Diego Costa to undergo Atletico medical today?

Diego Costa will reportedly undergo a medical at Atletico Madrid this afternoon ahead of his proposed £53m move from Chelsea.

The 28-year-old has refused to return to Stamford Bridge after being frozen out of Blues boss Antonio Contes first-team plans and failing to secure a transfer away over the summer.

Costa is thought to have relocated to Madrid in recent weeks in an attempt to force through a return to his former side, who will be able to officially sign him when their transfer ban is lifted in January.

According to AS, Diego Simeones side have now reached an agreement with Chelsea over a deal worth €60m (£53m), which would make Costa the clubs new record signing.

The publication claims that Costas medical will now go ahead in the Spanish capital this afternoon, with an official announcement likely before the weekend.

While Costa is not able to play for Atletico until January, he is expected to join his new teammates in training for the next few months.

How To Identify The Best Leaders On Your Team - Duration: 3:53.

Are you curious who the best leaders are on your team? Well watch this video and find out how you can quickly identify them.

Hey, it's Jason Everett from the High Performance Salon Academy and today we are talking all about leaders.

You know, in salons finding leaders can be one of the toughest things that you do because these are the people you are going to entrust with the direction of your business in the future.

And they've got to meet some amazing qualifications and criteria in order to be on your leadership team.

So here's the first thing I would say, number one in leaders you want to look for people who've been identified as leaders early on.

I mean for me, personally, I was a leader in 4H, I was a leader in my soccer team, in my baseball team, and all those things were very early on, they would pull me out for leadership roles.

So that was something that was identified early. And not everybody has that, that's how people learn it and they can get there.

So there's an acronym I want to give you today that's going to help you identify future leaders in your organization.

And the acronym is DRIVE.

Now why is it DRIVE?

Because we want to figure out, number one, D is how driven people are.

If people are able to function and operate on their own with a drive like you've never seen from anybody else, like why is this person wanting to work so hard.

They seem to be very excited to show up to work they're not just somebody who sits there and shows up because they're getting a paycheck

but they take initiative, they do things on their own and they're really excited about the future. That is a very driven individual.

Which takes me to point number two, which is RESPONSIBLE.

Are they hyper responsible, are they taking over responsibility and accountability for things that are not even their fault.

Meaning that more people around are saying gosh they just take that one and they take it on whether they are asked to or not, and that's a hyper responsible person.

Number three is are they INDEPENDENT?

Do they operate independently well or do they constantly need to be babysat? If somebody is independent they're not going to be

constantly asking you what else do you need, what else do you need, what else do you need?

They're just going to get it done.

Are they constantly doers instead of constant actors? Or askers, that's going to be somebody who is very independent.

Now number four is VISION.

Do they have a long term vision and can they see the future?

I'm not talking crystal ball status but do they constantly think about how will this decision impact three months, six months, nine months down the road.

Are they future focused, visionary type people that are on the team? That's another great leadership quality.

And then lastly in DRIVE is E for EVERYONE.

Are they constantly thinking how this decision impacts the group as opposed to how this decision impacts them.

If you have somebody who is constantly using I language versus constantly using WE language that would be a problem.

So you're looking for somebody who is always thinking, Oh when we do this, the team is going to be excited about this. We are really going to be this. How will that impact everyone?

So again, to recap, D for driven, R for responsible, I for independent, V for vision and E for everyone.

And if you find somebody that meets all five of those characteristics traits, you need to identify them as a leader on your team and start tapping them on the shoulder.

One of my favorite things is called a leadership tap. Where you tap somebody on the shoulder and you say,

"Look, I'd like to have you as part of the leadership team. How do you feel about that?"

And if they get excited and they're into it, maybe not now, maybe in the future, couple of years, but give them that leadership tap and allow them the opportunity to rise to the occasion as a leader.

I hate my natural hair - Duration: 7:40.

Hi guys! In today's video we're going to talk about

the way we view our hair

Disclaimer : my channel is about natural hair so I'm always going to push this agenda

But if you have relaxed hair or think about relaxing it, no problem! Who am I to judge ?

So I'm going to talk to you about my own experience, how I went from regarding my hair as an iron bullet

around my ankle to now, seeing it as one of my striking feature

(music)

I've not always liked my hair, actually, I hated it when I was younger

I really didn't like it

It had nothing to do with self hatred

Or not being able to accept myself

It was practical, I didn't like my hair because I had extremely thick and frizzy, coily hair

And it was difficult to tame it (let alone take care of it)

For me, the styling proces was just a torture

And when my mother would take her purple comb (it was a fine tooth comb)...

I would die a little inside

All I wanted as a little girl was to have straight hair

Hair you could detangle without having your comb hitting a knot every 2 seconds

Without having to pull my hair to remove all the knots

...even if it meant tear off my head at the same time

I just wanted the styling proces to be shorter and less painful

But I don't blame my mother: she always did what she could with what she had

And she did a great job given the compliments we received about our hairstyles, my sister and I

So when did my mind changed about my hair ?

Well, it changed when I started to ask myself the right questions

When I stopped wondering how to straighten my hair (it really didn't help me)

And started to think "how can I care for my hair as it is?"

(Why don't I have long hair ?!)

(this was actually the main question)

It really gave me the keys of the gates to the natural hair world, they opened, I jumped in...

And I never came back

From then, I discovered lots of things and experimented with my hair

And did things I didn't think were possible with it

And I acquired more self-confidence

That's why I think here lies the key if you have a hard time accepting your hair

Ask yourself the right questions

Ok, you don't like your hair but what don't you like about it ? Be more specific

Is it its length, is it too dry, is it damaged, is it its texture ?

For most of the questions you have, you can find answers if you're ready to look out for them

You also need to be able to see yourself in a positive light and acknowledge the things

you like about your hair

Like its volume or its curls

And these are the things you want to keep, the things you want people to see

As I said it, it's easy to find solutions if you look out for them, there's a lot of information

Because everything is just one click away with Internet

But you need to stay critical because you find so much information and advice

You'll see lots of people telling you to do something and then the opposite

So you need to be able to sort what is going to be useful for you and what is not

And adjust it to your needs and personnality

Because most of the people you see, you watch on YouTube

(I include myself in those people)

Except if they are professionals like hairdressers

Can only talk about their own experience and it's, of course, different than yours

So, again, you need to be wise about what you see and hear on the Internet

Don't compare yourself to anybody you see, especially not to people

Who have different type of hair, different texture

Why ? Because it means their hair has different needs

And sometimes it's really frustrating when you have extremely frizzy, coily hair, you'd like it to be curly

Because we think it looks better and it's easier to take care of it

But having these kind of thoughts regularly

Get your in a negative state of mind

You're going to be very frustrated

And rough with your hair

Try to find some kind of model, a person who has hair that looks like yours

Because it's going to create some kind of connection

And you'll see that there are people with your type of hair who "succeed"

But also that that person, if she's honest, and shows you the good and the bad,

also has problems sometimes, just like you

Sometimes she feels frustrated about her hair, she might want to give up, her hair comes out the wrong way

So you'll see that this person also struggles

Just like you

And it will make your life easier (not trying to be mean)

Because you then see that we're all on the same boat

And it's always better to suffer together than suffering alone

I also want to say something to mothers here who might have daughters with natural hair

Teach them to like their hair it's extremely important

Tell them how much of a good thing this hair can be!

Even if it's different from what they typically see [on TV]

Show them that they can do many things with if, there are plenty of possibilities!

It's unlimited!

And that it can be really fun to play with it

So that they don't think that taking care of their hair is a chore

But regard it as an activity that makes it possible for them to take care of themselves

And they'll also have more self-confidence

I give you all this tips but don't forget that the acceptance is not going to come at all once;

If you really want to work on that and learn to embrace your hair you need to be patient

It doesn't happen in one night

You don't wake up thinking :

I loooooooooooooove my natural hair!

No!

It doesn't happen like that

Again, you need to be patient, let yourself (and your hair) some time to mature that

And be gentle with it

Because when we're angry, when we're upset we tend to be rough with it

And it won't help you to like it

But if even after all this questionning, you still can't stand your hair

Then do what you have to do with it!

The goal is to feel good about yourself

And this mane of yours

what's going on guys welcome back to a brand new Amazon FBA video a little

if you guys remember right about a month ago at least according to this I don't

know how accurate this is might be closer to two months ago doesn't matter

about a month ago I made a video talking about the $9.99 cart trick on Amazon a

lot of people still don't know what it is guys if you do not know what it is go

click on that video first I'm gonna try and remember to leave it somewhere on

the screen of right now I say that in a lot of videos and I do end up forgetting

to do it but nonetheless I'm gonna do my best to remember go check that out okay

you're gonna notice exactly I'm talking about today because a company hit me up

and they were telling me hey I saw your video and we actually have a solution to

the 99 car trick to make your life so much easier and I was just like what

that's awesome and so they let me try it out I'm gonna link them in the

description I have given them a little bit of a little bit of a go before

obviously showing it to you guys but I like it pretty much all I can say if we

go to their website here this is their website and spec T amz PEC T I don't

know what they were going for with the word but what you can do is a sign up

the plans are significantly cheaper than the jungle scout product tracker that

you guys might know up or just jungle scout in general I guess you have to

have Java Scott's getting Java Scout product tracker but those of you guys

who know Java Scout does have this own feature but they are a little bit more

expensive however they do come with the whole product research side of it so

that's something but nonetheless this website lets you track if you get the $9

one you can track up to 20 products and that should be more than fine for most

of us you'll be able to track its directly on to their on their platform

so if you guys know it's gonna be kind of like the if you got to check out the

video I did yesterday action is gonna be kind of like the product tracker from

jungle scout that I showed you basically they're gonna do the same thing but it's

cheaper so that's always pretty good anyways alright guys and now we're on

Amazon and I'm gonna show you guys how this product works okay so obviously I

typed in here angle Iser this is our most common product on this channel so

I'm going to use it for everything can you guys see the chromic so you guys

probably can't see the chrome extension right hold on

hope that's moving the wrong one this one yes right there you see it it's

right here perfect I'm gonna move my camera over

here that's where we're gonna be now and there we go alright so sorry this looks

a little weird I'm buff I feel uncomfortable and different and I don't

even see myself but oh well anyways this is a Chrome extension what you guys are

gonna do it to use this you're gonna click on the product you're interested

in so see this guy's one seller so that should be easy we're gonna click on the

thing it's gonna load and over here we can see that he has 19 items left in

stock this just does the 999 thing a lot faster for you without you having to

actually go in and type in the quantity blah blah blah

and guess what only 19 left in stock 19 left quantity guess what it's accurate

so that tests that feature out and at least we know we can guarantee that this

this works now what you'll do this number you guys are gonna go again in

the video I showed you guys you guys are gonna go into Excel or numbers I

currently have numbers but it's actually go in and I'm gonna show you guys

exactly how you would track a product like this all right so there we go

new document blank yes what you guys would do is you guys would type angle

Iser right what I usually do is I'll show you guys how I usually would do it

if I were to do it by hand I you are Oh day 1 day 2 day 3 day 4 I'm not gonna do

obviously I showed you guys already Oh 18 products left now they sold one

product that you are tracking if you're tracking the angle eyes I would say

probably track like the top five or six products on the first page just to make

sure maybe the first ten even if you want completely up to you but just to

make sure that you know that the product sells because the biggest issue a lot of

people have with Amazon when they're selling on Amazon the reason a lot of

people fail is simply choosing the wrong product guys it's finding a product is

so you will find the product isn't easy but like finding the product you're

gonna go for is so easy like I said previously finding a $10,000 a month

product isn't easy to do but just finding a product is not that hard

they'll take you maybe a week maybe two weeks but to find the parts you're gonna

go for like to commit to going for it that's super easy once you have a

product it's so easy to tell if you can if you should or if you shouldn't go for

it you just follow the rules guys the reviews again this is just kind of going

over what in my last video when I talked about prog research you would look at

the reviews you would look at the sales and jungler scout estimates everyone

estimates it because that's really all you can do for sales but this this is

going to show you exactly how many units they have as long as they don't have

like a limit to the car I don't know how that would work for that we can test it

out in this video though but anyway so you would do this then tomorrow you

would just come back in around the same time you would come in you would click

the link and then it would tell you Oh another up to 18 what this means guys

when they do go up in inventory that means that their inventory

is coming in so lucky for them they actually got to restock so that's gonna

kind of make the numbers a little difficult for you on this day so what I

would do is just go on to another one you know there's plenty of analyzers in

the world what about this guy you can tell this guy's in stock you just even

have a quantity left so okay so this guy's got five but then this guy's got

493 so it will be fine right depends on who's winning the buy box I guess it

doesn't matter not the point what you would do is you would go to here you

would track down five I guess you'd write that down and then tomorrow you

would come in and do the same thing what you should end up having right is let's

say this let's just make up numbers because these numbers are kind of low

these guys are all running out of inventory so it's kind of make up

numbers to make it look better right 493 what's day 1 as we check then he had 488

then he had 468 then he had 450 right so what can you tell from here guys what

can you tell you can tell exactly how many products he's sold right think

about it you would just do the math know if I was

good at math I would do it on top of my head but oh I thought I left a bigger

difference see that but this day he sold five this day he sold 20 this day he

sold 18 look at that um let's pretend like this number was higher 508 oh my

god now he's so 20 Oh what would you be able to tell guy

selling 20 a day 18 he averaged a pretty good amount of sales right so you would

know he sells well this is a product you guys

can go for so this is basically like the last step

you would do before purchasing your product last step I did or I do

currently I I'm gonna start using this software now for this thank you to

whoever reached out to me from this company and let me use this for a little

bit and share with you guys I'm very thankful for them for that um

so yeah they do have an affiliate program that's why I'm leaving the link

in the description if you guys are interested but I would not vouch for

something that I didn't think worked or that I didn't think would help you guys

and save you guys time and this is definitely one of those things so if you

guys can afford it and are interested in saving yourselves from starting a really

bad product that you guys don't know sells well go check them out

give them a try they do have a free free trial I believe it's like five products

tracks or three products track something like that go check it out yeah guys this

definitely is a hundred percent a must you must do step before buying a product

cuz this is to guarantee you're gonna get sales if the people in the first

page are guaranteed getting sales which you can see by this they're guaranteed

getting sales then you're probably going to get sales too if you get to the first

page right it just makes sense so that's kind of wrap up over here little side

note is that if you see numbers going up right that means like we saw the other

product the angle as we were doing where it went from 19 to 18 to 17 to 18 that

probably means that their inventory just came in stock and so Amazon slowly

piecing it in so they had 17 Amazon just put one inventory in now they're at 18

soon they're gonna be all the way back to 500 or 1,000 depending on how many

they ordered so keep that in mind those products are not going to be good ones

to track another one that's not gonna be good to track actually I believe that

trick is you would add to cart you would do plus ten and then you would type 999

right hence the name but if I'm not mistaken yet these guys have a limit of

five meaning they won't let you buy more than five now sellers do this because

chance of someone buying five is very low I had one guy buy six from me at

once and that was crazy it wasn't that

product it's different product like six and that's the most I ever gotten so

five is a pretty safe number to put up other people like 10 something like that

but that just means that no one can track your products and know your sales

just patted to keep it private some people prefer it that way but yeah guys
