It's more accessible, detailed and user-friendly than ever!

Beginning in 2018,

you'll receive your bill

in the official language of your choice.

Simply go online to the My Service Ottawa website

to select your preferred language

and register for water and sewer billing,

or call Revenue Services.

It's just one of the ways we're building a better future together.
