I decided to film another Turkish video

I got such a nice reaction to the last Turkish video I filmed and

I feel like if I keep making Turkish videos at least I'll be practicing my Turkish

I got another message in Turkish,

And I wanted to respond to this message through this video.

So first I'm gonna read that message

It's a short message but it really

touched my heart but it also made me sad...

it's not a nice thing to hear news like this

but still I'm gonna read the message

Dear Sister, I'm 19 years old

and I think I fell in love with my teacher who is 53 years old, named "Abdullah"

He's my German teacher

My grades for my German class are super low, so he really doesn't like me

but I'm so in love with him!

A week ago I told this to my dad

he got so angry with me and he beat me up!

This is the first time I got so badly beaten by my dad.

He literally went crazy!

Yesterday I went to school and talked to my German teacher.

He didn't know what to say to me and he was so shocked!

I got so embarrassed and now I can't even look him in the eyes.

I'm in really bad shape, and I'm depressed.

Can you give me any advice? Please answer, I'm in really bad shape.

First of all I wanna say to Mehmet that,

I'm so sorry.

I'm really sorry that you were met with this kind of a reaction.

It's heartbreaking.

Unfortunately in Turkey there is a prominent culture

and this culture doesn't accept Gay people.

Of course because of the predominant Muslim religion,

and because in this religion there is no acceptance for homosexuality,

in fact they believe that Gay people will go to hell...

So unfortunately not accepting Gay people has become a part of the culture there.

This is what's "normal" there.

And that's an awful thing.

This is why I was so heartbroken when I read that message.

There's nothing wrong with you being Gay really.

There's also nothing wrong with you having a crush on your teacher.

The only problem is that this is not accepted, in the country where you live.

Of course you wanna tell your parents it's normal,

you wanna get a good reaction from them..

And then you were faced with this kind of a reaction.

I'm really really sorry

that you have to live with a situation like this.

The only thing that I can think of saying is this...

You have to surround yourself with people who accept you, and other gay people.

I know that family is a really important thing

But I think that there's something even more important than blood relations

And that is being with people who are accepting of us.

The people who really love us, will accept us for who we are.

You shouldn't try to change yourself

It's not wrong that you are this way

I mean you falling in love with your teacher

is not any different than a girl who falls in love with her male teacher.

The only thing that makes one of these wrong and the other one right, is the culture.

In reality there is no such difference.

This is just a thought in people's heads.

But like I said because people are so brainwashed in our society, in Turkey,

They can't see that this is a ridiculous way of thinking.

They hurt people so badly, just because they are Gay.

Of course, your dad not accepting you is such a painful thing.

but, unfortunately

I don't think that you can change his mind.

Maybe in 10-20 years, if he can change his own mind, then that's a different story..

But I don't think that you should struggle to try and change his mind.

You shouldn't try to change anyone's mind,

you just have to find the people who can understand you.

I mean you said that you live in Izmir,

Izmir is a big city, I'm sure that there are other Gay people there

I'm sure that there are other open-minded people there.

And if you can find these people they can support you

the way that your family won't.

There's nothing wrong with you for loving your teacher.

It's just the way that you feel.

But I don't think he can reciprocate these feelings

because from what I understand, he isn't gay.

When this is the situation, it's really not a big deal

just feel your feelings within yourself,

and just know that, some day in the future, you will find somebody

who will be able to love you as much as you love them.

Maybe it's not gonna be this teacher but

you will definitely find love in your life.

and you will be able to live out this love.

I know that you're in a bad situation right now

and you feeling bad is only natural.

it's okay to feel bad sometimes

cry, that's okay, I also cry a lot!

Just know that you're not gonna be in this situation forever

And I hope one day you will find the people who accept you

and they will become your new family.

I think that's all I have to say.

I hope you won't hurt too much because of this

don't loose your hope, you're just 19, you're so young!

You have lots of time to find the people who are like you.

So don't worry, don't fret.

As for your dad, I don't think you should talk to him about this anymore.

It's not worth it to get beaten up

protect yourself

that's the most important thing

is to protect yourself.

Protect yourself from the people who don't accept you, and from closed minded people.

Shot or Priapus shot. It's a protocol that he invented that has done wonders

for so many men and they're restoring erectile function.

That's what we're talking about. So Dr. Runels thank you so much for letting me

come and talk to you. I'm truly honored to be here in Fairhope,

Alabama, and I have traveled many miles and many hours to get here and I'm just

really excited about this because the men who follow me and are my fans tell

me that the P Shot has literally changed their sex life for the better in

so many ways. So describe what the P Shot is and what a guy might expect

from having one, and when men want the P shot, what are the reasons why

they're doing it? What are the motivations? So think about the

mechanics of an erection. It's filling basically a water balloon. You're

filling two tubular structures with blood and it has to

have blood coming in, not so much coming out, and this mechanical thing, the

P Shot is taking what we've known about for the past 15 years and using

the growth factors in the platelets in your blood instead of

the healing of the cartilage in knee or shoulder like Tiger Woods had or

even track athletes, now we're using it preventively to keep the

cartilage and knee healthy. Instead of doing that, we're using

it in the penis instead. You're under numbing cream and then drawing your

blood from your arm and injecting that platelet part of it after 5 minutes

is introduced into the penis itself. Then when those growth factors and cytokines

are activated in the penis. What is a cytokine? It's

a dog whistle for the stem cells. So if you have an injury,

it's not just a tissue around there that causes it to heal. Stem cells migrate

from the bone marrow to the area to fix it. Something has to quit so for them

to come. So the platelets have little dog whistles that

calls the stem cells to come through the bloodstream and then stop there and

grow new tissues. Pretty miraculous what happens and so when you inject your

platelets there that's what happens. These new stem cells come to the area

and grow new tissue and the effect is for some man life changing. Now if

you have blood flow let's say from the aorta through the iliacs that's blocked

from years of smoking or diabetes then the P Shot is not going to help that.

You can't get blood in. It's not going to change that problem. Yes, but

it will change the tissue of the penis itself so

practically speaking what that means is if a man can have an erection of

some type but it's not as firm as it used to be and erection scale that's 5 to

25, it bumps it up at about 7 which practically means

that if you're using Viagra or Cialis, you'll cut the dose in half or if you're

doing Trimix injections, you'll cut the dose in that, or if you have a very low

dose maybe you don't need it at. It is all on you or if you're not using it at all,

it just becomes more like it was when you were 17. So basically it takes your

penis back about 5 to 15 years. Now there are other things we

can do with it. Before we get

to Peyronie's, we're gonna do a separate video on Peyronie's but can we

talk about veinous leaks. So you can get blood in but you can't lock it in. Does

the P Shot help with that? Yes, actually one of our urologist

Dr. Joe Vana does a study that he presented at one of his bigger urology

meetings where he and one of his residents documented that the veinous leak

was improved. Now again nothing is a hundred percent

for everyone and for every procedure you can show where people did not see

results so I don't want to put out there that these are magic shots that

one instantly gets well. It's dependent on your overall health as

well. But we do know and we actually have documented

that it does help you. Okay good. We'll come back to another

Peyronie's discussion in a separate video. I would love you to watch as many

of this series with Dr. Runel as you possibly can because they're all so good.

For a man who basically has decreased firmness which is one of the

most common issues with erectile dysfunction, what's the time frame from

the P Shot when he gets it. How soon can you know? What do you see

typically out there and how many P Shots do you think there have been

done? Now, I'm sure we've done over 100,000 because we have

have over a thousand providers, pushing 2,000 providers and so

you can start off with 2,000 but the last time I calculated,

we're over a hundred thousand. We have one man who's done eight

to ten a day. So multiply that times ten. So plenty of them.

When a guy has a P Shot, what's the range of I-got-

an-instant-boner or three months later I saw the effect. What's the

window? Everything's always a bell curve with human beings.

It's important to remember that it's not actually a drug. So you take Cialis and

Viagra and a few minutes later your erection comes more easily.

This is fertilizing tissue and but then the tissue has to grow. So think of the

stem cells like little seeds that come from the bone marrow. Now they have

to grow new tissue which takes time. The maximal effect is about three months.

Most people start to see the effects in about three weeks. How long

does it usually last? When does it start to diminish and how

many P Shots can you have in your lifetime? It depends

on what you're doing. So basically the etiology is age and vascular disease

If you have diabetes and you're smoking, it's

not going to work or lasts as long as if you're walking every day and

you're doing all the things that help you like eating your organic vegetables,

doing some runs. But the quick answer to your question is that

most people start to see the effects of it level off after three or four

injections. So everyone seems to be accumulative,

spaced usually about eight weeks apart because it takes a while to see the full

effects. It's like over-fertilizing your lawn. You'll need to fertilize it

tomorrow. So most people are spacing them six to

eight weeks apart and seeing cumulative effects up until around the

third or fourth one. Many people are happy after the first one.

If they see benefit from the first one, they

will see more benefit from numbers two and three, and most people want

another one somewhere around a year and a half or later.

Just the effects of energy. Well you can turn back the

talking about clitoral erections and I'm so happy to have him here to talk more

about your clitoral structure and all the parts and how they fit into your

body. Yeah, what's more fascinating than how

we're built and unfortunately it's only recently that it's become talked about

For a long time the clitoris wasn't even drawn into Grey's Anatomy, and I

think it was just thought about like the vagina, this simple little

receptacle for sperm to make babies, but it's really intricately made and it's a

beautiful thing. Yeah, so the clitoris just drapes.

Think of it like a little penis that's just been unzipped and it drapes

on either side of the vagina. So if this is the vagina,

the clitoris comes down like this. You only seen the top part

poked out. I need to click a little bit and it becomes engorged

just like the penis. So it's the glans which is the part

that we see sticking out of the hood, and then there's the shaft and then there's

the crura, the legs that drape down and then what about the other two little

punching bags? It would be analogous to the

underside of a man's penis or the corpus spongiosum through which the urethra

goes that drapes down on either side of the vaginal wall on the inside of

the corpus cavernosa or the two legs.

It would be like a shaft to the men's penis is unzipped. The hard direct part

and then the soft underside with urethra is is draped along inside of the

head, which would be like the head of a man's penis, pokes out under the hood of

the vaginal clitoris, which would be like the

foreskin on the penis. Like an uncircumcised man's foreskin. So the

head pokes out then the shaft comes back and then it splits and then it goes

down on either side of the vagina. And you're right. They're not perfectly

aligned but but the draping actually goes down you. What's the g-spot

and how does that work just loosely because I know we're gonna do a whole

other video on the g-spot and female ejaculation, but how does that all fit in

together? Yes, so there's been a lot of talk and speculation and

research about different kinds of orgasms and I think

they're always different but this thing about whether it's vaginal or

or clitoral, it's really hard to stimulate the vagina without stimulating

the clitoris. It's draped on either side of it. I don't really get tangled up

in that debate that much but think of it more like this really intricate

mechanism where you have the clitoris then you also have the urethra and you

have the Skene's gland or the prostate gland of a woman also all there together,

and Dr. Griffin Burke, who I'm a big fan of, who died in the 50s, but was a

Jewish gynecologist, who first thought about the idea not of the spot. His big

idea was that the most erotic part of a woman's body is the urethra and pressure

on the anterior vaginal wall or the urethra. That's top of your cave.

So if you're standing in the front

side of the vagina, the side where the clitoris is, that's where the urethra lies too.

His observations were pretty spectacular. He talks about women having

an orgasm just by speaking to them. He observed

women having orgasm by putting the penis in the ear, and and the story in

Wikipedia is that he left Germany because he was a Jew and was running

from atrocities that were there. I actually think he might have been

leaving because he was an amazing lover. Maybe there was people who were jealous.

And he talks about every part of a woman's body being erotic. How

cool is that. But you don't hear

many gynecologists talking about it and this guy was amazing.

But it was about the whole urethra and

you know what I really think the spot is?

I think it's men's wishful thinking. They think if I find your magical spot and no other man

has found it, now you'll be a slave to me the rest of your life and I'll be your

best lover. But I think it's really just every guy's dream but the truth is that

if you have a magic spot tonight, it's probably going to be in a different

place tomorrow night. The beauty of the woman. The guy is on an endless journey to find the spot.

The lover is on an endless journey to find the spot. Let's close

off on that. We will come back to the g-spot with a separate video. How can

a woman give herself or have her lover give her the best clitoral erection

possible? How can she get her clitoral structure well engorged so that she

becomes more easily orgasmic and more multi-orgasmic? Yes so we were

talking about this earlier. It's very similar to a man in that for the longest

time until the 80s, we told men that the main reason

for erectile dysfunction is 85% psychogenic. Can you believe that?

that makes you healthy. It's diet and exercise. Eat your veggies

and do some high intensity interval training. In that same way,

with a woman, whatever we do has to be built on that

premise that the woman is doing what she can for her health. And then when we

add in our O Shot, we've had 15 years of research, over

10,000 papers in PubMed demonstrating that PRP, which is what we use with the

O Shot, helps re-establish blood flow. So I did it

on the penis for months before I ever did with a woman's clitoris, and we

now have research showing that that's indeed what's happening.

rev up your engines, well we're all trying to save money and if you're

looking for a good cheap car, if that car still runs good it could be a good car

but you need to check some serious things first, and I'll use this 68

Mercury Cougar as an example, now it's sort of a classic car, though this one is

in pretty rough cosmetic shape, but if they are rough cosmetically, hey you

can get them a lot cheaper that way, as long as they're not rotted the whole way

through, give them a good tap you can see this is

still pretty solid, it's just that the paint went off, it can be sanded down and

repainted if you want, but there's some parts that you don't want all rotten

like the frame, so you want to jack it up and check that so when you crawl under

the car start looking now this part of the frame might not look that good, but

you get yourself a little hammer and hit it, it's still real solid that's just

some of the undercoating coming off that's fine, but if you would have hit it

in pieces would crunch in and it was all flaking off, hey then you wouldn't buy it

you don't want one with a rotten frame years ago I had an old customer,

I'm in Texas, he bought a used Mercedes from Florida, he drove it here and then

he wanted me to service it, I put my jack under there and I started to Jack the frame

and the whole thing was just breaking into

pieces and I looked, the entire bottom of the frame was rotting away, the car was

basically worthless, and while you're under there check stuff like the brake

lines, see if they're all old and rotten and have welded into one piece where you

might have to replace the entire brake line assembly if anything starts leaking

and before you buy any old car, do a little research about are parts still

available for this thing, now this cougar may be 51 years old but check

this out, I just put a brand new carburetor on it, believe it or not since

I live in a big city Houston, it took me one hour to get a brand new carburetor

for this, now yes the Cougar is basically the mercury version of the Mustang, so

most of the parts are totally interchangeable, and people always like

mustangs so you can get parts for them readily, and as a small aside if you're

thinking of buying an old classic car you might think about a cougar, the

Mustang prices are through the roof but the Cougar is basically the same vehicle

with a different body style, and when it was new it actually cost more than the

Mustangs did, so if you want to say get a snazzy or old car, hey why not pick one

that's a little bit off-brand, not quite as popular, you're gonna pay a lot less

and still could have a great vehicle but regardless of what type of car you're

buying, just an old beater to get you around, or a semi classic, make sure that

parts are available for that model, don't don't go out and buy from manufacturers that

don't even exist anymore, you want to buy an old

Triumph car, hey you're gonna have a lot of headaches getting parts, fixing it up

stick to things that were extremely popular, that parts are still available

for, now the next thing to do as simple as it sounds, is check the coolant, now

this is nice and green it came with green coolant, it's not corroded if it's

all rusted out and gunked inside, you don't want to buy a vehicle that has a

cooling system that's all corroded inside, generally means the engines gonna

have overheating problems, things are going to corrode and wear out, so check

the simple things like that, and if it's all corroded inside, yeah don't bother to

buy it because it's probably gonna have cooling system problems if it doesn't

already have them, and the next thing is take it

for a good road test, a trick a lot of guys do is they hardly have any gas in the

tank, so if you got it and it's almost out of gas

hey put five bucks of gas in it just so you can take it for a good test

take it on the highway, see if it's out of control when you drive it at high

speeds or whether it goes good, watch the temperature gauge when you're on the

highway see if it overheats at highway speeds, and then when you get in town

drive it around 30 mile an hour zone for 15 minutes or so, see if it overheats in

traffic, you don't want to have a car that has overheating problems, you're

mainly going to be looking for big problems

stuff like brakes, brakes don't cost that much especially today there's

aftermarket stuff, a lot of times you can get brake pads for

$20, you can get rotors for $29 on a lot of vehicles, so you don't worry about

stuff like that, what you worry about is the big-ticket items, the engine and the

transmission, and whether the car suspension is good

because if they've been wrecked a lot of times they won't sit right, I had a

customer years ago, they had bought a used car and they said, hey their friend

said the car looked a little weird when they were following behind him, so they

brought them over here, and I saw the entire vehicle the bottom had been shoved

to the right, so when you follow him you

could see that the right wheel was sticking out further and the left wheel

was sticking in further, the whole thing had been shifted, so look at the car from

the back and from the front, and if at all possible have friends follow you or

have the friend Drive it and you follow it, and see if the thing is sitting

cockeyed one way or the other, because if it's really bent, you don't want to buy a

car like that it's gonna be more bother than it's worth, and when it comes to that

demand to see the title, because it's not just your own

financial safety, you want to make sure they actually own the car they're

selling you, but you don't want to buy one of these cars that had been wrecked,

if the title says reconditioned refurbished or salvage title, yeah it's a

good idea not even to mess with those things, because that meant they've been

totaled by an insurance company and they total them for some pretty good reasons,

and sure once in a while there might be a great car like that but hey, you want

to play the lottery when you're buying a car, you know millions of people lose the

lottery and only one person wins, check the inspection sticker, if you're buying it

your using it for transportation, make sure that the sticker is current and

valid, don't believe anything anybody tells you when you're selling the car,

like oh it just needs this the passed inspections or that, one of the biggest

reasons my customers get rid of their old junky cars, is because they're sick

of spending a ton of money every year to get their car to pass the state

inspections, if you're in a state that does state inspections, hey make sure

it's got a valid one because if it doesn't you might be just falling into

somebody else's money pit, another thing do is to go and check the tires, these

tires even though they have mud on them because they've been

sitting a while, they still got a lot of tread left on them and they don't have any

bald spots or really bad marks, now sure tires aren't all that big of an expense

but if you see really bald tires on one part and not another, that generally shows

the car has got a serious suspension problem and you're gonna keep buying

tires and they're gonna keep wearing out too fast, so if they look good even if

the tire treads are getting a little thin, as long as everything's even it

doesn't have a serious suspension problem, now after doing a good road test

the next thing you have to realize is, before you take possession of that

vehicle, make sure that your insurance company is told you're buying it and you

have a time that the insurance is valid, because years ago a friend of mine, he

bought a used car, he was driving it back and he got in a massive wreck, he ended up

being sued, because he had no insurance on that car while he was driving it, and

even though whose fault it was is still up in the air, he drove pretty fast so it

was probably his fault, but regardless you don't want to be driving

around in a non insured car even for an hour or something, you never know what's

gonna happen, because these days with cell phones hey, you can contact your

insurance agent, you can have proof of insurance on your phone immediately, once

you tell them that you're putting this car on your policy, make a point of doing

it before you start driving it around, I made a mistake years ago, I had a

customer who was thinking about buying this used Mercedes, so they brought it

over here and she got in the car with me, and I road tested it, well while I was road

testing it, I got pulled over by the police, because the sticker wasn't valid, the license

plate one of them was missing, didn't have insurance, I had to go to court for

that and it was a royal pain in the wazoo, so now you know what to do if

you're buying an old car, so you don't get stuck with somebody else's money

pitch, because there's plenty of old cars out there that are still

running quite well, but being really old they're not worth all their much money

and it can be a fantastic deal sometimes, like my 94 Celica that I paid 350 bucks
