Travel changes you in more way than you think!: Passport Kings Travel Video - Duration: 7:42.

Yo today on passport kings, I'm going to talk about the many other benefits that traveling brings you, engage

I'm Roklan. I travel the globe for leisure

exploration and education about different cultures

Join me and You too can be royalty. This is passport King welcome aboard, abroad!

Experiencing new cultures and seeing far-off places is an idea that many of us

Romanticize about. Going somewhere new is something we strive to do as we work away in our day-to-day lives

Instagram is becoming full of people who travel to exotic locations and take pictures of those places

And I'd like to think that Passport Kings had something to do with this newfound travel Renaissance!

What some people don't realize though is how much more travelling has to offer beyond just showing us new places

cultures and snapping pictures to brag about to your friends and family

Traveling abroad can open the door to incredible opportunities for personal growth

connection and a deeper understanding of our own dreams and purpose in life. Being away from home can force you away from

everyone that you know and are familiar with and

perhaps the greatest ways that traveling to a new place can help you to grow as a person is socially. Traveling especially

traveling solo

Challenges us to make new connections and get to know those around us in an environment where we so often know no one at all

travelers hostel provide one of the greatest places to form new friendships

and meet fellow travelers in a similar position to you and traveling to an

Airbnb can get you in contact with some of the people who love travelling the most in this world

Traveling to exotic hotels can give you that same

opportunity. Some of the closest friends that I have made during my travels started with the conversation at a bar in a hotel or

while discussing the best places to visit while on an airplane now as a result. I have friends all over the world

Another huge way

in which traveling can help you to grow and shift your perspective is in relations to material things

When you're traveling and especially when you're traveling light you have to work with an often extremely limited amount of space to carry your clothing,

personal belongings and other essentials . Traveling with such a limited number of material objects can really help to bring to your attention

what you actually need in your life,

and what is just excess. after

traveling the world you'll be far less attached to all of the things you had thought you was going to miss terribly. Nowadays

I find that this has helped me to resist impulse shopping and more carefully consider my

purchases and the benefit that they're going to bring to my life

Stay tuned for this quick commercial break

And I'll be right back

Passport kings has always been in the business to try to help you make money online so you can travel more

That's why I was always giving away this great opportunity for you to learn in the travel industry and make money in the travel business

But some people said recruiting is not something that they want to do on an everyday basis

And I can understand that sometimes recruiting can take a really big toll on you sometimes

You just want to make money without any risk and without going around telling people about your opportunity in this case I've came up with

The excellent way for you to make money from home and still be the boss of your own time what passport Kings has become

involved in is called Arise

You'll work for fortune 500 companies doing customer care and answering questions from home on your telephone

But like I said the best part about it is you make your own schedule?

Work when you want don't work when you don't want

There's no one over your shoulder telling you where you have to be and what time you have to get there come over to

http://www.passportkings.com/p/join-arise-and-work-from-home.htmle and learn about this opportunity for yourself

traveling can also help you find love. Not only are you running the opportunity to find love with a woman in an exotic

location

you also run the risk of finding love with some woman who just loves to travel just as much as you. This could be your

Soulmate and if you didn't travel often you wouldn't find her because she'll be gone and you'll be at home looking

Traveling helps you challenge your appreciation

And this is perhaps one of the biggest ways that it can help you to grow

not only will travel and encourage you to appreciate home, but it will also push you to appreciate new cultures and

Alternative ways of living that may be far from your norm

appreciating the world around helps you expand your perspectives in

Incredible ways while encouraging a level of acceptance and empathy far beyond anything you may have felt before

The few days that you are on vacation the hate is gone from politics to celebrity gossip

to even gossip in your old neighborhood

You don't have any care in the world about those going on

All you'll be worried about is making the best time out of this time that you have

Away from home that peace of mind in itself is worth more than the ticket you pay for the airline

Season five of passport Kings is made possible by viewers like you who contribute to passport kings on patreon

Being a member will get you exclusive content that can sometimes be considered too risque for my rated G audience

plus you'll get other exclusive perks you'll get half off the shirt of the month and

Some of you will even get to select the topic of my next video

Plus I'll put your name in a drawing for a free trip abroad that a winner will be picked every single month

So become a patreon today and keep Passport Kings going strong!

Traveling the world can be incredibly beneficial not just as supplying us with experience and memories

but also in the way that it helps us to grow and develop as people from new connections to

Self-reflection and an appreciation of the world and its vast diversity traveling provides perhaps some of the most wonderful

opportunities we can find

So even if you're on a trip and everything doesn't turn out the way you expected it to, rest assure,

you are still learning! So adventure to the far and beyond like

A KING, A PASSPORT KING, peace!

The Quantum Revolution - Duration: 3:56.

The first quantum revolution was really based in the understanding of quantum physics

and that lead to inventions like the transistor and the laser

– So basically what forms todays information technology.

– Now in the second quantum revolution, we can control individual quantum systems

and we can exploit the properties of those in a new way.

Of course big words, but I'm sure this will be a second technical revolution.

– You probably think this is science fiction. But it´s much more science than fiction.

– We will see the fruits of the second quantum revolution maybe 20–30 years from now.

– There is a very counterintuitive fact that electrons can be at two places at the same time.

There is this cartoon about a skier that goes downhill from a tree.

And you see two tracks from the skies and they go on each side of the tree.

For us that´s a funny cartoon, but the electrons would not laugh.

They wouldn't understand what so funny about it – they do this all the time.

– There are four so called pillars in the second quantum revolution

where you divide things in quantum computing, quantum sensing, quantum communication and quantum simulation.

So those are things where you can do things much better if you have this control of the quantum systems

than what you can do with ordinary means.

– Because it´s so counter intuitive that you can have this enormous amount of possibilities at the same time

and we need to get some intuition for – and we´re slowly building that – how to exploit this for practical problems.

– We´re characterizing our first generation very small quantum computer.

– The goal of the project is to demonstrate a quantum computer with a hundred qubits.

– With such a processor we can address some interesting problems, problems that a supercomputer could not even address.

– This will be an enormous contribution to industry. Because it´s the same thing that is behind artificial intelligence and...

and self driving vehicles and the whole internet of things.

– We have been building competence in superconducting circuits for many years and for the last twenty years we've also looked at quantum properties of these superconducting circuits.

So we have a lot of knowledge.

This can really deliver something new. It's not an incremental change, it´s really a game changer. It´s a paradigm shift.

information literacy facebook video - Duration: 4:29.

Greetings to our lecturer Fauziatul Alma and everyone today.

In this video we will be sharing with you about a social media

known as Facebook.

My group includes Tyler chow, Kivern Saran and Wu Ming Jin as we talk about background

and features of Facebook.

I am Jian Jye and I will be sharing with you the background and co-founder of facebook,

Mark Zuckerberg.

He was born on May 14th 1984 at

New York, USA.

He released Facebook when he was 23 years old in February

2004.

Facebook was first used to build an online community to get

his college friends to stay in touch.

Later on he decided to drop out Harvard and work

full time in developing Facebook.

Nowadays, Facebook earns on average $4.23 per user whereby Facebook achieves

8.03 billion in sales in first quarter of the year 2017 making him the world's youngest billionaire.

One of the earliest investors for Facebook was Pay pal's co-founder Peter Theil

as it now works with Facebook to allow users to perform online transactions.

I will now pass this to Wu Ming Jin as he explains one of the features on Facebook

Hello, my name is Wu Ming Jin and now i want to introduce

(breathes heavily) XO

FACEBOOK LIVEsss

And the first thing i want to talk about is have engaging conversations with your followers

Live is the best way to interact with viewers in real time.

Field their burning questions,

hear what's on their mind and check out their Live Reactions

to gauge how your broadcast is going. (breaths heavily)

The second thing is that it can reach your audience

People love watching video, which is why we've built a

dedicated place to watch this engaging content on Facebook.

While your current fans will be able to keep up here and in News Feed,

the experience will help new followers discover you too.

and errrrr???? o_o

The third thing is that it can it instantly.

Live lets you connect with the people who care most. (so sad X[ )

Your followers can receive notifications when you go live so they know to tune in to

your broadcasts at just the right time.

And the last thing I want talk is that it can tell your story your way

with creative tools like filters,

it's easy to express yourself in ways that delight your followers and make it even more fun.

Hello folks. My name is Tyler Chow from Degree in marketing.

I'll be sharing with you one of the key features of Facebook known as FB messenger.

Messenger was a smartphone app created with the aim of allowing users to chat with their friends easily.

Nowadays, over 1 billion FB users are using the messenger app

on their smartphone devices to communicate their text messages with others.

What gets people to continuously use the app

is how receiving messages,

users would be notified through this app and they can instantly reply the message with a tap on the notification.

When sending a message to other users,

we can see whether the receiver has read the message or not.

Messenger shows the status of our text messages of being "sent but not received",

"sent & received" and "sent & read".

It's convenient for many users to keep in touch through FB messenger

as it is easy to use simply by tapping on the profile pictures of the users you wish to have a chat with.

One of my group members, Saran,

will now take over the next part of this video as he explains more in depth of the

features and facts about Facebook.

(woah too fast) Good afternoon guys, my name is kivern saran and I will be explaining the last 2 features of Facebook.

The first and the most common feature of Facebook would be the emoticons.

The basic idea of emoticons is for users to express themselves

and there is no doubt it makes the conversation more fun.

And the first interesting fact of emoticons is that it has been around since 1982,

but only moved into mainstream communication over recent years as social media has grown.

The other main feature that everyone is very familiar of

would be 3 icons which could be found on the top right of the page.

The first icon would be the friend request followed by chat messenger and finally the news feed. Moving on.

Thank you for your time and I hope this video is educational

in providing more information about Facebook.

The LARGEST castle in the WORLD! - Duration: 10:24.

the Cathedral we're in right now is one special place first of all it's really

beautiful and second of all one thing we cannot record on video is smells

and they are burning incense here which makes this place seem even more

authentic and also there's this quiet music playing here in the background

that seems like a choir is singing it all together gives it an incredible mood

as the beautiful Fall weather in Poland continues we made our way to Malbork castle

in Malbork in Poland this building right there behind me is one of

the most prominent and beautiful castles in the entire country of Poland

and today we are here on this gorgeous Fall day we're going to visit it and take

a look at it from the outside probably I don't think we're taking a guided tour

or anything like that because it's a rich day we're supposed to make it to

Gdansk today and they're also talking about weather getting worse tonight so

we're gonna use the Sun while it lasts take a look at the castle and continue

this amazing polish journey

this castle was really destroyed in World War 2 as many things in Poland

as many things in Poland but a large part of it was rebuilt you can actually

really tell the difference between the old brick and the new brick and I was

thinking it seems silly to see a new brick inaid that says... right in there

it said 2013 but if you think about it this has happened throughout history

complete rebuilding of castles like this destroyed and rebuilt but if you really

think about it in 200 years or now when they see that brick that says 2013 it's

not going to be as stupid as it seems to us now it's going to be just as

interesting to those people 200 years from now Wow look at this they rebuilt

this part in 2013

when I saw the photo from World War 2 the entire roof line was completely

destroyed it was just the beams were still left and none of the ceiling was still there

I feel as if I lived here once

I was walking the chambers, saw everything, knew where things were

so in your previous life you lived in this castle

in my previous life I was probably a cat, a dog or a mouse here

maybe you were...

I might have been the Zbyszko of Bogdaniec, I don't know [a character from a famous Polish historical novel]

maybe you were the Great Komtur

who knows...

do you feel like you aaah... you lived here in your past life?

no, I don't

my dad does

he does?

he says he must have been that cat

was he a knight?

or a mouse

maybe... maybe he was a knight? maybe he was one of these guys?

that... one kinda looks like him

which one?

well... if you don't know then I guess he wasn't

personally I am totally impressed with this castle it's absolutely amazing it's

gigantic it's beautiful and it's got so many little places that you just want to

keep looking at and you could probably spend the entire day here and still not

have enough but we have to move on because there's a lot more on our agenda today

this was a ruin

there's a rebuild empora over there

that was supported by such large beams

there was no floor, there was only a wooden passage

wait, how long was this in ruin, till recently?

yes, after the war this was a complete ruin

for 10 or 15 years it was not available to see at all

not hing but rubble

later the rubble was cleaned up and they got it ready to open

I've been in the castle since 2007

back then it was already open for tourists

and in the Fall of 2014 they closed it and started the renovation work

so this chapel has been open for only 3 years?

this has been open only since 2016 the way you see it

last year?

last year

there's a plaque over there, you can read all about who sponsored what for us here

yeah but it's better to talk to you then read some plaques

this chapel was definitely the best part of the castle and we almost missed it

Blonnie actually saw it first and she took us back there when we were on our

way out and I'm so glad we did it because it was amazing

and it just opened last year so if you guys are in this area this is a must-see

now: lunch

made it made it made it

made it to Gdansk

we are here

another day of travel behind us

we have a few hours before it starts raining we know it's gonna rain because

every single weather app says so 8 p.m. tonight

rain

now 5 p.m. so we have 3 hours to walk around admire this beautiful city

there's already a lot to look at I feel like I could be shooting here for days

so much beautiful architecture around us and the most epic very often seen online photo

of Gdansk that shows this famous crane structure is right in front of us

right now

why is this so exciting and important because that's basically the other end

of Poland we got all the way to the sea the Baltic Sea this is as much north of

Poland as you can get well except for Hel maybe so so it's significant

because this trip is all around the country and right now we are at the

north end of it how cool

how cool

you wanna say that's on camera? come on it's a good talk

I can't

go!

remember what I said
