You can use the YouTube Audio Library to get free music and sound effects to use in your videos.

Go to Creator Studio, Create, Audio Library. Use the tabs at the top of the page to choose "Free music" or "Sound effects." The bars next

to the songs show how popular a track is. When you've found a track you like, click the arrow to download it.

Find free-to-use images. Go to Advanced Image Search for images or Advanced Search for anything else.

In the "all these words" box, type what you want to search. In the "Usage rights" section, use the drop-down

to choose what kind of license you want the content to have. Select Advanced Search.

Before reusing content, make sure that its license is legitimate and check the exact terms of reuse. For example, the license might require

that you give credit to the image creator when you use the image. I will use camtasai studio as an external video

S. Korean Army creates new command for reserve troops - Duration: 0:51.

50 years ago today, South Korea founded its military reserves.

To mark the occasion,... the Army launched the Mobilization Force Command.

Defense minister, Song Young-moo..., believes it will be effective in leading efforts to

bolster and streamline the reserve forces' fighting capability.

in preparation for a scheduled decrease in the military's size.

By 2022, the number of personnel will be reduced from the current 6-hundred-25-thousand...

President Moon also sent a congratulatory message, thanking members for their commitment

to keeping the country safe for the last five decades.

The liberal leader vowed to provide safer and more scientific training equipment as

well as facilities for the nation's two-point-seven million reservists.

S. Korean trade minister draws line between FTA and currency issue - Duration: 0:42.

The amended free trade agreement between South Korea and the U.S. does not include currency

or the fruit market.

Washington previously highlighted it will include a side deal... prohibiting both sides

from deliberately devaluing their currencies for trade advantages.

But Seoul's trade chief stressed the ongoing currency and foreign exchange policy talks

are separate issues.

Minister Kim Hyun-jong... also refuted speculation over providing easier access to the Korean

fruit market.

He said Washington's mention of market access for fruits is related to the application of

sanitary measures,... to be decided by the World Trade Organization...

"NOT an FTA negotiation issue".

Former S. Korean president Park Geun-hye sentenced to 24 years for corruption - Duration: 2:16.

It was a historic day.

The Seoul Central District Court has handed down its verdict on former president Park

Geun-hye, who was impeached and removed from office last year for corruption.

Today's hearing was the first sentencing of a former Korean president to be broadcast

live.

It appears she will remain behind bars for pretty much the rest of her life.

Our Park Hee-jun starts us off.

The verdict for former South Korean President Park Geun-hye is out.

"She was South Korea's first female president,... and she was South Korea's first impeached

president.

And now,... that same former leader Park Geun-hye will have to spend the rest of her life behind

bars."

The court sentenced Park to 24 years in prison and fined her more than 16-million U.S. dollars.

Among the 18 charges,... including bribery, abuse of power, and leaking state secrets,...

the court found her guilty of 16 counts.

They include Park soliciting more than 72-million U.S. dollars in bribes from conglomerates,

such as Samsung and Lotte,... to fund the Mir Foundation and the K-Sports Foundation

-- both controlled by her close confidante Choi Soon-sil.

Her hefty sentence did not come as not much of a surprise,... as the court found her accomplices

guilty, many of whose charges overlap with hers.

But Park has a week to appeal to the Seoul Central District Court,... where she might

have a small chance of the sentence being reduced.

"We know that the biggest fish they thought was Samsung chairman Lee Jae-yong, but on

appeal, his case got a lenient degree, and he was released on a suspended sentence, so

that might be an implication that there might be a chance.

I think it's a slim chance, but there might be a chance that if former presiden Park appeals,

there might be some room for leniency."

Loyal supporters of Park Geun-hye are, of course, angry at the verdict.

Large groups protested her initial arrest last year and were out in force all Friday

afternoon.

To keep the peace, Friday evening there were some 4-thousand police patrolling the court

complex.

3 tips on freestyle kick to help you swim faster - Duration: 2:46.

To help you swim faster freestyle we will go over 3 small details of freestyle kick

that can make a big difference.

form.

tempo.

transition.

The form of your freestyle kick will determine how fast you can move.

To have a very effective kick you need to have amazing ankle flexibility.

The more you have the less drag you will create.

And the opposite is true, just look how I don't move with my ankles like this.

Also the knees need to be a little bent while going down and straight while going up.

To do this you need to relax your hamstrings and activate your quads while the leg goes

down and while it is going up activate your glutes, hamstrings, and calves.

After you learn to have a good form when kicking you need to perfect the tempo of your kick.

This can vary depending on the distance you are swimming but the most common tempo is

6 kicks for every 2 strokes.

That is 3 kicks with one leg while one arm does one stroke cycle.

The timing of the kicks is very important too.

Because of the rotation and the movement of the muscles in your core, it is better if

the right leg goes down when the left arm enters the water.

while it is gliding you do another kick and use that momentum to start the pull while

the leg comes down again.

When you swim freestyle, the most effective thing you can do after the turn is to do several

butterfly or dolphin underwater kicks.

This carries the speed of your push.

but the problem most people have is they lose that speed in the transition from uw kicks

to freestyle kicks.

The first few freestyle kicks are extremely important.

They need to be fast and they need to start before the arms start moving.
