Youtube daily report Apr 9 2018

- Over the last few years we've seen a huge improvement

in the availability and performance of performance

aftermarket turbochargers.

And we're here with Harut from Turbo by Garrett

to talk about Garrett's new range of G series turbochargers.

Now we haven't seen a real big advance in turbo

technology with the Garrett range for some time

and this G series turbocharger

really has been a clean sheet of paper, a redesign.

So let's talk through the design aspects that have gone

into that turbocharger.

Where did you actually start?

What's the most critical part when you're designing

a turbo with a clean sheet of paper.

- Right so I mean we started off with a GTX Gen 2 last year.

We did a compressor wheel and compressor housing upgrade.

So that was a nice step towards better performance.

We increased flow anywhere from 5% to 10%

with the Gen 2.

So now with the G series it was a complete clean sheet

as you mentioned.

We took feedback from all of our customers

and internally with our engineers

and we came up with this design.

So we started off with the centre housing,

the centre housing is two piston rings on each side.

We have an oil deflector on the compressor side

so that it has better oil sealing capability.

We did oil fittings, water fittings,

so that oil restrictor is now integrated to the turbocharger

comes with the fitting.

We have dual water ports on each side,

so that gives you the flexibility with the water lines.

- Can we just go back to the oil side of things there.

So first of all you mentioned the restrictor.

And I know this is a problem a few people have

with various turbo installations is getting the correct

oil supply to the turbocharger.

You're not over oiling the turbo and hence

risking that leakage either into the compressor

or the exhaust side.

And with the ball bearing turbochargers as well,

they don't actually require a huge volume of oil flow?

- Right exactly so we recommend usually like 40, 45 psi.

And we provide a one millimetre restrictor

included in the fitting.

So that should suffice with most of the engines out there

and reduced oil pressure.

'Cause typical engine oil pressures are anywhere

from 60 psi and up so you wanna reduce that.

'Cause yeah the ball bearing cartridge

doesn't require that much oil.

- Now in terms of those seals then,

so these are really, between the seals and you also

mentioned the deflector behind the compressor wheel,

so these are really sort of a safety backstop

if we do end up with some oil leakage,

this is going to help reduce that?

- Yeah exactly so we had single piston rings before

so now we improved to dual piston rings on each side.

And that oil deflector technology we took from

our OE side, we've learned a lot from there,

and that should help with the sealing capability

and reducing smoke coming onto the turbine stage

or the compressor stage.

- Now in terms of that water cooling,

we've seen turbochargers incorporate water cooling

for a long time.

I know that in the performance aftermarket,

a lot of installations where turbochargers

do have water cooling,

the people in charge of the installation haven't used it.

Just interested, how vital is that water cooling

for reliability and durability of the turbo?

- Yeah I mean especially if you're running higher

temperatures, higher * temperatures,

we always recommend a water cooling.

But like you said people have run without it

with no issues so our turbochargers are meant

for reliability and durability.

- Would it be safe to say maybe for short duration

running like a drag application maybe that it's less

critical than perhaps endurance or circuit racing?

- Right exactly and so when you have the contsant

high temperature then that might become an issue

'cause that temperature will eventually make its way

to the bearing and you can probably

have some bearing damage.

- OK so moving onto the compressor wheel,

obviously really the key to moving air

into the engine and again with a clean sheet of paper,

design in front of you,

what did you do with that compressor wheel

and why are we seeing the performance improvement

from it?

- Yeah so it's all new, new compressor wheel,

new blade shape technology that's run through

CFD and FEA.

So that's what gives it the high flowing compressor

stage along with the increased AR on the compressor housing.

- OK so in terms of the design of that compressor wheel

as well, it is billet and I think there's a misconception

or a misunderstanding out there in the greater industry

that the billet compressor wheels have really

been responsible for a huge improvement

in performance.

So what can you tell us about that?

How accurate is that?

- Not very accurate.

The biggest jump going from cast to billet

is the ability of it, the fatigue factor.

So with the forged wheels you have higher

life cycle account compared to a cast wheel.

In terms of performance there's not much difference

between a cast and a forged wheel.

- So essentially once you've got a billet wheel,

a forged wheel designed, you're happy with that design,

you could potentially remanufacture that in a casting,

it's gonna offer the same actual air flow performance,

but it may be particularly at high pressure ratios,

the reliability of that wheel may not be so good?

- Right exactly.

And really aesthetics right, I mean you look at a cast wheel

and it looks grey, it looks dull,

but you look at a forged wheel for the machined wheel

and it's very nice and shiny.

- While we'd like to say that that's not important

when it comes to turbochargers,

we all know that how it looks does have an impact

on the purchase decision.

OK now also can you talk to us about the trim of that wheel

and how that's differed between the previous

Gen 2 turbochargers.

- Right so the trim actually attributes for the increased

flow as well.

So with the higher trim,

this compressor wheel's qualified to a higher trim

so we're able to increase the inducer diameter

compared to the previous generation's.

- Just for those who aren't aware,

the trim refers to the inducer diameter

versus the exducer diameter.

- That's correct yep.

- So as you move to a higher trim,

the compressor wheel simply can flow more air?

- Yes that's correct.

- And are there any downsides to increasing the trim

of the compressor wheel?

- Yeah you just have to make sure it's qualified

to the fatigue life that you expect it to survive

'cause the more you bring out the blades

then you have more resonance on the blades

so you just have to make sure that

it's gonna survive.

- OK so moving to the turbine side,

because this is the area really we haven't seen

a lot of change in the Garrett range

with their turbine wheels until now.

So again, clean sheet of paper, what's changed there?

- Right so in terms of the turbo wheel,

we did make an upgrade with our 35 80 4RS

starting last year.

So now we're taking another step beyond that

and we changed the material to MAR-M

which is capable up to 1900 degrees fahrenheit.

And that's a first in the aftermarket.

- So 1900 fahrenheit, how does that compare

to the temperature handling capability

of you previous turbine wheels?

- Right so before it was, we were at 1050 C,

or we we're at 1050 C now,

before it was about 850 C.

So we definitely improved the capability quite a bit.

And obviously new aerodynamics.

So it flows quite a bit more and it's at 74% efficiency.

- In terms of that efficiency, again how does that

compare back to your previous range.

- Yeah so before it was about 69%,

we jumped to 74% on a turbine side.

And then a compressor side,

now we're at 80% efficiency.

So with that overall efficiency the turbocharger

that helps with the spool up.

So you don't have to spin the turbo as much

to make the power with higher efficient turbos.

- In terms of that material that you've used

for the turbine wheel,

we've seen a lot of different material creep in

with different brands of turbocharger.

Some of them are lighter which is obviously aiding spool,

there's less inertia, there's a lower moment of inertia

in that product so it can spin and spool up quicker.

But of course the downside sometimes is

the reliability of those materials,

and strength of those materials at higher turbine speeds.

So how have you sort of balanced that and taken

into account the desire for a low moment of inertia?

- Right so with the MAR-M it is a denser wheel.

But we've done some deep scallops on the turbine wheel

in the back disk so that reduces the weight

and the inertia.

And obviously the efficiency accounts for any

increase in inertia.

- And also with the design of that turbine wheel,

for the size or the flow I should say really

of the turbocharger, the wheel diameters

are quite small compared to your previous range

so again that helps reduce the moment of inertia?

- Right exactly, it's a 54 millimetre turbine wheel.

And it is very comparable to our GT30 turbine wheels.

So basically you're getting that same amount of flow

in the small turbocharger compared to another

frame size up.

- So that's a great reference to move into.

So if someone's looking at one of the G series

turbochargers, you've got the G25-550

and the G25-660.

Those both rate to their flow horsepower capability,

550 and 660 horsepower.

So with one of those turbochargers,

let's take the 550 for example,

what would that compare to in the existing Garrett

range and what would the advantages look like

to the end user?

- Yeah so like G25-550 compares to our GTX3071 gen one.

If you compare it to that it's very similar

in terms of power capability.

But with running a 25 instead of a 30 you're gonna have

that really good boost response.

But be able to make that same amount of power.

- So same power, faster spool,

or alternatively I guess we could always

step up in the turbo size,

get a similar amount of spool to what we're already

been experiencing but with the ability for more power?

- Yeah that's exactly right.

- And I can only assume that we're expecting

more turbochargers to be added to that G series range

in time?

- Yeah so we're working towards the other sizes,

we're gonna proliferate into the other family sizes.

You know we'll do 30, 35, 42.

So keep an eye out for those next year.

- So with that you've just mentioned to GT42 sort of size.

What would you expect to be the maximum

power expectations with the largest G series turbo?

- Yeah we don't have that yet.

Once we do the design work and get that tested,

we'll have a better idea of where we are with the power.

But definitely it's gonna be increasing

by anywhere from 15% to 30%

just like we did on the G25.

- Well for us in the aftermarket using these turbochargers,

it's certainly an exciting time.

Anything that can provide more power

with improved spool, I'm all for.

Engineering Pathways allowed me to form relationships that I otherwise would not

have formed if I just went straight to a four-year university. Fortunately, going

through the program with my fellow students, I was able to form close

relationships with those that I will be transferring to U of I with. Additionally

I have advisors here that I know I can always you know fall back on even if

it's not for school related things, professors that I could contact again if

I need connections and it just overall been a rewarding experience to know that

in addition to just getting a quality education, I've formed quality

relationships as well. U of I tuition is obviously, just any

four-year university tuition is a bit high, and to know that we could come to Moraine

still get the same education for a bit less money and know that we can attend U of I

in the fall was really reassuring. After completing my application to U of I,

I was pretty intensely checking my portal every single day just to see if I

got in. I knew the results wouldn't be there you know in 24 hours, but as much

as I could I would just sign in to see and every day you know I just got the

blank white screen just saying your application's been submitted. We got

everything. We'll let you know as soon as we can. So I work in the academic

advising center here at Moraine, and so I just that was my daily sign-in for that

day. I signed into my my Illini account and up pops the orange screen, "Alison,

you're an Illini." It was especially exciting because one of the advisors

that works with pathways happened to walk by right about when that happened,

so we had our little celebration. She took some pictures of me. It was really

exciting to know that someone who had helped me through the whole program got

to experience that acceptance with me. Moraine Valley was my best choice because

I was able to form lasting relationships and gain real-life experiences all while

having the security of knowing I could transfer through my dream school through

the Engineering Pathways program.

Do You Have a Maximum Heart Rate? - Duration: 2:44.

[ ♪ Intro ]

You might have thought during an intense workout that your heart couldn't possibly beat any faster.

I mean, you were going all out.

But you probably didn't reach your maximum heart rate: the fastest you can make your

heart go, unless you really overexerted.

And even then, technically your heart probably could beat faster, you just wouldn't want it to.

While you're exercising muscles need more oxygen so they can keep up with their energy demands.

They can get that oxygen if your heart either pumps more blood, or pumps more often, which

is why your heart rate jumps as you work out.

But no matter how hard you push things, you'll eventually hit an upper limit based on the

physics of your heart.

Before you start, your heart beats just a little bit faster than its resting rate—the

minimum speed needed to keep cells humming along while you sleep—which is roughly 60-100

beats per minute in adults.

Then, as you work harder and harder, the part of your nervous system that works unconsciously

tells your heart to pump faster, anticipating the needs of your body.

You'll get closer and closer to what doctors call your maximum heart rate: the max speed

seen when you push yourself really hard.

That's around 200 beats per minute for a 20 year old, give or take a dozen beats or so.

And you can subtract about a beat per minute for each year after that, because your heart

muscle becomes less responsive to those nervous system signals as you age.

The thing is, technically, your heart muscle could go a bit faster than it does in practice.

Its contraction speed is ultimately limited by how long it takes to reset after each contraction signal.

That signal is an electric stimulus called an action potential, and it's created by

the movement of ions across cellular membranes through a series of channels and pumps.

So after one signal is received, the muscle can't be signaled again until enough of

those ions are returned to where they started.

For heart muscle, that period of time is between 200 and 250 milliseconds, so hypothetically,

your maximum possible heart rate could be as high as 240 or even 300 beats per minute.

But the body stops short of that because the heart needs to pause briefly to actually fill with blood.

If your heart muscle were to beat at top speed, it wouldn't pump as much blood, and therefore

wouldn't deliver the oxygen you need to your muscles, pretty much defeating the whole

dang purpose of going faster.

That can actually be pretty dangerous, and it's usually a bad sign.

Luckily, you don't need to push your heart fully to get the health benefits of exercise.

Which is why doctors usually recommend shooting for a target heart rate zone of only 50-85%

of your max.

You can let your smart treadmill or app figure that pace out, or do a back of the envelope

calculation assuming your max rate is 220 beats per minute minus your age.

It's not a perfect estimate, but it'll give you a ballpark figure to work with.

THE BIGGEST COACHELLA TRY ON HAUL EVER MADE (Part 2)! Express, ASOS, Missguided, Princess Polly - Duration: 16:57.

Everyone is Morgan Yeates today

I am here with a really big haul

Hopefully most of you guys already saw my Coachella haul part 1 if you have not I will have it linked but basically today

I'm taking you guys through the second half of everything. I've received in the mail from brands

I bought myself primarily with Coachella in mind some stuff as a refresher is

Either just like general or maybe with my Spain trip in mind because that's coming up in May as well

So again disclaimer went over all this in the first video

But I've never received or like just had so many items to haul so that's why I have split this into two

I am so so thankful to all the brands who sent me stuff for this video and

I mean obviously all this is not gonna get worn at Coachella

But I'm like set for like

Summer and then this summer after that I would love if you would leave me a comment below letting me know which items your favorite

As well as giving me any tips for styling or what you think I should wear to Coachella cuz again

I have too many options to decide so that is that lets go ahead and quickly jump in but today

I'm going through items from Express. I'm doing some cup C. Swimsuits. I have a lot of swimsuits

some stuff from sheet and some stuff from ASOS misguided

Um I have one urban thing that ironically got here between

Me filming the first part and now filming this first

I'm wearing this now

but it's just this tee it's like a

Lightweight super soft material really into just like plain graphic tees so got that again as always everything's linked below

and this is the other thing I got is just this like cropped black tee and has this like rose print down both sleeves and

Then on the back. It just has this big flower. So those are just simple really cute going to it is a lot

I guess first up just because it's right beside me I'm gonna start with misguided because this is definitely with Coachella in mind

It's this really pretty jacket

I did think I was getting it in black for some reason um so I ordered it in black as well

So now I'll have both, but it is just a suede material

That's actually like kind of stretchy like I don't know if you guys can tell these tassels are very long

And they go down the sleeves and then they also go all the way across the back

So this is similar to a boot jacket that I showed in part 1 of the haul

It's actually a little more like a heavyweight like it'll keep you a little warmer. I think next up

This is just kind of funny

So I'm gonna go ahead and disclaim of something before I show it on the model its Saints. This is a bodysuit

It's like a lacy whatever thing you we're texting the jeans or whatever and on the model

It looked as though it were not see-through in the chest region

Come to find out she's wearing a black bra under it so that really does solve the problem because then it's just like a normal

Body suit, but it just looks scandalous holding this up right now so picture black bra under this and it's like an adjustable

strap really pretty like flower details

In the front this looks super cute on tucked into my like urban really distressed high-waisted ripped jeans if you know what I'm talking about

The shopping app dote actually sent me these things so if you go on there and you can see them on my Coachella favorites list

You'll see better like how its styled but

Yeah, if you didn't know if you didn't see part one

I am attending Coachella with do't and Danielle and Kinsey and Brooke and Adrian and like so many reference are going with them

It's about to be the actual best weekend of my life, so next up from princess Polly. This is actually my first thing

I've ever had from princess Polly is this like white long dress so it's just very Coachella like very like flowy

It buttons all the way down to the bottom

So it's like a maxi if you can tell you can actually

unbutton this all the way

So if you wanted to wear this more of like an open kimono type thing you could definitely do that again

These are the details there's some like see-through part

So I don't need to figure out like how exactly like

If I were wearing that by itself what to wear under it next up a couple of things from ASOS very quickly

First of all I got another pair of booties

But these are like very different like they're open in the back these straps

Just go on like so super cute low heel definitely walk a little easy to like wear all day

Super like sleek look. Also. I accidentally ordered these and a wife white fit. I did not realized

I did not realize I didn't realize so it's like a little big, but I mean I'm gonna make it work

I feel like bigs better than small these take some determination

I don't know if you can tell

but

So this part is raised like on the side of this buckle and it has to go through this section like anytime you're like wanting

to take these off or like put them on

And like it is a process to get it to fit through there

So I don't know if that was just like an oversight on their part or like customers are just more determined to me

That's what some of these these will be like a cute festival day shoe

I also really need to start breaking these down seeing as I have it 90s

I showed in my last video some like black fanny packs that I got from

Boohoo yeah from boohoo, but then I got this

With this cute tassel and it's like Big O ring that is from Asus as well, so you adjust it

It's just like a belt

This is also the roomiest of all of mine

So I'll be able to fit like vlog camera backup charger cock like credit card everything like that lastly a couple accessories

I got first of all I got these earrings that are Steve Madden that I think are so cute

They're looking most Coachella earrings ever ever like other is this a necklace okay?

I have one of those like hand chain things

And this I'm not gonna like try it on I feel like Victoria's not that exciting or at least in hauls

I don't really care looking jewelry, so I'm kind of like breathing through this then also from ASOS

I got this pair of like farm chains. It's called actually

I'm even looked at these yet

So as you can see it's just like a bracelet for like higher up on your arm essentially

So if you're wearing like sleeveless stuff, and then I'll be super cute okay, that is offering ASOS next time

I'm gonna go through Express Express so kind to send me all this stuff

Some of which I had span in mind some of which was Coachella, so thank you to them

and if you guys are interested in buying any of these things I

Do have a 15% off code which will be on the screen right now because I remember

I just know it's like random number, so I just thought that was awesome that they provided that for you guys

I think you wanna buy anything from Express first of all definitely with Coachella in mind is this like Western me like satchel bag

So just long black straps is what the strap looks like as you can see it's kind of like alligator you lookin in a way

And I'm just really into it the gold studs

And this also like slides

Through that strap if you can tell very roomy fastens back under there like so next these are exactly the same

But I have always had like a really cute black like tiny purse like this that I really carry all the time

But whatever I'm wearing an outfit that doesn't involve black, and I need like a brown bag

I have never had anything that works for that so long overdue

I now have the cutest like perfect bag for that occasion and I also ordered one in grey

Just so I have like a tone to match whatever my outfit is so god. Oh next on a belt now

I've been seeing these belts everywhere. I have one. That's similar

That's just like a one buckle

But I've been seeing these like to buckle ones all over the place where obviously when this is on it'll look cooler

And then I also ordered this one, which is just a little like snazzy belt says he's like big studs and like little dot details

That are super cute, and I saw these we're very Coachella as well. Did I say Coachella again?

Yes, I'll actually just finish up accessories and Express and go through those first so next up from there

I got these really cute pineapple earrings that will be great for Coachella or just like any Palm Springs or beach weekend

I just think these are super summery and really cute like these little gem stone pineapples next I just got this bracelet

It just like snaps open, and it looks like so in case I want to wear like something

That's not just like gold or silver during the day and then lastly for earrings

I got this little tassel pair that I think you're super cute, and it'll just like spice up a Coachella outfit

Or be good for like at a dinner when I'm wearing like a little bit of like a nicer outfit

Maybe a jumpsuit

Or a dress which I showed some options off in the last video and now for my express clothing

first up

So just like desert vibes obviously because it's a cactus is this little tank that's so cute a very like lightweight charcoal gray color

This would be cute

Maybe like tied up with some shorts or like my ripped jeans or whatever you can be cute like cropping it

But I don't really want to crop it because it's a good quality like Express stuffs nice like I don't have an issue like cutting

Stuff from like boohoo or places where things really cheap, but Express. I'm like not trying to

Alter their clothes and then like for credit next up. I've already worn this out

I wear to a color pop event the other day, but this is just this off-the-shoulder black and white striped bodysuit

With this like little slight bell sleeve

And then I love this because it's one of the ones that's a thong back which is great for just

Not having underwear lines when you're wearing it tucked into jeans

That are obviously like fitted and you can like see a line through if it's a regular body

So there's my favorite types of body suits always appreciate a good back like that and then next up from Express

And this is super cute

I think a curl at church the other day was actually wearing this top with like a black tank under it which is my plan?

Or even just like a black bra let, but it's just this see-through a mesh top with this really pretty embroidered floral design

It's just a basic short sleeve shirt

I need to cut that tag out obviously since you can see it

And then the sleeves are a little ruffle like that and yeah this little like peep hole in the back

Super super cute, probably not necessarily a Coachella top, but who really knows maybe like a Spain shirt

Or just like generally welcome to my life shirt. I don't know next up in there

I got a pair of white shorts that do not have any white shorts. These are high-waisted

You're kind of frayed at the bottom the back

Standard back as you can see there's like a little rip a little bootie rip seams looks like a trend in my bottoms

I only wait, but final three items from Express. These are like nicer. I got this cute little wrap dress as well

It's like a satiny material very very nice

And it is navy and white shirt

So you even be cute on like one of my life if I had like a fancy boat day actually member

But in case that occasion were to arise this is what happened for here

And it again has the same way steel with the tie just a standard like

above knee length dress if you have ideas

I really wanna wear that somewhere so if you have an idea of like what that'd be good for it

I'll probably end up wearing it to like an event for a brand or something and then lastly from Express

I got this jumpsuit that I ordered the same size pretty consistently across all their stuff and this was

Larger than anticipated, so it's a jumpsuit. It's just black and white

Dots and it's a very like slinky stretchy material, so it's so comfortable, so I'm bummed about this

But it's just it jumpsuit wear again. Just like the wide leg that like culotte length like kind of cropped

Um it has this to like tie in the front

But it's a too big like around and kind of like at the top for me like especially Ike it can like fit and then

This back part where the zipper is will be like gaping

I think it's probably meant for people with a longer torso as well if you're tall I think you might be better off

but still maybe size down if you choose to order this item feel like I'm flying I feel like I'm definitely going faster than my

Other video, but even still I feel like this is a million years long okay next up

I have a few things from chien calm first. I'm gonna show a flop because this was this did not work

I just got a tube top situation

I don't know

What possessed me to think this was a good idea?

But no part of this is gonna fit me in I'm pretty sure this is like an extra large like no just like picture

No, just no I'm giving Adrienne. It'll work great for her. She was very excited about it next one

I'm cut for accessories for either like Coachella or just like a beach day and like Spain or wherever

I got a few of these headbands that are this like

Cross in the front if you can tell so I also got this like red

Tropical e1 and then I just got a gold one I would put my hair all the way through it and like probably wear like

A bun or something, but very cute, I think he's really a dollar or two dollars max next also in the handbag

I got this little bag. It's very small cute. It looks smells good

Which isn't normally the case when shopping here. Um these tassels on the front. It's just like this slick leather looking material though

It's definitely not it has the skinny strap. This is like not a Coachella thing necessarily. Well. Maybe it is I don't know but

It's just this like quilted circle bag that has another tassel

I feel like the tassel qualifies as anything for Coachella

So potentially and then there's gold chain this top part is leather

Which is nice because I don't I mean caring like a chain on your arm

Isn't like the most comfortable thing in the world. I've never done so yeah excited about that. This is a two-layer like

Navy dress so there's like an inside layer

And then the outside so it's like very good quality that has like all this crossing going on which is kind of messed up

Right now because I was like tightening it this like cut does go a little bit like lower like it goes like below a bra

Line kind of which is complicated, so I've actually ordered

But it's not here yet from Toby this like deep scoop bra thing that like it's still like wearing a bra

But it like cuts way down in the front so you can like wear low stuff, but one thing. I don't really like about this

Dress is that this tassel?

Legitimately is like at longer than the dress if you can do so if I can figure out some way to like adapt that

That'd be preferred, but it's also like not the end of the world lastly clothing wise from she and I got

This maxi dress that is this like pretty floral print again

I feel like this would be awesome for Spain down the front it buttons all the way down it like comes in at the waist

There's just like squeeze part there at the sleeves are like a three-quarter length really cute

And then this is maxi all the way down

But again you could unbutton this and where it's like a long maxi kimono if you wanted to or even just like on the beach

Or whatever I haven't really decided to use for this yet, but really comfy okay finally from Shion

And then we're jumping in to swim suits from Cup sheet

And then we are done like this is the most Palm Springs thing. I've ever seen is this just like

Palm tropical print bathing suit. It's like a halter ties at the top. It's like I owe them back

Yeah, excited to wear that and then next up I forgot about this, but um before I get into the country swimsuits

This is from a company called koi resort

KO, I it'll be linked, but this is just a super good quality like beach cover-up cute collar

Justyou're stanzas like dress cover-up again could be one like as a dress or unbuttoned all the way

And I love that gonna wear this and like

Probably Coachella and like Vegas and Spain and everywhere for the rest of my whole life and lastly we have this which is full of

Swimsuits. I think I have like nine they send me something

I also bought some so I don't even know what's what at this point first. I'm also but the like tropical theme in mind

This is like a pink palm print great here

There's like this little keyhole cutout right there, and then the back is just like adjustable straps next I love this one

It's just a very simple swimsuit

Yeah, that's so cute gonna be kind of hard to hold up, but this is the front of the top, but when it's on

Basically the only thing connecting it is this part like at the front if that makes sense so then when you're wearing it the back

Has this like regular back looking thing and then like from the back. It looks like you're wearing a two-piece

I'm just a big fan of that color

I feel like it like brings out my eyes cuz they're green and you can always tell so next another super fun tropical one and

This one says like girl you're going to a pool meets rainforest cafe

I'm diggin this print is just a navy bottom

So it looks kind of like a high-waisted bottom with this like little halter top

Again really feeling the keyhole pop out next up. I was needing a white

I'm swimsuit to wear with this like gold cover-up that I also show up that I should have two holes ago at this point

But this is what it looks like it's like a cross again kind of difficult to hold

But it ties over on the side, just very pretty stripes the back is just a scoot back also this one

I'm like not world's biggest fan. Um so I'm gonna shut up everybody next up

This is another one that arrived today, so I have not tried this on yet

And I'm interested to see if this like padding shows through the top cuz it's just like a plain white one and you never know

What that I feel like, but it's another of the same like two part cutout kind

I guess um so at the top at the back has this zipper that like goes up the back kind of like a sports

bra Away is kind of the style and then there's like another tie and then the bottoms next up the halter top

And another cutout, which looks kind of big like holding it up, which I'm hoping doesn't look so expansive once

I put it on I'm a really really big fan of this print here at the bottom two more

next up we just have a plain black one with a little bit of a twist so again adjustable straps as

As you can see there was just like banded detailing like across the waist

But then also like kind of running down the sides, and it's also on the back like that also

So it just like spices up a plain black swimsuit, and makes it look um I don't know it's just like an edgy twist

It's cool and lastly I've owned this swimsuit previously from them, and it was way too big

I guess for size and context

I shoulda said this a long time ago if I always get a medium with these and

It is this really pretty like grey white like nautical looking stripe

type swimsuit

but I also like the cuts if you can tell like how the stripes go different directions the front just looks like a one-piece but

Then the back as you can tell again looks kind of like it no it unfastened

But it looks like a two-piece, and I am now set on some suits for the actual rest of my life

so thank you to cut sheet and I will say all the swimsuits like I

To thumbs up the quality on those and that is it for this haul part 2 again

Please give me some feedback down below. I know this has been a ridiculous amount of items

I feel like I've been on a roll like I'm tired even my hair is messed up

I'm about to go film these Tryon clips. I am so so excited for Coachella again

Make sure you were following me over on the Instagram to check out my Instagram stories during it and subscribing to my blog channel

So you don't miss everything that's going on there because I am so excited

It's about to be the actual best weekend that is it and I will see all of you guys in my next video

Wunder360 C1 - Top entry-level 360° camera (unboxing & review) - Duration: 8:45.

Hello everyone and welcome to this new video.

Today I bring you something different.

No it is not true. It is another 360° camera.

But new brand, new features. And before going specifically, unboxing.

We'll see the camera later. I'll show you what's inside the box, if I can open it.

We have an instruction manual, which tells you everything and then only a box that contains the cables.

And there is the wrist strap that I obviously do not use, as someone who follows me already knows.

A cable micro USB on one side and jack on the other, this is for the selfie stick because it can be controlled with a selfie stick.

And then the USB - microUSB cable for charging and transferring files.

Let's go to the camera. The design is very similar to that of the Samsung Gear 360 2017.

Under the front lens we have the shutter button and, below it, the screen that helps us during the various operations.

On one side there is the menu button, the LED and the on/off or back function button

at the height of the lens, while underneath there is the door that protects the microSD and the microUSB port.

On the other side there is the microphone and the WiFi button and at the top there is the speaker for the sounds of the camera.

At the bottom there is the standard screw connection for the tripods.

Let's go for a moment to analyze the features described on the box.

3K videos and 4K photos Yes, 3K and 4K are a bit low. However, being an entry-level camera, that's okay.

Moreover it is a very smartphone-friendly camera because most of the views,

especially 360° videos, now it is done on smartphones and tablets and having a small screen, even these resolutions are fine.

Moreover, since not all socials support 360 ° content, tiny-planet is used the most,

which is a derivative of the 360 and to make the tiny-planet these resolutions are fine too.

Real-time in-camera stitching This feature is very useful and very important. In short words,

the camera combines the images taken by both sensors and provides a finished product, or equirectangular.

For this reason, the Wunder360 C1 is a user-friendly and easy-to-use camera,

in the sense that there is no need to know any particular changes, there is no need to use third-party software to get to the final product.

Simply turn on the camera, shoot and you are ready to share.

Social 360 ° Live Streaming

Oh yeah. By connecting the camera with a cable to the smartphone, you can make a 360° live streaming on Facebook or YouTube.

It's all very simple, just a couple of taps to share live moments of your life with other people.

Of course, the quality is not excellent, especially on facebook that has very aggressive compression algorithms,

however, it is a plus point because it is really a good function.

9-axis IMU stabilization This is a very important function. So, stabilization in the app works great.

And this is a very useful function especially if the end product is viewed through a virtual reality viewer.

However I must admit that by transferring the file from the camera to the smartphone, the product is not as stable as seen in the app

but surely this will be improved during future updates.

But outside the technical definitions, how is the camera?

It is comfortable.

It is very comfortable, very slim. It has a rather particular design that does not bother when you carry it in your pocket,

unlike the other cameras that I brought on the channel. It is very light, weighs only 95g.

Wunder360, the only thing is that you should put a bag or something to protect the lenses, in the package,

for when you carry it in your pocket or in a backpack.

The camera is very user-friendly. The menu is quite fast, it is very intuitive

and so you do not have to be an expert to control this camera. In fact it is entry-level.

For those who want to take a first step towards the world at 360°, this can be a very interesting solution.

Are there any negative aspects? Obviously. The first among all, is the audio. It's definitely not the worst I've heard,

however, it is as if the audio came from inside a dome and therefore it is certainly improvable.

I would also say the quality, however, being an entry-level camera, you can not expect more

otherwise it would also raise the price and therefore would no longer be an entry-level camera and would cost more.

So for those who want to start, that's okay.

The Wunder360 C1 can be controlled both through the app or used in stand-alone. The app connects via WiFi,

excellent, and WiFi can be both 2.4GHz and 5GHz and so transfers are very fast.

Basically the app is like the others. There is a live preview of what the camera sees,

you can change the shooting mode, there is some small personalization, you can transfer the files from the camera to the phone,

but the Wunder360 app already allows, in the app, to make some small customization changes

before publishing the contents on social media and then there are two very interesting features, namely Horizon Correction and the ReFrame.

The Horizon Correction, in short, stabilizes the image on where the user is pointing.

I mean, I want to point the shot on me, even moving the camera in different positions, maybe even turning on itself,

the framing remains fixed on the part taken from the camera that I have decided to watch.

And I also showed you the video because surely the video explains better than I do in words.

The ReFrame is the most interesting mode ever because from a 360 video, allows you to make a video,

let's say, normal deciding the shot to show to who is watching the video.

I mean, I place the camera in the middle of a room and I want to show a part first, then I want to look up, then turn the frame to the right.

This is done through the ReFrame. I'm showing you some videos of the Wunder360 because unfortunately on my phone the ReFrame function crashes the app.

Because I and misfortune usually sleep hugged.

But it's only my problem because I reported this problem to the Wunder360,

they have tried with their smartphones and it works. And so it's only my problem that will surely be solved with a patch, I guess.

This, together with all the other functions, the fact that the camera does the stitching alone, without doing other types of editing,

makes the Wunder360 C1 very interesting for those who want to take the first step towards the 360 world.

So I advise you to buy it? Obvious.

For those who are interested, you or your friend (if you want to make a gift) are interested in the 360 world, this is the perfect entry-level camera

because it makes you stitching, you do not need to know other editing programs, you do not need to know stitching programs,

there are no metadata problems, you don't have to know anything.

It's an entry-level camera, in the sense you buy it, turn it on, shoot and share because that's what the Wunder360 C1 does.

If you need a 360 photo, you have it, if you want only a part of the frame, there is the screenshot function,

if you need the tiny-planet effect, which is the most used on socials, there's the tiny-planet function in the app.

So it's a full camera. The price is quite small and in addition I leave the link that Wunder360 gave me to make you have some benefit.

So I leave everything in the description, go and inform, if you want to buy this camera you will have some benefit.

And as usual, comment, ask if you have any doubt, if you want some other information.

I leave you all the links in the description, subscribe and activate the bell for the future videos

because surely when they will correct the errors of ReFrame, I will make a video about the ReFrame,

I will bring more videos of this kind, especially on other cameras.

Thank you for watching this video, see you at the next.

5 Tips to Get your House Ready to Sell Quickly - Duration: 7:32.

Putting your house on the market this spring? Well I'm here today to show you

five quick and easy tips that'll cost you almost no money and you'll get that

house ready to sell in no time ready let's go hey everyone welcome back I'm

Cori Dunphy with Remax in Monmouth County Dream Homes.com and we are

getting ready to learn how to stage your home quickly to sell! The most important

thing is the first impression that a homeowner gives off to the potential

buyers. So let's start! Tip 1 Curb appeal this is the very first impression your home

gets to make on all those potential buyers. You want them to be interested

the very moment they drive up. Here are a few quick things you can do to enhance

the curb appeal of your home: power wash siding and walkways. Give a good clean

to those windows especially your front windows. Mow the lawn if it needs it. For

those of us in the New Jersey market especially in Monmouth County with the

type of weather we've been having not quite sure we're ready for the lawnmower

to get out but just try to be sure that your lawn looks as good as it possibly

can considering the time of year. If you have a porch try to repaint or stain it

you want it to be as neat and clean as possible and important plant flowers.

Whether you plant them in the ground put them in pots hang them get a little

color to add to the pop so as soon as somebody drives up to your house and

walks in they get a fabulous first impression welcome your visitors with an

inviting porch even if you only have a small stoop be sure you have out a clean

doormat and make it welcoming to all who are coming to view your house. If there's

room put out one or two pieces of furniture and always remember to leave

your front light on especially at night for those people who could be driving by

and notice that the house is for sale. Tip number 2 get your house sparkly

clean and I don't just mean a quick dust and put some stuff away and hide them in

the closet. I mean we are going to clean this house from top to bottom.

From shining the floors and gleaming windows to clean countertops and

scrubbed grout each and every surface of your home

should Sparkle. This is by far the easiest, well maybe not the easiest but

certainly the most inexpensive way to help your home look its absolute best.

You may even want to consider hiring a pro to come on in and do some of the

really tough cleaning and scrubbing for you, especially if you have a large house.

Tip number 3 clean and clear away all the clutter no if ands or buts it is

time to get rid of things truly that you're no longer using. You can break

your house down into three different sections, trash treasure and donate. Try

to go through and purge as much as you can and please don't forget about the

closet. Potential home buyers are going to open up every door in your house and if

they open up a closet and they see that it's jam-packed it could possibly give

off the impression to them that you don't have enough room to store things.

Try to strike a balance between clean and lived in. I know I just told you to

declutter and get rid of almost everything that you aren't using anymore

but now it's time to bring a few elements back into the house to help

give it that special feeling. For example, farmers produce you can sit in a basket

on the counter some fresh lemons next to the sink or even put a nice arrangement

of flowers on the dining room or kitchen table. These are all important and I

promise you potential homebuyers take notice of all the small details. Tip

number 4. This tip is a two-part. What I want you to do is rearrange your

furniture. When somebody is coming to look at a house really what you are

selling to them is space. You want to use every room to the best way you possibly

can. Which brings me to the second part, meaning if you use that fourth bedroom

just to store things and do laundry this is not the time for that you want every

room in your house shown to maximize the potential of what that room is for.

Bedrooms should show as bedrooms, a family room should be a family room a

dining room should be shown as a dining room. Again when somebody is out looking

although they do take notice of all the small details in your house space is the

most important thing that they're looking for. Okay here we are already tip

number 5. This is a really easy one odors, nobody wants to open a front door

and be greeted with that overwhelming smell of dog, cat, awful cooking.

Cigarettes, these are huge huge huge things we need to address. First of all,

if you're thinking of putting your house on the market and you are a smoker, I

would give yourself a couple of weeks to start smoking outside. That is a very

tough smell to get out of a house. As well as if you're a pet owner. We all

love our pets they're part of our family but sometimes they can tend to stink, so

take the time to use air freshener buy candles that you can light prior to

somebody coming to see your home ,but please please please don't forget about

the smells. There you have it it, was quick and easy and it shouldn't cost

you that much money. So let's just do a quick recap on five tips that I think

are very important when you're trying to sell your home. Number 1, keep in mind

when I say curb appeal that can include the outdoor areas as well meaning your

backyard everything outdoors should look the best that it can. Tip number 2

sparkly sparkly clean you want to get that house shining every counter every

surface needs to look that the very best it can. Tip number 3, declutter. Everything

in your house should be in its proper space and you don't want to have things

out that you no longer need or use and don't forget about those closets. Buyers

are going to look at them. tip number 4 furniture. Be sure your

house is set up with the furniture to show its maximum potential. You don't

want to waste any of your space or show rooms in a way that they're not

really used. You're going to have to take that third bedroom now it can no longer

be a storage closet you want it to show as a bedroom. Ffinally tip number 5,

be sure to have your house smelling as sparkly clean as you possibly can Yankee

Candles are a favorite among many people, they have

great scent, so if you can, light candle before anybody comes. So there you have

it pretty quick and easy and again like I said it shouldn't cost you that much

money. I'm Cori Dunphy with Remax and Monmouth County Dream Homes and those

are 5 ways to get your house ready to sell quickly. Thanks for joining me and

i'll see you on the next one.

#EwangeliarzOP | 10 April 2018 | (J 3, 7b-15) - Duration: 2:33.

[music]

My dear friends - Monika and Marcin Gajda - wrote a book entitled 'The Temple".

In this book they describe who a person is with a use of a very simple model.

This model is the following - each of us has three kinds of life; the first life is biological and physical life,

the second is psychic life, and the third is spiritual life.

Of course, their discovery is an anthropology carried by Christianity - the truth about who the man is.

But they are teling this story in a very straightforward way.

We live our biologic life in an autonomous way; a psychic life is a life that can be developed, can be deepened in oneself.

The spiritual life, on the other hand, is the meaning and purpose of being human. And that is what Jesus is saying today.

Regarding this need to be born of the spirit - this is a moment when we need to ask every day:

Lord, to be born again I don't want to enter my mother's womb as it is impossible,

but I want to enter your womb, the womb of your birth. I want to enter your life, my Lord.

I want to accept this new existence, this new quality of existence, the non-perishable quality of existence that flows from within you.

You are the God of eternal life and You are the God whose life is imparted through the gift of the spirit.

And this gift can constantly revive this most important dimension of life, which is spiritual life, the life of faith.

The Blood Brain Barrier - Why Drugs Don't Get Into Your Brain - Duration: 2:45.

Your brain is pretty important. In order to protect it the body has a system for keeping bad stuff out and letting good stuff in.

This is called the blood-brain barrier

This protective barrier acts like the defensive line on the football field

keeping the quarterback brain safe from neurotoxins.

The idea of a barrier between your blood and your central nervous system (your brain and your spinal cord)

didn't really get started until the late 1800s

when a German scientist, Paul Ehrlich, was doing some staining. Ehrlich noticed that the central nervous system came out its natural color

while everything else was stained blue. Other experiments showed that when those same dyes were injected under the subarachnoid space

(one of the layers between the brain) and the skull the brain would turn blue

but not the rest of the body. Ehrlich thought it might be a slightly different structure of blood vessels in the brain

compared to the rest of the body, not a new piece of anatomy entirely. But by

1900 Ehrlich's experiments have picked up some interest. One of Ehrlich students, Edwin Goldman, noticed a buildup of dye around the choroid plexus

of the brain. That buildup pointed to a possible entry site

like how cars will back up behind a stoplight, the dye was backing up right there. The choroid plexus is responsible for making

CerebroSpinal Fluid or CSF. The fluid that keeps the brain from banging around inside the skull too much.

Scientists wondered if this could be the entry site for things like oxygen and glucose,

materials that the brain still needs from the blood and circulation.

But that job was already taken by the cerebral vasculature, the blood vessels throughout the rest of the brain.

And why would you have two different structures to do the same thing? So by the early 1900's

we knew about two barriers: the blood CSF barrier at the choroid plexus and the blood-brain barrier

around the rest of the brain.

But they still didn't really know what the barrier was made of. Luckily around that time

microscope technology got a huge upgrade with the invention of the electron microscope. For reference the microscopes you have in your lab probably

magnify up to about 40 times but modern electron microscopes can magnify in the range of ten THOUSANDS.

It turned out to be what we now call tight junctions

Tightly packed together cells which left almost no space for materials to pass through.

Water, glucose and some important amino acids could pass through but it kept those bad neurotoxins out. The barrier wasn't a picket fence

It was more like a solid steel wall!

Important to note: not all parts of the brain have this barrier. For example the pineal gland secretes the sleepytime hormone melatonin

directly into the blood without having to cross a barrier, which is good because it's time to put this topic to rest.

Thanks for watching. I hope you enjoyed the new style

I've been really busy writing scripts for SciShow lately, and if you want to watch a few of those you can check those out

Right here, and if you think of this video earned your subscription. I would definitely appreciate you clicking on my face right there

Have fun be good. I'll see you next time
