She's had some awesome success in the last couple of weeks
So I invited her to jump on a call with me today and just share some of the results that she's had
So what what area in California you are you in again? I'm in the city of Bellflower, California
Bellflower is between Lakewood and Downey. Okay, awesome
Great stuff so so yeah
Tell us a little bit about you stumbled across you're telling me you stumbled across one of my facebook ads a couple weeks ago
jumped on our training
Jumped in and started up a buyer leads campaign, which you weren't promoting a listing or anything like that
But tell us kind of a little bit about your experience and kind of results that you you were able to get with that
Well, first of all
I want to say thank you for at least putting this information out there because it is truly amazing
I have been selling real estate for the past 18 years. I retired last year are let's say now
2017 I'm a registered nurse. I retired from nursing after 32 years. I was doing my real estate part-time. I have my own company
I'm a broker. I have five people on my team. So last year was my first full year
doing real estate full-time
This year I was looking to really just pump it up to do more marketing and it was like godsend
I ran across your ad but when I saw your ad I was invited to listen to one of your calls
I listened to the call. I went to your website
You were offering buyers leads for Facebook how to set it up and you were off enough listings for how to set that up
At the moment. I don't have any listings. I said, you know what I'm gonna try the buyers, please it was buyers leaves
No listing, I followed exactly step-by-step exactly what you said the information that you gave. It was very easy
It was one two three
Really simple, my ten-year-old could a granddaughter could have done it once I got it was
about New Year's Eve
From New Year's Eve, maybe a couple of days later. I started getting people registering and
That worked. So well, I have four registrations from the Bellflower area. I decided why not set it up again
Let's do a different area
So I decided to do Carson Carson, California
And I raised the price just a little bit for six hundred thousand and under and as a result of that I have seven
Registrations now. I'm so excited
At best I spent maybe
$30 on Facebook and I can't even tell you. Thank you enough. I'm excited. No, that's awesome
I mean that that cost per lead right there. That's
Pretty solid at least comparing it to some of these bigger
Advertising sites with those leads like you're kind of having to fend for yourself with other agents and all that stuff
so but icing is with Facebook, you know, you've got
These leads that are just exclusive to you and they're they're just your contacts now that you can go through and follow up
Exactly, some of them they're not ready to buy right now
Yeah, I'm going to nurture and I'm gonna keep in touch with them
I have a home buyer seminar that's coming up at the end of the month and of those seven people
Three of them have already signed up to come to the seminar
So that's gonna be great. Once we have that space to face connection. It's all good. That is awesome

one thing I would recommend to you is when you do get a listing or somebody in your office gets a listing go through and
Run that ad because if you've got some good results with the buyer leads, no listing ad
Yeah
the listing market listing like that a
hundred percent of time works the best out of all of the ad campaigns because you've got kind of
something physical something more tangible to go through and
So, I mean I'm excited for you to go through and see these results see how these leads pan out and kind of watch
Your your progression of going through and even scaling it up and getting more leads coming into your Buy
Like I said, your program is is so simple, it's so easy and it provides so much value
For me. I thought I was a Facebook expert. I live on Facebook
I've been doing social media for years, but when you broke down how to set up the actual ad outside. Hmm
Okay, that's why I'm not getting any, you know, actually registration
no comments other than a like here and there and it's all about the conversion and I
Had no idea that exist until I ran across your egg
Well, that's that's great here. And for those of you guys who are watching

what she's probably talking about is clicking that boost post button on your Facebook page, which
We were talking a little bit earlier
That's kind of like fool's gold where Facebook very easy to go through and click that pick your audience and go and market that post
But a lot of times you're just gonna get likes and comments and maybe a few shares if you're lucky
but you're not gonna get any real leads, which
Obviously for any business owner you want real leads, which is someone's name phone number email address
You can actually follow up and contact them
obviously if someone likes a post you can go through and message them on Facebook, but
It's just a little bit different than actually somebody giving you their contact information
Exactly because now I'm getting full names
I'm getting their full email address and I'm getting their phone number where I can
Actually call them email and have a conversation with them
It's this is the world. I'm on top of the
