS NOT GOING TO WORK FOR ME,"

AND WALK OFF?

NO, HE RAN AHEAD OF EVERYBODY ELSE AND HE CLIMBED UP IN

A TREE.

"AND WHEN JESUS CAME PASSING BY," I LOVE THIS PART OF

THE STORY, IT SAYS THAT HE LOOKED UP.

NOW, WHY WOULD JESUS BE WALKING ALONG AND DECIDE TO LOOK UP

IN A TREE?

I'LL TELL YOU WHY, BECAUSE THERE WAS SOMETHING IN THE ATTITUDE OF

ZACCHAEUS THAT DREW THE SPIRIT OF JESUS TO HIM.

COME ON NOW.

AND SO--AND HE SAID TO HIM, NOW WATCH THIS, "ZACCHAEUS, HURRY UP

AND COME DOWN BECAUSE I MUST STAY AT YOUR HOUSE TODAY."

WHO DOES JESUS LIKE TO HANG OUT WITH?

PEOPLE THAT HAVE GOT A DETERMINED ATTITUDE THAT THEY'RE

NOT GOING TO QUIT AND GIVE UP.

YOU KNOW WHAT?

I THINK IF WE'RE WHINERS AND MOANERS AND GROANERS, AND ALL WE

DO IS TALK ABOUT WHAT WE CAN'T, AND WHAT WE DON'T, AND WHAT

WE'RE NOT, I'M NOT SURE THAT HE CARES TO COME TO OUR HOUSE.

AND I DON'T MEAN THAT, YOU KNOW, WE DON'T HAVE CHRIST AS OUR

SAVIOR, BUT I'M JUST TALKING ABOUT IF WE WANT THE PRESENCE OF

GOD IN OUR LIVES, THEN WE'VE GOT TO HAVE THE KIND OF ATTITUDE

THAT HE WANTS US TO HAVE.

AND THAT MEANS I DON'T CARE WHAT I'M NOT, JESUS IS EVERYTHING

THAT I NEED.

AND SO, I MAY BE SHORT, BUT I CAN FIND A WAY TO DO WHAT HE

WANTS ME TO DO.

COME ON, COME ON, COME ON, COME ON.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE,

AND HOW YOU WEREN'T RAISED RIGHT, AND HOW YOU DIDN'T

GET THIS, AND YOU'RE NOT THIS AND YOU'RE NOT THAT.

DON'T FOCUS ON WHAT YOU'RE NOT, FOCUS ON WHO HE IS AND WHAT HE

CAN DO THROUGH YOU.

SO, AS WE GO ON, "SO HE HEARD

AND HE CAME DOWN, AND HE RECEIVED AND WELCOMED

HIM JOYFULLY."

VERSE 7, "AND WHEN THE PEOPLE SAW IT," AND THIS ALWAYS

HAPPENS, THESE PEOPLE JUST AGGRAVATE ME TO NO END.

"WHEN THE PEOPLE SAW THAT JESUS WAS GOING TO GO TO ZACCHAEUS'

HOUSE, THEY ALL MUTTERED AMONG THEMSELVES, INDIGNANTLY

COMPLAINING, 'HE HAS GONE TO BE THE GUEST OF AND LODGE WITH THIS

MAN WHO IS DEVOTED TO SIN AND IS A PREEMINENT SINNER.'"

IT'S AMAZING, THE PERSON WHO HAS

AN AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE AND GETS GOD'S ATTENTION AND SOMETHING

GOOD STARTS TO HAPPEN IN THEIR LIFE, HOW ALL THE PEOPLE DON'T

LIKE IT, AND THEY--NOBODY ELSE RAN AND CLIMBED UP A TREE.

AND SO, THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN MURMURING BECAUSE ZACCHAEUS GOT

SOMETHING FROM JESUS THAT THEY WOULD'VE LIKE TO HAVE HAD.

AND THEN VERSE 8 SAYS, "SO THEN ZACCHAEUS STOOD UP AND SOLEMNLY

DECLARED," I LOVE THIS PART, "TO THE LORD, 'SEE LORD, THE HALF OF

MY GOODS [NOW] I GIVE [BY WAY OF RESTORATION] TO THE POOR, AND IF

I HAVE CHEATED ANYONE OUT OF ANYTHING, I [NOW] RESTORE

FOUR TIMES AS MUCH.'" YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENS

TO PEOPLE WHEN YOU START HANGING OUT IN THE COMPANY

OF JESUS?

ALL OF A SUDDEN, YOU GET GENEROUS.

ALL OF A SUDDEN, YOU START WANTING TO GIVE INSTEAD

OF TAKING.

ZACCHAEUS HAD BEEN A TAKER, HE'D BEEN A THIEF, HE'D BEEN TAKING

OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY AND USING IT FOR HIMSELF.

NOW, ALL OF A SUDDEN, ONE ENCOUNTER WITH JESUS

AND HE'S A CHANGED MAN.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, DON'T LET ANY DEFICIT IN YOUR LIFE

HOLD YOU BACK.

YOU KNOW MY STORY IF YOU'VE WATCHED ME ON TV.

I MEAN, MY GOSH, I GOT SUCH A BAD START IN LIFE.

I MEAN, I WAS HURT SO BAD, AND YOU KNOW,

I HAD TO COME TO THE POINT WHERE I JUST SAID, "I'M NOT

GOING TO LET THAT HOLD ME BACK."

GOD IS GREATER THAN YOUR PAST.

AMEN?

HE'S GREATER THAN ANY PROBLEM THAT YOU'VE GOT.

WE'VE GOT A YOUNG MAN THAT'S HERE TODAY, AND I DON'T KNOW

WHERE TONY'S AT, BUT THIS IS LIKE THE THIRD TIME HE'S BEEN TO

ONE OF MY CONFERENCES.

I MET HIM 10 YEARS AGO, AND HE WAS ONE OF THE MAKE A WISH

FOUNDATION CHILDREN.

HE HAPPENS TO BE IN A WHEELCHAIR, AND HE'S GOT SOME

PHYSICAL CHALLENGES, AND SO HIS WISH WAS TO MEET ME, WHICH I

THOUGHT WAS JUST--IT'S JUST ONE OF THE SWEETEST THINGS

THAT'S EVER HAPPENED TO ME.

SO ANYWAY, THEY PAID FOR HIM TO COME HERE.

AND THEN AFTER MEETING HIM, WE KIND OF GOT IT IN OUR HEART TO

HELP THEM A LITTLE BIT FURTHER.

SO, WE BOUGHT THEIR FAMILY, THE MINISTRY BOUGHT THEIR FAMILY

A WHEELCHAIR-EQUIPPED VAN, AND WE BOUGHT HIM A MUCH BETTER

WHEELCHAIR THAN WHAT HE HAD. AND SO, ANYWAY--

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: THERE'S TONY RIGHT THERE.

SEE, THERE HE IS.

LOOK AT THAT, TONY, NOW YOU'RE FAMOUS, YOU'RE GOING TO BE

ON TV.

CHECK IT OUT.

ALL RIGHT, NOW HE CAME HERE TODAY, THEY DROVE FROM NAPLES,

AND HE'S SO EXCITED BECAUSE HE'S ABOUT TO GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: COME ON.

HE'S GETTING A BUSINESS DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION.

NOW, HOW MANY PEOPLE IN THAT SITUATION WOULD JUST GIVE UP

AND SAY, "WELL, MY LIFE'S OVER, I CAN NEVER DO ANYTHING"?

COME ON, WHAT HAVE YOU GIVEN UP ON

AND WHAT ARE YOU WHINING ABOUT?

LET'S LET HIS TESTIMONY KICK US IN THE TUTU A LITTLE BIT

AND SAY, "I'M GOING TO START CLIMBING A TREE IF THAT'S WHAT I

HAVE TO DO TO SEE JESUS IN MY LIFE," AMEN?

YEAH, AWESOME.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME.

I'LL TELL YOU WHAT, I JUST GET SO EXCITED ABOUT PEOPLE THAT

WON'T GIVE UP.

I'M TRYING TO GET THE POINT ACROSS TO YOU TODAY THAT YOU

WILL BE AMAZED WHAT YOU CAN DO IF YOU WON'T HAVE A GIVE UP

ATTITUDE BEFORE YOU EVER GIVE IT YOUR BEST TO FIND OUT WHAT GOD

CAN DO THROUGH YOU IF YOU'LL TRUST HIM AND

TAKE A STEP OF FAITH.

I MEAN, I AM TELLING YOU THAT THERE IS NO WAY THAT I SHOULD BE

DOING WHAT I'M DOING.

I TALK.

AND I GAVE MY MOUTH TO GOD, AND I SAID, "I BELIEVE THAT I CAN

OVERCOME MY PAST BECAUSE I SEE THE PROMISES IN YOUR WORD."

HEY, LISTEN, WHEN I STARTED THIS, WOMEN DIDN'T DO WHAT

I'M DOING.

THERE WAS MAYBE A HANDFUL, JUST A HANDFUL.

AND I JUST WANT TO SAY AGAIN: DETERMINATION.

I LOVE WHAT THE APOSTLE PAUL SAYS THAT'S RECORDED IN

PHILIPPIANS 3, "MY DETERMINED PURPOSE IS TO KNOW HIM AND THE

POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION THAT LIFTS ME OUT FROM AMONG THE DEAD

EVEN WHILE I'M IN THE BODY."

AND IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS, YOU CAN

HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM, BUT YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE

TO BE DETERMINED TO NOT LET THE DEVIL OR CIRCUMSTANCES OR

ANYTHING ELSE STEAL IT FROM YOU.

HOW MANY OF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE BEST LIFE THAT YOU CAN HAVE?

YOU MIGHT SAY, "YEAH, I'M PRAYING ABOUT THAT."

WELL, THAT'S GOOD, YOU ALWAYS WANT TO START WITH PRAYER, BUT I

WANT TO TELL YOU SOMETHING, IT'S GOING TO TAKE A LITTLE BIT MORE

THAN THAT BECAUSE GOD'S GOING TO SHOW YOU SOME THINGS THAT YOU

NEED TO DO, SOME THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO CHANGE.

AND HE WILL GIVE YOU THE GRACE TO DO IT, BUT WHEN IT COMES

RIGHT DOWN TO IT, YOU GOT TO DO THE DOING.

SEE, YOU'RE NOT CLAPPING AS LOUD FOR THE DOING PART.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: "OH, I GOT TO DO SOMETHING?"

ALL RIGHT, NOW GENESIS 32.

WE'RE GOING TO TALK ABOUT JACOB.

KIND OF THE SAME TYPE OF SITUATION, BUT JUST A LITTLE BIT

DIFFERENT.

JACOB, WELL, HE WAS JUST A REAL RASCAL.

I MEAN, HE AND ESAU WERE TWINS, AND ESAU WAS BORN FIRST,

HE WAS THE OLDER BROTHER.

AND WHEN THEY CAME OUT OF THE WOMB, JACOB WAS HOLDING ON

TO HIS HEEL, AND I LIKE TO SAY FROM THE WOMB HE WAS TRYING

TO GET AHEAD.

AND HE DID SOME THINGS THAT REALLY WERE NOT GOOD.

I MEAN, HE LIED, HE CHEATED, HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIS BROTHER

AT A TIME OF WHEN HE WAS HUNGRY, AND HE GOT ESAU TO SELL HIM

HIS BIRTHRIGHT.

THEY--HE LIED TO HIS FATHER AND PRETENDED TO BE ESAU WHEN HE

WASN'T, AND ON AND ON AND ON.

WELL, AFTER ALL THESE THINGS HAPPENED AND HE GOT THE PRAYER,

THE BLESSING PRAYER OF THE FIRSTBORN, ONCE A FATHER GAVE

THAT BLESSING, IT COULDN'T BE TAKEN BACK.

AND SO, THAT BIRTHRIGHT REALLY MEANT A LOT IN THOSE DAYS.

SO, WHAT NORMALLY HAPPENS WHEN WE DO WRONG THINGS THAT WE KNOW

ARE WRONG IS IMMEDIATELY THEN HE BECAME AFRAID AND HE RAN.

HE WAS AFRAID THAT ESAU WOULD HURT HIM, AND SO HE RAN FOR

YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS, AND HE AND ESAU DID NOT SEE EACH

OTHER OR REALLY HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH EACH OTHER.

WELL, ESAU--I MEAN, JACOB FINALLY I GUESS GOT TIRED

OF RUNNING.

MAYBE THERE'S SOMEBODY IN THE ROOM TODAY AND YOU'RE TIRED

OF RUNNING FROM THINGS IN YOUR PAST.

AND IT'S TIME FOR YOU NOW TO STOP AND DEAL WITH SOME STUFF

AND GET IT OVER WITH, AMEN?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: YOU SAY, "WELL, EXACTLY WHAT DO

YOU MEAN BY THAT?" WELL, HERE AGAIN I'LL USE MY

STORY AS AN EXAMPLE.

YOU KNOW, MY FATHER ABUSED ME AND MY MOTHER DIDN'T HELP ME AT

ALL, AND SO I ASKED A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE FOR HELP,

A COUPLE OF RELATIVES.

THE POLICE ACTUALLY CAUGHT MY DAD ONE TIME ABUSING ME IN

THE BACKSEAT OF A CAR, AND I THOUGHT, "WELL, NOW I'M FINALLY

GOING TO GET HELP."

AND THEY DIDN'T HELP ME EITHER.

AND I MEAN, ACTUALLY THE POLICEMAN TOLD MY DAD, "WELL,

IF YOU'LL LET ME HAVE TIME WITH HER, I'LL LET YOU GO."

AND SO, YEAH.

AND SO, I MEAN, I'VE BEEN THROUGH IT.

AND SO, I KIND OF GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I JUST THOUGHT,

"NOBODY'S GOING TO HELP ME, SO I'M GOING TO SURVIVE THIS."

NOW, I WAS BORN AGAIN WHEN I WAS 9 YEARS OLD AND WE WERE VISITING

RELATIVES IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI.

AND THEY WERE ALL CHRISTIANS, AND SO I SNUCK OFF TO CHURCH

WITH ONE OF THEM AT A SATURDAY NIGHT SERVICE WHILE MY DAD

WAS OUT DRINKING.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW I KNOW THAT I NEEDED THIS, BUT I WENT

WITH THE PURPOSE IN MIND OF GETTING SAVED.

AND I TOOK TWO OF MY COUSINS AND SAID, "WE'RE ALL GOING

TO GET SAVED."

I GUESS THERE WAS SOMETHING IN ME EVEN BACK THEN.

AND SO, THAT NIGHT, THE PASTOR DID NOT HAVE AN ALTAR CALL.

NOW, COME ON, I WANT YOU TO LISTEN TO THIS STORY,

HE DID NOT HAVE AN ALTAR CALL.

SO, I HAD A CHOICE TO MAKE.

DO I GO BACK HOME, OR DO I GET WHAT I CAME FOR?

COME ON, DO I GIVE UP AND GO BACK HOME, OR DO I GET WHAT

I CAME FOR?

COME ON, ARE YOU DETERMINED TO GET WHAT YOU WANT?

AND I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT FLESHLY STUFF, I'M TALKING ABOUT

ARE YOU DETERMINED TO HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD?

ARE YOU DETERMINED TO PUT HIM FIRST IN YOUR LIFE?

ARE YOU DETERMINED TO BE OBEDIENT TO GOD?

ARE YOU DETERMINED TO BE A PERSON FULL OF INTEGRITY IN

A WORLD TODAY THAT IS ABOUT AS CRAZY AS ANY OF US HAVE

EVER SEEN?

IT'S GONNA TAKE DETERMINATION.

AND SO, I REMEMBER I TOOK MY COUSINS BY THE HAND, I SAID--WE

WENT UP TO THE FRONT AND WAITED TO TALK TO THE PASTOR.

AND I WAS SO SCARED AND CRYING, AND WHEN HE CAME OVER AND SAID,

"WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?" I SAID, "CAN YOU SAVE ME?"

AND SO, HE PRAYED WITH ME, AND I REMEMBER CLEARLY MY SINS

BEING WASHED AWAY.

I JUST--I FELT LIKE A BRAND NEW PERSON, BUT I DIDN'T KNOW

ANYTHING.

NOW, THIS IS KIND OF A CUTE BUT A CRAZY STORY.

THE NEXT DAY, I CHEATED IN A GAME OF HIDE AND GO SEEK.

I REMEMBER HAVING MY HEAD AGAINST THE WHITE HOUSE,

AND I WAS TEMPTED TO PEEK.

AND I DID, AND THE DEVIL SAID, "YOU'VE LOST YOUR SALVATION."

OF COURSE, I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE DEVIL, I

DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, BUT I BELIEVED THAT.

AND SO, I JUST THOUGHT, "WELL, I'VE MADE A MISTAKE

AND THAT'S OVER."

SO, AS FAR AS I KNEW, I DIDN'T HAVE GOD IN MY LIFE.

BUT I CAN LOOK BACK AT MY LIFE NOW, AND I CAN TELL YOU THAT

EVEN THOUGH GOD DID NOT GET ME OUT OF THAT SITUATION LIKE

I ASKED HIM TO, HE GAVE ME A STRENGTH AND A GRACE AND A POWER

TO GET THROUGH IT.

AND I DO REMEMBER THAT--AND I USED TO SAY I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT

WAS, BUT WHEN I WAS ABOUT 9 YEARS OLD, THIS DETERMINATION

CAME INTO ME THAT I WAS GOING TO OVERCOME.

AND I KNOW NOW THAT THAT WAS WHEN THE HOLY SPIRIT CAME

INTO ME.

AND WHEN HE COMES INTO OUR LIVES, HE COMES WITH STRENGTH

AND DETERMINATION, AMEN?

AND I CAN REMEMBER LAYING IN BED AT NIGHT WHEN I WAS, LIKE,

JUST A YOUNG TEENAGER.

AND THIS IS WHAT I WOULD THINK, WHICH DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE

EITHER.

I WOULD THINK, "SOMEDAY, I'M GOING TO DO SOMETHING GREAT.

SOMEDAY, I'M GOING TO DO SOMETHING THAT'S GOING TO

SURPRISE EVERYBODY."

BECAUSE MY DAD WOULD ALWAYS TELL ME THAT I WAS NO GOOD AND I'D

NEVER AMOUNT TO ANYTHING.

AND YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW BAD I FELT ABOUT MYSELF BECAUSE OF

WHAT HE WAS DOING TO ME, BUT GOD GAVE ME THAT DETERMINATION, HE

GAVE ME THAT GRACE TO SAY, "I'M GOING TO OVERCOME THIS, AND I'M

GOING TO DO SOMETHING WITH MY LIFE."

WELL, BECAUSE NOBODY WAS HELPING ME, I JUST DECIDED THAT I WAS

GOING TO SURVIVE, AND THAT AS SOON AS I WAS 18, I WAS GETTING

OUT OF THERE.

AND SO, AS SOON AS I WAS 18, I LEFT HOME, AND I THOUGHT

I GOT RID OF MY PROBLEM.

TOOK ME ANOTHER FEW YEARS TO REALIZE I TOOK IT WITH ME,

BUT IT WAS IN MY SOUL.

AND SOME OF YOU THINK YOU'VE GOTTEN RID OF YOUR PROBLEM, BUT

YOU STILL GOT IT IN YOUR SOUL BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T REALLY DEALT

WITH IT YET.

AND YOU MAY NEED TO DO THAT BEFORE YOU CAN BE EVERYTHING

THAT YOU NEED TO BE IN CHRIST.

HOW MANY OF YOU ARE UNDERSTANDING WHAT I'M SAYING

HERE TODAY?

OKAY.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SO MANY PEOPLE THAT GO TO

PSYCHIATRISTS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS AND THEY NEED COUNSELING ALL

THE TIME, IT'S FOR STUFF JUST LIKE THIS.

THEY HAVEN'T DEALT WITH STUFF THAT THEY NEED TO DEAL WITH.

AND SO, I WAS LIKE JACOB, I WAS RUNNING.

AND I REMEMBER WE WERE AT A CHURCH MEETING ONE NIGHT,

AND DAVE--THERE WAS A LADY THERE THAT WAS GIVING A TESTIMONY

ABOUT BEING SEXUALLY ABUSED BY HER--FOR HER, IT WAS HER

STEPFATHER.

AND DAVE BOUGHT ME HER BOOK, WHICH I DIDN'T WANT.

I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HE BOUGHT IT, BUT WHEN HE GOT HOME, HE SAID,

"I THINK IT WOULD REALLY HELP YOU TO READ THIS."

WELL, I WAS--I DIDN'T CARE ABOUT--I DIDN'T WANT TO

READ THAT.

AND SO, I SAT DOWN ONE DAY, AND I HAD THE BOOK.

AND WHEN I STARTED TO READ PAGE ONE, SHE WAS

DESCRIBING THINGS THAT HAPPENED TO HER, AND BOY,

IT WAS JUST EXACTLY LIKE THINGS THAT HAD HAPPENED TO ME.

AND I MEAN, ALL OF THESE--THIS PAIN AND EMOTION CAME RUSHING UP

IN ME.

YOU GUYS STILL WITH ME?

AND I THREW THAT BOOK ACROSS THE FLOOR.

AND I SAID, "I AM NOT GOING TO READ THIS."

AND I HEARD THE HOLY SPIRIT SAY VERY CLEARLY, "IT'S TIME."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: NOW SEE, THIS MAY NOT BE THE ISSUE WITH A LOT OF YOU,

BUT I CAN TELL YOU IT IS WITH SOME.

AND I CANNOT EVEN IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE WATCHING TV RIGHT

NOW ARE BROKENHEARTED AND HAVE WOUNDS THAT THEY'RE TRYING TO

DROWN WITH DRUGS OR ALCOHOL, OR THEY'RE TRYING TO DROWN IT

WITH MONEY OR BUYING THINGS, OR THERE'S NO TELLING WHAT ALL

PEOPLE DO TO TRY TO GET AWAY FROM THEIR PAIN.

BUT THE THING IS, IF YOU RECEIVE CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR AND YOU

ASK HIM TO HEAL YOUR LIFE COMPLETELY, HE CAN CAUSE YOU

TO FACE ALL THOSE THINGS AND OVERCOME THEM.

AND THEN, AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT, HE WILL TAKE THOSE THINGS

AND HE'LL ACTUALLY USE THEM TO HELP YOU IN YOUR FUTURE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: I MEAN, MY GOSH, WHAT KIND OF A GOD DO WE SERVE?

WHOO.

AMAZING, AMAZING.

AND SO, JACOB WAS RUNNING, AND HE CAME TO A POINT I GUESS

WHERE HE WAS FED UP WITH IT.

AND SEE, THAT'S WHAT'S GOT TO HAPPEN SOMETIMES, YOU GOT TO

COME TO THE POINT WHERE YOU'RE FED UP WITH IT.

AND SO, HE DECIDED THAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO RUN ANYMORE,

HE DIDN'T WANT TO BE AFRAID.

HE WANTED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH ESAU.

SO, HE STARTED SENDING GIFTS TO ESAU.

AND THEN EVERY GROUP THAT WOULD GO AND MEET ESAU WOULD--THE

GIFTS WOULD BE BETTER THAN THEY WERE BEFORE.

NOW, HAVING TOLD YOU THAT MUCH OF THE STORY, LET'S START IN

VERSE, OH, 22.

"BUT HE ROSE UP THAT [SAME]

NIGHT AND TOOK HIS TWO WIVES, AND HIS TWO WOMEN SERVANTS, AND

HIS ELEVEN SONS AND HE PASSED OVER THE FORD [OF THE] JABBOK.

AND HE TOOK THEM AND HE SENT THEM ACROSS THE BROOK; AND ALSO

HE SENT OVER ALL THAT HE HAD."

I LIKE TO KIND OF IMAGINE THIS, IT WAS LIKE HE HAD COME TO

A POINT IN HIS LIFE WHERE HE WASN'T WILLING TO GO ON ANYMORE

THE WAY HE WAS.

I WONDER IF THERE'S ANYBODY HERE THAT'S NOT WILLING TO GO ON

ANYMORE THE WAY YOU ARE.

WHATEVER THAT MIGHT MEAN TO SOMEBODY, IT'S LIKE I'VE HAD

ENOUGH OF THIS, AND I DON'T WANT TO LIVE LIKE THIS ANYMORE.

I'M NOT GOING TO--I'M NOT GOING TO LIVE WITHOUT PEACE IN

MY LIFE.

I'M NOT GOING TO LIVE WITH--I'M NOT JUST GOING TO GO THROUGH

LIFE, I'M GOING TO LEARN HOW TO ENJOY MY LIFE, WHATEVER IT

MIGHT BE.

WHATEVER VICTORY IT IS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR FROM GOD, YOU'VE GOT

TO BE DETERMINED THAT YOU WANT IT.

IT CAN'T BE A WISHY WASHY, YOU GOT TO BE DETERMINED THAT IF

ANYBODY CAN HAVE THE BEST THAT GOD HAS TO OFFER, YOU CAN.

AND SO, I PERSONALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT IT SAYS HE CAME TO

THAT RIVERBED, I GUESS, AND IT SAYS HE SENT--HE WALKED AWAY

FROM EVERYTHING THAT HE HAD.

HE WAS READY TO CONFRONT HIS ISSUE.

SOMETIMES, YOU GOT TO GET LIKE THAT.

YOU GOT TO BE LIKE, "I DON'T CARE WHAT IT COSTS ME,

I DON'T--I'M WALKING AWAY FROM EVERYTHING, AND I'M GOING TO

FIND OUT WHAT IT'S GOING TO TAKE TO GET THIS LIFE FIXED."

I'M TELLING YOU, IF YOU GET SERIOUS ENOUGH, EVERYBODY IN

THIS ROOM CAN HAVE ALL THE VICTORY YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT,

BUT YOU CAN'T JUST THINK THAT YOU'RE GOING TO GET SOME

DRIVE-THRU BREAKTHROUGH.

TODAY, WE CAN GET EVERYTHING DRIVE-THRU.

YOU CAN DRIVE THROUGH AND GET ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, BUT WITH

GOD, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH.

JOYCE: WELL, SOME OF THE SCRIPTURE VERSES THAT I'VE

DIY Board and Batten Mudroom | Landing Zone - Duration: 2:46.

Today I'm gonna teach you how to do a DIY board and batten mudroom. Take your

boring old laundry room from this to this and we are starting right now.

Hey everyone, I'm Karin Carr, a Realtor in Savannah, Georgia. If you're in Savannah

and you're interested in real estate information be sure to hit the subscribe

button. I publish new information every Monday and you don't want to miss

anything. When we walk in from our driveway we come into the mudroom and

we were just dumping everything on that counter. It always looked like a mess

and a wreck and I just really was envisioning doing something with this

big blank wall. SoI talked my husband into making this for me and it turned

out to be such an easy project! We did it in an afternoon and it really used very

few tools, so I figured I would share because it's not that big of a deal. I

think anybody can do it. All you need to do is measure how wide is the wall and

how tall do you want it to be? And you use 1x4's for the horizontal

boards and you use 1x2's for the vertical boards. Once you've taken

your measurements and you've figured out how tall does it need to be, how wide is

it going to be, how many vertical boards do we need, how far apart are they going

to be? You just cut everything to size, use liquid nails to stick them to the

wall, then nail them in and fill the holes. Then you just paint the entire

thing so it's really just those boards and the back wall that's painted white.

We decided to put a shelf on the top so that's a 1x12. My husband made those

little brackets that go underneath but you can also buy them ready-made at the

hardware store. And we just put one in the center and

one on each end. Then I found these hooks at Hobby Lobby which I thought were

really cool because they're cast iron hooks with the rope attachment, so I'll

put the link down below in case you like those and want to go check them out.

And of course when they're on sale 50% off - bonus! So there you have it - an easy

DIY board and batten mudroom that you can do yourself or maybe with a little

bit of help from your hubby. Or your brother, or your dad, or

whoever you can coerce into helping you. What do you think about DIY tutorials? Do

you like these? If you want some more of these comment down below and let me know

What is an Embargo in Scholarly Publishing? - Duration: 2:50.

Hi there.

I am John Bond from Riverwinds Consulting and this is Publishing Defined.

Today I am going to talk about embargoes in academic publishing.

First an embargo, in this usage, is a period of time during which access to academic journal

articles is not allowed by users who have not paid for access or have access through

their institution.

A publisher does this to protect the journal's subscription revenue or member benefit.

This contention, that an embargo period helps protect the business model, is obviously debated

by many.

Surveys have been published that refute this idea.

An embargo period might be a few months or years.

There are two main types: a so called moving wall for a fixed period of time, say 12 months.

This means the restricted access is always 12 months, in this instance, from the current

date.

Another option is a fixed date such as January 1st of that year.

This means that all content prior to that date would require some kind of subscription

or membership to view it, but all older content, after that date, would be freely available

in an open access fashion.

Prior to the end of any embargo period, the title and other bibliographic information

and the abstract would be available to the reader.

This embargo on access to scientific content is not to be confused with news embargoes

that are commonly applied to the content in health-related news regarding upcoming journal

articles, such as in JAMA or the Lancet.

Journalists who commonly receive a press release and or access to the full article must hold

back reporting on it until an agreed upon date.

This agreement, sometimes called the Ingelfinger Rule, allows for research to be done by the

journalist prior to publication.

Well that's it.

I've released a new eBook called, "Scholarly Publishing: A Primer."

It is a short, focused guide on some of the essential topics that are integral to academic

publishing.

Starting with the basics of scholarly publishing, it then moves onto the specifics of book and

journal publishing, then marketing and promotion, then to organizations and standards, then

to rights and licensing, and finally it looks at trends in publishing.

It was born out of videos on this channel.

Learn English Conversation - Oxford English Daily Conversation Part 2 - Duration: 47:14.

- Morning, Julia. - Hi, Rebecca.

Are you going away

I`m going to my parents` for the weekend.

My sister`s picking me up at quarter past nine.

When are you getting back

We`re having a big family dinner on Sunday evening.

It`s my father`s birthday.

So I`m going straight into work on Monday.

You sound happy.

Do I Perhaps I`m falling in love.

What Are you serious

Yes, I think so.

Who is it What`s he like

Well, he`s very good-looking and he`s got lovely eyes.

What does he do Come on, Julia. Who is it

He works for a TV company.

Really Do I know him

In fact, he`s probably on TV right now.

You`re watching the local weekend news on Apex TV.

I`m Gary Fenton. It`s nine fifteen.

Gary

Oh, there`s Cindy. Bye, Julia. See you on Monday.

Gary

Well, what do you think

Oh.

On Saturday mornings Charlie and Molly Craddock usually go shopping...

...but they aren`t going shopping today.

They`re doing something completely different.

They`re walking round the local park.

And they`re doing it backwards.

Molly. Why are you walking round the park backwards

We`re collecting money for local charities.

Is it difficult, Charlie

Not for us, because we practise.

We walk round our garden for two hours every day.

- Backwards - Of course!

- It`s very easy, you know. - And it`s great fun. Oh!

Oops!

Are you waiting for someone, Tim

What Oh, yes. Ah, here she is.

- Hi. - Hi, Julia.

Hi, Sean. How are you

Not too bad, I suppose.

The police are coming to see us this afternoon.

Jason and Kylie put soap powder in the neighbours` fish pond yesterday.

Well, good luck. We`re going into town.

Bye.

Have a nice weekend.

She`s going out with someone and he works here.

- Ooh, who is it - Gary.

- No! - Yes.

What`s she giggling about

It`s Julia.

You`ll never guess, but she`s going out with Gary.

Nonsense! Julia`s got more sense than that.

It`s true. She told me on Saturday.

Well, never mind that.

What time am I meeting Frederick today

Oh, he phoned to say that he can`t make it.

Could you call him on his mobile He`s at the House of Commons.

Look out! She`s coming.

- Hello, Julia. - Oh, um, hi.

Oh, Gary. Gary...

Julia, are you doing anything this evening

Yes, I am. I`m going out.

Are you going out tomorrow, too

No, I`m not. I`m staying in and watching a video with Rebecca.

What about Wednesday

Look. What is this, Gary What do you want

Oh, come on, Julia. Don`t be shy. I know your little secret.

Secret What secret

You know.

What do I know

Oh, come on, you know.

Don`t you

Thanks.

How was your weekend at your parents

Don`t ask.

They argued all the time and I got the usual lecture.

"Why don`t you get a proper job like Cindy She`s doing so well."

What about your weekend

Well, on Saturday morning I was with Tim in Wrigley Park.

People do some funny things...

Yes, they do. Well, I can`t stay here all day.

And then Julia arrived and she and Tim...

Julia

Yeah, it seems they`re going out together.

I didn`t know anything about it.

Julia is going out with Tim But...

Rebecca!

So what will this new series of yours be about

If you come to the meeting tomorrow, you`ll find out.

Some of your young fans, boys.

Can we have your autographs, please

I`ll use my own pen.

What`s it like to be a star

These kids can recognize real talent.

That`s right.

Well, actually, this is for my grandma.

And the next item is: Tim`s new series. Tim

OK. Well the series will be called "People"...

...and it will be about people`s lives...

...not famous people, but ordinary people...

...like nurses, shop assistants, bank managers, housewives.

Won`t that be a bit - ordinary

No, they`ll be ordinary people, but with an extraordinary story to tell.

- How will it work - It`ll be very simple.

We`ll interview someone in the studio about his or her life story.

And will you be the interviewer

I`d like Gary to do it.

Me Er, why

I`d like to direct it. It`ll be a chance for both of us to try something new.

- Gary - I think it`s an excellent idea.

Very exciting.

So, who have we got for the first programme

It`s this woman here - Samantha Richmond. She`s a waitress.

Uh-huh. So what`s her story

She got married on her sixteenth birthday.

She and her boyfriend ran away to Gretna Green...

...because her parents didn`t approve.

Sounds interesting. Are they still married

Yes, they are. They`ve got five children now.

Here`s a photo of the family.

If you do that again, I`ll go back to my desk.

OK. OK. I promise I`ll behave.

Good. Now there`s a lot more about Samantha Richmond.

She`s a very interesting woman.

What time will this woman be here, Julia It`s already twenty past two.

I`m sure she`ll be here soon.

Excuse me. There`s a message on my answerphone for Julia...

...from Samantha Richmond.

- When Just now - This morning.

What

I was out of the office all morning at a meeting.

Anyway, she says she`s very sorry...

...but she can`t come this afternoon because one of her children is ill.

Oh dear, I hope it`s nothing serious.

Nothing serious

We haven`t got an interview. That`s serious, isn`t it

I meant the child.

Well, if she can`t do it, we`ll just have to find someone from here.

Well, it can`t be me, because I`m the interviewer.

How about Frederick

He`s in Bangkok.

Anyway, it needs to be someone ordinary.

You can`t be serious.

Our guest this evening is Sean Casey - a cameraman here at Apex TV.

Tell me something about your early life, Sean.

Well, I was born in Ireland...

...but my parents moved to England when I was still a baby...

...and I grew up in London.

We were quite a big family - seven kids.

I didn`t do very well at school and I left when I was sixteen.

What did you do after school

I got a job in a furniture factory.

Furniture How interesting.

Not really.

But in my free time I played the bass guitar...

...with a band called Nightmare.

And we got a few good gigs, so I gave up my job...

...and went on the road with the band.

Really

Yeah. We never became famous...

...but we played with some famous bands...

...REM, Guns N` Roses, Dire Straits.

We had some great times.

I remember one night in Las Vegas, I was in a bar with U2.

They`re great guys - loads of fun.

Well, we were in this bar and...

Evening, Sean. We watched you on TV last night. You were very good.

Thank you, Ted.

Yes, you were great, Sean.

I didn`t see it.

The kids wanted to watch some quiz programme on the other channel.

Look out, boys, some more of your fans.

I`ll just get my pen out.

There he is!

Can we have your autograph, please, Mr Casey

We saw you on TV last night.

Did you really play with all those big bands

- Yeah. - What was it like

It was really great.

Huh, the kids of today!

Yeah. What do they know

Anything for me

Here you are. I`m going to put my feet up.

It`s been a long day.

This`ll be from my sister.

She works in Hong Kong.

Talking of families, are you working this weekend

Just Saturday.

I`m going to my parents` for the weekend.

Would you like to come over on Sunday

They`d love to meet you.

Sure. What time

Why don`t you come over about three and stay for dinner in the evening

OK. Oh, how do I get there

I`ll give you a map.

No! I`ve got my personal organizer.

The easiest way is to take the London Road to Kingston.

There`s a big Asda supermarket just before you get to the centre of Kingston.

You go past Asda and take the first turning on the right.

There`s a post office on the corner.

First on the right. OK.

Go down there till you come to the second set of traffic lights.

Turn left there and you`ll see a pub called the Black Bull on the right.

Turn right and Gloucester Avenue is the third road on the left.

Number 29.

Turn right by the Black Bull and third left. 29. Got it.

Morning, dear. Do you want some breakfast

Yes, please. Morning, Dad.

Morning.

Do you have to do that now

You said you wanted it mending.

- Are we going shopping today - No, not today.

Do you remember old Mrs Burns

I`m taking her to stay with her daughter this morning.

Where does her daughter live

In one of those little roads near King George Square.

We can go shopping tomorrow.

It`s more convenient on Sunday mornings anyway...

...because there aren`t so many people.

Don`t forget Tim`s coming tomorrow.

We`ll be back in time.

When I was driving home yesterday, I saw these two kids.

They were running out of a newsagent`s and the owner was running after them.

The kids ran right in front of my car and I nearly hit them.

But that wasn`t the worst thing.

When they turned round, do you know what

It was Jason and Kylie

Tim Barnes.

What When

Where

Thank you.

A robbery at a jeweller`s shop in King George Square.

Here we are, Mrs Burns.

Oh, there`s another police car. I wonder what`s happening.

Oh dear, there`s nowhere to park. Well, I`ll just stop here.

We won`t be long.

Turn right here. That`ll be the quickest way.

Oh no!

Come on! You`re blocking the street.

We won`t be a minute.

Can`t you move any faster

Allow me. It`ll be quicker.

Well, really!

There you are, Mum.

So what happened

Well, when we got there, I couldn`t find anywhere to park...

...so I stopped in the middle of the street.

While I was helping Mrs Burns out of the car...

...another car pulled up behind me...

...and the driver of the car beeped his horn at me.

Some people!

Poor old Mrs Burns can`t move very fast.

So while we were walking to her door, the young man started shouting at us.

That`s terrible!

And then he grabbed the suitcases from the car...

...and he just dumped them on the pavement.

How rude!

But, you know, I`m sure I`ve seen him somewhere before.

Tim will be here soon.

Uh, huh.

It isn`t usually as busy as that on a Sunday, is it, dear

No, dear.

I`ll take these in.

That`s him! That`s his car!

What, dear

Excuse me. I`d like a word with you!

Hi.

Do you two know each other

Well, this is the rude young man that I was telling you about.

Oh dear. Mum, Dad. This is Tim.

Pleased to meet you.

Yes, Mother, if I have time I`ll try to go shopping at lunchtime.

Yes, I`ll buy some apples.

No, I won`t buy any pears, I know you don`t like them.

Now, have we got any coffee

Well, go and look and then ring me back.

Yes, Mother

Oh, I`m sorry. I was expecting another call.

What can I do for you Yes, I have seen the programme.

I saw it last night.

No. No, I don`t think the programmes are too violent.

I`m afraid I can`t agree with that.

She`s on the phone.

Tim, have you done that programme about the health farm yet

No, we haven`t.

We`re still looking for someone to go there...

...so that we can film their experiences.

I`ve always wanted to go to a health farm.

But you`re already fit and healthy...

...and we need someone who`s unfit and stressed out.

Stupid man! Rebecca, have those tapes arrived

I`m afraid they won`t be here till next week.

Next week That`s too late!

Get me Frederick!

He`s gone to Rio and he won`t be back till Monday.

Oh, give me strength!

What do you want, Tim

Hello. Rebecca Bond speaking.

Just a minute, please.

It`s your mother again.

Yes, all right, Mother.

Yes, I`ll get some coffee. What

No, Mother, I haven`t hidden your glasses.

No, I can`t come home and look for them.

Goodbye.

I need a break.

Welcome to Westland Manor Health and Fitness Centre, Mrs McKay.

My name`s Celine, and I`m your personal consultant.

- Have you ever stayed here before - No, I haven`t.

- And how long will you be with us - About a week.

I see. Well, first we`ll do some of our regular tests...

...and then we can work out your personal fitness programme.

So would you like to follow me

So, you`ve finished your tests...

...and Celine has worked out a programme for you.

Now it`s time for your evening meal.

Meal You call this a meal

A bit of lettuce, a few nuts and some fruit.

They won`t let me have any biscuits or ice cream or chocolate.

Can you have any wine or beer

I can`t even have a cup of tea or coffee. This is my drink.

A glass of water

I used to be a war correspondent, you know...

...and I had some hard times...

...but I always had a good meal at the end of the day...

...with meat and cheese - not this, this rabbit food.

And cut! That was great, Martha.

That`s it for today, Sean.

Right. Where shall we go for a meal I`m starving.

Let`s try that pub down the road.

I fancy a nice big steak and a plateful of chips.

Tim, I won`t forget this.

It`s nine-thirty and Martha is starting her exercise programme in the gym.

That`s it. Swing those arms. Swing those arms. Good!

OK, another ten minutes and it`s time for lunch...

...and then at half past two we`re going jogging.

Jogging I`ve never been jogging in my life!

Oh, how did you talk me into this, Tim

Yes, OK. Bye, then.

Yes, love you, too.

I used to play with this band, you know.

Oh, yes Do you want some more French fries I`ve had enough.

Sure.

Quick. Here they come.

So, Martha. How do you feel

I have never felt worse.

I have done some difficult things in my life.

I`ve slept in airports, in fields, even in the street.

I`ve travelled for three days on a camel.

I`ve eaten snakes and insects.

But this - this is just too much.

And what`s the next thing on your programme

The next thing on my programme

You`ll see. First, I think I`ll make a phone call.

Can I borrow your mobile

Sure.

Mother. I`m coming home.

Hey! Stop! Martha!!

Anything interesting

How about going to the theatre

What`s on

Waiting for Godot. I`d like to see that.

OK. When

How about tomorrow

No, I`m working on Tuesday and Wednesday evening this week.

Let`s go on Thursday then.

All right. Are you going to get the tickets

Yes. You forgot them last time.

I couldn`t help it. A job came up at the last minute.

Hmm. I`ve heard that story before.

Aren`t you going to your aerobics class

Not this week. The instructor`s hurt her knee.

Are you going out

Yes, we`re going to the theatre to see Waiting for Godot.

- What`s the time - Ten past seven.

Oh no. I`m going to be late.

Tim`ll already be at the theatre by now.

Hello. 823846.

Rebecca It`s Tim. Is Julia there

It`s Tim.

I`m sorry, Tim. I`ll be with you in ten minutes.

Well, um, I`m not at the theatre actually.

I`m afraid something`s come up and I`ve got to deal with it.

Oh, that`s wonderful! So what am I going to do with the tickets

I don`t know. I`m sorry but I have to go. Bye.

What`s up

He can`t make it - again!

This is the third time he`s done something like this.

Last time he forgot to get the tickets.

The time before that his jeep had a flat tyre.

Do you fancy going to the theatre

Ooh, yes. I`ve always wanted to see Waiting for Godot.

Well, it`ll be better than waiting for Tim!

Hi. Do you mind if I join you Oh, here comes the worker.

Did you go to see that play

Yes, thanks. It was very good, wasn`t it, Rebecca

Excellent! I really enjoyed it.

Look, I`m sorry I couldn`t make it.

Work comes first every time, eh, Tim

I hope you`re not going to do anything like this tomorrow night.

It`s my friend Charlotte`s, party.

Except ... um...

...I`ve agreed to stand in for Pete Riley tomorrow...

...so I probably won`t be free till about nine thirty.

Would you mind going on your own and I`ll meet you there

Oh, all right. But don`t be too late.

I was so embarrassed.

But there was nobody else to do the interview.

Everybody asked about you.

"I hear you`ve got a new bloke, Julia"

"Where`s your new boyfriend, Julia Is he here"

- It was so... - Embarrassing

It`s not funny. You wouldn`t like it if I stood you up.

But it`s my job. You know what it`s like.

I can`t help it if something important comes up.

Something important So I`m not important

I didn`t mean that.

There are other things in life besides work, you know.

I`ve got a job, too, but I`m not a slave to it.

But you, you`d miss your own wedding if "something important" came up.

No, I wouldn`t.

Well, I`m fed up with it, Tim, and I`m not going to put up with it any more.

It won`t happen again. I promise.

Are you doing anything this evening

I`m having dinner with Julia and her parents.

And this time I`m not going to be late.

You`re listening to Radio 591 .

This is the local news.

We`re getting reports of a serious fire at the Southgate furniture factory.

We haven`t got any more details yet...

...but we`ll bring them to you as soon as we get them.

The Southgate place. That`s about fifteen minutes from here.

But what about your dinner with Julia

That`s not till half past eight.

That traffic light`s going to turn red.

Oh no. A police car.

Hello Sean.

At the police station Speeding

But the police don`t arrest people for speeding.

Going through a red light

Arguing with a police officer

Resisting arrest I don`t believe this.

Just one question, Sean. Why was he speeding in the first place

I see. Thank you.

Shall we eat

Anyway, the Prime Minister asked: "So are we waiting for Frederick"

And Martha said: "I hope not. He`s going to be in China till next week."

So... Blimey! Where did you spend the night

Julia, I...

- Don`t talk to me, Tim. - But I...

I don`t want anything more to do with you.

I`ve had enough. We`re finished.

What are you staring at

Tim Barnes.

I`ve got two tickets to see Romeo and Juliet tomorrow.

Oh really.

What would you say if I asked you to come with me

What would I say, Gary I`d say "Thank you. I`d love to go."

Every day, millions of tons of rubbish are produced.

We throw our rubbish into the dustbin.

It`s collected away and - Cut.

Collected and taken away...

We`ll have to do that bit again.

Give me another can.

Every day, millions of tons of rubbish are produced.

We throw our rubbish into the dustbin.

It`s collected and taken away. But what happens to it then

Some things, like bottles, cans, and paper will be recycled.

Some things will be burnt.

But most of it will be dumped in places like this.

This is the landfill site at Westbridge.

It was first used ten years ago...

...and it was expected to last for thirty or forty years.

But now it`s - um. Oh damn. Cut.

It`s OK. I think we`ll be able to edit that out and...

No. This is going to be done properly.

We`ll have to start again from the beginning.

We haven`t got any more cans.

Then I`ll just have to use one of these.

Every day, millions of tons of rubbish are produced.

We throw our rubbish into the dustbin...

Have I got an appointment with Frederick now

He`s in Moscow. I can get him on his mobile, if you want.

No, it`s all right.

What on earth is the matter with Julia

I had to tell her something three times.

Haven`t you heard She and Tim have split up.

And Sean says that Tim`s just the same.

What do you mean

They had to film something ten times this morning...

...because Tim couldn`t remember his lines.

That`s not like Tim.

I know. And Julia hasn`t smiled for days.

Well, you can`t work with people like that.

I`ve seen it too many times and it always causes problems.

We`ll have to do something about it.

I`m sorry about this morning, Sean.

It`s all right. Is it Julia

I`ve tried to explain, but she just won`t listen.

I`m sure you`ll be able to sort things out.

Maybe. But she`s going to have to make the first move. She broke it off.

Look. She`ll have to come past here when she leaves.

Why don`t you just say hello to her

That isn`t too difficult, is it Same again

Why should I make the first move It was all his fault.

You don`t have to do anything really.

He`s over there. Just say hello to him when you leave.

Maybe. Anyway, I`m going now. Bye.

Bye.

Are you still OK for Romeo and Juliet tonight

What Oh, er, I suppose so.

Great. I`ll pick you up about quarter to seven

Yes, OK, Gary.

See you later, then.

Just two minutes to go and it`s still one-one.

Legrand. Anderson. Panini. Can he do anything

Anderson again, and here`s Legrand.

What a goal! It`s 2-1 with less than a minute on the clock.

Julia. I`m sorry. Please forgive me.

Oh, Tim. I love you.

Julia!

Julia!

Julia!

What

Oh, sorry.

Are you OK You were miles away.

I was just thinking about something. Nothing important.

Well, here we are. Home again.

Thank you for this evening, Gary. I enjoyed the play.

Aren`t you going to ask me in for a cup of coffee

No, Gary. It`s late and I won`t be able to get up in the morning.

Just a goodnight kiss, then

No, Gary. Just goodnight.

Oh, sweet Julia. Just one kiss for your poor Romeo.

- Don`t be silly. - Ow! My ankle!

Oh, Gary!

How`s your ankle

I think it`s all right.

Will you be able to drive

Yes, I`ll be fine. Goodnight.

Tim Barnes.

What Where are you Frankfurt

Oh, I`m sorry. I`m working today.

No, it`s all right. I can change that.

No, really. What time do you get to London

Ten forty-five. OK. I`ll be there. See you later.

Hi, Pete It`s Tim.

Sorry to bother you so early, but I`ve got a bit of a problem.

Can you cover for me today

Cheers.

- What are you doing - I`ve just seen Tim.

I thought he was going in late today...

...but he seemed to be in a hurry.

I suppose "something important" has come up.

How was your date with Gary

Oh, don`t ask.

It`s great to see you.

- Lovely to see you, too, Tim. - But what are you doing here

I`ve got an interview next week for a new job.

Why didn`t you let me know before

I didn`t know myself until yesterday, and all the flights were fully booked.

I was lucky to get this one.

Anyway, I wanted to give you a surprise.

Well, you certainly did that.

Now, what would you like to do today

Oh, I don`t know really. I`m a bit tired.

Where is it Oh, I put it here yesterday, I know I did. Oh no!

Julia, Julia. Come on now.

It`s OK. I`ll be all right.

You`ll have to sort things out with him, you know.

You can`t go on like this.

Do you want me to talk to him

No, I`ll go and see him when we get home - if he`s there.

Martha said he`s taking a few days off.

The man phoned again later on.

So I said, if I were you, I`d write a letter to the Managing Director...

...but he said... what`s the matter

I`ve had a really nice day.

Just a minute, Denise. I`ll introduce you to my neighbours.

Can it wait till tomorrow

I feel a bit tired now - jet lag.

OK. We can call in at the wine bar tomorrow evening.

South Korea's defense minister visits N. Korean soldier defection site at JSA - Duration: 1:32.

Seoul's Defense chief visited the site where a North Korean soldier crossed over to the

South while being shot at by troops from his side.

The minister praised the allies serving on the border area for their swift response.

Kim Hyun-bin has the details.

South Korean Defense Minister Song Young Moo on Monday visited Panmunjeom... where the

dramatic defection by a North Korean soldier occurred earlier this month.

Song toured the Joint Security Area guard unit's second observation post... right beside

the military demarcation line separating the two Koreas.

He was briefed on the defector's route across the MDL by the Secretary of the United Nations

Command Military Armistice Commission, U.S. Army colonel Steve Lee.

Song praised South Korean and U.S. troops for their swift response to the rare defection

of a North Korean soldier via Panmunjeom.

(Korean) "South Korea and the U.S.'s swift response

and decision making during the dangerous situation was well handled."

The defector attempted to use a jeep to escape across the MDL until the vehicle became stuck

in a drainage ditch.

As the defector got out of the jeep and started sprinting towards the Military Demarcation

Line separating the two Koreas, four North Korean soldiers opened fire at him.

Dozens of rounds were fired, with several bullets hitting the defector.

The soldier is currently recovering at a hospital near Seoul.

The JSA has served as the venue for negotiations between the two Koreas under the jurisdiction

of the United Nations Command since the Armistice Agreement was established in 1953.

Kim Hyun-bin, Arirang News.

GO ON VACATION AND MAKE MORE MONEY THEN IF YOU DID NOT GO ON VACATION / SUPER MOTIVATED TO GO BACK - Duration: 13:20.

yo yo yo CPA strength here strongest CPA in the game strongest strongest person

with a mullet I don't think that's even there's gotta be there's definitely

stronger people with a mullet than me there's some country fed people some

farm boys or some farm ladies lady mullet Oh

anyways motivational Monday I hope everyone's gonna get motivated today I

am still on vacation and and I almost want to talk about the importance of

education for for a education of a vacation well we know about the Maya

please and education might surprise you but vacation I was just thinking I

looked I did I did a little bit of work today I've done a little bit of my

County work a couple times on this vacation I've been on vacation for is

nine nine days Thursday night about six o'clock or 9 o'clock I took off from

Fort Lauderdale and now it's Sunday and like 9 9 10 days later I haven't gone

all the a bit of more than a week vacation since a year and a half ago

summer like 16 17 months ago that was a little bit different it was it was it

was nice it was a but I wasn't driving you know I was just riding with my with

my family and a car and it was yeah it was all right

i I just totally went on my own vacation this this uh this past nine days and it

is it has been great I'm definitely I'm all about like Matt

productivity making making the most money I can and so I kind of you know

I've tried to change my ideas on a vacation now I'm thinking you know next

year for me my schedule I'm thinking that a vacation you know around

Thanksgiving time or November December for like Oh two weeks maybe it is good

for me because I don't just totally you know shut down everything but gosh I

just feel I feel like I haven't been in my office for a year you know I am I'm

raring to go back to my schedule I just got my second lift in I don't like nine

days which is cool because my back some of I think there was like a muscle

twisted I hadn't taken a break off from from lifting and I don't even know like

two years I haven't missed a day of lifting and I started going seven days a

week it just it's just awesome it's just nice to take a step back from my regular

life my lifting my work I haven't really sticking stuff back from YouTube but now

I have in a way and I it's been so so nice to me cuz just because I was kind

of just slog you know slogging along there slogging along doing day by day I

don't know it's just you kind of have to get away for I want to say you have to

get away for a week and let that second week is like really golden you know I'm

just really hmm I'm thinking a little different about things I don't I don't

know I don't know too much different but I'm just really like man I'm really

excited that I built my business up and I'm thinking about all the things I'm

gonna do like oh I said oh Christmas car and get everybody up to date on the

QuickBooks and then I'm going to do some 1099s next year then I'm gonna have the

best year all like I'm so excited about my uh my business and getting back to it

and growing it some more I'm excited that I've given my body a little bit of

rest and you know I'm excited to get back in the rhythm of lifting I think I

really think I should go back I really should go to five days a week lifting

and two days outside in the Sun like playing basketball or getting some

cardio here I'm really waiting things

what am i you know missing from this vacation I'm missing uh-oh like I I

really missed starting my day out or or at some part of the day I'm just getting

it putting my headphones on I'm just getting a nice sweat like that's what I

mean that's what I feel like I missed right now and I just had an indoor

workout here but I didn't get the I don't really got a full sweat that's

another thing too I was I have Moyes and LA Fitness and I'm thinking there's the

only Fitness around here too so I think I want to go there tomorrow I'm here I'm

here house-sitting for on vacation for let's see it's Sunday so I have Monday

Tuesday like all to myself private this is like an air B&B

basically don't Oh criminy they're gonna watch well I'm watching the dog so I

feel like they said I'm doing them a favor oh and the fish in the betta fish

so it's not an alpha fish hey you guys I hope you guys are having the best time

at Disneyland take pictures for uncle Dorne gosh I just adore a little miss

Lilly I hope she's having just the best time yeah yeah I'm house-sitting for my

for my family friend my friend my family I gotta make a board for that that

friends that are like family hmm I'll get back to you guys on that but they

went to where do they go uh I'm excited for I'm really excited for they went to

at Walt Disney World in Orlando I'm in Tampa right here and and yeah I I was

with them for Thanksgiving so that was just a few days ago so I just stayed

here and I'm watching the house and I mean yeah you can't beat this like this

vacation life so I feel like I've gotten away from my office

even though I have some even though I have something to to do tomorrow anyways

this is getting kinda this is getting kind of long here what I wanted I guess

what I wanted to say is I'm looking at I kind of before this vacation looked at

vacation as like oh you don't need it like I need to make money like I don't

need to go on vacation I need to make money uh you know and I just think that

it was nice it's a very nice break and I think if you go over a 52 week schedule

that's what I'm trying I'm not trying to play just for today tonight or tomorrow

I'm trying to play for five years ten years you know that's what's worked for

me because when I first went to Community College I was planning on CPA

and it took me seven years now I was like the best thing I've ever done and

so yeah I took kind of a risk you out on law a long chess game and so what I'm

saying is if you take a vacation I want to say two weeks because that

first week I'm kind of like oh like in like in the rigid you know like thinking

about work I should be at work and and it's somewhere in the second

week I'm just like like man yeah it's my life like what I want to do with my life

yeah like the second week so I I personally feel as an entrepreneur and I

think I'm mister goals and everything and that's why this vacation was hard

for me to go on and I kind of have I had to make myself go on this vacation

I almost didn't go a couple times I just wanted to I thought about how much how

much I could get done at work especially over the holidays he's everyone be their

family and I could just work and not be bothered so I had to push myself I'm

thinking over a you know what I'm gonna go I'm gonna play even more chess I'm

thinking over a five-year period no vacations over a five-year period how my

income I I really think my because I'm going to start doing I'm gonna start

going just just even harder than I ever have

for fifty weeks like crazy hard out of the year fifty weeks out of the year and

then I'm just gonna go on vacation for two weeks and buy my by vacation I mean

I still do what I need to do I still work a little bit my vacation is

probably different than somebody else's vacation but that's okay

get out of that I'll get out of it get out of an office and get out of my

normal schedule for me I can't just drop everything I feel like I'll make more

money with take in the next five years I feel like I'll make more money taking a

two-week break every year versus not taking any vacations at all so what's

that ten weeks like I'm saying I'll make more money vacationing for ten weeks

instead of working for ten weeks I'm gonna make more money going on vacation

which is kind of a minder thing but I feel so rejuvenated right now that yeah

that's just what I'm thinking and also I was thinking of God was lifting I was

thinking about this video I was thinking that oh I know there's gonna be some

people saying I can't go on a two-week vacation I can't afford that well then

do something different with your life I mean that's that's that's all I'm saying

like do something different why is it the money on vacation

you know I haven't spent much money on this vacation I'm having a great

vacation but I understand like you have bills so then you know you might not be

making money I'm just saying if you're living if you're living like that and a

lot of people don't really enjoy their day-to-day like a lot of people to go to

go to a job they do not like I go to a job that I love my I love my everyday so

that it was hard for me to go on vacation but I feel like maybe two weeks

is a little ambitious but maybe a long weekend with the people the people you

some people you care about you know if you don't care about anybody

along weekend by yourself along just something different you know maybe I

really feel this two weeks is great though you know so I I don't know if you

haven't been on vacation while then I think you're really I think you're

really missing out I feel like I'm kind of evolving a little bit I kind of just

want to get I kind of just want to get this out that's a new thought obviously

because I'm on vacation and I'm and I'm just and today I was thinking a little

bit like I was doing a little bit of work for my computer because wherever

there's Wi-Fi can it can work but I was doing a little bit of work and I was

thinking just how ready I am to get back to my life like my my business my

lifting my my eating just just my lifestyle I'm so ready for my lifestyle

and I did not have this much passion for my lifestyle nine days ago I was just

kind of like sometimes I would get a little depressed by it but I'm like gosh

I love my life I love my life but I kind of have to go

on vacation to see that and that's just an observation for me and you're nothing

a direction of this channel is going to go is why it's just a motivational

hard-working entrepreneurship anyways this is go

vacation to make more money CPA strength and I'm out dude

Wolwedans Damm, Groot Brakrivier und die engste Brücke der Welt! / Südafrika Season 3 Ep. 7 - Duration: 6:19.

The Roadtrip starts now

We drove about 1h randomly around now

Without a real plan

But now we found that Damm here

And I think we are walking down there now

It sounds for me like....

As I said, I think we ware walking down to the damm now

It is a damm what keeps all the water away from the towns

We will see what we can find there, but at least the nature is wonderful

It is very warm and sunny, sunburn incoming

Just happy all the driving around is fiding an end now

As long as we do not meet any snakes here it's fine

Down here at the damm

was a huge float years ago

And the whole area was full of water, not today anymore

Got a drought at the moment

But by the time the whole thing was full

And you recognize now, that

the whole area around this damm isn't in use anymore

It is very old and not really cared about

Not protected

The problem by areas like that one here is that you will never have a full safety

Because you can meet snakes and animals

The area here is protected by a fence

But snakes can still be here

Learn ASL: Beginner Lesson for Family Signs, Part 3: Special Family (In-law, step, half, twins) - Duration: 3:49.

Hello, I'm Meredith, and today I'll show words related to special family -- how to

describe. This video is part 3, so if you haven't yet watched 1 or 2, please go

back. Where? This video's description has a link you can click. We'll start to

review "FAMILY". It's the "F" handshape: family. family. in a circle family.

"IN-LAW", so if

I'm married and my husband right there, his mother is what? my mother in law. so

the sign is "in law" and that it's the "L" handshape on the non-dominant palm, taps twice.

In-law. "law" so really that sign means "law", and related to family becomes

"in law". So that means you're related through marriage. So again here's the

example: my husband, his mom is my mother-in-law. His dad is my father-in-law, and

his brother is my brother-in-law. My sister, she's his sister-in-law.

Understand? So that's the sign "in-law"

Also through marriage is "STEP" and that sign really means "next", related to a

family: "step'. step. step. and I see step like that, "second" used as well, it

depends on a situation - families are diverse have different,

preferences but "STEP." For example, if my dad were here,

and he had a different wife, my mom was different,

it's my mom there, my dad his wife, she's my stepmother. step, stepmother so

you can use it similarly for step-mom step-son step-daughter and so on.

That's "step." Third is the sign HALF. "Half" meaning that maybe you have the same

father but a different mother, or vice versa: Maybe your mom is the same and

your dad is different. HALF

And you can describe a half sister or half brother. And last for today also

related to siblings is... If you're born on the same day: TWINS! It's a "2"

handshape: twins. twins. and if there are three children use this handshape:

TRIPLETS. triplets. okay, and that's it for family for now! If you have any questions

please comment to let me know, and thank you for watching! If you like this video

please subscribe, and I'll see you again soon. bye!

CINEMA PER ARCHI // Luigi Piovano & Archi di Santa Cecilia - Duration: 5:20.

Cinema per archi comprises two compositional aspects

of Rota, Morricone and Piovani

music created for films

and what we might call symphonic music.

Having had the chance to perform pieces

for their first international recording

dedicated personally to me and to the Archi di Santa Cecilia,

is obviously an honour for me

something I'm proud of

and I owe Nicola Piovani and Ennio Morricone a lot

for having given me these sheets of music.

I, my colleagues from the Archi di Santa Cecilia, and my cello

are honoured to use all our talent to express their music.

The music and the film are a return to Wagner's ideas

of bringing all the arts together in a work.

You have to be able to listen to a film soundtrack

without watching the film

because that's the only way you can tell whether the composer

has succeeded in telling the story properly

and, more importantly, in revealing himself.

I think this CD is rather, special,

unique in its kind.

When I heard that they wanted to release

a CD of music for strings

by Rota, Morricone and myself

I was quite intrigued.

Let's just say it has no precedent

in the music industry.

Those who love this kind of music

will find it on this CD, or they won't find it at all.

I would buy this disc because it contains

all the heart that the composers have put into the music

pieces they've always

felt a connection to

but which no one had ever recorded on CD.

It's obvious that I can see a bit of heroism

in the label behind the project, Arcana.

The way it looks for something in its releases

that have nothing to do with huge figures

something that's out of the box

different from pop music, classical music

the great classics or contemporaneity

because, even in relation to contemporary music.

these pieces, each one different from the other

all have something new about them.

Parigi, O'Naturel: tutti nudi al ristorante. - Duration: 2:43.

It's the Paris restaurant offering you the chance to dine in your birthday suit.

Welcome to "O'Naturel".

We'll give you a pair of slippers and now we'll show you to the cloakroom.

If you'll follow me this way …

In this cloakroom, you can leave more than

your jacket at the door.

Here, guests come to strip down to the bare essentials.

While for some that may be daunting, these diners say there's nothing more liberating.

A clothed naturist is only thinking one thing: "How quickly can I strip off?"

The unusual and unique restaurant opened in the French capital in early November.

It's the first venture of its kind, and no, the founders aren't nudists.

We first thought about doing this about a year ago, when we heard about the naturist

area and the Bois de Vincennes.

We thought: "Okay, it's happening".

People are talking about it, it seems to be in demand and, if you think about it, a naturist

isn't just a naturist in the summer.

So, we wanted to be able to offer them something year-round.

The concept is simple: a set menu at "O' naturel" costs forty-nine euros, and there's

even a vegan option, plus, there's an extensive wine list for those in need of some Dutch

courage.

We're in the heart of Paris, it's almost ten o'clock at night, and we're in a restaurant

completely naked.

It's just like being on holiday: except, frankly, we're eating better food than we would on

holiday.

It's true, I was a bit dubious at first, but then I thought: "Why not?", and it's great.

The restaurant seats 40 people and visitors need not worry: the seat covers are changed

for each new customer.

As for the staff, they're required to remain fully clothed by law.

It's our job to make sure our establishment stays respectful and respected.

We don't want any confusion because of the nudity.

Just because there's nudity doesn't mean it's sexual.

That means ensuring no passers-by can sneak a peek into the restaurant and, as long as

"O'Naturel" isn't bothering anyone, the locals aren't worried.

I have nothing against naturism on the beach, but I don't get why you'd want to eat in the

nude.

It doesn't bother me, I wouldn't go myself, but it doesn't bother me.

The intimate experience may not be for everyone, but for those wanting to see what all the

hype is about, reservations are recommended.

For France's two-million strong naturist community, it could be a very long waiting list indeed.

[ENG] Lee Howon Dokgo Sunghyuk in Two Cops Greetings (이호원 독고성혁 투깝스 D-DAY 인사) - Duration: 2:21.

Hello, this is Lee Howon who took the role of Dokgo Sunghyuk in MBC's Two Cops

Nice to meet you

Dokgo Sunghyuk, my role, is Detective Cha Dongtak's partner detective who is always with him

He respects Detective Cha Dongtak so much that he wants to resemble him

So he follows Cha all the time and respects him infinitely

He always compliments Cha for being a cool guy

He's a bright character who wishes to learn a lot from Cha

How is the atmosphere at the drama set...?

First of all, the director is a very bright and positive person

I appreciate (the director) a lot because all staff members and actors are in a great mood because of (the director)

(My character) is very naive

So once he likes someone, he just say it out loud without thinking

He's a person who just says "I respect you" when he meets someone whom he respects

And the charming point of my character is...

As I mentioned earlier, I think it's his naive personality

If I compare this character with other characters that I took before,

Jang Kangho in Radiant Office was a very timid person

So most of my actings were about him being intimidated

And Lee Kwinam in Super Family was a chic guy

So the character was mostly quiet

But Dokgo Sunghyuk in Two Cops is very bright

So I think you'll see a bright side of me in my acting

So I also appreciate for acting while I'm in a good mood

Um, I would like to ask the viewers

The first episode will be aired on November 27th

I hope many people watch it

I hope you could focus on my character, Dokgo Sunghyuk, too

Thank you

Hwaiting!
