In today's lesson you will learn about starting a lifestyle that will last forever.
Most of the time Transforming yourself does not come easy.
For most it is only able to be accomplished when in the toughest of times or faced with
an intense life/death situation.
You started this course with the intention of finishing with some type of result.
Maybe it was to live healthier or happier.
Maybe it was to lose or gain muscle / fat.
Or possibly you just wanted to be forever transformed in all aspects of your life.
Let go of yesterday.
Let today be a new beginning and be the best that you can, and you will get to where God
wants you to be.
Today is a new day for you to live.
It is a day where everything matters.
You are faced with decisions that are tougher than some but at the same time you have be
happy making those choices.
You wake up wondering what the day has to offer.
You wonder what the weather is going to be like.
What your work schedule has in plan.
How your family will be when you get home.
And above all, If you are going to follow through with your commitments and promises
that you previously made.
I cannot be the judge of your decisions or the person you become but let me be the first
to say that your decisions from this day on will always impact your future.
I am sure that anyone who has went through the same conflicts as you has fallen off the
beaten path at some point in their life.
Some are willing to work back through their past but others are completely forever banished.
I do not know how far you have come in the transformation to this day and through this
course but I can say that you will be disappointed in yourself if you choose to go back to your
old habits.
Choosing the past over the future is like denying yourself the privilege of meeting
your grandchildren or living a long future ahead.
Going back to your old habits will make you feel as if everything you worked for was thrown
away.
You will look back and wish that you could change the things that you did but you can
not unless you go through the transformation all over.
I believe that you should be honest, have courage, and have integrity.
That you shouldn't run from your fears, especially when you are faced with a little adversity.
To be honest with you, I want you to know my secret.
I went through my transformation and had a few hiccups.
I was faced with some surgery in the process.
I ended up getting my adenoids and tonsils out at 18 years old.
In that period of time I was forced to give up my ways and habits to go through this miserable
experience.
Although I finished my 90 days of transformation, I ended up going back to my old habits.
Not to make excuses but I was not able to eat the foods I wanted because I could only
have liquids and soft foods for three weeks.
I chose my old habits for about two months.
Within those two months I ate so many calories and put so much weight back on because my
metabolism was already use to my old ways.
I realized that it takes time and a diet is not just going to keep the weight off.
That part is devoted to myself.
You have to be willing to work your ass off to keep that nasty fat off.
I am working my ass off to go back to the way I was.
I am telling you right now.
It is much easier to transform your life when you stick to your commitments and promises.
I am committed to myself to this day and I hope that you choose your future over the
past.
Because the future is all that matters, you will never be given back your past.
That stays with you.
I only ask that you take one thing from this course.
"You are as strong as the weakest link in your body.
You breath.
You beat.
You Live.
You fear what you do not understand.
Stand tall and face your fears.
Face the man or woman you have become, for the man or woman inside is the man or woman
you truly are.
Face challenges as if you are faced with new opportunity.
In the end it takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.
You have become.
You have transcended.
But above all you have forever transformed your life.
Do not be afraid to take a leap of faith every here and there.
I believe that by the time you complete all of the programs within Coachington, you will
have become the person you desired to be.

Nissan is recalling more than 56,000 cars because of power steering hoses that may leak
fluid and potentially lead to fires.
Nissan North America says the recall affects the 2013-2014 Murano vehicles.
It says the problem stems from the power steering hose clamp, which may not adequately secure
the hose.
That could allow the hose to detach and leak power steering fluid.
That could lead to a fire If it leaks onto a hot engine or exhaust pipes, the company
said.
Nissan says dealers will install a new power steering high pressure hose kit, free of charge.

Waait wait wait wait
before anything, I wanna tell u all about the vid
this whole video is about my school travel of this year
in which i went to France with all my classmates and other partners of school
and snowboard there 3 days
and i obviously took my camera with me, so i wanna explain u my experience there through the vids i recorded
so i recorded it all! let's see
as i said before, that day we had to wake up at 5am
and go directly to the highschool to take the bus that will lead us to the snow
it took 3h
first important thing to know:
how do u learn snowboarding and why it's so different of skateboarding
there are three important things to take care:
the swinging, the control of your weight and the speed u can achieve
swinging and stabilizing ur weight are similar things
because if u wanna go in one way while snowboarding u have to direct your whole weight to the direction u wanna go
while learning, we were taught that, in order to go right or left, we should put our body like we were playing a piano
i'ts true, not joking hahaha
and then, if we wanted to go to the left point to the left with the right arm
in skateboard this is so different
because if u put ur whole weight in your left side u will turn that way, but not as much as in snowboarding
third important thing: speed
in skateboard, or pennyboard as i do, u can go fast
not as much as in a longboard, but more or less
but snowboarding u can achieve really fast speed if u go directly down
because, if u don't put your heels up/a little bit behind
u go REALLY fast
and if u don't know how to do it, as me, u will hit the ground hard xD
Which is normal and perfectly understandable
buuut, when u go really fast in skateboard u start to turn fast and end up falling
which usually doesn't happens in snowboard because u can go slowly easy
and if someone tells you that skateboarding and snowboarding is the same, IT ISN'T!
IT'S REALLY DIFFERENT!
and, i u know how to skateboard don't think that u are going to know how to snow easily
similar because u ride them similar ways, just that
another remarcable note it's that i was ill while the travel
so of the 15h of snow that we had, i ended up doing 8h
all the first day snowing, we arrived to the hotel at five pm
