GORSUCH WINS BIG!
Look Which Top 2 Democrats Pledged To Vote For Neil Gorsuch!
Senator Joe Manchin will now vote to confirm Neil Gorsuch to be the ninth justice Supreme
Court.
This is huge.
Here is Joe Manchin's statement:
"Senators have a constitutional obligation to advice (sic) and consent on a nominee to
fill this Supreme Court vacancy and, simply put, we have a responsibility to do our jobs
as elected officials," Manchin said in a statement Thursday.
"I will vote to confirm him to be the ninth justice on the Supreme Court."
BREAKING UPDATE: Now, Heidi Heitkamp is going to support Gorsuch for nomination as well.
She is a Democrat from North Dakota.
Here is her video statement:
Here is what Heidi Heitkamp said:
"After doing my due diligence by meeting with Judge Gorsuch and reviewing his record
and testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, I've decided to vote in favor
of his confirmation.
He has a record as a balanced, meticulous, and well-respected jurist who understands
the rule of law," she said in a statement. That's because Neil Gorsuch is a great choice.
During his time on the bench, Judge Gorsuch has gotten praise by both Democrats and Republicans.
He has been rated as a high-quality jurist.

Neil Gorsuch is gonna get in!
Get this out there.
The Democrats are folding.
Share this so that Trump can see the great news! (h/t Washington Examiner)SCANDAL ALERT!
Obama Changed This ONE Rule Just to SPY on Donald Trump!
Donald Trump was 100% right!
Barack Obama DID make a massive rule change right before leaving office just to get away
with spying on President Trump.
There was a longstanding rule that forced intelligence agencies to censor the names
of Americans intercepted during monitoring on foreign nationals before passing them on.
According to the new report from Circa.com, however, Obama made a last minuted switch
up that allowed him to target Trump and his team!
Obama changed a key rule that allowed him to unmask and then share the names revealed
with all of his top staff including, but not limited to, Susan Rice, John Brennan, and
Loretta Lynch.
The report also alleges that some of the intercepted reports gathered between November and January
concerned figures in Donald Trump's transition team who were communicating with foreign nationals.
Luckily, however, the NSA is expected to hand over a full and detailed report to Congress
soon revealing who and to what degree Obama abused this rule to spy on.
One source said,
"Wholesale access to unmasked incidental NSA intercepts essentially created the potential
for spying on Americans overseas after the fact, which is exactly what our foreign intelligence
arms are not supposed to be doing."
This is a very SERIOUS accusation.
If it is all true, and it seems more and more likely that it is, that means Obama violated
the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution that protects Americans from unlawful and unreasonable
search and seizures.
Of course, you and I both know the media will do their best to cover this up.
That's why it's up to us to SHARE this truth everywhere!Melania Rushes Out Of Female
Empowerment Event After Heinous Thing That Happened To Her
One would think that feminists would rally around other women, right?
Well, you would think that, but in this topsy-turvy world, you are very wrong.
You see, feminists only rally around women who think EXACTLY like them.
So, if you happen to have your own thought process they will shred you faster than you
could yell there is no such thing as patriarchy.
That was perfectly depicted yesterday when Melania Trump delivered a beautiful speech
at the State Department.
The first lady spoke at the Women of Courage Ceremony, encouraging women to be brave and
letting them know that they have a voice.
Of course, the liberal rag CNN covered the event and it is clear these fembots were in
a conundrum over it.
These feminist women wanted to appear tolerant and accepting of Melania since she is a woman,
but their hatred for Trump would not allow it.
One CNN guest, named Kate Bower could not mask her disdain for Melania at all.
So, Bower took the opportunity to bash the First Lady and then praise Michelle Obama.
Here is the full clip.
In case you missed it this what Kate Bower had to say.
"Well, another author said 'does she have a low profile?'
No, she has pretty much no profile at this point," she answered.
"I think there is a big question mark about what she's going to take on."
"We just saw that she hired a communications director, which I think could make a big difference
for her, but by this point in Michelle Obama's tenure, she had a staff around her.
She was very involved.
She had graced the covers of magazines and been a real force in Washington, and because
Melania Trump doesn't live here, we don't see much of her."
Jealousy much ladies?
Seriously gals, you all need to grow up already.
These women were so catty to Melania that they missed what woman empowerment really
is.
After the event, Melania rushed to take care of her other duties, like being a wife and
mother.
While the left may demean women who take these roles lightly, Melania does not.
And, if these women were truly about empowerment for all women they would be applauding her
and not ripping her to shreds.
H/T [ Daily Caller ]BOOM!
GDP Numbers Have Been Revised, And It's Every Democrat's Nightmare
Following the Trump administration coming into office the economy is doing better and
better by the day.
The gross domestic product has continued to increase.
In the final and third estimate of Q4 GDP, the BEA changed the prior estimate of 1.8%
to 2.1%.
It is being attributed to a sharp rise in consumer spending.
Consumer spending rose to 3.5% after previously being at 3.0% in Q2.
Consumption by itself was more than then entire GDP increase.
The second revision showed a 2.05% increase.
The real GDP spending increase is a result of a plethora of variables which include,
Consumer spending Private inventory investment
Residential investment Business investment
State and local government spending
In part though they were offset by declines in the department of exports and federal government
spending.
Imports are determined by subtracting the calculation of the GDP.
Look at some of the graphs below, Foreign travel, recreation services, gasoline
and other energy goods were the biggest economic contributors to the upward revision.
Purchase prices for American goods have increased 2.0% after consistently increasing over previous
quarters.
This did not include energy and food.
On other fronts, nonfinancial corporations decreased 4.9% in the fourth quarter while
there was a 5.4% percent increase in financial corporations.
Corporate profits increased in the United States 9.3%.
Overall under the Trump administration, the economy is slowly but surely getting better
and better.
Increases are never going to go in spikes but instead come in slow but consistent increases.
It is the President's pro-business policies that are no doubt playing a role in this success.
He has already rolled back anti-coal regulation as well as the halting of the Keystone and
Dakota Access pipeline.
Trump knows what it means to be successful and he is bringing that success to the American
economy.
We will only continue to win from here.National Vietnam War Veterans Day
On March 28, President Trump signed Senate Bill 305, the Vietnam War Veterans Recognition
Act of 2017 which designates March 29 as National Vietnam War Veterans Day.
It was on this day in 1973 that the last U.S. combat troops left Vietnam on this day in.
President Trump tweeted:
"Tonight I'm proud to sign S. 305, which encourages the display of the U.S. flag on
National Vietnam War Veterans Day tomorrow, March 29th."
U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA), who co-authored the bill with Joe Donnelly (D-IN), said, Some
of them were actually treated quite poorly.
And that was a tragic period in our history driven by people's perceptions of the war.
Fortunately, that, I think, is behind us now.
And I hope and I believe we've gotten to a place where the American people realize
how much we really should be grateful to the men and the women who served this country
in Vietnam during that very, very difficult time."
And Zachariah Pearson, director of McKean County, Penn.
Veterans Affairs added,
Vietnam veterans nobly served during a conflict which was not too popular during that time.
It's an absolute shame the way in which this country responded to the welcoming home
of our Vietnam veterans.
When they got home, they struggled to find employment, healthcare and places to go to
talk about some of the events that took place over there."
Many of us Vietnam Veterans remember the way we were treated as we returned home.
And many of us will continue to suffer from our participation in that war.
But we will never forget that
Out of the 2.7 million U.S. service members who served in Vietnam, more than 58,000 were
killed and more than 304,000 were wounded.
And we are thankful to all of you who come up to us and thank us for our service to our
country.
You may be unaware how much we appreciate that.

5 new satellites this year to raise ISRO capacity - Duration: 3:51.
ISRO plan an unprecedented row of five national communication spacecraft is schedule to be
put in space this year with hopes of vastly cutting the gap in satellite capacity for
different users.
The first of them, GSAT-9 or the South Asia Satellite.
GSAT-9 is a multi-band communication and observation satellite will kick off the serial launches
in the first half of April 2017 from the Sriharikota space port.
The satellite will be launched by GSLV MK-II.
The satellite will carry GAGAN navigation payload that will provide GPS services to
the security forces and air traffic control organizations.
GAGAN is a regional GPS navigational system developed by India.
The satellite will have a mission life of 12 years.
A.S.
Kiran Kumar, Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation, recently told: "This
year we are launching with five more communication satellites.
With all of them coming up, there will definitely be a drastic, perceptible change in satellite
capacity.
In a matter of one year, the scene should be much better than what it is."
The ISRO has been taking conscious action to improve its overall communication transponders
capacity; this space infrastructure supports broadcasters, telephone, Internet service
and other businesses.
New satellites that are constantly put up for approval could ease up the scene in the
next two to three years.
Five communication spacecraft will be launch within a year is historic for ISRO.
ISRO never launch so many communication satellite in one year.
Last year only GSAT-18 communication satellite was launched.
Tentatively, ISRO has lined up the Internet user-friendly 3200 kg GSAT-19 satellite.
The satellite will be launch in the month of May this year by First maiden flight of
GSLV Mark III.
The next satellite is 3425 kg GSAT-17 satellite; this satellite is also schedule to launch
in month of June this year by European Ariane 5 launcher.
The GSAT-6A satellite, which like GSAT-6 satellite, is for the Defence forces, GSAT-6A satellite
will be launch in September 2017; and the largest 5725 kg GSAT-11 satellite, which are
3-6 times more powerful than that used in existing Indian communications satellites
and capable of providing up to 12 Gbit/s throughput.
GSAT-11 developed at the cost of Rs. 500 crores.
The satellite was originally planned to be launched by a GSLV Mk-III rocket, but now
it will be put into orbit on a commercially procured European Ariane launcher.
The satellite will be launch in the month of December
this year.

How can a Growth Mindset lead to better wellbeing? - Duration: 5:56.
- [Dave] What do you have a fixed mindset about?
(Acoustic Music)
Do you have a fixed mindset about particular things?
Fixed beliefs.
Fixed thinking habits.
Thinking patterns.
For example, do you think I'm a born worrier.
Its just me. Its just who I am. I can't change it.
Do you know what? I just can't cope.
I can never cope with these situations.
I'm not creative, I just can't, you know,
I can't do all of that sort of stuff.
Those kinds of things, those kinds of fixed thinking
ideas that we have about ourselves, about the world,
or about others.
And if you think back to the previous week's
should thinking video, that's an example of fixed mindset.
Should thinking.
It's applying rigid patterns to our minds.
So, the question is, not so much do you have a completely
fixed mindset about everything.
Some of us may struggle with that.
However, I tend to think that many of us struggle,
not so much with totally fixed mindsets,
but with elements within our thinking patterns
that are fixed through our upbringing.
Through what we were told as kids.
Through experiences that have reinforced those things.
So here's three things to think about
in relation to fixed mindset to encourage you
to move towards what is called a growth mindset.
And what I mean about a growth mindset is that
acceptance of the reality that we can change.
We can grow.
We can expand and improve in so many areas of our life.
And in future videos I'll give you some tips on how
to shift from fixed to growth mindset.
But for now, three things to think about
for a fixed mindset. Number one.
(camera shutter)
No matter how rigid or embedded a thinking habit
appears to be or how fixed we feel we are
in relation to a certain belief
or attitude or style of thinking.
You know, there's nothing I can do. I'm just a worrier.
Now that kind of thinking.
No matter how much we think that we are fixed or stuck
or a victim of these thinking patterns and habits.
It is worth taking solace and comfort and hope
from science and the latest research into mindsets.
From brain research.
From psychology.
Carole Dweck, the author of a great book called, Mindset.
Explores the fixed versus growth mindset fantastically.
(camera shutter)
And provides some great evidence and support.
Some examples of some great research that is being
done with adults and children in all sorts of fields.
From education through to dating to learning to creativity.
And there is clear evidence that our brains
have the ability to change and to grow
(grunting)
and to develop with practise.
So we can shift those fixed mindsets.
Number two.
(camera shutter)
It's actually good for us to develop our growth mindset.
Not just for our physical, emotional and psychological
well-being. And in fact that's massive because if you think
about some of the ways that a fixed mindset
can weigh you down.
Can limit you.
Can hold you back.
Can grind you down.
If I believe I'm a born worrier and I can't change that.
Just imagine and it has happened to be fair.
The years of grinding myself down I experienced
because of that belief that I couldn't change myself.
That I couldn't change that worry pattern.
And actually through hard work, practise and persistence
I have shifted that mindset.
So once I might slip back into
the worry patterns from time to time.
I know to catch myself and then shift into
a more positive frame of mind to challenge that worry.
As I suggested in previous videos.
So we can shift our mindset to growth and it's good for us.
It can lead to better health
physical, emotional and psychological.
It's also great for our development and our achievement
and our fulfilling of our goals and dreams, if you like.
Because fixed mindset can often trap you
into working certain ways.
Believing certain things
and not stepping out into taking chances.
Into pushing yourself.
Into being willing to fail.
Into exploring new situations and experiences.
And that's where a growth mindset can come into its own.
If you particularly want to achieve something
then it is about challenging the fixed mindsets
that may be holding you back because you can achieve more.
You can do more through persistence.
Through a willingness to learn and grow.
To make mistakes.
To learn from them and to move on.
And number three.
(camera shutter)
It's actually worth bearing in mind
that having a fixed mindset
in what might appear to be positive things
can actually be quite limiting and even debilitating.
So, for example, if perhaps you know somebody
or yourself were brought up to believe you were a genius.
You're very clever.
You're naturally gifted with math.
You're naturally gift in writing.
You're a gifted artist.
You're born to be a painter or a musician or a writer.
Now, that can on the face, sound great.
And if it's something you want to do,
having a certain amount of belief
in your abilities is healthy.
However, research into fixed mindset people who have those
kinds of positive perspectives of themselves
can often reveal that they are not necessarily well-equipped
to deal with setbacks, obstacles and don't necessarily
orientate themselves to the need to practise.
To persevere.
To keep onward and improving.
And actually that belief that you're gifted at it
when you hit an obstacle or a barrier there is a temptation
to give up because you feel you're not up to it.
Because your intelligence isn't up to it.
And actually things like intelligence, creativity,
just like everything else, can be developed.
Can be grown through practise, persistence and learning.
And it's recognising that positive or negative traits,
positive or negative beliefs about yourself
with a fixed mindset isn't necessarily healthy.
So in future weeks I'm going to be looking at
some tips on developing a growth mindset.
So in the meantime,
just think on what might you have a fixed mindset in.
Recognise that you can shift it.
It's actually good for you emotionally, physically
and psychologic and open up opportunities for
growth and development and achievement.
And actually, there may be a downside to having a positive
fixed mindset.

Dans la Salle de Bain de Marion Roucheux, co-fondatrice du e-magazine Les Louves - Duration: 17:02.
Hello Marion, thanks for having us
Hello Fleur, thank you for coming
Tell us about Les Louves
how did you have the idea, what did it become
Les Louves is a magazine that I've
launched with my associate Marine
it's an online magazine
dedicated to young and future mothers
the idea was to talk to
moms-to-be and
women who want to have a baby
talinkg to them about their everyday life
with a still pretty angle
we tell them about lifestyle, trips
and children, while still putting them
in the center of all our preoccupations
we don't focus on babies, we talk
to the young mother, about her
new envies and her new liffe
now that she has children in the house
or that she expects to
we emphasis on
what we thought was essential, namely
travelling, because it shouldn't be assumed that
when you have children you become
a stay-at-home mother
in fact we want to travel with the
"baby in the suitcase", the idea was to
find, test and confirm
addresses as beautiful as the
ones we might have visited during a romantic getaway
but this time with a family
mostly in France and Europe
but also all around the world
for a weekend or vacation
we also talk a lot
about maternity, with a
very kind angle, we try to
answer to young mothers' new worries
whether it is
choosing names, which is a very big question
from the moment we learn we are pregnant
but also the godfather and
godmother decision, if
we want any for our children,
questions about education
reading options, all the new
questions that are floating in the everyday life, along with
as we speak to every step of
their new everyday life as a mother
we will talk about fashion,
beauty a lot, because we have a lot of
changing preoccupations and
activities to do with
children, namely brunches,
we list a lot of those
new addresses and restaurants that welcome
,with at least a smile, children
and/or a little bit of space for the
stroller, high chairs, special menu,
we try to include
the whole everyday life
of this young mother and the future one
in everything that she wants to do or discover
in her new life
We are going to talk about beauty now
With pleasure
Tell us about your night time
beauty routine
Since I've been pregnant
I've really emphasized on
cleansing my skin
we have a very sensitive and reactive skin
when we're exptecing a baby
So I've really emphasized on cleansing products
I have two products
that I alternate regularly, which have
the same principles and the same
textures, there's this coconut
oil from RMS Beauty
which is a 100% natural product that
I really like because I tell myself that I'm not hurting my skin
the concept is that it's solid
but when appled onto the face
it melts into an oil, it's quite oily
so you have to go over with another product to
clean it but it works impressively well
against mascara and
foundation
and in the same type I have this product which is from
Clinique that I've had for awhile
and which has the same texture
it's a balm that turns into an oil
that I really like
it's a small gesture, very enjoyable when
you massage your skin to remove your makeup
I use those two products alternately
and then to rinse my face
I use this product
from Pai which is sort of a cleansing
cream with a smell ...
they say it's Camelia and Rose
I personally think it smells like lemon, so it's a
fresh and lemony smell, which it doesn't foam much
but you feel you're removing the last impurities
which have stayed even after the coconut oil
you can rinse it with a
muslin, which gives an exfoliating effect
very much enjoyable, and on the other side there's a sponge
which cleanse the skin very well
the skin doesn't pull after it and it is well cleansed
those are the ones that
I have validated since
the beginning of my pregnancy
and then I only give
an hydratation boost
so it depends, in the heart of winter,
I use this product that I've stolen
from my daughter, validated by
her pediatrist, it's an ultra rich
cream, ultra hydrating, perfect for
when you have a bit of issues with your skin, as I've had
those past few wintery months
or when I only need an hydratation kick
this is my favorite that I use every night and
in the morning, a moisturizing cream,
from Nuori, amazing, and natural
there's no agitators in it,
no alcohol,
I'm a big fan, during the night it is
pretty basic
so this is for the face
before I go to bed, I apply a bit of oil
on my body, chest
my arms, my stomach
It's a Pai Skincare oil
with a bit of a particular smell, which we
accommodate to, quite fast, it's warm
it's perfect
I believe, against stretch marks
for now it works but we'll see in three weeks
right now I'm on the right track
it's my small night ritual
Great!
Tell us about your morning routine
In the morning it is
still simple, I'm only in the
hydration, I start
with a bit of water on my face
apparently it's not the best but I can't
wake up without, then a bit of
serum, this is from a brand called Patyka
it's a bio brand with natural products
and this is a serum that
I love the smell off, it's calming
the texture feels so nice
and it has a blue color
which gives the impression you're doing some good
I apply this as a base
and over it I apply my small moisturizing cream
that I love so much, from Nuori
which is amazing, very rich
which spreads out very well, and if
I noticed some redness showing up
I apply this
which also have been advised by my dermatologist
it's from Bioderma, very basic but it works
well, it has a bit of a medical smell
you feel it's efficient, I like it
and then
this is for the hydratation part, I apply
the Pink
an Erborian cream, it's a makeup
base, which is also, a bit,
hydrating, I love the Glowy effect,
very enjoyable, and a magnificent
smell, I've
minimized my beauty routine
so I content myself with the Erborian BB Cream
I find it very efficient, I used to swear by
Dior foundation
the coverage is great
it gives a very luminous tint
so I content myself with this, a bit of mascara,
some blush and
lipstick, I can't live without
I tried to
minimize during the pregnancy
you wouldn't tell like that but I have
a few products, and then a bit of
perfume before I leave, it's my daughter's
perfume, which I steal quite frequently from her
by the way when you're pregnant you're very sensitive to smell
and I can't stand any perfume apart from this one
it's the only one I've used
for 8 months
If you had to choose three products
Yes of course Fleur
So if I could only
choose three products
clearly I would pick
a makeup remover because it seems
essential to me and I feel like I'm doing some good to my
skin and when it's well cleaned, it's
pretty, so I would pick
this one
a great moisturizer, so this one, this is
clearly my favorite, I love it, I love the smell,
I love the texture and it hydrates
my skin so well, and then
the third one, clearly right now,
I have a body cream which I haven't talked about
it's a moisturizing
body cream, which goes
together with the oil I was telling you about
earlier, it's a Pai duo
specifically for stretch-marks
and not only does it work but it also creates
a ritual when you're pregnant
so enjoyable, you massage your stomach, your body
you take care of yourself, there're so much
you can't do when you're pregnant, so you enjoy
those few moments for yourself
I would say it's the wining combo, the cream
for the night and morning, and the makeup removal
and hydratation, it's the three basics
plus, it happens to be
natural products
I found it quite reassuring
I feel like I'm doing some good to myself
or at least I'm hot harming myself
Do you have a beauty secret to share with us?
Do I have a
beauty secret to share...
I think
since I haven't slept for 8 months
I want to say that the true beauty secret is sleep!
It's true!
Let me think...
Yes I believe that clearly the beauty secret is the
complexion, to me, from the moment you have a good complexion
everything goes smoothly
and to have a great complexion, I put everything
on hydration, makeup removal
and cleansing my skin
I can't get much sleep with
pregnancy insomnias, my daughter and work
so I try to
give myself some good internally with
healthy cosmetics and
that's the maximum, I won't tell you
I work out because it wouldn't be true but
I try with all those elements
and the other elements of the daily life
to have a complexion, minimally
glowy and then to work with it
with creams or makeup
We are going to go back
to Les Louves because it interests us
So do we
There are a lot of editos
and great
addresses
which go live quite frequently on
Les Louves
do you have addresses to
share, Parisians, or
to go on vacation, when you have a
family ?
There're a lot of addresses
we list on Les
Louves, lately in Paris
we've spotted two or three brunches which have just
opened that we love with the kids,
there's one on a boat in evalloi Perret
so you have to drive a bit but
it's really worth it because on the
weekends they organized brunches, it's called the
Polpo, and their brunches are
huge with
oysters, seafood,
cheese plate,
mini burgers, crêpes, cakes,
so amazing
and animations for
the children, it's truly great
when you have children from 2 years old
who whill have
their own animation, their own face painting,
games, while we can enjoy the
brunch between parents
it's truly the address to go to with friends
et and to take the children on Sundays
and your kids will be glad to have their
Nutella crêpe, and their mini burger,
and to leave with their face painted
as Koala, so it's the new address
we've tested and that we really like
and for the activity
I won't tell you about an address but rather
an application that we've found
a few months ago called "Y'en a marre du Square"
and it saves my weekends
it's a great application
intelligent which geolocalizes you, you give
your children age, your neighborhood, the dates
you'd like to do something,
and you'll find all the activities that match your
daughter's or son's age
every Friday's nights
I add my daughter's age, 3 years old,
my neighborhood, or the area I want to go to,
and it will give me the exhibit of the moment
the activity to do,
spectacle, the last play to see etc.
it's great! I love it!
Lately I've also discovered the Winter Circus
with my daughter, who finally has the right age to go
and I must confess I've never been to a circus before, but we went to the
Bouglione circus and it's absolutely magical
and amazing for the children, they also have
representations during the day, on weekends
it's a magical occupation
to do
from 2 years old, I would say,
it's very nice, and from 2 years old to
90 years old, everybody loves it!
Those are the good addresses in Paris
And to go on vacation?
or on weekends?
So we found
to go on vacation
a new concept with Marine
thanks to the Louves that we
love, called Les Maisons de
Katy et Jacques, and the concept
gathers around
six houses in Europe, which are
kind of between
the All Inclusive Club and the Bed and Breakfast
very homely and pleasant
with a very high-end service
very luxuous, a Kid's Club
fully integrated to the hotel, where they take care
children, from their youngest age, from 3 months old, I would say,
to adolescence
with activities, games etc.
in the most beautiful places
near Rome, in the heart of the
mountains, in Switzerland
in the Luberon, in Spain
beautiful places and
I think it truly is the most
expecting concept, we are all waiting for as parent, to have
at the same time, a great service pour yourself, comfortable
bedrooms, a beautiful swimming pool,
an amazing property in wonderful places
and on the other side, facilitators
very much qualified, and who take care of your children
from a very early age
it allows to spend time in family, to
relax, there's always a spa or massage service
if you want to, so to me it's
a great concept
lately we've tested the Chambéry one
we've also
visited the one in Rome
and those are really the addresses that I recommend
which are great for vacation
then, for weekends, we have
a lot of addresses, we try to find
addresses not to far from Paris
for our Parisian lectors
and not too far from big cities, such as Bordeaux,
Lille etc.
I would say our last crush,
in terms of nice Bed & Breakfast
to do with children, where you leave unexpectedly,
with the suitcases, thinking "Let's go for 2 days
by the seaside" it was
on the Quiberon peninsula, it's called
le Petit Hôtel du Grand Large,
it's famous because they have an hotel and a starred
restaurant, absolutely fantastic
and delicious,
but they also have small bedrooms, really affordable
for less than 150€, homely
with bunk beds,
the bed for the baby, if needed, and the Michelin
starred Chef has no problem
making pasta for the children
or to make an homemade mash potato, there're
amazing walks to do on the peninsula,
it's not too far from Paris
and it truly is the last
address we've loved, real crush!
Great!
Last question because I'm curious
what are the brand
that have supported you during your pregnancy
So
when you're pregnant, until the fourth month
you think you're invicible, and then you realized, you need to change
your whole wardrobe, so
I have rather focused on
smart buys which
could last me
six months, you don't want to redo entirely your
wardrobe, but you still need to get dressed
daily, so I
bought a few pants, actually two
pants at
Emoi Emoi who have great
brands to find nicely-cut and
perfect jeans, that support you during the whole pregnancy
and right now, they are a lot of things developping with
pretty brands, who think about young mothers with
intelligent clothes, you can wear from the beginning of the pregnancy
and that you can keep until breastfeeding
I'm thinking about Joli Bump, who is
a very young brand, which offer a rather
restricted line but with high quality products
nicely cut, with pretty fabrics,
they make pretty shirts, and dresses
you can fit over the stomach etc.
we are so far from the nerdy
fashion of our mothers, so it's nice
I also like during the pregnancy,
the option to buy shirts
a bit bigger
and larger at Gap, The Kooples,
American Apparel
in which we feel comfortable and that we'll be able to keep
during the following months of the pregnancy,
while we find our silhouette
I think it is
the smart compromise
there's an american brand that I love called
Hatch Collection and it's truly to
enjoy yourself because it's very expensive but it's
so wonderful, so buying a few
pieces there to feel pretty during
the pregnancy, they make great wide dresses
very pretty
tunics, very pretty
and well cut pants, it's a
luxurious buy that I've discovered during my second
pregnancy and it feels good as you don't
buy much, it always feels nice
and for after the pregnancy,
I've also discovered the brand
Belly Bandit, which sell
shrink tops
which apprently
allows you to find your shape quickly
I haven't tested it during my first
pregnancy so I would tell you about it after this second one,
it's ordered, it's bio cotton
belts which have this shrinking effect,
and apparently it allows to support
the back, to do some good, and to
get your abdominals faster,
a very tempting promise,
Great ! Thank you for all those geat
addresses, see you soon Marion!
Thanks Fleur, see you soon!

The Greatest Pranks Throughout History - Duration: 7:05.
Pranking is a time-honored tradition that dates back to about an hour after the first
humans climbed the evolutionary ladder just enough to be jerks.
Probably.
One Neanderthal shaves another's head without him knowing, and the rest is history.
As time went on, humans have taken pranking to a different level.
A clever, ingenious, almost artistic level.
Whether invoking the anger and confusion of thousands, or just screwing with one person
at a time, here are just a few of the best pranks throughout human history.
Burger King's sinister Whopper
Pity the poor left-handed people and their... inability to hold hamburgers?
That was the basis of Burger King's 1998 fast one on fast food lovers.
The burger joint everyone loves when their local McDonald's is being fumigated published
an ad on March 31, 1998, announcing the "Left-Handed Whopper," designed exclusively for lefties
— who had apparently struggled against the tyranny of a right-handed world for far too
long.
According to BK, it was all in the placement of the burger itself, which had to be rotated
180 degrees so lefties could eat more comfortably.
Reorienting the south end of your lettuce would effectively crush the right-handed food
conspiracy….
Somehow.
Of course, thousands of customers showed up to order the thing, and right-handed people
demanded their own hand-specific Whopper.
All of this despite BK's marketing VP reminding us all that you need two hands to hold a Whopper,
and like, a circle is a circle.
A day later, the company announced the Leftie Whopper was bogus.
Because these are things we still need to tell people.
Welcome to the end times.
Eat 'em if you got 'em.
William Buckland's crappy message
Anyone who thinks college kids are a bunch of immature morons these days just hasn't
been paying attention.
There have been juvenile jackwagons putting things where they shouldn't be since the first
bell rang.
Case in point: WIlliam Buckland and his epic, disgusting prank for the ages.
The Oxford student, presumably bored with his unending geology lectures, decided to
let out some steam by gathering buckets upon buckets of bat guano, something only scientists
and Batman really had access to.
In a moment of artistic genius, he spread the bat doodie across the Oxford lawn, spelling
out G-U-A-N-O with actual guano.
Oxford officials were less than thrilled, and cleaned up the mess immediately.
But after a short while, since animal poop is, y'know, fertilizer, that part of the grass
grew taller and faster than the rest.
"GUANO" was spelled out quite visibly in the grass.
The letters reportedly lasted for a pretty long time.
And honestly, using a fancy word for poop just makes it even better.
I gotta go make number two.
Or whatever the heck you have to say.
I'll be right back to dinner."
Thomas Edison's "food creator"
After creating a bunch of world-changing inventions, Thomas Edison had become famous enough that
people thought he could invent literally anything.
Artificial light?
Check.
Sounds on a wax cylinder?
Check — until some future dude comes along and totally breaks it on TV, of course.
"Oh ffff…… s***."
In 1878, the newspaper New York Graphic took advantage of Edison's reputation and put out
a fake news release claiming he'd invented a "food creator," which is just what it sounds
like.
The newspaper stated that the machine could manufacture "meat, vegetables, and wine out
of air, water, and common earth."
And while food made of dirt doesn't sound too great, people happily fell for it, as
well as other newspapers that picked up the story.
Edison: the man to finally end world hunger… except he didn't invent a food-creating machine.
He didn't even say he would.
The next day, the paper published a summary addition to the story, admitting it was an
April Fool's Day prank.
Because world hunger is hilarious, right guys?
"Wzzzzzzz."
Richard Nixon's 1992 run
In 1974, Richard Nixon did a bad, bad thing, and quit his job before anyone could fire
him.
Eighteen years later, Nixon announced that he'd decided to give it another go, and told
NPR's "Talk of the Nation" show of his plans to reclaim the White House.
This shocked, well, everybody.
For one thing, Richard Nixon was just shy of 80.
For another thing, he wasn't eligible to run for a third term, based on a little thing
called the 22nd amendment.
For another thing, he was Richard Nixon.
Even more hilarious was Nixon's soothing new catchphrase: "I never did anything wrong,
and I won't do it again."
Basically, everyone agreed that Nixon was not, in fact, the one.
"And once I'm swept into office, I'll sell our children our children's organs to zoos
for meat!
I'll go into people's houses at night and wreck up the place!"
Except it wasn't Richard Nixon talking to NPR.
It was a comic named Rich Little, impersonating Nixon well enough that tons of people were
fooled.
Amid the panic, NPR admitted that the whole thing was an April Fool's Day joke, but not
before renewing America's boiling hatred for a dying man.
Classy.
Kjell Stensson's color TV
In 1962, Sweden had one TV channel, and it was in black-and-white, so the whole country
was basically purgatory...
Until a goof named Kjell Stensson came along and promised to revolutionize the TV experience
for all.
He went on TV and announced, using a jumble of baloney science-speak, that he'd figured
out how to make a standard black and white TV display color, using a simple, household
object.
All you had to do was place a nylon stocking over the boob tube and zap — pretty, pretty
colors.
Also, you had to tilt your head just right, all so the light appears at just the right
angle for color to appear.
Kids reported watching their parents running around the house destroying pantyhose by the
drawerful so they could watch whatever the heck they watched in 1960s Sweden.
And thus, an entire generation of children learned that their parents were just as dumb
as anyone else.
The original prank call
"Yea, Hello, is Mike there?
Last name, Rotch."
"Hold on I'll check.
MY CROTCH!
MY CROTCH!
HAS ANYONE SEEN MY CROTCH LATELY?"
Prank calls are a dime-a-dozen, and they're almost as old as the phone itself.
In 1884, less than a decade after the invention of the telephone, some guy in Providence,
Rhode Island decided the very best use of this fantastical new technology was to mess
with people.
Which, really, is a great use of any new technology.
"Ahhh!
You F***!"
"Arrrrgh!"
This hero, whose name has been lost to history, dialed up local undertakers and alerted them
that various people were dead, so they should please bring candles and coffins over right
away.
Of course, nobody was actually dead — it was all, as 1884's The Electrical World put
it — a "grave joke."
That kind of puts your typical "ordering delicious pizza for people who didn't want pizza" to
shame, doesn't it?
This was the first known crank call, over a hundred years ago, and it was a doozy.
Because someone solemnly showing up to your house with a you-sized coffin is probably
one of the best pranks in history.

7 Signs You Might Be Drinking Too Much - Duration: 5:42.
So, work this week was the literal worst.
You deserve to kick back with a glass of merlot!
Or, maybe you'd rather hit the club for a drink or two with friends, to blow off some
steam.
Nothing wrong with that, either.
Even doctors say a glass of red wine a day is excellent for your health.
The problem creeps in when you start becoming dependent on alcohol, which could quickly
become a dangerous addiction — and be very difficult to overcome.
So here are some warning signs your drinking is starting to get out of hand.
"We're going streaking"
Booze is #bae
Can't imagine a weekend or even a day without alcohol?
That may be a warning sign.
In fact, feeling that every activity has to include drinks could be a sign you've become
dependent on booze.
Having one drink each day can be good for your health, but chugging a week's worth of
glasses in a single sitting destroys every single benefit alcohol can offer.
"Blarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!"
Binge drinking is particularly dangerous because it raises blood pressure and interferes with
certain medications.
The dark side of binge drinking also includes alcohol poisoning, accidental injury, sexual
dysfunction, and liver damage.
But where's the pre-party at?
Liquid courage
With a little alcohol in your system, do you feel like the life of the party?
Are you suddenly the sexiest, prettiest, most intelligent, and funniest person around?
Watch out.
You might be looking at yourself through your own beer goggles.
"I'm excited, and I feel relaxed, and I'm ready..."
"to party."
There's even a little science that backs up the notion that alcohol boosts confidence.
Researchers conducted an experiment at a bar, asking 19 people to assess their attractiveness
on a scale of one to seven after drinking some booze.
Their alcohol levels were then measured, and the results were pretty interesting: the higher
their blood alcohol content, the higher their reported self-confidence.
"Alcohol."
Sadly, this liquid courage can be quickly replaced with "#shame" at your unpretty,
unfunny, very drunk behavior.
Need a little "hair of the dog"?
Fuhgeddaboudit
One sure sign that your drinking is becoming a problem is you shirk your usual responsibilities
at work or home.
"I've got a hangover.
Who knows what that means?"
"Doesn't that mean you're drunk?"
"No, it means I was drunk yesterday."
Do you call in sick repeatedly because of hangovers?
Do you find yourself putting things off because you'd rather have a drink, instead of doing
the laundry, or finishing a project?
"What's everybody thinkin for dinner?"
"We just ate breakfast?"
Maybe you're distracted at work because all you can think about is that martini at the
end of the day.
If any of these sound familiar, you've got a problem.
Friend-zone
When your relationships become affected by your drinking, that's a huge problem.
Have those closest to you commented on your drinking, or voiced concerns that something
is just not right with you?
Or do you find yourself avoiding friends or family, to dodge any confrontations?
Maybe you think you've got it all under control, and those people just didn't understand
the difficult stuff you're going through.
Do you find that you hide your drinking so no one knows just how much you're consuming?
While you might not be an alcoholic, drinking alone is certainly a red flag.
"Everybody put your glasses up and I drink to that."
Doses + mimosas
Is your drinking tied to your emotions?
Do cocktails make you feel better when you're down?
Do you drink to avoid facing the difficulties of life or a traumatic experience?
If so, you're self-medicating and this is never healthy.
"Doses and mimosas," "champagne and cocaine,
"help to get me through"
One study even found self-medicating to be the coping mechanism of choice for many suffering
from PTSD.
If you reach for a drink when you start feeling down, it may be time to unpack the real issues
behind your feelings instead of covering them up.
"Never drink to feel better, only drink to feel even better."
"That's fantastic!"
Raising the bar
If you've got a problem with alcohol, you may need more and more to get that warm, fuzzy
feeling again.
That's because your body and your brain have developed a tolerance.
As this tolerance increases, you may soon fall into dependency and eventually, full-blown
alcoholism.
Other organs in your body adapt to high alcohol consumption as well.
When you drink a lot on a regular basis, your liver adapts by producing greater amounts
of the enzymes needed to break down the alcohol more rapidly, compared to what it does in
people who rarely drink.
The liver actually becomes more efficient at metabolizing alcohol so you need more to
get the same effect.
"Shots, shots, shots, shots, shots."
"Shots, shots, shots, shots, shots."
If you don't get your drinking in check, the only way you'll feel normal will be when
you have those high levels of alcohol in your system.
You've crossed the line where alcohol is "fun".
In fact, you completely stop feeling any buzz at this point.
Get real
Hey, you may not have a problem with alcohol — and can enjoy a glass of wine now and
then.
Awesome — you are also reaping the health benefits of moderate drinking.
Cheers!
But be careful that you're not lying to yourself.
"I had no idea you could get drunk on mouthwash."
If you're experiencing any of the warning signs, it may be time to bail on the booze,
and enjoy a different way of living.
Think about it.
Giving up alcohol may be the best decision of your life.

지금까지 잘못 알고 있던 우주의 진실 - Duration: 2:06.
A lot of people have some pretty big misconceptions about space.
To be fair, very few of us have ever been,
there¡¯s a lot more to study before anybody really knows what¡¯s actually going on up there,
and movies tend to give us the complete wrong idea.
2. People Freeze
This is one misconception mostly perpetuated by movies.
Many films set in space will have a scene where one character finds themselves outside the ship without a suit.
They quickly begin to freeze and, unless they manage to get back inside, turn into an icicle and float away.
The reality is the complete opposite. You wouldn¡¯t freeze if you were exposed to space, you¡¯d overheat.
1. The Sun
The Sun is one of the first things you study when learning about space.
It¡¯s a big fiery ball that all the planets spin around, and it¡¯s just far enough away that it keeps us warm,
but doesn¡¯t cause us all to burst into flames.
Given that we could never have existed were it not for the heat and light given off by the Sun,
it¡¯s surprising that so many of us have a pretty basic misconception about it: that it¡¯s on fire.
the sun is a big ball of gas that gives off light and heat energy through nuclear fusion,
so the sun does give off light and heat, but there is no conventional fire involved at all.
It is simply a giant, warm glow.

5 Easy, Healthy Dinners | #FitnessFriday - Duration: 4:53.
Hey girls! I'm here with my friend Janna
for Fitness Friday and she is a
dietician who you met recently, and we're
going to talk about five healthy, really
easy, quick dinner -- super easy -- or lunches, right? Yeah.
First of all, a ground rule is that
stocking up on frozen vegetables is
going to be like your best idea ever.
I'm a healthy eater but I'm
sometimes a really lazy eater, and when
I'm hungry I don't want to spend even
like half an hour sometimes making food.
So if you always have frozen veggies on
hand you can just nuke them in the
microwave -- no prep work -- and it's a great
bang for your buck, because it's usually
cheaper and then there's zero waste. So
my first idea is baked potatoes -- and
these would be like loaded baked
potatoes. You can stuff them with
whatever you want, whether you have chili,
ground meat of some sort, beans of any kind.
This is when you like keep those cans of
beans just stocked in your pantry. -- Oh yeah
like the black beans? -- Yeah any kind, and you just open
them up and put some beans on there with
some other fresh veggies, maybe some
salsa, and you call a day. So meal number
two is pita pizzas.
Yeah, who doesn't like pizza? You can
either use tortillas or wraps of any
kind or pitas, and if you want to go the
healthy route opt for just whole wheat
or whole grain of some sort. And then you
just top it with anything. So if you want
to go like the savory route you could even
put like a fruit spread on the bottom
and then cheese on top, yeah you have the sweet and salty.
Or you could go traditional with a
tomato sauce or sauceless. You can just
do cheese. And then any veggies that you need
to use up, or that you really love you.
You can alway top it with fresh herbs too,
if you like cilantro or fresh basil
on top. So meal number three.
Since I am a dietitian I always try to
squeeze a lot of nutrition into my meals.
Stuffed veggies of any kind.
So whether it's stuffed peppers or you
can even stuff tomatoes, mushrooms, or
if it's a stuffed squash...
so stuffing it with, once again, whatever
you've got.
I think you can pick up on the gist here;
I like cleaning out my fridge, and I
like kinda just playing it by ear,
whatever I've got lying around and need to
use up. So if you got grains laying
around you can put that in your squash
and then top it with once again like
some sort of beans or meat mixture. If
you've even got like deli meats you can
just throw some deli meats on there or
leftover chicken or your rotisserie
chicken, put that on there too. And meal
number four is spaghetti squash. Have you ever
tried a spaghetti squash? I love spaghetti squash.
Yeah it's really yummy. And actually a lot of
times people will bake it which is
delicious but depending on the size of
your squash it can take a while.
That's what I've always done. Is there another way to
do it? So you can actually just stab it
and poke some holes in it and then put it
in the microwave.
What? Yeah! For how long? For about 4-5 minutes, it depends on the size. My life is changed.
Yeah and actually when you microwave
your fruits and veggies especially it'll
preserve most of the nutrition because
it's lessened the cooking time. You can
dress your spaghetti squash with
anything you like.
If you want to go the traditional route
you can just do some simple sauce and
then if you want meatballs on it or if
you don't want meat at all that's fine. If
you want to put beans on it, you can do
that too.
I love beans obviously, because
they're super cheap first of all, and they're a
nutrition powerhouse. So you get a huge bang for
your buck. So my fifth dinner is
cowboy caviar. If you go with some sort
of corn -- fresh, frozen, or canned -- and then
some kind of beans tossed in. Some
tomatoes. If you want to zest it up and make
it a little bit spicy, I usually put a
jalapeno pepper in mine, and then some
chopped either red pepper or green
pepper or both, and then cilantro. I tend
to serve mine with like chips.
I love chips. So like probably the corn kind, or like
what's the best kind? I do either corn or
like even tortilla chips.
Cool! Okay. So bonus one! Yeah this is a bonus
one. So i like to call this "The
Kitchen Sink Meal." So this is like
everything but the kitchen sink. This is
whatever you have like leftover
that you need to use up. This is what I need.
Yes this is what I eat all the time.
So if I got like leftover grains of some
sort -- that can be brown rice, wild rice,
quinoa, amaranth if you're crazy like me
and you go with the ancient grains -- I've never had that -- or any
other leftover grains you have to throw
in the bowl that can kind of be
your base. If you've got like spinach or
other dark greens they can either be
fresh or cooked, sautéed, some sort. This
is where i like to use my frozen veggies.
So like my frozen spinach or just nuke
it and then throw in anything else you
have in the fridge. You can even put
fruit in there. Maybe you have a side of
like nuts or seeds for your healthy fats.
Any dressings you like. It's like a grain
bowl -- everything but the kitchen sink. Sweet!
Well thank you so much! And girls comment below:
What's your favorite, easy, healthy meal?
Yeah tell us, I'd love to hear! Yeah we want to hear it.
See you next week.
Love you, bye.
