Youtube daily report Jun 28 2018

ANNOUNCER: THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN MADE POSSIBLE BY

THE FRIENDS AND PARTNERS OF JOYCE MEYER MINISTRIES.

[MUSIC]

JOYCE: HAS ANYBODY NOTICED THAT PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY

EVERYWHERE?

AND YOU CAN EITHER LET THEM DRIVE YOU CRAZY OR YOU CAN LEARN

HOW TO ENJOY THEM AND IT BASICALLY DEPENDS ON HOW WE

DECIDE TO THINK ABOUT PEOPLE.

WE DO HAVE A LOT OF THOUGHTS ABOUT PEOPLE.

WE HAVE THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS ABOUT PEOPLE WE DON'T EVEN KNOW.

"WHY YOU WEARING YOUR HAIR THAT WAY?

WELL, WHAT ARE YOU DOING THAT FOR?"

JUST SILLY STUFF.

DAVE AND I GOT IN THIS HUGE CONVERSATION ONE DAY OVER HOW

THE MAN NEXT DOOR TO US SHOULD BE INVESTING HIS MONEY AND WE

DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HIS NAME.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: THAT'S HOW SILLY WE ARE.

HE WAS A SINGLE MAN LIVING IN THIS BIG HOUSE AND I WAS LIKE,

"WHY YOU SUPPOSE THAT GUY WANTS TO LIVE IN THAT BIG HOUSE BY

HIMSELF?" AND DAVE SAID, "I DON'T KNOW,

MAYBE IT'S AN INVESTMENT."

AND I SAID, "WELL, I DON'T THINK I'D INVEST IT IN A HOUSE.

I THINK I'D TAKE IT AND--" AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I REALIZED WE'RE

DRIVING DOWN THE STREET PLANNING THIS GUY'S FINANCIAL FUTURE

AND WE WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE KNOWN HOW TO SAY, "HI FRED," OR SAM

OR WHATEVER.

WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE MAN'S NAME.

YOU WITH ME?

ALL RIGHT, AND SO WE ARE GONNA THINK ABOUT PEOPLE AND WE NEED

TO LEARN HOW TO THINK ABOUT THEM RIGHT.

WOULD YOU WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH YOU?

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT GIGGLING.

THAT'S LIKE, "WELL, I DON'T KNOW.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT."

BECAUSE THE KIND OF FRIEND THAT YOU ARE WILL DETERMINE HOW MANY

REALLY GOOD FRIENDS THAT YOU HAVE IN LIFE.

AMEN?

SO, OUR THOUGHTS, WORDS, AND ATTITUDES AFFECT OUR FRIENDSHIPS

IN MANY WAYS.

TO BE HONEST, NOBODY HAS TO BE LONELY.

IF YOU'RE LONELY, MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE YOU'RE SITTING BACK

AND WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO COME AND BEFRIEND YOU.

WELL, MAYBE YOU NEED TO GO OUT AND SOW A FEW SEEDS AND THEN

THAT WILL BEGIN TO COME BACK TO YOU.

I WILL TELL YOU A LANGUAGE THAT IS UNIVERSAL AND I'VE LEARNED TO

PRACTICE THIS LANGUAGE, IT'S THE LANGUAGE OF A SMILE.

I DON'T CARE WHAT LANGUAGE PEOPLE SPEAK, YOU SMILE AT THEM,

THERE ARE ALMOST NO PEOPLE THAT WON'T SMILE BACK.

EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I'LL RUN INTO SOMEBODY THAT YOU SMILE AT

THEM, THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU'RE CRAZY, BUT HONESTLY AND

TRULY--AND I WAS NOT NORMALLY AND NATURALLY THAT KIND OF

PERSON.

I'VE ALWAYS GOT SOMETHING ON MY MIND.

I'M ALWAYS THINKING ABOUT SOMETHING.

AND BELIEVE ME, I CAN GET OUT IN PUBLIC AND TOTALLY IGNORE

EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING THAT'S GOING ON BECAUSE I'M ALWAYS LIKE

IN CHINA, OR PARIS, OR WHATEVER'S GONNA HAPPEN NEXT.

BUT I HAVE LEARNED TO TAKE THE TIME TO JUST ACKNOWLEDGE

AND SMILE AT PEOPLE AND I ALMOST NEVER HAVE PEOPLE NOT SMILE

BACK.

SO, THAT'S A LANGUAGE THAT YOU CAN USE EVERYWHERE AND I THINK

IT'S THE LANGUAGE OF GOD.

I BELIEVE THAT GOD IS SMILING OVER US RIGHT NOW.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SO, WE'RE GONNA START BY EXERCISING OUR FACE.

WE'RE GONNA FORM A HABIT.

I MEAN NOT GOING OUT AND LOOKING LIKE A CLOWN.

YOU KNOW, YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO...BUT JUST A NICE,

PLEASANT LITTLE SMILE.

IT'S AMAZING.

I MEAN YOU GET IN AN ELEVATOR AND YOU SAY, "GOOD MORNING,"

EVERYBODY WILL SAY GOOD MORNING BACK.

THERE'S VERY FEW PEOPLE THAT AREN'T GONNA SAY SOMETHING BACK.

SO, WE NEED TO TAKE A LITTLE MORE INITIATIVE, COME ON.

WELL, YOU SAY, "I DON'T WANT ANY FRIENDS.

I JUST WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE."

NO, YOU DON'T.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND IF THAT'S YOUR ATTITUDE, THEN THERE'S SOMETHING

WRONG INSIDE THAT YOU NEED TO GET IN THERE AND GET FIXED.

MAYBE YOU GOT HURT SOMEWHERE SOMETIME AND SO NOW YOU JUST

THINK YOU'RE NOT GONNA MESS WITH ANYBODY AT ALL, BUT THAT IS NOT

THE WAY THAT GOD CREATED US TO BE.

WE ALL ARE CONNECTED WHETHER WE WANT TO BE OR NOT.

AMEN?

GOOD, I GOT ONE PERSON WHO LIKES THIS.

I'M HAPPY FOR THAT.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: NOW, FIRST OF ALL LET ME SAY THIS, A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

ATTRACTS PEOPLE.

A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE USUALLY DOESN'T WIN YOU VERY MANY

FRIENDS.

NOW, I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYBODY'S FEELINGS, BUT I JUST

WANT TO THROW THIS OUT FOR YOU TO THINK ABOUT, EVERYBODY DOES

NOT WANT TO JUST HEAR YOUR PROBLEMS ALL THE TIME.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: NOW, IT'S GREAT TO HAVE A GOOD FRIEND THAT YOU CAN

SHARE WITH BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE,

AND SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE,

AND SHARE.

AND THEN WHEN YOU WEAR THAT ONE OUT, GO FIND ANOTHER ONE

AND SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE, AND SHARE.

SO, IF YOU HAVE A HABIT OF JUST TALKING ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS ALL

THE TIME, IT'S TIME TO MAKE A NEW HABIT AND THAT IS TO FIND

SOMETHING GOOD TO TALK ABOUT.

AND I'LL JUST THROW THIS OUT FOR GOOD MEASURE TOO, YOUR FRIENDS

DON'T WANT TO JUST HEAR YOU TALK ABOUT YOURSELF ALL THE TIME.

NOW, I KNOW NONE OF YOU DO THIS.

YOU'RE GONNA BUY THIS TEACHING FOR SOMEBODY ELSE YOU KNOW

THAT'S LIKE THIS.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: I TOLD DAVE THIS MORNING I SAID,

"BOY, YOU ARE GONNA LEARN A LOT TODAY ABOUT HOW TO BE

A FRIENDLIER PERSON."

ACTUALLY, IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS, I'LL PREACH TO MYSELF.

PEOPLE USED TO SAY TO ME, "YOU KNOW, WHEN I FIRST MET YOU,

I DIDN'T LIKE YOU AT ALL."

AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.

WELL, I WASN'T VERY LIKABLE.

I TALKED ABOUT MY PROBLEMS ALL THE TIME, I WAS SELFISH

AND SELF-CENTERED.

IF I TALKED ABOUT ANYTHING, I WANTED TO TALK ABOUT MYSELF.

AND PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS RESPOND TO YOU IF YOU ASK THEM ABOUT

THEM.

"WELL, TELL ME ABOUT YOUR LIFE."

YOU LEARN HOW TO SAY THAT, "TELL ME ABOUT YOUR LIFE," YOU

PROBABLY WON'T HAVE TO SAY MUCH ELSE.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: "DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN?

WHERE DO YOU LIVE?

WHAT KIND OF WORK DO YOU DO?" ACT INTERESTED IN PEOPLE BUT

THEN THAT'S GIVING, ISN'T IT?

TO GIVE OUR TIME TO REALLY LISTEN TO PEOPLE THAT MAYBE WE

DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT.

YOU KNOW, I WAS AT A DOCTOR'S OFFICE ONE DAY MANY YEARS AGO.

I'M ALWAYS GLAD WHEN I TELL THESE BAD STORIES ABOUT ME TO BE

ABLE TO SAY IT WAS MANY YEARS AGO.

SO, THIS IS MANY, MANY YEARS AGO AND I WAS JUST REALLY GETTING

STARTED IN MINISTRY, AND I'M SITTING IN THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE

AND LITTLE OLD MAN WHO'D BROKE HIS LEG ON THE SNOW, HE KEPT

WANTING TO TELL ME ABOUT HIS LEG.

WELL, I WASN'T--I DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT HIS LEG.

I HAD MY BIBLE AND I WANTED TO BE SPIRITUAL.

I DIDN'T WANT TO BE NICE TO THAT MAN.

I WANTED TO BE SPIRITUAL.

IS ANYBODY OUT THERE TODAY?

COME ON, I SAID, I DID NOT WANT TO BE NICE TO THE LITTLE, OLD,

LONELY MAN WHO HAD BROKE HIS LEG.

I WANTED TO SIT THERE AND PRAY UNDER MY BREATH AND READ MY

BIBLE AND THINK HOW PLEASED GOD WAS WITH ME BECAUSE I WAS

STUDYING AND PRAYING IN THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE.

COME ON, WHAT IS TRUE SPIRITUALITY?

YOU CAN HAVE YOUR WHOLE BIBLE UNDERLINED BUT IF YOU'RE NOT

NICE TO PEOPLE, THEN THE BIBLE SAYS, "NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, IF

YOU HAVE NOT LOVE, ALL YOU ARE IS A BIG NOISE AND A LOUD

CLANGING CYMBAL.

ONE NEW COMMAND I GIVE UNTO YOU THAT YOU LOVE ONE ANOTHER JUST

AS I HAVE LOVED YOU, BY THIS SHALL ALL MEN KNOW THAT YOU ARE

MY DISCIPLES."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: LET ME TELL YA SOMETHING, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF

YOU IS IN MINISTRY.

DON'T SIT AND SAY, "WELL, I WISH I WAS IN MINISTRY."

YOU ARE IN MINISTRY.

EVERYWHERE YOU GO, YOU'RE IN MINISTRY.

WE ARE WHAT?

THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD.

AND IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED, IT'S PRETTY DARK OUT THERE SO

EVERYWHERE YOU GO, YOU NEED TO LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO PREACH

A THREE-PART SERIES TO EVERYBODY YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH.

WE CAN START BY JUST BEING NICE.

LOVE IS NOT RUDE.

THIS IS GONNA BE A BETTER DAY THAN I THOUGHT IT MIGHT.

SO ANYWAY, I DIDN'T REALLY WANT TO LISTEN TO THAT GUY AND

BECAUSE, YOU SEE, LOVE IS ALL ABOUT GIVING, IT'S NOT ABOUT

GETTING, IT'S ABOUT GIVING.

AND THEN THIS THOUGHT CAME TO MY HEART AND I MUST ASSUME THAT IT

WAS GOD BECAUSE I DOUBT THAT I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS IN

THE MIDDLE OF MY PLAN THERE.

AND THIS WAS WHAT CAME TO MY HEART, IF THAT WAS BILLY GRAHAM

SITTING THERE, WOULD YOU BE HAPPY TO TALK TO HIM?

LET ME TELL YOU WHAT, IF BILLY GRAHAM

WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE, HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT HIS

LEG, EVERY FOLLICLE OF HIS HAIR, HIS FINGERNAILS.

I MEAN I WOULDN'T OF--I'D HAVE BEEN LIKE...

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: OH.

BECAUSE IF BILLY GRAHAM WOULD HAVE TALKED TO ME, IT WOULD HAVE

MADE ME FEEL IMPORTANT BUT THAT LITTLE, OLD GUY WASN'T DOING

ANYTHING FOR ME, GOD HAS OPENED UP A DOOR FOR ME TO DO

SOMETHING FOR HIM.

HOW DO WE THINK BEFORE WE GO OUT EVERY DAY?

WE NEED TO PREPARE OURSELVES TO BE USED BY GOD EVERY TIME WE GO

OUT OUR DOOR AND PART OF YOUR PRAYER LIFE AND PART OF YOUR

TIME WITH GOD THAT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH CAN BE

ACTUALLY MENTAL PREPARATION, THINKING THOUGHTS ON PURPOSE

THAT WILL PREPARE YOU TO GO OUT AND BE READY TO PAY ATTENTION

TO WHAT'S GOING ON AROUND YOU AND BE USED BY GOD ANYTIME THAT

GOD WANTS TO USE YOU.

AMEN?

DO YOU HAVE A JOY-DRAINING EFFECT ON OTHER PEOPLE?

ARE THEY GLAD WHEN YOU LEAVE?

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: OR ARE THEY SAD WHEN YOU LEAVE?

WHEN THEY SEE YOU COMING, DO THEY THINK, "OH BOY, HERE COMES

JOHN!" OR DO THEY THINK, "OH NO, HERE

COMES JOHN."

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: YOU KNOW, DAVE IS VERY POSITIVE AND IN GENERAL

EVERYBODY LIKES DAVE AND DAVE LIKES EVERYBODY.

NOW, THIS IS GONNA SOUND LIKE IT COULDN'T POSSIBLY BE TRUE BUT

I'M TELLING YOU THAT IT IS.

IN THE WHOLE 40 YEARS THAT I'VE BEEN--48 YEARS THAT I'VE BEEN

MARRIED TO DAVE, IN 48 YEARS MAYBE I CAN REMEMBER 2 TIMES IN

48 YEARS WHEN HE TOLD ME HE DIDN'T LIKE SOMEBODY, TWICE IN

48 YEARS HE DIDN'T LIKE SOMEBODY.

OH, I'M GLAD I'M TALKING ABOUT DAVE AND NOT ME 'CAUSE OH BUDDY.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: HIS THOUGHTS TOWARD PEOPLE ARE POSITIVE.

HE SEES THE GOOD IN PEOPLE.

EVERY CHRISTIAN'S A GOOD CHRISTIAN.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: "THAT GUY'S A GOOD CHRISTIAN."

I DON'T KNOW WHY THAT BOTHERS ME BUT I'M LIKE, "YOU DON'T KNOW IF

THEY'RE GOOD.

YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS."

AND NOT ONLY THAT, WHEN SOMEBODY CALLED JESUS GOOD HE SAID,

"WHY DO YOU CALL ME GOOD?

THERE IS NONE GOOD BUT GOD."

SO, THE BOTTOM LINE IS IF ANY GOODNESS WE HAVE IS ONLY IN

CHRIST, IT'S NOT IN OURSELVES.

SO, THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING, BUT THERE IT IS.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: PHILIPPIANS CHAPTER 4, VERSE 8.

ISN'T JESUS SO MUCH FUN?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: "FOR THE REST, BRETHREN, WHATEVER IS TRUE,

WHATEVER IS WORTHY OF REVERENCE, WHATEVER IS

HONORABLE AND SEEMLY, WHATEVER IS JUST, WHATEVER IS

PURE, WHATEVER IS LOVELY AND LOVABLE, WHATEVER IS KIND AND

WINSOME AND GRACIOUS, IF THERE IS ANY VIRTUE AND EXCELLENCE, IF

THERE IS ANYTHING WORTHY OF PRAISE, THINK ON AND WEIGH AND

TAKE ACCOUNT OF THESE THINGS [FIX YOUR MINDS ON THEM]."

SO, WE ONLY GET TO THINK PRETTY THOUGHTS.

WE DON'T GET TO THINK UGLY STUFF.

HOW DOES LOVE BEHAVE TOWARD OTHER PEOPLE?

WELL, HONESTLY I BELIEVE THAT ALL LOVING ACTION BEGINS IN OUR

THOUGHTS ABOUT HOW WE'RE GONNA SEE PEOPLE, HOW WE'RE GOING TO

DETERMINE THE WORTH OF PEOPLE.

JUST BECAUSE EVERYBODY OUT THERE IS NOT LIKE ME, THAT DOESN'T

MEAN THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM BUT I SPENT A LOT OF

MY YEARS THINKING THAT.

AND SOME OF YOU ARE PROBABLY STILL STUCK THERE.

"WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH YOU?

HOW COULD YOU THINK THAT?

HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY WANT TO WEAR THAT?

HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY THINK YOUR HAIR LOOKS GOOD?"

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: SEE, JUST BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE SOMETHING, THAT

DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT.

WE ARE NOT THE STANDARD.

COME ON, THIS IS BETTER THAN YOU'RE ACTING.

WE ARE NOT THE STANDARD FOR EVERYBODY ELSE IN THE UNIVERSE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: WE HAVE RIGHTS AND THEY HAVE RIGHTS.

1 CORINTHIANS 13:7 SAYS, "LOVE BEARS UP UNDER ANYTHING AND

EVERYTHING THAT COMES," NOW HERE WE GO, "IT IS EVER READY TO

BELIEVE THE BEST OF EVERY PERSON."

LOVE THINKS GOOD THINGS ABOUT PEOPLE AND LOVE BELIEVES

THE BEST.

NOW, IF WE CAN GET THIS LOVE BELIEVES THE BEST THING.

SEE, I THINK THAT'S THE WAY DAVE IS, YOU KNOW, WHERE I STARTED

OUT MANY, MANY, MANY YEARS AGO AS A JUDGMENTAL, CRITICAL

FAULT FINDER.

DO I HAVE ANY RELATIVES IN HERE TODAY?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: LET ME ADD ONE, A SUSPICIOUS, CRITICAL,

FAULT-FINDING, JUDGMENTAL PERSON.

I DIDN'T BELIEVE THE BEST, I BELIEVED THE WORST AND THAT WAS

BECAUSE I'D HAD A LOT OF BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO ME AND I HAD

SEEN A LOT OF SOME OF THE WORST OF PEOPLE.

BUT JUST BECAUSE I HAD A REASON TO BE THAT WAY, I DIDN'T HAVE

A RIGHT TO STAY THAT WAY.

NOW, I WANT TO SAY THAT AGAIN.

JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A REASON TO BE NEGATIVE BECAUSE OF THINGS

THAT HAVE HAPPENED IN THE PAST, ONCE WE KNOW THE TRUTH, THEN WE

HAVE NO RIGHT TO STAY THAT WAY BECAUSE GOD IS OFFERING US

A BETTER LIFE BUT IT'S GOTTA BE ACCORDING TO HIS WAY OF GETTING

THERE, NOT OUR OWN WAY.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND THE MORE WE LOVE PEOPLE, THE MORE WE GET

OURSELVES OFF OF OUR MINDS, THE MORE WE SMILE, THE MORE WE TAKE

TIME TO LISTEN TO OTHER PEOPLE THAT WE'D REALLY RATHER NOT EVEN

MESS WITH, THE HAPPIER WE'RE GONNA BE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: "WELL, I JUST WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE."

WELL, YOU'RE NOT GONNA GET LEFT ALONE.

THEY'RE EVERYWHERE.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: EVERYWHERE.

I GET UP REALLY EARLY IN THE MORNING JUST SO I CAN HAVE LIKE

AN HOUR IN THE HOUSE BEFORE DAVE GETS UP.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND DAVE IS ONE OF THE GOOD ONES BUT I'M TELLING YOU,

WHEN I GET UP, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR NOTHING FOR A WHILE.

IT'S LIKE, GIVE ME MY COFFEE AND LEAVE ME ALONE.

AND HE GETS UP AND STARTS SINGING.

I'M LIKE, OH.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: REALLY?

THE OTHER DAY I TOLD YOU THE LITTLE STORY BEFORE ABOUT HOW

HE DRIBBLES THE SOAP ON ALL THE DISHES AT NIGHT, AND I

ACCIDENTALLY PUT MY SHAKE IN SOMETHING THAT HAD DAWN DISH

WASHING LIQUID IN IT AND I DRANK THE SOAP.

WELL, DAVE IS GOING AROUND THEN THE REST OF THE DAY SINGING THAT

OLD SONG, "I'M FOREVER BLOWING BUBBLES."

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: OH YEAH, IT'S QUITE HUMOROUS AT OUR HOUSE.

WE HAVE OUR OWN BRAND OF ENTERTAINMENT AT THIS STAGE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SEE, WHEN WE DECIDE TO BELIEVE THE BEST--AND IT DOES

START WITH A DECISION.

YOU COULD MAKE A BIG CHANGE TODAY IF YOU'RE NEGATIVE JUST BY

SAYING, "YOU KNOW, GOD, I REALLY DON'T WANT TO BE NEGATIVE

ANYMORE.

I'M SORRY THAT I'VE BEEN NEGATIVE, AND I WANT YOU TO

START CONVICTING ME EVERY TIME THAT I'M NEGATIVE AND HELP ME

CHANGE."

YOU KNOW WHEN WE HAVE BAD HABITS, HABITS ARE THINGS THAT

WE DO WITHOUT EVEN REALIZING THAT WE'RE DOING THEM.

AND SO THE FIRST THING WE NEED TO DO IS ASK GOD TO START MAKING

US AWARE OF WHAT WE'RE DOING SO WE CAN ASK HIM THEN TO HELP US

DO IT THE RIGHT WAY.

YOU CAN TRAIN YOURSELF TO BELIEVE THE BEST OF PEOPLE

BECAUSE IT ONLY HURTS YOU WHEN YOU DON'T.

WHAT WE BELIEVE HELPS US OR HURTS US, DOESN'T HURT THE OTHER

PERSON, IT HURTS US.

MANY TIMES THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING, THEY MAY

FEEL THE WEIGHT OF YOUR THOUGHTS IF THEY'RE NEGATIVE BUT THEY

DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT THEM BUT YOU KNOW

AND GOD KNOWS AND IT AFFECTS US.

WHEN WE BELIEVE THE BEST OF PEOPLE, IT'S SO MUCH EASIER TO

FORGIVE PEOPLE WHEN THEY HURT OUR FEELINGS.

OH, MY GOSH.

YOU CAN EITHER SAY, "WELL, YOU DID THAT ON PURPOSE AND I'M NOT

GONNA PUT UP WITH IT ANYMORE," OR YOU CAN SAY TO YOURSELF,

"I'M GONNA BELIEVE THE BEST.

I DON'T THINK THEY REALLY KNEW THAT THEY WERE HURTING ME," OR,

"I BET THEY'RE HAVING A BAD DAY TODAY AND SOMETHING'S

HURTING THEM."

YOU KNOW, HURTING PEOPLE HURT PEOPLE.

MOST PEOPLE DON'T GET UP EVERY DAY JUST TO GO SEE HOW MEAN

THEY CAN BE TO EVERYBODY.

THEY'VE JUST GOT PROBLEMS IN THEIR OWN LIFE AND WHEN WE SEE

PEOPLE ACTING THAT WAY, IT'S A GREAT OPPORTUNITY AS A BELIEVER

TO PRAY FOR THEM.

1 PETER 4:8 SAYS, "ABOVE ALL THINGS, ALL THINGS, HAVE INTENSE

AND UNFAILING LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER, FOR LOVE COVERS

A MULTITUDE OF SINS [FORGIVES AND DISREGARDS THE OFFENSES OF

OTHERS]."

WHEN YOU BELIEVE THE BEST OF PEOPLE, IT'S SO MUCH EASIER TO

DO THIS.

I LOVE THIS PART ABOUT LOVE COVERS FAULTS.

ARE YOU THE KIND OF PERSON THAT TELLS EVERYBODY'S SECRETS OR ARE

YOU THE KIND OF PERSON THAT KEEPS PEOPLE'S SECRETS?

IF YOU HAD A SECRET, WOULD YOU FEEL SAFE TELLING IT TO YOU?

MMM.

LOVE GOES OUT OF THE HOUSE MENTALLY PREPARED TO HELP

PEOPLE.

THINK ABOUT IT, I HAVE TRAINED MYSELF TO DO THIS AND IF I CAN

TRAIN MYSELF TO DO IT, ANYBODY CAN TRAIN THEMSELVES TO DO IT.

THIS MORNING AS PART OF MY TIME WITH GOD, AS WELL AS STUDYING TO

GET READY TO COME OVER HERE, I SAT AND I PURPOSELY THOUGHT.

YOU CAN THINK ON PURPOSE.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT TO JUST SEE WHAT FALLS IN YOUR HEAD.

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR THINKING AND THINK ACCORDING TO THE WAY

YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO SIT AND JUST THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU'VE GOT, AND

THE WAY THINGS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN, AND HOW MEAN PEOPLE ARE, AND

HOW--SO, I SAT THIS MORNING AND THOUGHT, NOW TODAY WHEN I GO

OUT, GOD, I WANT TO BE USABLE FOR YOU.

I DON'T WANT TO JUST BE USED HERE.

I WANT TO BE USED IN MY NORMAL LIFE, MY OTHER JOYCE LIFE,

NOT THIS JOYCE LIFE.

I DON'T THINK IT'S ENOUGH JUST FOR ME TO DO WHAT I'M SUPPOSED

TO IN THIS PULPIT.

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH, I THINK GOD IS MUCH MORE CONCERNED

ABOUT MY PRIVATE LIFE THAN HE IS MY PUBLIC LIFE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND I DON'T THINK I'M GONNA HAVE ANY POWER IN THIS

PULPIT IF I DON'T KEEP MY PRIVATE LIFE, THE ONE I LIVE

BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, STRAIGHT.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AMEN?

I MEAN IF YOU'RE GONNA HAVE A BUMPER STICKER, THEN BE

THE REAL DEAL.

AMEN?

SO, I SAT AND THOUGHT THIS MORNING, I'M GONNA ENCOUNTER

A LOT OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE TODAY.

I WANT TO SMILE.

I WANT TO BE FRIENDLY.

HELP ME REMEMBER, GOD, TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT'S GOING ON

AROUND ME.

I DON'T WANT TO IGNORE ANY NEEDS THAT I COME ACROSS.

NOW, WATCH THIS, LET'S SEE HOW JESUS WAS.

JOHN 5:5 AND 6, ONE OF MY FAVORITE STORIES BUT I'M NOT

GONNA TELL THE WHOLE THING.

I'M JUST GONNA DRAW AN EXAMPLE.

"THERE WAS A CERTAIN MAN WHO HAD SUFFERED WITH

A DEEP-SEATED AND LINGERING DISORDER FOR

THIRTY-EIGHT YEARS."

YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU RUN INTO EVERY DAY?

NOT ANYBODY YOU KNOW, JUST A CERTAIN PERSON, JUST A PERSON

AND THEY'VE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM ALL THEIR LIFE.

WHEN JESUS NOTICED HIM--I LOVE THE FACT THAT JESUS NOTICED

THINGS.

HE DIDN'T GO OUT JUST WITH HIS OWN DEAL ON HIS MIND AND IS SO

FOCUSED ON HIS OWN PLAN.

"I DON'T HAVE ANYTIME TO MESS WITH THAT CRIPPLED MAN.

I'M ON MY WAY TO JERUSALEM TO PREACH."

LET'S PRAY THAT GOD WILL HELP US TO BEGIN TO NOTICE WHAT'S GOING

ON AROUND US.

LET'S NOTICE THE PEOPLE IN OUR CHURCHES THAT ARE LONELY,

AND HURTING, AND BY THEMSELVES.

LET'S NOTICE THE PERSON AT WORK THAT LOOKS LIKE THEY'RE

DEPRESSED.

LET'S PAY ATTENTION WHEN SOMEBODY SAYS, "THE MOTOR WENT

OUT ON MY CAR AND I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY TO FIX IT."

WELL, WE DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO THAT BECAUSE GOD MIGHT ASK US

TO HELP 'EM.

"I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THAT."

SO, SOMETIMES WE'LL COME UP WITH SOMETHING, THE DEVIL WILL MAKE

A SUGGESTION LIKE, "WELL, OF COURSE THE ENGINE WENT OUT ON

THEIR CAR, THEY'VE GOT ALL KINDS OF SIN IN THEIR LIFE."

LIKE THAT'S AN EXCUSE FOR US NOT TO HELP THEM.

THAT'S EXACTLY THE PERSON THAT IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HELP BECAUSE

THEY'RE THE ONES THAT HAVE NEVER SEEN OR FELT REAL LOVE

IN THEIR WHOLE LIFE.

COME ON.

JOYCE: NOW REMEMBER, OUR THOUGHTS, WORDS, AND ATTITUDES

AFFECT OUR RELATIONSHIPS IN MANY WAYS AND ONE WAY TO EXAMINE OUR

ACTIONS IS TO ASK OURSELVES THE QUESTION, WOULD YOU WANT TO BE

FRIENDS WITH YOURSELF?

I THINK THAT'S AN INTERESTING QUESTION.

TODAY, WE'RE OFFERING YOU "THE MIND CONNECTION" BOOK.

I THINK THIS IS A WONDERFUL BOOK THAT'S REALLY GONNA BE

FORWARD TO WHAT LIES AHEAD."

YOU KNOW WHAT?

👑 DIY Miniature Throne Room 👑 - Duration: 20:29.

Hi! It's Heather from Thicketworks, and today I want to share with you the

process I used to create this miniature throne room. This piece is designed to

sit comfortably on a bookshelf or a tabletop. Only if the decorative cover is

removed do you discover the tiny throne nestled inside! The framework for this

miniature throne room is a cigar box. I picked this up at my local tobacconist -

they sell them to me for about $2 apiece it's a great deal!

I love the sliding lid feature to this box -

it's what drew me to it in the first place. This box includes a small spacer

board - I'm going to leave that intact, and I'll take extra care not to block the

grooves that allow the lid to slide on and off. Once the stickers have been

removed and I've given the box a light cleaning, it's time to prepare it for its

new life...and I'll just be using a scruffy old brush and heavy black gesso.

That gesso will help to mask any areas that might remain exposed after panels

of decorative papers have been added. Once the box has been prepared, it's time

to turn our attention to creating a panel of metallic embossed fabric! For a

complete tutorial on this process check the link in the description. Once the

fabric has been embossed, it can be mounted to a sheet of cardstock. The

cardstock backing panel makes it possible to get nice neat edges on the

fabric panel. By creasing the cardstock we can ensure that the panel fits into

the contours of the box almost perfectly. Tacky Glue works well for this process -

but do be cautious: I was a little over-enthusiastic in my application of

the adhesive and as I press the fabric against the cardstock I do get a bit of

bleed through. Once the fabric is firmly adhered, it's

time to trim it to size and snip away the corners. Apply adhesive along the

outer edges of the cardstock, fold the fabric over to create a finished hem.

Adhere each of the edges of the fabric to the back of the cardstock as shown,

and secure everything with a brayer. Firm pressure with a bone folder helps to

secure the corners. You can see where the glue has seeped through the upper

surface - and actually I really like that effect.

In fact, I'll intensify it even more as the project progresses by using a thin

wash of black paint. A final dry fit - just to make certain that we're on track. The

panel fits very nicely. Time to move on to the next process! The rest of the

interior will be lined with these panels of Faux Gilded Leather: click the link in

the description for the full tutorial. It's very important that these internal

slots not be covered in any way. I'm marking each panel so that when it gets

cut to size it won't interfere with the slot. There are two sheets of this design

for me to work with, and I'll be using both of those sheets for the sidewalls

and for the back wall. Trimming them to size, and then dry fitting everything

just to make sure we're still on track. It looks good! The height of the panel

won't interfere with the sliding lid. I'll be using a different design of

embossed panel for the ceiling and the floor. Once this is cut in half we'll

have a mirror reflection: one above and one below. Once these two pieces have

been cut and dry fit, it's time to pause and edge all of the

cut panels with a paint pen. This will disguise any raw edges. The paint dries

very quickly, so it's easy to move on to the next phase: which is cladding the

interior of the box with these decorative panels. I begin by adhering

the ceiling panel, and once that's in place, I add the one that acts as a floor

covering. Next, the side wall panels are installed - and everything lines up

beautifully! The tip of a bone folder is a great tool to assist you in getting

good solid adhesion even in those hard-to-reach corners! The remaining

offcuts are perfectly sized to flank our

metallic embossed fabric panel - and yes that's the jewel box look that I had in

mind! Strips of die-cut do-it-yourself

metallic cardstock are used to trim the edges of the fabric panel and, oh yeah -

I'm happy with that effect! Now it's time to create the canopy that will hover

above the throne area. A piece of die-cut soda-can is being used for the canopy

area here, and I've created 90-degree bends at each end that will allow me to

glue it flat against this band...creating that lovely arch. Beacon three-in-one

Adhesive is amazing stuff: yes, it's a little stinky, and yes, it's very goopy,

and I always get it all over my fingers - but just look how quickly and firmly it

grabs these embossed surfaces... it's amazing!

Adhesive is applied along the ceiling, and then we can just slide that canopy

into place, confident that it will stay in place no matter how roughly the piece

is handled! Such a simple thing to get such an elegant effect - I just love that

canopy! A piece of thick craft foam already has

adhesive applied to the upper edge and fits perfectly in the gap underneath

that base panel. A folded strip of metallic cardstock works perfectly to

finish off the front edge of the floor. Now that the interior of the box is

complete, it's time to focus on creating the little throne! This casting created

from an Iron Orchid Designs (IOD) Decor Mould will be used to create a truly regal

feeling to the back of our throne. Using a pair of dividers makes it very easy to

scribe the correct width in this sheet of chipboard. Once this strip of

chipboard has been cut, we can then begin to trace out the rough shape of the back

and the seat of the throne. Scoring the chipboard where the seat meets the back

makes it easy to bend the chipboard in a ninety degree angle... and to avoid

breaking the paper fibers, a little bit of moisture sprayed onto the surface

will help them to give rather than break as you gently but firmly press that 90

degree angle into place. This piece of chipboard represents the

areas of the throne that will be upholstered. To create that upholstery,

I'm reaching for a scrap of embossed velvet.

Tacky Glue will work perfectly for this application. Hold the velvet taut as you

lay it on to the glued surface, and then gently but firmly press the velvet into

place. Once it's adhered, flip it over. Now it's time to trim away the excess. I like

to leave a margin of about a quarter of an inch for that operation. Next, it's

time to clip all of those corners so that once we apply adhesive along the

back edge of the chipboard it'll be a breeze

to fold over all those little tabs leaving a beautiful silhouette. This gray

casting is not terribly regal at the moment, so an application of a rich

metallic paint is the next step in the process. I've created a wide variety of

castings to give myself design options, and all of them get the same treatment.

Regular printer paper adhered with Tacky Glue is used to create sturdy paper

tubes that will act as the legs for our throne. It helps to try to keep the edges

as even as possible while rolling the paper around a bamboo

skewer. This is repeated four times. Washi Tape works well to both hold our

paper tubes together, and give us a guideline for making marks across the

tubes where we'd like to see some embellishments appear on the finished

legs. To create the impression of turned wood spindles, I'm cutting very long

narrow triangles of regular printer paper: these will be used to build up

dimension along those tick marks that we created in the last step.

It's not always easy, but it helps to try to keep the tail of this long thin strip

centered as you roll it along the axis here. That will give you a more

rounded and pleasing final result. You can experiment with different widths and

lengths of triangles to create different effects - and as few or as many of these

three-dimensional elements as you would like! Although they are extremely simple

to create, they do give us a nice robust profile - something that'll be fun to

paint later on! Keep two of these spindles long and cut two of them down

to the right height for the front of your throne. It's time to cut an

additional backing piece from chipboard: this will create a firm back and also

allow us to attach the framework for this seat. I've extended the line of this

backing piece about half an inch below the place where the seat naturally folds -

that will give us a good base on which we can glue our framework. After cutting

a half inch strip of medium weight chipboard, I'm scoring it at regular

intervals (about a sixteenth of an inch apart) across the middle section of this

long strip. These score lines will make it easier to create a smooth curve for

the front of our seat - and the addition of a little spray of water will help to

make that curving process even easier. Now that we've established the area for

that curve, it's time to fit this strip against the

chair back. Once you've decided how far forward that curve should protrude, make

tick marks and again score lines so that we can bend this at a 90 degree angle

and glue it flat to the back of our chair. I'm dry fitting the strip against

the back of the chair while keeping the edges of that curve in line with the

sides of the silhouette. Once that dry fit is successful, it's time to make a

tick mark and cut away the excess. The ends of the chipboard strip should

meet approximately in the center of the back of the chair

creating a "D" shape. Now the framework for the back and the seat of the chair has

been established. Yhe front legs will tuck into the interior here and be

adhered, and the seat of the velvet covered upholstery piece will be adhered

on to the top of that "D" shape. As a bonus, the exposed velvet that's been

folded over and adhered on the back of that upholstered piece will now be

completely enclosed and concealed! The legs of the throne have been attached

with strong adhesive and a heavy layer of gesso has been painted over most of

the design. It's really beginning to come together - I just love this shape!...but

mine's a little tippy, so I'm going to use sandpaper to even out the length of

the legs. Heavy black gesso is used to create a priming layer over the entire

piece. Once the gesso has thoroughly dried, I'm adding metallic accents around

the edges of the throne and along all of the three dimensional embellishments we

created on the legs. Next, I'm adding a strip of do-it-yourself metallic

cardstock trim around the base of this seat...

and while the ZIG 2-way Glue dries, I'll be adding a clear coat of spray sealer

over the gesso base. Once the sealer and the glue are dry, it's time to put this

piece of trim in place around the base of the seat.

I just love the way that that creates another layer of opulence over this

already gaudy throne! I also love that this entire framework is made from

chipboard and paper! There's something about working with basic materials like

this that just thrills me! Now it's time to add the finishing touch to our

upholstered back and seat in the form of our Iron Orchid Designs Decor Mould

beautiful golden casting! In order for this to adhere properly to the velvet,

it's important to press down extremely firmly so that you're actually crushing

the velvet pile behind the casting. We'll now apply the base of the velvet covered

seat and the back to the framework that we've created. I'm such a geek - I love

this moment! It's totally exciting to me... yep! And there we have it: there's our

miniature throne...and what throne would be complete without jewels?

So of course, jewels are added to all the little apertures in the trim work around

the entire base of the throne. From the exterior our opulent little throne room

still looks like a plain old cigar box - so it's time to take care of that right

now. The sliding lid is fully functional in

spite of all the decorating inside and we need to keep it that way - so the

interior of that lid will be covered with just a thin piece of paper adhered

with Aleene's Tacky Glue. A layer of paint would interfere with the

functioning of the door, so Distress Stain is used to blend out the edges.

I knew there was a reason I kept all these hundreds of Gelli Prints - perfect for a

project like this! Now that the interior of the lid is

finished, it's time to turn our attention to the front. I'm applying an even-ish

layer of Aleene's Tacky Glue and adhering another length of velvet. I'm

smoothing away the wrinkles very carefully - making sure that I don't press

so hard that the adhesive comes up through the velvet pile. Sanding along

the contours of the lid with an emery board is an easy and efficient way to

remove the excess fabric, and you can burn off the little fibers with a

lighter! Metallic wax is used to extend the gold theme along the exposed edges

of the box. After playing with all those pretty castings, I finally settled on a

design for the front - and now it's time to glue everything down. It's important

to add enough adhesive for a strong bond - but not so much that you'll get squeeze

out when you press as hard as you need to press in order to crush that velvet

pile. It's so exciting to me to watch the design finally come together - and know

that we are getting closer and closer to the end of this opulent project!

All that remains is the center medallion, and once that's in place, we can move on

to the exterior walls. I'll be using Faux Gilded Leather panels for the top and

the sides of the exterior here. Once adhesive has been added to the box,

I place the oversized panel on top, and then use a brayer to press it firmly

into place... and then I simply flip the box over and repeat the process on the

other side... again using a layer of adhesive and then placing the oversized

panel on top, smoothing it into place, and then finally trimming away the excess

following the contours of the box. Once again, an emery board is used: this time

to get rid of any rough edges... and the sides are complete. Now it's time to work

on the top of the box. It's surprisingly easy to piece together these panels of

embossed cardstock: as long as you're working on a smooth flat surface

you should get excellent results when piecing them together like this. The

right adhesive makes all the difference: that's why I would typically use either

the 3 and 1 or FabriTak - if you prefer E6000, then use that adhesive... it will

perform much the same way. A brayer is used to secure the panels in

place, and finally the excess is trimmed away. A quick touch-up

with the emery board, (just to make sure there are no rough edges) and we are

nearly at the end of our journey! The front of this box is beautiful, and I

love the way it looks: but it's missing something. Nothing a little distressing,

some metallic trim and rhinestones won't take care of! This project was created to

honor the idea that each human heart is a Sovereign being: more deserving of

honor than any earthly monarch. I hope that this has inspired you to consider

creating your own opulent throne for your own Sovereign Heart...with little

more than a cigar box and paper you can create a splendid realm for your

innermost self...a place where your true value is honored and celebrated! I'm so

grateful to have this opportunity to share this project with you...I hope that

you find it inspiring, my friends. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Until next time...Bye!

Police officer, 22, who used racist slurs on night out is sacked - Duration: 7:01.

A police officer has been fired for using racist slurs at a takeaway following a Christmas night out

PC Katie Barratt admitted using the term 'p***' at the Spice of Punjab takeaway in Newcastle on December 14 last year

Northumbria officer Barratt, 22, who said she wanted to be a police officer since she was a child, denied accusations made by two other officers testifying against her that she used other vile racist terms during her tirade

PC Corey Bradley and PC Alex Downs, who were with her on the night, told the hearing she was intoxicated, unable to walk properly and slurring her words

Barratt admitted she was drunk but disputes the claims she was 'out of control'.One of the allegations leveled against her was that she made racially offensive remarks to the takeaway staff, shouting 'f****** n*****' and 'f****** p****'

Barratt denied the accusations. It was also claimed she repeated the word 'p***' up to six times, although Barratt said she only used the word twice

At the hearing, she said she was not a racist person and had no reasoning behind her insensitive words that night

Neither the takeaway staff or other customers in the shop heard her appalling comments, the hearing heard

British holidaymaker 'blacks up' to dress as a beach seller. Share this article Share The panel, led by Rachel Mangenie, found both allegations proved on Wednesday

Ms Mangenie said: 'We have concluded that on the balance of probability your conduct amounts to gross misconduct as your behaviour on December 14, 2017, fell far below the standard of professional behaviour and is so serious that dismissal without notice would be justified

' Defending Barratt, Guy Ladenburg said she accepted her behaviour had brought the force into disrepute but insisted her actions were not enough to warrant dismissal

He said it was an 'isolated event, quite out of character' and that Barratt was of 'exemplary character'

He added: 'Her remorse has been heartfelt, sincere and profound.'  Barratt joined the force as a student constable in 2016 and had previously volunteered as a special constable

She apologised for her actions and pleaded with the panel not to dismiss her from her 'dream job'

She said: 'I'm really sorry for what I've done. I can't emphasise how sorry I am

It's my dream job. It's all I wanted to do since I was little.'I know the effects racial abuse have on the community

I'm absolutely devastated that I have had that effect on the community.'In the last six months I have had time to reflect on my actions and I will never ever repeat again what happened that night

'She continued: 'I have matured a lot. I don't go out anymore, I don't drink. I'm pleading with you to please give me another chance

' The panel was provided with 21 character references on behalf of Barratt before reaching their conclusion

Reading out the verdict, Ms Mangenie said: 'The panel concluded the appropriate sanction is dismissal without notice

'This has not been a unanimous decision, we have sympathy for PC Barratt and the situation she finds herself in

'We don't believe she is inherently racist and this was an out of character incident

'The serious nature of the incident and the public perception can not be underestimated

This issue is highly sensitive and the words used can cause great offence.'Any member of the public hearing such words from a serving police officer would have their confidence in the officer and service diminished

Cafetera Expresso Portatil - Outdoor Coffee Expresso Machine (Subtitles) - Duration: 6:01.

excellent!

Hi, good morning from Melon Bites

still asleep

come to the vineyards to make some pictures

hope some pictures are ok

from La Ribera del Duero

the expresso machine for outdoors

again good morning

coffee

hope that real expresso

Let me tell you how I normally do coffee in nature

so you can compare it to the expresso

or if it is too complicated

Usually I use some instant "expresso like" coffee

a couple spoons

it´s powder coffee

I like it with a bit of milk

I carry or these capsules

I use sometimes powder milk

let me tell you how this machine works

this is included, is the measurement of coffee we need for each coffee

around 7 grs

this is the small mug where coffe comes out

inside is the capsule and filter

where we put the coffee

be careful

with all the rubber seals

and another one

each time you close it, check that all are in place

at the other side

is the water tank

that is taking in

when pressing this

great!

intense

bitter

great coffee

it takes cream out of the coffee

like a coffe maker

what I don´t like

weight

almost 400 grs

for just a tiny coffee each time

bulky

the process

even if you practice a lot

it´s a bit long

with a few steps

and you have to do it everytime you want a 80ml coffee

so imagine if you are 2 or 3 people

it can be exhausted

check many of them, and mayority seems to be from the same manufacturer

just with different names

what I like

I bought it cheap 12,79€ from a flash sale

link bellow

but the normal price is around 23€

will include both links

and comparing this coffee with other outdoor methods

it´s a lot lot better

it makes high pressure

so it extract all the flavour from the coffee

I don´t think I will carry this in my backpack

I think is too complicated

to carry the coffe, and take back the used coffee....

I don´t like it to thow away used coffee

in a camper vehicule or rv?

yes, it´s a great idea

and we can enjoy a real coffee anywhere

so in camping or RV is a great idea

and I go back to the computer, to check the vineyards pictures

Paris,día 1.Tips de viaje guía turística. - Duration: 5:58.

We start here the series of videos in the city of Paris.

We chose a hotel near Champs Elysees, eighth district. We had many doubts

about what would be the most beautiful area and comfortable to stay. It was ours

first time in the city so harder to choose yet.

Hotel Mayflowers Paris, this is Antonella's room

and this is our room, ours is green.

The chosen hotel was the Mayflowers, at a good price and very good location

within the zone. Our French balcony ...

Yes now ! Welcome to Paris !

As always, we started with a walking tour, this time also with

Sandemans all the data we leave in the description.

The tour begins at the Saint Michelle fountains passing Notre Dame, the Palace of Justice, the

bridges of the Seine, the Louvre, to culminate in the Tuileries Garden.

If, like us, it is your first time in the city, it is advisable to do

some tour as an introduction. Do not think that with this you will already have

discovered all of Paris, but if you just got off the plane and you still have no idea

what is south north to east or west and you do not remember history well

of the country, without a doubt the free walking tour

It will help.

Finished the free walking tour, which as we have said in other videos of free nothing,

remember to give a tip according to the guides, we started our free walk.

Having in our possession a Paris pass, which we would start using daily

next, that day we chose to visit places without paying entrance, so the

Saint Sulpice church was our chosen one.

It's our recommended tip: not so visited, not so well known, but that's not why

less beautiful

It is not from the places that appear in the Paris guides, but who did not read or saw

the Da Vinci Code ?

If you did not read it, enjoy the church and Delacroix's frescoes, if

you read for sure you will look for the pink line.

It is very close to the Luxembourg Gardens, open every day from 7 30 am to

7:30 pm and your admission is free.

We just did the walking tour in Paris

It was nice, not as nice as the ones we did previously in other cities.

At least for us. Maybe it was the guide that touched us.

It is always good to give a glimpse of the city

we made quite a screenshot of the story but not so much of the buildings as to

locate us, but hey that is a personal opinion perhaps the rest of the group liked it.

And we were just in the church of Saint

Sulpice, which is the one that appears in the da Vinci Code movie for those who

have read the book is interesting, and well now we are in the gardens of

Luxembourg resting a bit of the busy day.

The gardens and the palace of Luxembourg, it's a Parisian public park, a place

of walk and relax that you can not miss. Designed in 1612 under the orders of

María de Medicis, are today one of the most beautiful and central of Paris.

We finished here our first day in Paris, tomorrow we will start to go through it

more in depth, taking advantage of our Paris pass.

Do not forget to subscribe to continue our adventure in the light city.

81-Yr-Old Grandpa Who Spent 60 Years Saving 2 Million Unborn Babies' Lives Gives Back 1 Final Time - Duration: 2:37.

81-Yr-Old Grandpa Who Spent 60 Years Saving 2 Million Unborn Babies' Lives Gives Back

1 Final Time.

An 81-year-old's lifelong career of saving babies' lives has come to an end.

For six decades, James Harrison of Australia has donated blood more than 1,100 times.

According to the Australian Red Cross, he even earned himself the nickname "the man

with the golden arm."

What makes Harrison's story so unique is that his blood has a special antibody in it

that protects unborn babies from the deadly disease Rhesus D Haemolytic.

This condition causes the blood of pregnant women to attack their babies' blood cells,

causing brain damage, heart failure or death.

Thankfully, a medication called Anti-D which uses the plasma from donors like Harrison

was developed for at-risk mothers.

"Every ampule of Anti-D ever made in Australia has James in it," Robyn Harlow, who recruited

Harrison, told the Sydney Morning Herald.

"It's an enormous thing…

He has saved millions of babies.

I cry just thinking about it."

Harrison's blood alone has saved over 2 million unborn babies' lives.

However, Harrison is no stranger to needing donated blood.

At 14, he had to have major chest surgery and required 13 units of blood.

Knowing how important it was for him to receive this gift, he decided to begin donating his

own blood as soon as he turned 18.

Ten years later, doctors discovered Harrison's blood was rare and asked if he could donate

his plasma.

"They asked me to be a guinea pig, and I've been donating ever since," Harrison said.

Sixty years later, Harrison reached the age limit for blood donors in Australia and so

it was time for him to retire his "golden arm."

He gave his final donation on May 11.

"It's a sad day for me," Harrison said.

"The end of a long run."

"I hope it's a record that somebody breaks because it will mean they are dedicated to

the cause," Harrison told the Red Cross.

ALTHOUGH, IF HARRISON COULD HAVE IT HIS WAY HE WOULD KEEP DONATING.

"I'D KEEP ON GOING," HE SAID, "IF THEY'D LET ME."

"Australia owes a big thank you to James Harrison, Australia became the first country

in the world to be self-sufficient in the supply of Anti-D, and cases of HDN are rare,"

spokesperson Jemma Falkenmire said.

"We encourage the partners and friends of all new mothers to think about donating blood,

just one donation helps ensure someone has the chance to be a mother."

Tim Robinson Talks About Detroiters - Duration: 2:42.

-How are you, my friend? -I'm great.

How are you, dude? -Good.

I'm so happy "Detroiters" is back for another season.

But this is a show -- I think when people think about Detroit,

they don't think about

as sort of fun and light as this show is.

And then, were you guys trying to tell a story about Detroit

that you feel like hadn't been told?

-Well, it was -- We were just kinda doing what --

We wanted to show the commercials

that we have in Detroit, which are pretty goofy.

So, we parodied almost --

almost to exactly the commercials we saw growing up.

-So, these were local ads in Detroit.

Were there ones that you got to this year

that you hadn't gotten to in season one?

-Almost every one this year is, like,

a direct parody of something we grew up watching.

So when people watch them, like, "Whoa, that's insane."

They're pretty real.

[ Laughter ] -Really?

'Cause there's a cra-- there's an insane

suit commercial in the second episode.

That is an accurate -- -That is almost shot for shot.

[ Laughter ]

And Sam, who does it, fits in perfectly with it

where he's just like -- every look is like...

-You guys play -- You are sort of idiot ad executives.

Oh, no. Do you not think so?

[ Laughter ]

-I'm playing a smarter version of myself.

-Oh, no. [ Laughter ]

-I have to give all the scripts to a scientist

who punches 'em up.

-Oh, no! [ Laughter ]

An advertising scientist?

-He just said he's a scientist! -Okay.

Wait. So, is this a real thing?

Is "April in the D" a real thing?

-"April in the D" is a real thing.

-Okay. What is "April in the D"?

-It was when Fox Sports Detroit --

when the Pistons, the Red Wings, and the Tigers

were all playing at the same time,

they had this competition where you could, like,

you could submit a song.

Your band could submit a song

that would become the theme song for "April in the D."

So, everybody around metro Detroit would --

Not everybody, but a lot of people would submit videos.

And you can still go online and do a deep dive and find them.

And my brother has one on there, but I'm not gonna say the link.

-Oh, really? -Unh-unh.

-'Cause he would be upset? -It's too good, I think.

I don't want him to -- [ Laughter ]

-Oh, you feel like, if we showed it,

this segment would become about him.

-Yeah. I think he would --

-He'd get a record contract?

-Yeah, and then, he'd turn into a jerk.

[ Laughter ]

-So, what were the parameters?

Just all you had to do is, you had to write a song.

The title had to "April in the D."

-It had to say "April in the D" in it,

and I think it had to mention all the sports teams.

-Gotcha. And, so, would you --

Now, do you ever, like, just as pastime,

go back and look at that and enjoy it?

-No. -Okay.

[ Laughter ] Good. I think it's better --

-No, I do. I absolutely do.

Yeah, we go back -- We actually --

-Well, you got to move on from the past.

You got to leave that there. -Yeah, right.

Thank you. Thank you, Seth.

Husqvarna 401 Vitpilen e Svartpilen: il test finalmente! [ENGLISH SUB] - Duration: 15:51.

Hey everyone from Milan. todaywe will test two new bikes: Husqvarna Svartpilen and Vitpilen 401

In order to test these bikes we needed two young testers with many hair

Apart from that, I'm pretty tall and he's shorter than I am, so we can see if they're comfortable for both of us

I have taken the Vitpilen and you've got the Svartpilen, which is more off road oriented

Svartpilen has knobbled tires, it's a scrambler

while the Vitpilen is built on the same base as the Svartpilen, with a very low and large handlebar, it's a small cafe racer, very stylish and elegant, similar to the 701, it's an adult bike and fun

The price? 6,550 euro, pretty expensivebut they have a great design and they aim at young riders. They share the same technical base with the KTM Duke 390

Trellis frame, single cylinder engine but a very refined design

there's a 375 cc single cylinder engine, with a power of 44 HP with a weight of less than 150 Kg

compared to the 701, it's even lighter, 9 kg less

Svartpilen has a weight of 150 kg due to the rack and heavier tires, since it has the Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR

they both share the same wheel size: 17 both at the front at the rear, 110 at the front and 150 at the rear

frame wise, they have a trellis frame, the same layout used by KTM in MotoGP, 43 mm WP fork and WP rear suspension

There's a Bybre braking system, meaning that it's engineered in Italy by Brembo and then realized in India, with a 320 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear one, with ABS

Just like the KTM 390, there's a very nice aluminum swing arm, a small muffler and a low plate holder

Since not everyone likes it, there's the chance to move it undernath the seat

and, on top of that, the weight is very low, with good performance

The seat is at only 835 mm from the ground,on the Svartpilen there's a double seat and, if you remove the rear part, there's another rack, whileon the other there's a single seat

The Vitpilen is extremely agile in town, even if you're not tall, the low handlebar makes you put some weight on you wrists but, by being large, it still makes the bike agile

it works well in the traffic, with a smooth output and a good acceleration at mid range RPM, it feels like your using a lowe gear sometimes

the braking is really good, the chassis works well even on binaries, but it's a bit stiff at the front

The svartpilen is amazing, I'm over 180 cm tall and I'm still comfortable, obviusly there isn't much space for the passenger

the engine is amazing, also thanks to the low weight, it's very sporty, especially over 5,000 RPM and, since this is an Euro 4 engine, it tends to be pretty hot

the shift works well, the clutch is smooth and lught, the braking is powerful but the suspensions are a bit too sporty in town so let's go test them at the lake!

Here we go, this Vitpilen is fun here on twisty roads. The engine is amazing, it seems bigger than it is, it has a good layout that allows to turn well, making this bike easy even at high speed

The braking is really good and, overall, it's extremely fun. It's stylish in town but here's amazing

I'm 185 cm tall and I'm comfortable, the tank has a load capacity of 9.5 l, so it's very small but it has a very low fuel consumption

mine has an higher handlebar, with a bgreat control over the bike. I have knobbled tires, but I still have an amazing grip

the cockpit is full of info and it's easy to read even in the sun

on twisty roads this bike is extremely fun thanks to its 44 HP, more than enough. The shift is very preciseand we have lots of fun, without running

Edoardo, in front of me, has the sporty version, the Vitpilen, but the Svartpilenis still very fun in complete safety thanlks to the great braking system Bybre and to the fork which is stiff enough even when braking

the seat is very har and we can appreciate it here, giving a good feedback

The price is pretty high but it has some great finishes and it runs amazingly well

Ok, so we have left town in order to test it on a twisty road

the Svartpilen has knobbled Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires, I really had fun. The suspensions were a bit stiff in town but perfect here, the 9.5 l tank is small and you don't feel it between your legs and the engineis very powerful

there are just some vibrations at about 2,000 RPM, but nothing bad. The shift is very light, with a good ratio and the higher handlebar is perfect for me since I'm tall

I really approve the Svartpilen, especially on twisty roads and without the passenger

I really like the Vitpilen, but don't keep in town since it gives its best on roads like this one

The handlebar is low but large and it has a good lever especially on narrow turns and on the stretch, they reach pretty high speeds

riding on the highway you canhave a cruise speed of 130 Kph

what about your M5 tires? They work very well, especially on such a light bike, they're almost too much, you can do everything with them,

you can ride them with the A2 driver's licence. Why should someone buy it?

Well, there are many reasons, but I'd say the finishes, great details and design, which excuses the higher prioce

These bikes are extremely fun, 150 HP with 44HP are great

but if you'd like to use them on longer trips, these might not be the perfect bikes for you

well yes, especially if you have a passenger, even though, if you have a passenger, you might go for short trips. On top of that there's no load capacity. This bike is for singles

Well, young couples might suffer for love! You can put a backpack and you can go have fun with them

what dou you think about them? Leave a comment down here!

let us know, see you soon!

Eiffage Route takes a digital turn with FINALCAD - Duration: 2:16.

We've been using FINALCAD for a few months now. This app is allowing us

to digitally monitor the construction site.

FINALCAD lets us optimize the communication

between team leaders and site managers, who are

the pillars of our activity.

FINALCAD is suited to our job, in our case, road works.

Beforehand, there was not much to perform quality controls.

You had to manually input coordinates of the site, or the address of the site.

On roadworks, there are two kinds of construction sites: the large one,

which is spread over several days or even months, and there is a multitude of small projects.

Now, thanks to geolocation, we no longer have this manual entry

and all information we used to manually enter is done automatically.

The FINALCAD team came to see us on several occasions, both in the field and at the office.

And that allowed us

to get acquainted with the tool and work together on it.

We exchange a lot with the FINALCAD team and give our feedback

to improve the app, so that we can really use it on a daily basis across all our projects.

The autonomy that we have gained is adapted to our activity.

We save time,

we use much less paper.

For all quick decision making, such as a change order for any given reason

we now instantly have the information, allowing us to react instantly.

Even the eldest are able to use it

because the app is simple and user-friendly.

For sure, digital is now a reality in our current society.

We have to join this movement.

We have to move forward, switch to digital, there's no choice.

It's the future, for both productivity

and sustainability. It's a benefit for everyone.

Our role is to make sure that the teams are adopting it,

and to do so, it has to be simple and efficient.

Views on News: Farmers Suicide Rates, Red Hen, Bossie, Teen Killed, Black Influencers - Duration: 10:41.

hi everyone I am Tootie of Tootie's corner and welcome to my channel in today's video I

am talking about some things that have been in the news so let's get right into

it the first thing I want to talk to you about is the farmers in America are

killing themselves in staggering numbers I didn't know that farmers had the

highest rate of committing suicide this article I found on CBS news.com

I will share the link with you in the information box if you want to read the

article you can go check it out but this caught my attention because nobody's

talking about it let me share some of the key points in this article with you

think about trying to live today on the income you had 15 years ago

that's how agriculture expert Charles Hurt describes the plight facing the United

States farmers today and I'm scrolling a little bit down looking at my phone here

scrolling further down the suicide rate in the field of farming fishing and

forestry is eighty four point three per 100,000 people more than five times that

of the population as a whole that's even as the nation overall has seen an

increase in suicide rates over the last thirty years and I'm scrolling on down a

little bit more the farm crisis was so bad there was a terrible outbreak of

suicide and depression and this was like in the 1980s I believe said Jennifer

Fahy communications director with Farm Aid a group founded in 1983 that

advocates for farmers today she said I think it's actually worse we're hearing

from farmers on our hotline that farmers stress is extremely high every time

there's more uncertainty around issues around the farm economy there's another

day of phones ringing off the hook finances are a major reason since 2013

farm income has been dropping steadily according to the United States

Department of Agriculture this year the average farm income is projected to be

35 percent below its 2013 level Wow so I just wanted to share that with you

because I didn't know and I love my farmers because you know they get us our

food to our markets and our food at our farmers markets I just didn't know that

this was going on with our farmers so y'all pray for our farmers you know pray

for them that things change for them the second item on my list to talk about is

about sarah huckabee Sanders and I'm sure most of you have probably heard

about Sarah Huckabee Sanders who is the press secretary to President Trump she

was asked to leave the Red Hen and it's a restaurant in Virginia she was asked

to leave so she politely left but here's the kicker Maxine Waters she was

speaking to a group and she told this group to harass anybody who works for

Trump anybody that's in its administration harass those people if

you see them in a restaurant or if you see them in the store if you see them

getting gasoline harass them well that was a bad move miss Maxine because

people are actually doing what she recommended and I'm afraid this is going

to get out of hand and somebody's gonna get hurt she needs to be called on the

carpet and she needs to be held accountable for what she has said it's

been in the news people have been talking about it and things have been

happening people have literally started doing what Maxine Waters has recommended

and told them to do there do they're doing it and I'm afraid it's gonna get

out of hand so y'all pray that nobody gets hurt and

that Maxine apologizes for what she said but I doubt she will apologize

she hasn't already I don't know anyway she needs to apologize you guys pray for

this situation that people don't get hurt

the next thing that I have is a phrase that some of us use here in the South

and we don't think anything of it it's called you're out of your cotton-picking

mind well a person who is a appears on fox news sometimes on the panel that

they have his name is Bossie and Bossie works for Trump in some way I can't

remember exactly I'm going on for what I read and I don't have the article right

here before me but he was on Fox News and he was also debating I guess another

person who happened to be black a black man and so while they were having their

discussion Bossie makes the comment you're out of your cotton-picking mind

and so the black man took offense to that and he complained to Fox News and

Fox News suspended this man because he said you're out of your cotton-picking

mind the black man was offended because he said he had ancestors who picked

cotton okay I am from the south and some people do use this phrase you're out of

your cotton-picking mind now I'm a little bit younger than some of the

people that I hear saying it they are older than I am probably in their early

50s in their 60s they use that phrase younger people don't use that phrase we

just say you got to be out of your mind you got to be kidding me you are you

crazy what are you thinking so that's what the phrase cotton-picking mind

means I've never thought of it to be offensive in any way I never think of

anybody picking cotton when I hear that phrase I just think of people being

crazy out of their mind what how are you thinking what are you thinking and so

that's something that's been in the news too the other thing that I have is about

this teenager who was shot by a cop and his name was Antwon

Rose Antwon Rose was a 17 year old honor student who was it the wrong place at

the wrong time because he was in a vehicle with some people who were doing

some bad things and he shouldn't even be in with them but when they got pulled

over Antwon decided that he was going to run

instead of comply he ran this happened by the way in East Pittsburgh I believe

he decided that he was going to run instead of comply with what the officers

were telling him to do so as he ran the cop decided that hey I'm going to shoot

him instead of running after him he shot so the officer has been charged

with criminal homicide and the teenager was unarmed so in my question my little

mind I'm thinking Antwon why did you run you know and cop

why did you shoot my first mind is like cops should be running you know why

would you think to shoot somebody but he's been charged with criminal homicide

so we'll see how that plays out and the last thing I want to say is that if you

are a conservative specifically a black conservative if you haven't heard there

was a summit and Meetup that was held in Phoenix Arizona and it

was sponsored by turning-point USA and the people who got it together with

Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens and Brandon Tatum if you don't know those

people look them up on YouTube and you can see who they are well what they did

is they got a I don't know how many people that got together but it was the

black influencers mainly here on YouTube that got together and they are

conservatives and so from what I have seen the head of

very good time it was a lot of positivity and it just was it just

seem like it was really good thing for them to do and I hope that whatever they

have planned goes right on and they get the job done and so I just want you guys

to know that there are some people that were there that I follow like Kevin's

corner he's one of the first people that I started following here on YouTube who

else was there Kevin's corner and we have James T

Harris he's an older man but he's been in the conservative game for quite some

time and then we have Anthony Brian Logan was there amazing the amazing

Lukas Candice was there and Terrance Williams the little comedian guy who

loves his fried chicken and it was a lot of other people Hotep Jesus it's so

many that was there Leo Dunson so you guys check out Kevin's corner he has a

lot of the interviews from some of those some of the people that are here on

youtube if you're interested in that I just wanted to throw that out there

because it was such a positive message that they are trying to get across and

if you are a conservative it doesn't matter you black or white or whatever

keep your eyes open all right keep your eyes on those people and what they are

doing and working on that's all I have for you today I really didn't have

anything planned I had some news items that I want to share and I didn't want

to make separate videos for each video for each news story and I just wanted to

come and talk about it a little bit so of the news stories you can share your

opinion or give me your feedback and your take on some of the things that

I've shared with you so we can chop it up in the comment section okay thank you

so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video bye-bye

Will it also be a wrong after this f there are ministers who use amil language, Iban language, unjabi language or Jawa langua e?" he asked.  He stressed tha he was not against English, M ndarin, Tamil or the languages of any other ethnic groups in alaysia, adding that he felt i was always better to master m re languages.  However, he als advocated the use of Bahasa M laysia for official government matters, with English and othe global languages to be used d ring international dealings.    Purported defenders of BM sho ld also be consistent in their actions and not be "seasonal" n upholding the national langu ge, he said.  "Don't only crit cise Guan Eng only for making fficial government statements sing Mandarin.

RELATED ARTICLES Previous 1 Next Man, 21, who killed a woman and injured more than a dozen

The Oscar-winner is opening up on his state of mind when he fell for his Brazilian love. - Duration: 3:33.

Settling down, yet still riding high.  delivered his reliably quotable take on life and love in a new interview with Cigar Aficionado, where he shared what led him to marry his now-wife  nearly a decade ago

"I mean, the clock was ticking—I was about to be 40 and my plan was to be married and have kids by that age," he stated

"But I didn't want to play the game of starting to feel anxious because, with too much anxiety, you can't find a mate

And then you make a hasty decision. I knew men who had made hasty decisions and women who had done the same thing

But at that point, I wasn't hunting. And then this amazing woman walked across my field of vision and I thought, 'Who is that?' And it was Camila

" In the interview, the Texas native also weighed on in the McConaissance, a term for the actor's turn from fluffy commercial roles to meaty dramatic work that began around 2013, garnering him an Academy Award for Dallas Buyers Club

"I just said, 'F**k the bucks—I'm going for the experience' in the things I was choosing," he shared

"I quit trying to project how something would be received and decided to just be an actor for hire again

So I shut down my production company and my music company and simplified the things on my proverbial desk

I love being an actor and going as deep as you can in a role, to really commit to the craft

I put my head down and went after roles that scared me." He also gifted fans some folksy wisdom on life in general: "You've got to watch in life who's wagging who—is the dog wagging the tail or the tail wagging the dog? I've noticed the tail wagging me from time to time and I have to say, 'Hold on—I want to be the one doing the wagging

'" The beloved actor can next be seen in crime drama White Boy Rick, which hits theaters on Sept

14, 2018. See more on McConaughey in the video below.
