Youtube daily report Nov 20 2017

Utrecht is the fastest-growing city in the Netherlands.

Residents and visitors love the car-free city centre

that has been a success for over 50 years.

After the size of that area had been unchanged for half a century...

the city is now expanding it.

Streets were reconstructed.

Some lost their roadway

and are now shared space from facade to facade.

Other streets lost their parking spaces.

The overarching goal is to give more people more space for walking.

But there is a problem: what to do with cycling?

At the edges of the pedestrianised area

cycling and walking are competing for the same space.

The city government thinks cycling should no longer be permitted everywhere.

One main north-south cycle route alongside Oudegracht (the Old Canal)

is to be closed to cycling during most of the day.

The essential east-west corridor will be a pedestrian area

where people can cycle as a guest.

The problem is: both areas look very much alike.

How can people walking understand

that in this area cycling will not be permitted,

but in this very similar street it will be permitted?

The local branch of the Cyclists' Union is against closing an important cycle route.

Especially when the alternative routes have not yet been upgraded.

Some parties in the council agree

and the plan will now not be implemented

on the 1st of January 2018.

The aldermen for traffic will investigate further

how she can improve clarity of the rules

and how it can be better explained to people why this is necessary.

I have a hard time understanding

how someone cycling could be allowed as a guest here

while it would be too busy in this location.

Both locations and the number of people look exactly alike.

Is there even really a problem?

No incidents have been reported.

There are just a lot of near misses.

The speeds are very low

and some people already decide to dismount.

Maybe not everything has to regulated.

Especially when it comes to people who can look each other in the eyes

when they negotiate who goes first.

It will be interesting to follow what Utrecht decides...

about cycling in the car free zone.

S. Korea's exports grow at fastest pace among top 10 exporters - Duration: 1:44.

South Korea's export growth continues its recovery momentum -- far outpacing that of

its global counterparts.

While global exports have risen 9-point-2 percent on-year during the first nine months

of 2017,...

Seoul has posted double-digit growth.

Won Jung-hwan reports.

According to the data released by the World Trade Organization on Sunday, South Korea's

exports grew at the fastest pace out of the world's top 10 exporting countries over the

first nine months of the year.

Thanks to an upturn in global demand, Korea's exports grew by 18-point-5-percent on-year

to record 4-hundred-30-billion U.S. dollars of exports from January to September 2017,

outpacing both the United States and China-- the top two countries in terms of total exports.

September was a particularly good month, with Korea's exports growing by 35-percent from

the month before,... outpacing the Netherlands, which had the second fastest growth rate,

by over 20 percent.

Korea's strong growth rate for September, which was more than three times the global

average, helped the country regain 6th place in the overall export rankings, after it fell

two spots in the previous year.

The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy attributed South Korea's strong performance...

to the economic recovery in advanced and developing countries, and rising demand for information

technology products like semiconductors.

However, it also laid out concerns that trade protectionism and uncertainty surrounding

oil prices could adversely affect South Korea's exports in the remaining months of this year.

Won Jung-hwan, Arirang News.

Well, a cyber poet is a poet that is engaged with technology, and technology based on the

electronic medium, primarily the Internet.

And for me was particularly liberating and interesting when I first came to this country,

and for the first time I was exposed to the screen.

It used to be black with palpitation of the cursor, white, like "pum-pum."

It was like calling you, and I thought it was the perfect opportunity to establish a

connection and through that connection to create elements of interaction.

I created prototypes of robots.

I was really convinced that I wanted to present poetry from the point of view of a robot.

One: Inhabited by ciphers, code, códigos, circuits.

That's why it's so important for me to create artifacts that delves into the idea of true

communication, true interaction in a new age, which is the electronic age in the 21st century.

I think poetry, traditional poetry, is important, it's beautiful, I still do it definitely,

but I think that we should challenge our way of understanding, reading, and experiencing

poetry.

Algorithm infers my entity without weighing position or effect

Pure response to your number on keyboard, diode, digital syntax, the word that uninforms,

undesigns me.

Denver Real Estate: Your latest Denver market snapshot - Duration: 1:06.

Hey guys it's Lisa and Steve

here with Blake Team Realty for your market update.

Hey guys, yeah we just want to give you another quick

snapshot about what's going on in the Denver market.

Truth be told it's gonna be pretty short and sweet.

We're seeing all of the same trends we've seen

over the last couple of months.

More inventory continues to go up.

More days on market, homes are taking longer to sell.

Average price, this is a little better than we saw

last year, or last month, so it's kind of evened out.

But again, when you look versus last year, this is the

year over year, that's a definite change.

So, we're definitely continuing this kind of cooling,

like we like to call it, market.

The big jump out at you stat this month of

change from last month, again this is month over month,

is sold homes.

So, lot less homes out there selling right now.

Which--

And that could be just due to the holiday season

as well so.

Yeah, so

again, same trend, kind of seeing this cooling

in the market.

So, it's gonna open up, loosen up the market,

for both buyers and sellers and,

you know, if you have any questions

we're here to help any day.

Yup, you know where to find us

and you guys all have a great day.

Thank you.

S. Korea no longer 'earthquake-safe' zone... two magnitude 5.0+ quakes in two consecutive years - Duration: 2:06.

While Korea's close neighbor Japan experienced devastating quakes and tsunamis, such natural

disasters were not much of a concern on this side of the East Sea.

But that perception is changing with a major tremor rattling the nation for the second

year in a row.

Lee Jeong-yeon has the full story.

South Korea was once again hit by an earthquake above magnitude five.

The tremors from the magnitude 5-point-4 earthquake were felt as far as Seoul, 300-kilometers

away from the epicenter in Pohang.

(stand-up) The earthquake in Pohang comes around a year

after the magnitude 5-point-8 earthquake that hit Gyeongju last year.

So amid growing concerns among the public that South Korea may not be an "earthquake-safe"

zone, here is what the expert has to say.

(Korean) "When we look at the earthquake patterns recorded

throughout South Korea's history, quakes have occurred everywhere on the peninsula.

They aren't limited to certain areas.

So we need to prepare for the possibility of the whole country being prone to big earthquakes

and take necessary precautions."

The expert explains that Pohang, where Wednesday's earthquake hit, is situated along what is

called an "active fault," a fault that has seen seismic activity during the last 10,000

years.

(Korean) "Through this earthquake, the fact that the

fault is active is now undisputable.

An active fault is always prone to earthquakes so we must keep a close watch on the region."

More than 40 aftershocks have occurred so far since the main tremor.

And although it had a lower magnitude than last year's quake, the Pohang quake has actually

caused more damage.

The main difference is that the depth of the of last year's Gyeongju earthquake was between

11 and 16 kilometers, and its epicenter was in a less populated area near the reservoir,

but Wednesday's quake was just nine kilometers below the city in Pohang.

Experts say that for now, earthquakes are nearly impossible to predict, but scientists

are trying to improve earthquake prediction technology and to come up with more diverse

ways to warn the public... so as to minimize fatalities.

N. Korea, Trump and Beijing's special envoy discussed in latest S. Korea-U.S. nuclear envoy ... - Duration: 2:24.

The top nuclear envoys of South Korea and the United States met on Jeju Island earlier

on Friday... to further discuss ways to jointly tackle the North Korea nuclear issue.

They had much to consider, such President Trump's trip to South Korea, the recent lack

of provocative behavior from Pyongyang, and China sending a special envoy to the regime.

Kwon Jang-ho has the details.

It's been less than a month since their last meeting in October, but the South Korean and

U.S. nuclear envoys met again Friday on Jeju Island, with several new developments to go

over.

The meeting lasted 70 minutes, during which they discussed President Donald Trump's recent

trip to South Korea and other Asian countries.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, the South Korean envoy Lee Do-hoon said that that

both Trump and President Moon Jae-in had agreed on the need to solve the North Korea nuclear

situation through diplomatic and peaceful means, and that continued sanctions and pressure

are needed to try and draw Pyongyang to the negotiation table.

Yun also agreed that "the pressure campaign had to be the central element," and that they

are working with countries like China, Russia, Japan and the EU, to achieve "meaningful and

credible dialogue" with the regime.

The two also talked about North Korea's recent lull in nuclear and missile activities for

the past two months.

They welcomed the hiatus, but explained that there had so far been no communication from

Pyongyang, and that unless North Korea declares that it has stopped the provocations in order

to open talks, then it cannot be interpreted as either a positive or negative sign.

Reporters also asked them about the significance of Beijing sending a special envoy to North

Korea on Friday.

It was announced this week that Song Tao, the head of Beijing's International Department,

was heading to Pyongyang to report on the outcomes of China's recent party congress.

But also coming after President Trump's visit to Beijing, there is some speculation that

China could also be urging North Korea to consider holding talks.

Lee remarked that the meeting could have "very significant meaning considering the timing,"

while Yun added that "China has a big role to play on Northeast Asia security issues"

and that he hoped the special envoy "will forward the goal" towards denuclearization.

The two said they will keep a close eye on that meeting and will try to convene again

as soon as possible to analyze it further.

U.S. trade commission to announce measures against S. Korean washing machines - Duration: 0:51.

The U.S. International Trade Commission will make a decision Tuesday local time on import

sanctions for foreign washing machines.

It will decide whether or not Whirlpool's claim that the U.S. washing machine market

is being invaded by relatively economic Korean machines is true.

Depending on the decision, Korea's Samsung and LG Electronics, may be slapped with tariffs

on imported washing machines and components.

In May, U.S. home appliance firm Whirlpool had requested the ITC to initiate a safeguard

on home washing machines and components coming from overseas,

claiming Korean firms' low prices were damaging U.S. manufacturers.

Following Tuesday's announcement,... the Korean government and the related businesses will

hold a countermeasure meeting.

S. Korea's Moon will leave all options open if talks with N. Korea get underway - Duration: 3:21.

President Moon Jae-in is back in home soil after wrappping up a week-long overseas trip

While addressing the press on the last day in Manila, he called the series of visits

a success, as it helped his administration make diplomatic strides on various levels.

Moon Connyoung has more on his maiden Southeast Asia tour.(STAND-UP)

"Manila.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in traveled here with two agenda in mind.

One, building stronger ties with the ASEAN and two, rallying support for South Korea's

policy vis-a-vis North Korea's nuclear weapons program.

And, today... here in the Philippines, the first Asian country to send combat troops

to the Korean War more than half a century ago, 18 leaders representing the Asia Pacific

region adopted a joint statement dubbed the Manila Declaration."

"We urge North Korea to stop provocative and threatening actions... and create conditions

conducive for dialogue."

Included in the Chair's Statement concluding the ASEAN Plus Three Summit is a direct and

blunt message to North Korea... in support for South Korean President Moon Jae-in's campaign

for sanctions for talks, lasting peace on the Korean peninsula and PyeongChang 2018

as Olympics for Peace.

That's a point for the six-months old president and his aides... and the South Korean leader

will not hide it.

(Korean) "I believe we have been successful in drawing

nearly perfect support from all East Asian countries including members of the ASEAN on

our position regarding North Korea's nuclear weapons program."

, .

During a surprise visit to the makeshift Blue House briefing room set up in Manila, President

Moon said... if the reclusive North Korea agreed to hold talks, negotiations could be

held with all options on the table.

(Korean) "Even if talks do begin to resolve the North

Korea nuclear issue, I feel it will be realistically difficult for North Korea to completely and

quickly destroy its nuclear capabilities when their nuclear and missile arsenal are at such

a developed stage."

, .

On his back-to-back talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang...

Mr. Moon admitted that the THAAD issue isn't completely resolved between the two countries.

(Korean) "It would be safe to say that our two countries

have largely agreed to leave the THAAD issue aside and separately normalize and further

develop our bilateral relations."

, , .

(Korean) "We believe the president's Southeast Asia

trip was successful as it enabled us to lay the groundwork for a shared future with the

ASEAN community and expand our diplomatic horizon."

(STAND-UP) version 2 "From trade and security to culture and climate

change, South Korean President Moon Jae-in wrapped up his eight-day, three nation Southeast

Asia tour with a whole lot under his belt.

But, this isn't the end... only the beginning of a long process of South Korea cultivating

new ties, restoring relations gone sour and readjusting its status on the global stage.

retaliation against Seoul, was a thorny subject that had to be covered.

The two appeared to agree on working toward better economic cooperation, some local experts

expressed skepticism on a return to normalcy.

Lee Unshin shares with us their take on the matter.

At the center of discussions between South Korean President Moon Jae-in and China's Prime

Minister Li Keqiang - economic issues that have been challenging the relationship between

the two nations.

According to Seoul's chief press secretary, President Moon asked Beijing to remove its

'unofficial' measures against Korea, including Korean electric vehicle batteries made in

China being left out from government subsidies,... and anti-dumping tariffs on goods produced

in Korea.

(Korean) "The Electric Vehicle Battery business is

an industry that grows through state subsidies, so without those subsidies, Korean companies

can't even enter the local market."

The Chinese premier said his country has to prioritize the safety and the sentiment of

its people when it comes to products.

On that regard, experts say that as long as Korean firms like LG Chem and Samsung SDI

keep producing quality batteries,... a turnaround in the environment can be expected.

So the industry remains hopeful.

(Korean- ) "We hope our business in China recovers through

the two countries improving their ties and our continuous efforts to expand localization."

But some market watchers say it's too early to tell whether there'll be an upturn in other

industries.

Since Korea announced the deployment of the U.S. anti-missile system in 2015, of which

Beijing has been fiercely against,...

Korean firms have suffered unprecedented damage from China.

Businesses in the country have closed down and exports have plummeted,... but Beijing

has never admitted to imposing any official measures.

(Korean) "Besides retaliation, China wants to nurture

the growth of its own companies.

So for the time being, it's not guaranteed that Korean businesses will recover from the

obstacles soon."

And some even suggest solving matters in a more fundamental way.

(Korean) "Although it may be difficult to do so in

a short period of time, gradually, Korean firms need to reduce their dependency on the

Chinese market."

President Moon and Prime Minister Li ended their talks on a positive note - a reassurance

of a bright future for cooperation between the two countries.

While expectations are high, concerns and questions also linger, as to whether relations

can return to normal, and if so how long will that take.

Lady Frankenstein: Review - Duration: 5:24.

Welcome back to my dark corner of this sick world

'How can somebody so lovely be such a bitch?'

We're watching Lady Frankenstein

'I am my father's daughter'

And that's the movie.

'See you next week'

Okay, there is a little more to it than that

'Something I'd rather you not see'

Was that Joseph Cotten?

'I was hoping you wouldn't do this'

Cotten was one of the most respected actors of the 1940s,

a member of Orson Welles' Mercury Theatre Company, here directed by

No relation.

'Would it matter?'

The plot is simple and predictable - Cotten's Frankenstein creates a monster

slightly fire damaged

who kills him

because...

'You can't use a damaged brain'

Frankenstein's really are careless with brains they use

'The creature has the mind of a murderer. It kills for the sake of killing'

The creature now goes on the rampage

Yeah, that's the obvious direction to run.

Now no nude woman

or man accompanied by a nude woman

is safe.

'Are you in the mood captain?'

He's tracked by a policeman who thinks he's Clint Eastwood

'Lynch. You cheated me.'

and has high opinions of himself

'At least 1/2 a foot taller than you'

'Really? That would make him 7ft tall'

That's sweet, you think you're six ft six

'I'm not laughing lynch'

Frankenstein's daughter Tanya now sets out to create her own monster

'There's only one solution; to create a second creature'

You'll have to explain your thinking on that

'Our creation will kill my father's murderer'

Perfectly logical. Then you could create another monster to kill that one, and so on.

'Such a grotesque dream'

The main thrust of this film is obviously; it's Frankenstein, but with a woman

'I may be a woman but I'm also a doctor'

And Tanya holds her own as a scientist, despite dressing somewhat differently in the lab.

'I'm a doctor'

Her goal is to create a monster that will take care of her father's mistake and preserve his memory

'Time to think of some way to protect my father's reputation'

Initially...

'Soon we'll be together again'

I don't recall Peter Cushing doing that to Christopher Lee

'You are an obnoxious man, extremely vulgar'

Tanya's creature will be the perfect combination of her handy man Thomas's body

'His body is strong and beautiful'

and the brain of her father's assistant, Charles

'I can't love Thomas, he doesn't have your mind'

Now obviously there is an implied sexism to the idea that a woman can't create a man for science

and her father's reputation, only because it's so darn hard to find a good husband

'Thomas with your brain is a man I could truly love'

More problematic is that the film seems to vacillate between the two points of view

'It doesn't make any sense'

Sometimes it seems that Tanya is merely using her sexuality to manipulate the love-struck Charles

'Do you ever think of touching me?'

Other times there's clearly only one thing on her mind

'Handsome, strong intelligent and beautiful man'

Before the operation she seduces Thomas

'You actually do understand what's going on don't you'

but is that only so Charles can kill him?

During the operation, when no one is around so there's no reason for her to put on an act, she kisses Thomas

But immediately afterwards

'They all rejected my father's life's work - now they'll see'

And after the operation, the plan to use one monster to kill the other no longer seems to matter to her

'You must get away tonight Charles.'

but then

'Because you know that matter who survives you still win.'

If she's a fiendish genius, manipulating men for her own ends, I could buy into this

'Would you like to have my body bend to you?'

If she's a weak frustrated woman, desperate for a man, not so much

'You love me. Me. Me. I belong to you. Yes, my love. '

but the biggest problem remains that it's neither one nor the other.

'I find your probing thoroughly impertinent'

So, a promising idea, that winds up as Pimp my Husband.

'I want that so much.'

thanks for watching. don't forget to subscribe.'

the Frankenstein family don't know how to let a bad idea die.

Are there any other classic horror icons whose family you would like to see get involved in the business?'

Let us know below.

'thank you very much. That will be all.'

Making Chocolate HashBerry Rosin using my Rosineer v.1 Manual Press | by GreenBox Grown - Duration: 16:42.

What's up cannabis Growers and welcome back to green box grown as always my name is Dylan

and as you can probably guess today I'm going to be pressing some rosin for you guys, and

I'll be  pressing it out of some of my homegrown Chocolate Hashberry which was grown out back

in the Greenhouse earlier this year.

I'm going to be using the rows of your version 1 press and as you can see by the crankshaft

here that means it's going to be the manual press.

And I've got all my other supplies light out here which I'll be going over in a second.

If you're interested in watching more of my extract videos just go to green box grown.com

and under the videos tab you'll see the extracts button which is where all the videos will

be.

I'd also like to mention that you can visit the green box grown Patreon page and the link

in the description below, and from there you can unlock exclusive content as well as new

features for the hotline so go check out the link below to see what those features are.

now it's at the video by checking out all of the supplies you will need to press some

top-shelf rosin at home.

First thing you want to do of course is turn on the Press.

So I'm going to do is flip the switch on over here, and then you're going to want to set

the temperature and this is in Celsius, so I'm setting it to 105 degrees as that is what

I found as work best for me.

So you'll see there's two switches here, one is for the top plate to control the temperature

and you can see here it says temp upper and then temp bottom turn this on and I'll turn

on the bottom plate and you can control the temperature.

I always set them to the same degree, doesn't need to be different.

So 105.

Flip them both on,I like to put these cases back over.

Alright so well that's warm enough I'm going to go over the supplies you need, so once

you've got your rosin press setup of course you're going to need your bud.

Like I said this is some Chocolate Hashberry I grew out back behind my house inside a greenhouse.

I like to use a Kief press to press the weed into a tight Puck and it's kind of like a

pre-press mold,  if you've heard of that before.

Basically it's just a way to kind of press the buds together so they're tightly compact,

when you start the Press, so that it actually squeezes out all of the resin and doesn't

leave any behind.

Where if it's kind of lose, it might not really squish that well and a lot of resin will still

be in the bud afterwards.

Some people just use ProPress molds, I like to use this kief press because I don't really

press that big of amount at a time, so this works perfectly for that.

I've got my parchment paper squares which you will need to be able to fold in half to

be able to  cover than that you're squeezing.

I've got my Sharpies to label the strain as well as when I was pressed and if it was the

first or second run.

I've got my scale for weighing out the amount I'm going to press, and I recommend using

two to three grams, I'll be using 3 grams today somewhere in that range is what is working

best with this rosin press I found.

I've got my gloves so that I don't get all of the track I'm stuck on my finger when I'm

pressing it, and compacting it into the kief press,  as after a while you'll notice you'll

start to have hash almost on your fingers left behind.

  So that'll prevent that.

And this is optional, but the rosin bags, the filter bags clear pressing helps keep

any contaminants any particles from the plants from mixing into the rosin, it's not necessary.

I don't like using it because you get a lot lower yield,  and the difference and quality

is not that much.

I do like using these 25 micron bags however, for pressing concentrates like dry sift and

hash.

To definitely recommend checking these out if you're interested, these ones are by rosin

Revolution.

Alright so now that the Press has heated up all the way, I'm going to start weighing out

the weed and I'm going to press it into the little cylinder to get ready for pressing.

Alright guys so I got it settled in no, close up on what I'll be doing so you be able to

see that.

You don't really need to see my face for this part.

but I'm going to be wearing Out 3 grams that I'll be packing it to the kief press, so that's

what I'll be getting ready for right here.

And I'll get this scale on and zero it, and an important thing you want to do is your

want to pick out the stems from the buds so don't include that way.

And you don't want the stems in there cuz they might poke through the paper when you're

squeezing them in the Press.

Alright so I'm going to tare this, and then I'm going to pull out  3 grams.

And this again is the Chocolate Hashberry and it's going to be pulling the nugs right

there off and stem.

No need to throw that in there and way this down, just need the bud.

Alright 2.19 and that's all from one bud all right almost there.

All right 3.05 that's close enough.

So that's what we'll be packing into the kief press.

It looks like there might not be enough space but you'll be able to make it fit, trust me.

This thing is great and you want to get out this part, which is the weight that will smash

it together.

And you want to make sure this isn't screwed all the way so there is as much room as possible

to fit all the weed.

All right now I'll start packing these nugs an, and you want to pack them in as tight

as possible, don't just try to pack it all in at the very last bit or else it won't be

very compact it all.

And this really, this really is where the gloves come in so you're not really getting

all this resume on your fingers, and I'll stay off on the bud.

You're not going to be getting your oils from your hands all over.

Alright we're almost there and once you've got it all in, you're going to want to take

that little weight put it back on top and it's crucial you screw this back on and you're

going to tighten it back on.

But it's crucial, you don't really want to tighten it down too much you just wanted to

be somewhat more compact.

You don't want to go as far as you can, I say is about 5 to 10 1/2 turns, maybe 15.

Once you start feeling a decent amount of resistance does when I stop, so right about

there.

Pop the lid off, and now like one of those Push Pops you're going to get a little popsicle

if we'd come out.

And this is what you're going to be pressing with your rosin press.

So that my friends is 3 grams sorry, here's a nice hole close up of the 3 grams Chocolate

Hashberry.

Okay now it's time for the pressing, take your parchment paper and fold it in half.

This is a small piece, you want a bigger piece than that.

Fold it in half.

Make sure it lines up somewhat.

And you want to place that little cylinder right smack-dab in the middle of here, and

then when it comes to the place and placement of it on there I like to have it so the nuggets

in the middle in terms of going this way but it's more towards the front of the plate so

that seems to work best.

Alright So I'm going to load this up into the paper and get it on the press and show

you guys how to do that.

Okay so just take the parchment paper  get the nug right, I like to have it on its side

not flat resting down as it seems to squish better and do better in terms of yields that

way.

Was trying to keep it in as much in the middle as possible and towards the front of that

plate.

Now I'm going to line it up a little bit, and now it's ready for the Press.

one important step here is to slowly pull the lever down into place, you don't want

to just lock it down into place really quick.

But slower you go down the better your yield and you'll hear it Sizzle slightly.

Should not smoke or anything like that if that's the case it's too hot.

And it does take a decent amount of weight to lock it out all the way, but again I'm

going for the slow lower.

And then once you have it locked out you kind of can listen for how long until it's ready.

And that's what it'll do once it's locked out I can let go now.

I sometimes if I have it close enough to the front will see some of these out, and it looks

like it might be getting some in a little bit here does take some time.

Here it comes a little bit, you can kind of see it.

 Bubbling up, let's see here.

Again see it bubbling there, and this is for home use so you're not going to be getting

top top shelf yields but I am still getting large returns and in my opinion, I mean it's

not like the high high grade at the dispensary but it's still really good and almost comparable.

If you want to squeeze a larger amount you will definitely get more at a time but I like

to keep it small because the yields seem to stay higher that way.

Alright so I'll let that finish up for a second and you can hear it says well, actually I

here I'll give you guys a close that maybe you'll be able to hear that.

Now you don't want it to burn, but that doesn't mean you're getting the oils out and I like

to let it cook a little longer than most cuz I like to get the higher yields.

If you want what people say is higher quality it takes less time select 15 to 30 seconds

is what some people recommend for the high of quality.

4 you'll see here I'm getting really good I'm out here really good.

Let's see if I can zoom in here for a little bit all right yeah here we go.

Alright, this is just about done no once it's ready all you do is lift a lever up slowly

and don't try to go too fast as it might give you a little surprise.

And let's check out our yield, oh yeah so you can see it is now been about 5 minutes

since I press this rosin from the Chocolate Hashberry.

And you can see this is actually darker than what I usually get but the yields are pretty

good.

Let's get a little close up as you can see the bubbles in there.

You can see there is some plant material in there, that's what this trunks are.

There's a clean little piece right there but yeah it doesn't seem like much when it's all

spread out like this.

But when you take your dab tool and collect it up, it's a lot more than what you'd expect.

here we have the result of that cylinder weed we press, and now it's just a flat little

chip.

And you can press this one more time, you'll get about another half of this much of rosin

from it.

And I press it for about 15 to 30 seconds at the same temperature and everything else,

you'll be good.

It will be a little darker and there will be a little more play it again like in my

opinion, doesn't make it that much a difference as it's so get you really high and taste really

good.

So now that this has dried off I say let's go test this out and take it out of this Chocolate

Hashberry rosin.

You'll see when you take your dad and you start kind of scraping the rosin, up from

the parchment paper it actually comes up really easily.

You just kinda have to poke out it and it's kind of more like a shatter a little more

gooey than shatter, but it comes right off the paper easily and I'm going to take a big

Dab here.

And I'll give you guys at close up here in a second, but yeah.

All right well I can't get the camera to focus on that so I guess you won't get

to see a close-up, but this is about 30% of what I squeezed out of that nug so it's a

pretty good-size dab.

  All right guys.

Extremely smooth but very Terpy and tasty.

You can definitely taste that hash Berry  flavor in there, and an extremely strong headlight

almost to immediately so yeah I definitely recommend you get your own rosin press for

pressing your buds at home.

Not only does it save you a lot of money, but it will consistently provide you with

top shelf.

All right guys that is all I have video but if you enjoyed it please give it a thumbs

up and don't forget to comment below.

TAX HAVENS COST YOU $54.23 PER MONTH! #CANADA - Duration: 7:43.

Welcome to the YouTube platform of Blabla Canada!

Today my friends, we will be talking about big numbers.

Wait, what? Big numbers?

Yes, exactly!

Today, we will be talking about tax evasion and tax avoidance in Canada and

as well how much it freaking costs to the society.

Wait, what?

So first of all, it is important to know the difference between tax evasion and tax avoidance in Canada.

Yes, knowing the difference is freaking important!

So first of all, tax evasion is an illegal activity.

Tax evasion basically is when you do not file your tax returns as you should,

or is maybe as well when you do not fully and accurately declare your income.

Just remember that tax evasion is a crime in Canada; it is something that is not okay at all.

Ohhhhhhhhh…

But on the other side, tax avoidance is legal.

It is basically the use of legal methods in modifying your financial situation in order to

lower the amount of taxes that you owe.

And there is something that you need to understand!

It is usually wealthy or very wealthy people that do these kinds of activities because

when you are apart of the 99%, it is not worth it.

Wealthy people and corporations can use these tax havens,

which are located in countries that require little to no tax.

So basically, these countries are the perfect countries that people look to

when they want to avoid paying their taxes.

Just remember that tax avoidance is legal, but it is very, very controversial

and it is firmly criticized by a lot of people.

Indeed, this practice of tax avoidance can be seen as immoral, unethical, why?

Because wealthy people and corporations are not paying their fair share.

It is immoral because countries and governments are not getting as much

fiscal revenues as they are supposed to get.

It is immoral because these taxes that rich people and corporations are supposed to pay

will not be used to build schools or even other public infrastructures, and they will not be as well used to fund

social programs in order to help the most vulnerable people, and as well, for example, our veterans.

I guess you have probably heard about the Paradise Papers, right?

Paradise, what?

Wow! 13.4 million electronic documents, 19 tax havens, 381 journalists from 67 countries

and 96 different medias looking for the truth.

A lot of companies and rich people, including 3,000 Canadians.

These are the shocking Paradise Papers.

What do these documents really show?

The Paradise Papers actually really show the scale of the offshore empire

and actually involves everyone, from the Queen to Facebook.

The files have set out different strategies and numerous ways in which wealthy people and corporations

can avoid paying their taxes through the use of artificial structures and fake subsidiaries.

But it is important to understand that most tax havens were used legally,

but they seem to not be fair and morally right.

In Canada, three former Canadian Prime Ministers have been named in the Paradise Papers,

Jean Chrétien, Paul Martin, and Brian Mulroney.

Wow, even politicians!

Oh my god, that is a lot of shady business!

Yes, and you know it is very ironical because these ministers that we just mentioned previously were

actually ministers that implemented austerity measures that went against the interests of Canadian citizens.

Wait, who else?

Who else was in the Paradise Papers?

Stephen Bronfman, a close friend of Justin Trudeau and chief fundraiser of the Liberal Party of Canada,

is part of two generations of Liberal fundraisers that amassed US $60 million

in a tax haven beyond the reach of tax collectors.

Anyways, there is a lot of shady business that is happening in the Canadian elite and people

do not even seem to be bothered or outraged by it.

I guess it is not worth it to be outraged by it...

Okay, so, what about revealing the number of dollars that we are missing?

Oh yes, tell me, I am so excited!

So first of all, it is important to understand that there is no official number that

represents Canadian tax losses due to tax avoidance and tax evasion.

Indeed, Canadian Revenue Agency does not want to reveal the number; they do not like transparency.

So, Canadians for Tax Fairness has revised its estimate of Canadian tax losses due to tax evasion and

tax avoidance to between CAN $10 to $15 billion a year.

Okay, I know that when we look, you know, at CAN $10 to $15 billion, we don't really know what it truly represents.

We do not realize that it is enough money to pay for a national and universal pharmacare program

for at least 3-4 years, according to the Alternative Federal Budget.

And we don't realize that it is enough money to make university tuition free across the country.

Anyways now, let's see how much CAN $10 to $15 billion a year represents to the society, costs to the society.

Basically, what this means is that we are going to find the number of extra tax dollars that

Canadian taxpayers are paying, which they would not be paying if corporations and

very wealthy individuals paid their taxes in Canada.

Yes, because you need to understand that you are paying tax dollars,

instead of some rich people and corporations.

Oh my god...

As we said, we are missing CAN $10 to $15 billion, so let's take the median of it, which is 12.5 billion dollars.

Woo-hoo!

When we divide that by the number of taxpayers in Canada, which is

approximately 19.2 million taxpayers in Canada, we got $651 per year per person.

Wow!

If we want this number per month, we need to divide it by 12, which gives $54.23 per month per person.

So, so, what does this freaking mean basically?

Basically, if corporations and rich people paid their fair share in Canada without using any tax haven,

every Canadian taxpayer would not be paying $54.23 per month more than they are supposed to be paying.

Oh my god, I am so triggered now!

I mean I should not be paying for rich people, that is not fair!

Yes, and it is completely ridiculous because we know that we could pass a law that tells corporations

and very rich people that tax avoidance is actually an illegal activity,

and we would save $10 to $15 billion per year.

So now, we know what tax evasion and tax avoidance represent to us.

I don't care, I am going to send a letter to Trudeau to ask him to give me back the $54.

Yes, and I encourage everyone to do it!

So, before putting an end to the video, we just wanted to tell you that we will make other videos about tax

evasion and tax avoidance and as well we will be talking about different solutions that we can

implement in order to solve this ever-lasting issue.

So, please hit that little bell, hit that like button and as well share this video on any social media that you want.

Don't forget to subscribe to our Facebook and YouTube account.
