Youtube daily report Mar 26 2018

Hello everyone I'm Lee harris and for the

past 14 years I have been a mentor, a mystic,

a messenger,

and bringing my work and self growth and

spirituality to the world.

This Thursday I'm going to do a free broadcast

called Impact The World, sharing the things that I

have learned about how we bring our passion, our

mission to the world. Now I spent my 20's

focused on metaphysics and self growth, and learning

as much as I could about that for myself. I

didn't know that it was gonna end up becoming my

job and

I was focused on a completely different career path,

but it took over and people started asking me to

work with them and so I fell into it, which means,

I spend the last decade learning how to do this

as a business and how to put your work out into

the world in a way that works for others and

works for you.

I will say that, you know, my philosophy is a human

beings we're always trying to find balance. We're

always trying to keep a balance in our lives as

much as we can and isn't easy.

And it's been the same for me as someone running a

business, particularly some who didn't know a

great deal about business 14 years ago.

So,

I want to share with you in Impact The World,

everything that I've learned about how to bring

your work to the world in a way that works for

you and works for the people that you are

serving, because essentially

we are serving people, that's that's really the

core of the job,

but there are certain ways that you can figure

out how to make it easier for you, for the people

that you're serving, and how to present your work

to the world.

Equally, there are things that you go through inside,

the fear of "i'm not good enough," or "why should I be

out there,"

"they're already doing it and I think they do it

much better than me."

We're all needed and that's my philosophy and I

certainly had all of those thoughts and felt all

of those feelings, and occasionally

those trolls on the internet will backup your

worst fear. But what I learned was

the system, of how this works. I understood what

online criticism is about and how to move

through, it. I understood how to move through my

own self-doubt every time I would try and stop

myself from doing. Something I felt a pull toward

but I didn't have enough knowledge or

support, or my fear was just a bit bigger than my

courage.

So my training Impact The World is really about

both sides of the equation.

Do you want to know how to make a good direct to

camera video? And what are the components and the

energies that go into that.

Do you want to know how to believe in yourself

better? So we're gonna look at the whole spectrum,

including money and valuing yourself and

the resources for your work and for your business.

I always say that my company, Lee Harris

Energy occasionally people call it my company,

okay I'm the ceo and it's around my work, but I

see it as its own entity,

it's an entity that interfaces between me and the

team who work in it

and those people that we serve. So,

there are lots of things and I

know not all of you can come to the training in

San Diego so this free broadcast is going to

give you some tips and tools so that you can get

started with your work and for those of you who

are curious about whether or not San Diego is

right for you, this broadcast should also answer some

of those questions. Hope to see you there! Big love!

Spark VS MavicAir footage and review - Duration: 4:41.

This year Dji`s product line counts three camera drones under $1,000 made for different

users. So how do you know which features you want?

Salut ! Bonjour and Welcome back to my channel.

Céline here ! Glad to see you, let's talk about a new review today.

Are you here for the first time? Well, here is a quick introduction : I am a TV journalist

for over 17 years now and I'm passionate about new technologies.

So if you like reviews, tutorials, vlogs consider subscribing. Now let's get back to business

and talk about which drone suits you best !

Do you remember last year when the Spark came out, I don't know about you but I was excited

about it.

Many others were complaining that it couldn't film in 4K and sure the drone was small and

you couldn't really fold the arms.

Now that the Mavic Air is out, it solves all of the main issues that people had with the

Spark but the price is still higher than a spark and if you want to film in 4K with a

good quality drone, would you be willing to sacrifice a couple of hundreds of euros more?

So let's see the price first : the Mavic Air is at $799 . The Spark is at $399 at the

entry-level and for $999 you get the Mavic Pro.

The Air is sort of a mashup of the Spark and Pro, but also has new features that you won't

find on these older models. That doesn't necessarily mean it's the best

option for you.

I have tried the Mavic air and for the use I have of my drone, the full HD quality is

fine with me. Due to being foldable, the Mavic Air sounds

far easier to carry around in the side pocket of a rucksack than the Spark.

But if you are like me, maniac on keeping your drone clean of scratches, you'll always

keep it in a box or a bag. And let's think it through, if you are wearing

jeans and a sweater, will you be able to put it in your skinny jeans pocket? Definitely

not, so this option is not really relevant...at least for me!

Regardless of price, not everyone interested in getting a drone is going to need the Air's

feature set. And keep in mind that the Mavic air is at

430 grams, it's heavier than the 300 gram Spark. And in some countries drones equal

or under 300 gram don't have to be registered.

DJI's latest portable drone has an impressive maximum flight time of 21 minutes.

Yes I admit it ! That's a notable upgrade on the 16 minutes you got with the Spark.

You can fly it further too. It's 4km remote control transmission range means you can fly it twice

as far as the Spark, which has a 2km range.  But then again, is it necessary for your use?

DJI recently discounted the Spark, to make it more affordable than it was previously.

So think twice before buying your next drone.

I hope you enjoyed and learn something with this video, if you did please click on the

thumbs up button down below and subscribe to my channel…

For YOU my friends who already subscribed ! You are awesome, merci beaucoup !

See you next monday! Ciao Ciao !

Meet Him In Person | Pavel Adventurer - Duration: 4:52.

Hi, hi, welcome to new youtube stories

todays stories will be about

how I met in person with a person that I knew nothing about

perhaps you know it

there is some person in your community

that you heard about, read about on facebook

or it is some personality you read about in media

and based on these information that got mediated to you

you made about such person some opinion

some assumption

and you live in this assumption that this person is like this

I used to live this way

till I Iearned and understood one thing

that I have to with such person that somehow irritates me meet in person.

and feel him up, you get me? Feel him up.

And then I always compared

this personal experience with that person

and what I heard before and I found out

that those things never correspond

that what I was mediated was an opinion of somebody else

and why was it this way? It was this way because

every human perceives every other human in different way

every human has different experience in this world

went through different things

comes from different background

understands in different way itself

thus other humans too

so all this learnt me

to come to this person

So I gave myself challenge

and I will meet Mr. Babiš (Czech Prime Minister)

I don't watch media and TV since I was 18

Last almost 3 years I was abroad

so I knew very little about him

the only thing I knew about him

that people talk about him a lot

and he as a human attracted me so I wanted to meet him

so once in Saturday evening I was going in train to Prague and I wrote him email

As a human you attracted me and I would love to meet you in person

my dream is worldwide peace

and I fear nothing

Mr. Babis got back to me

and said to come to Pruhonice at midday where we shall meet

and he will have half an hour

so I got there and met with Mr. Babis

I also met with marketing advisor Marek Prchal.

and began classic small talk

during 5 mins we feel a bit one another

just little bit

I showed him some videos from travels.

and I told him a bit about me.

and the came that point when Mr. Babis says, well Mr. Klega so how can I help you?

and I say, well, this is it Mr. Babis.

I don't want anything from you

I came here today to get to know you

well Mr. Babis was little bit surprised

it wasn't probably typical business meeting

nevertheless we continued

I continued talking about my experiences and travels

and he also remembered times when he used to work years back in Marocco.

eventually I spent with him about 45 minutes

and we farewelled in all good.

My impression was that he is good man

I felt he is modest man, hard working and humble.

That feeling was just great

and by all means it refuted all I had to unfortunately think about him

I learnt on my travels and during recent years one important thing

not to judge humans

and not to judge their work

and this gave me huge freedom

and this is message of this video

this is what I wanna tell you

if you ever experienced that story I narrated in the beginning

and if you have with some person a problem

so instead of hating him

meet him in person

thanks for following me

if you liked the video give it like

let me know in comments what you think

and I will look forward to you in next video, ahoy!

Acrylamide - Duration: 1:55.

In health news tonight, a bulging waistline not the only reason to avoid

those greasy french fries. Medical specialist Dr. Karl Kabasele with how a

chemical in fries and processed foods, can lead to cancer.

French fries are a popular snack.

They taste good. High in energy. But now Health Canada is warning

that the process of cooking your fries may lead to a potentially cancer-causing

chemical, called Acrylamide, in your food. But what happens to a potato, when it

becomes, deep-fried and turns into fries or chips ? That makes it so toxic. Well we

decided to come to the University of Toronto's chemistry department to find

out. Acrylamide is a molecule that has, three carbons, five hydrogen's,

nitrogen and oxygen. But it's this non-toxic amino acid called Aspargine,

which occurs naturally in potatoes, that is the root of the problem, when the

potatoes are cooked at a high temperature. Aspargine will turn into

Acrylamide. And it's in this cooking process that this Acrylamide is made.

Health Canada wants to add Acrylamide to a list of banned substances, that one day,

may need to be measured in a variety of processed foods. You can imagine that if

we pulverized french fries and basically prepared a sample of the extract that

comes out. There'll be a mixture of various compounds in here, including

Acrylamide. 180 degrees Celsius is the magic number when it comes to cooking

potatoes, because if you can keep the temperature under 180, you minimize the

amount of Acrylamide that's produced in the potato. And for other tips on

minimizing your exposure to Acrylamide, go to our website CityNews.ca and click

under web watch. From the U of T Chemistry Department, Dr. Karl Kabasele,

In Focus | Europol - Duration: 5:43.

- Hello, I am Frederic Lemieux,

coming to you from the LG Digital Studio

at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies.

In focus today, Europol.

I'm joined by Wil van Gemert, deputy executive director

in the operations department at Europol.

Welcome Wil.

- Thank you, thank you for having me.

- My first question will be, since it's inception,

what are the signature achievements of Europol

in terms of intelligence sharing?

- Probably, it's best to give you some figures

on the development that we made.

I think Europol is now a fully fledged support organization

for law enforcement in the European Union.

Just to give you an example, last year we had something

like 35,000 cases that we were involved in.

Out of them, 1,500 high profile cases,

and also something like 61 JITS.

That's on the operational part, but also

on the information exchange, we have more than one million

messages sent around to all of our partners.

So, quite a lot of activity in sharing information.

- Could you explain what joint investigative teams are,

and how the structure has changed

Europol role into the European Union?

- Well, joint investigation teams is a framework

that has been existing because of the European Union.

They agreed to have something like this.

It means that we have a cooperation which,

not only Europol, but the US could also be part of,

together with member state investigative services.

And the framework gives you guarantee on

how you could engage with each other.

Also, how you can use evidence coming from one case

towards the other, and also how it's possible to have

even investigators of another country

working with you, in your country.

So, it's making the exchange of information,

and judicial procedures, a lot easier.

We do a lot of them, 61 last years, but it's only

one of the things that we doing,

because that's in the judicial frame.

Investigative support has also been given

before you get into the judicial phase of an investigation.

And, well, as I said, we had something like 1,500

of them, cooperating with all member states.

As it goes for JITS, also, that a certain start,

but now every member state is in the European Union.

All 28 of them are involved in this,

and working along this profile.

And it gives a lot of, let's say more easy,

cooperation than we had in the past.

- Okay, another question, how Europol

responding to cyber threat right now?

- Well, cyber has been more or

less the game-changer for Europol.

I think when we started five years ago with the

European Cyber Crimes Center, it was acknowledged that,

if you do a cyber investigation, you always get

into international cooperation, because that's more or less

a default position you have in there.

We try to both perform and act as a platform for

member states to work with us on cyber cases.

So, what we are delivering now is the possibility

to bring your cyber case towards Europol,

have a, instead of a multi, let's say

a one look from one national perspective into a case,

into a multilateral perspective.

And that means that we have all kinds of cooperative

activities, in which we can bring cases to a higher level

of cooperation with member states.

And that's really paying off, we have a lot of examples

in which we were able to bring different member states

together, have a combined actions, and really

work on better results on the cyber field.

- Okay, to conclude, maybe a last question.

What current and emerging challenges Europol is facing

in addressing transnational threats?

- Well, I could mention a lot of things, to be honest.

But let's start, at least with

the criminal perspective in this.

There is, we produce every year, four years report

on the development of crime in Europe.

We see that we had something like

5,000 organized crime groups, in

the European Union, being detected, more or less.

So that's the first, um, I think,

challenge that we have, the amount of.

The second one is into how they operate.

One of the biggest, I think, changes that we see

is that something, what we call, crime as a service.

You can order your crime by an organization

that will support you in this field.

Especially on the cyber field and also on other fields.

And how to react towards this, that's a challenge.

But there are also other challenges coming from,

let's say, the more framework in which we are.

Retention, the possibility to get

the information, is something.

Encryption that's being used, but I'm not so,

only, well focusing on, let's say, negative issues.

There are also possibilities, I think, if you look

in the cyber field, the data that we can collect

now, as law enforcement is very increasing.

And especially, also, in the upcoming travel intelligence,

travel information that's available.

These are things that we are working on to make sure

we use this very rich databases in order to

help us with combating organized crime.

So the challenges are diverse, giving us difficulties,

like the encryption part, but giving, also,

new opportunities of working together.

And I think the most important thing for Europol,

is that we act as a platform, giving the possibility

to work with each other, and also to reach out

towards private companies in that field.

So, a lot of challenges, but that

makes it also very interesting.

- And important, as well. - Yes, that's for sure.

- Well, thank you very much, Wil, for your insights.

It's been a pleasure talking with you and

thank you to everyone out there for watching.

Stay tuned for more from the LG

Digital Studio at Georgetown SCS.

Detoxification Opening Doors To Spiritual Energies - Duration: 6:13.

Potatoes GOOD for diabetics Study finds prebiotic from potatoes actually reduces insulin resistance

by: Frances Bloomfield

Diabetics and pre-diabetics are often told to avoid potatoes due to being relatively

high on the glycemic index (GI).

But, as a new study demonstrated, potatoes may actually be more beneficial than detrimental.

MSPrebiotic, a natural, digestion-resistant starch made from potato (Solanum tuberosum)

extract was found to have a positive impact on gut microbiota and blood glucose levels.

Around 84 participants were recruited for the study.

Half (42) were elderly men above the age of 70 years, and the other half were within the

age range of 30 to 50 years.

Both groups were further divided into a treatment group and a placebo group.

Participants in the treatment group were tasked with consuming 30-grams worth of MSPrebiotic

each day for 12 weeks.

Those in the placebo group were given Amioca Powder TF, a food starch made of refined corn,

and had to consume 30 g of it every day for the duration.

Save for the restriction on probiotic-containing products, no other changes were made to the

diets of the participants.

Five blood samples were collected from each participant.

The first were taken during enrollment; the second at two weeks; the third and fourth

samples were gathered at weeks six and ten; and the researchers extracted the fifth and

final samples two weeks after the experiment concluded.

The most notable changes were observed in the treatment group composed of older participants.

Analysis showed that their blood glucose and insulin levels had gone down by a significant

amount, as did their insulin resistance.

But rather than these effects being the result of better lipid metabolism, the researchers

believe that they were brought on by the improved use of endogenous insulin or insulin produced

in the pancreas.

In addition, the researchers also discovered that the microbiomes and butyrate levels underwent

changes.

This suggests that the consumption of certain prebiotics can lead to improvements in gut

microbiome; this in turn could result in better glucose control.

(Related: Destroy diabetes with a diet that encourages gut bacteria.)

Further studies are needed to clarify if the glucose and [insulin resistance] changes

that were achieved by MSPrebiotic consumption by the [elderly] and [mid-age] as described

in this study are linked to or are independent from the bifidogenic effect also achieved

by MSPrebiotic in this same group of participants, the researchers wrote in their study, published

in Frontiers in Medicine, Geriatric Medicine.

While determining the mechanisms by which blood glucose and [insulin] decreased in the

[elderly] group consuming MSPrebiotic is beyond the scope of our investigation, it is appealing

to speculate that increased [glucagon-like peptide-1] in the MSPrebiotic [elderly] group

contributes to the improved glycemic response, which is consistent with recent publications,

they continued.

Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is a peptide hormone secreted by intestinal L-cells in

response to the presence of helpful bacteria metabolites.

GLP-1 is known to enhance the bodys usage of insulin, so a higher number of GLP-1 is

better for insulin.

A swine study with MSPrebiotic generated findings that pointed to an increase in GLP-1 after

MSPrebiotic fermented in the animals guts.

Whether this occurred in the current study is unknown, though as the researchers mentioned,

the possibility is an exciting one.

We are really excited about the results on insulin because that this is a major risk

factor for developing type 2 diabetes.

We know that about 50 percent of men over the age of 70 will have difficulty in managing

their blood glucose levels, said Dr. Jason Bush, a senior scientist for the MSPrebiotics,

the company that manufactures MSPrebiotic.

Speaking to NutraIngredients-USA.com, Bush stated that diabetic and pre-diabetic patients

are often told to eat better and exercise more to improve their condition.

Actually carrying out those recommendations is a whole other matter.

On the other hand, drinking a prebiotic-enriched smoothie every day is

and I don't know where to go

I didn't know that I could get this low

but the clock goes slow

They say through time I'll find some healing

I feel lonely, lonely, lonely traveling down this road

but I've never been hurt this much before

I've been hurt

I am lost and I don't know where to go no more

Like how you made me laugh on a bad day

But now I'm desperate for the things I know

I needed space so I left home

What you doing this Sunday

I think about us back together someday

Don't even know where I'm driving to anymore

I see a dark reflection in my dashboard

and I don't know where to go

and I don't know where to go

And I, and I don't know where to go

And I, and I, know, know

And I, and I don't know where to go

I didn't know that I could get this low

Annie In TROUBLE? Female Titan EXPLOSION! Annie Lost Girls Attack on Titan (Shingeki no kyojin) - Duration: 4:11.

Your favorite female Titan is back in kicking some ass! So what's up guys Foxen

here! I had a different video planned for today but this little thing just

dropped. It's the trailer for the second episode for a nice lost girl Annie story.

Link for that below. In case you have no idea what this is it's similar to Levi's

no regrets anime. This time completely focused on Annie. You could think of this

as a murder mystery type of deal. What was Annie up to on the day before she

kidnapped Eren. Anyone who's a fan of Annie is gonna get a real kick out of

this but anyway here's my mini breakdown. On it the first episode for Annie's story

it ended on a bit of a cliffhanger. The stat of this had Annie kind of forced into

taking on this murder mystery. By the end of it she had discovered his dead body

in the shady part of wall Sina. The trailer for part two this starts

right off with this. This time Annie is getting a little bit more of a thorough

examination of what she says is a lost girl's boyfriend.

It's then followed up by Annie and going back to the carriage that she rented but

oh Noes! It's that bastard she was warned about earlier. The guy with the

red eye. dun-dun-dun You then see this minion

stealing any his ring away. Really big mistake. If you were trying to piss her

off mission accomplished. By the way do notice that is the same

ring that Armin unfortunately didn't realize what it was for. Annie's Lost

Girls story is supposed to wrap up with this episode so I wonder if they are

gonna include the specific scene between Annie and Mikasa regarding the ring. You

then have the guy's minion putting the ring on. Come on dude you're just

taunting Annie to crush you. However Annie's own taunting gets this guy to

fall right into her plan this scene of Annie tricking him into stabbing her

freaking well made. That skin puncture it just made me feel it ah. Of course this

leads into Annie transforming into the female Titan. The whole carriage just

explodes. Sorry horsy don't worry Jean will

remember you and then no surprise Annie easily takes down this red-eyed bastard.

She goes on to continue ask him where the lost girl is located and of course

the dude is much more concerned with her being a Titan.

Unfortunately for any two of these guys now know her little secret then BOOM any

shot one pay attention say oh noes annie is

totally dead sorry guys looks like she won't be able to kidnap

Aaron now but ok enough joking around this second episode for Annie's Austral

story comes out on April 9th just think of this as a little spring

attack on Titan appetizer for the main course coming out in summertime I will

be officially living in Japan in April so maybe I'll pick this up now I just

gotta find an actual DVD player hmm anyway this whole Lost Girls story is

based on a novel and manga of the same name I got a feeling more people have

actually checked out the manga this by the way was not drawn by a syama hence a

different art style as for the whole Lost Girls story in enemy form I really

did enjoy seeing the first episode in enemy as he knew it being an enemy asked

more life to these stories you got the addition of a nice voice on

top of this you have the wonderful soundtrack for attack on Titan that

being said I totally understand why but it seems like a lot of Annie's internal

thoughts were cut out or heavily shortened here maybe I'll go ahead and

do a full review on the first episode and get my dunks would anyone want to

see that anyway if you're a big fan of any and also me custom I highly

recommend checking out the original novel each of their stories says like a

hundred pages or so so it's a really quick read for myself after reading

Annie's lost growth story it definitely moved her up to being one my favorite

characters for attack on Titan but anyway let me hear from you question of

the day how much did you enjoy this trailer did you love seeing any go titan

on their asses and what did you think about the first episode for Annie's Lost

Girls story I'm especially curious for those that have not read the manga or

the novel anyway if you enjoyed this video definitely give her a closer

thumbs up and subscribe you can enjoy fire for more anime videos every week

this includes a lot of attack on Titan videos discussing any is always pretty

fun too by the way did you see the anni rescue scene from the Nina attack on

Titan game go ahead and check that out and I'll see you guys in slate

2015-2018 F150 Airaid MXP Series Cold Air Intake - SynthaFlow Oiled Filter 5.0L Review & Install - Duration: 6:04.

The MXP from Airaid should appeal to the 2015 and newer 5-liter owners out there who want

one of the nicest intakes in the category from a construction and build standpoint and

don't mind spending premium money to get this on his or her rig.

Now, this no-tune-required intake is CARB-certified, meaning it will be 50-state legal, while the

simple bolt-on installation will get a very simple 1 out of 3 wrenches on the difficulty

meter from me, and I will talk a little bit more about that later in the video.

But, first, let's talk a little bit more about the performance of an intake like this, because

that's usually the number one thing people want to know when bolting up a modification

such as an aftermarket cold air.

Now, Airaid actually claims gains upwards of 19 horsepower and 26 pound-feet of torque

without the use of a custom tune.

And, to be completely honest, guys, that's gonna be best-case scenario for most 5-liter

owners out there.

Typically, my experience shows an aftermarket cold air like this without a tune will yield

somewhere in the high single-digit, low double-digit range.

And, again, that will be the case for most owners out there.

A tune, yes, it's certainly gonna maximize the intake and the overall power gain.

But, at the end of the day, that is your call.

But power benefits aside, the MXP is gonna be a unique system in the fact that you've

got this removable top portion of the intake box, which, in my opinion, is gonna be beneficial

in two big ways.

First and foremost, it's just gonna allow you to check the condition of the included

SynthaFlow Oiled Filter periodically and just see if a cleaning is in order.

Secondly, it's gonna give you the option of running this as a sealed airbox, similar to

your factory intake, and, ultimately, that will be the best bet at combating hot engine

bay air and rising intake air temperatures.

However, it's also going to allow you to pop the top off, so to speak, and run this as

an open element style filter if you like, giving you a noticeable bump in sound coming

from underneath the hood of that 5-liter-powered truck, which, again, some people might like,

other people might be into the more quiet experience of a sealed enclosure.

Now, the downfall, if any, of that is you're gonna be introducing a little bit more heat

into the airbox.

But, again, you have that option here with the Airaid.

But let's get a little bit more into the construction and components with the Airaid, because, in

my opinion, guys, it's one of the nicer options you'll find in the category.

Rotomolded plastic construction throughout, including the intake tube itself, along with

that really nice airbox we already talked about and the ducting that will help draw

cooler air from the front of the truck into the airbox and, ultimately, into your 5-liter

engine.

Loaded inside of that rotomolded plastic airbox we just talked about is going to be one of

the signature Airaid filters, their SynthaFlow Oiled Filter.

And, as the name suggests, guys, it's an oiled filter, right?

Easily cleanable, washable, reusable.

Just re-oil it before you install, being careful not to overoil the filter itself to maintain

the lifespan of the filter and keeping things performing at peak levels.

Now, if you do have your own feelings about using an oiled filter on your particular truck

and maybe would prefer a dry option instead, Airaid does have you covered.

They offer their SynthaMax Dry Filter instead with essentially the same exact intake as

we have here.

And, of course, you're gonna find that here at AT if you are interested.

But, ultimately, you will find the SynthaFlow is one of Airaid's most popular filters and

does feature a synthetic nanofiber material.

It is washable.

It is reusable, as we already covered.

And it can capture particles down to 2 microns in size.

And, in my opinion, there's really no drawbacks about using an oiled filter on your newer

truck as long as you're very careful not to overoil the filter when cleaning.

In terms of price, well, I did quickly mention at the very top of this video that the Airaid

stuff will typically be a premium option within the category.

And that is the case when talking about the MXP here, as you will be dropping just over

400 bucks to get this on your Coyote.

But it's also been my experience that the Airaid products you get what you pay for.

And that is the case with this particular option.

Really high-quality system that will ultimately fit like an OE part.

And speaking of fitment, let's talk a little bit more briefly about the installation.

And, on the surface, with any cold air install, you're gonna be looking at a really easy day

in the garage with soft 1 out of 3 wrenches on the difficulty meter here and maybe 30

minutes to an hour of your time to remove the factory airbox and get the new Airaid

in place.

You can do this using the most basic of hand tools.

A few screwdrivers and a socket set is really all you need to tackle this particular job.

Now, I would like to point out that removing the factory intake and getting the new Airaid

in place is something you can do with most of the intake together.

So, first up, you'll need to remove that factory intake.

So, disconnect the clamp at the throttle body, unplug any hoses, and unbolt the factory airbox

from the bay and remove it from the equation.

At this point, you can get to work installing the new Airaid in reverse order.

Now, me personally, I like to assemble the airbox and tube out of the truck.

It just makes life a little bit easier on a workbench or something like that.

And then drop everything in in one piece.

Secure the airbox to the engine bay, reconnect your clamps and hoses, and your installation

is complete.

Wrappin' this one up, the Airaid quality and fitment help continue to make it one of my

top choices within the category.

And the MXP for the newer 5-liter trucks is no different.

Yes, you're gonna be getting a small bump in power.

You're gonna be getting some versatility, thanks to that removable lid.

And then, last but not least, you most certainly are going to be improving your underhood appearance.

So, if that sounds good to you, be sure to check out an Airaid for your rig right here

at americantrucks.com.

2007-2018 Silverado Leitner Designs Active Cargo System Bed Rack 1500 Review & Install - Duration: 4:45.

The Leitner Designs Active Cargo System Bed Rack is a great option for any 2007 or newer

Short Box Silverado owner who might be using their truck for a lot of utility applications

and may need a safe, modular way to haul all different kinds of cargo or offered accessories.

This rack is fully adjustable, comes with extra goods like locking containers, and allows

for multiple points of storage in a bunch of different ways.

The installation does require drilling into the sidewalls of the bed for support bars,

so I'm giving it two out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter simply because it

can be done without any mechanical expertise.

If you're doing any kind of work-related things in your truck, even just if it's off-roading,

a bed rack can be extremely useful, especially when they have such a unique and diverse design.

What I mean by that is with a simple bed rack you can expand your storage capacity and cargo

capabilities far beyond what you'd be able to do with just an empty bed.

Now, the racking system here allows for safer storage for things like a ladder, lumber,

and longer items like that, which you'd otherwise be hardpressed to secure down properly.

Now, aside from the obvious added tie down points as you can see along here, there are

support rails that double as lockbox brackets.

The kit comes with waterproof and lockable containers that you can pick up separately,

or you can get as a kit all together, all of which are rated for up to 60 pounds of

weight, which is good for anything you wanna store without being exposed to the elements.

Now, the lockbox bolts right down to the top and bottom brackets for quick access and reliable

storage.

As I mentioned in the beginning, the system is modular, meaning you can essentially take

off or switch it up in different places.

For example, these top center load bars which do help with stiffing support, act as not

only tie downs but moveable pieces that allow for bigger ticket items.

You can simply just turn the knobs on both sides to loosen them up.

You can push and pull the bar along the rails to make room for something like a motorcycle,

which is not something a lot of other bed racks can offer.

Now Leitners is commonly known to be one of the most functional bed racks because of its

construction and its capabilities.

Speaking of which, this is durable enough for the worksite or the trails if you're hitting

off-road because it's built from military grade alloy and fully TIG welded for strength.

Now, the rack itself is 70 pounds worth of weight, and has 250-pound off-road weight

capacity, and up to 500-pound on-road capacity.

Five hundred pounds of cargo is pretty impressive, I think, as far as weight is concerned.

Now, the static weight capacity is set at a thousand pounds as well.

The entire thing from top to bottom is covered in dual stage black powder coated finish for

a stainless steel looking finish here, which of course looks very cool, but it also protects

the materials further from corrosion and rust.

Now, there is grade 8.8 zinc-plated fasteners and endless of mounting opportunities with

quad slot load beams.

Now, built-in rubber wind diffusers and load pads keep any cargo from shifting and twisting

during transit.

Now, those support beams I mentioned earlier do require drilling, but they keep your bed

rack super stiff to prevent and side-to-side movement, which can be crucial in off-road

situations or even just hauling fragile materials.

Now, this entire system comes with a heavy price of about 1,500 bucks, which is definitely

well worth it if you're consistently using your truck for utility applications.

Now, if you need the extra security and you need that reliability in your bed, this is

a very worthwhile investment.

As for as the installation goes, drilling included, this thing gets two out of three

wrenches on our difficulty meter.

You wanna have a drill and drill bits, ratchet and socket set, and about two hours worth

of time.

Now, you wanna start by bolting down your side bed rails to the sides of the bed and

then assemble the side racking bars together.

You really just bolt down each side's bars into one big assembly off of the truck and

then bolt it down to the side bedrails.

From there, you can install your support beams to the top portion of the racking and from

there you can mark your locations of the holes of your bed.

There will be one on each side close to the tailgate, and one on each side at the other

end of the inside of the bed underneath the back windshield.

Once the holes are drilled into the bed, you can bolt down the support bars.

Now, the crossbars above the racking for the top shelving can be bolted down with the turn

knobs provided in the kit.

The T-square bolts slide through the open slots to leave adjustment opportunities in

that top bar for bigger cargo.

From that point, you're good to go once everything is tightened down.

That just about wraps things up here.

So if you're the owner of a 2007 or newer Silverado with the short box, you might wanna

check out the Leitner Active Cargo System Bed Rack which is available right here at

americantrucks.com.

OnePlus 6 - Latest Update, Specifications, Price, Release Date - OnePlus 6 specs sheet leaks

OnePlus 6 Leaks, Release Date + Specs: What we know so far

OnePlus 6 - The Launch May Happen Soon

OnePlus 6 - SHOCKING Price & Specs CONFIRMATION!

OnePlus 6 DESIGN CONFIRMED! (You Will NOT Be Happy!)

The network continues to appear details about the upcoming smartphone OnePlus 6.

According to new data, in comparison with the predecessor, OnePlus 6 will add both in dimensions

(thickness is 7.5 mm) and in mass (175 grams - 13 grams heavier than OnePlus 5T). Due to what the increase?

Obviously, a significant contribution is made by the new AMOLED screen, the diagonal of which has grown to 6.28 inches.

The resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels indicates that the design of the smartphone will be borrowed from the iPhone X.

SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 will be the hardware basis of the device, as previously reported. A new leak indicates memory sizes of 6 and 128 GB.

ccording to the source, the main camera OnePlus 6 will consist of sensors with a resolution of 16 and 20 megapixels and lenses with an aperture of F / 1.7.

That is, in comparison with OnePlus 5T, no global changes in the main camera are expected. But in the frontal will be involved a new sensor resolution of 20 megapixels.

But the soonest premiere of OnePlus 6 indicates at least the fact that the US has already stopped selling the model 5T.
