interviews this is all for you brothers. Alright first thing first I want to let

you know the world is not ending you still have an opportunity to take care

of yourself, be there for your family. there's so many things available out

there for you and labor pool is one of those things all right guys

labor boy is really good for people who are entrepreneurs or people who are

trying to invest in a business and need the extra time and the flexibility but

make some steady money coming in. People like to downplay the labor pool but

actually you can make some good money alright stick to the end of this video

I'm gonna tell you about one of my friends who's been doing labor for for a

while and I'm gonna tell you how much he makes in one week.

alright guys but beforehand I'm gonna give you some pros in and cons of doing

labor pool so nothing gets you by surprise did you try to do labor pool

alright labor pool can also be beneficial to people who are in dire

need of some money like for example currently there you have the government

shutdown so that a lot of people who are not working but need money so labor pool

could be an option for them so they can be there for the family take care of

some bills purchase some groceries for their kids have money for gas

I mean at least to drive to work. all these are factors involved guys so labor

pool can really help people out with that the unique thing about labor pool

is you don't have to come back the next day once you make that money you're

trying to make you don't have to show up the next day you can come when you want

you know I mean you're not dedicated to one particular job when you go to the

office in labor pool they're gonna ask for your social security number

your ID and you set up an account and depending on what type of labor pool

your at, they might give you some equipment or uniform. They gave me this

jacket right here and the helmet and my own glasses I'm wearing these these are

my glasses and they might require you have a certain equipment they'll tell

you what they want you to have so for where I went I had to buy my own boots

obviously you know I'm saying and that's about it they just want to make sure I

had some steel toe boots. what is labor pool? labor pool is the place you can go

to you sign up once you sign up they're gonna they can send you to different job

sites different places the are depends on what's available in the city you live

in and to work at that place that could be working at an office that could be

working at a construction site like me I may actually add a construction site

check it out

it could be all these different places that people they just need extra hand of

people alright. every day will be a different spot. I'm working here right

but the other day I was working at this place

so just to let you who you might be working one place and these are all

totally different companies man unless you do well and they at one spot and

they really like you and they want you to come back which I'll talk about at

the end of the video all right guys. so this is how it works when you get into

the labor force that's alright you already signed up everything they want

you to come in early in the morning you're gonna sit down you're gonna sign

up you put your name there and they're gonna eventually call you. once they call

you they're gonna tell you they have Job here ang a job here and they're gonna

tell you how much it's up to you whether or not you prefer getting paid that

amount all right that's up to you right and then they'll

give you a slip. with that slip it will have all the information you need, the

address and the person who you need to report to. once you get to that place you

got a report to that person or call the person up, like where you are? if

thier not there sometime he has it they have a designated person you you have to meet

so , whenever you meet that person they'll tell you what they need you to do and

after that day is done you need to make sure they sign that paperwork once they

sign that paperwork you can go back to the office and they will pay the same day.

like literally if you work to tomorrow they'll you're gonna get paid tomorrow

they're gonna pay the same they don't give you his card and it won't have your

name on it but there'll be a card with the money that you worked for. So that's one

cool thing for so you don't even have to wait for the money to come in oh yeah

I'm working like you know the money's gonna be right there for you so for

those who probably need a pay their car insurance real quick because they

lost a job but they don't have the money or do you need to pay the cell phone or

you keep pay the cable bill for the internet bill so they can still search

for a new job this is your option guys now if you don't have a vehicle

sometimes they can arrange a carpool for you so. if they arrange their call for

you they have a set amount. where I'm at it's three dollars for a carpool for and

it'll take it out of your check. which is decent because you can take it

uber for more than that. some of the pros of working in labor pool is that you

actually have time to do things you've been meaning to do. so if you're an

entrepreneur or if you have a side hustle that you're trying to take off

labor pool can help you and this is for people who don't have vehicle

and you can't do the lyft and Uber thing or that's not working for you

labor pool can help, for those who just lost their job and those who might have

child support to pay or something like that but they don't want to be behind in

child support labor pool is an option you come over

here like Literally you could lose your job that one day and the next day you set

yourself up but you start working on. while working

labor pool you'll have free time and you have some flexibility to

look for a new job so that way you always have some income

coming in. for those who have a dream they're pursuing or something they

want to invest in in a business but they need some money to

come in or for those people who aren't currently right now there's a government

shutdown so for those people who are not working at their regular jobs they can

try labor pool and make some quick money so they can buy groceries or they can go

to you know take their kids to the hospital things of that nature things

the necessities they really need you can go to labor pool and they can make some

quick money. there's a couple of cons of working labor pool because what happens

is when you go to the office early in the morning right there might not be any

jobs. so that's a that's a con and then there might be jobs but it might be

something that you're not willing to do for the pay that they're giving so these

are the things that you have to when you're doing labor pool. you might not

agree with the money but you got to understand it's still a blessing to make

some money you know I'm saying when you do not you don't have the money you know

I'm saying. I know some of you guys need some money right

now and it's just hard out here especially how the world is right now

but you feel down and out you can't find a job or a job or anything

I don't you feel bad because you still have an opportunity to make some quick

money and this is what I'm going to tell you about my friend he makes over nine

hundred dollars in one week working he makes nine hundred dollars in one week

he came to work here one day the labor pool sent him here and then the boss

liked him so much, the boss say you know what you apart of the labor pool

but I want you to stay here. so now he has a recurring job and he works me or

no bit more hours and gets paid a little bit more

he gets nine hundred dollars a week and he's still under the day before but the

money goes directly to his pocket guys my advice if you're gonna do they will

make sure you you're an early bird that way you can get some of the best

assignments because it normally goes to the first people there and not only that

you want to develop a relationship with the people at the office

I'm not saying brown-nose nobody but let them know that they know you because

they always see people coming in and leaving coming in and leaving alright

and so typically a good job will go to a person that shows up every single day

that will ease you know that really is showing it's basically like a seniority

thing and it makes sense if a person shows up every single day trying to make

some you know I'm saying that someone new

shows up the person that shows up every single day oh and the person that they

remember their names you want to make sure that you develop a decent rapport with the

people at the office of the labor poolthat's for me I'm using labor pool. As for me Im using labor pool as

another way to sustain myself I'm a youtuber and it's not really as good as

lucrative as it is for me right now so I do day labor and also youtuber at the

same time and the advantages of that is I get too, if I really need to record or

edit something I don't have to worry about coming in the next day or getting

fired because I miss a day or something like that it's all flexible and that's

Travel Theme Pocket Letter Process Video Pt. 2 - Duration: 7:43.

Hello!Hello! It's me, Janette! How are you? Hope you've been well! Hope you've been

having a great week, a great January! This is part two of my Travel Themed Pocket

Letter that I posted.. I want to say two videos ago, and so I'm continuing to

decorate my nine card layout so I've done four cards the bottom three and

then the center one with my faux shaker which I really love how it turned out

and you can watch the video the first video to see how I did that I will have

that linked for you below but I'm continuing to use what mainly what's in

Die-cutting Essentials Special Edition Kit #8 which I will also have

linked below you can buy that from Craftstash which is where I work and also

they do international shipping so in case you're interested in that I think

it's a great value for your money for everything that you get inside so I'm

continuing to decorate my cards and I'm going to be doing the side cards in the

middle so what I wanted to do is just take this kind of like crafty stripey

paper and trim some squares so that I can have I'm gonna basically be

decorating the same card but like on opposite like kind of like a mirror

image I really love having some sort of balance in my layout I don't know why

it's just how my brain works it just makes me feel better more in control I

don't know I'm not sure but I'm just gonna basically be doing the same

decorating on both cards but it'll be kind of like a mirror image so I'm going

to put some die-cuts from the kit which I die cut with my die and there is the

embossing folder which I didn't remember to show in the first video that's also

included in the kit so that's a really fun design it's like a globe a world the

world a world map goodness now the kit comes with some papers patterned papers

but there's also some little elements in their design elements like these flowers

and the die that's included with the kit is a coordinating die so I'm just

rotating around trying to figure out how to line

it up perfectly so that I can die-cut that beyond the die-cutting machine that

I'm using is my Sizzix Big Shot absolutely love this machine and if you

have a moment if you could leave a comment I would love to know whether you

have a die-cutting machine have you ever tried to die-cutting

what kind of machine do you have do you have no idea what die-cutting is like

what what are your feelings toward it I don't know I just love learning about

you and hearing your thoughts you guys are awesome I've said this before but

the thing that I love most about pocket mail is that it's a smaller scale

project so you're able to use up any scraps at least I do so these little

strips here leftover from my patterned stripy card stock that I was using you

know I almost threw them away but I thought wait a second I think I can kind

of squeeze them on to this card so it's really just a great way if you've never

tried this hobby it's a great way to use up your scraps use up little tidbits

that you might have in your stash and if you want more information on pocket

checklist or project checklist or something like that you can click on

that link and download my free checklist it just goes through what you need to

get started like the size of the cards how to find pals and that sort of thing

so you can head over there and I will if you have if you just scroll in my video

description it's always the website link is always there is just pocketletters.com now I'm just gluing everything down now that I'm happy with have arranged it

I'm using a combination of adhesives I'm using a glue stick and also some foam

tape squares just to give some of those florals some pop now I'm adding some

sentiment some like gold sentiment stickers that I had from a sticker book

that I think they bought from Hobby Lobby so I brought that with me when we

moved I don't remember if brand or where maybe it wasn't Hobby Lobby I'm not sure

if you happen to have these stickers and you know where they're from maybe you

can leave a comment and let me know they're just like gold they're all gold

stickers and they have different sentiments

there's alphas and there's also like little circular alphas maybe that rings

about I'm not sure now for this top center card I'm using some of the

pattern paper that I had left over I believe it's from the bottom right card

so just that little floral strip there again I'm so happy that I'm able to use

up scratch this way and then this little globe die-cut is from the kit the

Die-cutting Essentials kit #8 and I just die cut it with the circular

die that was included in the set and then and just gluing this all down and

be feeling really happy and proud because I'm almost done with my way out

next I'm gonna stamp one of my remaining cards with a sentiment included in the

a5 stamp set that comes with the kit so what I'm gonna do is I have a piece

another scrap piece of vellum and I'm going to be stamping the sentiment with

my Archival Ink and I'm using my Sizzix Stampers Secret Weapon so I'm just

lining up my stamp on my acrylic block making sure that it's nice and straight

and that it lines up on on the grid the grid lines which are super helpful if

you have an acrylic block with grid lines it's like I just highly recommend

that and so I'm just inking it up and looking at it close to make sure that

all the stamp is inky that I haven't missed any spots if there's excess ink

on the block like accidentally got on the block I'll wipe it off with my

finger or a wipey just to make sure that it doesn't get on any other part of the

vellum and I'm also repeating the faux stitching with my white gel pen which I

believe is uniball so I had did some of this faux stitching on my foe

and that's in the center with a Globetrotter banner and so I felt like I

needed to repeat that just the white stitching somewhere else and so this

card was perfect for it and I'm just stapling it to the base with my Tim

Holtz tiny attached door which I love look how teeny tiny those staples are

absolutely they're so cute now for this last card I'm just laying these little

banners that are also included in the kit

so they're pre-printed banners and then you just die cut them out with the

coordinating die so I'm gluing one on to the sentiment right here sorry where I

stand with the vellum sentiment on that card and then I'm gonna stamp it with a

friend sentiment stamp that's also included in

the kit so there it is just stamp that now this last part I really struggled

with it and I actually had to and the video and just come back to it the next

day so what I ended up doing is I found an embossed piece of a vellum in my

stash and so I just used a little scrappy like you know that little

scrappy piece of vellum and then I layered the banners on top and I spelled

out made with the gold stickers that I have from that sticker book that I don't

know what where I got it from and then I just glued it down and I'm done with my

Brad Pitt and Charlize Theron have reportedly found love in each other after being introduced by Charlize's ex-fiance, Sean Penn, around the holidays.

It looks like Brad Pitt, 55, and Charlize Theron, 43, may be the new Hollywood "it" couple of the year! The gorgeous pair are dating after being introduced by Charlize's ex-fiance, Sean Penn, 58, according to The Sun, and they were "all over each other" at a recent public event. The sparks reportedly happened around the Christmas season, and Charlize has already been to Brad's Los Feliz, CA home. "They have been casually seeing each other for nearly a month now," a source told the outlet. "They've been friends for some time — ironically through Sean — but things have developed."

Charlize and Brad hinted at their romance when they met up at a movie screening together on Jan. 12, after attending separate movie screenings earlier in the day. Brad went to see the 2018 film, If Beale Street Could Talk, which he was an executive producer on, at a private house in the Hollywood Hills, while Charlize was a special guest at a screening of the 2018 film, Roma, at L.A.'s Chateau Marmont.
