Jeep Wrangler Teraflex 3" Sport S/T3 Suspension w/ Fox Shocks (2007-2017 JK 4-Door) Review & Install - Duration: 8:11.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the TeraFlex

3-inch Sport ST3 Suspension with Fox Shocks fitting over 2007 and up JK.

Today, we're gonna talk through the installation of this kit, which I'm going to give three

out of three wrenches.

This is probably going to be a four-plus hour install.

This lift kit is for those of you looking for a really complete lift kit that's going

to give you great performance on road and off road, but especially in those higher speed

off-road situations.

A lot of rock crawling, low-speed wheeling that we do isn't going to require things like

TeraFlex SpeedBumps or a reservoir-style shock like this kit includes.

So, again this is geared a little bit more toward that higher speed off road, however,

it's still going to work very, very well at low speed, during some crawling and of course

on the road as well.

If you're comparing this kit to other TeraFlex kits, the non-sport TeraFlex kits, some of

those will include adjustable control arms that will include the TeraFlex shocks and

so the Fox shocks, so they are going to have slightly different components and again those

ones aren't going to be geared as much toward the higher speed off road as this kit here

is.

Now, because of the sheer number of components and the quality of components that are included

in this kit, this is going to be one of the more expensive kits that we offer.

However, in my opinion, if you have the budget for it and you're doing the type of wheeling

that this kit is geared toward, this is going to be a good buy.

You're getting very high-quality stuff and you're getting everything you need to make

your Jeep work very, very well.

So, let's get into the components that are included with this kit.

First and foremost, you're going to have your new longer coil springs, and this is where

you're going to get that three inches of lift from.

Of course, you're gonna have all four springs, front and rear, spring retainers, everything

you need, and this is really where your main height is going to come from.

Now this time, you're installing a taller spring, you're also going to need a longer

shock to get you the most out of that suspension, and with this case, you are getting a Fox

performance 2.0 series reservoir shot that has been tuned by TeraFlex for this kit on

your jeep.

So, this is designed to ride very, very comfortably, again, both on road and off road.

Being a reservoir shock, it is, again, geared a little bit more toward that higher speed

off road.

With a shock like this, it's going to be designed not to foam and cavitate like a hydraulic

shock might.

The measured in charge that's in this nitrogen shock is there to keep the foaming cavitation

to a minimum, enough foaming cavitation can just cause some shocks fade and you have the

reservoir which allows you to hold even additional fluid to keep that fluid nice and cool, and

again, really be designed for some higher speed wheeling, although these are also going

to work very well at lower speeds also.

You are going to get some control arms with this kit but these are going to fix the length

control.

And they're not going to be the flex arms from TeraFlex that have the hind joints on

one end, they are going be rubber joints all the way around.

So maybe, you would give up a little bit of articulation, but again this is geared more

toward that higher speed, more flat type of off-roading than it is for rock crawling.

You're going to get six control arms with this kit, which is going to be all four in

the rear and the front lower control arms.

The four in the rear is going to set your pinion angle correct, so you're not going

to get new drive line vibrations.

And up front, you're also going to reset your pinion angle but you're going to get some

caster correction as well.

When you lift your jeep to roll the axle or change the caster and when you don't have

the proper caster angle, these tires won't want to self-center, which can give you a

bit of a flabby feel especially when you're going down the highway.

So these control arms that you're going to get in the kit, are going to fix both pinion

and caster in the front and pinion in the back to make sure that all of your angles

are closer to factory and going to work very, very well.

Now, as far as centering the axle left or right underneath the jeep, up front you're

going to get one of TeraFlex's adjustable track bars, which is going to be much, much

stronger than a factory track bar as well as, as it says in the name, it's going to

be adjustable.

So this is going to let you center that axle completely in the front.

Out back, you're going to get a track bar brackets, so you're gonna need your factory

track bar, but this bracket is going to give you a little bit of adjustability, so you

can change your roll center.

This is the beefier style track bar that TeraFlex offers, so this is going to attach to your

axle in a total of three different locations, being a very, very strong connection.

So even though this is a little bit higher up, it can provide a little bit more leverage

you're not going to get any wobble out of this bracket.

And so far, the components that we talked about are components that are included in

a lot of lift kits.

With this kit, you're also going to get sway bar and wings of course, which again, are

something that you get in a lot of lift kits.

But then there are some components that you don't get in every lift kit, and that's going

to be right over here, as the TeraFlex SpeedBump.

Now, what that is designed to do is as your axle is coming up, instead of just coming

in contact with a normal jounce bumper, which is designed to absorb that impact, it can

still be a little jarring, a little bit shocking at speed.

So these SpeedBumps are there to soften that blow even further and really give you a nice

soft landing when you're getting bumps at higher speed.

Now, because of the travel that the suspension has because of the length of the shocks and

the springs and just how everything works together, this kit is also going to include

limiting straps in both the front and the rear, which is going to help limit the down

travel.

So again, when you're going a little bit faster in your off road, the ground drops out from

underneath you.

Instead of the shock having to hold all of the weight of the axle falling, I have limiting

strap which is going to help save the shocks from that damage.

As far as this install goes, again I'm gonna give it three out of three wrenches.

This is something that's going to probably take you four hours or more.

There is some drilling, some modification that you'll need to do to your Jeep to get

this kit installed properly.

You're gonna need a lot of tools, probably empty the whole tool box, but the main steps

of the install are going to be pretty similar to a lot of other kits out there.

So the first step is, of course, supporting the jeep by the frame, jacking it up.

You're going to remove or loosen anything that's keeping the axles from completely drooping.

So you're gonna have to go ahead and loosen up your brake line brackets, your sway bar,

and lengths and your shocks.

Go ahead and let the axle completely droop down, remove the springs, puff in your new

springs, your new shocks, your new track bars, control arms while there's no load on the

axles.

That's a really good time to install control arms.

While everything is out of the way, you can install the speed bumps, the limiting straps,

do your drilling.

All and all, like I said, fairly standard steps and a fairly standard order, but there

are going to be a few additional steps because of the additional components that are included

in this kit that you don't have to do with some of the lift kits, which will add to the

level of difficulty.

So, this kit isn't the most expensive lift kit that we offer, it's not even the most

expensive lift kit that TeraFlex offers, but it is going to be a little pricier than some

others because of the sheer number of components that are included and the quality of the components.

These Fox performance 2.0 reservoir shots, by themselves, are going to be very expensive.

And then you start adding all of the other components that are included here and the

price does add up quickly.

So, I think for a kit that includes everything that has the shocks tuned for the springs

and the weight of the vehicle that's really very, very well put together, I don't think

this kit is overpriced.

However, this is a kit that's designed for a very specific type of off-roading and you

are gonna have to have a higher budget for it, so it's not for everybody.

If you are looking to do a little bit of a higher speed style off-roading, you're not

looking at doing that really low-speed rock crawling and you have the budget for it, I

think this is a very well than the other kit.

Canker sores are painful and unpleasant and some factors may contribute to its appearance

like lesions in the mouth, stress, smoking, hormonal changes, anemia, allergies and

viral infections. These wounds may cause burns, fevers, pain and swelling of the lymph nodes

lymphatics.

However, it is possible to treat the cold sore a natural way. Learn the home remedies

for this purpose:

1. Coriander

Coriander has anti-inflammatory properties and antifungal. As such, a tool is

perfect to deal with thrush. There's a lot different ways that coriander can be

used.

Boil coriander leaves in a glass of water and strain. Let cool and gargle with this

solution three or four times per day.

Coriander seeds can also be used simply adding a teaspoon

seeds for a cup of boiling water. Let melt for several minutes and strain.

Use the solution to gargle three to four times a day.

The coriander leaf juice can also be An alternative. Take the juice of the leaves, hold it

in the mouth to allow the liquid to act on the wound and then drink.

2. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera can help speed up the process healing, fighting germs and viruses. Enough

open an Aloe Vera leaf and take the gel. Then put the gel directly on

thrush in the mouth. Aloe Vera juice also It can be used to gargle several times

per day. Alternatively, take two spoons gel soup Aloe Vera two to three times

per day.

3. Salt

The salt can help remove fluid and infection pain, thus accelerating the healing process.

This can be made by mixing one tablespoon salt tea in a glass of warm water.

Rinse your mouth with the solution for at least thirty seconds. After rinsing, you also

4. Mel

the sage leaves can also be placed directly on the cold sore.

6. Sodium bicarbonate

Sodium bicarbonate has the ability to relieve pain and inflammation. just add

a little water to a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate to make a paste

and apply directly on the cold sore. Leave act for a few minutes, then rinse

good. Repeat the application three to four times daily until pain subsides.

You can also gargle with a solution Two teaspoons baking

a sodium water glass four to five times a day. 7. Cayenne Pepper

The burning cayenne pepper comes from Capsaicin which numbs the nerves in the body. That is

extremely helpful in relieving the pain and discomfort. Simply mixing a small amount

cayenne pepper in a little water to create a folder to apply directly on

the cold sore. Despite the initial discomfort, pain and inflammation soon dissipate. Repeat

this procedure twice a day.

8. melaleuca oil

The tea tree oil has antiseptic properties that help eliminate and prevent thrush. Enough

add ten drops of tea tree oil for a glass of water. Then Rinse

three to four times a day.

Also, you can dilute two drops of tea tree oil in ½ teaspoon

water and apply directly on the wound two to three times a day. If you know

someone who has problems with thrush enter these treatment options. People that

They suffer from cold sore must constantly seek medical help, because they can be symptoms

more complex health problems.

2015-2017 F150 Magnaflow MF Series Cat-Back Exhaust 5.0L Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 5:32.

So this highly rated system for Magnaflow is going to be for the five liter truck owners

out there looking to increase both the sound and the appearance slightly over that factory

system.

And what I mean by that is, yes you are gonna be getting a little bit more rumble with this

system installed over the factory system, but nothing too crazy here, in addition to

spicing up the appearance a little bit as well.

We're gonna talk about the installation, which I can tell you here right up front, if you

have a SuperCrew or a SuperCab F-150, this one is going to be very straightforward.

No cutting, no permanent modification needed, so expect a relatively soft one outta the

three wrenches on the difficulty meter, with a little bit more detail coming up later on.

Now this thing does still exit out of the factory location, but with those dual staggered

tips, it's gonna give you a more modified look.

But let's start off with the tone here with the Magnaflow MF Series, and you can ultimately

be the judge because you heard the sound clip earlier in the video.

You can decide if you love it or hate it on your own, but what I can tell you here is

that this system is gonna be a great choice for the truck owners who don't wanna rattle

the windows in your neighborhood or set off car alarms when driving down the street.

You are, again, getting a little bit more rumble over that factory system, but you're

not getting any rasp to speak of, and the interior noise is going to be minimal at best.

So breaking out my wake the neighbors scale, I'm going strong three outta five here.

Again, this is a great sounding system for my daily drivers out there because it's something

that you're gonna hear, yes, of course, but it's not gonna drive you crazy on long trips.

This is one of those times too where I'm gonna tell you guys, check out the reviews on the

product page because there's a few people that have already installed this on their

five liter truck and the reviews are glowing.

If you really like the sound this system is producing, you love what Magnaflow does as

a brand but maybe you're looking for a slightly different configuration, such as a dual split

rear exit for instance, well you're in luck because Magnaflow does offer a number of different

configurations but they're gonna utilize roughly the same MF Series muffler.

So expect the sound to be very consistent throughout all of these different cat-backs.

Now this MF Series muffler does feature a straight through by design construction, featuring

an internal perforated tube.

That thing is wrapped with a stainless steel mesh material, and then the entire muffler

gets stuck with...stuff with this acoustic fiber which helps round out the sound a little

bit more, give you that nice deep aggressive tone.

As far as the rest of the system, well, guys, all quality here is kinda what we really come

to expect from Magnaflow.

You're looking at three inch tubing leading into that MF Series muffler.

It does kick down a two and a half inch tubing before exiting out the brightly polished three

and a half inch tips.

They are slashed cut, they are staggered, and they look really good when installed.

And again, this is really nothing new for Magnaflow.

You're getting full 409 grade stainless steel here, guys, great construction, great welds,

great fitment, and for a price point, yes you're not getting that 304 grade stainless

steel, you are getting 409, but it's a really solid system for right around the thousand

dollar price.

Another great thing with this system is of course the ease of install.

One outta three wrenches on a difficulty meter as I pointed out a little bit earlier, maybe

an hour or two of total time spent underneath the truck.

Now this is designed to fit your SuperCrew or SuperCab F-150.

So again, no cutting needed here with this particular system.

In fact, Magnaflow says you really only need a 15 millimeter socket wrench to get the job

done, along with the hanger removal tool or maybe a pry bar if you have one laying around

the shop.

Obviously that factory exhaust will need to come off first, so get the truck on a lift

if you need to.

If not, you can do this on your back if you'd like.

Once that factory system is removed, you can get to work installing the new Magnaflow system

here in reverse order.

I always like starting from front to back.

Get the entire system hung first before your final tighten up and you should be good to

go.

The Magnaflow Systems for the newer F-150 continue to be one of my top choices for both

the EcoBoost trucks and the V8 trucks alike.

In fact, one customer review on the site put it perfectly, this thing makes the V8 truck

sound alive, and I think that's a great way to sum up this system.

You're getting some great tone without being over the top.

Construction and fitment are completely top notch.

And last but not least, that dual same side exit configuration looks really good when

installed.

to make that whole thing work with some success definitely some local success

had a lot of fun built a lot of cool relationships and worked on a lot of

neat stuff that being said that's not really what I do anymore my favorite

part about it was creative collaboration with friends and really taking that time

and working together to build something new I love that so so much something

I've always loved is film and movies and videos and that kind of thing it's

really my favorite thing if you can find me in my happy space I'm definitely

watching a TV show or a movie or something like that I love going to the

movies all the time and I love to make jokes and joke around so some of the

stuff you'll probably see on this channel is like sketches and comedy

stuff and just strange film experimentations and videos of varying

lengths and all kinds of stuff I'm gonna you know just kind of throw paint at the

wall and see what comes up and see what feels like me and what feels like it's

good and what gets good reactions so it'll be all kinds of different stuff

but that being said I you know I really appreciate the ability of someone to put

their skills into one place and really get good at one thing and so I hope to

in doing something like this so they narrow down my interests and what I work

on I also want this channel to feature lots of collaborations so especially if

you're in the Seattle area hit me up and yeah a big part of why I'm doing this is

because it's something I've always wanted to do but I've always felt like I

don't want to be just another person and I don't want to make bad stuff and I

think that you know I mean part of the realities you're going to make bad stuff

for a while I think in almost any field it's part of a creative process also

everyone I look up to had that first step where they just had to bite the

bullet and you know take that class or get on stage

or whatever it might be to start doing the thing that they love so I'm taking

this space to experiment figure out who I am figure out what I like when my

sensibility is and kind of find where I am in the span of all these amazing

things that are being created today a big part of this too will be figuring

out how I build a career for myself and grow and change with that that'll be a

big part of the story I definitely want to have an open discussion with you guys

about these videos and what you think of them and what you think could be better

and different ideas on what to do and I think we can really make some really

cool stuff together so please comment below what you think how you feel what's
