NEW KFC Hot Honey Chicken Tenders Review! - Duration: 12:05.Hello everyone, this is Running On Empty ...
Food Review!
Well, Hello ladies and gentlemen and everyone watching! This is Running On Empty Food Review.
I'm your host TheReportOfTheWeek.
Boy we're wheeling and dealing with another food review because you can't live without those food reviews! And...
We're back at it again with another one.
This one is
for probably the
most, I would say, most original and unique release I've seen of the year thus far.
KFC is releasing this new thing that I've never heard of it and I've never reviewed it before called chicken tenders
believe it or not and
it's some pretty crazy stuff!
And apparently not only do they have these
alleged chicken tenders, but they're also coming out in a flavor that they describe as "Hot Honey".
Actually, they just call it their hot honey chicken.
It's marketed, well, just as that. They're not they're not trying to play games with you.
They're not trying to make the name sound like it's some innuendos remark or anything close to that.
It's literally just supposed to have as described verbatim quote sweet heat unquote.
That's what it's supposed to be just, you know,
honey-esque that that very sharp sweetness
I'd suppose and then of a little bit of spiciness added to that as well and they come in in three forms. Now
Yes, two of those are sandwiches, but the one that they're mainly
focusing their advertising and marketing on is
chicken tenders. It comes in the crispy kernel sandwich, we've already reviewed one of those in the past, the chicken littles,
I know I've reviewed those, but it also comes with the, or as I should say, the extra crispy chicken tenders.
That's what we have before us. Hopefully that's what I'm reviewing.
We've got a three piece of them the price for that $5.49
So...
We got them right here. First and foremost, before I begin anything else. It's my show. I'm going to do it.
Today is a Thursday. Make sure you check out the newest VORW Radio Show!
Listen in on Soundcloud soundcloud.com/vorw_radio_int
You got a shortwave radio listen at 8 p.m
tonight 9395 kHz
9 p.m. Eastern 5850 kHz are the frequencies there.
Really hope you could give it a listen though!
check more info about the schedules in the description pinned comments also in the cards and
you know again, it's a show with some good talks music and
cover couple topics in this one that think people will find at least somewhat interesting.
So chicken tenders are what these are and,
you know,
these these last few I'll admit I was being semi
sarcastic at the beginning of this one, but this has convinced me, you know the first time when I reviewed the chicken tenders
from gosh
Burger King right Burger King had the chicken tenders that were out and
McDonald's had the chicken tenders that were out. You know, those two were making me question things a little starting to scratch my head
Starting to look around a little more pay attention to certain things. But this is the one that did it!
This is the one that convinced me of what the trend of
2018 officially is
Because I was fully convinced before then that 2018 was the year of the slinky!
But I was dead wrong.
It's the year of the chicken tenders apparently
because everyone has it everyone's reinventing them or you know doing doing their own thing and
You know now of course KFC would have done this many times before but they're trying to do it again. Alright, here's an up-close-and-personal
view. If it's too personal for you, so be it, that's just what KFC wants.
This is a life that they live and this is a three piece of the chicken tenders there. I'm hiding behind it
So it focuses in good you can see it comes with
Pickles as well and you know, you can see that they are covered in the sauce. I should add
it's an oil-based sauce. I don't know if you could really see I really don't want to spill this.
But what's right in there right in there is this reservoir.
It's kind of hidden by the lip of this container.
But this reservoir of oil that I guarantee you if I spilled that on my suit,
This would be ruined completely! There's no way that's coming out of any clothing.
So I'm actually gonna make sure I have a better grip on this because I don't I really don't want to foreshadow that.
Anyway, all that out of the way. Now, this is what it looks like
More closely
You can see actually interestingly enough, you know, there it is with the breading though
This side really doesn't have as much breading as you would expect
But either way you can't judge a book by it's cover
We're just going to try it out. I'll let you know what it tastes like and we'll go from there.
It's the hot honey chicken tenders from KFC they're going in.
That's who too small.
I'm just doing that because I think it looks cool.
Now we're living! Look at that! I submerged it in the oil reservoir and
Now now we're really gonna be we're gonna be trying this out full-blown!
So
The three basic criteria, I think just need to be met with this one, you know, this isn't one of those items
where
That's just a combination of 25 flavors or anything it's very basic.
Right? And here are the three criteria that I'm just gonna judge it on:
The number one is common sense.
Is the chicken edible or not, right?
Because the the the the seasoning and the sauce and everything on it can be great
But if the chicken is terrible here, there's no point. So number one, is the chicken edible? Number two,
Is there that spiciness and number three is there that sweetness?
Criteria number one: Is the chicken edible? It actually is believe it or not. I know I've given KFC quite the
quite the hounding
in days of old.
I even had a
an interesting little nickname for them though. There's some good days right there.
You can go back and check my catalog for that, but they don't deserve this
this
This harsh rebuke this time around because believe it or not the tenders were actually alright.
Yeah, I haven't any complaints the chicken was juicy. You can see was kind of just falling apart there, which is good
It's not like this, you know tough piece of jerky or anything, right? It's actually edible. It was it was good.
I can't complain about the actual flavor of the chicken. So criteria number one is met it's edible tastes good. No problem there.
Criteria two: Is it spicy? It sure is and this is where I'm just gonna kind of blend them together
because it's really supposed to be you know, they just call it the "Hot Honey" chicken.
Well, the first thing that really hit me was the spiciness and it's lingering on. It's a peppery
spiciness! Now, I'm no pepper connoisseur. So I can't go ahead and tell you which one it is nor did KFC actually specify it.
But it definitely is a pepper esque
spiciness there that hits you immediately and it lingers on as a spicy aftertaste as well.
So as you are eating these you're gonna have the spiciness that's going to be lingering through the entire duration of
your your tender consumption experience.
The one thing, however,
Right. We know that the spiciness is there. It's not overwhelming.
I recommend you have a drink. You saw me sipping at the water though
I'm not doing so profusely but it could definitely build up. I imagine if you're really just, you know downing these things
You know, if you're just gulping them down in some way I could see how you could get a little overwhelming.
So perhaps get it with a drink? The spice is there! Here's the one thing though: It has that little bit of sweetness to it.
You know, it has a little bit of sweetness that kind of its secondary and that's the one thing that was a little disappointing
Because you look at the advertising campaign really have the the kernel creature.
That's not even it's it's a living supposed to be an inanimate object
But they have the kernel that's in the shape of like the you know, the little bear
That's supposed to represent, honey.
You can see where they're putting the focus on it.
Except it's only a mild mild sweetness. That's put really second behind the spiciness.
So because of that with their advertising they're making it seem like this thing and you know that honey is a very very potent
extremely sweet substance..
You would think that it's just something that would really just be there.
But instead it's not, you know, you bite in the tenders taste pretty good. You have that spiciness that's definitely there.
There's a little mild sweetness, but that sweetness is by no means
anything that's that's the primary focus.
So with that keep that in mind if you're looking for something that's like really sweet like a real honey barbecue,
This isn't gonna be it. It's definitely about that spiciness. It's alright, but they could definitely make these a bit sweeter
considering their line of marketing and advertising
and simply the name. Keep that in mind, but in the end these were certainly edible and they had a nice spiciness to them.
I just wish they could be a bit sweeter. For the price again,
This is around five dollars and you know, it'll vary region to region, but I would estimated around five dollars
30 40 cents with that the rating for these is going to be a 7.0 out of 10 flat again.
They just need to improve on that sweetness and then it's good to go after that.
That's all that I have for you , ladies and gentlemen, I'm your host TheReportOfTheWeek.

How Magicians Trick Your Brain - Duration: 9:10.What!
So I saw a magic show a few weeks ago and it was so good.
I was totally bamboozled and it got me thinking about how magicians trick your brain and the
psychology of deception.
So we're back, visiting the same magician with a camera and all of you to explore some
brain magic.
[BrainCraft title card]
Hi, Siegfried?
Good to see you!
Now this is Siegfried Tieber
My father was born and raised in Austria, that explains the name.
But my mother was born and raised in Columbia, that explains the hair.
But I was born and raised in Ecuador, that explains the accent.
Siegfried is a sleight of hand magician or illusionist - he performs in front of small
groups of people and his main tool is just a deck of cards!
And from this one tool he's become an expert in how people make decisions in everyday life.
There was a scientist who actually said that magicians were cognitive artists.
Which is a great job title!
That's a beautiful job title, I love it.
I absolutely love it.
And to get to the actual cognitive art
I mean, we're all here for the magic show.
Now bear with me, because there are no cuts during these sections.
No movie magic, just Siegfried.
[Pick a Card] Vanessa, I'm going to ask you to sign a card
from the deck.
So we can distinguish the card, don't pick a picture card, a Queen, a Jack, a King, maybe,
it would be ideal, if it's a red card that has a lot of white space on it so we can see
your signature.
But does it have to be a red card?
No!
It can be a black card!
As you wish.
Ok.
With that in mind, please take any card.
And I can see it, it doesn't matter.
You're allowed to see it?
I am allowed to see it.
Ok, excuse me.
I love it!
I'm signing a brain, you'll see.
That is very nice indeed!
Thank you.
I've had some practice!
You might agree–hold onto that one–for a second you might agree that right now, the
card is unique in the whole world.
I could not have another one of those with your signature.
Right?
Correct.
I would agree.
Please leave it over there.
Roughly in the middle, right?
More or less.
Some 20, 30 cards from the top.
Nowhere near the top, nowhere near the bottom.
I will try to create the illusion that your card, 3 of clubs, melts through the deck until
it comes to the top.
Sounds good?
I mean it sounds awesome!
Let's see if it works.
3 of clubs...
What?!
Right?
People believe, and this is one of those very odd misconceptions –
It's just extra weird when you're sitting right here and I stared at his hands the entire
time.
And all that happened was he just went like this.
And it was just right at the top.
I mean how can we explain that to the people?
I don't know how to communicate the gravity of the situation anymore.
Shall we do something else?
I'm ready.
I'm ready for more.
[The Bill Thing]
For this, we need two bills.
$1, $5, hold onto that one please.
Like this, so everybody can see.
And fold it this way, and once again that way, and once again this way.
Hold out your right hand.
Hold on there for a moment, I just want everybody to see $1 and $5.
Please close.
I have both of them.
Yes.
Nothing in my hands, nothing up my sleeves.
Close, close, close and hold them there.
Now, I'm going to take out just one of the two bills.
Please open, open, open.
Like that.
Okay, close.
And hold them tight.
Against your chest.
I have the $1.
Whatever happens, whatever I say, whatever I do, hold on tight.
One...
Two...
Vanessa...
What!
No!
Open up!
Show them the $1!
Oh gosh...
Someone also opened the door just as you were doing it.
The right moment!
Because my attention was diverted and I was like...
huh?
So do you do this when you're buying a sandwich or something like that?
And you're just like oh, allow me to give you this $10 bill!
And then all of a sudden they're putting a $1 in the cash register.
To make things more scientific, I printed out a scientific study that was published
in the journal Nature, which is a very good journal!
Now this paper covers some psychological techniques that lead to us experiencing an illusion.
The main main aspect of close up magic is the psychological component of it.
Applied psychology.
The moves or the technique is never enough.
The applied psychology is the most important part of it.
Now there's a few psychological techniques at play.
One identified in the paper is misdirection – the diversion of the spectator's attention
away from a secret action.
But people think about the idea of misdirection, it's about distracting you.
Look over there while I do something over here.
But it could not be farther from the truth.
It's not about distracting, it's about guiding your attention.
And yes, another one of these techniques is guiding attention.
Newer objects – like pulling a rabbit out of a hat – are more salient, as are larger
movements over smaller ones.
Magicians may also guide your attention towards picking a card, and in that process, you'll
miss other movements.
This is a big secret in magic.
That the idea of guiding people's attention.
A fundamental principle in magic is that people are going to look where you are going to look.
If I show you this, you're going to look here.
If I look at you, because you cannot look at yourself, you're going to look at me.
So that dance of the glances can help you a lot.
That is a very very important psychological principle in magic.
The one technique that fascinated me the most was forcing – where a magician will try
to control your choice, subtly influencing your decision so you still feel like you made
the choice.
I mean, wouldn't that come in handy for some people?
You can fool all of the people some of the time or you can fool some of the people all
of the time.
But you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.
These ideas and techniques to influence people, they are not foolproof.
They would not work every single time.
It turns out there's not just one clever trick behind an illusion.
Our brains and behaviour are complex!
So to truly bamboozle us, practitioners like sleight of hand artists have to use all of
these psychological principles together.
With, of course, some fancy mechanical mastery of the cards themselves.
Magic, it seems, is a complex science.

Technical Analysis: Does it Work? (It's Not What You Think) - Duration: 10:48.hey hey what's up my friend so in today's video we'll find out whether
does technical analysis work I'm sure you've heard before I did traders
telling you that hey you know what you need technical analysis that's all
you need to become a successful trader and at the same time you've heard of
traders right telling you that hey you know what you can't just rely on
technical analysis you could adopt fundamentals as well so when you combine
fundamental and technical analysis only then can you succeed as a trader so now
the question is who is right and who's wrong right so now let's find out
whether does technical analysis work to find out whether it works we have to
compare it to a benchmark okay so the benchmark that we will compare against
is the SMP 500 so we can see that historically the SMP there's about an
average of 9 10% a year with a maximum drawdown of 55% so there are two ways
right we can support beat the benchmark number one we can either achieve similar
returns but with a lower level of risk let's say for example our strategy
returned 10% as well but I'll risk right our maximum drawdown is only 40% so in
this manner we actually beat the markets because we have similar returns but a
lower level of risk alternatively right you can also have higher returns by with
the same level of risk let's say you have another strategy now that achieve
about 15% a year but the maximum drawdown is also 55% like the S&P 500 in
this case you also beat the markets because you have achieved a higher
return but with a similar level of risk so now to to find out whether we can
beat the markets we are going to go with a simple strategy and this strategy that
I choose R is a momentum strategy okay so basically it looks to buy high and
sell higher momentum so these are the rules of the momentum trading strategy
right we'll go along when a stock hits a 40 week high ok this means that if the
stock right is at a highest price over the last 40 week we simply buy the stock
we have a 10% trailing stop loss this means right ok let's say for example the
stock breaks out let's say this is a 40 week high the
stock breaks out at $100 so with the 10% trailing stop loss right your stop-loss
or it will be 10% of $100 right that is the value of a $10 so you take $100 -
$10 in your trailing stop losses at $90 when you buy the stock now what if the
stock moves up to let's say a hundred and fifty dollars
what is your trailing stop loss very simple right you take 10% $150 which is
$15 right so you then you take 150 - $15 and your trailing stop loss is now one
three five simple right that's what we mean by a 10% trailing stop loss now
here's the thing right sometimes you will get many stock steady breaks out of
the 40 week high so what we're gonna do is we're gonna pick the top 20 stocks
the top 20 stocks that has moved the most over the last 40 weeks right
basically the top 20 stocks with the largest price increase over the last 40
weeks this is how we define momentum right the more and move over the the 40
week period right those are the stocks that we will favour and choose to buy so
other things to take into consideration the transaction cost $10 per trade right
we want to know keep it as close to no reality as possible test universe is all
the stocks in the Russell 3000 index execution is on the market open on a
Monday maximum open positions is 20 positions at one time so let's say we
are having 20 positions in a portfolio another stock gives a buy signal we will
ignore it because we only have a maximum of 20 positions our test period is from
1990 to 2017 about 28 years of back testing data including the dot-com
bubble and the oeid online financial crisis and position size is 5% what this
means right is let's say you have a portfolio of 100k all right
so 5% 100k is $5,000 5k so this means right for every stock that you buy you
can only buy $5,000 worth of stocks so you have 20 stocks right that's where
your 400k is used up all right so that is what I mean by position size 5% so
now let's have a look at the results of this strategy
so as you can see right we took 4630 treats over 28 years the winning rate is
a forty five point eight three percent profit factor is one point five so what
this means right the profit factor is basically right how much return you're
getting for every dollar you risk so let's say you risk a dollar right and
you get back 150 this is a profit factor of 1.5 okay let's say you risk a dollar
and you get back three dollars this is a profit factor of three simple so with
that said and no written we have about twenty three point four seven percent
and no return with a maximum drawdown of fifty three percent so you can see that
this simple strategy beats the market so yes
technical analysis work but but wait right you can see that this NO written
twenty three point four seven is more than double of the S&P 500
maximum drawdown is slightly lesser than the SMP 500 as well and to look at the
results right one on one year one year this is 1990 right this is the results
for you know like for example October November December and end of the year we
made seven percent right for example 2013 right January made two percent 2013
February mid put my minus 0.5 percent 2013 March up 6.5% and at the end of the
year about up forty seven point nine percent so as you can see right clearly
this strategy beats the market clearly technical analysis what so yes
technically Nellis is what but but I want you to think about something right
is that all you need well the answer is no and here's why number one risk
management if you recall earlier okay your maximum drawdown on this strategy
is about fifty three percent and this right is without using any leverage okay
so now imagine if you are using leverage say say use a one to two leverage okay
if you use I want to to leverage now your drawdowns
and your returns will probably you know be almost double so your maximum
drawdown now will pretty much exceed one hundred percent right because now you're
using a leverage of one is to two and you go bust your account go bust
so clearly right you are trading with an age but
you do not have proper risk management okay technical analysis it wouldn't save
you right so this risk management is important even if you know you're
trading with a niche the second thing psychology why do I say that because
imagine this imagine right at this point in time right over here 2002 all right
in me you're down three point nine percent you might think oh it's nothing
right like I can survive looking it's only four percent come on
curry lap to you is here then you down another point five percent in June uh
and by a scratch right I can do this in July
boom negative sixteen percent this is where your psychological mine is kind of
messed I'm like what the beep right I'm down sixteen percent this month plus my
earlier losses I'm down almost 20% what's going on has the strategy stopped
working right but you decided you know just the bite your teeth ain't carry on
the next one you're down another 1% slightly better than the previous one
but still is a down one I really hate trading man what is this all about then
you just hold on you know persevere this discipline follow your rules in the next
month boom down 8.6 percent and you pretty much you know give up right I
surrender right what is this down 30% drawdown or maybe even more alright this
strategy doesn't work right market has changed
the strategy has stopped working and you can see that you are pretty much down a
17.5% for the year okay and at this point in time you read
if you know Tron Tron in power you because from your equity high right to
the lowest point of your drone I think you have probably suffering about a 30%
40% drawdown and you give up and the following year a return of 60% so can
you see that yes you are trading with a niche yes you might apply proper risk
management but if you do not have the right psychology to handle the drawdown
technical analysis isn't gonna save you as well so this is important right the
psychological aspect of trading there you know too many traders neglect so
let's do a quick recap right number one yes
technical analysis it can work and I just shared with you a very simple
momentum strategy that actually beats the market over the last 20 years very
simple strategy even you know a 13 or 14 year old kid
understand but I share with you that you know if you don't apply proper risk
management if you're over leveraged if you're risking too much portrayed right
you will not survive the drawdown that's a fact
another thing is a psychology right you can have the best trading strategy in
the world but if you cannot handle the emotional drawdown it comes with it you
cannot handle the the losses right year- punches that the market is giving you
even a trading strategy with an edge right will not save you as well so
oh by now you can understand it yes right technical analysis can work by in
itself without fundamentals we don't send him an analysis without anything
but you must have the proper risk management and the right trading
psychology okay so with that said right I have come towards the end of this
video if you learn more about we know what I do trading strategies and
techniques right go down to my website over here trading with Rainer calm okay
and you can just scroll down to the bottom right somewhere here I got a
couple of trading books that you can download right in the ultimate
trend-following guide to right massive trends in the market and the ultimate
guide to price action trading so what we've covered earlier is is more of a
trend following like momentum trading so if you are if you're more of a
discretionary trader alright you learn more about you know
market structure support resistance right then the ultimate guide to price
action trading is for you click on this blue button and I'll send it to your
inbox so with that said right I have come towards the end of this video any
feedback comment let me know it in the comment section below and if you've
enjoyed this video hit the like button boom right and subscribe to my youtube
channel so you can get more of such videos every single week so with that's
it I wish you good luck and good trading I'll talk to you soon

Dean's Video Newsletter - Farewell - Duration: 6:53.Welcome to this edition of the Dean's Video Newsletter. As many of you know I'll
be moving on to a new position with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research on
October the 1st so this will be my last video newsletter to all of you. And
what I'd like to say at the outset of this is a huge thank you to a great
number of individuals. The problem is that if I try and go through all of
those individuals it's going to be impossible and I will miss so many of
you that have been valuable to moving this forward. So, I think what I'd rather
do is spend a couple of minutes and think about the things that we should be
celebrating as a School that we've achieved, not just in the last eight
years, but really in the last couple of decades under the variety of leaderships
that we've had. And then perhaps maybe just a minute or two about where things
are moving, as we go forward because I really do believe that the School is
extremely well positioned now to move forward. I think we're moving into a very
interesting time that will be challenging but you know the old saying,
"may you be blessed to live in challenging times,." So, first off the thank-yous to
everybody. This has been undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable experiences of my
life to do this. It's been a great challenge, and I've been surrounded by
people who are consummate professionals in moving this forward. So whether you
think about what we've been able to do in creating a new curriculum, what we're
doing and creating the overarching new curriculum that looks at
competency-based from day one right through to today you retire, to the
changes on the financial programming that we've done, the list goes on and on.
If you think about the number of individuals that we've recruited as new
faculty, all of whom have peer-reviewed funding, that's an amazing track record
as we go forward. Think about the new facilities that we've put together, these
facilities would not have happened without an incredible amount of help
from everybody coming to the table. So whether it's the new research facilities
that are going to start going up this fall, the building for family medicine
public health, which is functioning beautifully, or even the new laboratories
that we've built. Every one of those has taken us as a team to move it forward. So,
while a lot of the things that we're looking at and a lot of people are
talking to me right now and saying you've done a wonderful job for all of
it. But it actually isn't that I've done a wonderful job, it's actually as a team
we've done this, and I couldn't be more proud of it.
From that vantage this is my chance to say thank you to everybody. The second thank you I
really want to say is to the alumni, and how much work that you've done to
support us as we go forward, and i know that we're going to be asking you to
support us a great deal more as we start our new buildings and facilities coming
along. It's the next evolution of the School. You are all immensely proud of
the School - you tell me that every time we meet - so this is our opportunity to
take that to another level even further. So again thank you to all of you folks.
There are some challenging times coming forward, and those those times aren't
going to be different no matter where you are in this country. We cannot
continue to exist in the fiscal environment that we do, all you have to
do is look at our national debt, or look at our provincial debt structure, and
it'll be immediately clear that we are going to have to start to watch
carefully how costs are escalated as we run academic institutions. That's
going to present challenges, but again challenges are nothing more than
opportunities to really look at how we do things better and more efficiently
over time. Over the course of the last six months
this school has collectively been working very hard to come up with new
approaches to running the fiscal ship here. But it's not all about money.
If that's all that this was then it would just be an administrative job. The
things that are coming forward are really innovative with how do we teach?
how do we work within a distributed system? What is science going to
look like as we move forward and how do we really bring the new generation of
researchers fully on stream into health research in Canada? And I think that's
going to be a really interesting challenge. Which then brings me to the
last little piece, and it's a question that I get asked a great deal and that
is, "so why take on this new job at the CIHR now, with all the things that are
happening going forward?" And I can tell you it was not without a great deal
of discussion with my family, with colleagues, and long hours of thinking
about it. But here's what it comes down to. First off I love this School and I
love this University. This was never about leaving here. The question becomes,
what can I do to help for the next generation
of scientists and researchers to have the kind of career that I've had? So that
when I started off in my residency training, and made it very clear that I
was not interested in becoming a clinician-scientist. Many of my
colleagues will remember that. So how do you move from not being interested in
being a clinician-scientist, to leading Canada's health care research
organization in a career? It's because the opportunities were there and
it's because individuals supported me as mentors, it's because I saw what an
exciting career could be and I loved every minute of it, and still do to this
day. And that's been a gift that's been given to me by the MRC at the time when
it was CIHR as it evolved to. Other funding organizations,
whether it be national or international, mentors people that I looked up to, other
researchers that would come to the lab and say, can I help out if I've got a
problem. I have enjoyed all of that as my career, and quite simply as I
tell to all of our students when I get a chance to talk to them about leadership,
it's about giving back. It's about taking the time to say, okay I've had that
experience, I understand what the issues and the problems are, I come from a
strong research community, and so how do we help to move things forward in this
country from a research point of view? And I say "we" because as just as we did
here, it will be a team effort, and so my challenge and going into the new
position is how do I help move research forward in Canada so that it is seen as
the exciting career and life that I've had, and that it can be supported. And so
that's the reason. I thought that there were things that I could do to help in
this country that would benefit the next generation of researchers to have the
kind of career that I've had and it's as simple as that.
There's no other reason. So how do I get to all of that? It's because of what I
talked about in the beginning. I've had such a great experience here over the
last twenty eight years but in particular the last eight years in my
role as Dean. This is undoubtedly the best job in Canada and I'm leaving it at
a time when I can move on to help, not because I want to leave.
So with that, I hope to see many of you again in the future
and again thank you to all of you for this, and I wish you nothing but the best.
you

MY BRIGHTER IMAGE LAB HONEST REVIEW! Must See RESULTS! - Duration: 8:00.all right so well let's just jump into it my name is Mrs. Bowens and this is my
review for Brighter Image Lab press-on veneers okay let's first start with the
price I bought both the top arch as well as the bottom arch for a grand total of
$1045 I called online and I don't know if it
was the day the particular day that I caught but I did receive a discount
which I'm knocked my price down by a couple hundred dollars so that was great
ok now let's start with their customer service their customer service is
excellent by far one of the best customer service companies that I've
ever had the pleasure of dealing with they got back with me they responded
extremely quickly through emails they also gave me phone calls to let me know
how my veneers were coming along their customer service was so great that
I actually wound up sending in a gift of Shari's Berries to one particular lady
who helped me out and she basically expedited my process through you know
the phone calls the following up the checking in the emails and everything like that she was just
excellent Bil Watson is excellent and he definitely
chose and picked and hired the best team of people that he possibly could
that's my experience and no one can take that away from me I'm sticking to my
guns on that now let's get to the teeth
I received my veneer kit to create the mold three days after my phone call
to call in and buy them and I believe that yeah three yeah in in about three
days I received my kit I shipped out my mold back to the company
and oh man I got my molds back in like 15-16 days man amazing man this company
is amazing so right now let's get into the fitting of
the veneers this here is my top arch I'm going to put that in the bottom
cheese you see that
now my honest opinion I absolutely love the craftsmanship of the teeth but I am
having problems with the top arch it keeps falling down and I believe that's
because the teeth or excuse me the veneers are extremely big compared to my
original teeth which makes it not fit into my own so my critique on that would
be to make them a little bit more smaller to make the teeth smaller so
that they would be able to fit my own as well as the back making the molars
smaller more comfy more snug against my own so that they would be able to fit
and click in because right now they keep falling down when I speak now the bottom
ones are perfect and actually let me show you you can slide out they crafted
these exactly to the pinpoint of how my my bottom arch is now as you can see my
bottom arch goes off like to the right that's just how my teeth are made and they
got that perfect and these snap in they're so snug they fit comfortably they are
amazing and I love the overall look of them like that I was actually expecting them
to not get the bottom arch as consistent and for them to be more consistent with
the top because my bottom arch is kind of weird but surprisingly so it's the top
arch but regardless I love the craftsmanship of them they're beautiful
they're white no one can tell I can drink with them and I haven't tried
eating with them I more so have these as a
cosmetic it's more so than I have them as like eating and all that other stuff
it's not really my thing so I just want to look good now when I first got the
top arch the top arch it fit it was okay it fit well enough I was just so excited
to have first got them so you know I was like yay yay my teeth are here my teeth are here but
after wearing them for a few more days and drinking with them I guess you know
it messed up the fit kind of so you know not that the fit was that snug to begin with
but because customer service is so amazing and the people
there are amazing Bil Watson himself is an amazing man and he runs an
amazing company I have no worries on you know that process I actually called and
spoke to a representative and she said that she'll send my my new veneer kit
you know in through the mail so that I can be able to make my top arch over again and
I have faith that these people you know they're everything that they say they
are and they really take a lot of pride in their work and in their craft so no
worries no problem there I come across a lot of videos online where you know
people aren't as satisfied and they haven't had a very good customer service
experience I don't know if this because they were nasty but you know you
you know you treat people the way that you would like to be treated
you can't call and be nasty be mean have a crazy evil disposition and then expect
for people to you know accept that you know we have to treat each other with
love kindness and respect and if we want to receive it back I don't know what the
case was I'm just putting it out there and saying that you know people have a job
too and you know you have to let these people do their job and be courteous to
them it works so like I said I love my veneers I'm just the only
reason why I'm sending back the top arch is to get a more precise fit
against my own mouth so I can be able to fully function with them
but other than that that is my honest opinion my honest review of customer
service of the product of everything dealing with Brighter Image Lab and I
hope everybody's experience is as well as mine and I will be making a follow up
video on you know my my newer arch and how it looks how it feels and everybody
if you have any comments questions concerns whatever just comment below and
subscribe to Brighter Image Lab and you know press-on veneers teeth whitening
they're amazing they're excellent this is my honest opinion I'm an everyday
person like you so like I said I'll be back with an update and I look
forward to talking to you guys again alrighty bye bye
