hey guys so in this video I'm going to be answering the question does

intermittent fasting increase or decrease testosterone so intamin fasting

is basically eating for a certain period of the day and fasting or not eating for

another period of the day and how long you do this depends on what kind of

intimate and fasting schedule you're doing now there are a lot of potential

benefits of intamin fasting but the primary reason why people do it is for

fat loss for the simple fact that it's much more difficult to overeat when

you're eating less frequent meals during the day now if you type in intimate

fasting and testosterone on google there are a ton of articles and videos with

varying opinions on whether intamin fasting actually increases testosterone

and the farm majority of these articles and claims say that intimate bossing

boosts and increases testosterone but I'm here to tell you that based on the

best evidence we currently have today this is actually incorrect so if we look

at one study it was done over eight weeks

it used resistance trained males and it compared to groups they were both

consuming the same amount of food doing the same workouts so the only variable

which was changed was one group was doing enzmann fasting and the other one

wasn't so what they found by the end of the study is that the group who were

doing intimate fasting for days per week had lower testosterone levels

significantly lower testosterone levels and higher cortisol levels so based on

this study and we don't really have any other ones as good testosterone seems to

decrease with people doing in Xiamen fossum at least resistance train males

and a calorie deficit now the good news for all of you that are doing intamin

fasting because I know a lot of you are including myself is that body

composition was the same between both groups that means both groups maintain

the same amount of muscle they lost the same amount of fat their performance in

the gym wasn't statistically significantly different so

overall what matters which is your results was the same so what this

basically means is that intimate fasting may decrease your testosterone slightly

but since you're getting the same results it doesn't really matter you

know it's not the biggest deal in the world so it's it's nothing to overthink

and your decision as to whether you do intimate fasting shouldn't be based on

whether it increases or decreases your testosterone but rather it should be

based on whether intimate fasting allows you to live the healthiest lifestyle

consistently and sustainably because that's gonna be the most important thing

when you think about your goals and what you want to achieve long-term so many of

the articles out there that say that enzmann fasting increase testosterone

will use flawed logic for example many people will know that of the study which

showed that short-term intamin fasting increase growth hormone by 2,000 percent

so many people will say intimate fasting increases growth hormone by two thousand

percent therefore it's better for building muscle and losing fat growth

hormone also has a positive relationship with testosterone meaning when growth

hormone levels are high testosterone tends to be high so what people will do

is take the evidence that shows that growth hormone increases when people

fast and say that testosterone levels must be higher when you fast because of

this but this is making a big assumption because you're not basing it on a study

which actually looked at testosterone levels like the eight-week study on the

resistance trained males if you think about intermittent fasting from an

evolutionary perspective it makes sense that intamin fasting wouldn't increase

testosterone if there's a scarcity of food then the last thing you want to be

doing your body wants to be doing is procreating because if there's a

scarcity of food that means the chances of survival for yourself and your

offspring is going to be decreased so the last thing your body wants to do

there's gonna be two procreate with a deficit in energy when you eat a ton of

food your testosterone goes up it's a stress on the body intermittent fasting

will increase cortisol now there are many things that increase cortisol like

coffee like doing a heavy deadlift and these things aren't necessarily bad you

know what's bad is chronically elevated cortisol so acutely elevated cortisol

small doses of strength like exercise or fasting that can be good it's a whole

netic stress because your body is going to adapt to that stress and become

stronger because of it long-term stresses are bad so although intamin

fasting may increased cortisol it's not necessarily a bad thing because of that

because it's a positive stress on the body your body's gonna get stronger

because of it like I alluded to before there are definitely some limitations to

the study such as the length of the study also we have to consider the fact

that there were in a calorie deficit if they were consuming more food perhaps

the results would be different but I think it's incorrect and dishonest to

say that intamin fasting increases testosterone when the best study

available we have shows the opposite something else to consider is the fact

that some studies have shown that in spend fasting increases androgen

insensitivity so basically what this means is that your androgen receptors

are more sensitive to testosterone and this means that you can get more out of

less testosterone so the decrease in testosterone may not even be that

significant because you're able to get more out of less your body's more

efficient at using it so that's something to consider as well but

definitely more research needs to be done on this but what is clear is that

you can do intermittent fasting you don't have to do intermittent fasting

that's based on your preferences because most of your results are simply going to

come from the total amount of food you eat the type of foods you're eating and

honestly what you can just do on a consistent basis that's what's going to

10 Minute 3 Pass Straight Razor Shave WTG-XTG-ATG - Duration: 11:08.

Greetings Gents! I'm Geofatboy for ShaveNation.com Have you ever heard

anybody say that it takes too long to shave with a straight razor? Well once

you become proficient you should be able to complete a two or three pass shave

within five to ten minutes so let's see if we can't do that right now! I'm going

to use the Shave Nation King Cutter by Böker made in Germany, Solingen Germany

and it's a five eight round point straight razor if you want to pick up

this razor click the link under the video where it says show more along with

these other items. I'll also use the shaving cream which is Taylor of Old

Bond Street Jermyn Street which is designed for sensitive skin. I've got my brush

my Shave Nation Lava Red brush it's soaking in this marble cup of hot water

just shake the bulk of the water off of it and then we can go directly into the

TOBS Jermyn Street and start mixing the lather. You can see there's a little bit

of suds coming up around the sides already. This shaving cream doesn't have

a very strong scent it's a mild scent most likely because it is designed for

sensitive skin they don't want to put a lot of ingredients in there that might

irritate your skin so that's the reason it's got very little scent to it. Okay

I'll warm up the face real quick just splash a little more hot water

start applying the cream. My opinion is if you're gonna make a shaving video, you

want to have something to shave off so I've got a three or four day beard

growth here so we can see how this razor actually works.

The figure eight method, smooth everything out. Let's Clear The Runways so we can see

those sideburns. Straight razor always dry the fingers-any sharp object always

dry the fingers! All right here's the razor

it's a Shave Nation King Cutter made by Böker in Solingen Germany. It's a five

eight blade-thickness of the blade is five eight, round point, very easy to

navigate around your face. The blade is not too large not too small. We had

this razor made because I recommend this razor as a starting razor because it's

the perfect size carbon steel is easy to sharpen it's an excellent razor! So I

will start to fingers in the front, two in the back, and I'll start out on my

sideburn I'm going to cut that just tilt slightly outward and we'll work our way

down there you go can see it takes it off very easily and quickly so I'll just

stretch my skin by bringing my jaw down. Right hand right side of the face.

Very nice! You can see that stubble. and rinse that now I'll switch to the left

hand for the left side of the face to cut the sideburn. This is my toughest

area of my beard both sides of the goatee.

now the right side of the chin-right hand right side of the chin left hand left

side of the chin. Now the mustache area-right hand just scoop right under the nose.

The straight razor is great for getting in under there. Left side same way.

Left side left hand. Scoop under.

A slight rinse and then we'll re-lather with the shaving cream.

Clear The Runways once again so we can see those sideburns okay now we'll hold the

razor like a Japanese or a Kamisori style razor against the grain. Right

hand left side of the neck, left hand right side of the neck. Now we'll go across

the green starting under the mustache at a bit of an angle.

You can puff out your cheek by inflating some air in there.

Clean out that cleft a little bit.

Now the left side. Left and left side.

Inflate the cheek

Okay very nice! Let's rinse that off.

Lets re-lather for a third pass I'll just do the cheeks because I've gone against the grain on

my neck so don't need to do that again. Got that nice and clean.

Now the right hand on the left side and just upside down like this this.

This will get your cheeks nice and smooth. Super smooth. This is my Shave Nation Wide Stick Alum Block

I'll just wet that, and then I can rub my fingers on that and that will help me

grip my skin like so. Even with soap on my fingers and the skin It will still

help you grip it.

And you can line up your sideburn perfectly that way too.

A final rinse with warm water and then cold water. Let's Pat the face dry. Since I used the

Jermyn Street shaving cream, I'm going to layer it up with the Jermyn Street

aftershave. This is the Jermyn Street collection alcohol-free aftershave for sensitive skin.

I'll apply that right to the face. Very light. Not a very strong

scent again for the sensitive skin. So here's a final look at the razor as you

can see I went from a four day growth down to baby smooth like glass no

problem whatsoever. No nicks, no cuts. So once you become proficient with the

straight razor, you get a few shaves under your belt your muscle-memory kicks

in. It's not a problem getting a complete shave within 5 or 10 minutes. Again here

H&M versus GAP. We asked people in Japan you can see GAP didn't get

a single vote. That might be because the generation we were interviewing

doesn't quite have the money yet to go shopping at GAP.

What other said, Gap is more for people who have kids because they have

a kids selection. Also it's more expensive than H&M.

Another thing, H&M is doing a lot of fun collaborations

for example with Namie Amuro who is a famous singer here in Japan.

In the constellation of the Scorpio, it is called the star Alniyat or Sigma Scorpii (Sig Sco), located just north-east of the red giant Antares. It is the 8th bright star of the Scorpio constellation.

It is also used for the name Tau Scorpii. These two stars are located on both sides of Antares. Sigma Scorpii is distinguished by the names of "Alniyat I" and Tau Scorpii "Alniyat II".

Alniyat or Al Niyati النياط (an-niyāţ) means "the arteries" in Arabic. Antares called as "heart of scorpion" also, two stars is called Alniyat, like the two main veins of heart.

In Chinese, 心宿 (Xīn Xiù), meaning Heart, refers to an asterism consisting of Sigma Scorpii, Antares and Tau Scorpii. Consequently, Sigma Scorpii itself is known as 心宿一 (Xīn Xiù yī), "the First Star of Heart".

The indigenous Boorong people of northwestern Victoria in Australia saw this star and Tau Scorpii as wives of Djuit (Antares)

Because of Sigma Scorpii is a variable star (Beta Cephei type), the different accounts about the distance give different results. However, its distance from 500 to 650 light years can be said to be.

It is a multiple star system. The "Aa1" star with the dominant brightness is also the star seen with the naked eye. Aa1 is referred to as the spectroscopic binary with the star named "Aa2". So it is not optically observable.

The spectroscopic binary are detemined by the "Doppler affect", and its period around each other is calculated 33 days. Aa1 star "B1 III" (blue giant), Aa2 star "B1 V" (blue dwarf) is defined as, but there are different definitions in the sources.

Sig Sco Aa1 is 13.5 times the mass of the Sun and 8.95 times the diameter. Sig Sco Aa2 is 8.7 times the mass of the Sun and 3.9 times the diameter. The double shines in blue with a surface temperature of ~ 24,000 Kelvin.

The absolute magnitude of Sig Sco Aa1 star is -4.12, and the absolute magnitude of Sig Sco Aa2 star is -3.32.

System's combined apparent magnitude varies between +2,86 and +2,94. The period of change of the brightness of the system, which is defined as Beta Cephei changing star, is 8 days.

Orbiting this binary at a separation of half an arcsecond, or at least 120 Astronomical units (AU), four times the Sun–Neptune distance, is the magnitude +5.2 Sigma Scorpii Ab, which has an orbital period of over a hundred years.

Even farther out at 20 arcseconds, or more than 4500 AU, is Sigma Scorpii B with a magnitude of +8.7. It is classified as a B9 dwarf.

Alniyat's light is ldimmed by interstellar dust by over a magnitude. Absorption of starlight by the dust also "reddens" the star, making a naturally blue-white star look a rather dulled yellow-white.

The age of the system is approximately 12 million years. Due to the excess of fusion in the core due to their excess mass, the star emits 20-30 thousand times more energy than the Sun, thus quickly completing the fuel required for fusion and completing life with a supernova.

At the first the spectroscopic binary stars in the center and then the lives of the other two stars it is expected that they will die by leaving the neutron star behind.

coming through the gates and after seeing all your videos, to just be finally

here, so thanks for the invite. You're very, very welcome. So Hugh has an amazing gardening

channel called HuwsNursery. If you're not familiar with his channel, why not?

But if you're not, I leave a link up there. And so I've invited Huw down and we

tried to arrange this a couple of times, I'm very I couldn't do it, Huw couldn't do it,

but we've finally got our act together and it's been great. Huw's had a look

around, he's done a bit of filming, and then

later on today we're heading out for a trip, a day trip. Because why not? It's a beautiful

day as well. So Huw would you like to tell everybody about

your channel? Yeah, so I started my channel when I was 12. I was really bored

basically and it was summer holidays and when you live far away from any of your

friends, there's nothing really you can do. So I thought I'd go out into the

garden because I grew up with it. And since then I've probably made about 350

videos just teaching people how they can grow their own food at home organically.

And since then I just passed 90,000 subscribers

and turning 20 in January, but I've decided it's not go to uni and to pursue

the joys of being out in the garden. Brilliant brilliant! And Huw was telling

me earlier on he took a permaculture design certificate. When did you take

that? I did that in November of last year. Brilliant and who was that with? That was

with Aranya, and it was just really good. And what what amazed me about the

permaculture design course is that it teaches you all about the principles of

permaculture and how you can use thinking and observation to make your

garden just be a lot more efficient. But the thing about using things, like swales

and berms, is that you're just learning how

nutrients and water moves through the garden and how you can minimize the

amount of effort you need to put in and then hopefully, at the end of the day,

you're growing better produce. Yeah, so I was talking to you about in the duck

area, where we've got a pond at the moment that we made.

I spent the last year or so watching how the water flows down the land and

we've now started making a hunt which is called a berm, but

basically a hump on the ground and we're just dumping lots and lots of weeds

there, are things that we're happy to rot down, And we'll then dig out a pond,

put it up on the hump, so as the water comes down the hill (it's very gentle slope)

it'll land in the pond. And then we're going to be able to grow things on that

raised bits on the berm. We're going to put in fruit trees and fruit bushes and

just hope that ducks don't have an all-you-can-eat buffet every single day!

So one of the basic things that you first learn about permaculture is the

idea of observing. So you've had the pond for about a year and a half and in that

time it's given you a perfect opportunity to look at how water systems

flow. And I think one of the bright sides, the benefits of having this extreme

weathers of winds, storms and droughts as you get a much better sense about how

your area, how your zones, cope with the different kind of extreme weathers. And

then, with that, through design, you can design a system which then works in

favor of these extreme elements. Which means that you then build a resilience

to it. And it's that idea of building resilience which is going to help you

for the long term. So it's really spending a bit of time and being patient

to observe things, but then you have a much better understanding, so you're far

less likely to end up 2 or 3 years down the road after, maybe, doing a lot of

earthworks and thinking 'ah this isn't in the optimal place'. Yes, much better to watch first and do all that

work only once. Shall we go and see what they're talking about? Yes.

Both Huw and I grow all our food in raised beds and there's a really good

reason for that, isn't there? Yeah, we basically don't have

a very good depth of topsoil. Mine is probably about that deep and when you see people like

Tony from UK Here We Grow with a very, I'm just so envious,

Because when he was planting your white currants it was just amazing. And that's why

we have to do raised beds because we've got to build an actual soil level if

there isn't one there. So the farmer is out cutting the fields again, so you'll have

to just excuse the the noise that appears every now and then, but I'm

really pleased that he's being able to get another cutting of that grass! So

when we moved here and I started trying to dig down into the ground, well, I broke

a spade or two trying to get down. We've got a very thin layer of clay followed

by quite a lot of, what is effectively, just a beach, with a vast number of

stones and pebbles in it. So the water pools on the top of a clay, but when it

does get through, it then drains away really quickly and to be able to grow

all the food that want to grow, the best thing to do was to put it in raised beds.

which is what you've done. What do you fill your raised beds with?

Well, we get a almost endless supply of mole hills, so we think 'hey we didn't

have to dig up any of the soil' so the mole hills do all of the hard work for

us, because it's just such a pain trying to get any of it. So you know, there are

some stones in it, it's not going to be perfect, it never is but we'll do a

load of soil and then we'll put on a load of compost. And we used to have cows but,

because of things like TB testing, it just didn't make sense for a family to

keep two or three cows so we decided unfortunately.

It isn't as easy for us to get something to fill our raised beds, but

fortunately we do know some farmers around us and can get some cow manure

and do it that way. But if you see some of my videos, you'll see that quite a few of

our raised beds do have a lot of stones in them, but that really doesn't affect

the growing, maybe if you have a massive brick or something in it! So

don't worry about having this perfect looking soil because plants really

aren't that fussed. Well you know what I do - sometimes the farm, the field next

door which isn't ours, suddenly has about one or two hundred molehills,

so I'll just casually take a wheelbarrow, over, fill it up, walk back, 'Oh look Dad, I found some soil!'

Huw has really kindly offered to move as many with chips as I would like.

I think that was a bit of a rash, a rash offer, but he's going to bring them and

dump them in the area behind me here, so as I create more the food forest

going further back there, I've got the wood chips just here ready to use.

So while Huw is here I'm also going to ask him to harvest a couple of

the squashes.

It's not bad Liz - pretty good!

reunions I'd like to see in season 8.

Without waiting any longer, let's see my remaining top 5 reunions.

5) Gendry and Arya

After Mycah's death & Ned's execution, Arya hadn't made any new friends, except

for Gendry and Hot pie.

Remember last year, I discussed in my "Who will Arya meet at the Inn" video, about

how Arya thought Gendry is dead, and with Hot Pie being her only friend left alive,

she would go to meet Hot pie after she returns to Westeros?

When Melisandre took Gendry away, Arya thought Gendry was dead.

And Gendry probably also thinks that Arya is dead.

It would be really exciting to see their faces when they'll see each other again and will

realize, that all three of them have survived.

Being a huge Arya fan, I'm dying to watch this moment.

4) Jon, Sam and Bran

I know I cheated on this one, but the reason I am most excited to see this reunion is because

Sam and Bran know the truth about Jon now.

Jon last saw Sam before he sent him to the Citadel, and he last saw Bran before he joined

the Night's watch.

Also, the reason I didn't put Bran and Jon reunion higher on the list is because there

wasn't any surprise element left.

Jon already knew that Bran was in Winterfell even before he went beyond the wall.

Jon has lived his whole life thinking his mother might have been a whore and even though

he dreamt about becoming a lord, he didn't think he deserved it because he was a basrtard.

I wanna see Jon's reaction once he realizes he is not really a bastard, but a trueborn

son and the heir to the Iron Throne and that he slept with his Aunt Dany?

3) Dany and Viserion

When Dany went to save Jon and his team beyond the wall, the Night King threw an Ice Spear

through Viserion and killed him.

I've already discussed how the Night King had set a trap for Dany and her dragons in

my "Is the Night King a Greenseer" video?

I also discussed questions like why the Night King went after Viserion instead of Drogon

or Rhaegal etc. in my Season 7/8 Q&A videos.

Viserion was killed so suddenly and Dany had to escape from there in a hurry and then had

to help prepare for the Great War, that there was no time to see her grieving for her dead

child.

Or maybe she is trying not to deal with it by busying herself in various distractions

like love and war etc.

But once she sees Viserion as a wight?

I think that moment will be equally amazing and heart breaking at once.

2) Jon and Arya

Did I mention I am a huge fan of Arya?

As you already know, Arya is my most favourite character in the show.

Jon and Arya last met in season 1 where Jon gave Arya her sword "Needle".

I LOVED Jon and Arya's relationship in the books, especially when they had thoughts like

this, "Arya never seemed to fit, no more than he had... yet she could always make Jon

smile.

He would give anything to be with her now, to muss up her hair once more and watch her

make a face, to hear her finish a sentence with him."

It will be their first meeting since Jon gave her Needle in season 1 and left for the wall.

The reason I didn't put it on number 1 was because of the surprise element.

If Jon hadn't known Arya was in Winterfell and then there was a reunion, that would have

been priceless.

But as we saw in season 7, Jon got the raven which informed him that Bran and Arya were

alive, and his reaction wasn't one of my favourites, even if he was worried about the

Night King and his army, which were still beyond the wall at that time.

But despite all that I'd still like to see this reunion.

Like Sansa had told Arya, when Jon meets her, his heart will probably stop..

Honourable Mentions - Gendry and Melissandre, Arya and Melissandre, Tyrion and Sansa,

Ghost and Nymeria, Jaime and Bran.

1) Jon and the Night King The whole series from the beginning has been

heading towards this epic moment.

The Starks have been saying for thousands of years that "Winter is coming."

And Winter aka the Great War aka the long Night come again is here.

The last time Jon and the Night king met, they had locked eyes when Jon was fleeing

with the black brothers and the wildlings.

Jon had lost the battle at that time.

But now, Jon has Dany and her Dragons on his side.

And we'll probably get Lightbringer in season 8 too.

IMO, this will be the most awesome reunion of season 8.

So, these were my top 10 reunions I wanna see in season 8.

I am just a 20-year-old guy who always wanted to make movies

To put back(To hand) in context, however far I remember it in the history(story) of my life

I always wanted to create

I realized my first short film at 14 years old

It spoke about an old magician who taught to a young magician to fight a bad magician

it sucked

There is no doubt about it

But I've love doing it, and afterward I kept creating

but I have some problems

Problem 1: the productivity

I needed several months to make a video moderately successful and moderately appreciated

2 : staging

I was afraid of passing in front of(coming before) the camera and of showing myself in my videos

It terrified me

The judgment of others terrified me

and 3

I knew that I could never make of this passion a real job(business)

I had to stop dreaming about an unrealistic future

And begin to find something else of my life

but ... this was my dream!

I just wanted to make movies

We arrive now at the disruptive element of this video, you

I discovered you thanks to this video

That of your flight(theft) of Dubai to New York in first class

At present the video the most seen of your channel

It is there that I discovered your channel and that I began to follow your videos

I love watch your videos, you have a way of created which fascinates me

But the one who really affected(touched) me, who made me question me

it's this one :

This video I could look at her(it) lasting days without tiring me

With this video and so many others, you reformatted my brain

You allowed me to see farther that what everybody said on the creation

You allowed me to open my spirit to other forms of creativity more simple, but so effective

Suddenly all my problems had disappeared, they were annihilated

You learnt me to face(to deal with) my problems

And to eradicate them for good

I cannot stop(arrest) as long as I would not have made a success of my dream

I do not have to find something else to do of my life, I know what I want to do

And I shall fight until my last breath to arrive there

Today I am only at the beginning of my adventure

And I do not certainly plan to stop(arrest) tomorrow

You do not know me, and I know you only through your videos

But I wanted to tell you thank you

Because it is these videos, that I have look an hundred times

Which(Who) gave me the strength not to remain motionless in front of my situation, but to move me so that it evolves

Your words inspired me and motivated me to create videos of which I am proud today
