The next MCU film coming up the pipeline is none other than Captain Marvel; a movie shrouded
in mystery, but based on the details we already know, has a ton of potential to shake up the
MCU and set up some interesting stakes for the showdown with Thanos in the upcoming Avengers
4.
So naturally, people have a lot of ideas about what the movie will entail, and how Carol
Danvers will be brought into the fray.
Today, we're exploring some of these ideas with our list of the top 10 captain marvel
fan theories.
And of course, there's a ton of MCU spoilers in this video, especially for Infinity War
and Ant-Man and the Wasp.

But now, onto the Captain Marvel fan theories!
10 Captain Marvel will Wield the Gauntlet This theory suggests that Captain Marvel will
be capable of welding the infinity gauntlet.
Marvel Studios has revealed that Captain Marvel will be the strongest superhero in the MCU
that we've seen yet.
So what are the chances that she'd be able to wield the gauntlet?
Well, our heroes need to reverse Thanos' actions somehow, and for some speculators,
Captain Marvel is the Avengers best bet when it comes to someone capable of wielding power
that immense.
That being said, there's also a very convincing theory that suggests the Avengers will be
working together to travel back in time and create their own Infinity Gauntlet in order
to strip Thanos of his powers.
If that's the case, Carol would be a good candidate to wield it, although many think
that Tony Stark is destined to do it.
9 Nick Fury Loses His Eye Ever since he was first introduced in the
MCU, Nick Fury has had that eye patch on his face.
Over the years, we've gotten a glimpse of what it looks like under there, and it ain't
pretty.
Clearly a battle wound.
In the comics, Fury's lost eye is explained as being the result of a shrapnel injury during
World War 2, which caused him to lose his eye sight in that eye over the years.
But the MCU on the other hand hasn't offered up an explanation yet, leading most people
to believe that we'll get to see how it happens in Captain Marvel's film.
Captain Marvel will be set in the 1990's, and Fury will be in it, making it the perfect
opportunity to show audiences how that went down, and to create a backstory bond between
him and Danvers.
From the first Captain Marvel trailer that's been released, it looks as if Nick and Carol
may go rogue, with him dressed down in civilian clothes and seemingly taking her into empty
SHIELD medical facilities to examine Skulls (if that interpretation
is correct).
8 The Doctor Strange Connection A very popular theory about the Captain Marvel
film is that Doctor Strange will make a cameo in it, time travelling back to speak to her
in order to put his plan in motion for defeating Thanos.
But how can he do that without the time stone, having handed it over to Thanos?
Some people believe that when Strange was looking through those 14 million 605 realities,
seeing that there was only one possible chance for victory, he used the time stone to quickly
time travel through astral projection to contact Captain Marvel.
Despite its popularity, it seems that Strange would likely do something else with his time.
It also doesn't really make sense narratively to have both Strange and Fury contact Captain
Marvel, unless there's another purpose for Strange contacting Danvers that isn't just
a call for aid.
7 The Other Timelines One theory from a redditor named Mattster00
dives deeper into the 14 million plus realities that Doctor Strange looked into while hanging
out on Titan prior to fighting Thanos.
It suggests that because Nick Fury managed to use the space beeper to contact Captain
Marvel before getting dusted, that's the key moment that will save all of the galaxy;
in other realities, Fury wasn't able to get to the beeper in time to contact her,
and her presence will be critical if Thanos is to be defeated in Avengers 4.
This also suggests that Captain Marvel is the one who will defeat Thanos; something
that the Captain Marvel to her prior, Mar-Vell, was able to do in the past prior to Thanos
getting his mitts on the Infinity Gauntlet.
That being said, he's got the Infinity Gauntlet, so Captain Marvel and the rest of the team
better have a pretty substantial plan in order to take him on.
On the flip side, while this theory is probable, it kind of seems like that Strange looked
through all of the possible outcomes for the battle that takes place in Infinity War, rather
than its aftermath and the attempts to reverse and correct the damage caused.
6 Vormir & The Soul Stone - UPDATED According to Marvel Studios, Captain Marvel
is "very much a cosmic film that also has earthbound elements."
Considering it's plot will revolve around the Kree-Skrull war, it wouldn't be surprising
to see the movie start off on Earth and then venture out further into the galaxy.
Carol's origin in the comics has her gaining her powers when an explosion goes off that
bonds her DNA with Kree DNA thanks to Mar-Vell.
We also know we'll be seeing the return of two now deceased Kree characters, Ronan
the Accuser and Korath the Pursuer.
But this theory is concerned with something else that is within Kree territory, and wasn't
full explained or explored in the Infinity War film; Vormir.
Leading up to Infinity War there was a lot of debate about where on Earth, or rather,
the galaxy, the Soul Stone was hidden.
Turns out it was on Vormir; a planet that's pretty obscure in the comics and home to lizard-esque
creatures that were only but a blip in the adventures of the Avengers in the 70's.
But the interesting thing about Vormir, as pointed out by website The Wrap, is that it's
located in Kree space in the Large Magellanic Cloud, which would put it within range of
where Carol Danvers will likely end up in her film.
In Avengers issue 124, where the lizard worm creature appears, named Star Stalker, we get
a lengthy bit of dialogue with it describing its story, explaining that it visited a planet
where Kree had exiled "pacifist political dissidents", and the planets description
matches up pretty well with what we saw on Vormir in Infinity War.
They're known as the Priests of Pama.
All in all, pretty obscure stuff, but considering Marvel Studios already used Vormir in the
first place, hey, there could be ties there.
This theory suggests that perhaps the origin of how the Soul Stone got there will be revealed
in the Captain Marvel film, and might even tie in how Red Skull ended up there, too.
We also know that we'll be on the Kree planet Hala for part of the film, too, so perhaps
a connection might lie there.
5 The Quantum Realm There's a lot of theories out there attempting
to explain where Captain Marvel has been in between when her feature film takes place
and now.
There's been a whole lot of crazy things go down on Earth, but none of which she was
present for.
Being the strongest superhero to enter the MCU, you think she would've been able to
lend a hand during the Battle of New York, right?
Well, this theory suggests that she's been a bit preoccupied with the Quantum Realm,
and that's where she's been for the last few decades.
In Ant-Man and the Wasp, we learnt that the Quantum Realm has different levels to its
plane of existence; Janet was rescued from the Wastelands being the Void.
So we can assume that it sort of operates in a circular way; the deeper you get into
the Realm, the more the laws of reality cease to exist.
The quantum physicist consultant for Marvel, Dr Spiros Michalakis, noted that, I quote,
"there are different ways that some of these ideas appear on screen in a few years.
Not just for Ant-Man but also for Captain Marvel and all of the Marvel Cinematic Universe."
Ant-Man and the Wasp also proved that theres a way to transmit signals into the Quantum
Realm and communicate; a detail that could be essential
to understanding how Fury could communicate with her when she's so far away.
Hank Pym did used to work for SHIELD after all, so there's no doubt that his technology,
minus his particles, would still be put to good use at SHIELD by the time the 90s and
Fury rolled around.
But why exactly Carol is in the Quantum Realm is another question.
Could she be using it as a means of transportation?
Or investigating something further?
Guess we'll have to wait and see fi this one pans out.
Perhaps she'll be introduced in the Quantum Realm, and she's the one responsible for
helping Ant-Man get out (although it seems more likely that he'd have a regulator on
him in order to pull the same trick he pulled at the end of his first film, despite not
really having much of a memory about what went down afterwards).
4 Norman Osborn This one's pretty crazy.
Spider-Man, who was previously owned by Sony, was integrated into the MCU recently, and
fans really dug the way he was depicted.
The MCU had made a few changes to the character, all of which were pretty swell.
But one thing characters noticed was that this Peter Parker story skipped over the typical
origin story (having introduced the character in Civil War already having his abilities).
Marvel also chose to introduce the Vulture as Spidey's first villain, and teased at
the Scorpion, too.
But no Green Goblin; Parker's arch nemesis.
This theory though suggests that Captain Marvel will be the bridge to introducing the Osborn
family, specifically Norman Osborn.
Currently in the MCU, a few of the roles that Osborn fulfills in Spider-Man's mythos are
already covered; the Vulture is a big green flying foe who turns out to be the father
of one of Peter's friends.
Tony Stark is the rich intelligent mentor.
The MCU is known for taking creative liberties, so perhaps we might see a very different kind
of Norman Osborn debut in the MCU.
From redditor NealKenneth, this theory explores the idea that Captain Marvel will encounter
a Skrull who has come to Earth secretly, and takes the form of Norman Osborn, who has secretly
arranged for his son Harry to be roommates with Parker.
He's been placed on Earth as part of the Secret Invasion story line, but goes rogue,
having built up an agenda of his own over the years.
Plus, Skrulls in their base state kind of share a resemble to the Green Goblin.
Having a Skrull make a cameo in Captain Marvel who turns out to be Osborn could be a great
way of integrating that character into the mix.
Also worth noting, if you've been keeping up with the news, you're probably aware
that Disney and Fox are merging, with Disney finally having access to the rights for certain
characters it hasn't been able to tap into for a long, long time.
This includes the X-Men, Fantastic Four and Deadpool.
While many people figure Deadpool and the X-Force will still remain canon, it's very
likely that the X-Men, and almost certain that the Fantastic Four, will get an MCU reboot.
So naturally, there's been a lot of talk about how these characters will be integrated,
too.
3 The Kree have been Brainwashing Her Thanks to the release of the first Captain
Marvel trailer, we've gotten a better glimpse at how Carol's origin story will be reworked.
And the most curious thing that fans noticed, aside from her punching a grandma that is
clearly a Skrull, is that she doesn't remember her life on earth.
She states in the trailer that she keeps having flashes of a life on Earth, which is then
followed by an epic rotating shot of Carol restrained in a machine in which energy is
zapped into her temples, implying that some sort of tampering has happened with her mind.
Perhaps she is a part of the Starforce unwillingly?
Or works for them, only to have her memory continuously wiped, in a similar fashion to
what Bucky Barnes underwent as the Winter Solider?
Either way, she doesn't remember her life on Earth at the start of the film, and we're
certain that her memory comes back, inspiring her to leave the Starforce and take on the
Captain Marvel mantle.

it entails, which includes a discussion about this theory, and the theory in our next number-
2 Mar-Vell is the Villain So how exactly did Carol end up on Hala in
Kree-Lar?
Well, if her origin has any ties to the comics, the theory that Mar-Vell crash landed on Earth,
which is what gave her her powers, and then returned to outer space with the now altered
Carol, is a possible answer.
But, there's something more intriguing about that.
There's a shot towards the end of the trailer in which Carol, now in her Captian Marvel
uniform, faces off against an out of focus character, with the shot emphasizing her fist
clenching.
It looks a whole lot like Jude Law's Mar-Vell.
This has spawned the theory that perhaps Mar-Vell is the real villain of the movie instead of
the Skrull threat, with the latter being a B-plot that will have ties in the MCU to be
revealed more so in the next phase after Thanos is dealt with.
This could mean that Mar-Vell has kept Carol there, using her powers as part of the Starforce,
and throughout the course of the film she'll unravel this betrayal, having chased a Skrull
to Earth by accident.
This would also be an easy way to write out the Mar-Vell character from the MCU early
on and not have to worry about that character's history from the comics complicating things.
Now, that being said, there has been an argument for Jude Law playing another Kree character,
Yon-Rogg, who was a military officer sent to Earth by the Supreme Intelligence, who
is a member of the Starforce in the comics.
Yon-Rogg fought beside Mar-Vell, but would later turn on him, and also conspired with
Ronan to murder the hero.
And if you look at how Jude Law appears in the film, it doesn't seem to be a long shot.
That being said, when the casting for Law was announced, news outlets were printing
that his character was Dr Walter Lawson, Mar-Vell's alter ego.
Perhaps the MCU is switching this up and combining the characters, with the intention of making
Law's character the real antagonist?
1 Secret Invasion - UPDATED This is perhaps one of our favourite theories
about Captain Marvel right now.
So at the end of Infinity War, we see Nick Fury get out his space beeper and send out
a distress call, and the screen of the beeper then flashes Captain Marvel's logo.
While it gave us some hope that not all was lost after thanos wiped out half of all living
things, it did raise a lot of questions.
If Fury could communicate with Carol Danvers, why has he not called upon her sooner?
And where has she been for the past ten to twenty years?
Her film in Captain Marvel now is because she was out on another mission; a mission
that involved saving the galaxy, not just Earth.
So let's jump back to 2008 for a sec.
Marvel had a comic book crossover event called Secret Invasion.
It's premise was that the Skrulls had been undergoing a long term invasion of Earth by
secretly replacing key figures and characters with Skrull agents.
Considering the Skrulls involvement and introduction into the MCU via Captain Marvel's film,
could that be a Segway into a much larger scale Secret Invasion plot line?
Where Captain Marvel must travel through time and space via the Quantum Realm to eliminate
Skrull agents in order to save the galaxy from this secret takeover?
And perhaps that's why Fury hasn't called her until now; either knowing the galactic
threat that Thanos poses or believing that perhaps the Skrulls have something to do with
the snap (as the Krees believed in the Infinity Gauntlet comic anyway) Fury called upon her
to come save the galaxy.
She's meant to be the most powerful superhero in the MCU to date, which only further reinforces
this idea that she's off taking care of something much bigger.
In addition to that, if our last number is true and Captain Marvel does led the Avengers
moving onwards, using the power of the infinity gauntlet could help put an end to the Skrull
threat.
But that's a whole other can of worms.
It's worth noting that it's been revealed that Captain Marvel is a part of the elite
military team Starforce on the Kree planet of Hala, so perhaps they have something to
do with eliminating the Skrull threat or the reason why she's been away from Earth, too.
There we have it friends!

guess that it's gonna be sometime near Halloween so keep your eyes peeled for
it and in some more movie news Whoopi Goldberg unrelated to the TV show
recently had an interview with good morning Britain and dropped the news
that Disney is working on another Sister Act film it's not what you forgive the
war spectrum spurton cocoon 2 - a probiem
Whoopi Goldberg starred in the original sister act movie which was one of the
highest-grossing comedy movies of the 90s but she said that for this reboot
she is not gonna be reprising her role of Dolores Wilson and if you never saw a
sister at growing up it's actually worth a watch but if Disney is gonna be able
to replicate the success that they had with Whoopi Goldberg they better bring
in a star that can pull it off and I'm curious if they're gonna stick with a
black female lead for this reboot with all the role reversals that we see
nowadays in movies anything is possible and we finally have the first pictures
of Tom Hanks dress to play mr. Rogers for the upcoming Sony Pictures film you
are my friend I know Tom Hanks is gonna be able to pull off this role because he
is a great actor but for me it's gonna be his voice is he gonna be able to
sound like the original mr. Rogers is he gonna have that same tone and demeanor
that Mister Rogers gave us I don't really know but the movie is gonna be
coming out October 2019 and we actually have a long time to wait for this one

🍬 5 Dangerous Foods For Diabetics That Must Be Avoided - Duration: 7:34.
Hi, it's Dr Sam Robbins,
Today's topic isn't just for anyone who is diabetic…
it's for anyone who is pre-diabetic if you want or need to lower your blood sugar
or A1C levels If you're concerned about memory, cognition
and specifically, Alzheimer's disease (which is now called type 3 diabetes)
If you want to lose fat, especially the stubborn belly fat
If you want to improve your blood pressure and/or cholesterol levels
Actually, I can go on and on.
But the point is that any foods that increase your blood sugar to high levels, that put
stress on your pancreas and decrease insulin sensitivity - will eventually cause the above
mentioned illnesses and thus, MUST be avoided.
In fact, the secret to longevity is greatly determined by managing your blood sugar levels.
And there are lots of ways to do this naturally - specific forms of exercise, stress management,
clinically proven herbs and vitamins and of course, your diet - which is what I'm going
to quickly discuss today.
And no, it's not always about carbohydrates…
So let's get started with 5 foods that you should avoid if you have diabetes or want
to avoid it or simply, want to look and feel younger:
1 -- Sugar Sweetened Beverages I think by far, the worst foods are sugar
sweetened beverages.
This includes sodas of course, but lots of other drinks have added sugars as well -- lemonade,
sweetened iced tea, coffees and even some fruit juices.
In fact, I'd say that even regular fruit juice should be avoided as well.
One main problem is you can drink hundreds of calories in minutes - which you could NEVER
do if you were to eat real food.
Even if it were a big plate of pasta or rice.
Not only do all of these drinks contain pure sugar and thus, almost instantly spike up
your blood sugar and insulin levels.
But the typically contain the worst type of, man-made sugar called -- high fructose corn
syrup (HFCS).
This is super concentrated fructose, which is the sugar found in fruits.
Simply stated, it's a negative nutrient partitioning agent and thus, 100 calories
of HFCS, will convert to fat, much faster than other foods -- even regular sugar or
white bread.
So, just avoid it and make sure you read the label because HFCS is found so many products.
2 -- Syrups In addition to high fructose corn syrup, you
need to also avoid other type of "syrups", such as maple syrup, honey and agave nectar
and similar sugar-packed foods.
They may be "natural" and not man-made like HFCS, but they produce similar negative
effects.
3 -- Artificial Sweeteners
So at this point, you may be thinking "fine, no sugars, I'll just use some artificial,
no calorie sweeteners"...
BAD MOVE.
These are also linked to diabetes1,2,4 and a host of other health problems such as cancer,
inflammation, decreased immunity and infertility.,3
So far, the research has shown that the best and safest, no-calorie sweetener is Stevia
- which is actually an herb, not man-made.
In fact, it can help LOWER blood sugar, in addition to blood pressure and cholesterol
levels.5-7
I also like Xylitol, but in higher dosages it can cause stomach problems.
4 -- Cereal Eating cereal is one of the worst ways to
start your day, especially if you have diabetes or you're concerned about your blood sugar.
Despite the health claims on their boxes, most cereals are highly processed and contain
far more carbs than many people realize.
Plus, the contain bad carbs -- such as corn, wheat and sugar.
In addition, they provide very little protein, a nutrient that can help you feel full and
satisfied while keeping your blood sugar levels stable during the day8.
Anything that comes in a box, that's man-made and produced by multi-billion dollar companies
should be avoided!
5 -- Unhealthy Fats
Even though carbs, specifically higher amounts of those that have a high glycemic index and
glycemic load, cause an increase in the blood sugar - the other problem is insulin sensitivity.
When your cells aren't as sensitive to insulin, your body has to produce more and more, to
get the same "blood sugar lowering" effect.
Eventually, your burn out your pancreas and you then become diabetic.
I'm simplified this a bit, but I hope you get the point -- Your goal is to lower blood
sugar levels AND improve insulin sensitivity.
Well, but avoiding the foods I've mentioned today, you will for sure help lower blood
sugar levels.
However, there's one type of food that does NOT increase your blood sugar, but it does
cause a major decrease in insulin sensitivity and that's "bad fats".
These include "trans fats", which are found in margarines, peanut butter, spreads,
creamers, frozen foods, crackers, snacks, muffins and baked goods.
Although trans fats (also known as partially hydrogenated) don't directly raise blood sugar
levels, they've been linked to increased inflammation, insulin resistance and belly fat, as well
as lower "good" HDL cholesterol levels and impaired arterial function.9-12
Additionally, you need to limit your omega 6 fats, which is found in high amounts in
vegetable and seed oils such as:
Soybean Canola
Corn Sunflower
Safflower Cottonseed
peanut
These oils are completely unnatural and cause massive insulin insensitivity, which can lead
to diabetes and a host of other "inflammatory" diseases.13-16
Summary Knowing which foods to avoid when you have
diabetes or your concerned about your blood sugar, can sometimes seem tough.
You may feel like you can't eat anything.
I know this very well because I have diabetes in my own family.

Best FM Transmitter Under $20?! - Nulaxy KM24 Bluetooth Car FM Transmitter Review - Duration: 5:20.
Hey it's Bey, and today I'm going to be reviewing the Nulaxy KM24 Blutooth FM Transmitter for your car.
This is a great product to have if you have an older car with no Bluetooth or even no aux capability.
I think this is the best FM Transmitter that you can buy for under $20.
You can play your music through many different ways and it's super reliable.
This FM Transmitter has the Amazon's Choice Recommendation so you know it's legit.
I'll put a link in the description if you're interested in purchasing this FM Transmitter.
The presentation is great for the price, but it's nothing too special.
I do like how it's very straightforward and how protected the KM24 comes in though.
Inside the box, you get a warranty card, user guide, 3.5mm to 3.5mm aux cable,
and the FM Transmitter itself.
The KM24 plugs into your standard cigarette lighter socket.
Towards the bottom, you have your power switch and a
5 volt-2.1 Amp USB charging port to charge your device.
The power switch is to turn on and off the FM Transmitter so you don't waste your car's battery.
Farther up, you have the flexible neck that you can use to adjust the angle of the top
portion of this FM Transmitter.
The flexible neck is pretty sturdy and will hold the angle you set.
All of the controls are on the head portion of the KM24.
This volume knob adjusts your volume but it can also play and pause music,
and answer and end calls.
It's tactile so that you can get very accurate when adjusting your volume.
The CH button changes the frequency, the M button changes the mode,
and you have rewind and skip buttons.
Towards the top, you have a screen and a microphone that you can use when taking phone calls.
The other person can hear me clearly when using this mic, but they can hear the car
more audibly which means you can hear more
background noise compared to a regular phone microphone.
However, this is basically hands free calling which means it's more safer while driving.
On the left side, you have a slot that you can put a Micro-SD card with songs into to play music.
I believe that 32 gigabytes is the maximum storage capacity that it can read.
On the right, you have another USB port and an aux input.
This USB port isn't for charging.
It has the same function as the Micro-SD card reader on the left side.
You plug in a USB flash drive with songs and play music from it.
This FM Transmitter has a lot of options when it comes to where you play your music from.
Using the KM24 is very simple to do.
All you have to do is find a station on the radio that is not being used.
Basically, if the frequency is just static, you should be able to use that particular
frequency to play your music.
All you have to do now is change the frequency on the FM Transmitter to the one that you
found and you should be able to play your music now.
Of course, you can also play any other sort of audio that you want.
The frequency range is from 87.5 to 108.0 which is a very wide range.
My favorite way to play music is through Bluetooth.
The pairing process is the standard Bluetooth pairing process, which is really quick and simple.
You can pair pretty much any device that has Bluetooth capability which is nice.
There are voice prompts when you turn on the FM Transmitter and when you pair your device
which makes it easier to operate.
The audio is very clear and I have had no connection issues when playing music through
a Bluetooth connection.
There's no delay when playing music either which is great.
The display is fairly bright and very clear.
It's a 1.44 inch display which isn't huge, but I can read it with no problems at all.
I can even see the screen in broad daylight.
The information like the frequency you're using, if you're connected to a device, and
what song is playing is right there on the screen.
It even displays the phone number of the person when you're in a call.
The construction of the KM24 is mostly plastic, but it's pretty solid.
The flexible neck looks to be metal which is great because you're going to be bending it a lot.
With that being said, this thing is going to be staying in your car which means you
won't be moving it around a lot.
As you can see, the radio that I currently have is very basic and a little broken, but
this little product, for about $20, adds a lot of functionality to your car.
I personally think that it looks really cool, and it's black which means that it can go
with pretty much any car interior.
There are no branding anywhere on the KM24 which makes it look really clean.
It's also portable so you can carry the KM24 in your bag and use it in, for example, your
friend's car if you're catching a ride.
It has a glossy finish to it though, so it is a fingerprint magnet,
but that's by no means a deal breaker.
Overall, the Nulaxy KM24 FM Transmitter is an amazing product and it's a must have if
you like to listen to music in your car, but don't have a modern radio with an aux port
or Bluetooth connectivity.
You can play music through Micro-SD, USB-A, Aux, or a Bluetooth connection,
so you have a lot of options.
This FM Transmitter in particular is very to setup and use, and the sound quality is amazing.
It has definitely exceeded my expectations when I initially saw this FM Transmitter.
I think that it's the best FM Transmitter for the price and I highly, highly recommend this one.

NBA media days have now wrapped up, and while there were many interesting headlines worth talking about, no player grabbed more attention than Kawhi Leonard.
During his first media session with the Toronto Raptors, the team's new forward gave NBA fans a moment that immediately went viral.
Kawhi Leonard's laughed.
Reactions poured in after Leonard's laugh was revealed, but as you can see above, actor and comedian Kevin Hart was so overtaken by it that he was literally in tears.
Hart joined ESPN's Mike Greenberg on 'Get Up!" and watched a few different clips from media day.

The duo watched a few moments along with Leonard's as well, with Hart checking out New York Knicks center Enes Kanter saying when he thinks about playoffs his "nipples get hard.
" He also watched an interesting video of Los Angeles Lakers forward Michael Beasley, who spent an entire interview offering nonanswers during media day.
Overall, most team media days were pretty tame with the focus simply being on the season.
But for the Raptors, Knicks, and Lakers, things took a few interesting turns at times.
But I guess that's just part of the fun, right?.
