Hey Everyone it's Kristen and today we are going to be doing another
review and today we are going to be reviewing two
different contacts from PinkyParadise.com and they were nice enough to send me two contacts
to try out two separate ones from a different brand and different colors
first off I am just going to show you what they sent me one contact which is a kind of
brownish hazel color and this is from Barbie
which is a brand that they sell on PinkyParadise.com
and then the other one is from Vassen Color and this is a gray color
then they also gave me this really cute contact cases and it has kitties on it
and this will be what I store my contacts in
and then they also gave me this little thing here and it look like this and then you pull
it apart and it like holds back your hair so pretty cool to get
first before I put in the contacts I will show you what my eye color exactly looks like
so you can see the comparison of the contacts on my eye
my eye color is a brown hazelish color so the first one we are going to try out is
so the first one we are going to try out is
the Barbie and this is a soft cosmetic contact lens andI got it without any prescription
and the diameter is 14.5 so it is larger than a normal looking eye and will make your eyes
look bigger I am a little worried about this one because it's actually really similar to
my eye color so this is with the contact in, in this eye
if you guys can tell it is a little bit bigger than this eye but the color is very similar
to my actual eye color it is a little bit darker and the eye is much larger but overall
it kinda looks like my own eye color
so for this color I wouldn't really buy a
color like this because it is so similar to my own color but I actually do like how big
they look it makes my eye look like it's super big and it doesn't look like a fake color
I think it blends in really well with my own eye color and that's probably why but I do
like the color and it's a pretty color but as for my self I would probably not buy a
color like this because I like more out there colors if I am going to wear a contact but
if someone likes brown eyes that doesn't have them I think this is a really good contact
for them although it does show a lot of my actual color
through them it's got a very gap around the iris the black part of your eye and it kinda
has a gap to show your color and then it starts with the lighter brown and then goes around
the rim with a darker brown so a lot of your eye color will show through
this is typical with a lot of different contacts because they don't really want to get too
close to your Iris because you won't be able to see as well but your actual eye color will
show through so if you had blue eyes there would be like a little bit of ring of blue
around the black iris and then the brown would start
but I think it's a really pretty color and believable brown color for someone who is
trying to change their eye color to brown for either a cosplay or just a character look
or just to change your eye color , I think this is a very pretty color for that and it
certainly does make your eye look bigger if that is what you are going for
I also feel like it's very transparent kind of looking because I can definitely see my
own eye pattern through the contacts which is good for me because it makes it look more
natural but for someone who is trying to really cover their eye color underneath it may not
work as well for you I don't know how these would do with dark
dark eyes I don't know if it would make them brighter,
I would assume so because they do look pretty bright in my own eye even tho my eyes are
brown but I don't know how they would really look for someone who has really dark eyes
Now this one is more of a gray color but I think it's kind of like a blueish gray because
from far away it gives off a blue color
so for this gray one I really really like
the color I think it is a very beautiful blueish gray kind of icy color but not too white the
coloring on it is very solid where as this one is kind of more sparse kind of like almost
pixelated is this one and this one kind of is very solidly colored on the outside of
it you can again see the middle of the eye , my
actual eye color underneath that's pretty typical again with most contacts
so out of the two I like the blueish gray one more just because you can tell a difference
on my eye this one however just looks like I enlarged
my actual eye so I mean they both are very nice contacts
as far as like which one I like better I definitely like this one and I wouldn't wear these all
day just becasue I don't normally wear colored contacts all dat becasue I have have my other
contacts but actually these could come in perscription because they did ask me that
when I was speaking to the people at Pinky Paradise they asked me if I needed one with
prescription I don't know if these two particular ones
come with prescription but it does say like 0.00 on the bottles so they may have some
with prescription so I reallyl like both of these I think that
it's interesting that they gave me the chance to try two different contacts from two different
brands it kind of gives me an idea of what each brand is like and things like that
as far as like the comfort level like these feel like my normal contacts I wear them all
the time so I have kind of gotten use to what contacts feel like
for someone who doesn't normally wear contacts I think that they are very comfortable and
not noticable at all just make sure that you are taking proper care of them and putting
them in the right way so again I got these from PinkyParadise.com
they have a lot of different contacts on there and most of the contacts that I saw on there
are anywhere from $20 to $35 so they are pretty affordable and not that expensive the one
weird thing that I found about Pinky Paradise is that currently as of the making of this
video which is in April of 2017 that they are currently not shipping to USA and Korea
so if you are ordering from USA and Korea then I guess they are not shipping to you
right now you can't buy them but I do find it odd that they just sent me these and I
live in the USA I think a lof of people watching this video
are probably in the United States , that's where I see in my analytics that most of my
viewers are from but if you are from some other country that is not USA or Korea and
you are interested than I believe that you can still order them so definitely make sure
that they are going to be able to ship to where you live
