Joao Cancelo snubs Chelsea and Tottenham as Valencia ace opts to join Inter Milan on loan instead

CHELSEA and Tottenham have been left reeling after Valencia star Joao Cancelo reportedly snubbed the London duo in favour of a loan move to Inter Milan.

TalkSport claims the Portuguese right-back will be heading to Italy on a one-year deal, with Inter having the option to make it permanent at the end of the season.

Valencia star Joao Cancelo has agreed to join Inter Milan on loan.

The right-back was being chased by Chelsea and Spurs. Central midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia will move in the opposite direction, which could have helped swing the deal in Inter's favour.

But either way it's not good news for Chelsea or Spurs, who are both light on numbers – especially on the right.

Antonio Conte only has Victor Moses as a natural wing-back on that side, although Cesar Azpilicueta is able to play there despite being much more effective as one of the three centre-backs.

Meanwhile, Spurs were hoping to land Cancelo as a replacement for Kyle Walker. The England international quit the club to join Manchester City in a £50million deal.

But both teams will have to look elsewhere after Cancelo agreed to head to the San Siro to link up with new Inter boss Luciano Spalletti.

Chelsea are looking to supply Victor Moses with competition.

Spurs are yet to sign a replacement for Kyle Walker. Chelsea are believed to be keen on Arsenal ace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who can play as a wing-back despite usually playing further forward.

However, Spurs make end up sticking with their current crop after Kyle Walker-Peters made an impressive debut in the win over Newcastle on opening day last weekend.

Spurs could yet continue with youngster Kyle Walker-Peters.

Chelsea are hoping to land Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain from Arsenal.

BEAUTIFUL: A Caribbean beach nabbed the top spot. If youre getting bored of the grey, gloomy British weather take a few moments to imagine yourself lounging on one of these beautiful beaches.

These are the dreamy white stretches of sand that really do live up to the postcard pictures.

TripAdvisor has named the top rated beaches in the world and Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean and Brazil that take the top two spots in the review sites Travellers Choice Awards 2016.

Scoping the number one spot is a seven-mile beach called Grace Bay. And with its snow-white sand and turquoise waters its easy to see why.

Here are a list of the top 10 with descriptions from tourists who have visited the beauty spots. But how many of the worlds best beaches have you been to 1.

Grace Bay, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean "Unbelievably clear, clean water with hundreds of shades of blues and greens and white sugar sand beaches—ahhhhh!" Best time to go: Year-round.

Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean has been named the best beach in the world.

Baia do Sancho, Fernando de Noronha, Brazil "As you walk through a small trail, you cant imagine what awaits you. The heavenly view seems like a mirage." Best time to go: Year-round 3.

Playa Paraiso, Cayo Largo, Cuba "Picture perfect in every way. Gorgeous beach and the bluest water ever!" Best time to go: Year-round.

Anse Lazio, Praslin Island, Seychelles "Picture perfect, with crystal clear, warm waters, shade, sun and powder white sand" Best time to go: Year-round 5.

Cayo de Agua, Los Roques National Park, Venezuela "An incredible beach of soft white sand surrounded on two sides by the Caribbean sparkling in all shades of blue." Best time to go: Year-round.

SCENIC: Anse Lazio in the Seychelles is a powder-white paradise.

Flamenco Beach, Culebra, Puerto Rica "The water was so clear and blue and gorgeous against the backdrop of the mountains. You cant take a bad picture here." Best time to go: Year-round 7.

STUNNING: Playa de Ses Illetes in Spain was the only beach in Europe to make it in to the to.

While many of the best beaches seem to be in the Caribbean, Central America and The Philippines also got a mention in the wanderlust list. And nearby Spain also are the list with the beautiful Playa de Ses Illetes on Formentera.

The beach is a favourite of the rich and famous, who often moor up their yachts at the beach to make the most of its crystal clear water and nearby celebrated seafood restaurants.

Unfortunately not one of the top 25 beaches in the world or Europe was from the UK. However, the stunning windswept Woolcaombe Beach, in Devon was named Britains best.

Travellers' Choice Beaches Award-winners were determined based on the quality and quantity of traveller reviews and ratings for beaches on TripAdvisor gathered over a 12-month period.

Like a mini waterpark, their wave pool rewinds the clocks taking you back to childhood, while bobbing along the lazy river is a guarantee to make lifes troubles disappear.

SPECTACULAR: Beatles Love is an absolute must-see.

TRIPPY: Cirque du Soleil excel themselves with this Beatles extravaganza. To maintain momentum of the Cloud Nine bubble, you need a killer show to keep you floating, so be sure to see the unmissable Beatles LOVE.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary at The Mirage, the Cirque du Soleil masterpiece is a burst of colour, fantasy, storytelling, and, well, love. An explosion of nostalgia, it is as trippy as it is spectacular, and dynamic as it is heartfelt.

With upbeat service and delectable sharing plates – try the marinated ahi tuna cones and duck pastrami – plus the hip factor, this is a versatile place for couples, families, or party groups.

For something entirely unforgettable, Rivea at the Delano is an 11 out of 10. Inspired by French and Italian cuisine – think simple, fresh, and most importantly, filling – the menu recreates a taste of the seductive Riviera in Nevada.

Tucking into artisanal linguini and clams followed by the tenderest cut of bison, while gifted with 180° views of the city below, is an experience for the memory banks.

FASTEN YOUR SEATBELT: The New York New York Coaster will leave you screaming. Similarly, Harvest at the Bellagio offers a unique market-inspired concept by promising guests fresh and creative dishes packed with flavor and character.

A surf and turf delicacy of lobster and filet mignon will leave you salivating, while the rock shrimp tempura and truffle fries are heavenly. Leave room for the sweets trolley though, or youll regret it.

If youre on the lookout for cheap and cheerful, head over to The Park for a pitstop at Beerhaus.

Their selection of craft beer will blow your mind, complementing the modest but delicious menu of hotdog and fries which parallels the street-food of Berlin.

Affordable, friendly, along with pub games and live music in a spacious patio space, it has the charm of a local pub with a cosmopolitan twist.

Other personal favourites include the decadent Lumberjack Stack (pancakes topped with smoked bacon, ham, sausage, and black pepper syrup) at Monte Carlos The Pub, the Sexy Roll at all-you-can-eat Rock & Roll Sushi on Las Vegas Blvd, plus a special nod to the 40 nuggets from McDonalds which saved us after a particular boozy night.

INCREDIBLE VIEWS: Take a trip to the Skyfall Lounge in Delano.

TRIP OF A LIFETIME: The Bellagio fountains are one of the most iconic attractions on the Strip. Drinks wise, tourists are spoilt for choice, able to purchase booze wherever you can breathe.

On the elite end of the spectrum, take a trip to the Skyfall Lounge (next to Rivea) and watch the sun set while sipping on one of their decadent cocktails. Note: Artificial Horizon and Dust Storm are sublime.

Even the toilet cubicles have a floor to ceiling view of the city, which in the thrill of the moment, inevitably made it onto Snapchat.

Deviating down the spectrum towards the opposite end, fasten your seatbelt for a jaunt to the Double Down Saloon.

The very definition of dive bar, this Anti Vegas establishment promises homemade Ass Juice shots, a You Puke You Clean notice, and live punk bands weekly. Youll love it or hate it.

DELICIOUS: The hotdogs at Beerhaus will leave you salivating. In terms of things to do other than consuming, get up-close and personal with the Shark Reef Aquarium creatures at Mandalay.

Standing so close to the Golden Crocodile and Komodo Dragon sends a shiver down the spine, while the Jellyfish tank will remind of you that scene from Finding Nemo.

Hit Circus Circus to catch their daily death-defying stunts high above the casino floor, be bold and ride The Big Apple Coaster at New York New York, and swing by the KISS Monster Mini Golf at the Rio – possibly the most cost-effective fun you can have on The Strip (bar the breathtaking Bellagio fountains which are free to watch).

For a glimpse of wildlife, stop by the Flamingos Tropical Wildlife Habitat, before puffing on a shisha at Rhumbar (try the strawberry daiquiri flavour), and if you want ink, avoid the overpriced artists on The Strip and check out Bad Apple on Charleston Blvd.

The possibilities are endless, and that is the beauty of Vegas, that there is something for everyone. And Im safe in the knowledge that when I return for trip no5, the ever-evolving Sin City experience will be a new one entirely.

If you're a beach bum, you'll definitely want a summer holiday by the coast. But where are the most beautiful beaches in the world? Travel company TripAdvisor has just announced their top-rated beaches at the Travellers' Choice Awards.

Beautiful Weymouth Beach in Dorset has been named the best beach in Britain by the travel giant – climbing up from second place last year.

The vibrant sandy stretch also made it to ninth place in the list of Europe's top 10 beaches. But which coastal coves made it into the top 10 beaches in the world?.

DREAMY: Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos made it to top spot. The glorious Baia do Sancho in Brazil's Fernando de Noronha (an archipelago with UNESCO world heritage status) has been named the best beach on the planet.

With soft white sands, jutting rock formations, dramatic cliffs and lush green jungles, it's easy to see why this beach won the ultimate accolade.

"The bay of crystalline water and soft white sand coupled with surrounding cliffs teeming with exotic wildlife are what dreams are made of," according to TripAdvisor.

"For those keen to pay a visit to the world's number one beach, according to TripAdvisor booking data, the best value time to travel to Baia do Sancho is April, when the average nightly hotel rate on TripAdvisor is £152," Dream-like Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos came in second place, while Aruba's Eagle Beach nabbed third spot.

Egypt, which was once a popular spot for British holidaymakers, has already seen a sharp drop in bookings after a homemade bomb brought down a Russian plane over Egypt's Sinai desert late last year.

While horrific attacks in Brussels have also resulted in a drop in tourism to Belgium. So which travel destinations are safe for Brits this year?.

TERROR MAP: Many British holiday hotspots currently have high terror warnings. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has released information on which countries are currently considered a high-risk status and which are a very low risk.

And here are 10 of the most beautiful and peaceful beach destinations to inspire you to travel this summer. IRELAND.

WIND-SWEPT: Bareley Cove is a popular beach in Ireland.

If you want to try somewhere new but dont fancy venturing too far from home, Ireland is a top choice. Many tourists choose to visit Dublin, but Ireland is also packed with lush green hills, ancient castles and wind-swept beaches.

The best beach, according to Tripadvisor is Inchydoney Beach in Clonakilty. The white sandy stretch, surrounded by greenery, is a great spot to spend a sunny summers day.

One Tripadvisor said: "Spectacular. An unforgettable day in sunshine on this glorious and unspoiled stretch of beach." Bareley Cove in the same region is also a beautiful stretch of sand. MALTA.

TRANQUIL: Sailing the San Blas islands is one of the best things to do in Panama. The tropical country linking Central and South America is packed with breathtaking beaches, lush jungle and some of the worlds best deep sea fishing.

In terms of beaches, Playa Manuel Antonio in the national park of the same name is hard to beat. The Nicoya Peninsula, with its rolling green hills and long white sandy stretches is also a must-see.

There is a low threat from terrorism, but you should be aware of the global risk of indiscriminate terrorist attacks, which could be in public areas, including those frequented by foreigners. CAMBODIA.

BUCKET LIST: Angkor Wat in Cambodia is one of the manmade wonders of the world.

GREAT IDEA: The Hangover Bar is the first of its kind in the world.

RECOVERY: You can enjoy the oxygen station during your stay.

Next time youre in the Netherlands, you can swing by the bar from Friday to Sunday, between 10am and 6pm.

But this isn't the first booze-themed tourist attraction because the world's first beer hotel is also set to open in the US. Stone Brewing, the San Diego-based brewery, will be opening the refreshing attraction in 2018.

The sprawling 100,000 square Stone Hotel will be set up adjacent to the brewery and gardens and it really will be a beer-lovers dream. POP-UP: The bar only opens on weekends.

On arrival guests will be given free beer, in the bar-style lobby. The hotel will also also offer a in-room beer growler service, with draft beer delivered in a jug.

But if guests fancy venturing outside to enjoy their brew, they can take full advantage of the giant rooftop garden and swimming pool deck. The bedrooms in the new hotel will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, surrounded by rolling hills and greenery.

The microbrewery is the 10th largest brewery in the US and is famous for its popular beers including Stone IPA.

I'm going to show you my updated summer makeup Routine, so I'm like really excited to this video

I've been really into like the natural

Look, you know like looks aren't going to take you an hour to do and then like by the time you're done with it

It's like you're late to something, so I hope you guys enjoyed this video, and you know of course I had to throw in some highlight

That's like always a big part of my routines you're interesting on my new Routine is just keep on watching

My natural makeup look I'm going to go in with the nyx

curse based primer spray

I've been using this for quite a while, and I just like the way how it really grinds my skin

You got it prepares it for the makeup an icon on so I'll show you myself a little spray

I'm going to first go in with this La girl Pro Conceal in the shade

Peach Corrector, this is just a color corrector for my dark circles

and

we can put

Just the bare minimum of this product on because if I put any more it will physically spread out off my face

And it'll be hard to like conceal all that like peachy color

So I'm just going to go in and blend that in

Okay, so once all this is blended in

I just like to let it sit there for a little bit for applying more product on top of it, but as always with my

heart shape tape in the shade light

Applied this basically in the regular areas like the cubicle

chin forehead you didn't notice and then I will like underneath my eyes and a little bit, so

Okay, I'm gonna go in and of course blend this in whisky this side of the wonder

So to set my concealer. I'm going to be using these this nyx HD

And basically my my eye some more dimension and I try to make this look more like crow

Then I also go ahead and use this more like

synthetic end and I'm going to

Put a bit of this

on my lash line, so

next I'm going to actually go in and do my alpha block bronzer and contour on the

Cheekbones the Jawline and the forehead

Of course I have to go in with a little bit of nose contour. I like to use this little brush

Just to create over more of a shadow and dimension right now my lips look

Ariel Winter continues defending her wardrobe choices Ariel Winter continues defending her wardrobe choices after receiving flack for her latest daisy duke shorts. ARIEL Winter is back filming her hit show Modern Family — and she's embracing her under-boob as celebration.

The 19-year-old actress took to Instagram recently to post a video of herself, flashing what looked like a callsheet for the upcoming season.

Winter opted for a pair of blue, high-waisted jeans and the tiny crop top for the show's first day of shooting.

The young actress has received both criticism and praise for her Instagram account but despite the negative comments, she recently told The Sun she doesn't understand what the problem is.

"I don't really think I'm telling myself, 'You should post this, you shouldn't post that,' I feel like I'm just having fun. I like my fans to see what I'm doing.

"Everybody is so hyped up on the fact that I post photos where my butt's out. Everyone has a butt. I don't think it's crazy.".

She continued, "It's like, 'Let me live! I'm enjoying my life, you're enjoying your life, you should be posting your butt if you like it, too!'".

Despite the onslaught of negative comments, Winter has never been shy in addressing her critics, regularly taking to Instagram or Twitter to defend herself.

In May, the entire Modern Family cast headed to the screening of the season eight finale — where Winter showed up a little more dressed-up than the rest of the cast.

While most opted for smart-casual attire, Winter opted for a beaded, taupe minidress with cutouts galore. And despite the difference in red-carpet attire, Winter was quick to shut down her critics with a lengthy Instagram post.

Radio personality Stav Davidson goes public with ice addiction

Exploring regional Australias ice epidemic The Feed on SBS2 will feature a special report on ice addiction in two regional Victorian towns. Radio personality Stav Davidson has opened up about a battle with ice addiction.

LONGTIME HIT105 radio personality Stav Davidson revealed a former battle with ice addiction during a revealing segment on air this morning.

Speaking on Hit105's Stav, Abby & Matt with Osher show, the comedian and radio host opened up about something that he'd only once talked about in public before, on co-host Osher Gunsberg's podcast.

"I am Stav Davidson, and for about nine months to a year of my life I had an addiction to ice — methamphetamine," an audibly nervous Davidson began.

The addiction took hold in the year before he started on radio, about 13 years ago.

Even now, "not many people" in his life know — while his wife is aware of his past, he said he didn't think the rest of his family knew.

Davidson said his life was "good" when the addiction took hold: "There was nothing wrong. Davidson was a regular marijuana user when his dealer offered him ice to try.

I will never forgive this person for what he did, because I was naive at the time. He said 'I've got this other stuff, I've got too much of it — would you like some?' He gave me a freebie.

I was unaware that it was one of the most addictive things in the world. From there, it was all in," he revealed.

Davidson used the drug before his job at the time, running a coffee shop. "I was taking it at work. No one at work knew.".

While he said he wanted to be careful not to glamorise the drug, he conceded that it held a specific initial appeal for someone renowned for his quick wit.

"The hook for it for me: As a comedian, what it does for your brain and how fast it makes you work, I was three or four jokes ahead of everybody else. I was hilarious," he said.

As the negative effects of his drug use mounted, it was a gruesome workplace incident that finally made Davidson go cold turkey.

"I was (in the coffee shop) by myself, and I went out the back to the sink and threw up about a litre of blood.

I remember thinking to myself, I can't go to a doctor about this, because I'd have to tell them everything. That just made me snap right out of it," he said.

"I just stopped, and I never went back after that — it scared me straight.

  The latest from Elizabeth Moss. Top of the Lake Series 2 Review    . ACCLAIMED filmmaker Jane Campion has defended her treatment of men in her hit TV series Top of the Lake.

The edgy Foxtel drama's first season stunned audiences around the world with its tale of a shocking small-town crime, a detective with a complicated past and a host of enigmatic characters.

It also led to criticism that the male characters copped unfair treatment from the proud feminist Campion. However she insists her characters — whether male or female — are just interesting.

Which brings her to talk about Nicole Kidman ahead of the release of the second series of Top of the Lake: China Girl on Sunday. RELATED: Kidman's brutally 'ugly' drama you can't miss.

Kidman and Campion met at film school and have worked together in the past, but the director has always wanted to reignite their professional chemistry. "I wanted to give her a challenge — a fun challenge," Campion said.

"That woman is gracious. The way she behaved on set… it's like she wasn't expecting any special treatment from life. "Then when she does her work, she's very real and she'll take it to a high place.

Kidman's inclusion in the cast is one of the reasons the new chapter is so highly anticipated. Especially after the buzz season one generated — good and bad.

Critics felt Campion's treatment of the male figures in the story was one-sided. "Some people have mentioned that to me," she said.

"I don't hate men though. I guess there were some tough guys in (season one) and it's not. my job to be fair, it's to tell a story. There's pretty tough women there too.

"I just thought all the characters were interesting. That's what I'm interested in.". Her long-time writing partner Gerard Lee is more defensive of the criticism, saying Campion.

had a unique way of looking at that world that didn't fear or favour either sex. "Jane is a feminist but she's not a single-minded, militant, man-hating, sexist feminist," Lee.

said. "She's a keen observer of all of mankind and womankind. She has a much more complex. view of both the sexes than a lot of other writers.

"The great thing about Jane's women is they're fraught, fragile and vulnerable, struggling to. be stronger and braver.

Moss returns for the second instalment of the award-winning show, which is this time set in. Sydney and centres on the discovery of a girl's body stuffed in a suitcase and dumped on.

The story then spins off in a variety of directions, with surprising subplots slowly revealing. themselves.

"The crime is the motor to explore other things," Campion explained. One topic is Robin's difficult past and the baby she gave up as a teenager, who was adopted. by an intriguing woman played by Nicole Kidman.

KIM Kardashian has revealed an incredibly glossy Hollywood Reporter cover with sisters Kendall, Kylie, Kourtney, Khloe and mum Kris to mark a decade of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The famous family look stunning as they pose together in a series of revealing outfits — and look remarkably different to when they first appeared on the cover in 2011, The Sun reports.

Kourtney and Kendall are front and centre sitting on two wooden benches and showing off their legs in high-waisted underwear.

Top model Kendall sports a grey vest top and holds Khloe's leg as she straddles her younger sister. Kourtney flashes her cleavage in a silver bra as a cream jumper cascades down her front.

Meanwhile, Kylie sports nude flared trousers and a matching silk bra while mum Kris and sister Kim stand behind them. Kim looks broodingly at the camera while "momager" Kris smiles next to her girls.

The family look rather different from their last Hollywood Reporter cover back in 2011.

In the interview, entitled "How a Sex Tape Led to a Billion-Dollar Brand", the family, along with producer Ryan Seacrest, document how the show got off the ground.

The family have made their money from sharing everything about their lives and Kris says she knew they would have to be open books if the reality show was going to succeed.

She said: "I sat everyone down and said, 'If we're going to do this, we have to be all in. We have to really be who we are'.".

However, while it brought them worldwide fame, it wasn't an easy ride for the girls and Kourtney revealed the toll it took on her.

She said: "I remember in season one being like, 'I have to go the bathroom,' and I'd cry in there as quietly as I could because I was still mic'd. I never want to cry in front of cameras.".

Khloe added: "I don't think we knew what we were even saying yes to. "Everything was just super-fast. Kim and my mum were steering the ship. We were just like, 'Tell us where to be and we'll be there'.".

The family have been through a lot — from Kim's 72 day marriage to Kris Humphries — to Khloe's ex-husband Lamar ending up in a coma after being found unconscious at a Nevada brothel.

Trailer for Tulip Fever banned from TV in the US after distributor refuses to remove racy scene

Tulip Fever - Trailer     . A 30-second trailer for the upcoming film Tulip Fever has been deemed too racy for TV, sources say.

The clip for the R-rated film, starring Alicia Vikander, Dane DeHaan, Christoph Waltz and Judi Dench, features a love scene between Vikander and DeHaan that was approved by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), the United States' equivalent for Australian Classification.

But even with the approval from the governing board, sources have since told Page Sixthat the footage was rejected by Fox — one of the biggest TV networks in the US.

The commercials was banned after The Weinstein Company, the film's distributor, told the publication it wasn't going to cut the X-rated scene from the clip.

The costume drama is set in 17th-century Amsterdam and centres on an artist who falls for a married noblewoman when he's commissioned to paint her portrait.

And despite the controversy surrounding the trailer, Tulip Fever is already expected to be a box office smash considering its star-studded cast.

The movie's lead actress Alicia Vikander won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for The Danish Girl last year while her co-star Christoph Waltz won the same award for Best Supporting Actor for Django Unchained in 2013.

Filming concluded mid-2014 however numerous production delays led to the movie's premiere being pushed to next month in the US. A rep for Fox didn't comment on the ban.  Tulip Fever is slated for Australian release on November 23.
