Paul Teutul Sr., the star of the popular Discovery Channel show, American Chopper, has filed for bankruptcy in New York, even though some sources cite his net worth at $150 million.
He is also at the receiving end of a lawsuit with his former business partner, who claims to have lost millions of dollars in his deal with Teutul.
In the midst of all this financial and legal jumble, American Chopper makes a triumphant return to the small screen. People are surprised to hear that Paul Teutul Sr. is going through a tough time financially.
He is the founder of Orange County Choppers, a manufacturer of custom motorcycles, and the focus of American Chopper, a reality television series that aired on the Discovery Channel from 2003 to 2010.
The latest news is that Teutul has filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in New York, even as his Discovery Channel show has been aired.
According to Page Six, Teutul has claimed that he owes $107 million to around 50 creditors and that he was worth only $1. 8 million as on February 28, 2018.
's earnings are reportedly $15,070 a month, out of which he spends $12,612. Confusion about Teutul Sr. Other sources list Paul Teutul Sr. 's net worth in 2018 at $150 million; so right now, people are confused about his financial condition.
In the papers he filed in court, Teutul has listed the family property at 95 Judson Road in Montgomery, New York; he claimed that he has a "fee interest" worth $1. 8 million in the home.
Teutul put the 38-acre estate up for sale recently and slashed the price from $2. 89 million to $2. Teutul also listed three cars, "four dogs," and "one old desktop" as part of his assets.
A Massive Comfortable Home. 's house features woods, meadows, waterfalls, a stocked pond, a swimming pool with spa, pool house, gazebo, hot tub, volleyball court, and patios with Viking grills.
The home has three bedrooms, 2. 5 bathrooms, a game room, a covered porch, and a two-story living room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Debts Need to be Paid.
Teutul also says that there is a $32,000 judgment against him and that he owes $151,230 in taxes to the town of Crawford, New York.
He also has to pay $21,300 to various credit card companies and has around $2,000 in medical bills; it is not clear yet what medical procedures he has undergone. Also Read: Where Is Paul Teutul Jr. Now? What Is Paul Teutul Jr.

If all these debts weren't enough, there is more financial trouble looming on the horizon for Teutul with a lawsuit against him; he is being sued for allegedly sabotaging a TV project and costing a business partner millions of dollars.
Thomas Derbyshire has filed papers claiming that his investment in an American Chopper reboot has been used to fund Teutul's personal expenses; he had agreed to fund the project for up to $30 million at that time.
Derbyshire has claimed that he had agreed to work with Teutul on the show, Orange County Choppers: American Made, in 2015; their business agreement went bad after Teutul tried to change their 51/49 deal (in favor of Derbyshire) into a 50/50 deal.
A Star of TV Shows. Teutul has appeared on several TV shows such as American Chopper, Orange County Choppers, and American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior, along with his sons Paul Teutul Jr.

Medical Problems That Disrupt Your Sleep - Duration: 4:55.people with insomnia generally have more medical problems than those without
sleep problems yeah in a classic case of chicken-and-egg doctors researchers and
scientists in the field of sleep are still unsure whether insomnia is the
cause of medical problems or vice-versa this is despite decades of diligent
research truth be told it's probably a bit of both
for example pain problems like fibromyalgia arthritis or chronic pain
due to an injury all caused physical discomfort this discomfort will
significantly disrupt your sleep also people with pain tend to sleep lighter
and are more easily stirred the stress of being in pain can make you more alert
and then it can be harder to completely relax then there are those people who
even if they fall into a nice sleep are awakened in pain. Because of the close
relationship between sleep and body temperature illnesses that cause fever
will often result in middle-of-the-night awakenings and therefore choppy sleep
other illnesses that can disrupt your regular sleep schedule include allergies,
heart disease, respiratory problems and hypothyroidism. Irritable bowel syndrome
is another medical problem associated with poor quality of sleep as is reflux
disease also refer to as heartburn people commonly call it. Bruxism
or teeth grinding is currently present in about 8 percent of the American
population for some this only has cosmetic consequences such as broken
teeth or tooth sensitivity or teeth with smooth surfaces. For others it can cause
tremendous face and jaw pain sleep-related bruxism is usually a
combination of grinding the teeth back and forth or clenched clenching the jaw
muscles for long periods of time. The cause of bruxism is not entirely
agreed upon but it's understood to be tied to your emotional state and is
triggered by stress. For example even if you don't have chronic bruxism an
important presentation the following day can cause jaw clenching the
night before especially if you go to bed worrying about what's coming the next day.
Some studies have also shown a relationship between gastro esophageal
reflux and bruxism that is bruxism is triggered by the reflux causing you to
grind and clench your jaw muscles. Psychiatric disorders can also impair
sleep. The typical ones are depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders
with depression people can either not sleep much or oversleep which is called
hypersomnia. This will be sleeping more than 10 hours without the influence of
any medication. When people with bipolar disorder or manic their engine is
revving too high and they tend to not need much sleep a person in a manic
state can go days with only a few hours of sleep or without sleeping at all.
And usually they're not complaining that they aren't sleeping instead they're
relishing in the fact that they're they're getting a lot of stuff done and
they're being productive. But even though subjectively they don't
feel the need to sleep their mind and body is still negatively affected by the
lack of sleep. In fact usually the insomnia is like lighter fluid
making that much worse. As for depression going back to the chicken and the egg
analogy depressed people can have trouble sleeping and people with chronic
sleep loss can get depressed from lack of sleep. That is the depression can be a
consequence of chronic sleep deprivation. So that's an overview of sleep how much
you need what happens if you don't get it and some of the reasons why you don't
get it. Next we will move on to what you can do
about not sleeping so we're starting a whole new direction here. And I'm excited
because for my self-help perspective now we get to the good stuff.
But understanding the basics is important in deciding what kind of
intervention to make. So in the next lecture we'll talk about medication

Gluten-free steamed pizza (Italian w/ subtitles) - Duration: 8:23.Welcome to a new cooking video
today we will see something that could impress Italians
I would like to show you the steamed pizza.
I had once seen a comment: a person asking in a forum in English
can you make steamed pizza?
and an Italian chef answered rather harshly
no, it will never be anything that can be called good
In fact it is a bit different from the baked pizza, but it is faster to do
and after all it's not bad.
The only thing you need to do when making steamed pizza
is to add some olive oil in the mixture
now let's cut out two circles of baking paper to put it in the steamer
I do not know how to call them because I would use an Italian word...
Let's make one a little bigger and another a little smaller; let's see
no, they are too big
here it should be good.
Here for the top one is good like that
for the lower steamer you cut off a piece more
so that the steam can pass to the upper floor.
Here you see that we leave a little space inside
let's put them aside because we will use them later
now let's start making the dough
I prepared two and a half hectograms, 250 grams of gluten-free mix
the usual gluten-free mix for bread and dough that contains xanthan
it's my favourite
and in Italy it is also one of the most famous
this here is a channel a bit dedicated to everyone, the whole world, not only to Italy, therefore
I do not need to tell you the brand because there is not a world-wide brand as far I know
so check inside that there is xanthan and then try it
about water we put 150 millilitres
and from my calculations I melted in about 7 grams of fresh beer yeast
I hope not to be wrong, I will check
at most check in the video description below to see the exact quantity
however it should be 7 grams of fresh brewer's yeast
melted together with half a teaspoon of sugar
I do not put salt in this dough because...
I do not know
steaming it is good also without salt
then, in addition, without salt rises also much better
because when salt is added, they told me that the yeasts stop multiplying
instead if you do not add salt, the yeasts continue to act until cooked
and therefore our compound will rise better.
Let's add the olive oil
oil you can add to taste from twenty to forty grams
here there are about thirty-six grams of olive oil
it was not a particular choice just 36 grams came to me
it is necessary to add oil because when it is baked
the oil is already placed in the pan and a little bit also on top of the pizza
if you put the oil on top of the steamed pizza it risks to run down
and to go under, in the water in the pot
On the other hand, if you add directly to the mixture we are sure that it does not run away
and then it flavour our dough
Now, we put it, the quantity seems pretty good
the pizza has remained very soft
we knead the dough a little more in order to absorb the last quantity of flour
you could also add a little bit of water but the dough is so soft
that I will not add it this time it should rise well too
then the steamers, I do not put them in the oven
I put them, now we are in winter, so I place them on the radiator
it is better to leave them in a rather warm place
so that it can rise more easily
the heat you know that facilitates rise
now we cut it in two
and
let's see, the smaller one I put it underneath
because we cut the circle a little smaller
I already press it on the circle of paper
leaving a little bit of the edge because we will put the oil on it
so that it will not run down into the water
here it is
one
and two!
We put it in the steamer as well
and we put them on a heat source to rise.
Here is an hour passed
we have already put the water on the stove and it already boils quite good
and here we have our nice pizzas that leavened
we have already cut 125 grams of mozzarella cheese
and we add a little oil to the tomato sauce
I add oil, as I always say, to the sauce in order to prevent it from making lines
putting it on the sauce directly on the pizza then remain the strips of oil
So let's start putting tomato sauce on it
I take always this one already chopped
so I do not have to think about cutting it to chop it who knows what other
now we put the mozzarella cheese
As always, I make pizza margherita
then, you can put olives, you can put anchovies you can put gorgonzola
a bit as you like, you can dress it a little as you prefer
and finally on the bigger one I also put some oregano
at this point we close the steamer again and put it on
to steam for exactly 10 minutes
after ten minutes you turn off the fire
and you let it rest on the pot for ten minutes
ten minutes have passed
then recapitulating ten minutes of steaming
and ten minutes to rest on top of the pot with steam
then
We extract our steamers and let's see how the pizza came
this was the big one
we lay it on the dish
but now I have to take the paper from underneath...
And here there is our pizza: it came pretty high and fragrant.
This was the recipe for steamed pizza
I recommend you try it because it is really fast to do and very practical
and also the taste in my opinion is pleasant.
Thank you for viewing
and enjoy your meal!

Unicorn bag in foami for Girls - Duration: 20:59.Hello friends of Art in Your Hands, Welcome to the new project, for today we are going
to share how to make this bag for girls, it's a very nice souvenir that
you can do to give at your parties children and the transition to
step, then I hope you join me in all the
process, in the whole video, so that Learn to do it together with me
Welcome!
and the materials for this project then they are foami (rubber eva) in lilac color,
frosty white, a very small piece of fuchsia and light pink too
We need cardboard pieces, can be from any box that is not
using, also silicone, the bars hot silicone, with the gun, a
meter tape of 2.5 centimeters width, about one meter, of this
silver color cord thin, silicone liquid too, a very small piece of
tape sticks off or velcro, cotton silicone (filling) also a little and some flowers
made the ribbon, some roses made in ribbon, which I have already taught them in projects
previous, like I leave the link so that they learn to do it and with these
materials we started
these are the molds to make the
bag, remember that the molds we share
on the blog and on the page on facebook for make it much easier to download or copy it
also with measures and all, you know that this is how we share them in each project
here I will tell you how many pieces let's cut, let's cut a piece
In the color you prefer, I chose the lilac, a piece to shape what the body is,
There are 6 pieces in total for
the sides of the bag, let's cut 2 in lilac (violet) and the same piece in
cardboard, 2 white frosted also in foami and the piece in cardboard .... for the base of the
body we are going to cut one in cardboard and one also in foami (rubber eva) to give us
greater resistance, these are the decoration parts
also of the bag, blank one in the part also of the closure (lid)
of the bag another piece, this is for decorate the back of the bag and
this is, the part that would make the horn of unicorn and the unicorn's ears
here are 2 of the small ones, 2 of the big for the ears, one for the
unicorn horn and this It would be what would make up the body of the bag
let's start to put together ...
well the first thing we're going to put together
then they are the sides, the sides of the bag
then we are going to take one of the pieces cardboard and we will cover it with one of
the pieces of each color of the foami (rubber eva) then in a serious the white one and in another
the purple or purple, you already decide if Stick with hot silicone or with
liquid silicone, I'm going to stick with hot silicone because it's
faster, I apply good silicone
A) Yes
the same thing I do on this side
and so I do then with the other end, the other side of the bag
here I already hit totally the piece on both sides and in the part
higher I introduced the ribbon (ribbon) in which they go
to hang the bag the girls, here I stuck it very well,
here I also have it in this part accommodated and either with hot silicone
or with liquid silicone we're going to paste so that it is completely in the
piece, so that it is not going to let go, we press
and the same thing we do on the other side, we apply enough silicone so that it is well fixed
We wait for it to dry, we settle well and wait for
cool a bit to remove the excess silicone, you can also do it with
the liquid silicone but sometimes with she may loose a little
bag, the ribbon is released, instead the hot silicone sticks much more
we blow a little to cool, remove the excess silicone with your fingers,
that is not so hot anymore, to avoid burning us and that's it
the sides, with the tape
totally stuck,
Now while it dries we leave it here aside
Now what are we going to do with the part base of the bag with this part
that is going to be the base, we are going to hit it, We apply enough silicone (glue)
and we paste the piece
These cardboard parts are important because they give it firmness
then that makes the project last longer,
Here I will explain something that
it is important for when they go to start putting together the bag
these are the molds that I'm going to share on the blog or on the page in
facebook "Art in Your Hands with Lili and Sam" and that's how you should arm it when
already have it printed, here what they are going to is that they are going to join 2 pieces and they
will shape this mold, well in one piece so they can
cut the body of the bag As you can see they have some marks
marks are some lines where they are going to start pasting the parts that are going to
be body the bag here for example there is a line then
these lines are going to mark them in the foami (rubber eva) so that they can stick the parts and
then they are much more even, so except here I checked if what is going to be
the base of the body, the bottom part and this one that was the one that just lined in
the cardboard and with the foami, I'm going to paste with silicone in that part,
that will give us firmness, I'm going to apply silicone
so that it sticks
and I'm going to look for that I stayed in the marks that I made, this is in the molds
now the lateral ones, the ones that we put together, this we are going to stick them here to the sides
also with enough silicone, we will hold the pieces and we will
start to paste, here I will apply in the part in the base where the cardboard and
the foami, I'm going to apply a lot of silicone
and I start to stick in them too signs that he left in the molds
here it's time to hold the piece, so that it sticks very well and we
remain without marks, without spots of the silicone (glue)
here I will hold for a while and then I hit
the other side of the bag
here then they have already stuck and what I am going to do is
also apply enough silicone in these laterals,
same here
and then I would stick the one on the side
Fit that is even, can stick one side and then the other
it also depends on the speed or ability to work foami
and hold until it dries very well ...
when you have already pasted
we turn the piece and do the same process on this side
We apply enough silicone in all parts and we paste ...
Now that you have already pasted perfectly, it is already dry
let's start to stick some pieces that they will serve us to decorate, these
they are also included among the molds, what I'm going to do is locate and start
to paste
this goes on the back of the bag, I place the center
so that the piece is centered
they can also stick it with silicone liquid, if you are afraid that
they do not stay well centered piece, this goes here
not between these 2 completely stuck, because the idea is to allow the bag
I turned and that between them it is also seen the fringes of the color of the foami so that
look nicer, but first I'm going to paste the end (the top)
can use as I tell them the silicone hot or there is also a glue
special for foami and that also serves us, when they do not fit well
from the beginning, with the silicone liquid we can make retouching then
we paste well and then between the 2 pieces when it is dry
we paste this other one, that allows us when we close the bag there
one fold or the double
that's what the bag is, Now let's proceed to decorate
already when it is completely dry I'm going to take the tape peels off,
magic closure or velcro as they say in several countries
Then he placed the tape, I put it with silicone and we are ready and the bag is ready
Now what I'm going to do is that the
little ears, the unicorn's ears and I stuck them with silicone
liquid and I'm also going to arm the horn, this triangle, so to speak, is also
included between the molds and what I'm going to do first is, start applying
silicone on one of the edges
and either superimpose the piece or the stick in the corners,
well in the unions, by far watch out
I start to hit, this step of the horn of unicorn is a little more complex
because you have to stick little by little, hold the pieces so that
they will not ruin us
and this we do until the end, to dry completely
we are holding
and he's going to give us the shape of the unicorn's horn,
I finished then
to paste the piece in foami to form the horn, now what I'm going to take is
siliconized cotton and I'm going to start introduce it in the piece
this is also used to give greater firmness, to the horn, to the
decoration, now what I do in the part where I filled out I will apply
silicone, that I also stay centered where I made the union, I'm going to apply silicone and
I'm going to hit the horn
we wait a bit so it is not
very hot at the moment I'm going to join and we're going to burn
we can help with scissors to introduce better
hold for a while and when you're completely dry
then we will proceed to paste the silver cord around the horn
I stuck in the bottom where is the base
so to say the horn and I'll start to interlace (wrap)
a bit of force is made with the silver cord, to the horn, until the end
here I approach them, so that can see, that's how it's going
and here on top, I stick it with silicone too
and I wait for him to dry and cut off the excess,
well the bag as such are ready
You can decorate it as you prefer, as you like it
here then continuing with the theme of the unicorn, in a balaca, a diadem
I made 3 projects before, then this would be like the accompaniment of
that headband idea, that headband, then I'll decorate it also with the theme of
unicorn, I'm going to apply a lot of silicone
and I'm going to stick it on the zipper or lid of the bag
I'll place it here, I hope that dry, we can put it in this position to
that you also observe it as it goes staying
I'm going to use these flowers to delay, I will use what I did for the project
I place it now that it's dry, like cutest stay,
and I'm also going to hit his ears, so that they are giving an idea and
I will show you then how it would be,
and so then stick the roses around
from the horn of the unicorn, I also put I stuck with hot silicone ears
then as you can see, it is very cute so the inner part too can see the
detail that looks well worked,
remember that these ideas are so that
put them into practice, to make them for your girls, for a party for
example is also very good give them away,
I hope you liked it, I would I had a lot of fun doing this idea
uses recycled material because the cardboard do not buy it, if not that of a box
that I no longer used and look how it gives firmness to the bag
I hope you like it, remember that we read your comments,

So in the next lecture we'll talk about medication

generalized anxiety disorder: how not to care what others think of you (personality development) - Duration: 14:34.ANXIETY : HOW TO NOT CARE WHAT OTHERS THINK OF YOU
Anxiety take root into our life it is simply because we give too much importance of what
other think of us than what we think of ourselves We are anxious about what people will say
if we put these trousers or dress? Did our make up look like the one in the advert?
What my mate will think of my girlfriend? What will people think if I come out?
Are these people talking behind my back? If I take this job, what will my friends and
family think of me? What if I fail the exam what they will say.
Flipping the middle finger at others and screams "I don't give a f*ck what you think of me!" It
is not the way forward. It is only give importance to what others
think. Today is the last day we live a life waiting
for other people seal of approval. Today, we're going to get to the bottom of
the problem. Today is the day we stop giving a F@$% about
what others think of us. Today is the day we take control of our lives.
Today as well if you have not yet subscribe to my channel please do it now. You will benefit
from all the great video like this one we publish every Tuesday and Saturday.
Here's how: OH WAIT A MINUTE IF HAVE TO SHOW YOU HOW NOT
CARE WHAT OTHERS THINK OF YOU. I SHOULD ALSO I SHOW YOU HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL.
YOU NEVER KNOW TECHNOLOGY. I MIGHT FIND IT EASY BUT YOU MIGHT NOT. SO PRESS THE SUBSCRIBE
BUTTON AND THEN THE BELL NEXT TO IT. THAT IS SIMPLE. GREAT THAT IS DONE
SO TIPS 1 LOOK FOR THE LESSON TO BE LEARNED.
Be a student and always look for the lessons to be learned.
There is a difference between caring what other's think and allowing it to shape your
life, your decisions, your thinking, your feelings.
Your friends and family laughing at you, at your dreams. That is one experience almost
everyone go through it but the difference is How that make you feel?
Belittled, angry, ashamed and embarrassed? So what could you learn from it. Feeling offended
is OK, but you can still move on. Sometime people are threatened by your successes
and happiness and victories and as a copying mechanism they mock you, they will to try
make themselves feel superior. Sometimes other people are genuinely trying
to help you. For instance: You're ready to go to an important meeting or a job interview.
Your mother comments like this how inappropriate your dress looks. While this comment may feel
harsh, it come from a good place your mum doesn't want you to mess up a great opportunity.
Maybe she is just concern that other people will judge you from your appearance not what
is in your head. What people think about you, can be also a reflection
of them. So pay close attention. Look for the lesson.
TIPS 2 PEOPLE ARE SO BUSY THINKING ABOUT THEMSELVES
THAN THEY ARE WITH YOU. Are you constantly thinking about yourself?
So does everyone else's. It's quite simple: people don't care about you as much as you think they
do! Some people just take their curiosity little
bit far to be honest. This could be an opportunity for you to be proud of yourself. You must
be doing something unique for other people to take notice. Remember anything that does
not fit the norm is criticise nowadays. I prefer to think of it as a positive because
it reminds me of the tremendous freedom I have.
You got a degree? Good job. Nobody cares. A part from your loved ones.
You're getting engaged? How exciting! Nobody cares. A part from your other half.
You are beggar? Nobody cares. People walk pass you and look in the other direction.
That is the reality. It's rare for a person to be more interested in you than they are
in themselves. Our egos love to think that we are the most important being in this universe.
But in reality we aren't. This is at the very root of our anxiety.
TIPS 3 WHAT'S THE WORST THAT CAN POSSIBLY HAPPEN?
Let say someone has not got important things to do but talking behind your back or makes
nasty comments, so what? What's the worst that can possible happen? I know bullying
fall under this type of comment. Even if you do feel terribly self-conscious and ashamed,
not caring about is the smartest present you can give to yourself because the feeling will
pass as quickly as it came if you just be patient enough to see the storm out. And you
will come away proud that you have been true to yourself.
TIPS 4 YOU CANNOT CONTROL WHAT OTHERS THINK : LET
GO One of the biggest mistake we do is to believe
that we can control what others think. People will judge you good or bad. People will talk
behind your back. People will hate you. And your powerless about that and you can do nothing
about it. If you care and show emotion well they will give you more of that but IF you
don't THEN they go looking for someone else. Yes, you can try to please each and every
person who comes into your life, but do you really think you can avoid judgement?
It is like every single person on the face of the planet has a degree in law and think
they are a judge sitting on the court dock and have the right to judge you. Ask the billion
of people who ever walk this life if they have not been judged by another.
So you are no special or different from the rest. Just don't let it affecting you.
Living a life by waiting for other people approval is a terrible way to live to say
the least. It makes you weak, a spectator, a follower.
Worst of all, it makes you become someone with no integrity.
Your actions, appearances, and life are shaped by how you think other people see you.
Letting go of the illusion of control takes conscious effort as often this habit is unconscious.
Therefore whenever you're in a difficult situation, you may like to repeat as a motto,
"I can only control my emotion. I love who I am."
TIPS 5 HOW TO RESPOND TO YOUR HATTERS.
Learning how to respond to your hatter it is an art. I remember that a major source
of anxiety for me in the past was that I didn't know how to respond to my critics. It is only
push me to withdraw and isolate myself. How do you keep your cool in the face of derogatory
critic and reactions? It took me a while to realise that the best way to respond was acknowledging
the other person's thoughts, but stubbornly standing my ground because I know my life
better than anyone else. Being assertive in the face of your hatters
also requires sometimes to challenge them not just always walk away as most people advice
but put them in their place too and then walk away. You will be surprise how vulnerable
they are too inside of that bullish facade they portrait.
TIPS 6 YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING : MAKE MISTAKES AND
LEARN. Only God doesn't make mistake. as human
we came with this label of not being perfect and we are allow to make mistake. If you are
anxious about what others think, you'll likely be a perfectionist.
You are probably like those people who have extremely high expectations of yourself and
you are likely to find it hard to forgive yourself. Please show me one single person
in this planet who at some point in their lives not obsesses over how others see them.
Accept this reality without beating yourself up. You're allowed to make mistakes: you're
human. You set the rules in life remember. So next time you're anxious about what people
think, be kind with yourself. None of us are perfect, nor can we ever be.
TIPS 7 YOUR OWN VOICE MATTER.
The importance we put in the voices of others often cover our own. Do you know what would
your authentic voice, personality and life look like? Spend time exploring this question
and aspire to fulfil your potential. The world is already full of people who obey
the norm. But the people who don't give a F@$% are the ones that change the world. Be
a game changer. Start living life the way you want, be fearless like you once were as
a child, and always, always stand up for the truth. Someone has to.
TIPS 8 LIFE IS FOR LIVING AND TOO SHORT.
Finally, look at life from the 360 degree perspective it will help massively with caring
too much about what other's think. You know next minute or next day or year is not guarantee
we could die any day, any time… do you really want to spend your life chasing to please
others? On your deathbed, will people's opinions really matter? No, they won't.
Aim to live life to the fullest so you have no regrets. Remember we get more flowers in
our grave than while we are alive.
Care about what other people think and you will be their slave.
Thankfully, we can escape that slavery with enough focused effort.
Be gentle with yourself, respect others, but also honour your own voice. Picture what your
life will be like when you don't allow other's thoughts to dominate you. It's nice isn't
it? Work towards that. You can do it.
