Youtube daily report Nov 20 2017

hi it's Austin Benton

thanks so much for requesting my realtor outreach campaign

for loan officers it gets great results in every market that we use it in here

at the agency I'm really excited for you to deploy it into your business so you

can see the results firsthand now while we're on the subject of lead generation

I want to talk to you about this topic because there's so much confusion and so

much complexity and really disappointment in the lack of impactful

results that most LOC with third-party Lead Gen so I want to show you a better

way a better way that we do it here at the agency and also show you how you can

get me to personally generate a slew of new home buyer leads for you and get

started for just a dollar so let's take a look at my computer I'll show you

exactly how this is done the first thing I want to do is show you some proof of

actual results we're getting for clients not just in terms of leads generated but

actual meetings with home buyers this LO's calendar is booked with 32 meetings

all these meetings were made by the home buyer without ever having to speak to

the LO just automatically on autopilot from my lead and so you get a

sense of the leads in spreadsheet form here this is the type of volume that

we're doing and if you're looking at adding an extra 5 to 10 deals to your

pipeline every month I mean if you had this many leads flying in the door you

can see a path to achieving those sales goals okay let's take a look at the

leads themselves and how they're generated from the user perspective

the home buyer will find our ad online and the ad its position is a fun

pre-approval quiz and the quiz will ask them a series of questions about their

situation so here's a sneak peek of the quiz itself and I won't step through

this whole thing but you can get a feel for what the questions are here once

that home buyer submits the quiz it dumps them on to a page that looks like

this and you can see this is really a booking page and the purpose is to go

ahead and get those automatic bookings you can see here there's an opportunity

for that person to put a time on the LO's calendar and in terms of what you

get in each lead you can see there's a whole host of information here your zip

code credit estimate property purchase situation and just a huge amount of

information here to provide an entree for you to have a conversation with that

home buyer when you do speak with them so what's the results of all this well I

want you to picture a world where you had consistent exclusive leads flowing

to you every day and when you spoke with that prospect they were actually happy

to hear from you not annoyed where you had home buyers making bookings on your

personal calendar without you ever having to

speak with them and you had the ability to scale your business so what does the

process look like that we implement to get you these great results now a lot

going on here on this slide and we don't have time to go into too much detail

here but I do just want to give you a feel for what automation looks like in

terms of being able to do the heavy lifting that enables you to scale up

your business so the first step is the home buyer will go ahead and submit the

quiz they'll be dropped on to the thank you page which is the booking page that

we just looked at after that a series of three automation points are triggered

the first is that that home buyer is going to get a text message from you

that text message is going to dynamically populate based on what they

put into the quiz and then you're going to be able to have a text message

conversation with that prospect it's a little bit lower touch than a phone call

right off the bat and that's also a great way to develop rapport they're

also going to get an email from you the email is ultimately going to be dripped

out and is going to encourage them to book a call with you to get on the phone

and make that connection finally we've got Facebook automation as well via

facebook Messenger they're going to drop a comment into the ad here and again

they're going to be ultimately encouraged to book a call with you and

engage on messenger with you so all this looks quite involved but I want to make

the point that all this here is 100% hands-off for you there's literally

nothing that you need to do it all happens in the background and the goal

is to take as much of the heavy lifting in terms of follow up off of your plate

so you can be focused on servicing that customer so at this point you may be

asking yourself well how many leads can you actually generate for me well the

answer is as many as you want literally we can generate dozens of leads for you

per day whatever you need we can deliver and just to remind you all leads are

100% exclusive to you I don't mess around with shared leads or any sort of

aged leads they're all delivered to you in real time and long-form as you just

saw in the previous slide so the next steps if you're interested in having me

do all this for you is to get on a call with

personally this is not a sales call it's just a call for fit I'm gonna tell you

how I can get you a whole bunch of home buyer leads and you can get started for

just a dollar so literally there is zero pressure on the call so just a final

warning here I only work with one LO per city so it's really first-come

first-served I don't want to compete with myself so really when you're

working with me you own that territory and really the reason why there's no

pressure on the calls because someone will want this guaranteed it's gonna

close any day now once I'm all filled up which I can guarantee you will be pretty

soon so I would suggest if you're interested in learning more and having

me do all this for you click the button below and book your call with me and we

can have a nice chat about it so I just want to end this presentation now by

saying thank you and I look forward to speaking with you real soon

Sonic Forces (Sonic the Hedgehog PS4 Game Review) - Duration: 8:56.

Hello, and welcome to another Cygnus Destroyer review.

In case you missed it last week, I became the most hated person on this little corner

of the Internet when I shared a controversial opinion, and today, I'm probably not going

to make things any better for my reputation as I finally give my in-depth thoughts of

Sega's polarizing new game, Sonic Forces.

Sonic Team's latest attempt to resuscitate the franchise that they gave life to was released

on November 7th, 2017 for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, & Nintendo Switch.

Sonic Forces began development in 2013 and was unveiled along with Sonic Mania during

the series' 25th anniversary celebration.

While the latter left fans in a state of nostalgic bliss, the former made them nervously hesitant

due to its darker tone, reminiscent of the dreaded & despised Sonic '06.

As someone who's grown to be fond of the 3D outcasts, I was immediately excited for

the arrival of the lesser hyped 2017 project and I anxiously looked forward to the 7th

like a sleepless kid on Christmas morning, but you might be surprised to find out that

my initial impressions weren't very favorable.

To paraphrase an old adage, games should not be judged by their covers, but Sonic Forces

left a bad taste in my mouth as soon as I inserted the disc.

Gone are the flashy cinematic prologues of Adventure & Shadow the Hedgehog, replaced

with an uninspired title logo, a bland intro screen, & an options menu with the difficulty

setting defaulted to Hard.

This could have meant one of two things.

Either it was a reverse Bayou Billy & a baby could beat Robotnik with minimal effort or

Sonic Team went all out & made the most brutal platformer of all time.

My mind raced with the possibilities & I was pumped to put my skills through an arduous

gauntlet of tricky trials, but reality, as it has a tendency to do, came crashing down

upon me, eradicating all of my hopes & dreams in one fell swoop.

Yes, Sonic Forces is sadly devoid of the hair-pulling intensity that defined the earlier installments,

and I breezed by most of the levels on my first playthrough without breaking a sweat.

This would normally be an unforgivable offense to me & I'd happily drop the hammer on it

in my virtual court of law, but there were thankfully enough positive traits to balance

out this injustice.

The plot, for example, starts off on a strong note by speedily setting-up the fascinating

new addition to the Blue Blur's rogue's gallery named Infinite.

Infinite's origins are explored in the free Shadow DLC, but to give a basic summary, the

anti-hero hedgehog humiliated the captain of the defense squad and he subsequently volunteered

to be united with a fragment of the Phantom Ruby.

Long story short, Sonic steps in to stop Infinite & the Phantom Ruby from wreaking havoc & altering

time & space, but he gets his butt kicked & apparently goes temporarily M.I.A.

In the wake of his defeat, Knuckles & the rest of the resistance work towards figuring

out how to restore peace to the land without the aid of their fearless leader, and they

wind up receiving assistance from a promising new recruit in the process.

This rookie, as he or she is usually referred to as, is fully customizable in the character

maker, with options ranging from the typical hedgehog to birds or bears and a wide assortment

of wardrobe & accessories that are unlocked after completing each stage.

Owing to the initially limited choices available, the animal avatar will go through a metamorphosis

over the course of the journey, and my bunny stand-in went from being a nerdy office drone

to a bad-ass, zebra striped lucha libre wannabe channeling the spirit of Hulkamania.

Regardless of which species is selected, they all share the same base moveset & are equipped

with a laser gun that lives up to the old Transformers ad slogan.

It can dispense a wire that obliterates enemies & latches onto nearby hooks to swing across

the surroundings, and it can be converted into a true weapon of mass destruction via

the attachable Wispons.

On the PS4 version, the Wispons are activated by pressing R2 or Triangle and doing so unleashes

a multitude of devastating attacks, from flamethrower bursts to precision guided lightning and penetrating

drill strikes.

With this impressive supply of weaponry at his disposal, my wrestling rabbit fit in quite

well with the main protagonist & his classic counterpart.

The trio forge a strong partnership over the course of Forces, & minus a few hiccups along

their adventure, the overall experience is top notch.

The level design is miles beyond '06 & Rise of Lyric, with the three gameplay types offering

a refreshing variety.

Modern Sonic's design sticks with the familiar homing, grinding & boost system, so veterans

of the more recent 3D titles should have no problem acclimating to his controls, but the

classic sections admittedly feel a bit clunky in comparison to their Genesis predecessors

& this is one aspect of the game where I give the advantage to Christian Whitehead & the

makers of Mania.

The cutscenes & accompanying voice cast are about what you'd expect from this series,

so they're most likely going to illicit a love-hate reaction depending on your feelings

towards the titles of this ilk...

...but the soundtrack offers a mix of chiptunes & orchestrated

pieces that perfectly compliment the style that they're crafted for, with the highlights

being the Iron Fortress theme & the super catchy Fist Bump, co-written & sung by Doug

Robb of Hoobastank.

The boss battles are inventive & deviate from the standard formula by putting the spotlight

on Infinite & the Phantom Ruby warping mechanic, which I appreciated, but they can also be really cheap.

The final multi-part encounter in particular gave me a headache from the numerous insta-kills

causing me to lose progress, but the unlimited chances & checkpoints allotted allowed me

to keep my cool & I attained victory over the bastard Eggman in a little over five hours.

In spite of the disappointingly brief duration & overall lack of challenge, Sonic Forces

still has a lot to offer & I see myself returning to it quite frequently in the future for a

number of reasons.

The aforementioned free Shadow DLC implements one of my favorite characters into the main

story & provides essential exposition for the awesome new villain.

The unlockable secret stages serve as a bonus challenge mode, with rewards dished out for

successfully dealing with one central obstacle in a timely manner, & the S.O.S. missions

instigate interesting variables into the pre-existing locations on the overworld map, indicated

by a colored icon.

The red missions require the player to take on the role of a rented avatar & the goal

is to complete the specified area without dying, while green turns the rented avatar

into a switchable option & blue involves searching for a traditional capsule & freeing the trapped

animals inside.

All of the above helps to greatly enhance the inadequate length narrative, and that's

not even including the surprisingly huge replay value boost from potential speedrunning attempts.

No matter how you slice it, though, Sonic Forces isn't reinventing the wheel and it

suffers from some serious flaws that keep it from being a great game, but they were

outweighed for me personally by the enormous fun factor and fans of the franchise's notorious

2000s entries would be wise to add a copy to their collection.

Anyway, with that wrapped up, I think I'm Sonic-ed out for awhile.

This is now the fifth video I've produced about the Blue Blur for this channel this

year and I'm sure you guys are sick of hearing me blather on about him by now, so I suppose

we could all use a non-Sega related IUPG palette cleanser.

Be sure to come back for that, but until then, this is Matt a.k.a. Cygnus Destroyer signing out!
