Woman's bedroom bikini photo goes viral for the BEST reason

VIRAL: Alexis Poole makes a very valid point in her latest Instagram picture.

Instagram can be both a blessing and a curse. While it's fun to peruse through your feed as a form of escapism, it can also be harmful for people's body image if they constantly see "perfect" sculpted bodies.

A recent study even revealed that women who follow plus-size women on the social media platform feel better about their body image than women who don't.

Nutritionist Alexis Poole recently posted a photo of herself in a black bikini on her Instagram page. The accompanying caption said: "So here goes.

This is me, my most vulnerable, most exposed body. I dont have visible abs but I guarantee I can probably out plank a few people who do.

"Not to mention that my cardiovascular fitness and general health is pretty good. And thats the point.".

Alexis is sick of the obsession around weight loss and feels there is too much emphasis put on ideals.  She added: "My outer appearance is by no means an indication of what lies on the inside, be it my strength or my health.

And that is the reason for this post.

"I am so frustrated with the obsession around weight loss, trust me, Ive spent many years fretting over how to achieve my ideal weight, and guess what? I never got there, or so I thought.

"Were lead to believe that once were at a smaller weight well be so much happier. I couldnt have got this more wrong.".

Alexis said she was actually more miserable when she was thinner – she didn't go out, she was antisocial, she didn't drink and she basically lived at the gym.

She said: "I just want to show people that even though on the surface my Instagram pictures probably make me look smaller than I am, I just know what clothes suit my shape.

"People have their own stories, people have their own relationship with food and the way they look.

Dont judge, be happy, and please dont think the only way to be healthy is to diet and lose weight." Alexis' post has since gained hundreds of comments from her followers who loved her words of encouragement.

One user, @alle_varsos wrote: I 100% relate with your story! Im an Italian Dietitian and I strongly believe that nowadays thats a very difficult job due to all the social media thinspiration and food bloggers and unreal expectations about our body. Another, @tiff5clark added: Such a good message, need more Instagram posts like this in our world!! Its about being healthy and feeling good about ourselves!.

Louisa Johnson drops jaws with TOPLESS poolside snap

TITILLATING: Louisa went topless while on holiday in Ibiza. The former X Factor winner, currently on holiday with pal Chloe Paige, whipped off her bikini top for a seriously racy snap. Lousia took to Instagram for the saucy topless exposé.

It saw the 19-year-old look wistfully into the distance as she went bare-chested.

SIZZLING: The singer has been stripping down regularly on her sunshine break.

She rested her arm on her head while bathing in an infinity pool. Louisa captioned the Ibiza-based pic: Morning. The image certainly made her fans day, with more than 46,000 of them giving the post a like.

BEAUTIES: Louisa is on holiday with fellow X Factor alumni Chloe Paige. One replied: Good morning beautiful. While others gushed about how gorgeous and stunning the star was. Louisa has been giving her followers a front row view of her sunshine break.

CHEEKY: The girls showed off their rears as they poses with a pal.

She wowed in a teeny tiny gold bikini earlier this week. Her and Chloe also showed off their peachy rears on the beach as they posed with a pal. Shes having one hot summer, thats for sure.

TN Women in Ag - Meet Anne - Duration: 2:38.

I think to see a 10-year-old kid or a young horse

develop into a national level competitor

that really lights me up.

"good girl"

"You survived that turn pretty well."

I grew up in Connecticut.

A horse crazy kid who did not have a horse,

and when my family moved to a more rural area when I was thirteen

we were able to get a horse.

I knew nothing about horses, shouldn't of had one

but found the local 4-H Club

and finished my youth years in 4-H.

"Alright, just tip these over a little bit so the dirt comes off?"

Taught at the 4-H camps in Connecticut,

taught at the University of Connecticut, and moved to Tennessee

where I found the teaching job at Middle Tennessee State University in the horse program,

and that's been the focus of my life since then is teaching kids and horses.

When I was in college, I was on the very first all-girl horse judging team,

and that was quite the buzz at the time.

Because judging and agriculture was much stronger, male dominated area.

The horse world in particular has become much more female oriented.

There's something about a 12-year-old girl and a horse that is a very powerful attraction,

and really brings a lot of kids to this.

You know we talk about STEM for the girls.

Let the girls learn the sciences,

and horses are the perfect entry into science and technology.

And let them know they can major in those things in college,

and they can become successful in those areas.

It's been a work of great energy

great effort and great results.

To watch the kids grow up from being 10-years-old in the 4-H program,

to being 18-years-old in the college agriculture program,

and then go on to be adults and contribute back to Tennessee agriculture

has been really the most rewarding part of my life.

Should I Pay My Mortgage After Bankruptcy? - Duration: 2:07.

Should I pay my mortgage after bankruptcy?

Well, that really depends upon if you want to keep your home.

IF you do, you're going to have to continue to pay the normal, monthly payment on your

bankruptcy.

That's true if you're in chapter 7 or if you're in chapter 13.

Now, if you're in chapter 7 and the mortgage company has been foreclosing on your home

and refusing to accept your payments, after you file bankruptcy, they'll probably resume

accepting the payments, but once you added bankruptcy, and that's usually a 90-100-day

period, they can resume the foreclosure sale and then refuse to take your payments.

So, paying the mortgage under those circumstances doesn't buy you a whole lot.

If you're in chapter 13 though, and you've been in foreclosure but your you're going

to try to keep your home by curing the arrears in chapter 13, which you are allowed to do,

then by all means, yes, you must resume making your mortgage payments if the mortgage company

has been refusing them to accept them before the bankruptcy.

This way, you're going to be making two payments during the chapter 13; one to the mortgage

company and one to the chapter 13 trustee to help cure the arrears on your home mortgage.

This is why chapter 13 can sometimes be a difficult way to try to keep your home, because

you're making those two payments for 36 or 60 months depending on your case.

My name is Ron Drescher.

I'm an attorney practicing bankruptcy and creditor's rights, and if you have a question

about whether you should pay your mortgage after bankruptcy, please pick up the phone

and call me.

I would love to hear from you.

Why contribute to a 401k - Duration: 1:45.

Get this:

According to the U.S. Census Bureau,

two-thirds of Americans don't contribute to their employer's 401(k)!

[record scratch]

Shocking, I know! Hi, I'm Stephen

and I'm here to talk to you about saving for retirement.

Okay - about those non-savers – maybe they don't know their employer offers a retirement plan.

or maybe they opened an account once but stopped contributing.

Clearly, the problem is not opportunity,

because only one in five Americans works for a company that doesn't offer one.

Participating in a 401(k) or 403(b) or other defined contribution plan

is really important. In fact, it's the foundation of most people's retirement savings.

Plus, many employers offer to match contributions,

which means if you put money in your account, so will they!

Free money? Who would pass that up?

If you're not participating in a 401(k) because you're waiting until you're in better financial shape,

here's the thing: It will never seem like a good time to start.

If your employer doesn't offer a retirement plan, you can open one on your own.

Just talk to a financial advisor or someone at your bank, credit union or other financial institution.

But start today – even if it's just a small amount.

Because, thanks to a little thing called compound interest, that small amount just might grow

into a nice, comfy nest egg

What's compound interest?

Search for it – and other financial literacy tips on securian.com.

We're here to help.
