Atletico Madrid willing to reimburse Diego Costa's Chelsea fines once they complete £40m move

ATLETICO MADRID are reportedly plotting to reimburse Diego Costa's Chelsea fines once he completes his return to Spain.

Radio station Onda Cero claims the striker is hopeful of rejoining Atletico before the month is out and will be compensated for being out of pocket following a bust-up with Antonio Conte.

The striker has already been fined two weeks wages for staying in Brazil. Costa is currently AWOL at Chelsea after being cut from the first-team squad soon after last seasons title win.

The striker is back home in Brazil and is refusing to return to London, prompting the Blues to already fine him two week's wages worth £300,000.

However, Costa is adamant he won't leave his family just to train with kids and insists he wants a reunion with Diego Simeone in the Spanish capital. Atletico have so far refused to get involved in the feud between Costa and Chelsea.

But they are now growing confident of completing a deal worth £40million, even though the Blues want closer to £50m.

And Atleti are even ready to clear Costa of his Chelsea debts once the move is confirmed, with their transfer ban the only issue preventing him from joining already.

Diego Simeone is keen on a reunion with Costa.

The striker has had a fallout with Antonio Conte.

Speaking to the Mail, Costa said: "I've said: 'If the manager doesn't want me, the team I want to go to is Atletico Madrid.' I have rejected other offers. They want to sell me to China or other teams.

"If I'm off, I'm going to the club I want to go to – not the club that's paying the most. I want the deal with Atletico resolved this month.

"My idea would be to go to Madrid, train there, get in the best physical shape and be ready to fire ahead of the World Cup.

It is very clear. I have always had a bond with him. The fans and people love me there. They see me as a person and a footballer.".

Costa insists Atletico is the only club he wants to join this summer.

Costa believes Conte has no charisma and a poor relationship with his players.

And going by Meltzer's main event star ratings for the last three days, it's made him more

broken than Matt Hardy in an Intellectual Property legal dispute.

Tanahashi vs Naito received 5 stars, the third encounter of Omega and Okada got 6, and the

final between Omega and Naito was another rating-breaking 5.75.

Perhaps by 2019…

Daniel Bryan Wrestling Return 'A Fact' ...Daniel Bryan will be in there having 8

star matches of his own.

Bryan was forced to retire from wrestling early last year because of multiple concussions

and a brain lesion that had caused seizures.

He was only 34.

Bryan has made it no secret he wishes to return to the ring, though, confident that he can

wrestle again without putting his health in danger.

In an interview with Sports Illustrated in June, he said he's "working on" a wrestling

return, and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted in March that Bryan "was rushed"

into a retirement speech by Vince McMahon - with many concussion specialists medically

clearing him - and he's been working on a new in-ring style that would lower the risk

to his body.

During a Talking Smack segment earlier this year, where The Miz made fun of Bryan for

not being able to wrestle anymore, Daniel replied "we'll see in 18 months time"

- which is when his WWE contract is up.

Going by his real-life wife Brie Bella's interview with the From the Top Rope podcast,

that's still the plan: "...I told Bryan, 'You do have a daughter,

so always remember that.

But if the doctors finally give you the green light,' I go, 'Go!

This is your dream and passion.

You have one life to live and I will never hold you back'...if WWE doesn't allow it,

then I said, 'Go somewhere else.

It's all on you.'

Obviously he would love to be able to get back in that WWE ring, but I know for a fact

my husband is going to find his way back to the ring.

He honestly is."

Brie revealed that Bryan has been undergoing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, which is "the

medical use of oxygen at an ambient pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, and therapeutic

recompression for decompression illness-"...they use high-pressure oxygen to treat brain injuries.

The therapy seems to be very promising, as Bryan has been been treated 40 times already,

and Brie now supports his in-ring return because of it.

Ric Flair In Critical Condition TMZ are reporting that Ric Flair is still

in critical condition after being hospitalised last weekend, citing a social media post from

his fiancee Wendy Barlow.

"I took Ric to the hospital Friday night with Severe Abdominal pain.

From that moment on it all seems like a nightmare...multiple Organ problems...he is still in critical condition.

And no he did not have Colon Surgery...It was another Surgery."

The Wrestling Observer notes Flair is on kidney dialysis and "there are other medical issues,

including an infection that, at least as of 8/13, that had not been diagnosed, that he

was dealing with."

A VAN has crashed into a crowd of people in central Barcelona in an apparent terror attack with reports of a hostage situation involving two armed men at a nearby restaurant.

Spanish police said several people were injured in the "massive crash" on Las Ramblas – a wide boulevard in a tourist area of the city. A white van suspected of ploughing into pedestrians in Las Ramblas, Barcelona.

Where is Las Ramblas in Barcelona?. Las Ramblas is a street in central Barcelona filled with stalls and shops – one of the city's top tourist destinations.

People walk down a wide, pedestrianised path in the centre of the street, but cars can travel on either side.

Las Ramblas is approximately 1. 2 kilometres long with Port Vell – near the cruise port terminal – at the Southern most end and Plaça Catalunya at the northern most end. What happened during the terror attack in the district?.

People have been told to avoid the area as emergency services react to a serious incident in the Spanish city. Metro lines have been shut and shoppers and pedestrians have been seen running into buildings as armed police flooded the area.

Testimonies suggest the van careered into pedestrians as they crossed the road. Police have confirmed that the massive crash involved a white van mounting the pavement. They are treating the crash as a terror attack.

TERROR group Al-Qaeda is urging its supporters to derail trains to cause massive loss of life and "instil fear" among travellers.

The Islamist organisation laid out its vile plans in an article titled Train Derail Operations in the latest issue of its magazine Inspire. The detailed 19-page tutorial uses the US as an example target.

The article claims securing thousands of miles of track in the UK was "practically impossible" and attacks would cause "great damage and destruction".

The terrorist group offered to show how to make a derail tool and said any attacks would force Governments to impose the airport-style security measures on rail travellers.

In 2004, terrorists linked with Al-Qaeda murdered 191 in Madrid, Spain after planting ten bombs on commuter trains. The threat is understood to being taken seriously by British and American intelligence agencies who are said to be "working closely" to combat it.

Would-be killers are told: It is time we instil fear and make them impose strict security measure to trains as they did with their Air [sic] transportation.

The detailed 19-page tutorial uses the US as an example target but stresses that the UK and France are also good targets because of their long stretches of unguarded railways.

Al-Qaeda murdered 191 in Madrid, Spain after planting ten bombs on commuter trains in 2004.

The author says the motivation for targeting trains is so that Islamist terrorists might continue to bleed the American economy to more losses, increase the psychological warfare and make it worry, fear and weaken much more.

Followers of the group are urged to study train schedules and time the deployment of their obstacles to match certain trains. The chilling instructions even included a detailed map of US railways and highlighted busy passenger routes.

The Inspire article stresses that a single follower could derail several trains in repeated attacks. The New York Police Departments counter-terrorism department quickly responded to the call on Twitter.

They said they were already aware of the threats and stressed that their robust defence apparatus was designed to protect railways.

A CARETAKER accused of biting an elderly woman to death has been charged with murder, cops announced.

The victim, was discovered lying in a pool of blood on May 11, claimed Jennifer Lea Collins, 55, of Mammoth Spring, Arkansa, had bitten and beaten her, according to investigators.

Jennifer Lea Collins is accused of biting the pensioner to death in May of this year in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. Police records said the victim had "part of her chin bitten off.

They also said, "she had also been bitten on the face, hand, arm, leg, and the nipple of the victim's left breast had been bitten off. The victim died from her injuries on May 18.

"After carefully reviewing the evidence in this case, including a review of the autopsy and consultation with the Crime Lab Medical Examiner, I decided that the upgrade in charges was warranted," Third Judicial Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce said.

Collins also faces charges of abuse of an endangered or impaired person, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, Boyce said. Murder in the second degree is a Class A felony meaning Collins could be sentenced 6 to 30 years in prison if convicted.

Cops said the victim had been bitten on the face, hand, arm, leg, and the nipple of the victim's left breast had been bitten off.

Collins smelled of alcohol and was acting incoherently when police arrived at the scene.

Simes, president of the Washington-based think-tank Center for the National Interest, said the "dangerously unstable" relationship between the two superpowers must urgently improve. The military expert said there has been an ongoing "downward spiral" in relations that could have a dire outcome.

Various top American officials have repeatedly accused Russia and Vladimir Putin of meddling in the 2016 US election – something the country has denied.

And despite US President Donald Trump saying he doesn't believe Russian interference propelled him to victory, the allegations have still led to soured relations between the powers.

WARNING: It is claimed the US faces a war with Russia unless urgent action is taken. Writing in the National Interest magazine, Mr Simes said: "Yet failing to arrest the downward spiral in US-Russia relations poses real dangers.

"The most dramatic, if least likely, is a direct military confrontation leading to uncontrollable escalation and potentially a global catastrophe.

"Many dismiss this risk, arguing that neither the United States nor Russia wants to commit suicide and would show restraint; however, the same assumption that the other side would pull back at the last moment contributed to World War I.

"The truth is that no one knows what might happen if US and Russian warplanes started shooting at each another or if American cruise missiles hit Russian bases in Syria.".

His warning comes as the world has been looking at the tense situation on the Korean peninsula. Trump and North Korea's supreme leader Kim Jong-un have made repeated threats towards each other.

SPOOKY: The Witches of Warwick tell the story of Moll Bloxham.

"This way," they hiss, leading us down a sinister-looking tunnel draped in cobwebs and spiders. Suitably spooked and in the mood for some fiendish fun, we finally emerge in front of the castle drawbridge.

The fairytale fortress of Warwick Castle has been given a macabre makeover for Halloween.

Against an inky black sky, its unmistakable ramparts and turrets are bathed in red and purple light. Holograms of spine-tingling characters are beamed from the stained glass windows of the castle rooms.

And with spooks and spirits squirrelled away in every dark corner, you certainly need to keep your wits about you.

FRIGHTENING: Warwick Castle has been given a makeover for Halloween.

The chills multiply as we enter the Tormented tour. Beginning in the main house, this creepy journey is led by a demented doctor who tells us that the inhabitants of the castle have been popped off by a malevolent spirit.

The only survivor is now the deranged lady of the house who paces the hallways and stairwells. With banging doors, strobe lighting and costumed actors appearing from the dark to freak us out, its a not a tour for the faint-hearted.

COMFORTABLE: The rooms have flatscreen TVs and a wet-room. To re-charge our frazzled nerves we retire to the Medieval Banqueting Hall for a hearty feast, during which two knights jovially fight with swords for our entertainment.

Then it¹s back to the castle to experience the dreaded dungeons of 1345 when Warwick was in the grip of the plague.

Meeting characters like the torturer who displays an unhealthy passion for the gruesome tools of his trade, the castle cook who collates deadly ingredients for recipes and the judge who sentences the accused to live out their days in the dark and dank dungeons is as frightening as it is fun.

The dungeon is also where you will find the newest attraction, The Witches of Warwick room, dedicated to telling the story of Moll Bloxham a real life accused witch in the 1700s.

As we emerge from the dungeons there is an announcement that the Fire Joust is about to take place in the castle grounds.

Its a medieval duel to the death between the Earl of Warwick and his arch enemy, a dastardly knight called the Wild Boar, for the soul of the lady of the castle.

This thrilling battle on horseback proves to be quite the highlight of the weekend! When all the scaremongering is over, we walk back through the Capability Brown-designed gardens, along the bends of the winding River Avon to our lodge in the Knights¹ Village.

LUXURY: Some lodges have mezzanine floors with sofas to chill-out on. Guests staying overnight get two days at the castle, which gives you the chance to experience all the attractions at a leisurely pace.

Our two-bedroom, Medieval-themed abode is very comfortable with a wet-room, flatscreen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and outdoor decking.

Some lodges have three bedrooms with a mezzanine floor as well as comfy sofas to chill out on after the many hair-raising Halloween events around the castle.

Next morning, following a hearty breakfast in the banqueting hall, The Horrible Histories Maze captures my son Gabriel¹s imagination, sending him racing back in time with the ghosts of history most foul.

We journey through the trenches of WW1, meet the Slimy Stuarts and experience Measly Middle Ages, before invading a Viking ship.

The aim here is not to reach the centre, but to reorder the muddle that mischievous Rattus Rattus has made of time, and find the way out! Fact box: The Haunted Castle at Warwick Castle runs until October 31.

The ultimate US road trip to enjoy with your family

WONDERLAND: A road trip across the US will offer enjoyment for the whole family.

As the sun began to set, our chatter diminished and we gazed silently over the mighty gorge, marvelling at the richness of the red rock, the long shadows and the intensity of the light.

It's the moment my family and I remember most fondly from our road trip around the west of America. Considering we did theme parks, famous landmarks and a pop concert, it just shows you can't beat nature for pure wonderment.

AMAZED: The family gazed silently over the mighty gorge. The holiday started in Las Vegas, where from our suite on the 58th floor of the Cosmopolitan Hotel we were dazzled by the glittering lights of the Strip.

Vegas was more over the top than we'd ever imagined – where else can you eat breakfast during an acoustic live music set, ride a rollercoaster on the top of a hotel, then bump into Elvis while nipping to the shops? Our next stop was Los Angeles where we spent a day relaxing around the pools of the Hyatt Regency Orange County.

As the evening drifted in, we indulged in that old American tradition – roasting S'mores around the firepit on the third floor recreation deck.

The Hyatt's concierge service is famous for its efficiency and host Nancy helped us organise our next few days, booking theme parks and transport. She even managed to bag us tickets to see Coldplay at the Pasadena Rose Bowl.

Our boys, Aidan, 15, and Liam, 12, still talk about the awesome moment as the 50,000 capacity venue turned "Yellow" when they played their classic hit, via electronic wristbands that were given out at the start.

Of course, when in LA, a trip to Hollywood is a must. Having seen its famous sign on TV so many times, to finally spot it in person was another of those dream moments.

We all loved strolling along the Walk of Fame and spotting the stars of celebrities that meant something to us. For me, it was Elton John (I'm a Watford fan), while the boys sought out Michael Jackson and Elvis.

FUN: The holiday started in Las Vegas. We crammed the theme park trips into a busy few days. Disneyland California opened in 1955 and there remains a homely, almost retro, feel to some of it.

It was all about rides for the boys and Soarin' Around the World and Splash Mountain were voted the best.

For fans of Disney Pixar's Cars movies there are rides based on Lightning McQueen and his pals as well as the Animation Academy, where you can learn how Disney characters are brought to life on screen.

If you're going to Universal Studios my top tip would be to buy Front of Line passes to minimise waiting time.

With them, we made our way through the classrooms of Hogwarts then rode above the castle grounds on Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, before buying an enchanted wand from Ollivanders and watching the Frog Choir.

Also not to be missed are Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, the Transformers 3D ride and the Studio Tour with its grand finale – Fast & Furious Supercharged.

Leaving Los Angeles behind in a Cadillac fulfilled a lifelong ambition: to motor along Route 1 up to San Francisco.

As a driver, it was a real treat to enjoy the scenery as the tight twists and turns of this amazing stretch of road took us past beaches, over narrow bridges, alongside mountains and through some beautiful towns.

We loved the space and tranquility of Santa Barbara, where we ate fresh seafood at the buzzing Santa Barbara FisHouse on the waterfront.

RELAX: The Hyatt's concierge service in Los Angeles made sure every attraction was booked. Our first overnight stop was at Pismo Beach, a classic California surfing town with a wooden pier stretching out towards the sunset.

Back on Route 1 to Monterey Bay we took a scenic 17-mile drive on the toll road which takes in forests, Pebble Beach and Lone Cypress Tree.

Monterey Bay also has the Point Lobos Nature Reserve, shopping and nightlife at Cannery Row, plus great whale-watching trips, inset. Our final stop was San Francisco, where we picked up some hybrid bikes.

Touring the city at a slower pace along the National Park Bike Path gave us time to take in the waterfront at Fisherman's Wharf and Presidio National Park before riding over the Golden Gate Bridge.

HISTORY: Not to be missed Alcatraz must be booked in advance.

It's a fair challenge but the views are amazing and, when you get to the other side, you can head for Sausalito for food, drinks and shopping, before getting the ferry back.

We also visited Alcatraz, home to America's most notorious criminals. Visitors get to walk the eerie corridors and even step inside a cell, two of the many extraordinary moments etched in the memory bank from our classic US road trip.

And witnesses have told of hearing gunshots, although this has not been confirmed. Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy says he is in contact with all authorities.

Local outlet El Pais claims that police sources have said that the driver ran away from the van on foot after the smash. An operation is now reportedly underway to apprehend the person who was at the wheel.

Other unverified reports from local TV channel TV3 say two armed men are holding hostages in a nearby Turkish restaurant.

Cops have ordered shops and cafes in the area to shut in the wake of the crash and  are searching for a person between five foot five and five foot six dressed in blue and white striped clothes.

The van entered the pedestrian area at the junction of Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Reports say the van ploughed into people outside a Kosher food shop, although this is yet to be confirmed.

Armed police cordoned off the area as they hunted the van driver.

Dozens of people are injured and at least two people are dead.

Ambulances and armed cops have flooded the scene in central Barcelona.

An injured person is tended to on the street.   Emergency services arrive at scene after white van crash in Barcelona.

Marc Esparcia, a 20-year-old student who lives in Barcelona, told the BBC: There was a loud noise and everybody ran for cover.

There were a lot people, lots of families [at the site], this is one of the most visited sites in Barcelona. I think several people were hit. It was horrible, there was panic. Terrible..

He said he was now taking cover inside a Starbucks coffee shop. Steve Garrett was in a nearby market and sheltered in a bakery with several others after streams of people ran inside.

One member of the group, who took refuge with him, said she had heard gunshots after the incident.

Mr Garrett told the BBC: A very large number of people ran into the market area in a big kind of way, lots of screaming, lots of shouting.

The security guards immediately responded. We ran into the bakery with four or five other people and ran straight upstairs and hunkered down whilst an enormous wave of people went through the market.

Obviously coming from England it was reminding me a great deal of what happened in London, so we were very concerned about what might be going on next. The lady that was with us said she heard some gunshots.

Mr Garrett said a second wave of people then entered the market, followed by armed police.

He said: They seemed to sweep through the market area. They seemed to be looking for someone. They were going very carefully, very cautiously, stall to stall..

  Reports of two armed men entering restaurant after white van terror attack in Las Ramblas, Barcelona. Eyewitness Amar Anwar, human rights lawyer, told Sky News: I did not see the van mount the pavement. I heard the crash.

People started screaming and everybody ran in the opposite direction. The shopkeeper we spoke to said a van had mounted the pavement and driven into a crowd and at least five or six people, he thought, were very seriously injured.

The President of Catalonia, the autonomous Spanish state where Barcelona is the capital, was heading to the scene.

The British Foreign Office guidance for Spain reads: Terrorists are likely to try to carry out attacks in Spain. Attacks could be indiscriminate, including in places visited by foreigners.

Spanish police have disrupted a number of groups suspected of recruiting individuals to travel to Syria and Iraq from 2015 to the present date. Some of them expressed an intention to carry out attacks in Europe.

There's a heightened threat of terrorist attack globally against UK interests and British nationals from groups or individuals motivated by the conflict in Iraq and Syria.

1996-2004 Mustang 4.6L BBK Catted H-Pipe Review - Duration: 4:21.

The Catted H-Pipe is available for any 4.6-liter SN-95 owner who has or is looking to pick

up a set of BBK long tubes, and wants a Catted Shorty H-Pipe for some decent power, as well

as a deep muscle car growl, all while staying street legal.

Now, any mid-pipe pretty much is a very much straightforward bolt-on install, and this

is gonna be no different, so expect a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter,

but I'll talk about that toward the end of the video.

First thing I wanna be completely transparent about is this particular H-Pipe from BBK is

specifically designed to work only with the BBK long tube headers.

Now, the Shorty H-Pipe I have here will not work with factory manifolds, or even aftermarket

long tubes that are not of the BBK brand.

With that said, those two are made to be a perfect match, like two pieces to a puzzle,

so when you do have them paired up together, you will expect a very, very, aggressive sound,

as well as a decent gain in power bringing your 4.6-liter to life.

The sound an H-Pipe produces is one that you would expect from your Mustang.

Now, it gets the name H-Pipe obviously from the crossover pipe here that gives it the

shape of an "H." Now, although slightly restrictive here because of that, it will produce the

deep muscle car growl that an H-Pipe has.

Now, the X-Pipe on the other hand, that BBK offers, does not have that crossover tube,

but instead has both sides welded together for the "X" shape, obviously.

Now, although that would make it a little more free-flowing, of course, it might add

a couple of horsepower, it does also make it a lot raspier and a lot louder.

Ultimately, at the end of the day, it really comes down to whether or not you're looking

for the deeper tone from an H-Pipe, or the louder, raspier tone from an X-Pipe.

As far as power is concerned, BBK lets us know you can expect anywhere from 14 to 22

horsepower when using the Catted H-Pipe in conjunction with your BBK long tubes.

Obviously, those are very significant numbers for something that doesn't even require a

tune.

Now, with a tune in mind, however, it would maximize the performance of your mid-pipes

since it is a more impactful mod, but it isn't required, obviously, to do the trick.

Materials do have an impact on power and sound as well.

Now, this one offers a 2.5 inch aluminized steel with mandrel bends, which does help

to maximize the airflow of the H-Pipe.

Since it is the Catted version, expect to pre-weld it on catalytic converters.

Now, these are high-flow cats, so they are less restrictive than the stock options, but

still restrictive, nonetheless.

If you're looking to pick up a street legal ride when it comes to this H-Pipe, this is

the one you want to go with, but if you're sticking to the track only and just look to

maximize the amount of gains, maximize the airflow, and keep it unrestricted, the off-road

version is probably the one you want to look at.

Speaking of legality, unfortunately, even though this is the Catted version of the H-Pipe,

it is not gonna be street legal in emissions-restrictive states, such as California, so you want to

keep that in mind moving forward since it does have to be used in conjunction with the

long tubes.

Any state that is adapting California's laws will be the same case, so you want to make

sure you're checking with your local laws and regulations before picking this one up.

Now, the Catted version here does add a couple of bucks over the off-road version, so expect

it to come in around the $400 mark.

So if the guys trying to keep it street legal, and keep the check engine light off, this

is the way you wanna go.

You just wanna spend a couple extra bucks on the catted version here.

Otherwise, you'll be looking at getting a tune to turn the light off, or picking up

MIL eliminators to plug into the O2 sensor ports, it's a long hassle, of course, if you're

going with the off-road version.

So, spending a couple extra bucks, you can avoid those hassles and keep that light off.

The installation, as I mentioned earlier, is extremely straightforward for a mid-pipe.

Now, you're probably doing this at the same time as the BBK long tubes, which will be

a very lengthy install and require a lot of know-how, but the H-Pipe itself, 1 out of

3 wrenches on our difficulty meter, 30 minutes to an hour at the most with a ratchet and

socket set.

The first thing you want to do, obviously, is get the Mustang in the air, supported on

jack stands, or a lift if, you have access to one.

Remove the O2 sensors from their ports on the factory mid-pipe to be reinstalled into

the BBK option.

From there, use your ratchet and socket set to connect the phalanges on one side to the

factory over-axle pipes, and then the opposite side will go directly into your long tubes

once they're installed.

Once everything's torqued down, you can replace the O2 sensors into the new ports, and then

you're good to go.

Well, that's just about does it for me, so if you're the owner of a '96 to '04 4.6L SN-95

Volunteer Wheat and Wheat Streak Mosaic - Duration: 2:44.

so wow what a year we had for wheat streak mosaic this year here in Kansas

and it's this during these summer months that we really see the the volunteer

wheat that's so important for our the beginnings of wheat streak mosaic really

get established here so the volunteer wheat in July and August serves as the

green bridge for that wheat Streak mosaic the disease that we had last year

was a function of some management decisions to leave some volunteer wheat

last summer and then also a product of some unusual environmental conditions or

weather conditions in the fall of that year so when we had enough moisture to

get the volunteer up in August if it went uncontrolled we had high

populations of wheat curl mites the little mite that spreads the the viruses

around and then with mild fall temperatures that we had we also saw a

abundant time for those high populations of mites to move around get established

in our new wheat crop so as we're concerned about trying to prevent wheat

streak mosaic in the future it's really focusing on this volunteer wheat that's

just getting established here in August and early September just prior to

planting that really becomes critical in us trying to control the wheat Street

mosaic and prevent a repeat performance not only here in Kansas but throughout

the regions there's lots of options for control of that volunteer wheat we might

begin to look at using herbicides if we want to leave it in a No till production

system or there's also of course tillage options that people could also use

whether it's a sweep plow or other mechanisms that that we can use to try

and destroy that volunteer wheat it's important to have at least a two-week

break of time where there's no wheat in the field or in the adjacent fields prior

to our new wheat crop emerging also be aware of the potential for volunteer

wheat in some of the double crop areas as well so volunteer wheat merging and

double crop soybeans that haven't received either roundup or glyphosate

applications yet can also be a place where

are the wheat Streak mosaic and these pesky curl mites can also survive as

well so as we move into these really critical months in July and August I

think there this is really the time when growers need to come together as

communities of growers to decide that this is the year that they're going to

really put it into their wheat streak mosaic problems in their communities and

if we all do our part I think we'll see much lower risk of we treat mosaic in

the coming years

Serengeti Sopa Game and Safari Lodge Tanzania - Tour and Review - Duration: 3:39.

HI, I'm Gary Bembridge of Tips for Travellers. I'm here in the Serengeti in

Tanzania and I'm staying at the Serengeti Sopa lodge which overlooks

the eastern plains of the Serengeti. It's a magnificent Lodge, and I'm taking you

on a tour of the lodge. On arrival there's a real wow factor. You come into

a big grand sweeping entrance hall / lobby area, and then you work your way down a

series of steps and tiers - eventually heading off on the right-hand side to

the dining room. But more importantly, when you head back you go down the

stairs and towards that magnificent view across

the eastern plains of the Serengeti. It is an absolutely spectacular view! One

great thing about the Serengeti Sopa Lodge is it has this beautiful swimming

pool right outside overlooking the plains. You just get a magnificent view

as you cool off and relax by the swimming pool. Also in the hotel are a

number of features: there is actually an outdoor gym, there's a fantastic bar

which was as an outside area and then there's the rooms which have magnificent

views. I was actually staying in room number 55 and I want to show you around

the room and explain the room to you, and also show you the incredible view that

you get. So here we are at room number 55. So as you come into the room you can

see straight away it's a nice big area and I really like the room. And it's got

some nice features too. It's got some nice sort of African colors and themes,

like these very beautiful lampshades which I really liked indeed. A couple of

features in this entrance hall: you've got tea and coffee making facilities and

of course bottled water, which is very important because you should not be

drinking or using the water from the taps for drinking and brushing your

teeth. There's also this strip where you can charge your various devices.

It is a great thing about this provided one is that it has surge protectors

because the electricity is provided by generator, so there's a chance that there

will be surges. So if you take a look at the room, it's a great room. You have

these two large beds queen-size beds and mosquito nets, what I like about them as you close them you create

a sort of room within a room at night.

Also in the room there is a dressing table / sort of

study area. And now let's go take a look at the bathroom before I show you the

balcony and the view. So it's a nice big bathroom with basin of course. One thing I'd

like to say is hot water is available between five o'clock in the morning and nine

o'clock in the morning and five o'clock at night and nine o'clock at night. Again

because it uses generators to make its own hot water. So this is the bathroom: nice big

bathroom, huge big shower. Let's head back through the bedroom and take a look at

the balcony. Isn't it a magnificent view? Sit on this beautiful balcony and you look

out across the plains. It's magnificent at any time of the day. It's especially of

course at sunrise and sunset but it's beautiful just to sit up there

so can hear animal noises and the ambience - and it's really magnificent.

So there you have it, that's the Serengeti Sopa Lodge. It's a great lodge.

Fantastic food. Incredible service. Really, really like a lodge a great deal. Of

course those views are absolutely magnificent. It's great to then head out

from here to incredible game viewing in the Serengeti. I hope you enjoyed that
