welcome viewers thanks for tuning in to my channel and I'm glad that you can

join with me today for another TV box top review on today's video I have a

full review of the H 96 Maxx h2 rockchip rk3288 7.1 4k TV box coming up next you

have performance benchmarks and live demonstrations so stay tuned you have

more in a moment

so I'm back and let's take a look at the package the h 96 max h 2 comes in this

black cardboard box with no specifications labeled anywhere on the

outside so without further ado I'll unpack the contents inside

so in the box you get the H 96 max h2 TV box itself you get this infrared remote

I always emphasize that these remotes will work well to control the basic

functions of the box but if you intend on performing more advanced functions

like installing Kodi add-ons or playing android games a Bluetooth air mouse or

mini touchpad keyboard would be a better option

you get one HDMI cable a 5 volts 2 amps Universal DC power adapter and a quick

setup user's guide let's examine the Box the housing is made of plastic with the

H 96 Max h2 logo clearly displayed at the top to the back you have one HDMI

port one USB 2.0 port you have one rj45 Ethernet LAN port you get one s/pdif

three point five millimeters port one audio/video board in your DC power input

to the side you have two more USB 2.0 ports in one USB 3.0 port there's

nothing on the other side but some ventilation holes to the front you have

a blue LED power light and to the bottom you have some ventilation holes

so I'll now connect the box to my TV and move on to the next segment so I'm back

and as I start up the box you have a short Android startup animation which

takes a few seconds then you're taken to the launcher the launcher is the same

launcher we have seen used in the H 96 Pro Plus and in the H 96 Macs in 2017 it

is fast easy to use with the ability to add shortcuts by simply clicking the Add

button and selecting which app you would like to add or remove this launcher

comes with a navigation bar and status bar for easy navigation and multitasking

let's take a look at the apps section in the apps section it comes with your

regular set of utility apps including the super user application which I will

be testing later on for permissions with key mapping applications and I also see

that they have included some streaming applications like Netflix Showbox cloud

TV film online Bob Joe and Cody so to complete my review I'll install some

system information and benchmarking apps of my own and when I return I'll move on

to the next segment so I'm back and first I'll check to see if the box is

rooted and it shows that the box is ruined running on android 7.1.2 nougat

operating system as a TV box user this is great news because having root access

on your box allows you to download and install any app you like from the Google

Play Store without restrictions this is more so important if you intend on using

key mapping applications to play android games i now show the DRM information the

DRM info shows that the h 96 max h2 only has support for google Widevine and cen

c clear key however it has recently been proven that despite a box not having the

necessary drm support it is still capable of playing Netflix and YouTube

in 4k quality using the app version found on the aptoide App Store

fortunately the both versions from the aptoide app store comes pre-installed on

the box I'll now show its system and hardware

information it shows that the manufacturer is rock chimp and the model

is the H 96 max below it shows that the box comes with 4 gigabytes of RAM and

here it shows the remainder of RAM and internal storage after the Android

installation and apps installed on the Box the CPU is the rockchip rk3288

quad-core processor running up to 1.5 gigahertz below it also shows that the

box has support for both 32 and 64-bit abis

which allows the box to run both 32 and 64-bit applications the display is

powered by the AR m mali 450 GPU with a refresh rate of 60 Hertz the box has

dual band 5.8 gigahertz Wi-Fi support and Wi-Fi direct is supported the

version of Android installed on the box is Android 7.1.2 nougat and below again

it shows that the box is rooted the temperature of the box is between 55 to

70 degrees Celsius on normal room temperature and around 45 to 50 degrees

on passive cooling the box comes with codecs for playing 4k videos like h.264

heb C and vp9 decoding and a couple of others all needed for the playback of HD

media and that's it for system and hardware information and I'll now move

on to the benchmarks first I'll show the memory read and write speeds the H 96

Max h2 has a ram copy speed of three thousand four hundred four megabytes per

second the internal storage has a read speed of 36 megabytes per second and a

write speed of 33 and the SD card reader has a read speed of twenty-one megabytes

per second and a write speed of 13 these scores are ok but it's not very high at

the same time I'll now show the results of the Wi-Fi

speed test I tested both the 2.4 and 5.8 gigahertz bands on my 40 megabytes

Internet package and the results show that on the 5.8 gigahertz band the Box

hit the maximum speed of my internet package with every try however on the

2.4 gigahertz band it fell below the maximum speed by as much as 35% what

this means is that the H 96 max h2 is better off using the 5.8 gigahertz band

or an Ethernet LAN connection I now have the results of the new version of the

antutu benchmark keep in mind that this new version produces a score that's a

bit higher than the previous version the results show that the H 96 max h2 got an

Andrew to score of 57 thousand 197 this score is okay for a TV box in its class

and now I have the results of the Geekbench for CPU benchmark this

benchmark carries out a series of time tasks and upon completion of these tasks

a score is given on how fast the Box completed each task

so in the end the H 96 max h2 got a Geekbench for score of 548 single-core

in 1492 multi-core these scores are ok and consistent with other boxes in its

class for my final benchmark I have the ice storm extreme GPU benchmark part of

the 3d mark series of GPU tests tailored to a specific Android mobile device when

all tests were complete the H 96 max h2 got an ice storm extreme score of 3835

this score is a bit below average than what I would have expected from a box in

this class which should have been between 4,000 and 5,000 that's it for

the benchmarks and I installed some movie streaming applications to test the

box's ability to stream online movies in he shows first I'll run the Kodi

application the version of Kodi that comes pre-installed on the box is Kodi

18-point Olea however this proved to be quite buggy so I uninstalled that

version and installed a stable version which is 17.6 from the Google Play Store

without problems I also took the liberty of installing the latest third-party

add-ons that provides unlimited streams of free movies and TV shows for your

enjoyment a link to a fellow youtuber who shows tutorials on how to set up

these add-ons can be found in the description area below this video not

everyone understands Kodi so if you fall into that category you can still enjoy

free streams of movies and TV shows there are standalone apps that users in

the streaming world have grown accustomed to calling movie streaming

apks these apks many of which cannot be found on the Google Play Store can be

downloaded and side-loaded onto the box from a USB flash drive or SD card and

installed using the app installer some of these apks in recent times have been

regularly updated and they're stable and to be quite honest many users have

preferred to use these apks rather than kodi and have been doing a good job to

date so some of the more popular movie streaming apks include terrarium TV show

box stream EO mega box HD and mob drone don't know where to find these apks

that's not a problem now it's even easier simply search the name of each

apk in the aptoide app store directly on your box and install them without having

to sideload anything as we're on the topic of streaming i mentioned earlier

that the h 96 max h2 comes pre-installed with the android TV version of youtube

and netflix which allows them to play in 4k quality despite not having the

required drm support i won't be able to show you guys the netflix in 4k because

i don't have the required account but i will show you that youtube can run in 4k

on this box keep in mind that this is the android TV version found on the

aptoide app store and it is best navigated with the stock remote or a

mini touchpad keyboard with Direction pad or what some people call a d-pad

so as you can see the YouTube app runs in 4k quality on this box and that's it

for streaming and I'll now test the box's ability to play downloaded 4k

video samples also keep in mind I am running these samples off the box's

internal storage and not an external device that can have slow read speeds

that can affect the quality of the playback

well that went quite well most of my 4k video samples played

without issues with the exception of the jellyfish video at 400 megabits per

second bitrate it started off to play smoothly then started sticking soon

after this can be expected as this jellyfish video sample is usually the

hardest to play even for high end boxes for my final demonstration I'll be

playing a game to test the box's 3d rendering performance and at the same

time I'll be testing the root permissions with my key mapping

application for compatibility a key mapping app is used to map a gamepad

buttons to touchscreen functions giving you the ability to play any Android

touchscreen game that would not normally be accessible on a TV box

unfortunately the key mapping application failed under the super user

permissions so I decided to install a game called Real Racing 3 which is a

game developed with gamepad compatibility and there's no need for a

key mapping app to play so let's take in some racing action

so the game ran smoothly the graphics rendering wasn't the best but the game

was very playable it's a pity I couldn't get the key mapping app to work to see

how it would have done against more high graphics games so to summarize this

review let's take a look at the pros and cons of this device I'll start with the

pros the H 96 Maxx h2 is a great TV box for streaming free movies and TV shows

via Kodi or movie streaming apks it can play YouTube and Netflix videos in 4k

quality the benchmark scores are averaged but with an acceptable range it

played 99% of my 4k video samples with ease and the box is rooted with a

navigation bar and status bar on the launcher for easy navigation on the low

side the box comes with an infrared remote what I am suggesting is that an

included Bluetooth remote would have been a nice addition it had a slight

difficulty playing the jellyfish video at 400 megabits per second the 2.4

gigahertz Wi-Fi ban couldn't meet the maximum speed of my internet package and

lastly my key mapping app failed to function correctly under the super user

permissions with that said I am recommending the H

96 Max h2 as a good box to buy so I've come to the end of my review of the H 96

BREAKING! Trump Just Sounded The Alarm, US Military On Standby To Deploy NOW - Duration: 7:01.

President Donald Trump warned and nobody listened so now he's taking unprecedented action

to protect Americans that must be done.

As the Commander-in-Chief, Trump has officially sounded the alarm and put our military on

standby for the inevitable which he warned was about a week away.

He's not waiting for horror to be on our doorstep which is quickly making its way here.

On Monday, Trump demanded that Mexico do something to stop the army of invaders marching toward

our border and bringing hell with them.

Mexico intentionally didn't do a thing except for, ironically, deporting 400 invaders who

caravaned into their country.

Now, as approximately 1,000, mostly Honduran, intruders continue to make their way to the

U.S. and are expected to be at our border where they will force their way in about a

week from now, Trump isn't taking any chances.

Mexico had their chance to stop these people which could have now possibly save some lives,

if a war breaks out at our border that will be protected by our military.

The Daily Wire reports:

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump told reporters that he will use the military to guard the

Southern Border against a "caravan" of illegal immigrants making their way north

to the U.S.

"We are going to be guarding our border with our military.

That's a big step," Trump said, according to The Washington Times.

"We cannot have people flowing into our country illegally, disappearing, and by the

way never showing up for court," Trump continued.

"If it reaches our border, our laws are so weak and so pathetic … it's like we

have no border."

The Times reports that Trump had been speaking with Defense Secretary Jim Mattis about the

possibility of deploying the military to the border to strengthen border security.

"The caravan doesn't irritate me, the caravan makes me very sad that this could

happen to the United States," Trump added.

"President Obama made changes that basically created no border.

It's called 'catch-and-release.'

Almost nobody comes back to court, and they're in our country.

The laws created by Democrats are so pathetic and so weak."

There has been no shortage of warning about this incoming invasion that is expected to

be catastrophic, but there has been a complete avoidance of mainstream media coverage of

the imminent threat.

A former Secret Service agent had just warned everyone as border patrol agents abandoned

their posts to protect themselves.

However, most of the mainstream media is strangely silent about this horrendous ordeal which

we will all soon be faced with.

The group of approximately 1,000 mostly-Honduran invaders started their trek to America on

March 25 which began in the far southern Mexican town of Tapachula, the Daily Mail reported.

They have already made it 150 miles on foot and are picking up steam as President Donald

Trump ripped into Mexico Monday morning for knowing that this army of asylum-seekers were

coming here and refusing to do anything about it.

Trump tweeted that Mexico had "absolute power" to stop the caravan before they got

too far but let them continue marching on toward our border where they plan to riot

in Puebla, Mexico when they arrive there between April 5-9.

From there, they will force their way into the U.S. by all means possible and will demand

asylum and will not quit until they get it.

Despite the massive lack of media coverage, likely because leftist outlets don't see

the clear and present danger that this group is, Trump is furious and not taking it lightly.

"They must stop them at their Northern Border, which they can do because their border laws

work, not allow them to pass through into our country, which has no effective border

laws," Trump announced today on Twitter.

We have the power to stop it or fight it even if a citizen militia forms, but without media

attention on it and people being warned what to prepare for, the invasion will be here

before anything can be done about it.

We can't wait until it's too late.

The Washington Examiner reported what this caravan is already celebrating as a victory:

According to an account from the Center for Immigration Studies, Mexican authorities have

allowed the migrants to drive north "with relative ease."

Researcher Kausha Luna added that the group Pueblo Sin Fronteras, which aids immigrants,

bragged about speeding into Mexico.

It said, "On Monday Pueblo Sin Fronteras posted a video with the caption, 'The Refugee

Caravan knocking down borders yesterday in Huehuetan!

Immigration agents abandoned the post when they saw us coming.

The people celebrate this first small victory!"

Locals have also provided supplies along the way.

Their goal is to cross into the U.S. this weekend and demand asylum.

But they have also prepared special security measures should something go wrong, according

to Luna.

"Additionally, the group practiced security protocols, including formations which called

for the men of the group to form a wall around the women and children.

Moreover, the Central Americans made their way to Mexico's Commission for Refugee Assistance

and made calls for better compliance with international and national laws, faster processing

of asylum applications, and an increase in acceptance rates," she wrote.

This is likely a victory for the left as well who want endless amounts of illegals here

regardless of the hell they bring on our system that they will inevitably overwhelm.

If nothing is done to stop this invasion before it gets here, the fallout from it will most

assuredly be blamed on Trump as well, regardless of the fact that he's the only one harping

on it now and being ignored.

The Daily Mail reports:

Reports from the road indicate that Mexican authorities have been abandoning border checkpoints

to let the group travel unimpeded and that locals are helping the caravan along the way,

donating food and water.

This has infuriated President Trump, who took to Twitter shortly after 7am Monday morning

to demand action from Mexico and the U.S. government.

"Mexico has the absolute power not to let these large 'Caravans' of people enter

their country," he claimed.

Assaulting his opposition in the U.S. legislature, Trump also said, 'Congress must immediately

pass Border Legislation, use Nuclear Option if necessary, to stop the massive inflow of

Drugs and People.

"Border Patrol Agents (and ICE) are GREAT, but the weak Dem laws don't allow them to

do their job.

Act now Congress, our country is being stolen!"

Trump went on to call America's border laws 'pathetic' compared to Mexico's in the

Twitter rant that invoked a trade agreement between the two countries and Canada that's

being renegotiated on his orders.

He argued that Mexico is 'making a fortune' on the North American Free Trade Agreement.

"With all of the money they make from the U.S., hopefully, they will stop people from

coming through their country and into ours, at least until Congress changes our immigration

laws!" he said.

Mexico doesn't seem the least bit interested in stopping the army of immigrants this time

as they have never done anything to slow the constant flow of border crossers before.

These people will become America's problem and no longer Mexico's which is exactly

what they are hoping for.

Lemurs Are Into Networking, Too! - Duration: 6:36.

Networking is an important professional skill.

Building relationships with people who are really successful or well-informed can help

you succeed, too.

And that is true whether you're a person or apparently, a lemur, according to new research

published this week in Current Biology.

Researchers from Princeton wanted to look at whether social position affected how lemurs

navigate challenges.

So they came up with a puzzle for lemurs to solve: a clear Plexiglass box with a drawer

containing a single tasty grape, which ensured that only the lemur who solved the box got the treat.

Two groups of about 20 lemurs each were allowed to interact with each other and with the box

over multiple sessions while the researchers recorded what happened.

Based on previous studies, they expected that well-connected lemurs would be more likely

to solve the puzzle.

And that's exactly what they saw—lemurs who already had more social connections within

the group were more likely to get the grape, perhaps because their extra relationships

provided more opportunities to observe and learn as their friends messed with the box.

But the researchers were surprised to find that the reverse was true, too.

No matter what their status was beforehand, lemurs who figured out the box in front of

their peers became more popular.

Other individuals starting to approach and groom the grape-getters more often, regardless

of age or sex, even though these clever lemurs didn't groom them back.

The scientists behind the study think that's because the other lemurs saw the potential

benefits of being connected to the smarty-pants lemurs.

Buddying up to them could increase their opportunities to learn from them in the future.

This is the first time it's been shown that learning ability alone can influence an animal's

position in its social network, and it's a reminder of how closely intertwined cognitive

abilities and social behavior can be.

Lemurs are after grapes, humans are after that next great career opportunity -- but

for all of us primates, networking is essential.

Meanwhile, for amphibians, rubbing elbows can be a death sentence.

And some researchers are trying to figure out how to save them.

Frogs and salamanders have been spreading something not so great through their social networks.

It's called Chytrid.

Chytridiomycosis, better known as chytrid, is a mysterious fungal disease that has devastated

amphibian populations around the world.

It infects the skin of frogs and salamanders, impairing their ability to breathe and absorb moisture.

And in the past three decades, it's nearly or completely wiped out almost 200 frog species,

mostly in the tropics.

With so much on the line, researchers are eager to figure out how best to fight it.

And a new study is giving them hope: in certain areas where the disease hit hard, like Panama,

some species of frogs seem to be bouncing back.

Hopping back..?

That's often how epidemics go.

For even the most dangerous diseases, there usually comes a point where there's a shift

from a widespread, deadly outbreak to a period where hosts and pathogens come to coexist.

I mean, like, bubonic plague is still around, but it doesn't routinely wipe out half the

population of Europe.

But we don't always know whether that transition happens because the pathogen becomes less

virulent, or because it wipes out the most susceptible hosts, leaving behind the more

resistant survivors.

And understanding how the recovering frog species are managing to survive the fungus

could help scientists win the battle for more susceptible species.

Luckily, researchers were able to catch the Panama transition in action, because they

began studying frog populations before the height of the epidemic there.

The fungus expanded into Panama between 2004 and 2007.

But, after 5-13 years, nine out of the twelve amphibian species the scientists were tracking

showed some signs of recovery, even though chytrid was still around.

To understand how these animals were making their comeback, the researchers exposed a

population of captive frogs to fungal samples collected during different points in the outbreak.

Their results, published last week in the journal Science, show that the fungus remains

just as devastating, even more than a decade after it arrived.

But, skin secretions collected from wild frogs that survived the epidemic were better at

slowing the growth of the fungus than secretions from the same species captured before the disease hit.

So the recovery seen in some wild frog populations is probably because they evolved to become

more resistant as a group, most likely because frogs that happened to have some innate ability

to fight off the disease survived and reproduced.

If frogs' ability to adapt to the disease sounds like good news, it is.

It's a sign that at least some affected species may gradually recover on their own.

But it could also mean unexpected challenges for one of the strategies for saving frog

populations devastated by chytrid -- captive breeding.

Most current breeding efforts started off with animals captured before the disease hit.

And that means the frogs we're releasing may be more susceptible to chytrid than the

frogs that remain, so by introducing them, researchers could make the frog populations

as a whole less resistant.

Two steps forward, one step back -- that's often how it seems to go in the world of conservation biology.

But now, at least would-be frog rescuers know to keep an eye out for problems like this

as they move forward with their efforts to save species.

And whether you're figuring out how to get a step ahead of the epidemic affecting frogs,

or trying to get a grape out of a puzzle box to impress your friends, you need your brain

working in top condition.

Internet. Today we are going to be taking a look at BTS's Scared Moments, and

I'm going to try to relate to this on a personal level, because it takes a lot to

scare me. The times that I get scared are usually like, jump scares, where you're

not expecting anything, and all of a sudden, there it is, but even those, I just don't get

scared very easy, so I am excited to see what they have going on for them. Not

that I want them to be scared, but I kind of low-key do. All right. I run a Twitter
