looking at her telescope that her parents got her.

When she grows up her dream is to go to Mars

and start her own galactic United Nations.

Wait a minute! Wait a minute! I have some outer space jokes.

Why did the cow go in the spaceship?

Because it wanted to see the mooooon!

What kind of music do planets sing?

Neptunes!

One situation that we've had together.

We can tell about us going to a bootcamp,

to a one-week bootcamp in Moscow,

with just a pair of socks, or we didn't take even socks, did we?

It's not an embarrassing story though.

We need to tell them something.

Let's tell them about the level 95 mage.

The level 95 mage?

Okay.

It's our story.

Yeah, it really is.

There's a story.

We had a tournament in Dnipropetrovsk.

We were in PiNG then.

Yeah, it was our first tournament for PiNG.

And it took place in Dnipropetrovsk.

And one of my close friends happened to have a birthday.

Just on the day when we were leaving Kyiv.

And one of Lesha's friends was celebrating something too.

And it's two separate events.

I was drinking with my friends.

And Lesha was drinking with his friends.

So we went to the train station.

We were young and drunk.

And two of my friends from the place where we were celebrating went to Dnipropetrovsk with us.

And they weren't even going to go there.

We went on drinking there.

A lot of drinking.

We happened to be at the entrance hall.

Drunk.

Drinking beer.

And then a conductor came in,

and she was like,

"What are you doing here?

That's enough. It's late. It's 3 in the morning."

And I didn't even remember this, I was told about this later.

And I told her that I was a level 95 mage and I didn't give a damn.

And then she left.

We started singing.

And the best part is that at the beginning, when we were just leaving the train station,

I was looking through a window at Lesha running...

When the train was already moving.

The train was already going, and Lesha was running after it.

And this is where my part of the story begins.

It was late in the evening, we were celebrating something.

I had a ticker for the train,

I went to the train station, and everything seemed fine at first.

But at the moment when I was on the platform,

the train started going,

and he's just looking at me through a window,

and that's it.

I missed that train.

I had to buy another ticket because the tournament was in the morning.

I bought a new ticket.

And I thought I needed to sell my previous ticket,

I was as drunk as he was,

a level 95-ish mage as well,

so I went there, sold my ticket, waited for another 30 minutes or so,

and the next train was in about an hour,

I looked at the ticket to see the exact time of the departure.

Because I forgot.

And I see that my train had already departed,

and I couldn't figure out what was going on, since I literally had just bought the ticket.

And the train was supposed to be in an hour, and only half an hour had passed,

and it was already gone.

And then I realized that I bought a new ticket,

then I sold it,

and the one I had was the old ticket.

So I had to go buy another ticket,

but we made it in time for the tournament; I don't remember how we played though.

Badly.

I think he was just shaking like this.

Like an alcoholic.

I was top fragging, I have this game saved somewhere.

I was top fragging as a level 95 mage.

We lost on Nuke in the first round,

I don't remember against who.

I was destroying them.

After the game I was like, "What happened guys? I was killing them so easily, why couldn't you?"

Drinking is bad.

It was mistakes of our youth, it was ten years ago.

Who's better when it comes to finding young and talented players?

He thinks that it's him, doesn't he?

Lesha can be texting me sometimes, "Listen, did you see this guy? Did you see that guy?"

And he's like listing fifty guys,

and then five of them blew up,

and he's like, "Oh, remember I told you about him and you didn't listen?"

I'm always right.

It's like guessing ten players.

Remember that plan?

And he does the same thing with the players.

Quantity over quality.

Hi, I'm Anne with Allshore Virtual Staffing!

Welcome to our new video series about working with remote teams.

Today, I'm going to share our top four tips for managing your virtual teams.

Now, more and more companies are switching to remote work

at least part-time for their employees.

So if you're working with a company with international branches,

you're even more likely to be managing a remote team.

If you're new to this, don't worry.

We've got you covered with our four best practices for remote team management.

The first up is my personal favorite:

Project management systems.

Now even if your company has a small team,

you really should invest in software.

Emails and chat messages become easily buried and lost,

but an open task in a management system keeps everyone accountable.

So make it easy on yourself and your team by using a system where they can

check daily tasks, rearrange their priorities, and just keep track of time and notes.

PM systems make it easy to assign work and then review progress.

Next, if you're having a miscommunication, get on a quick call with that person.

You will solve the problem so much faster and more clearly than through a text conversation

With a remote team, you don't have the benefit of being in the same place,

so it's important to simulate that as much as possible.

And since tone can be really difficult to interpret through text,

if anyone on your team is unsure about something

take the time to get on a short call.

You'll clear things up, and get face-to-face time, which can be rare in remote work.

Third is probably the most important:

Very clear expectations and instructions.

This is essential for any employee, but especially in a remote setting

since they can't pop into your office and ask a quick question.

Screen share to show information and examples,

and leave thorough written notes they can reference later.

Now, if your team has more freedom day-to-day with their work,

they still need expectations in order to be successful.

Make sure you're communicating everything to your remote workers,

and not just your in-house team.

Lastly, check in regularly.

It is short and simple, but frequent check-ins with team members

will allow you to make sure everyone has what they need.

Regular team meetings are still a necessity,

but don't forget to talk one-on-one, too.

Make yourself available

for the times when someone on your remote team just needs a few minutes of your time.

Overall, the main thing is communication.

It is key in every work relationship,

but it's even more important when you don't regularly see each other in person.

Set your teams and yourself up for success by using organized project management software and frequent video calls.

I think I'm a skilful player in terms of ball possession.

I have solid technique, I almost never get nervous when in possession and generally feel confident in my abilities.

One day I learned that Marcet was organizing an event in Mexico where they were awarding sports scholarships.

I signed up and during the week of training, I gave it everything I had because I wanted to win that scholarship.

The last day we played a game, and at the end of the match, they began to say the names of the winners.

I was among them, and I felt happy.

There is quite a difference between Mexican and Spanish football, not so much at the playing level but more in terms of training.

In Mexico we work hard on physical training. Before getting started, we'd give it about 40 minutes.

In Spain the game is faster and you also learn to think faster.

In Mexico the pressure isn't quite the same as it is here. When you're passed the ball you have more time to think.

Here this is not the case, because you have to be more aware of the ball and know what to do before actually receiving it.

This definitely helps you improve as a player.

Here in Spain, I am accumulating valuabe experience.

The level of skill is high and being away from my family has helped me be more independent.

I felt happy when they told me that I was going to play against Rayo Vallecano, because it is a well-known, demanding team.

Also, here I'm living with and amongst different cultures and learning really interesting things from countries all over the world.

I would recommend this experience because it is very good.

So today I want to talk about EmSculpting®. This is the paddle that comes

with the EmSculpting® equipment, there's another one as well. This paddle gets

placed on the abdomen or the buttocks and then what it will do is it will fire

electromagnetic waves into those tissues. It's completely safe, but what it will do

is make the tissues contract. Say you did a crunch or you were doing

squats the muscles contracted. EmSculpt® will do that but at an incredibly high

frequency and so it tightens those muscles on and off and then stimulates

the muscles to grow and build. The same as if you were at the gym working out except it

will do it in 35 minutes instead of over of the course of hours or weeks. So the

We're really in a wonderful time in terms of body contouring

so we have procedures that are

non-surgical, minimal downtime, if any

It provides some nice results.

These are things like CoolSulpting,

where a patient comes in wide awake,

the machine goes on, it freezes the fat

and then over the next few months, the fat slowly gets absorbed by the body

It's non-surgical, and it provides some nice results

and then we have EmSculpting®, which is a machine that will tighten the muscle,

and melt a little bit of the fat.

It's really for patients who are in good shape,

who are just looking for some extra definition of muscle.

They're really trying to find a way to get that six pack.

Maybe they don't have time to devote to the gym as much,

but they're in good shape, and aren't really looking for major

body contouring changes, but are, looking for, say, a buttock lift

with some more enhancement to the gluteus muscles.

We have those non-invasive things.

And then we have things like liposuction, that obviously are surgical,

but we can treat the patients,

and remove the fat with small, tiny, little eighth of an inch incisions

a little bit of bruising, and remove the fat that way.

And then we have bigger operations.

Things like breast lifts or tummy tucks,

Where we're removing fat, tightening muscle, and removing skin at the same time

And so it's really a great time for patients.

When they come in, we can try to find a way to meet their expectations

to deliver what they want, either non-surgical or surgical

and some of the less invasive surgeries in between

to provide the results that they are looking for

without having to go through a big operation that they had in the past.

The new technology has really added a lot to our ability

to deliver different results to the patients

without going through a whole surgical procedure.

So lip augmentation,

right, enhancing the appearance of your lips. There are a few different ways

we can look at that, so, for some patients they really like the shape of their lips, they're happy with how they look,

they just want a little bit more fullness, a little bit more of a pow, and we have lots of fillers that can do that. It

can enhance the little

line between the normal skin and the red skin or just fill up the

top or bottom part of the lip to make it a little bit larger.

And then there are other patients for whom they just aren't happy with the shape of their lips.

The overall shape isn't what they want, they're too thin, they don't have enough structure to them, there's not enough of a difference between the

lip and the normal skin, the lipstick bleeds, and for those patients,

basically the same fillers, but we use those that we can change the

fundamental

shape of the lip and provide a difference in the structure and the highlights of the lip, so that we get a different both

volume to the lips so that they're larger, but also get a different clarity to the lip so that they look more

desirous of what the patient's looking for. So for either way, whether it's an enhancement of the existing shape, or a change in the

fundamental shape, lip fillers are really an excellent way to approach

that. They last about nine months to a year,

you know usually no longer than that. We can sometimes put your own fat into the lip, if you are

happy with the general shape - want a little bit more enhancement,

I think fat's a great way to do it, and most of that, about half of it or so will last long-term,

even years and that's a great way to approach it but it is a

different operation than is the fillers. The off-the-shelf fillers, the Restylane, the Juvederm's,

those can be injected, a little bit of discomfort,

results are relatively immediate with minimal swelling. The fat does have a lot more swelling

associated with it.

So although it's a great way to enhance lips, it is for patients who have the downtime to be able to put up with the

procedure.

We're gonna make easy breakfast, Japanese style

So we're gonna make Miso soup (miso shiru)

Today we're gonna have it

not THAT simple...well it is (laughs)

We're just gonna put it a bunch of vegetables

So what we're gonna use is mushroom,

Okra, Fried Tofu

The way to make really good miso soup is, you have to have the 'Dashi'

Which makes all the UMAMI flavor

So what you want to use is

'Kiriboshi Daikon' (cut and dried radish)

it's like dried out 'Daikon'

K: Radish

J: Radish, big radish

just plop in a bit

And then 'Konbu'

Black seaweed

You throw it in there

And this is going to change everything!

It's 'Hoshi Shiitake'

Dried whatever mushrooms

K: Shiitake mushrooms...

J: (laughs)

And just heat it up

You don't want to bring it to a boil because then it'll kill the 'Konbu'

it's gonna get all slimy and disgusting

You actually want to bring it just to the point of boiling but not boiling

Then the 'Umami' of everything will come out

While you're waiting you can cut your vegetables because it'll go faster

'cause nobody got time for that you know?

You can cut it smaller if you want but you don't have to.

You can use any mushroom, we're just using what we have

And for the okra, you can actually save more okra if you go around it

Kinda cut like that and you can save more

instead of chopping it right off it's a waste.

Just go like that

K: If you make the miso soup the day before and just warm it up in the morning, you literally don't need to do anything

not your typical breeding for profit in a 10-gallon scenario. Poison dart frogs,

and not just any poison dart frogs the blue poison dart frogs. When I had them

in the 90's they were known as Dendro bates azureus since then they've been

reclassified as a subspecies of the Dendrobates tinctorious so now they

have a longer name. Dendrobates tinctorious azureus and here's a model not to

scale, but very much larger than the tiny inch and a half adult frogs. Don't forget

to check the description for some good titles to get you started on poison dart

frog care. Notice the azureus' blue color and the spots on the back these can be

random sizes and random shapes and random numbers of them. The blue poison

dart frog is one of the larger poison dart frogs and more terrestrial. It likes

to lay its eggs at ground level are just above ground level.

light cover to fit the top of the ten gallon as a lid to keep the humidity up

but let light in for the frogs and plants next I attach the feet to the

false bottom and voila I'll add a layer of moss and a climbing rock on the

unsupported end of the cross stitch canvas I'll also throw in a Coco hut

with a petri dish inside as an egg deposition and collection vehicle the

build is that easy the details are in the animal care please do yourself a

favor and learn how to care for any animal before you put it into captivity

take care of the animals and recognize that they have limitations to don't over

bring your animals that can be unhealthy for any animal give your animals the

breeding break every now and then come on animal care guides and best care

practices are available online as well as in several titles on the subject I'll

put a couple of links below to get you started on building your animal care

library I decided to share this project because it was so easy so affordable and

The way to make really good miso soup is, you have to have the 'Dashi'

Which makes all the UMAMI flavor

So what you want to use is

'Kiriboshi Daikon' (cut and dried radish)

it's like dried out 'Daikon'

And then 'Konbu'

Black seaweed

You throw it in there

And this is going to change everything!

It's 'Hoshi Shiitake'

Dried whatever mushrooms

it's gonna get all slimy and disgusting

You can cut it smaller if you want but you don't have to.

You can use any mushroom, we're just using what we have

And for the okra, you can actually save more okra if you go around it

Kinda cut like that and you can save more

instead of chopping it right off it's a waste.

Just go like that

We're gonna make tiny slices of tofu tiny cubes

K: And this one is fried so it adds a bit of oiliness it is better than normal tofu

J: And you're pretty much ready

K: Another option is to leave the 'Dashi' in normal water over night

then it'll be faster and have some extra flavor

We're only gonna use one kind of miso but you can also mix two different kinds

like 'Shiro Miso' (white miso paste) and then darker.. I really don't care

but it tastes better if you use two kinds, that's what I think

Yeah I think that is good enough

The best way to make sure it's all out, the 'Dashi'

is to know if these (Shiitake mushrooms) are soft or not 'cause these are pretty rock hard

And for this amount, we're just gonna use a poop amount (laughs)

I don't know... you can add the amount you want

Put some water in, and just work it in there

Miso is inside so you want to throw in your mushrooms

Actually... putting mushrooms in earlier makes it better because their flavor goes out more

and once that's cooked through and sitting and you get more flavor all together

then you can throw in your other stuff

if you're gonna put this (okra) inside, you don't want to put it in too early

or otherwise everything will be completely slimy

and if you like that, that's fine put it in earlier but you don't really need to 'cause they cook fast

this too

and we like to add a bit more soysauce

just for some extra 'umami'

K: And this soy sauce is

J: Low sodium?

K: It isn't as strong as normal soy sauce and it tastes WAY better

J: It's tasting fresh that's for sure

K: Yeah I think it says 'Nama' so it means raw

K: We're done! J: Yeah!

K: And you do not want to put the miso soup into a rice bowl

J: No

K: That's a no go!

Don't put anything other than rice into a rice bowl

J: Yes this is properly for Miso Shiru

K: You can get them at the 100 yen store

K: Let's get our food ready!

So the rice, today we have a mixture of brown rice and white rice

And we have natto which is super easy for vegans

Most packages of these, the sauce is not vegan

So you want to check for 'Katsuo Dashi' (Fish base)

This one, we got a 'Goma Dare', sesame sauce

which is vegan

K: But other than that, just use soy sauce

J: Than we have our 'Tsukemono' (pickles)

This is burdock 'gobou'

And our miso soup

K: And if you want, you can add in other stuff

For example 'Wakame' some extra sea weed

And than we can also use 'Tororo Konbu' (different kind of sea weed)

which will make it even slimier but it also tastes really good

So this is a simple breakfast

If you want you can add some fried vegetables or some other thing

to add a bit more

yeah this is pretty basic!

J: Yeah this is our simple, extra extreme simple breakfast or even lunch or dinner

K: If you make the miso soup the day before and just warm it up in the morning, you literally don't need to do anything

J: Exactly!
