How Awe Changes You - Duration: 5:50.

[INTRO ♪]

Maybe it was when you saw the Grand Canyon for the first time,

or when you found yourself standing 20 centimeters from the whorls of Starry Night,

or listening to the New York Philharmonic play the Star Wars theme.

Maybe watching a Wakandan sunset.

No matter what causes it, being awestruck feels much the same.

Your mouth drops open.

Time stops.

You forget to breathe.

Awe is one of the most powerful, transformative emotions we have,

and it's a key part of how we develop our understanding of the world.

But it turns out that connection goes both ways.

Because feeling awe might tell you a lot about the world,

but the psychology of awe can tell you a lot about humans.

Most psychologists agree that awe is a feeling that happens

when something is so vast that it's hard to fit into your current way of thinking.

"Vastness" in this context can be something that's just plain old big,

like a redwood tree, but it can also mean something that's larger than yourself

in all kinds of ways—a higher social standing, for example, or even just a concept.

When you're confronted with this thing, it just … doesn't fit.

It's too much, too vast, in a way that makes it hard to even comprehend.

And that's when you feel it: You are awestruck.

This definition is pretty new, at least among psychologists.

Philosophers and poets have talked about awe for millennia,

but psychologists didn't really start studying it until recently,

partly because it's hard to find ways to inspire awe in a lab,

no matter how amazing those automatic pipettesare.

The field really kicked off in 2003, when a group of researchers

published a study in Cognition & Emotion where they first proposed the idea

of awe as a way of processing something that seems too vast to comprehend.

They also came up with five so-called "flavors" that might affect our sense of awe:

threat, beauty, ability, virtue, and a sense of the supernatural.

Including "threat" in that list might be surprising at first,

because people don't talk about awe as a negative thing or a sign of a threat, but it can be.

The word "awe" actually comes from Middle English words

for fear, dread, and terror.

Uh, yikes?

And good and bad awe are both part of the English language today.

It's what the words "awesome" and "awful" have in common.

Negative awe is the type of feeling you might get from

looking at pictures of horrible destruction after a hurricane or an earthquake.

It's definitely not in the same category as sequoias and rainbows,

but it's hard to wrap your head around in a similar way.

But whether the feeling is positive or negative,

the evolutionary roots of awe can tell you a lot about

why we experience it in the first place.

Like a lot of emotions, it all comes down to how social we are as a species.

In that 2003 paper about the "flavors" of awe,

the researchers also proposed that the feeling evolved as a way

for underlings to react to a powerful leader.

That … might seem kind of unsettling these days,

because we've seen fascism and we all know how that goes.

But fear and submission in the face of powerful group members

are actually common in lots of primates,

and back in the day, it was the simplest way to avoid conflict.

And there are some heartwarming social benefits to awe, as well—

it makes us treat each other better.

One 2015 study on this involved a series of experiments

with a total of nearly 2,000 participants.

It found that when people thought about a time that they experienced awe,

they tended to become more generous and selfless, and make more ethical decisions.

So awe would've had plenty of evolutionary advantages

when it comes to cooperating as a group.

But other researchers have proposed that

the evolution of awe is more closely tied to intelligence.

The idea is that you experience awe in situations

where it's important to be acquiring information that you can use later.

It makes sense: if something is awe-inspiring because

it doesn't fit with your understanding of the world,

that's probably something that you should know more about if you wanna survive.

The feeling of awe directs your attention away from yourself

and toward your environment,

so you can acquire more information about this new,

possibly life-changing thing—whether it's positive or negative.

So awe might have given us a social advantage or an intellectual advantage,

or maybe some combination of both.

But no matter why the emotion evolved, we know that it's incredibly powerful—

to the point that it can, like, totally hack your brain and body.

For one thing, it can improve your physical health.

It's been linked to lower levels of inflammation, which plays a role in all sorts of illnesses.

Awe can also change your perception of what's causing events to unfold.

Studies have found that it makes people more likely to interpret

a series of events as the consequence of something intentional,

as opposed to random chance.

It's all part of the search for an explanation for something

your brain is struggling to comprehend,

which could help us explain why religion is a thing.

Oh, and also awe can basically stop time.

A 2011 study found that subjects who experienced awe

were more likely to report feeling that time was "boundless"

and like they had enough time to get things done.

They were also more willing to volunteer their time to help others.

So altering our perception of time might be part of how awe leads to those social benefits.

It's hard to know how or whether most of these effects

apply to the negative type of awe, because there's much less research on it.

But one study did find that negative feelings of awe

didn't produce the same health benefits as positive awe did,

so the effects don't seem to be exactly the same.

One thing is clear, though: these experiences,

where something is so huge and incomprehensible that

it makes you rethink your understanding of the world,

are part of how we function as a species.

Whether it's inspired by the Grand Canyon or a natural disaster,

awe changes you—maybe more than you know.

Do You Have a Maximum Heart Rate? - Duration: 2:44.

[ ♪ Intro ]

You might have thought during an intense workout that your heart couldn't possibly beat any faster.

I mean, you were going all out.

But you probably didn't reach your maximum heart rate: the fastest you can make your

heart go, unless you really overexerted.

And even then, technically your heart probably could beat faster, you just wouldn't want it to.

While you're exercising muscles need more oxygen so they can keep up with their energy demands.

They can get that oxygen if your heart either pumps more blood, or pumps more often, which

is why your heart rate jumps as you work out.

But no matter how hard you push things, you'll eventually hit an upper limit based on the

physics of your heart.

Before you start, your heart beats just a little bit faster than its resting rate—the

minimum speed needed to keep cells humming along while you sleep—which is roughly 60-100

beats per minute in adults.

Then, as you work harder and harder, the part of your nervous system that works unconsciously

tells your heart to pump faster, anticipating the needs of your body.

You'll get closer and closer to what doctors call your maximum heart rate: the max speed

seen when you push yourself really hard.

That's around 200 beats per minute for a 20 year old, give or take a dozen beats or so.

And you can subtract about a beat per minute for each year after that, because your heart

muscle becomes less responsive to those nervous system signals as you age.

The thing is, technically, your heart muscle could go a bit faster than it does in practice.

Its contraction speed is ultimately limited by how long it takes to reset after each contraction signal.

That signal is an electric stimulus called an action potential, and it's created by

the movement of ions across cellular membranes through a series of channels and pumps.

So after one signal is received, the muscle can't be signaled again until enough of

those ions are returned to where they started.

For heart muscle, that period of time is between 200 and 250 milliseconds, so hypothetically,

your maximum possible heart rate could be as high as 240 or even 300 beats per minute.

But the body stops short of that because the heart needs to pause briefly to actually fill with blood.

If your heart muscle were to beat at top speed, it wouldn't pump as much blood, and therefore

wouldn't deliver the oxygen you need to your muscles, pretty much defeating the whole

dang purpose of going faster.

That can actually be pretty dangerous, and it's usually a bad sign.

Luckily, you don't need to push your heart fully to get the health benefits of exercise.

Which is why doctors usually recommend shooting for a target heart rate zone of only 50-85%

of your max.

You can let your smart treadmill or app figure that pace out, or do a back of the envelope

calculation assuming your max rate is 220 beats per minute minus your age.

It's not a perfect estimate, but it'll give you a ballpark figure to work with.

DUMBEST Criminals Who AREN'T the Sharpest Tool in the Shed - Duration: 12:35.

Here are 10 of the dumbest criminals who actually exist!

10 - Here's a better photo

Many people don't like bad pictures of themselves floating on the internet, hence the reason

Facebook allows people to delicately handle tagging privileges.

However, how vain can someone actually be?

A man suspected of arson and vandalism actually sent a better looking selfie to police because

he found the photo of himself on his arrest warrant ugly.

Donald "Chip" Pugh texted the police another photo and ACTUALLY wrote these words: "Here

is a better photo that one is terrible".

Seriously.

This happened in real life!

Police in Lima, Ohio, posted the photos to their Facebook page and asked for help in

locating Pugh.

The police department thanked him on their facebook page for "being helpful" but

asserted that they really needed him to turn himself in!

When asked by a local radio station why he sent the photo, Pugh said that they just did

him wrong.

Apparently, in his words, he looked like quote "Thundercat… or James Brown on the run"

in the picture provided by the police.

Is it just me or do most people look a lot different in real life than they do in their

social media profiles?!

Let us know in the comments!

And oh yeah.

Do us a quick favor and hit this like button, right here!

9 - Interview?

Sure why not!

If someone's gonna be doing a life of crime, you'd think they'd cut back on the social

media.

And especially any public TV appearances!

Eric Rivers was arrested in connection with a spree of bank robberies in Lawrenceville,

Georgia after he appeared in an on-camera interview with a local news station for an

unrelated story about public transit.

Police said that Rivers was suspected of having just robbed a Chase Bank and was believed

to be in the middle of robbing several other banks when he agreed to an impromptu interview

with a TV reporter!

The thing is, when you do an interview, they ask for your real name, which you don't

have to actually give, but this guy decided to anyways!

The job for the police was a piece of cake afterward.

In fact, Rivers even removed his hat and du-rag for the interview, which he wore during the

robberies based on security footage!

Police say that after the interview, Rivers proceeded to scope out a Fidelity Bank in

the area.

As police investigated the reported robberies, a bank manager said the suspect walked towards

the news truck after leaving the building.

Police followed up the lead and simply asked the reporters for his name – and of course,

the reporters were happy to help.

Sigh.

Please.

Let's get these people outta the gene pool!

8 - Nosebeers for no one You guys ever ingested something you thought

was something else?

Wellllll this was essentially what had happened here!

Burglars snorted the cremated remains of a man and two dogs in the belief that they had

stolen ummmmmm nosebeers I guess.

The ashes were taken from a lady's house in the central Florida town of Silver Springs

Shores.

The thieves took an urn containing the ashes of her father and another container with the

ashes of her two Great Danes, along with some electronics and jewelry.

The guys thought the ashes contained different types of drugs somehow.

What are these guys, rookies?!

It was later discovered that the burglars were actually dumb enough to actually snort

the ashes!

Once they realized their error, the guys were supposedly nice enough to think about returning

the remaining ashes.

Well that was a nice thought I guess, because they ended up throwing it in a lake instead

because they thought their fingerprints were on the containers.

SIGH.

Police divers were trying to recover the ashes but let's be for real – how do you recover

ashes from a lake?!

7 - Compounding errors A lot of life is just like boxing.

Always protect yourself in the ring no matter what.

This situation is no different!

A man from Ireland became a contender for Ireland's dumbest criminal as he knocked

himself out with a brick while trying to smash a car window.

Yup, people like this exist.

The guy was found lying in a pool of his own blood by the car's owner.

When the car's owner and his girlfriend first saw him, they thought that either someone

beat the dude up or that it was a hit-and-run accident.

Trying to help, they approached the man but things took a bizarre twist when the guy tried

to blackmail the owner of the car by saying that he was gonna say the car owner attacked

him!

Apparently, he stood up and asked for cab money, which he didn't get.

Since the car owner also happened to be the owner of a nearby bar, the man threatened

him by saying he'd burn down his bar if he didn't give him money.

The car owner decided smartly to get the police involved.

Once the police arrived, the guy started claiming again that the car owner attacked him.

However, everything was recorded.

In the footage, the man can be seen clearly trying to break into the car.

At first, he threw a few small rocks at the driver's side window.

When that didn't work, he decided to throw as hard as he can with a brick at the passenger

side window!

Unfortunately for him, it bounced off and smashed him in the face, lifting him literally

up off his feet and laying him flat out!

We've come a long way as a species, but apparently we still have to work out some

kinks…...

6 - Burglars have rights too You'd think that if someone were to rob

a place, they'd at least think that they should get in and get out as fast as possible.

Wellllllllll there are always exceptions.

A man who broke into a house in Portland, Oregon, decided for some unknown reason to

take a shower at the house he broke into.

Timothy James Chapek, was in the bathroom taking a shower when the homeowner returned

to the house!

Obviously the homeowner was surprised and freaked out.

Accompanied by two German shepherds, the homeowner asked Chapek what he was doing in the house.

Chapek locked himself in the bathroom and made an emergency call……..to the police!

Seriously.

Talk about feeling privileged!

He said he'd broken into the house, the owner came home, and that he was concerned

the owner might have a gun.

The homeowner also called the police to report that he'd found a man in the house.

Police with dogs took the burglar into custody without incident.

No one said whether the homeowner really had a gun or not…..but to be honest I'd rather

be threatened with a gun than with giant german shepherds.

5 - Never forget In 2008, Kevin Lloyd, a homicide investigator

from Los Angeles County, was routinely looking through snapshots of tattooed gang members.

BUT in one of the pictures, he saw something that caught his eye - a literal crime scene

he was familiar with!

Anthony Garcia had a tattoo that resembled the scene of a liquor store crime in Pico

Rivera in January 2004.

As bizarre and dumb as it sounds, this tattoo had numerous details of the murder and this

gang member had it tattooed right on him!

The tattoo included the Christmas lights that lined the roof of the liquor store where the

crime was committed, the bowed street lamp across the way, and street signs.

Above everything read the title, "RIVERA THRILLS", a reference to his gang.

This guy essentially snitched on himself!

When the police discovered the evidence on Garcia's chest, they launched an investigation,

which was of course followed by the arrest of Garcia.

That yielded a first-degree murder conviction in a crime that investigators had initially

given up hope on.

Just…….wow.

4 - Last thing they'll suspect If you guys were trying to stash a stolen

car…….the last place you'd try is the police station right?

Police in Greater Manchester named two thieves as Britain's dumbest criminals after they

tried to hide a stolen car in one of the police car parks.

Officers watched as they tried to drive a stolen white Mercedes into the car park at

the police station, but their plan failed when they didn't have an entry fob.

Footage showed the driver trying to reverse the vehicle, but two police vans came down

the ramp behind the car, waiting for their turn to get into the parking area.

They quickly jumped out of the car and ran off.

It's quite common practice for people who steal cars to hide the cars in parking decks

for a few days.

Yeah.

They chose wrong!

The hilarious incident led police officers in the local division to poke fun at the men

on the police's official facebook page after both of them were found and arrested on suspicion

of theft of a motor vehicle annnnnd of course, fleeing police.

3 - We didn't get an invite?

Talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

In 2017, two guys attempted to stage an armed robbery at a bar in Maryland.

There was just one problem: the bar was hosting a retirement party for a police officer and

it was filled to the brim with off-duty cops.

Well.

This one doesn't really fall under dumb, but really, just unlucky.

But come on, you gotta scope out the situation first beforehand right?!

According to police, the two men entered the take-out area of the pub and held up an employee

at gunpoint, demanding cash.

Meanwhile, dozens of Baltimore County police officers had converged at the bar to celebrate

the retirement of a sergeant who worked as a police officer for almost 30 years.

The person who was behind the counter just went into that section of the bar where the

retirement party was happening and alerted the officers to the fact that there was an

armed robbery taking place.

Talk about hitting that staples easy button!

The two men fled the bar on foot but didn't make it far before they were caught by police.

Luckily, no one was injured during the robbery or the foot chase that followed.

2 - Here's my business card too An armed robber who hit a gambling den was

easily caught by police because get this…….he left his resume behind at the scene.

Umar Mirza decided to rob a gambling parlor in Birmingham, UK, AFTER he failed to get

a job there.

He was able to run off with roughly 17 thousand pounds…..but unfortunately not his resume.

He burst into the parlor wearing a hood and a mask.

Then, he demanded a female worker to open the safe by handing over a note that said

to give him cash.

BUT as he was leaving the parlor, he for some reason removed his disguise!

Obviously, not the smartest move.

In fact, it was THE move that allowed police to identify him!

Seriously who ARE these people.

Once management looked at the footage from cameras, they immediately recognized him as

someone who had applied for a job there and notified the police, giving them his full

resume that he left with them prior to the robbery!

When officers searched Mirza's home they found a fake firearm, the bag, and the threatening

note written on a betting slip.

Sigh.

Who's the dumbest criminal so far in this video?

Let us know your opinion in the comment section!

1 - Permanent marker?!

If you're gonna rob a place, it's probably a good idea to have a disguise.

However, what type of disguise is important here.

Two robbers, Matthew McNelly and Joey Miller decided to use permanent marker.

On their face!!!

Seriously?!

Obviously they got arrested when they tried to use just a permanent marker to disguise

their faces.

Does this count the worst disguise ever?!

Both guys were arrested by police in Iowa after witnesses reported seeing two men trying

to break into an apartment with fake beards and masks drawn on their faces.

When police stopped their car, officers were caught by surprise to see guys drunk with

permanent marker disguise on their faces.

The guys forgot the key point that the disguises also need to be able to be taken off so they

can look go back looking like normal people! Sigh.

No wonder the guys were later nicknamed "dumb and dumber" by police.

As it turned out, the men were drinking when they came up with the permanent marker idea.

Sounds about right.

Here's what's next!

How to Control Osteoporosis During Menopause - Duration: 11:32.

How to Control Osteoporosis During Menopause

Osteoporosis is a disease that affects your bones.

Its caused by a reduction in your bone tissue.

Its mainly seen in older people and in women who have gone through menopause.

Controlling osteoporosis during menopause is vital.

This will let you enjoy better health and overall well-being.

This disease weakens your bones, making them fragile and prone to breaking.

Your wrist, hips, or spinal column are the areas that are at the greatest risk of breaking.

During menopause, your production of the hormone estrogen is reduced.

This speeds up osteoporosis.

This increases both the importance and the complexity of controlling this disease.

Risk factors for osteoporosis

Age.

Once youre older than 30 years old, your body stops absorbing calcium.

As the years pass, the amount of calcium you have can be reduced if your diet is lacking.

Early menopause.

Some women face menopause earlier because of surgeries or medical treatments.

Even though these treatments try to prevent anemia and similar problems.

These can cause osteoporosis.

Family history Its important to control osteoporosis during menopause.

This is especially true if you have a family history of fractures and broken bones during this stage.

Remember that the best ways to predict your future is to take a look at your family.

Diet.

Is your diet balanced or rich in calcium? If not, its a good idea to include more dairy.

This controls menopause during menopause.

It doesnt matter how old you are: bone problems can always appear and theyre never good.

How to control osteoporosis

Once you know that you have this disease, the best thing to do is do everything possible to control osteoporosis.

The best thing to do would be to start taking care of yourself before it appears.

This means before you suspect that youre at risk of having it.

In both of the two cases, the recommendation is the same.

1. Exercise

Ideally, exercise should be part of your lifestyle before youre diagnosed with osteoporosis.

You should also start before the onset of menopause.

Creating an exercise regimen will be beneficial for your health.

You only have to do simple activities.

This includes walking for just 30 minutes per day.

If your bones are starting to fracture, avoid difficult exercises or ones that use heavy weights.

Exercise can be carried out with several objectives:.

Strengthening your muscles.

Helping to control your bone loss.

Reducing some of the problems associated with menopause.

2. A balanced diet

From infancy to the age of 30, your bones are developing.

They get calcium naturally.

Because of this, having a good diet helps to protect your bones.

This is essential for preventing and controlling osteoporosis.

To have strong bones, its necessary to have a diet thats rich in calcium.

The daily recommended amount is 1000 mg.

Some foods that have calcium are:.

Dairy, Eggs, Green vegetables, Salmon, Sardines.

Also, vitamin K prevents bone fractures during menopause.

Some foods that have it are:.

Grapes, Kiwis, Avocados, Healthy oils.

3. Taking vitamin D

When we talk about osteoporosis and how to prevent it, we think about calcium.

However, vitamin D is equally important.

Vitamin D lets your body absorb calcium.

Its easy to get it, all you have to do is get some sun for 10 minutes per day.

You can also get it from animal sources like:.

Tuna, Salmon, Beef, Liver, Cheese, Eggs.

4. A healthy life style

Habits, like drinking alcohol or using tobacco, should be stopped as soon as possible.

Maybe you cant live without a beer on the weekend.

Or, you might have a bad tobacco addiction.

In either case, develop habits to stop little by little.

Using these products causes a smaller estrogen production in your body.

As a result, avoiding them helps to control osteoporosis.

Exercise also helps your bones to be stronger.

However, its a good idea to start exercising as soon as possible.

This is especially true before you need to start controlling osteoporosis because of menopause.

5. Avoid accidental falls

Even though its difficult to prevent accidental falls, this is necessary for anyone who suffers from osteoporosis.

Because you have weak bones, they are more likely to break easily.

And, it doesnt matter what kind of fall or hit you take.

Its a good idea to modify your home to prevent falls and control osteoporosis.

You can do this by keeping the areas you live in organized, well lit, and with clear colors.

Sometimes, you can also install bars in your bathtub or in other areas.

Having osteoporosis shouldnt change your quality of life.

You can live a normal life if you have osteoporosis.

But, you need to follow your treatment plan and avoid high impact exercise and falls.

The constant treatment in osteoporosis is essential.

And, its strictly necessary to maintain your well-being.

[music]

My dear friends - Monika and Marcin Gajda - wrote a book entitled 'The Temple".

In this book they describe who a person is with a use of a very simple model.

This model is the following - each of us has three kinds of life; the first life is biological and physical life,

the second is psychic life, and the third is spiritual life.

Of course, their discovery is an anthropology carried by Christianity - the truth about who the man is.

But they are teling this story in a very straightforward way.

We live our biologic life in an autonomous way; a psychic life is a life that can be developed, can be deepened in oneself.

The spiritual life, on the other hand, is the meaning and purpose of being human. And that is what Jesus is saying today.

Regarding this need to be born of the spirit - this is a moment when we need to ask every day:

Lord, to be born again I don't want to enter my mother's womb as it is impossible,

but I want to enter your womb, the womb of your birth. I want to enter your life, my Lord.

I want to accept this new existence, this new quality of existence, the non-perishable quality of existence that flows from within you.

You are the God of eternal life and You are the God whose life is imparted through the gift of the spirit.

And this gift can constantly revive this most important dimension of life, which is spiritual life, the life of faith.

[KOR SUB] REACTION! BTS House of Cards WHOLE VOCAL LINE- New FMV Comp 방탄소년단 - Duration: 10:25.

Hello everybody, my name is Maggie, and I like to react to K-pop videos on the

Internet. Uh, welcome to my channel! Welcome

back to my channel, wherever you are, whatever the case is, I am so thankful

that you are here. Today, today we're going to have a day. I think I- yeah, we're

going to have a day. I am absolutely petrified for today. I'm

going to keep it real. Let me tell you how this video came about. I, I've wanted to do a

House of Cards video for a while but I thought that I would have to react to

all four, and I don't think that my little heart-brain situation could take

that. It just wouldn't. And one of the favorite things that I've realized on

this channel, and just kind of through my four months of being here and in this

fandom, is that I've made a lot of ARMY friends, and you guys are spectacular, and

I adore you, and I just- thank you so much. You make life amazing. So one of my

friends here on YouTube, Lydia, she took four fancams, got the permission from the

fancam owners, and put them together so I could react to all four at once. Thank

you, and oh my god, I am mortified and petrified. I'm wearing blood, or blood

color, just in case I start to bleed. Color of love, color of blood, doesn't

matter. And I have pulled out every single piece of emotional support that I

could. As normal I have my favorite, your favorite, our stable Scotty the

emotional support bear. And he is here for me. But he's not going to be enough. So I

brought also our familiar first-aid kit, because this is a BTS emergency and I

haven't even started watching the video. BTS emergency. That's not enough. Not enough.

I had to break out my my stuffed Kirito, just in case, because Kirito. He will slay

all the things with his little sword on the back, so he's here, and I'm ready. I'm

ready for this in every way. Non, non-sponsored- Haagen-Dazs, if you

want to sponsor me, let's talk. I've got ice cream, right here. We are so ready to

go. I'm going to need all of these things. All right, if you are not subscribed to my

channel, it's a lot of fun around here, so please do so. Give this video a like if

you want to see some more videos like this. Um I run a Twitter poll. Every

single Monday you decide what I react to. My Twitter handle is up here. It's

@ReactionaryMag. I upload every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 3 p.m.

Mountain Standard time. Again, just a massive huge amazing thanks to Lydia.

Thank you for putting this together, and um, let's just, let's do this. You're in

this with me, right? You're in this. We're doing this. Right? Ready.

That's a really cool splash screen there, title card, Lydia.

Jin! I'm not ready! I'm not ready! I'm not ready! Oh, geez. I'm so not ready.

Oh, okay.

With the hair. With the hair. No, Jimin, no. Oh god, oh god, oh god, Kookie. No, not ready.

Not ready. Whoo. Okay.

This this is the most sexy song.

No.

What, what? What? What? No.

Oh my god. What can I hold? What can I hold? How much can I hold? Oh! No.

Can I hold it all?

This entire vocal line has been demolishing me over the last couple of weeks.

Oh no!

No! No, no, no, no, no. Oh my god, why? Why, why, why, why, why?

I don't know if I can watch this all. I don't know if I can watch this all. Okay. Okay. I don't care, you guys,

I don't care. These guys are going to bias wreck you. If this is your bias, he is

going to bias wreck you again. Whoo, whoo.

Why did they make this song?

This ain't right. This shit isn't right.

Oh my god, Park Jimin, I hate you so hard right now.

Jimin, Jimin. Oh god, and I can't, I can't, I can't with Jungkook right now either.

No! I can't with any of them.

Okay. Okay. What do I do? What do I do? I- okay.

No, don't lovingly caress your microphone stand. Don't do it. Don't do it. That's

mean. That's mean to everybody.

Oh.

No!

There's something about- oh god, with the hair- there's just something about the

way that they sing and perform this song that is just straight-up out, out of my

mind. I can't.

I don't know if I want to slow down, fellas. I don't know if that's going to be a thing.

No.

Okay. Okay. Okay.

This is the most painful thing I've ever seen in my life.

No.

Okay. No. Stop. I just- I'm so done.

Hold me. Hold me, Kirito, hold me. Oh God Almighty

Okay. Okay.

No. No.

Not okay. Okay, not okay.

See, this is nobody's fault but them. Like it's

not anything but their expressions, and their singing, and I got a thing going on

for their jaw line. Whoo! Whoo!

Can I, can I use this as the other ice?

How does this work? Can I do that?

Yeah, I think I can. I think that's good.

Oh my god. Even just a silhouette, really? Really? Really? Really? Why? Why? Yeah, yeah, no, thanks,

thanks, thanks, Lydia. Thanks, thanks a lot. Oh, Jesus.

Okay.

I would pause, but I literally have nowhere to go because I have everything I need, in my hands,

immediately right now. Um.

Okay.

You guys, I've never- okay, that was- okay,

because I've never seen- I'm shaking just so you know- because I've never seen House of

Cards like that, I, I, I knew that the song was sexy the way it is, cause of course I've

heard the song. Oh my god, I don't want to put this stuff down. Okay.

Oh, my safety blanket's gone. Okay. Uh,

the song itself, you know, it's just totally sexy. It's so hot. Um, but seeing

it like that, I- oh no, we're doing this, aren't we? Yeah, we did, we need to do

this, it's time. Welcome to Maggie's mukbang. Oh, it melted. I melted the freaking

ice cream.

Oh Jesus, okay. Well that'll, that'll show you where I'm at right now in life. Mm-hmm.

So, okay. The song itself. How did you guys feel when that first came out? Because I

feel feelings. The way that they perform it, mm-mm.

That's just not right. I don't appreciate it. And their jaw

lines in this video for some reason. All of them. They're just strikingly handsome.

Strikingly. Um, so, whoo!

That, that adult- and Adult Ceremony, I think, I think are up

there for the oh my god Maggie is gonna die moments.

Um, let me know what you

think. Do you want to find some more things where I melt ice cream? Which is

exactly what I've done. I can't believe that. Okay. I'm rambling. I need to go like, call a

friend. Yeah, that's what I need to do, is just find somebody on my speed

dial. Maybe call my mother and confess all my sins of my life to her. I think

that that might be an appropriate time. She won't understand, but that's okay. At

least I'd have it off my chest. So Haagen-Dazs, Hook me up, man.

And I, uh, I have nothing else to say, except I am so glad you were here with me, because I feel less alone and

less, less, less hurt. So I hope you like this video. Subscribe if you want to. I do

actually put out a lot of different type of content, this is just like the best

fan video that I've done so far. I hope I speak for you guys. I hope that

somebody else feels it, so I'm not alone. Anyway. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 3:00 p.m.

Mountain Standard time, come chill, come hang out, please subscribe to my channel.

Check out some of my other videos. If you subscribe, go ahead and hit that

notification bell, because YouTube doesn't- I can't talk. I have no, I have no

words. Whatt is going on? YouTube doesn't always allow-- YouTube

doesn't always notify you when I upload a video, so hit the notification bell.

Give this a big thumbs up if you want to find, if you want me to find some other

stuff, or um, or if you know something else, leave it the comments for me and

I will, I'll try to melt some more ice cream. Geeze. Okay. I hope you have a

fantastic week. I hope you have a fantastic day. Anything that you're about

just do it, do it, all the way, man. Grab yourself some ice cream and watch this

video a hundred times. You know? Thank you so much for hanging out with me. Thank

you for being an incredible base of support over the last four months.

I really appreciate every single one of you. Love you all, and I will see you in
