Youtube daily report May 9 2017

hey thanks for joining us this is my

friend Jerry and he comes in with some

skin lesions we're gonna evaluate we're

gonna be able to get a biopsy of this

things growing on your nose that

sometimes you can scratch off yeah but

this one on your ear how long has it

been growing at least a year okay when

we do things last had it looked at and

had it frozen it's been about a year had

it frozen seemed to respond to getting

frozen but for a short time

something grew back yeah so in my

estimation and I showed the picture to

dr. Dwayne we agree it looks like a type

of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma

skin cancer not the bad type of skin

cancer like malignant melanoma the

spreads everywhere it doesn't look like

that but should be operated further

we'll refer you to dr. crowler who's

done work on some of our patients and is

that actually on a video doing a

procedure not to it like he would

probably do for this so we'll

communicate with them and find out about

getting me set up with them as far as

lesion on the nose we don't know for

sure we're going to shave it off and

send it off and get some pathology back

do you mind if I put in the description

in the video the results okay now help

people this is okay and we'll tell you

first important okay all right you ready

okay just hold still because this is bad

I'll just stay out of province bad I

don't know how you're holding that still

I think at this point it might start to

be getting a little less painful a

little more tolerable not that bad hmm

well we are using some buffer in the

medicine so it's not as stinky tiny tiny

needle I inject slowly because it hurts

less if you inject slowly some people

have this idea that the priority is get

the anesthetic and as quick as they can

so it'll start numbing and you've

probably done this before that hurts

when they do that I had that done to me

once so you've got to be white area on

the tip of your nose from the medicine

that's in it called epinephrine which we

used to know yeah yeah yeah because it

pushes the blood out and closes the

blood vessels a little bit let me switch

hands on this now this is the worst part

of this that's right worst part of this

is you can completely see what I'm doing

we'll worry that close

slips kind of hold the nose steady with

the forceps

the crab

I will have to have you close your eyes

for this part cuz I don't want this that

it dries whatever it touches okay let's

see how it's coming here you can

actually open your eyes and we're going

to have you in order to get some that

powder off actually close your eye while

I have you turn onto your right side so

this is just going to kind of flake off

onto the paper or not you kind of yeah

you already got the X rays go ahead and

sit up sideways or sideways move

sideways and sit up let me flick some of

that spot a blood off

so the idea of this is so that you don't

have to have band-aid that you're just

going to keep bleeding into right and

it'll flake off as a scab would we have

some discharge instructions for taking

care of it after you get out hey guys

thanks so much for watching I wanted to

let you know that Jerry will be back in

the next video for getting that lesion

completely removed I spoke with the

surgeon

I spoke with Jerry and the agreement was

that we would actually do a shave biopsy

in our office we'll explain it in the

future video so be sure to watch that I

do need to thank Lindsay antwine booboo

Kitty and Petra Rosenberg thank you so

much for those patrons and if you want

to be on patreon please do click on the

link to be able to participate on these

videos and also to get something behind

the scenes footage until next time dr.

and Doctor Who is paired up with Shaku

with the dry skin ability a dizzy punch

sweet scent try attack and leer electric

dragon high school yeah boy uh and then

basically the pairs are all the same

besides that for like oh actually we did

get one more new pair as well which is

Jeff my name is Jeff yes the Pachirisu

relaxed natured with the grass hyper

beam dark jump kick dark super power and

electric payback with the slow start

ability so he's great

yeah hey so good deal accessibility why

some so sorry I did oh I didn't hear ya

the father he's great yeah yeah nice

dude and uh Jess's went with Bubo steel

spikes dark shadow claw isolate bomb and

grass dye with the tangled feet ability

everyone knows how much I love that one

okay and then other too much was old

other two are old pair basically same

moves we didn't learn anything from

previous episode so yeah we're going to

take on softer in this episode but

before we start that let's talk about my

hairdo because our white head where it

looks good yeah making a fashion

statement right now alright I like it

it's pretty good you don't you don't at

all look like you have an egg head

exactly

well you know I'm trying to go for you

should I should I go a doctor who up

front I'm gonna lead what struck you

because it starts oh c'mon it's not very

strong but uh I'm also gonna switch out

immediately

okay well you know let's just go Ausmus

electricity I won't allow such insults

to bird Pokemon I'll show you the real

power of the Magnificent bird Pokemon oh

is what is Kate a swimmer oh really

oh well well then why often a great

start I I always get the legend why

can't you get legendaries huh on your

you have the battle legendary why do I

have to live an enemy to do well gooble

ease ah should I stay in well you see I

do be a legendary this is on my team

usually uh alright fight okay that's it

okay that did nothing excellent horse

pommel said ah geez don't get a crown

yeah wait does all you have a spite that

all he has its you're looking like it I

wonder what it normally is maybe not

okay

wonder if it normally like only has

confusion or something yeah oh yeah well

had three well alright I put my thinking

cap on a little bit tighter a little bit

XP was uh quite a bit there substitute

marrow timeline that all right I'm going

to stay in I'm gonna stay in and

hopefully I wish I had to move I hate

being so fast

you did okay I hate being so fast as you

know what bleed oh oh we got it yes you

got that same body okay

I'm not so worried that much anymore and

we get to leech seed every turn now so I

think we're just gonna honestly we're

just gonna all you should you should hit

I think oh yeah yeah you're right here

right yeah that's what we're gonna do

we're basically gonna hit and then go to

the heal every turn

he's gonna do it again yeah yeah yep

seems like he's in like a lotion why not

okay his Pidgeotto has two moves right

yeah I think so so that means what he

had he probably has to the right of 3

well yeah I could probably I know I'm

not gonna respect I'm not gonna ristic

ristic risk I'm not gonna risk the gum

Brioni forward we're stuck gum Rhian 90

Parker 4 here so basically we're just

going to whittle it down

yeah I think I'll be the smart move here

please do not go into a red oh he's

probably gonna read and posting it no I

think we got it we got with the burn I

think we got with the Braille maybe

maybe burn don't do that much ah that's

rude

would be unfortunate how many co quality

have I've got like nine but we do have

another encounter we could get

relatively soon you kind of mine yeah

No well we got we got a fair amount of

trainers to go through so I think we can

ahead and go back and heal I guess um

actually I don't even need to heal wait

what do we have right now in terms of

we're only have 15 minutes I was a

little a lot longer one didn't well - I

think we're actually glad I probably

should go back and heal I don't want to

moves any broken and the people be like

oh look arises bad and Pokemon guys UK

me keep a pulse a lot alive I mean if

they watched the first solling they

already know that well you know what

times have changed

I've gotten older I've gotten more

knowledge I've gained gained a lot of

experience and I'm just playing good

application oh wait

question hmm actually oh yeah what's he

trade for yeah that's all good I forgot

about the new kid no more lacks trade it

for a pupitar I had a small accident

probably do that trade but I'd even

Blissey I sure don't

Mamoswine oh that's a good trade yeah I

I think that would yeah yeah bro I

remember hopefully if I ever get a blue

sea I remember that because I think it

was the first link where it was like

Nitta ran for Groudon and then we

actually got me man around like the last

episode yeah

or like a second to left and I was like

oh what like I forgot I don't know what

I've wanted to edit we got to remember

stuff like that I got mine good if I

ever gonna actually if I get a snorlax

I'd rather just keep it cuz I think it'd

be a pain the level of pupitar you will

boldest alive it could be alright

you know what I might as well I want to

get some experience before like I'm just

going to battle every like wow they kind

of run into now so that's a spook mean

food well that didn't do anything to you

so I'm gonna go and switch out the

Google guerrilla bull they're such a

this thing okay I just need to wake up

I don't like Magnezone Magnezone needs

to go away forever like my new zoom

Celebi is a beast I forgot don't quit me

please please I've had enough critical

at say thank you

oh no big journeys insights

I sure AM dude this game is like

watching Manama cutie

oh man a lady wants my phone number what

is this is definitely not the real world

in the real world you gotta go get the

phone number

why well it's closer to the real world

for you than me

all right bye VIN and I didn't want to

fight you anyway jerk

so I'm gonna go heal heal up and put my

Pokemon in the PC because you know what

scar chunk hello

it took like two minutes I was like oh

man I Love You guru ball and you're like

about that don't love it too hard well

at least it wasn't our starter I'm over

doing that boys I think so fun oh oh

gooble you're so good I think that's a

good boy I need to do the I didn't deal

all right rock the girl go in the note

box with strange ish oops strange is not

supposed to play if it is you didn't

catch a thing by bad okay

ah why didn't I heal anything right now

why didn't I you I didn't think hard

enough I don't know what I was just so

entertaining for me I don't know if

anyone else enjoys it so people might

like my voice be sure to leave a like so

screen sort of leave a voice your voice

subscribe and screaming out loud don't

you love when there's voicemails I'm

like hello hey how's it goin just

kidding you got a gift you got prank all

I got the fries too good I remember I

used to I used to do that with my

voicemail where like I'll pretend that I

answered the phone and then I God did I

get yeah cuz I did as well but uh then I

was like that's dumb that benefi like

that ah

oh I remember I went back after like

years I have not had it like paying any

attention to my voicemail I looked and

it was like Hello

I got you carrot

hi oh yeah yeah just a generic like you

have failed to call Bevers over phone

number or whatever I don't know well

okay you're gonna get this payback boy

lauric loca brick

god no he is going to destroy he's gonna

be the destroyer of worlds

shucks who's local Tim you're gonna get

there how's my egg doing it doesn't seem

close to hatching that's nice

okay I'm not gonna fight garchomps cuz

they scare me Seussville wait isn't that

where you get the suit no okay but now I

cannot my friendship cuz your master of

karate and friends is a trainer here at

3:00 p.m. 1800 you can get a TA at TM

over here I forgot nice

make sure to get a TM subscribe don't

you CC me dude like we're so focused on

like I like that's an enter I found a

nugget I found good old no you little

nugget I found a little no go oh hello

slow King goodbye oh wait he did for a

second laughs I missed it I got scared

cuz he's ice ball and I heard that I

heard that oh I actually do kinda wanna

get to that focus under that bridge

that'd be pretty nice actually doesn't

really matter though right this is not

just Levin oh wait if we didn't get head

but somehow can we hurry we can get

encounters through a head bubs can we uh

yeah but not like as a static encounter

oh no I know by like for like cities and

you know like headbutt trees in the city

boom exchange if that works but I don't

see why not

okay ah and I'm gonna fight language ooh

the thing is is that I'm kind of worried

if I find one of those fishermen because

like I know one of them has a magic card

or like has like magic cards and uh yeah

one of them is all 15 yeah one is all 15

that could be randomized to like

something random which one is it again

is it does have another deoxys or roll

out is it this one I think so

well glad I'm scared you want me to get

it out yeah I I know I know the one on

the bottom here isn't so I'm gonna

balance and you know ideally I feel like

my team is a little more secure than

yours to be honest

oh wait I know her you know what I like

a freaking Ivysaur Titan is the best

right now so you know I dude Celebes

catching up to tell you I believe I'm

pretty sure it's not I'm pretty honest

I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go for it yes

nice I gambled right good a guess kids

gamble yes just can't go do that

I got so confused by the ascendant don't

like kids gambling what well I can't go

away okay eglise I just want to get you

your kids new phrases I don't know did

he punch I'm gonna go ahead and switch

to Doctor Who

I was super thank you oh that was

beautiful um what are the pelicans 70

and 80 okay extremists we might take it

out all right I'm gonna leave that

Magikarp guys because I'm not gonna

battle them right now definitely not a

good idea I want to give weight we're

walking by them all right we're going

like 20 forest minutes I think I haven't

been running my things I'm a trainer

down oh well I wasn't gonna actually try

to fight him but I guess I'm gonna fight

enough

yeah you know I want to fight magic card

boy I'm not too scared of him but I do

want to heal up first and maybe if I'd

the other one to get some more levels

I want sheku to be able to fight him I

could suck in the jackal I could switch

to Jeff and have him transform into Jeff

and then have Justin I'm gonna do that

whoa oh he doesn't have I just say he

doesn't have transform and also Jeff's

moves are crazy it's just that he has oh

that's true I know it just gets better

I'm gonna see Flair

oh no rhyperior oh wait no I have I have

blood I'm still me how did you

we're getting hurt a little bit here

actually maybe I shouldn't buy magic

card boy I'm gonna go heal again at it

hi medicine diamond be lazy and use up a

potion which I should probably switch it

up because I must a level 17 right now

god yeah please do I was very high level

cuz Lego now look so easy to use Bugsy's

ace is like 19 so you're almost there

I'm gonna heal up now I'm gonna we have

lots to do before Bugsy not too much but

I really have to hurt anymore as long as

I have Celebi it's your favorite Pokemon

Oh long Johnson

oh yeah oh I just remembered I don't

have any pokeballs so I'm glad I didn't

think about going to get an encounter

but I think we'll just save that for the

next what are you having okay alright so

I'm gonna see what it has to be odd I

guess I'm gonna go I'll say that for

off-screen I guess I don't know I don't

know I'm depending I'm kind of I'm like

I guess I can run around while you

battle people and try to hatch my egg I

guess that's what I can do Oh Jory buta

mom yeah I beat all the trainer's I

think this is the last boy except for

magic art boy I haven't beaten him yet

but I'm not gonna fight him IBM he had a

paris i got lucky yeah I am Harrison

wall 15 sweet alright sorry if you want

to end this one off sure okay so don't

do encounter

Jurassic Park book tag [CC] - Duration: 6:27.

Hey guys, it's Kirsti. Welcome back to my

channel and welcome to another tag video!

I...did not intend to do another tag this

soon. Like, I didn't intend to do two tags

basically back-to-back and yet here we

are, because I saw this tag last week and

was like "Holy fucking shit, there's a Jurassic

Park book tag, I have to do this

immediately." So this tag was created by

Hannah at the Tiny Book Dragon and I saw

this on Adrian from Stripped Cover Lit's

channel and I was instantly sold because

reasons. And I will link to both of their

videos down in the description below, so

definitely go and check those out. So

without any further ado, let's get into

the questions. Question number one: what

is your favourite dinosaur? This is going

to be a long and complicated answer

because, like, I'm me. If we are talking

dinosaurs in Jurassic Park, then my

favourite, obviously, is the velociraptors.

I don't know what it is about the raptors,

I just really really love them. I think

they're great.

I think Clever Girl is everything. If

we're talking, like, actual dinosaurs and

not the Spielberg versions, then it's a

tie between Stegosaurus and Triceratops.

I just love them both. I think they're

delightful and wonderful and awe

inspiring and I want one. If we're

talking about pterosaurs - because

pterosaurs are not actually dinosaurs - if

we're talking about pterosaurs, then my

favourite is Quetzalcoatlus, because it is

named after Quetzalcoatl, so obviously I love

it. But also, it is the biggest thing to

have ever flown

so, like, fuck yes. And finally we need to

talk a little bit about Australian

dinosaurs for a second here because, like,

you guys get all the cool shit like

T.rexes and Stegosaurs and Triceratops

and what do we get? We get the Australovenator.

Like, have a look at this smug

bastard. Like, I just... I don't even know

how to deal with this guy right now. We

get the Ozraptor, which is literally

the laziest piece of naming I think I

have ever come across in my entire life.

Like, "Oh where did you find this Raptor?

Mmm, Oz. Let's call it the Ozraptor!"

Are you shitting me?? And finally, the

Qantassaurus. Yeah. We have a dinosaur

that is named after a fucking airline.

Anyway. That was a very very long winded

way of saying that I have a lot of

feelings about dinosaurs. Into the actual

questions that have to do with books.

Question 2: Alan Grant. Name a

character that you think would survive

Jurassic Park. The super duper obvious

answer to this question is Alan Grant,

because he literally survived Jurassic

Park. Like, I just... I- I have to mention

Alan Grant in this case. However, if we're

talking about characters who don't

canonically survive Jurassic Park, then I

think a character who would survive

Jurassic Park

is Katniss Everdeen because, like, if you

can survive the Hunger Games twice and

bring down an evil government, I think

you can probably survive Jurassic Park.

Question 3: Ellie Sattler. Name a

character who is willing to risk their

life to save others. I have three answers

to this question because, like, I'm me.

The most obvious one for me is Harry

Potter. Like, Harry Potter risks his life

time and time and time again to protect

his friends, to protect the people that

he loves. Harry Potter. The second one

that sprang to mind to me is Sybella

from the His Fair Assassin trilogy,

because she literally puts herself in

harm's way and goes back to her family

in order to try and protect people that

she loves. She also, like, literally breaks

her love interest out of prison and

risks her life the whole time that she's

trying to break him out of prison and

then he's injured and she has to, like,

help him get away. She just... she risks her

life a lot for the people that she loves.

And finally the one that brings all of

the feelings with it: Verity from Code

Name Verity. That is all I'm saying

except ow. Question 4: Ian Malcolm. A book

in which you could predict the ending.

Um. Allegiant by Veronica Roth. I know a

lot of people were blown away by the

ending of this book, I know a lot of

people hated the ending of this book. I

thought the ending of this book was

incredibly predictable because the

minute that there was a spit

narration in this book where there

hadn't been a split narration in

previous two books, I was like "Well

obviously a certain thing is going to

happen that means that you can't have

the book solely from one character's

perspective." Like, there is no other

reason to introduce a split narration in

book three than what happened in that

book. Question 5: Dennis Nedry. A

character who is willing to put others

in harm's way for their own benefit.

Levana from the Lunar Chronicles series

by Marissa Meyer because, yeah, she... she

will go to any lengths

necessary to benefit herself and fuck

other people over. Question 6:

Brachiosaurus. A book that took you a

long time to finish. I think the book

that has taken me the longest to finish

ever is The Way We Are [Live] Now by Anthony Trollope,

which took me literally two months to

read and I thought I was never going to

be done with that book. Question 7: T.rex.

A book that you found intimidating but

ended up loving. For this one I'm going

with Bleak House by Charles Dickens

because this thing is a fucking brick and

it's pretty scary to pick up a book this

long and be like "Yeah, I'll give that a

go!" But this book is so good and I love

it so so much and I'm definitely going

to try and reread this sometime this

year, because I need it in my life again.

Question number 8: Velociraptor. Name a

book that is fast paced. And for this one

I have to go with literally anything by

Matthew Reilly. Reading Matthew Reilly's

books is a lot like reading a movie

script. They're just really really

action-packed and really fast paced and

you can speed through them in - I think

I read this one in a day - I mean, I think

I've read most of his books in a day,

because they're just that fast paced and

that gripping and that exciting and, like,

yes, they're completely implausible and

ridiculous and you don't entirely know

what you're reading half the time. But

they're just really really fun and fast

paced and did I mention that they're fast

paced? They're fast paced. Question 9:

Pterodactyl. A book that flew you to

another world. In this case, I'm

interpreting the question very literally.

The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet by

Becky Chambers, in which the Wayfarer

literally flies you to other worlds and

everything about it is wonderful. And

question 10: Triceratops.

Tag three people. I don't know of anybody else,

I don't think, who has read Jurassic Park

and loved it as much as I do and also

has a YouTube channel. So I'm going to pick

three people who I think possibly like

dinosaurs or science or sci-fi or

something? I don't even know. I'm just

picking three people. Chelsea the Reading

Outlaw, Whitney from WittyNovels and

Lianne from Literary Diversions. I want to

see your answers to this tag. Anybody

else who wants to this, consider yourself

tagged because reasons. Thank you guys so

much for watching, I love all your faces and

I will see you on Friday. Bye guys.

This Video Exposes The Lie We Live

I often ask people, What would you be doing if there was no such thing as money? Some

people will answer along the lines of, That would be impossible to fathom or look at

me as if Im crazy without realizing how trapped within the system that they have become.

Would the fry cook at McDonalds still be making french fries if there was no such thing

as money? Probably not, but he or she might be doing something in the culinary arts field

or in agriculture to help feed others.

If you take money out of the equation, it will give you a good idea of why youre

here and what you should be doing with your life. Many people will say, If there was

no such thing as money, then Id travel a lot or they might say, Id party

all day but after traveling and partying, most people would eventually want to do something

the contributes to society.

If there was no such thing as money, Id grow a large fruit orchard with a sign next

to it that said something along the lines of, Help yourself and if you know someone

who is hungry, grab some for them too. Id also like to work with children in helping

them to find their true, divine reason(s) for being here.

We dont need money because that makes us economic slaves to a broken system of fiat

currency. What we need are ideas such as the The Venus Project, Ubuntu, or The Global Unity

Project to come to fruition, where EVERYONE can live in abundance and prosperity without

the need for economic subservience and slavery.

Who else is tired of being a slave to a broken system? Who else feels the pain of those who

are starving and homeless? Certainly not those who control this planet.

The following video and commentary was created by Spencer Cathcart and tells of the truth

we see everyday but rarely think about.

Its time to write a new script!

The Lie We Live

At this moment you could be anywhere, doing anything. Instead you sit alone before a screen.

So whats stopping us from doing what we want? Being where we want to be?

Each day we wake up in the same room and follow the same path, to live the same day as yesterday.

Yet at one time each day was a new adventure. Along the way something changed. Before our

days were timeless, now our days are scheduled.

Is this what it means to be grown up? To be free? But are we really free?

Food, water, land.

The very elements we need to survive are owned by corporations. Theres no food for us

on trees, no freshwater in streams, no land to build a home. If you try and take what

the Earth provides youll be locked away. So we obey their rules.

We discover the world through a textbook. For years we sit and regurgitate what were

told. Tested and graded like subjects in a lab. Raised not to make a difference in this

world, raised to be no different. Smart enough to do our job but not to question why we do

it. So we work and work, left with no time to live the life we work for. Until a day

comes when we are too old to do our job. It is here we are left to die. Our children take

our place in the game.

To us, our path is unique, but together we are nothing more than fuel. The fuel that

powers the elite. The elite who hide behind the logos of corporations. This is their world.

And their most valuable resource is not in the ground. It is us.

We build their cities, we run their machines, we fight their wars. After all, money isnt

what drives them. Its power. Money is simply the tool they use to control us. Worthless

pieces of paper we depend on to feed us, move us, entertain us.

They gave us money and in return we gave them the world. Where there were trees that cleaned

our air are now factories that poison it. Where there was water to drink, is toxic waste

that stinks. Where animals ran free, are factory farms where they are born and slaughtered

endlessly, for our satisfaction. Over a billion people are starving, despite us having enough

food for everybody. Where does it all go? 70% of the grain we grow is fed to fatten

the animals you eat for dinner. Why help the starving? You cant profit off them.

We are like a plague sweeping the earth, tearing apart the very environment that allows us

to live. We see everything as something to be sold, as an object to be owned. But what

happens when we have polluted the last river? Poisoned the last breath of air? Have no oil

for the trucks that bring us our food? When will we realize money cant be eaten, that

it has no value?

We arent destroying the planet. We are destroying all life on it. Every year thousands

of species go extinct. And time is running out before were next. If you live in America

theres a 41% chance youll get cancer. Heart disease will kill one out of three Americans.

We take prescription drugs to deal with these problems, but medical care is the third leading

cause of death behind cancer and heart disease. Were told everything can be solved by throwing

money at scientists so they can discover a pill to make our problems go away. But the

drug companies and cancer societies rely on our suffering to make a profit. We think were

running for a cure, but really were running away from the cause. Our body is a product

of what we consume and the food we eat is designed purely for profit. We fill ourselves

with toxic chemicals. The bodies of animals infested with drugs and diseases. But we dont

see this. The small group of corporations that own the media dont want us to. Surrounding

us with a fantasy were told is reality.

Its funny to think humans once thought the earth was the center of the universe.

But then again, now we see ourselves as the center of the planet. We point to our technology

and say were the smartest. But do computers, cars, and factories really illustrate how

intelligent we are? Or do they show how lazy weve become. We put this civilized

mask on. But when you strip that away what are we?

How quickly we forget only within past hundred years did we allow women to vote; allow blacks

to live as equals. We act as if we are all-knowing beings, yet there is much we fail to see.

We walk down the street ignoring all the little things. The eyes who stare. The stories they

share. Seeing everything as a background to me.

Perhaps we fear were not alone. That we are a part of a much bigger picture. But we

fail to make the connection. Were okay killing pigs, cows, chickens, strangers from

foreign lands. But not our neighbors, not our dogs, our cats, those we have come to

love and understand. We call other creatures stupid yet we point to them to justify our

actions. But does killing simply because we can, because we always have, make it right?

Or does it show how little weve learned. That we continue to act out of primal aggression

rather than thought and compassion.

One day, this sensation we call life will leave us. Our bodies will rot, our valuables

recollected. Yesterdays actions all that remain. Death constantly surrounds us, still

it seems so distant from our everyday reality. We live in a world on the verge of collapse.

The wars of tomorrow will have no winners. For violence will never be the answer; it

will destroy every possible solution.

If we all look at our innermost desire, we will see our dreams are not so different.

We share a common goal. Happiness. We tear the world apart looking for joy, without ever

looking within ourselves. Many of the happiest people are those who own the least. But are

we really so happy with our iPhones, our big houses, our fancy cars?

Weve become disconnected. Idolizing people weve never met. We witness the extraordinary

on screens but ordinary everywhere else. We wait for someone to bring change without ever

thinking of changing ourselves.

Presidential elections might as well be a coin toss. Its two sides of the same coin.

We choose which face we want and the illusion of choice, of change is created. But the world

remains the same. We fail to realize the politicians dont serve us; they serve those who fund

them into power.

We need leaders, not politicians. But in this world of followers, we have forgotten to lead

ourselves. Stop waiting for change and be the change you want to see. We didnt get

to this point by sitting on our asses. The human race survived not because we are fastest

or the strongest, but because we worked together.

We have mastered the act of killing. Now lets master the joy of living.

This isnt about saving the planet. The planet will be here whether we are or not.

Earth has been around for billions of years, each of us will be lucky to last eighty. We

are a flash in time, but our impact is forever.

I often wished I lived in an age before computers, when we didnt have screens to distract

us.

But I realize theres one reason why this is the only time I want to be alive. Because

here today, we have an opportunity we never had before. The internet gives us the power

to share a message and unite millions around the world. While we still can we must use

our screens to bring us together, rather than farther apart.

For better or worse, our generation will determine the future of life on this planet. We can

either continue to serve this system of destruction until no memory of our existence remains or

we can wake up. Realize we arent evolving upwards, but rather falling downwe just

have screens in our faces so we dont see where were heading.

This present moment is what every step, every breath and every death has led to. We are

the faces of all who came before us. And now it is our turn. You can choose to carve your

own path or follow the road countless others have already taken.

Life is not a movie. The script isnt already written. We are the writers.

This is Your Story, Their Story, Our Story.

A propòsit d'Europa - València - Europa - Duration: 10:25.

The way I see it, Europe, as a concept...

is becoming more uniform.

I mean, a territory that used to bring together...

a series of countries, cultures and languages...

is slowly heading in one single direction.

In a way, we are losing that diversity.

Partly, due to territorial reorganization...

And also...

due to the globalization of a culture...

that is...

being flooded...

by...

the United States.

That has an effect on everything.

The little differences become more and more...

invisible.

And that, among other things, means...

languages are disappearing.

And not just the death of languages...

it's not just a language that disappears...

For example, take French...

a very strong language...

that isn't going to disappear...

but there are more and more...

words.

You can tell, anglicisms are being added to the language...

and are becoming normal.

Dictionaries include words that don't belong to the language...

words with roots that have nothing to do with Latin.

But...

they are included.

They are included and...

and then they settle in.

And that...

has an effect on...

the way language is structured, on our ideas and on everything.

Valencia-Europe.

Valencia is a mix of different peoples.

It's surrounded by fields.

The land is flat, and the people, humble.

The people coexist with...

a sort of mafia inherited from Franco's regime...

that was renewed by...

the government in power over the last 20 years.

But Valencia is also happiness...

and there is a strong presence of communal celebrations, etc.

Valencia is, in a way...

a city that has always been open...

to receiving other things, especially the common people.

It's been open to many traditions and heritages...

from places like the North of Africa, the North of Europe...

South America, America, etc.

That's what Valencia is for me...

a place with...

vitality, enthusiasm...

a place where many things can coexist.

Valencia has a sort of...

punk or rebellious spirit...

that persists.

Here, life isn't just about work...

about exchanging money...

there are also neighbourhood associations still functioning.

Valencia has no river.

It has a river without water.

I think that's a good metaphor for what Valencia is.

Life in Paris is very different to life in Valencia.

For example, I noticed the difference...

The difference between districts isn't as drastic there.

First of all because, architecturally speaking, Paris is very uniform.

So in Paris' old town...

there is a certain consistency in the buildings, right?

Whereas here, if you leave the Carmen district...

and cross the river it´s another story.

There, there are extremes...

Here, you don't see such glaring opposites.

I mean, there are complete opposites.

But I think...

that high standard of living...

I think I had never encountered...

that kind of...

wealth.

The way I see it, in Paris there is also a...

strategy...

that targets tourism of a certain kind of level...

and is aimed at preserving the heritage.

Therefore, there is a need for an image...

that is related to...

to a certain history.

While here, in a way...

they have tried to encourage...

on the one hand, real estate...

that is totally speculative...

and targets people with low incomes.

I mean...

that's the market they've encouraged.

The idea was to earn money fast.

And they haven't done it...

in a way that...

that takes the community into account,

nor the city.

And they have also tried to...

I mean, while the Paris brand...

is related to history...

to a certain type of tourism...

Here they tried to...

create a brand...

based on something that didn't exist...

looking to attract a different type of tourism.

I think that the tourist that spends five days in Valencia...

wouldn't even know about Valencia's fields.

In fact...

I think that a tourist coming to Valencia thinks it's a beach city...

rather than an agricultural city.

And that's not true.

So, I mean...

Someone visiting the city...

if they even go to the old town...

they only visit the market for a bit.

They don't walk around the Carmen district...

because they only go to la Plaza de la Virgen.

And...

that's about it.

Because, I mean...

in some places, the message...

for tourists is...

"Come and immerse yourself in our culture,

in our past", in what you can see and all that.

Here the message is...

"Come and get a tan, and drink...

it's cheap."

It's sun and paella.

and the City of Arts and Sciences...

It's the brand...

the Valencia brand.

But...

the Valencia brand isn't Valencian culture.

Well...

I think that in the future, Valencia...

will be...

what we want it to be.

It's also a special and important moment for Valencia...

because, in a way, the city has to live up to...

its longstanding tradition of resistance...

and it´s ability to function without institutional support.

I mean, I don't think all of a sudden we should all...

get in line and live off the support of the institutions.

I get that many who have been working without security for a long time...

really need it.

But...

The way I see it, precariousness isn't a temporary state...

limited to when PP is in power.

So when governments who are more like us are elected

we should all just live off them.

Instead, we should find a way for those two sides to coexist.

So that institutions and public governments...

work towards what the streets are demanding...

But the streets, on their part...

have to put pressure on them, organize and...

demand...

measures that allow us to lead better lives...

in a less capitalist way.

In that sense...

I think...

a possible solution that is quite visible...

could be gentrification at a cultural level.

I mean...

by offering lots of recreational activities...

where the people who handle money...

linked to certain sponsors, mainly institutions...

or connected to beer brands, etc.

and where the people who somehow generate culture or who...

offer their work...

end up being disregarded in the sense that...

in the sense that...

we can always further our career autonomously.

If Valencia wants to become a model of cultural exploitation...

that turns its back on...

for example on the traditions there are here...

that turns its back on the people from Valencia's field.

To sort of mythologize the fields, fields-museums...

and so on in all the...

areas of popular Valencian culture.

A company has recently started making local traditional shoes...

at way higher prices, designer made, blah blah blah...

In Valencia there used to be an underground know-how...

that coexisted despite the shady and corrupt institutions...

And now that distance is...

getting shorter, and people...

social entrepreneurs...

who are...

people who introduce capitalism where it wasn't before...

now have the room to spread throughout Valencia.

That being said, in Valencia...

there's always been a tradition of resistance...

that's quite strong and quite independent from...

from what goes on at the politics at the top.

So, well, I think...

I would like it to persist and to...

exist as well.

social entrepreneurs...

who are...

people who introduce capitalism where it wasn't before...

now have the room to spread throughout Valencia.

That being said, in Valencia...

there's always been a tradition of resistance...

that's quite strong and quite independent from...

from what goes on at the politics at the top.

So, well, I think...

I would like it to persist and to...

exist as well.

What is Ehlers-Danlos-Syndrome like on my body? #ThisIsMyEDS - Duration: 21:38.

Good day, dear humans.

[Intro music]

This video will be about one off my illnesses

that's the Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

I will shorten that to EDS in this video

so when i say EDS, I always mean Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

On the channel Annie Elainey, which I will also link to in the description

you will find the youtuber who started

the hashtag

that's called #thisIsMyEDS

so, this is my EDS.

This hashtag is about

showing how different the experiences

of people who have EDS can be.

EDS is a wide spectrum.

Some people with EDS have hardly any impairments

other people with EDS are severely disabled.

Type and severity of the impairments are just very different

depending on which body parts are affected

and what the individual presentation of EDS is like.

To go with the hashtag, Annie has

created a list of questions

I will now read those questions and answer them.

I have never done this before

I have no idea, maybe it will be totally boring

But...

Here goes. [laughs]

The first question is:

Introduce yourself.

Name, pronouns and EDS type.

I am Lian

which you maybe

could already tell from the name of my youtube channel

uhm, my pronouns are "it"

So i'm "it", not "he" or "she" (Note: German has no "they" pronouns)

My EDS type is hEDS, that's hypermobile EDS

That means my joints can a little bit...

dislocate and bend in unusual ways

I can do party tricks like this

I don't know if you can see this very well

I can push my thumb to my arm

And i can just pull my shoulders out of the socket

Second question: First things first, in one word, how are you feeling today?

First things first?

That's the second question.

The second question is not first!

[sighs]

In one word?

How am I today?

A danger to the public?

Is that a condition?

I am feeling... dangerous to the public?

[laughs]

I am dangerous to the public. (In German it's 1 word!)

[laughs] I've already almost set fire to my apartment twice today, so

Hail to smoke detectors

and today I'm not touching anything else that can break [laughs]

or that I could forget

and that can then cause fire

That has already been more than one word again

[laughs]

Third question: For those who don't know, can you explain EDS (medically) in a sentence?

Maybe?

EDS is...

a genetic weakness of the connective tissue

that can affect different organs

for example skin, joints

or blood vessels and organs.

I don't know if this was very understandable now, so

I'll prefer to give a few examples now as well

If the skin is affected, this shows

in that it is relatively elastic but also fragile

that scar tissue doesn't form correctly

and that wound healing can take longer.

If joints are affected

it looks like my joints

they're hypermobile.

they can be dislocated easily,

and move in directions they should not move in.

This is not always as obvious as the things

that I just showed, sometimes the movements

that are out of order are rather small

and can cause strong pain anyway.

If the blood vessels or organs are affected

this can cause them to be very fragile

4th question: What's your favorite analogy for how EDS feels?

Or what EDS is like?

To be honest I've never described that with an analogy

[laughs]

For my EDS type, hypermobile EDS

I'd probably say: Skeleton puzzle

because I just have to push all my bones

back into their correct positions all the time

Often I notice that something hurts

For example in my hand's it's quite frequent

and then i have for example

this is such a place or down here

and

then I have to randomly press it

until it goes Crack and the bones that were out of place

in this case, the carpal bones,

until they are back in their right place.

I also quite often look up

I look for x rays on the internet

or skeleton animations

to see what those bones look like

and what the hell is just happening there

So I know in which direction I have to push

[laughs] to make it hurt less again!

So I know every bone in my body personally.

Not necessarily by name, but I know all of them personally.

because I just know where every single bone belongs

and where it doesn't belong [laughs]

5th question: What are your symptoms and comorbid illnesses?

My EDS symptoms are mainly chronic joint pain

and joint instability

I also have rather fragile skin

that means that something like

wearing sandals without socks, that's just impossible

Because the skin will be gone immediately

And I do mean: Immediately. [laughs]

In addition, I have POTS

that is: postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome!

that means when I sand or sit upright

my heart starts beating a lot faster

because, yes, my autonomous nervous system is just

not really good

at regulating my heart frequency and blood pressure.

that means when I am standing

or sitting with my legs on the floor

then I get dizzy very quickly

and I may even pass out sometimes.

POTS commonly goes together with EDS

they're a rather neat double act.

Here's also a list what other conditions you could have

I'm just looking through all those [laughs]

uhm...

POTS belongs in the category dysautonomia

Dysautonomia is the umbrella term for

all dysfunctions of the autonomous nervous system

The autonomous nervous system controls stuff like

temperature regulation

pulse frequency, blood pressure,

but also the movements of intestines, digestion and stuff like that.

For me, my temperature regulation is

I wanted to say: busted

but in reality it's just nonexistent [laughs]

So...

I always have to adjust perfectly how much

of my body surface I have to cover

and where I will place addtional heat sources

it's impossible.

I'm constantly fidgeting around like

jacket on, jacket off

wrist brace on, wrist brace off, because they are also warm

electric pillow on, electric pillow off

socks on, socks off, [laughs] scarf on, scarf off,

and then maybe it's a bit too warm anyway

and uuuugh.

I just notice 1 or 2 degrees temperature difference immediately.

and then I have to adjust accordingly.

[laughs] My body just doesn't do it.

Because of that, I also practically can't shower

like other people can

because as soon as I get my upper body wet

my temperature regulation just...

goes wild and

then I get so hot while I'm in the shower

and as soon as I turn off the water I get so cold

And freeze to death

and, aaaah, it just doesn't stop, it's so terrible

Because of that I need to use special

techniques to get myself clean

[laughs]

that don't include pouring water over my upper body.

[sighs] Additionally, I have this

allergy problem, as I've been calling it until now

which is probably a mast cell disorder

which is also relatively common with EDS

that means I just get allergic reactions to pretty much anything

even though I don't have an allergy in the classical sense.

But that's a subject where I'm still just

looking for diagnosis and treatment

which is why I don't want to say so much about it yet.

but only when I know

what exactly is going on.

Altogether, my symptoms mean for me

that I'm very disabled

I mean I'm completely unable to work

I can barely manage my housework, my everyday life with

doctor's appointments and occupational therapy and feeding the cats

and [laughs] vacuum cleaning...

for me, that's already so much

and I don't even really have the energy

to do things that I would really really like to do

like essential hobbies, or

communicating with people, or... going outside

I mean there's just no room for nonsense like

going to work

My biggest physical impairments

beside the chronic exhaustion

are, on the one hand, my mobility impairment

which at the moment is such

that I can walk a few metres, I guess I have about

100 metres that I can walk per day.

that means, walk back and forth in my apartment 10 times

and that's that.

After that, there's not so much walking any more

it's more like...

Crawling

But even those 100 metres that I can use

are very painful for me and

in a nutshell,

well, walking is just not so much my thing any more.

[laughs] Yes.

Additionally, I have a severe

impairment of my hands

because they're just super super sensitive

and even light straining can just cause

the bones in my palm to dislocate, those

metacarpal bones

This wrist is fucked up anyway

The elbows...

The shoulders... [laughs]

So I can hardly

write, I mean with a pen or something, I used to love to draw

but I just can't do it any more because

if I hold a pen for 2 minutes, that just hurts so much.

I can't open jars, because gripping like that,

this movement is just...

Lightning strike through the wrist

So, my hands just have me

scream in sudden pain several times per day

that's just my normal

You make one thoughtless movement

grip the door handle and then you're lying screaming on the floor [laughs]

I always laugh about that because it's just so

ridiculous, how my body keeps epically failing

Furthermore, I have

some problem or other with my uterus

which is probably endometriosis

but I am avoiding this laparoscopy because

aaaaah, hospital and stuff

This problem with my uterus

is that when I'm menstruating

I have extreme pain

and by extreme, I mean:

I've passed out from this pain before

which actually was a quite interesting experience

because I was thinking like wow, this is strong this is strong

and somehow I was aware, like okay,

this is just about the strongest pain that I know

and then I came to on the floor.

[laughs]

So, now I know rather exactly where my pain level 10 lies.

At least that.

6th question: How does EDS impact your daily life?

As I already said, I can't work

My daily life is one big disaster...

[sighs]

uhm...

On many days, I spend a lot of time in bed

because i often just can't sleep properly due to the pain

and then i just lie in bed for a long long time and try to SLEEP

or I'm just too tired to get up and

yeah

So, on many days I'm just more or less

living in bed.

I can't do many things any more that are actually important to me

For example, at the moment with the bad wheelchair that I have

I can barely leave the house

I mean it's good enough to do the necessary things

grocery shopping, doctor's appointment and such

But i need air

I'm that kind of person, I need to be outside

I just need that

wind in my face and

some rain

I had to give up many of my hobbies, I mean

most of them

or at least reduce them a lot

I had to adjust myself to

this level, that's just what I have now and

that I will stay at for the time being.

Then, it also says here: How often are you in the hospital?

Never?

No!

[singing] No!

No!

I don't go to the hospital!

Aaaaaah.

No really.

I hate hospitals.

Indeed it sometimes happens

that I visit the ER because of something acute

usually I get sent home after 5 hours

because they couldn't find anything wrong with me

or rather, I send myself home

They always want to keep me overnight "just to be sure"

But longer hospital stays

those I avoid like the plague...

So far, this has fortunately worked

because I've never had a bigger acute injury

and because I've never urgently

needed to have any surgeries

There are a few things that I should... maye.... eventually.... have done

but I hate hospitals!

Did I just cut my nose?

[laughs]

I don't think so, it's not bleeding.

How often do you injure yourself, how do you prevent injuries?

You probably know

my wrist braces

Hopefully I'll soon be getting a better model

with customized fit

But yes, they are

oooh, that's good [laughs]

Ah, that's really good!

[laughs]

Yes.

I love my wrist braces.

Especially when sleeping, I put them on to avoid myself

getting into weird positions and then

fucking everything up

I also use a wheelchair

and I just have to forgo many, many activities

and get help accordingly

Naturally it's rather difficult

to adjust to this

because it's also like...

yes, it's so disenchanting

Because all those dreams that you had

about what things you would be doing sometime, that's all...

pffffrt.

And in this ableist society that makes you

fight for every little bit of

help and support

it makes it super hard

to be okay with that.

But altogether I have to say

It doesn't even depress me so much.

Of course, it was a kind of re-orientation and

every now and then I have to consider, what's important,

and what can I kick out, with what can I get help

But in the end it's just good for me to

take care of my body and myself like this

That was it for the first part,

the other 2 parts will come

in 2 other videos

So...

See you around!

Bye!

Beautiful Cut - Hereworth School New Zealand - Duration: 3:56.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

I'm Rob Murray, an operator of Planet Turf 2012 Limited.

We're a family run business, between myself and my partner

Amber, we run the business together.

Amber is solely in charge of the grounds here at Hereworth.

The school's called Hereworth School,

it's an independent, fully independent boys school.

It's one of the only ones in the North Island.

I've been at the school, based at the school, for nine years.

So when we first got here, when I first got here

there was a lot here that we inherited.

It sits on 6 hectares.

4 hectares of that is sports turf.

And then, and then there's some amenity turf areas.

And a few lawns and things around.

Yeah, there's a lot of mowing here.

There'd be anywhere between three or four days a week

of full-time mowing.

I try and start early.

And then get a bit of mowing done in and around the school

using the loud machinery around the school

while the kids aren't in class.

And then we're out, basically away from the school down

in this area.

Just, there's a few bit of timing and management

that comes into it.

But this morning, we get a lot of heavy [INAUDIBLE].

And as I said before, we need to be mowing when we can,

early in the morning, late at night.

Weather it's been raining, and that's

the biggest point of difference, I've found.

Yeah, as far as I'm aware, from the miles

that I've had experience on.

There's not a lot of catch in [INAUDIBLE] that

will cut in the [INAUDIBLE] and catch, so.

That's important for us.

Yeah, and as you can see, the school's got a lot of variables

as far as terrain.

So, we've got a lot of flat areas,

got a lot of rougher areas.

We've got quite a few hills and undulations through the school

as well.

So it's cutting a lot of different terrains, which is

quite important for us as well.

It's just one mower to do one job.

Which, you know, from experience working on a golf course,

we might have two or three different mowers

to do two or three different jobs.

So for us it's good.

We can go out and cut for the whole day

without having to come back and swap a mower.

Or earn overtime hours I'm not interested in earning.

Two or three different mowers for two or three

different jobs.

So, yeah, versatility is massive for us.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

We need to be using the mower as much as we can,

as often as we can.

And if we're having to pack it up,

because it's wet or we're coming back to pack it up

because we have go and we have to grab another mower,

or we have to hand-mow an area, it's

costing us time and ultimately money.

But the school is a beautiful campus to work on, definitely.

And it, you know, polishes up really nice.

Amber and I talk quite a bit about the fact

that we finish the day, we can look over our shoulder

and look at what we've done.

And it's quite a rewarding job, doing what we do,

because we're getting constant success.

A lot of jobs that you do, you can't really gauge that success

on a daily basis.

We can do it hourly, you know, turn around

we've got this beautifully cut lawn.

And it keeps you going through the day, actually.

It's great.

From a personal point of view, they

are actually quite an enjoyable mower to use.

And very nimble and--

as I say, I mean, they do a great--

it's a great quality of cut.

So it gives you a lot of satisfaction.

Just daily using it.

Nose Shave Biopsy Results in a Brown Noser | Auburn Medical Group - Duration: 4:46.

hey thanks for joining us this is my

friend Jerry and he comes in with some

skin lesions we're gonna evaluate we're

gonna be able to get a biopsy of this

things growing on your nose that

sometimes you can scratch off yeah but

this one on your ear how long has it

been growing at least a year okay when

we do things last had it looked at and

had it frozen it's been about a year had

it frozen seemed to respond to getting

frozen but for a short time

something grew back yeah so in my

estimation and I showed the picture to

dr. Dwayne we agree it looks like a type

of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma

skin cancer not the bad type of skin

cancer like malignant melanoma the

spreads everywhere it doesn't look like

that but should be operated further

we'll refer you to dr. crowler who's

done work on some of our patients and is

that actually on a video doing a

procedure not to it like he would

probably do for this so we'll

communicate with them and find out about

getting me set up with them as far as

lesion on the nose we don't know for

sure we're going to shave it off and

send it off and get some pathology back

do you mind if I put in the description

in the video the results okay now help

people this is okay and we'll tell you

first important okay all right you ready

okay just hold still because this is bad

I'll just stay out of province bad I

don't know how you're holding that still

I think at this point it might start to

be getting a little less painful a

little more tolerable not that bad hmm

well we are using some buffer in the

medicine so it's not as stinky tiny tiny

needle I inject slowly because it hurts

less if you inject slowly some people

have this idea that the priority is get

the anesthetic and as quick as they can

so it'll start numbing and you've

probably done this before that hurts

when they do that I had that done to me

once so you've got to be white area on

the tip of your nose from the medicine

that's in it called epinephrine which we

used to know yeah yeah yeah because it

pushes the blood out and closes the

blood vessels a little bit let me switch

hands on this now this is the worst part

of this that's right worst part of this

is you can completely see what I'm doing

we'll worry that close

slips kind of hold the nose steady with

the forceps

the crab

I will have to have you close your eyes

for this part cuz I don't want this that

it dries whatever it touches okay let's

see how it's coming here you can

actually open your eyes and we're going

to have you in order to get some that

powder off actually close your eye while

I have you turn onto your right side so

this is just going to kind of flake off

onto the paper or not you kind of yeah

you already got the X rays go ahead and

sit up sideways or sideways move

sideways and sit up let me flick some of

that spot a blood off

so the idea of this is so that you don't

have to have band-aid that you're just

going to keep bleeding into right and

it'll flake off as a scab would we have

some discharge instructions for taking

care of it after you get out hey guys

thanks so much for watching I wanted to

let you know that Jerry will be back in

the next video for getting that lesion

completely removed I spoke with the

surgeon

I spoke with Jerry and the agreement was

that we would actually do a shave biopsy

in our office we'll explain it in the

future video so be sure to watch that I

do need to thank Lindsay antwine booboo
