In this phrasal verb video, we are going to learn what is the meaning of 'bail out.'
'There's one thing that we can all agree on... we all hated the bank bailouts.
There's one thing we can all agree on. We all hated the bank bailouts." "The only way
to save the company is to bail it out. The only way to save the company
is to bail it out." What does 'bailout' mean? Well, a 'bailout,' or 'to bail a company out,'
means to give a failing company money so that it can continue its operations and,
hopefully, the situation will change. Now, most of the time, a company is bailed out
when an investor... you know, somebody with a lot of money... decides they are going to
put their money into the failing business and change it from a poor-
performing business to a well-performing business. You know, it's going to make a
lot of money. But people get really upset when governments bail out companies. So
when a government sees a failing business, and then throws money at that
business, people think the government cannot turn that business into a
successful one. And furthermore, even if they could, they are taking a risk. If
it's a regular investor with his own money, that's okay. It's his risk. But when
a government is bailing out a company, the government is risking the tax
dollars - the tax money - of everybody who lives and pays taxes to that government.
And that's why people got really upset in 2007-2008, when the United States
government bailed out the big banks when they were about to fail. You see,
people thought if the government did not bail out the banks that the world
economy would become bad... that we would have a depression... really bad times. Now
we'll never know because the government took American tax money and threw it at
the big banks. And this also creates a situation: the situation is... you give
somebody money after they made a bad decision... they may continue to make the
same bad decisions, and it doesn't change anything. That's another thing that
worries people. So, imagine you're in a boat. The boat is sinking underwater,
right? And the reason the boat is sinking is because water is going into the boat.
Maybe there's a hole in the bottom of the boat. So, how do you keep the boat
from sinking? Well, you take a container - like a water bottle, or a bucket - and you
start taking that bucket, filling it with water that's in the boat, and moving the
water outside the boat. That way, the boat does not fill up with water, and it
doesn't sink as fast. And that's where bailout comes from. Think of the boat as
a company, and water as money problems, right? You can use bailout as a noun, as
in, 'The company got a bailout.' Or, you can use it as a verb, like this: 'We need to

Hello everyone - I'm back!
I'm still living at my dorm.
You can see I just set up the camera in front of my window.
Since I am wearing makeup & am free a bit before exams,
I figured I'd film a video on my recent top 8 products.
Some are skincare products & some are makeup.
The first one is Too Faced's Born This Way foundation.
This was actually a birthday gift from my friends.
They know I really want a new foundation but I've been using Bourjois' Healthy Mix Foundation.
Since my skin is very dry,
my friends helped me look up reviews & people said this is a good medium-full coverage one.
The packaging is pretty.
I like that there's a pump.
It's easier to use because foundations like NARS without a pump is hard to control when pouring.
If you just finished your skincare routine then use this foundation, it looks REALLY nice & glides on.
Sometimes I use my fingers and just dot it on.
Recently, I've been using a sponge (this isn't a beautyblender).
The sponge you use doesn't matter as long as you wet it and make it damp.
It looks beautiful on the skin.
I like that it leaves a dewy finish so your skin doesn't look dull and dry.
So this foundation is great for people with dry-normal skin.
The second product is something I've been using for around 6 months.
This is my second one!
This is a concealer and my shade is 1.5.
Today I only used the Too Faced foundation today and you can tell the coverage is great.
It covers up my really bad dark circles!
I'm going to show you the concealer.
Usually I'd dot it on then blend with my fingers.
This concealer is very high full coverage and it covers all my pimples, blackheads, and big pores.
This is one of my fav concealers that I've used in the past few years!
The third product is this blush.

Well the answer to that heart wrenching question is yes!!
Yes you can make a living trading the Forex market
but you have to consistently do a lot of things right.
Most traders simply do not yet possess the necessary trading skill,
discipline, patience, or realistic attitude to succeed long-term in
the markets.
But there are alot of people doing it.
There is a more then enough success stories out there
making a killing in Forex right now as I record this video.
I've been
thinking about trading forex along with my other income streams
I invest in stocks and thats more of my long term income.
I only invest in stocks that pay dividends so its almost like
I get paid to buy and hold my stocks.
But Forex has always been a Dragon for me and I'm looking to slay that dragon this year.
I know need some training on it so I did my reasearch and I came across

and there are alot out there believe me.

This is Tarte's Paarty blush.
Ah my mom is texting me.
This pink colour doesn't look particularly special
but once it's on my skin (with yellow undertones), it looks beautiful!
I don't know if you can see it but I've used it so much it's dented haha.
I like to use this ELF flat top brush and apply it right here.
Someone's always asking me what blush I use whenever I use this!
The fourth product is a lip product.
This is Lucas Pawpaw & it's been talked about for years.
Whenever I have a friend going to Hong Kong, I'd ask them to pick this up from SASA for me.
I would only recommend you to use this at night.
If you use this right before applying your lipstick, it makes your lips TOO moisturized.
Your lipstick would wipe off too easily.
The fifth product is a moisturizer that I use at night.
It has anti-aging properties & I like that there's no parabens.
I also like that it doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky.
The scent is really nice and subtle.
I like products with either no scent or a non-floral/sweet fragrance.
So this is good for sensitive skin.
The 6th and 7th items are makeup removing products.
This L'oreal makeup remover is probably my 30th bottle (I kid you not!)
I shook it too much but there's usually a distinctive oil layer.
This can remove my most long-lasting mascara & eyeliner!
This Bioderma water is what I use on my skin after the L'oreal one.
I would soak a cotton pad and wipe my whole face. It helps get rid of residual products.
I always have this duo with me!
The last one is a lip pencil
This is NARS' velvet matte lip pencil.
It's what I'm wearing today.
It's perfect for photos and people always ask what colour I'm wearing.
These lip pencils are on the expensive end (~$35 CAD) but I still have a bunch of them.
The reason is because it's quite long-lasting.
The downfall is that it's quite drying so
if you have chapped lips that day, I wouldn't recommend you to use this.

The Basics of Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO - Duration: 5:06.
what's going on guys today I want to give you a quick overview on aperture
shutter speed and ISO
you
aperture shutter and ISO these are the big three when it comes to photography
and they can be a little bit tricky to understand it first so hopefully I can
help you understand the relationship which will make things a lot simpler for
you Daniel Peter over at photo blog Hamburg put together this cheat sheet on
the big three and it'll hopefully give you a visual as I discussed today so
let's break this down we're gonna go through each one by one and we're gonna
go over the two main functions of each now each of the three controls exposure
but on top of that each of the three also has an artistic control so let's
start with aperture aperture is the measure of how open or closed the iris
of your lenses and it's measured in the term called f-stop the larger your
f-stop number the more closed down your irises which means it lets in less light
and thus the exposures darker this smaller your f-stop number the larger
the opening of your iris meaning it's letting in more light meaning you have a
brighter exposure now there is an artistic use of aperture as well and
that's depth of field when you have a low f-stop number meaning you're letting
in a lot of light in your exposures brighter you're gonna have a shallower
depth of field this is how you're gonna have nice cinematic look in your photos
and in your videos when you have a higher aperture or f-stop number you're
gonna have a much larger depth of field this is great when you're shooting some
sort of landscape or environment where you want everything in focus second
we've got shutter now the shutter is the measure of how long the shutter of your
camera is open and thus allowing light to hit your camera sensor so when we've
got a fast shutter one over two thousandth of a second for example it
means that you're gonna be letting in less light you're only letting in light
for one mm of a second which means it's gonna be a darker exposure than a longer
shutter speed because you're only letting in that brief amount of light if
we have a longer exposure say 15 seconds that means your shutters open for 15
whole seconds and letting in light for that
amount of time which means it's gonna be a much brighter exposure now that's the
exposure level of shutter but what's the artistic use well the artistic use is
motion blur when you have a very fast shutter you're essentially freezing time
you could be taking an action photo or some sort of sport photo with a high
shutter and it's freezing that action you won't see any blur it's as though
everything is just stopping however if you have a long exposure you're gonna
start to have blur in your shots because the shutter is open wide and every
motion that's happening for the entirety of that shutter being open is getting
captured by the sensor with long shutter speeds this is how you're gonna get
those night trail or sorry the light trail photographs or you're gonna get
photos of the stars it's when you're doing these very long exposures that you
can do these sort of tricks but for these you want to make sure that your
cameras on a tripod because any motion in the camera is gonna be picked up by
the sensor and finally we have ISO ISO measures the sensitivity or the post
image grain in your sensor so what this means when you have a high ISO it means
that your camera sensor is more sensitive to light so it's gonna be a
brighter exposure however it's also more sensitive to grain so your image
actually breaks down a little and gets somewhat grainy and noisy whereas if you
have a low ISO somewhere around 100 you're gonna have a lot less sensitivity
which means that your exposure is darker but your image is a lot crisper and less
grainy this is something to think about when you're in dark place and you've
already adjusted your shutter and aperture and you need to play with your
ISO if you push the limits too high then you're gonna run into some grain issues
when you're looking back at your footage or your photos based on the artistic
look that you're going for it you can combine any of these three when you want
to get your exposure to the right level and you want to adjust your depth of
field your motion blur and make sure that your camera sensitivities at the
proper levels these are the three that you need to use and you can sort of get
a sense of how their relationship works we'll get into a more detailed
description of how each of these work in future videos but for now I hope you
