I lose 2 kilogram in 3 days
Hello everyone welcome back to my channel
As you see the title of this video, I'm gonna do IU's diet for 3 days
Let's talk in brief about the diet
For you who don't know IU, she is a Korean singer and actress
She was plump for a while
and she had to lose weight
Then she used fast diet
It is eating 1 apple for breakfast, 1-2 Japanese sweet potatoes for lunch
and a protein shake for dinner and some workout for 30mins to 1 hr
I'm gonna try this but I will change something
It is lunch, I still eat sweet potatoes but not the Japanese one
I will eat the regular sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes or orange sweet potatoes
because I couldn't find the Japanese sweet potatoes.
I want to steam them myself. I went to the shop and it was sold out
I don't want to buy them in the supermarket because it's expensive
I will eat 1-2 sweet potatoes
I will check my weight first
So my weight is 47.9kg
It is my regular weight, between 47-48.5
Right now my eating was ruined, I mostly eat fried fats and sweets
Then let's try IU's diet
and see how much I lose
For workout, during this period I'm going to dance as exercise.
Let's start with breakfast
This is mywhey, the one that I reviewed
I lose 2 kg. as the result of 3 days of IU's diet
Some people who tried this lose 1kg. per day
I think it is fine for 3 days, 2kg.
but it's hard for me
before doing this, I tried to lose weight and lean
but I lose just some grams and my weight went back to the start
This way(IU's diet) is a fast diet and the weight lose so fast
but I won't recommend anyone to do it
because it is a dangerous way
So my workout is dancing
normally, those who do this will exercise for 30mins to 1hr.
But I dance whole day
I feel like the dance burned calories more than what I ate
I ate 400 kcal. but burned around 600kcal. something like that
Yesterday I went out to run and walk
I wanna try that if i'm on IU's diet, I would be able to do my regular workout or not
Normally, I run around 15-20mins and walk for 10mins
But yesterday I couldn't bare it. I was so tired
I ran 5-10 mins and then I had to walk for 20 mins to complete my 30 mins workout
I was so tired, no energy and didn't get enough nutrition
For those who want to lose weight, please use your judgment to choose the way to lose weight that suit with you
