kraang does not like the turtles and then you have mr. splinter he comes with

the sword in a stick so he could fuck shredder on the head he looked really

cool so he is a rat in human form well I guess up try trap he's not really human

form yes still is rat form and then you've got Casey Jones with his hockey

stick whoa cool okay what else was in here check this out the Ninja Turtles

trash truck well this thing is awesome this thing has working dump trucks you

drive it the nunchucks at the side spin back and forth to hit the bad guys this

front goes up and down you could open up this inside and fit two turtles here and

at least two turtles in the back it's got a firing net launcher here we've got

an opening here for another turtle who all say is awesome let's get some

turtles in there okay so first thing we're gonna drop this front and put two

turtle

and raise the truck and then we could fit another two turtles over here and

over here and if we take one of the turtles out the front we could have a

turtle here popping out of the hatch of top pools then you've got bebop here

ready to get the turtles Wow guys this is an awesome truck check out my

shredder down into this jail cell here where he is locked in you've got firing

missiles on the side over here and have firing missiles on the side here ok cool

so when you're done you simply go ahead and fold this ladder here back up with

the trapdoor up lift this leg pop this top clothes

go ahead pop the techno drone closed and it's all ready to roll huh cool

this is awesome set and unboxing it is really cool guys we pulled all these

Green Solutions Awards 2017 - Energy & Hot climates winner: Bois d'Olives (France) - Duration: 3:10.

We are in the school of Bois d'Olives,

named school Aimé Césaire,

it's located in the city of Saint Pierre, on the Reunion Island (France).

Building a school is an action that matters to us,

because schools are the first public and institutional building

in the life of a child.

That's why we strive to produce quality buildings,

with recreation areas,

with atypical spaces.

We aimed, through this project, to create a bioclimatic building

specifically adapted to the constraints of the climate in the lower region of the Reunion Island.

Mainly, we worked on protecting the constructions from all climatic constraints:

meaning the sun and the rain.

Often on the Reunion Island, the issue lies in children being exposed

to the sun for long hours.

That's why the courtyard of the kindergarten is protected by these large roofs, these large pergolas.

We intentionally enlarged all the covered courtyards

to create wide shaded areas.

Regarding sustainability,

we worked first and foremost on reaching a low carbon impact,

by designing a dry frame building,

by mainly using timber.

The only parts built in concrete

are the school restaurant and the kitchen.

We also developed strategies

regarding the heavy rainfall issue

that we can face on the island.

We used draining materials,

to avoid waterproofing surfaces.

For instance, the courtyard uses draining concrete

and synthetic grass,

helping us preserving permeable zones.

We also developed a strategy for an efficient through and through ventilation

by correctly positioning the buildings according to the direction of the prevailing winds.

but also by working with low width classrooms

with great porosity in the facades and equipped with jalousie-type opertures

facilitating the regulation of the classrooms.

We also implemented green roofs

for three reasons:

first, for the treatment of rainwaters

as the greenroofs allow us to delay the water during the storms heavy pourings.

Second, it insulates the rooftops

and third, it allows us, at a district scale,

to avoid the sun overheated roof,

to radiate that heat toward other buildings around.

For us, the distinctive element defining this building

is the great "umbrella" roof

protecting the whole school.

Another point we focused on

is the urban integration of this building in this district.

It is currently going through a urban renewal program

and this school can be seen as the first stone.

We wanted to succeed in integrating of the school into the district

and in opening the school to its surroundings.

Welcome.

My name is Peter Strong and I provide online therapy via Skype for overcoming anxiety and

depression and other common emotional psychological problems that might benefit from online psychotherapy.

Many people come to me after trying many different approaches: counseling, psychotherapy in-person

and also medications, and they tell me that while these approaches sometimes help them

overcome temporary symptoms of anxiety or panic attacks or or depression they don't

seem to provide any kind of lasting improvements in their condition.

And for me this is not at all surprising because medications and general talk type therapy

does not really change the underlying patterns of habitual thinking and emotional reactivity

that feed anxiety and depression.

They only treat symptoms and that's not enough.

In my opinion we need to be able to change those underlying habits that creates your

emotional suffering and that's what I offer during the online therapy sessions that I

provide.

I specialize in mindfulness therapy.

Mindfulness is an extremely effective way of changing habits.

It allows you to develop a conscious and compassionate relationship with your emotions and with your

thoughts.

And this is essential.

You have to learn how to sit with your emotions and thoughts without becoming identified with

them and without becoming reactive.

If you can do that then you stop feeding those habits, basically.

And this creates the ideal conditions whereby the habit of anxiety or depression or any

other emotional psychological form of suffering will begin to resolve itself.

If you don't feed it it will resolve itself.

Also if you stop feeding it and you establish a good relationship with your emotions then

you're in a much better position to be able to help your emotions resolve themselves.

You learn how to interact with them with more consciousness and more compassion the same

way that you might relate to a child or another person who is in pain.

If you are reactive you are not going to be able to help them overcome their emotional

suffering.

You have to be non-reactive in your relationship to them and it's exactly the same with our

emotions.

We have to learn to be non-reactive in relationship to our anxiety of fear of panic or depression

or obsessions with the ever emotional suffering that you are experiencing.

You have to establish a good relationship with them then you can actually help those

emotions change themselves and heal.

This is one of the central themes in Mindfulness Therapy is building this relationship.

And the second important concept for you to understand is that your anxiety, your depression,

your suffering is already trying to heal itself.

It's only because of the problem of reactivity that gets in the way of it healing itself.

So that's a very important thing to understand.

It's not so much us trying to fix or change her anxiety or depression, it's allowing them

to change and heal in a natural way by themselves, and the less reactive you become the the more

this happens.
