Hello everyone, how is it going?

I´m Miguel and I´m here with my father doing this video because we want to talk with you about what´s going on with this channel and also about the Italian Dad Series.

The Italian Dad was created last year, in 2017, it´s a comedy show were we show you how the things work in this house.

And yeah, we´ve already made 7 episodes that in total got more then 1 thousand views, which is so great, thank you very much!

This year didn´t made any Italian Dad episode yet.

We´ve been working on this one video that we started last year.

The video is doing so well, I´m very satisfied with the results and I think it´s the best video I ever done in my life

And yeah, I´m very proud of it.

It was supposed to be released in February but we couldn't finish it

Now the video it´s almost done and it was supposed to be pubished now, first then this video.

But, hopefully it will be published next week.

Now I would like to talk about the future of this channel.

I really love making videos, it´s my passion and it´s what I wanna do for a living.

I´m enjoying so much having a YouTube channel

And my greatest of my professional life is to make a successful YouTube channel.

I really want it and I´m going to work really hard to make it happen.

So, for now on, I gladly announce to you that I will start posting a new video every week.

This week I want to do... Sorry.

This year I want to different type of videos, hum, I don´t wanna do only comedy, I will also start making videos of adventures and little films.

Now I want to do videos with very cinematographic images and very well produced.

I really want to do professional videos.

So, from now on, every week I´ll be posting a new video in this channel.

From now on Miguel won´t be publishing Italian Dad episodes as much as we use too since now he is also doing other videos.

We really love the Italian Dad series and we love making it.

But we are not fully satisfied with the series.

We think we are doing it wrong, we think we are not exploring the idea correctly, we are not exploring the idea to is full potencial.

The images need to be improved, the Italian Dad episodes need to be improved, the acting needs to be improved, everything needs to be improved.

We think we are still far from being a good comedy series but we do really believe in the Italian Dad potencial.

And we will work hard to improve it.

Dad, don´t you wanna talk about the film idea?

Oh, yeah.

So, Miguel had this idea of making a short film about me, the Italian Dad when I was a little older then Miguel is right now.

The film would be about my life when I lived in Italia, and we already have the whole ideia for the story, which is very funny but we didn´t wrote the script yet.

Maybe we will make this film in the summer holidays.

🙃 Sorry, Kourt! Our Kids Love Sofia More!😏Scott Disick - Duration: 4:16.

Despite reports that Kourtney Kardashian has warned Sofia Richie to stay away from her

kids, it doesn't sound like Scott or the teen are paying her any mind.

In fact, the two of them have embarked on a romantic vacation ... and brought Scott's

kids along. You know, like a family.

What's more is that a source reports that Scott is rubbing all of this in Kourtney's

face ... just to taunt her.

E !'s source is dishing on Scott Disick's baecation with Sofia Richie , and it sounds like they're

having a great time.

But ... this loving couple is not alone.

"Scott and Sofia flew in on Monday evening on a private jet to Cabo with his kids and

another couple."

You might wonder why someone would leave Southern California to go on vacation. Well, it's more

than 10 degrees warmer in Cabo than in Calabasas right now. And to L.A. folks, weather in the

60s is "cold."

It sounds like they've all been soaking up the sun and generally enjoying the lifestyle

of the idle rich.

"They've been spending their days by the pool relaxing and enjoying the warm weather."

And we're not just talking about Scott and Sofia. Mason, Penelope, and Reign are all

having a blast, too.

"Scott's kids have stayed busy with lots of swimming and playing in the water."

But looking after the kids hasn't thrown a wet blanket over their romance.

"Scott and Sofia are inseparable and seem happy."

The source continues, talking about the lovey-dovey relationship between Scott and his teenage

girlfriend.

"They were posing for pictures together and kissing every chance they got."

Scott and Sofia also have a puppy, and they brought their precious little love with them.

"They are both obsessed with the puppy and giving it lots of love."

Apparently, Scott is mostly doing this for Sofia.

"Scott promised Sofia a trip and thought it would be nice for them to get away."

In many ways, this trip is a couple's retreat with activities planned just for the two of

them.

HollywoodLife reports that Scott is deliberately antagonizing Kourtney by bringing his kids

on a "family vacation" with Sofia.

"Scott is well aware that bringing Sofia on his trip to Mexico with the kids has pissed

off Kourtney."

So ... why would he do such a thing?

"That was the whole point."

Oh .

"He's been taunting Kourtney with pictures of Sofia and the kids bonding."

That seems outrageously cruel, if true.

"He's clearly doing it to upset her."

And, according to this report, Scott's bad behavior is getting even worse.

"But what's even more twisted is that he's been telling their mutual friends that Sofia

is better with the kids than Kourtney is."

This is just sickening to hear.

"Scott claims they like Sofia more than Kourtney."

And all of these messages are apparently designed to taunt and antagonize Kourtney.

"Scott knows it's going to get straight back to Kourtney and mess with her head."

He spent a great deal of 2017 doing what many perceived as "acting out" to get back at Kourtney

for moving on with her life. But this is worse.

"It's a new low, even for him."

One can only imagine how hurt and distressed Kourtney must be.

It's not that she's possessive of Scott, it's that it must be distressing to hear about

the father of her children acting like that. It must be breaking her heart .

However, at least on the outside, Kourtney is enjoying her child-free time with a sexy

vacation with boy-toy turned boyfriend Younes Bendjima.

This dreamy couple has spent the last few days on a trip up the California coast.

It's possible that Scott really is trying to wound Kourtney's pride but, if so, it sounds

like he's only making an ass of himself.

Tesla Looked Like the Future Now Some Ask if It Has One - Duration: 9:28.

Just a year ago, Tesla looked like a rising force destined to revolutionize the auto industry.

Its battery-powered Model S sedan was the rage among luxury-car buyers.

Its Autopilot system seemed far ahead of its competitors in self-driving technology.

Its chief executive, Elon Musk, was promising that the more affordable Model 3 would soon

roll off its assembly line and bring emission-free driving to the masses.

Wall Street was enraptured.

Tesla's market value rose to surpass that of either General Motors or Ford, car companies

with a century of experience.

What a rough ride it's been since then.

Not only has the Model 3's introduction been mired in glitches and delays — "manufacturing

hell," as Mr. Musk put it — but Tesla's driverless efforts have been overshadowed,

and the company has continued to lose money quarter after quarter.

In just the past week, Tesla's troubles have intensified.

Moody's Investors Service downgraded the company's credit rating, concerned that

it was burning through cash.

Those worries have grown so dire that some analysts are asking whether the company could

run out of money by the end of the year.

"I've said for some time that Tesla is far from a sure bet, or a stable company for

that matter," said Clement Thibault, a senior analyst at Investing.com.

"Tesla has been living on borrowed time and money for quite some time."

SEE ALL COMMENTS WRITE A COMMENT Tesla shares dropped 8 percent on Tuesday

and another 8 percent Wednesday, and though they regained ground Thursday, they have lost

almost a quarter of their value in less than three weeks.

Reflecting questions about Tesla's ability to pay off its debt, its bonds have slumped

as well.

Those that will mature in 2025 traded at about 88 cents on the dollar on Thursday.

A Tesla representative declined to comment on the company's finances.

But the company's recent troubles extend beyond its balance sheet.

Federal investigators are looking into a fiery crash that killed a Tesla driver last week

in California, including the possibility that Autopilot was in use.

(Autopilot was in use during a 2016 crash in Florida that killed a Tesla driver, but

safety officials concluded that the crash did not result from a flaw in the system but

found it lacked safeguards to prevent its misuse.)

And on Thursday, Tesla said it was recalling 123,000 Model S cars made before April 2016

to replace bolts that hold a power-steering motor in place.

The bolts can become corroded and break, leaving drivers with only manual steering.

The company said no crashes or injuries related to the issue had been reported.

Tesla's reversal of fortune is a jolt for both the company and its chief executive,

who had built a reputation not only as a visionary but also as an achiever, masterminding an

automotive brand, breaking ground on a battery plant that would be the world's biggest

building, and launching rockets through his SpaceX venture.

For years, Tesla has ridden a wave of enthusiastic support from its customers and a certain set

of investors, even though it generated barely any profit in the 15 years since its founding.

Company events to present new models tend to have the feel of a religious revival, with

hundreds or thousands of owners cheering wildly at each new pronouncement from Mr. Musk.

Anticipation for the Model 3 prompted nearly 400,000 prospective customers to put down

deposits of $1,000 each.

In November, before a screaming audience of several hundred guests, Mr. Musk unveiled

a battery-powered semi truck and a two-seat roadster.

He vowed to begin producing the truck by the end of 2019, even though the company does

not have a factory to build it, and is still trying to work the kinks out of the Model

3 assembly process at its manufacturing plant in Fremont, Calif.

"There is a huge part of Tesla that is simply presentation and not substance, and Elon is

a master at messaging," said Karl Brauer, a senior analyst at Kelley Blue Book.

"The problem is the reality is starting to stack up, and that's a reality of accidents

the cars have had, quality issues, and massive misses on Model 3 production numbers.

You add all that up and there's a real question about whether this company can deliver what

it promises."

There's no doubt Tesla has achieved some breakthroughs that have left the established

automakers scrambling to catch up.

It has proved that there is a viable market for electric cars, and that they can command

premium prices.

It has pioneered methods of upgrading cars through software updates beamed over the air,

the way iPhones can download new operating systems.

And it was Autopilot that set off a race to develop advanced driver-assistance systems

that can guide cars under certain circumstances and actively prevent collisions — though

Tesla's technology appears to have been surpassed by the self-driving systems from

other companies, including G.M. and the Google spinoff Waymo.

Along the way, Mr. Musk has also courted controversy, including his move in 2016 for Tesla to take

over SolarCity, a maker of home solar panels run by his cousin.

A group of investors has filed a lawsuit contending that Mr. Musk had a conflict of interest because

he was SolarCity's chairman, and this week a judge cleared the way for the case to go

forward.

In January, Tesla gave Mr. Musk a new compensation plan tied entirely to the company's market

value and other performance goals.

If he hits all of the goals, he could be rewarded with stock worth more than $50 billion.

But the company has repeatedly failed to meet its own targets and deadlines, especially

with the Model 3.

Mr. Musk originally predicted that the Model 3 would arrive in 2017 and that the car would

push the company's sales to 500,000 cars a year by 2018.

He later lowered his prediction to 100,000 Model 3s in 2017.

Backtracking again, he said last August that the company hoped to make 20,000 a month by

December, and added that "people should have zero concerns" about Tesla's ability

to increase its output of the Model 3.

But in the fourth quarter of last year, Tesla made only 2,425 Model 3s.

In its most recent plan, it hopes to lift production to 2,500 Model 3s a week.

The company is expected to release first-quarter production totals in early April.

The Model 3 is crucial.

The company needs to ramp up its Model 3 business to generate revenue so that it can pay back

investors and fund development of future vehicles including its electric truck.

Moody's concluded that Tesla probably needed to raise more than $2 billion from investors

to be able to finance its operations, continue capital investment and pay debts and other

financial obligations that will come due soon.

According to Moody's, Tesla has $200 million in convertible bonds due later this year,

and $900 million due in early 2019.

"Liquidity is going to be very tight by the end of the year," Bruce Clark, a senior

vice president at Moody's, said in an interview.

"They need to re-establish credibility with the capital markets."

my team and I won the Hulk's business challenge for intrapreneurship

we were number one it's amazing whoo we're so happy currently packing it back

to go skiing after having finished the Stanford course with an A finished the

second module halt and in two days I have an interview at 42 which is the

hacker school I had no idea how to explain this so much stuff is going on

right now so quickly jumping in went to the other side of town I made up with my

friends hey man I'm out front where do I go now what are you doing I mean I love

that we're going but it's a bit hectic planned the rest of the trip started

driving towards Lake Tahoe a quick trip that turned into quite a disaster

well we made it up here this has been the most bumpy ride I've ever tried

everything went wrong we saw police officers we crashed a car we were eight

hours late we were like everything went wrong but

we made it here are you happy yeah oh I mean thank you for coming at least

it's a very cheap ski trip and it looks like they have amazing Hills

there's nothing like fresh powder snow to make something out of all that

insurance money we've spent
