在加拿大幹出綁票人質的那一瞬間

我們說過

它必將搬起石頭砸自己的腳。

原因是

加拿大給國際社會開啟了一個危險先例

那就是政治紛爭可以演變到商業上

而且還是以國家名義上演恐怖分子之行為

理由僅僅是美國有需要。

它會讓全世界看到加拿大是一個沒有道德、

是一個充滿白色恐怖的危險國家

甭管加拿大自我辯解是多麼的法治

全世界都不傻

都明白不過是以法治之名行恐怖之實。

現在

加拿大的這種負面效應終於來了。

根據國內媒體的消息

加拿大國內出現了外企大撤資的現象

原因是這些外企覺得加拿大缺道德

怕投出去的錢收不回來

所以就緊隨沙特之後趕緊撤資。

說白了

就是這些外企在加拿大沒有安全感

怕自己的投資打水漂。

由此而產生的其它負面效應是加拿大的樓市出現斷崖式下跌

股市震盪

並波及到能源行業。

原定的港口計劃被取消

能源等行業的訂單被取消

原油與奢侈品都受到了影響

導致加拿大經濟損失不小。

一些加拿大本國企業開始指責特魯多團隊

並替他們道歉。

如果加拿大現實情況真如報道中所言

只能說這是自作自受。

說起來

加拿大也真是一個棒槌

傻得很實在。

像別的國家如英國、

日本、

紐西蘭一類的

受美國壓力它們也表示要封殺華為一類的

但僅僅是口頭上說說

背地裡該用華為的還是在用。

以英國為例來說

英國一方面跑出幾個政客來呼和美國

一邊又有英國電信公司表示要繼續用華為

一個唱紅臉一個唱白臉

嘴仗不妨打

實際事情該怎麼著的還得怎麼做。

只有加拿大

信美國信得那麼實在。

還以5G來說

美國說要封殺別人

但自己又拿不出更好的替代產品

自己搗騰了一個5G吧

結果24M/S的下載速度跟4G沒什麼差別

與華為2.

7G每秒的下載速度天差地別。

如果加拿大還打算用這種5G

只會讓自己的5G進度更落後、

價格更高、

速度更低

只會讓自己越來越落後。

其它國家就聰明得多

明白目前正在經歷一個浪潮

如果自己不能及時站在時代最前沿

很有可能會淪落為二流國家再也抬不起頭。

以前文章說過

任何國家試圖遏制中國的崛起都是枉然

不僅因為中國人的特質

還有歷史必然。

對比中國人與西方人

中國人信自己、

搞創造

覺得別人有的自己也可以創造出來

即使一時沒有的

可以學習別人

不偷不搶； 而西方信神

老是琢磨著怎麼去搶別人的

雖然他們極力美化自己

比如將維京人美化成戰天鬥地的英雄

但說到底就是一夥到處搶劫的強盜。

在它們將圓明園的龍首以及其它獸首公開拿出來拍賣的時候

一切對自我的美化都蕩然無存。

一個小偷

強盜

居然能將自己偷來搶來的東西

公開在集市上叫賣

這本身就很有諷刺意義。

還比如戰爭

中國古代也對外用兵

但多是為了自己的安全。

前不久

美國政府對晶片進行出口限制

特別是限制了與人工智慧相關的晶片。

之後

英偉達公司股價兩天暴跌26%。

據路透社消息

美國政府之所以要開始對中美企業在人工智慧領域的非正式合作關係進行限制。

因為他們擔心

如果不採取措施

中國企業就會越來越強大

在 10-15 年內挑戰我們的企業。

美國限制英偉達在華業務是搬起石頭砸自己的腳-星火智庫 此外

文章中還援引了以下數據作為論據： 英偉達去年推出新一代 GPU 的時候

向 30 位科學家提供了樣品

其中就有 3 名是為中國政府工作的。

英偉達有五分之一的業務來自中國

還在中國開設課程

培訓科學家來用他們的晶片進行技術開發。

然而

美國的這種做法完全是搬起石頭砸自己的腳。

首先

中國並不缺人工智慧晶片。

近年來

隨著人工智慧受到資本熱捧

國內冒出了一大堆人工智慧晶片

其中既有中科院計算所這類潛心研究多年的單位

也有阿里、

百度這類非常善於搶風口的網際網路公司

甚至還有原來做DSP、

比特幣礦機的公司也轉型來做人工智慧晶片。

而且在PPT上

國內這些人工智慧晶片各個吊打英偉達。

雖然很多廠商僅僅是拿PPT吊打英偉達的GPU

連晶片都沒有貨架產品。

但其中也不乏實幹者

比如寒武紀的人工智慧晶片

以及華為的人工智慧晶片昇騰910和昇騰310。

美國限制英偉達在華業務是搬起石頭砸自己的腳-星火智庫 因此

現階段中國並不缺人工智慧晶片

缺的是人工智慧晶片的應用機會。

如果此時英偉達因為美國禁令退出中國市場

或者是業務受到限制

那麼就給中國人工智慧晶片企業一個絕佳的機會。

必須說明的是

現在英偉達的GPU成為主流

並非英偉達具備絕對領先優勢

主要是因為編程方便。

雖然英偉達的GPU在性能功耗比上並不具備絕對優勢

但由於GPU在編程上更加方便

導致更多的用戶使用GPU做開發

開發的人多

加上英偉達在生態建設上花了很多心思

進而使英偉達的GPU在生態上占據了一定優勢

這又會吸引更多的開發者使用GPU

從而實現正循環。

目前

做人工智慧這一塊的大多數是商業公司

而商業公司是逐利的

而且都在爭風奪秒打算推出各自的人工智慧產品和應用

根本沒有時間和精力去給國產的AI晶片做配套。

在英偉達的GPU開發比較方便

生態較好的情況下

自然是選擇英偉達的GPU。

目前

人工智慧還在發展初期

並沒有形成諸如Wintel、

AA那樣的壟斷

大家都在跑馬圈地

如果英偉達被美國政府所限制

那就意味著

把中國的客戶和開發主拱手相讓

而如此龐大的市場和海量開發者將助力中國AI這幾天關於華為5G事件的事件

可謂是一波三折

華為在5G技術方面也是取得了一定的成就

而且現如今初級架構方面

華為也是占據了首要的位置

這對於

外國的5G運營商來說可謂是威脅很大

而且現如今美國也開始帶頭牽制華為的5G技術

和遭到西方國家的抵制

但是華為卻用自己的5G技術證明了自己擁有相應的技術能力

這也讓不少的國家開始來和華為合作5G網絡。

1 在前段時間美國有不少的運營商被相應的限制使用

華為所有設備

直接導致這件事情過了之後

運營商們開始向美國發出了申請

要求政府相應的賠償數億元的賠償金額

這也可以說是現在所面臨的一個大事件了

美國當時想要徹底的禁止華為進入

而且想撼動華為的位置

但是卻沒有實現

可謂是

搬起的石頭砸起了自己的腳。

2 華為在5G技術領域可謂是非常的牢固

這也是處於最核心的位置

而且

如果說美國要想擾亂華為的所有設備計劃

那就需要一大筆的資金

據有關專家分析

這筆資金也將會達到20億美元

美國是沒有辦法拿出這麼多錢的。

3 要想真的能夠替換華為的這些設備

那是真得需要不少的費用的

而且美國一直到現在還是想抵制華為

這也導致現在還要這方面需要花費大量的金額

而這些錢的早就分攤到了每個用戶的身上

美國咎由自取！ 多家運營商要求賠償

網友：搬起石頭砸自己的腳！ 這也導致大量的用戶不滿足於現狀和要求。

他如果不用華為的設備的話

美國面臨多家運營商賠償！ 金額達百億

I'm in a very singing mood today trying to clear the lungs of congestion.

*ahahahahaah*

I'm speaking about 12 wonderful, beautiful, history-making, LGBTQIA+ people.

So Ladies & Gentlemen, Boys & Girls, Non-Binary and for those of you, who have yet to decide.

May I please introduce to you, Dustin Lance Black.

Who I think is slightly adorable....

I have mentioned him before in my first video about Harvey Milk. Because he is the screenwriter of the film Milk.

The Oscar-winning, wonderful film, I cannot tell you how much that film moves me....

Anyway Dustin Lance Black, shall we carry on with him?

Lance is an American screenwriter, director, and a producer of film and television.

And is the lgbtqia+ activist.

Born on the 10th of June 1974, in Sacramento, California.

He grew up in a Mormon household. Growing up in this environment,

Black worried about his sexuality, so he didn't come out until the senior year in college.

Black attended UCLA, the school of film and television and theater.

Taking acting and crew jobs throughout his time there, he graduated with honors in 1996.

Black first visited San Francisco, the setting of the Harvey Milk movie.

In the early 90s, while the city was devastated with AIDS.

He said that 'Hearing about Harvey, was the only hopeful story at the time."

He then went on to research Harvey Milk for 3 years,

Interviewing many of his previous staff, his friends, his mentors.

And he began to write the screenplay for the film Milk.

While it was being written, the screenplay was passed to Gus Van Sant. Who is the director of the film.

And of course Lance then went on to win the Academy Award in 2001, for Best Original Screenplay.

He wore a white knot at the ceremony and while he was giving his speech,

to support marriage equality throughout the United States.

He gave a lovely and beautiful speech, about equal rights and gay marriage.

He's gone on to be an activist of equality, giving speeches, talks and writing articles about marriage, parenthood..... everything.

And he most recently did a podcast for the BBC about his experience becoming a father.

It was called Surrogacy: A Family Frontier

I was in tears, and I don't cry easily.

I was moved not just by Lance's story, but how he manages to sit down, and talk to people who he strongly disagrees with.

Of people who didn't think that gay people should have be able to have the right, to have children.

And surrogacy shouldn't exist for just giving a child to a gay couple.

He sat down and he talked to them in the most human way, and tried to find parts where they connected.

Tried to find things they overlapped, and that they did agree on.

I have slightly fallen in love with Lance, as you could probably tell.

Not only for the film Milk, but also for his speeches, for this podcast lately, that's been brilliant!

And he sometimes appears on his husband's YouTube channel, which I will link down below.

Tis husband being Tom Daley, and they are the most adorable cute couple!

The most down-to-earth humans as well......

The way they connect with each other, I'm just like #RelationshipGoals

They're just..... they're just adorable, and I love them!

That is Dustin Lance Black, I basically want to hug him!

He may have sent me a heart on Instagram the other day when I mentioned his podcast.

And I'm just like....... I was in buckets of tears for about two days!!!

Hello, my name is María Isabel, today, I am going to show you how to sew a new-born wrapper blanket

It is made up of two fabrics, the outer fabric is a printed fabric and the inward fabric

is viyella, it is an organic fabric that is very soft, we need

a ribbon embelishment, better if it is already pleated or curled

I have sewn two appliques here that could be stuck but in order that they do not move, I have sewn them

with applique stitches.

We baste the ribbon and I do so in the corner so that the ribbon is not being

caught.

You can see the basting, the seam will be in the same place.

We put the other fabric on top, the right side of both fabrics go together, I have

marked the right side of the fabric with a pin

The right sides of the fabric together.

I attach them together with pins, so you can see it

and then, we sew all around but you have to let a space here to turn it over.

Once you have turned it over, you make another seam near the edges so it is

more flattened

At the bottom, there is no ribbon, but you sew it all around too.

So I am going to do Tarot Reading, Jodorowsky and Camoin Tarot of Marseille,

and of course I will follow my own scheme and a new scheme I am testing now.

So I won't be specific about that all you'll see will be the three cards "Jodorowsky

style" reading and of course Jodorowsky is much better than me,

but this is my version it's just a way to talk about, you know, big questions and

common things and see if we can find a nice answer which could be valid for

anyone. So my question today is about

what we are used to call work, but what I mean with it is an activity that I

really enjoy, that makes me happy and the making money out of it!

And I'm not talking about you know enough money to survive I'm talking

about money because we need money to build up the new world so you deserve

money and I deserve money! Okay, so, this is the question: is

this projects of mine the right one to

give me the work of my dream the job of my dreams and good money out of it? I'm

talking about my books. I like it and now i'll pick up three cards...

Okay so this card I call it like a sort of key with which I read the rest

of the cards so this card is saying "WOW, feel it!

Do you feel, do you have the feeling about deserving this? Are you ready to

live out things you are not useful now for you to accomplish this this job?" Okay

so in the middle we've got the Pope and the Pope says that you are ready I am

ready to be a sort of link between the world of dreams so if I... it's it's a fake

to ask for it because if I'm a Pope I know that I can do it, so it is my power

to do with it and I just have to remember that the way to do it is just

following the flow of events and so enjoy the path and not be too busy, too

focused on the objective. And what we're ready to receive, what I am ready now to

receive... because it's not easy to follow the flow if you don't trust, if you don't

believe and don't accept that you are a being which is in balance so imbalance that he

or she cannot express its creativity in a very natural way and just incarnates

the thing he desires, she desires. And what is needed to do so the

active part of the reading is this: and it is an energy which is ready to do the

change. So this was the energy that was able to make me... to be self

sufficient to just accomplish a few goals that permitted me to live in a

discrete way. But now the changing as is going on, so the same skills and the

attitude that were able to manage our small world our regular job my regular

job and so on are ready to be used and applied to this upgrade job that I want

to have! And so everything's ready... the thing is: am I ready?? I don't know if I'm

ready yet it's about deserving maybe the thing is... I still have to understand how

to really feel I deserve it! I really think I deserve it, but I'm not

sure I really feel it yet. So this is the thing we want to work on

to just be able to get to where we want to get professionally and... this is

today's reading!
