RUMOR: Rusev Asks For WWE RELEASE?! | WrestleTalk News Apr. 2018 - Duration: 4:26.
Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News - I'm Oli Davis.
WrestleMania Weekend Schedule WrestleMania weekend doesn't just have the
Hall of Fame, NXT TakeOver, Wrestle-what's up?
I'm doing the news.
It can't be that urgent.
Alright then...
By the beard of Erick Rowan!
This is huge.
I must inform Luke right away!
After I finish the news…
Gotta finish the news first.
WrestleMania weekend doesn't just have the Hall of Fame, NXT TakeOver, WrestleMania,
Raw and SmackDown, it also has numerous other independent wrestling shows taking place around
New Orleans.
For fans, it's almost impossible to fit everything in.
For the independent wrestlers working that weekend, it's even harder.
Former PWG Champion Chuck Taylor has shared his New Orleans schedule on Twitter, not just
promoting his matches at WrestleCon, RevPro and ROH, he also included his extra-curricular
itinerary.
Wednesday - Bourbon Street, drunk, gonna try to punch Oney Lorcan.
Thursday - Bourbon Street, drink, might get a prosto.
Friday - Bourbon Street, drinking, possibly experimenting with some of Greg's surgery
drugs.
Saturday - Bourbon Street, gonna try to kiss one of the New Japan hunks.
Sunday - Probably watching WrestleMania on someone's phone in a hotel room drunk.
Monday - Fly home, enter rehab.
To be an independent wrestler.
It's an alluring life… and one that a popular WWE talent is rumored to have recently
considered.
Rumor: Rusev Asks For WWE Release Because in a rumor from PWInsider Rusev asked
for his release from WWE last month.
Take this story with a blood pressure threatening level of salt as it is only a rumor, as PWInsider
Elite explained: "I know I heard a month or three weeks ago
that Rusev was pushing for a release because he wasn't happy with how he was being used
but I could not confirm that with a second source.
So it's possible it's true and I feel it's interesting that he was suddenly added to
the match [at WrestleMania 34]."
Rusev is one of the most over acts in WWE right now, with his popular Rusev Day chant
taking over matches he's not even in, so it was very welcome news when he was added
to the United States title match at WrestleMania, making it a Fatal Four Way of Randy Orton
defending against Bobby Roode, Jinder Mahal and the Bulgarian George Clooney.
But this did only happen two weeks out from WWE's biggest show of the year, with the
US title feud being solely built around Jinder, Roode and Orton, with Rusev seemingly destined
for an Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal spot.
He even campaigned to get a celebrity match at the show.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rusev was added relatively late because WWE
were pleased with his strong t-shirt and calendar merchandise sales.
The Rusev asking for his release rumor might be tied to a tweet at the start of March,
which fits with PWInsider's timeframe.
Responding to a WWE Universe tweet asking fans what's Rusev's most memorable move,
The Bulgarian Brute responded: LOL Am i getting released or something !?!
This isn't the first time there have been rumblings about Rusev asking for his release
backstage.
There was a rumor last August that both Rusev and Lana had asked to leave WWE following
his 10 second loss to Randy Orton at Summerslam 2017.
Following that rumor, Rusev trolled fans by tweeting a joke thank you to everyone backstage,
while Lana directly shot it down.

Nikita Scherbak and his chihuahua Stella - Duration: 2:41.
This is Stella.
She's a chihuahua.
Two years old. She's... seven pounds
You give her chips. That's why she's heavy.
Okay, she's maybe nine pounds now
How can you not like this dog, by the way, because I think it's a... it's a really cute dog, so...
Yeah, she was easy, I think. She's always basically on us, sleeping, or... yeah.
But she's a little annoying, but it's good. It's a good thing for a dog.
She needs attention. - Yeah, she just needs the attention.
Yeah, I had a... I had a Rottweiler, actually.
Bonnie was the name of the... of my Rottweiler, so...
There was a... a really funny story, that... I was young. I was like two years old and I crawled up a
couch, like a bed, and there was a... Like a wall, a little wall,
so I just crawled there, and like, I start falling, and then...
This, like, Rottweiler saw it, and then like sprinted, and then like, lay down.
So like, I wouldn't fall from such a...
Not a tall thing, but like, for a two-year-old kid it was... pretty high, so...
Just basically saved me, and then after that, it was... it was really protective, and I really liked that dog, and...
For sure, definitely, yeah. But... maybe not... maybe not chihuahua, but...
You know...
"Chihuahua". - Chihuahua.
Next dog, I... I have a couple options for... the dog that I want.
It's... like one of them is, like, Spanish Corso.
I really like one... those ones, and...
You know, maybe never know, maybe a Rottweiler.
She's not... She's nice, but she's not that smart.
That's not nice to say! - Well...
Well, I mean... - You want to try?
Try what?
Tell her to sit.
Sit.
She sits.
She has a little... pink hoodie.
Like, she makes me happy, and I think she makes you happy as well, so...
It's a really nice dog to have.

Mutabal + Naan bread - Duration: 3:41.
Hey, what's up!? I'm Fernando. Welcome to my cooking channel.
It's still eggplant season so we are going to make mutabal.
Mutabal is a traditional dish from Siria and is like an hummus but made with eggplant.
It's really easy to make and with some crudites or a good bread is a good snack.
In this case, we are going to make Naan bread, a indian bread which doesn't need oven and match perfect with mutabal.
Let's start burning the skin of the eggplant of 250g aprox. and cook it on the oven
30m 200º C
We are also going to cook on the oven a clove of garlic but we will add it on the final 10m.
If you have no torch or traditional kitchen, you can burn the skin on a pan, high temperature.
Don't be worried about burning the skin. We will remove it. However, this way we have an extra smoked flavour.
After 30m, the eggplant pulp is ready.
Let's mix the pulp with the rest of the ingredients: garlic, 80g of tahini, 20ml of lemon juice, 10ml of olive oil, salt and pepeer and blend.
For the bread, let's mix all the ingredients: 250g of regular flour, 150ml of water, 50g of yogurt, 5g of baking powder, 5g of salt and a dash of olive oil.
Knead it until you get a soft but non-sticky dough.
Separate in 4 parts and cook it on a pan medium heat with little of oil like a pancake.
Now, we just need to add some sweet/spicy paprika, cumin and olive oil.
Let's try it.
Long time without eating it.
I usually make/buy hummus because i'ts easier but this version with smoked eggplant is amazing.
That's all for today. If you like it, give thumbs-up and share.
Remember you have the ingredients/cost evaluation at the description box and on my webpage.
You can find me on Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as Spanish Guy Cooking.
If you prepare the recipe tag me and use #SGC8
See you next week, good bye!

Dr. King's New York - Duration: 6:13.
>>> SKIES ARE CRYING TONIGHT
BECAUSE WE MARK A VERY SOLEMN,
PAINFUL, POWERFUL OCCASION.
50 YEARS AGO THIS EVENING, WAS
THE LAST NIGHT OF MARTIN LUTHER
KING, JR.'S LIFE.
AND THAT EVENING, HE GAVE A
SPEECH THAT DEFINED HIS LIFE'S
JOURNEY.
I WANT TO THANK ALL OF YOU FOR
BEING HERE, BECAUSE YOUR
PRESENCE IS PART OF CONTINUING
HIS DREAM.
>> LET US RISE UP TONIGHT WITH A
GREATER READINESS.
LET US STAND WITH A GREATER
DETERMINATION AND LET US MOVE ON
IN THESE POWERFUL DAYS, THESE
DAYS OF CHALLENGE TO MAKE
AMERICA WHAT IT OUGHT TO BE.
WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE
AMERICA A BETTER NATION.
>> LAST NIGHT, NEW YORK CITY
HONORED THE 50th ANNIVERSARY OF
DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.'S
FINAL SPEECH.
MAYOR BILL DE BLASIO ALONG WITH
POLICE AND THE PARKS DEPARTMENT
WERE ON HAND TO LIGHT THE ARC IN
CITY PARK.
ADDRESSING INJUSTICES TO
AFRICAN-AMERICANS, WHILE CALLING
FOR UNITY AND NONVIOLENT
PROTESTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
AND WHILE MUCH OF DR. KING'S
ACTIVISM WAS CONCENTRATED IN THE
SOUTH, FROM MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA,
WHERE THE HISTORICAL BUS BOYCOTT
TOOK PLACE, TO THE STEPS OF THE
CAPITOL, WHERE HE DELIVERED HIS
FAMOUS "I HAVE A DREAM SPEECH."
AS PART OF OUR OWN CHASING THE
DREAM SERIES.
THAT IMPACT IS NOW TANGIBLE
THROUGH A COLLECTION OF
PHOTOGRAPHS TITLED KING IN NEW
YORK THAT TRACES THE CIVIL
RIGHTS LEADERS ENCOUNTERED IN
THE BIG APPLE FROM THE 1960s,
UNTIL HIS ASSASSINATION IN 1968.
I WOULD LIKE TO WELCOME THE
CURATOR OF THE DISPLAY.
HOW DID YOU COME ACROSS THESE
PH
PHOTOS?
>> WE WANTED TO COMMEMORATE MR.
KING ON THE 50th ANNIVERSARY OF
HIS DEATH, WE HAD A FEELING THAT
HE HAD A CLOSE CONNECTION TO NEW
YORK AND WAS HERE A LOT.
SO WE STARTED DIGGING AND FOUND
A LOT OF PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHS,
COLLECTIONS, AND WHAT WE FOUND
WAS HE WAS HERE A LOT, AND HIS
PRESENCE IN NEW YORK REALLY
PROVIDES AN INTERESTING LENS
THROUGH WHICH WE CAN VIEW HIM IN
A KIND OF BROADER WAY.
HIS CIVIL RIGHTS WORK, BUT HOW
HE RELATED IT TO GLOBAL ISSUES,
HE SPOKE OUT AGAINST THE VIETNAM
WAR ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS IN NEW
YORK CITY, REALLY USED THE CITY
AS A STAGE TO DO SO, TALKED TO
LABOR UNIONS HERE.
SO WE BEGIN THE SHOW WITH A
SERMON HE GAVE AT ST. JOHNS THE
DIVINE DURING 1956 WHEN HE WAS
JUST BECOMING A NATIONAL FIGURE
AND HE SPOKE TO 12,000 PEOPLE
THERE AND SORT OF JUST TAKE IT
FROM THERE, HOW NEW YORK
PROVIDES A GREAT MEDIA
OPPORTUNITY FOR KING AND AS THE
KIND OF GAETEWAY TO THE WORLD AD
PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR HIM TO
SPEAK ON A RANGE OF ISSUES, BOTH
LOCAL AND GLOBAL.
>> AND I THINK THAT DOES SPEAK
TO THE WAY THAT WE'RE SORT OF
RELOOKING AT HIS LEGACY, BECAUSE
THERE WAS A LOT OF UNION WORK
THAT THINGS THAT WORKED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CIVIL
RIGHTS MOVEMENT.
>> ABSOLUTELY.
I THINK AS HISTORIANS HAVE DONE
JUST AMAZING WRITING AND
RESEARCH IN THE LAST 10, 20
YEARS ABOUT THE BLACK FREEDOM
STRUGGLE AND WORK THAT HAS
SHAPED ME AS A HISTORIAN AND A
CURAATOR WANTED TO REPRESENT THT
INDIVIDUAL FORM, HOW THE CIVIL
RIGHTS MOVEMENT HAD A GLOBAL
SCOPE AND HOW KING DENOUNCED,
NOT JUST RACISM, BUT MILITARISM
AND MATERIALISM AND TO SUPPORT
SO MUCH OF THAT WORK THAT HAS
BEEN TAKING PLACE IN THE LAST
SEVERAL YEARS.
>> HOW BIG IS THIS EXHIBIT WE'RE
TALKING GOT?
THIS ISN'T JUST A FEW
PHOTOGRAPHS, CORRECT?
>> IT'S OVER 40 PHOTOGRAPHS, WE
PACK THEM IN.
IT STARTS IN 1956 AT ST. JOHN
THE DIVINE, AND THEN WE GO UP,
HE SPOKE IN CARNEGIE HALL IN
1958, ON WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN
THE BIRTHDAY OF THE ICONIC BLACK
ACTIVIST.
AND IT WAS A VERY INTERESTING
SPEECH.
AND THEN WE GO BEYOND HIS DEATH
ON APRIL 4, 1968 AND LOOK AT THE
RECEPTION OF HIS MURDER IN NEW
YORK CITY AND HOW NEW YORKERS
GRIEVED, BUT ALSO CAME TOGETHER,
YOU KNOW, TO PROTEST AND
COMMEMORATE HIM.
>> AND FOR PEOPLE WHO MIGHT BE,
YOU KNOW, STUDENTS OF DR. KING,
BUT MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO
THIS EXHIBIT, IS THERE A WAY TO
SEE THIS PERHAPS ONLINE?
OR IF YOU COME TO THE CITY AT
SOME LATER POINT?
>> RIGHT NOW IT'S ONLY ON THE
WALLS OF THE MUSEUM, SO WE'LL
HAVE TO BRING EVERYONE IN THAT
WE CAN.
BUT I DO THINK THERE HAVEN'T
BEEN ANY OTHER EXHIBITIONS ON
THIS TOPIC, SO IT HAS BEEN
EXCITING TO BRING TOGETHER THESE
PHOTOGRAPHS FROM DISPARATE
SOURCES SO IT WOULD BE AMAZING
FOR THEM TO LIVE ON TOGETHER.
>> ESPECIALLY IF IT ADDS TO WHAT
WE UNDERSTAND OF AN INCREDIBLY
GREAT AND COMPLEX MAN.
LISTEN, SARAH, THANK YOU SO MUCH
FOR JOINING US ON THE PROGRAM
AND ESPECIALLY FOR THIS EXHIBIT
OF "KING IN NEW YORK." 158 00:06:10,069 >> THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea: A Medicinal Drink To Heal And Prevent Colds And The Flu! - Duration: 3:56.
Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea: A Medicinal Drink To Heal And Prevent Colds And The Flu!
Boost your day with drinking a lemon ginger turmeric tea, a medicinal beverage with potent
anti-inflammatory and detoxing powers. This elixir is packed with antioxidants that improve
digestion and cleanse the liver and blood.
This natural immunity booster is very effective in treating a cold, cough, aching throat,
fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic pain, and seasonal allergies.
Before we move to the recipe, let's discuss a few of the health benefits associated with
its ingredients first:
Lemon
Lemon has a robust nutritional profile and it is associated to a wide variety of health
benefits. Some of them include treatment of constipation, aching throat, fever, indigestion,
rheumatism, internal bleeding, throat infections, obesity, high blood pressure, cholera, and
respiratory disorders. It has potent therapeutic properties, which help cleanse the stomach,
purify the blood, and increase immunity.
Its health benefits are due to its nourishing elements like vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin
E, vitamin A, thiamin, folate, pantothenic acid, folate, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc,
protein, phosphorus, magnesium, and copper. It also contains antioxidants and effective
cancer-fighting properties. Ginger
Numerous studies have actually revealed that ginger contains many substances and metabolites,
many of which contribute to healing and health. Shogaols and gingerols have been the most
researched.
Possible health benefits include relieving gastrointestinal (GI) irritation, suppressing
gastric contractions, preventing constipation and colon cancer, relieving nausea and motion
sickness, soothing cold and flu, lowering pain (dysmenorrhea, the severe pain that some
women experience during a menstrual cycle in particular), lowering inflammation and
treating inflammatory conditions, and lowering cholesterol.
Turmeric
Turmeric is the most effective nutritional supplement known to humanity. It contains
curcumin, a substance with potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its molecules
have been revealed to inhibit molecules that play a role in inflammation, which is the
factor to lots of common Western diseases.
When it comes to its antioxidant capacity, it is important to note that it is capable
of both reducing the effects of free radicals by itself and stimulating body' s antioxidant
enzymes. Additional benefits include fighting degenerative processes in the brain, reducing
the risk of experiencing a heart attack, preventing and perhaps even treating cancer, reversing
the progression of Alzheimer's disease, dealing with symptoms of arthritis, and much
more.
Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root or ½ teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric root or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2-3 twists of black pepper (to boosts turmeric's bio-availability).
1 ½ cup filtered water. Juice of ½ lemon.
2 teaspoons raw honey (optional). Instructions:
Combine the ginger, turmeric and filtered water in a pan on medium-high heat. Simmer
for a few minutes, making sure it doesn't boil. Strain the liquid and transfer into
a mug. Add lemon juice and honey, if necessary.
Keep in mind: Beware when you grate the turmeric root as it might stain the clothes or the
counter top.

RUSSIANS REACT TO FRENCH MUSIC | Patrick Fiori en duo avec Soprano - Chez nous | REACTION - Duration: 4:59.
Salute France
We're gonna react to Patrick Fiori
Featuring Soprano
The song is called "Chez nous"
I think it's rap mixed with classic music
Hello France
Emigration
Someone's going somewhere? Ah they're watching a movie
Rocks
Seagulls
He looks so French: a scarf with a coat
I think it's about multiculturalism in France
Beautiful melody, I like it
They still have those vinyl records
It's a relic
They'll become friends
It's probably in the immigrant buildings
That was ginger
Really? -Yeah
Ginger roots
Soulful song
Awesome melody
Usually people ask us to watch hardcore rap
But this song is different
I guess it's about friendship between different people and cultures
Yeah, cuz there are white French, arab French and black French people
Yes usually immigrants live in such big buildings
Yes, social housing
But in Russia everybody lives in such buildings
Yes, true
Even though we're not immigrants
He has a beautiful voice
He's a singer and the other guy is a rapper
That island looks like a submarine but it's an island with a castle
National cohesion
This song sounds like a song from Eurovision
Does France participate in Eurovision? -Of course
I don't remember anyone... probably because I don't watch it
It doesn't look like France
Maybe it's a coastal city, like Marselle
But it's still France
Yeah, but I'm used to seeing cities like Paris or Lyon
Awesome video, I liked it. Beautiful melody and voices
And the script is good. I think it's about unity of different ethnicities
I like such video... friendship, no drama
What does it mean? -The title means "with us"
Let's all be friends
It's about unity of different cultures -That's what we thought
You can see in the video that it's about that
Good video, I like it
And the melody is awesome, both artists are great
And the video looks like a mini-film
Good storyline
They showed some young kids
Everyone gets along, both adults and kids

Channel Update March/April 2018 - Duration: 12:57.
Channel Update for March/April 2018.
Hi everyone and welcome to the channel update video for March and April 2018.
As always we take a look at everything new about the channel, model show appointments, projects on the workbench and the kits i bought since the last update.
Let´s start with the appointments right away. There are two very nice shows coming up in the next weeks and months.
The first one is the Duke of Bavaria figure show, taking place in the Bavarian Army Museum in Ingolstadt. The show takes place during the weekend between the 13th and 15th of April 2018.
I highly recommend to visit the show. I will go there as well and have a look. For me it is one of the highlights of the year, because only rarely you can see so many high quality figures all at once in the competition. Simply stunning!
I have seen some work there which is never present at other shows i go to. The reason is, that only there the "Crème de la Crème" of the European figure painting masters meets in Germany.
The second show is the 5th "model meets original" at the airfield museum Leipheim. This show takes place on the 26th of May. The show only lasts one day, in this case a saturday.
It opens in the late morning and closes in late afternoon.
It will be the first time that i will be an exhibitor there. Last year i visited the show and really liked it. It is small, but features high quality work, so i decided to take part.
My work will be displayed at the table of the Plastic Modelling Club Augsburg.
Since we are already talking about model shows: A short while ago the Fürstenfeld modelling days took place. Maybe you have seen the video i made about it. I´d like to give you a short report about the show now.
Again it was a very nice exhibition and everything was very relaxed. The audience was great and i had some interesting conversations there.
I met some old friends and made new friends. All in all a great show.
The best thing was that i only spent 18€ there, it was wonderful.
As you can see i got quite a lot for my money. I am quickly going to show you what i got.
These are civilian figures by Preiser in 1/35 scale. They are certainly not the newest and best figures out there, but i think one can work with them.
Next comes Dragon´s 1st Luftwaffen-Felddivision at Novgorod 1944.
What i really like about these figures are their rather unusual uniforms.
Then i got the Afrika Korps infantry by Dragon. I already owned that kit before and reviewed it recently. However, it was there and available, so i thought "why not?".
And finally my personal highlight: The Revell Fw 200 Condor in 1/72 scale.
I payed 10€ for it, it is impossible to complain about that price tag. I was interested in building one for a while. The opportunity was "too beneficial", so i simply had to get it.
In late February i made a short journey to England, just for a long weekend.
I did this tour together with some of my old school friends, which is the reason why i did not announce it in advance - i wanted to spend time with them.
It was very interesting! We went to Birmingham and places nearby, like the RAF Museum in Cosford. That was a great place to make a video.
We also went to Oxford and Coventry. All of it was interesting and a nice change of pace for me.
I´ve never been to England before and it was a nice experience over all and something different.
I intend to go there again at some point, so one might be able to meet me there.
Next i have some great news to announce about the channel: Recently we passed the 25.000 subscriptions mark
I am very happy that my channel is still growing at a nice rate and attracts new people who want to watch my work.
Really, i can not think of a bigger commendation than this. Thank you very much guys, i hope i am able to provide more interesting content in the future.
The next milestone we will reach is the 10 million view mark. I am actually not far away from there, i guess it will take about two or three weeks from now.
I do not yet know whether i will make a video special for that or not. We shall see.
Anyway, thank you very much in advance! 10 million views is a big thing!
It is incredible how people watch so many of my videos, and not only that: They comment and try the techniques i am showing. What a great thing!
A while ago i received a little present from TacticalJackalope again.
It is the Zveda Bf 109 G6 in 1/48 scale. It is a very new kit.
It looks very good to me. I really liked the F version of that plane made by Zvezda, which i built some years ago, and this kit here looks very similar.
Highly detailed, easy to build, all in all a very attractive kit.
I plan to review this kit on the channel at some point, because in my opinion it is certainly worth a look.
Tamiya has released their G6 in 1/48 scale recently and of course it is even more sophisticated and more clever and more brilliant. However, it costs like twice as much.
In my opinion this one here is a very good alternative, if you do not want to spend that much money.
Anyway, we will take a look at this one soon and a big thank you goes to Andy for this generous gift. I really appreciate how you keep supporting me.
Alright, let´s have a look at the ongoing projects at the workbench. Here you can see the Hobby Boss Schneider CA tank in 1/35 scale.
I build this one for a building review series, which is going on for a while already. I finally got round to continue on this one.
The model received the camouflage, next i will paint up the details and of course add some weathering effects.
You guys can expect the next part of the building review series within the next weeks.
Of course i filmed the entire process. I quite like what i did here so far. A very interesting project.
The camouflage was a very different affair here. I applied the camo with a normal brush, there was no airbrushing involved here. It was interesting.
I wanted to show in a building review, what you actually achieve by painting with the brush. Airbrushes are nice without a question, but the good old brushes get the job done as well.
What you can see here is a kit, which i started only out of curiosity. It is the Flyhawk Panzer II L in 1/72 scale.
It is wonderfully detailed and even comes with plenty of photo-etch. I reviewed this kit a while ago, so please have a look at the video.
Indeed impressive! The most impressive thing about the kit was the fact, that it was very easy to assemble, despite the complexity of the kit. Everything did fit perfectly, i had no problems at all.
A very impressing little kit. I have seen model kits in bigger scales with worse details. Not bad at all i have to say!
Of course this small tank will also receive a small diorama: It is just a small wooden block, covered with a bit of modelling clay. I added a few little twigs, to give the impression of an edge of woods in the Ukraine in Winter 1943/44.
I got me some suitable figures as well, they are by Mantis. They are nicely detailed and fit the scene i have in mind.
This seems to be the project i am going to focus on in the next weeks in order to complete it. I enjoy it enormously right now.
I really like the work pace here, it is nice and refreshing. At the same time the level of detail is sufficient, so i see no reason not focus myself on this one.
This is a side project diorama in 1/35 scale. It features a Tamiya Panzer II and a German cavalryman by Dragon.
As you can see the Panzer II will be built as a destroyed tank. It will be the main story of the scene.
The wreck sits in a meadow or field, next to it i want to put the graves of the crew, next to it will be a paved road. I do not intend to put much more than that on the diorama.
The scene takes place during the French campaign in 1940. I found a bunch of interesting pictures of these operations, amongst them a picture which depicts a similar scene.
I intended to build such a thing for quite a while already, so i decided to finally start.
As you can imagine the Tamiya kit was very easy to put together and it is even nicely detailed. All went well so far.
The cavalryman by Dragon is a bit more difficult, because one has to use a lot of photo-etched parts here, especially for the stirrup and the horse harness. It is quite tricky.
I did not make any progress on my super-detailed Tamiya Tiger I late in 1/48 scale.
As i mentioned in the previous update already i am not yet certain about the diorama base i built here. I am not entirely happy with it, but i can also not pinpoint what i should or would like to change here.
Because of that the project is pending right now. As soon as i made up my mind i can continue.
It really comes down to painting the thing for the most part, the hard work with all the photo-etch is one already.
Thats it for the ongoing projects at the workbench, now we take a look at all the new kits i got since the last update.
As you have probably guessed i want to deal with more diverse subjects in the future. There are so many things i want to build and get into.
Examples are the AFV-Club Churchill or the Trumpeter MiG 23 kit
I got the MiG for a group build hosted by UKscalemodeller called "in foreign service".
I want to start the MiG soon, my plan is to build it as an East German one. It is a subject i tend to neglect a lot: The cold war and the material of the East German Army of the time. It is interesting and deserves to be part of the hobby.
So far, so good. There is nothing left to say. I hope you enjoyed the channel update, see you again in the next video, your Hamilkar Barkas.

WHY YOU NEVER ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS (AND HOW TO CHANGE THAT) - Duration: 5:06.
WHY YOU NEVER ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS (AND HOW TO CHANGE THAT)
BY MARK DENICOLA
Setting goals is easy. Weve all set hundreds, if not thousands of them, over the course
of our life. But why is it that so few of the goals that we set ever become a reality?
One of the most commonly credited reasons is the sheer busyness of our daily life. We
claim that if we had more free time, wed undoubtedly spend that time actualizing our
dreams. But when life provides us with some of that seemingly precious resource, which
Im a firm believer happens to all of us far more often than we are willing to admit,
we instead opt to use it otherwise.
Another commonly recognized reason, that many prominent personal development figures have
made a fair living off of correcting, is the type of goals that we set. Terms like actionable
steps and reward-based models are thrown around as essential to pretty well
anything were serious about accomplishing. But Ive seen far too many properly concocted
goals still wither away for me to believe that to be the true underlying issue.
Here is my take on the real reason why so many of the goals we set in the modern world
struggle to become a reality in both video (1:22 runtime) and written (2-3 minute read)
form:
Plain and simple, to me, the main problem lies not in the goals that we set, but instead
in the mindset we have towards how quickly or easily they are supposed to become a reality.
We live in a world that not only expects, but DEMANDS things instantaneously. Dont
believe me? Take a second to honestly rate on a scale from 1-10 how quick you are to
get frustrated or impatient with the following things:
A slow internet connection Someone who cuts you off in traffic
The time between when your plane lands and when you can exit the plane
Ads before or during a YouTube video Slow service at a restaurant
When you take a step back, all of the above mentioned experiences truly are first world
problems, yet we complain about them as if they carry the capacity to end our lives if
not corrected.
Need further proof? Think of the way that you typically consume social media. Do you
not realize that things such as snaps and stories are as short as they are not because
of technological limitations but instead because thats how small our attention span has
become. We need things to captivate or provide us with something of value within seconds
or theyve lost us in favour of the next available thing a simple tap or scroll unlocks.
Its this mentality that more and more of us are subconsciously adopting into our goals
and work ethic.
You see, were setting goals like we always have, but rather than valuing and putting
into practice traits like patience, persistence, hard work, and belief -all of which the greatest
achievers in this world embodied relentlessly -were expecting success in 15 seconds or
less.
So if you really want that killer body, that successful business, or to spend that
entire year abroad, stop expecting it to happen as easily as it may have for that one stupid
kid you see all over YouTube, or for that one lucky woman on the news, and instead FOR
ONCE give your goal the chance it was hoping for when you first set it.

How to find the right key to sing in while playing piano - Duration: 10:49.
have you ever seen or heard a singer you know walk up to a piano accompanist and
say something like "okay Sam let's play Ipanema in b-flat, my key" right then
you wonder well how in the heck does that work or how can I figure out what
my key is for some tune well that question about vocal range is in the
kind of connection to different keys it's a pretty complex one to describe in
text yet it's really not very difficult to understand once it kind of sinks in
and you can see it visually so I'm gonna explain it to you and clear some things
up here in this video
all right so the question we're dealing with today is how do I know or how do I
figure out what is my key or you know what key is best for me to
sing a tune in well step one is to realize this truism I guess okay
different songs all have different melody lines right that's what separates
one tune from another so I've got a different melody line but each one of
those melody lines have different ranges between their highest and their lowest
note right that makes sense because there's somewhere in that melody line
it's gonna go up and down throughout the tune and there's gonna be some high and
some lows so some tunes have bigger ranges and some are smaller but
they're different for every tune so let me give you a couple examples of things
right here say we're gonna do - I'm
gonna pick a couple easy ones like birthday song right just so the tunes
aren't knocking us out of the water here let's take a look at this so say we're
going to do the birthday song so here we go we're gonna sing the birthday song
right so we're going
right so so far pretty small range oh and jumps all the way up there
right
so if I was singing that tune there
high for me, I'm like ohhhh that one kind of stretches me out just a little bit right
it's just getting my my vocal range it's a little bit too high right there so I'm
like well you know it would be easier if I could just sing this tune just down a
little bit let's take the whole thing and just scooch it down just a little
say okay well let's do it say starting it there now that's perfectly
within my range right I can really for me and this is me alone probably not you
I can do that pretty easy
so in this tune for my voice only it was easier for me to sing it like from here
to here here was the entire distance of that melody line instead of up here
because this was a little bit too high for me so I just took the whole thing
and scooted it down well if you end up figuring out what what key those are in
the first one I was playing it in was F right and the reason the only reason
you can tell that is it's I'll do it sorry I'll do the melody and I don't
want to get into all the details of how you figure out what key a tune is
in but here's one super fast super easy trick I can give you and that is
whatever the very last note and last chord of a tune is 99.99% of the time
that's gonna be the key so let me show you this if I'm playing
you played through it starting there and that ends on an F and highly likely then
the last chord is going to be just an F major chord it turns out that is almost
every time when you figure that out whatever that last chord is that will
just be the key that the tune is in so this was playing it in the key of F when
I started here
the F Chord and the B flat chord right F, C, F
so it ended on an F Court so in that case that was the one that was a
little bit too high for me because I didn't want to sing all the way up here
so I just shifted the whole thing down and instead played in C right so I'm
gonna start here sorry I'm trying to get my hands out of the way
happy birthday - back to the C chord - happy birthday day - now when that reached up I could sing
that one right excuse me F, C, G - so in that case and
again I don't want to get you too hung up on the keys I was in, the point is
when I couldn't sing the birthday song and in a particular spot cause it just got
a little bit too high for me right I just found a spot where that melody
felt better in my range now that may not be the same for you but in this case the
key of F was too high for me so for now on I'm gonna walk up and say hey Sam
let's play the birthday song in C right so C is kind of my tune so now
let's go on to tune number two just to make this point let's go on to some
other nutty tune that of course you'd probably never ever sing while you're
out working a gig but hey you would at a baseball game and that's taking me out
to the ballgame right so so yeah we said that the key of C worked for me for the
birthday song well let's try the key of C in take me out to the ballgame so
that tune is
all right so "it's take-" you know but I'm gonna be doing down here cause
I've got a real low voice right so I will be "take me out to the ball game-" I'll
play the melody here so you can see it "take me out to the ball game, take me out to the crowd -"
right then "find me some peanuts and cracker jacks, I don't care if I never get back cause it's root -" right well that one's a little
so where I was singing that seemed a little low so instead of doing it there
let me move it up a little bit right I don't want to do it there cause
that got too low for me so I'm going to shift up I'll go up this case let's
start it on the F "take me out -
excuse me take me out to the ball" ah that one's feel a little better "take me out to the crowd
right
I don't care if I never get back" well that one's falling pretty well for me
"take me out to the ball game take-" that's not so low so hey in this case I think I
like take me out to the ball game in the key of F rather than in C right so
I'd rather do that one here
and on and on and on so the point was and that's why I did it that way in the
birthday song the key of F was too high for me for that tune so I'd rather I'd
rather sing that one in the key of C but in case of ballgame take me out to the
ballgame the key of C was too low for me so I'd rather sing that one in F see
what I mean so that's what's kind of funny it's not as though you have a
particular key for you it's that a particular song is gonna be best played
for your particular range in some particular key right ie you need to
shift the melody line into your range as best as you can and then determine what
that key is needed to fit the melody line there right get it into a spot
where you can sing it so you can kind of sum it up it's just saying that your
range doesn't identify one key that's best for you but rather you should sing
tunes in whatever particular key for a tune that gets it into your range right
it's kind of a backwards thing does that make sense for example you know again
like I said I might need to sing the song Misty in the key of F but I might
need to sing the song Jingle Bells in the key of D so it's not like F is my
key for every tune it just was the key that works for that particular tune
because those two Tunes melodies are just not exactly the same so singers
tend to learn I mean good singers professionals they tend to learn what
key a particular tune that they're wanting to sing is best for their range
for them right but it's not a situation where that one key is best for every
song for them because every song has a different melody line and has a
different range so that of course then leads headfirst into the topic of
transposing which lets you easily they're fairly easily once you get it
figured out it lets you kind of slide a tune up or down a few notes to get the
melody comfortably in your range and transposing is way beyond the realm of
what I want to get into in this video and in fact I'll probably do some videos
on that and we cover that in depth in multiple places in our online courses
but but the main concept is just taking the chord changes to a tune right
wherever they're written in lead sheet and you move all of them up or down the same
interval or maybe you want to think of it the same number of half-steps
throughout the entire tune so you know in the real world the way I'm doing when
I'm learning tunes right I'll sing along with a tune from a
lead sheet if I'm just seeing it for the first time at the very beginning and
I'll see if I can sing it in that key without getting way too high or way too
low for me range wise and if it's uncomfortably high
I'll just transpose it down a couple of notes until it gets that highest part
that I'm having trouble with down into my range so I'm not struggling and then
once I figure out how far down I went I just learned the whole tune and that key
instead and I just play it there enough times until I get the chord changes
memorized then like anything else we do you don't need the lead sheet anyway you
don't have any more lead sheet and you just have another tune that's in your in
your head that you can kind of throw in your basket and can play at this point
in a key that works for your own vocal range
so to summarize and wrap this up just remember no one has one key that is
their best key to sing in all the time rather you're gonna have a favorite key
to sing some particular tune in and that K - excuse me that key may be different
for different tunes based on the range of that tunes melody line so hopefully
that helps clear something up that is often misunderstood and kind of
misquoted and as always I hope you have a great time and always have fun playing
piano

I'm sure you got enough of graphing when we learned algebra, but we need to expand
our abilities now that we understand differentiation.
First, as we recall, the derivative of a function at a particular point is equal to the rate
of change in the function at that point.
This fact should help us graph the derivatives of functions, and relate them to the original.
A lot of this will seem like painful mental gymnastics, but it all focuses around one concept.
This is the fact that the value of a function and the rate of change of that function are
totally unrelated.
Let's say we have this function here, a parabola that opens downwards, with its vertex
at the origin.
Without knowing the equation of the parabola, and without doing any algebra at all, let's
just use our understanding of derivatives to make a rough sketch of the derivative of
this function.
Now, going from negative infinity to zero, this function is always increasing.
All of the values of the function are negative, but that doesn't matter, as that's not
what we are looking at.
We are looking at the rate of change of the function.
The function is always increasing, which means a positive rate of change, so the derivative
must be positive over this entire interval.
The positive rate of change does diminish as we go, however, as we can see from the
decreasing slope of the tangent line, until at the vertex, where it will equal zero, as
this is a local maximum, so if we are graphing the derivative, we should start out very positive,
but then decrease in linear fashion until we hit the origin, because at x equals zero,
the rate of change of the function is zero.
Let's be sure to understand that it is totally coincidental that both the function and its
derivative are equal to zero at this point.
We could move the original function up or down any amount we want, and that would not
influence the derivative one bit.
What matters is the shape of the curve, or how rapidly the function is increasing or
decreasing, so pulling the function up by some constant won't affect the derivative at all.
This should also make sense in terms of differentiation, because when we take the derivative of a function,
any constant just disappears, making any vertical shift term irrelevant.
Now continuing from there, after the local maximum, the function begins to decrease,
and it does so at a faster and faster rate.
That means the derivative will be negative from this point onward, and it will be increasingly
negative as we go.
And there we have a sketch of the first derivative.
Now let's graph the derivative of this derivative, which will be the second derivative of the
original function.
Going left to right, the derivative starts positive, but remember, that doesn't matter to us.
We are looking at the rate of change, and the derivative is decreasing at a constant
rate, because it is a line with a fixed slope.
That means that the second derivative will be a horizontal line somewhere down here below
the x-axis.
The slope of the first derivative is constant, so the second derivative is constant.
Let's note that we went from a quadratic function to a linear function to a constant,
and this also makes sense in the context of computing derivatives.
Now let's realize that this set of graphs perfectly illustrates the motion of, say,
a ball being tossed straight up in the air.
Correlating the position function with this is easy.
It goes straight up, and then it comes straight back down.
The function looks like this because we are moving forward in time, but the value of the
function gives us the position of the ball, and that just comes up and hits zero, which
must be the apex of the trajectory, and then it falls back down.
Velocity, which is the derivative of position, isn't too hard to rationalize either.
The ball will have a positive velocity as it leaves your hand, by virtue of the force
you impart on it with your arm.
But the moment it leaves your hand, the velocity will decrease, getting slower and slower,
until at the peak, for one single instant, it has a velocity of zero.
Then the velocity becomes negative, as it starts moving in the negative direction, getting
more and more negative as it speeds up in its fall.
And lastly, acceleration is the derivative of velocity, and therefore the second derivative
of position, and because of this, the acceleration graph makes sense too.
The acceleration experienced by the ball is just the acceleration due to the gravitational
pull of the earth, and that is a constant negative value.
It is this gravity that takes the initial velocity of the ball and immediately decreases
it, constantly, until it finally hits the ground a few seconds later.
So it is very important, not just for physics, but even just for doing math, that we can
draw the graphs of derivatives of functions strictly by reasoning this way, and that we
can look at graphs of derivatives to understand things about the original function.
If a function's derivative is positive, the function is increasing at that point.
If the derivative is negative, the function is decreasing at that point.
We can't say whether the function itself is positive or negative from this information,
just whether it is increasing or decreasing.
If a derivative crosses the x-axis from above, the function has a local maximum at that point.
If a derivative crosses the x-axis from below, the function has a local minimum at that point.
Everything we just said also applies to a comparison of the second derivative and first
derivative, but we can even look at the second derivative to get information about the original function.
To see how, let's consider the notion of concavity.
A section of a curve is concave upward if every point on it sits above its tangent line.
We can think of this as a curve that opens upward.
A section of a curve is concave downward if every point on it sits below its tangent line.
We can think of this as a curve that opens downwards.
Well looking at this concave upward section here, the derivative is increasing at an increasing rate.
That means the second derivative must also be positive.
So intervals on a second derivative that are positive correspond with intervals on a function
that are concave up.
Similarly, intervals on a second derivative that are negative must correspond with intervals
on a function that are concave down.
Any time the second derivative is equal to zero, this will correspond to an inflection point.
This is a point where a function changes from concave up to concave down, or vice versa.
This is the case because if the second derivative crosses the x-axis, then the first derivative
must be changing from increasing to decreasing, or from decreasing to increasing, and therefore
the original function must be changing its concavity.
Let's put this all together with an example.
Say we have the function x cubed minus twelve x plus one.
Let's find any local maxima and minima, any points of inflection, and then sketch
the function.
First things first, we will need to find the first and second derivatives of the function.
That will be easy, the first derivative is three x squared minus twelve, and the second
derivative is six x.
Now, how can we get the information we need?
Well let's recall that finding the zeros of the first derivative will give us any maxima
and minima, since these are points on the function where the tangent line has a slope
of zero, meaning a horizontal line.
So let's set three x squared minus twelve equal to zero, and solve for x.
Add twelve to both sides, divide by three, and take the square root to get plus or minus two for x.
That means that points of interest occur when x equals negative two and two.
Well let's plug these into the original function to get the y values at these points,
so that we can plot the points.
For negative two, we cube to get negative eight, minus (twelve times negative two),
plus one.
That will give us seventeen, so the point negative two, seventeen, is on the function.
Doing the same thing with positive two, we get eight, minus twenty four, plus one, which
will be negative fifteen, so the point two, negative fifteen, will be on the function.
Let's also check for an inflection point.
Remember, these will happen anywhere the second derivative equals zero.
Six x equals zero when x equals zero, so there is an inflection point at x equals zero.
Plugging zero into the function, zero minus zero plus one equals one, so the inflection
point is at zero, one.
We are just about ready to sketch this function, let's just get the end behavior so that
we know where to start and end.
As we learned in algebra, this is a cubic function, so it's an odd function, and the
first term is positive, so this must necessarily rise up from negative infinity and eventually
extend up to positive infinity.
We can also find the zeros of the function to be even more thorough, but as that is old
material, we will skip that step right now.
So starting all the way down here, we rise up to the first point, which is therefore
a local maximum, meaning we curve back down.
We pass through the inflection point, meaning we change from concave down to concave up,
and eventually get to the local minimum.
Again, this means we must start to curve back up, and then we just extend to positive infinity.
And that's how we use derivatives to graph this function.
So our understanding of derivatives should make it fairly easy to graph first and second
derivatives of functions simply by looking at a function.
And as we just saw, we can use information about the first and second derivatives to
help us accurately graph higher-degree polynomials with more precision than we were previously able to.
This is a very important concept, so let's check comprehension.
