HEY TRIPPSTERS I'm so sorry the video is late today but let me explain why when I
woke up this morning I had an email from YouTube saying that there have there had
been a copyright claim against three of my videos and those three videos have
been taken down and I have a strike against my account now
okay now copyright infringement is very serious okay I try to never ever ever
put anything in my videos that is copyrighted and you guys saw the videos
and you know you know there was nothing you know copyrighted in it I was the
only thing in the videos I'm usually the only thing in my videos just me standing
here talking to you guys okay this has to do with the reals company REE LZ this
is the company and channel that made the movie docudrama the price of fame about
Shania Twain okay well they put in a copyright claim against three of my
videos and because they did that those three videos have now been taken down so
I've been dealing with this all morning this is why my video is late now the
three videos that are now gone are not the last three but three of the last
four that I put up one was called Shania Twain the price of
fame saw it Wow okay and then Shania Twain trading
paint update and then the third one was Shanna update on movie docudrama and
book which would be the one that went up yesterday um okay guys
none of these videos have anything in them that was copyrighted material okay
so no I didn't actually break any laws with my videos but I'm trying to get
this straightened out now here's the thing the rails company put this claim
in against me so it put a strike against my account how do I say this one of the
videos let me grab this Shania Twain trading
paint update that actually had nothing whatsoever to do with the reels company
or the price of fame I don't even mention the price of fame in that video
okay it literally had nothing to do with that movie that channel that company
nothing but the reels company put a copyright claim against my video even
though in all three videos nothing in it was copyrighted and in the one video it
didn't even have anything to do with them their movie their company nothing
it was a an actual update about another movie by another company let's not even
come out yet and you guys know the one it's called trading paint and it will be
out June 1st starring John Travolta and Shania Twain is in it with him okay that
had absolutely positively nothing whatsoever to do with trading paint or I
mean no it had nothing to do with the price of fame and it had nothing to do
with the realist company the reels Channel didn't even mention the movie
the channel the company anything at all about them but they still have a claim
against my video ok now I understand that people are going to do this and if
had an issue with anything that I said all they had to do was contact me but
they chose not to do that and they also hit my facebook so I have
videos that were on Facebook that are not on Facebook anymore because of this
same thing okay so guys I'm working as hard as I can to get this strength out
but you're gonna find some material missing from my youtube channel my
website and my Facebook page because this company has a copyright claim
against me so I just wanted to let you guys know what was going on why some of
my videos have disappeared and if you have any questions about anything that
was in those videos just you know comment send me a message to do
something you know I'll answer in I guess the next video that I did but
that's why my video is like because I've been dealing with this crap all day and
I just wanted you guys to know I am still here I'm just you know working
behind the scenes trying to get this thing straightened out because there was
nothing copywriting in my videos so guys out there anybody that has anything to
do with the price of fame I'm not going to mention any names just you guys know
who you are if if you I don't know how to say this without getting somebody in
trouble and I refuse to get somebody in trouble guys out there fans of mine
buddies of mine be very very very careful with the price of fame okay
because me even talking about it got me in trouble
and got his strike against my YouTube channel and that is insane okay I mean I
wasn't even talking bad about it I was giving it great reviews and recommending
that you guys watch it oh my god he I didn't even say anything defamatory
against them the movie the company I just you guys know you saw the videos I
just went on and on about how great it was and how you needed to watch it if he
could I mean you know God what would they have done if I had talked about
about them you know but that's the update for right now guys I will let you
know as this goes what's going on but for right now this is how it stands I
have three videos missing from YouTube I have two missing from my side I also
have two missing from my facebook page all because the realz company has a
copyright claim against me and like I said the one video had absolutely
positively nothing whatsoever to do with him and it's not associated with them in
any way it was about the Shania Twain John Travolta movie trade paint but for
some strange reason they chose to put a copyright claim against that and they're
not even associated with that movie at all okay that's like a big-time
Hollywood movie thing coming out in June so I don't know but anyway guys I will
keep you up to date I will let you know what's going on and just you know to my
buddies out there be very very careful because there is a distinct possibility
that if reels came after me they may come after you too so just you know
watch yourself but that is going to do it for now this is Icepets Queen and
