This is a short demonstration about how to use the Ergobaby Omni 360 Carrier in the front-outward
carry position with parallel "H" straps.
Your baby can be seated in this position once she is five months old and has strong and
consistent head and neck control.
Just follow these four quick steps.
First, check the seat is adjusted to your baby's size, is set up on the inner, gray
buttons, and shoulder straps are securely fastened and loosened.
Second, securely fasten the waist belt.
Tighten until you get a snug fit.
Third, pick up your baby, bring her against your chest while supporting her thighs.
Pull the back panel up.
Insert your arms one at a time through the shoulder straps, holding baby with the other
arm.
Buckle the back strap.
Keeping the shoulder straps loose makes it easier for you to reach it.
Tighten the shoulder straps evenly on both sides so baby is centered and you feel comfortable.
Make sure baby is comfortably seated by pivoting her pelvis forward and pulling the seat under
her thighs.
You're all done!

For more comfort on your back, tighten the waist belt snugly, and make sure the lumbar
support is centered on your back.
Make sure the back strap is in the middle of your shoulder blades using the sliders.
Keeping the shoulder straps loose will make it easier for you to buckle.
Pull them backwards to tighten without putting pressure on your baby's back.
Your baby's legs are in an ergonomic "M" shape position, with back slightly rounded in a
"C" shape.
Pivot your baby's pelvis forward, and extend the seat under her thighs if needed.
Make sure there is no pressure on your baby's shoulders and her airways are clear with her
chin above the back panel.

all right so today's question comes from - Neal right ok hopefully I pronounced
that correctly comes with Neal what would you what do
you do if your product isn't selling as much as you'd like now this is an issue
so many people run into you're not alone in this question I'm gonna answer this
because I think everyone at some point in their Amazon business unless you got
really lucky is gonna probably run into this problem now the first step I have
to ask you is did you do the correct product research I'm not trying to be
mean and I'm not trying to put blame or anything just a simple very honest
question did you do the correct product research how much time do you put into
it how long did you track it on the $9.99 how many reviews did the
competitors have how many reviews do you have all that type of stuff all plays a
huge part but let's say let's move forward to right now because all of us
see what's important is right now right now I would say what would I do you have
a few options one you could either liquidate it on Amazon Amazon has a
liquidation thing that they're trying out right now I don't know for how long
it's gonna be there but if it's kind of if you're gonna create a removal order
same thing but this time you have an option to either discard you can discard
your product you can for a fee you can send it all to yourself for a fee or you
can liquidate it I would suggest you could liquidate the product if it is not
selling another option you can do is get everything shipped to yourself and maybe
sell it within your community or sell it on eBay those are options if you don't
want to stick to Amazon obviously we this is an Amazon channel so I'm going
to talk about stuff you can do to try and help on Amazon now the main question
that the reason is difficult to ask this question because I think it varies
person by person but for example one of the main things is how competitive are
you against every else by this I mean your listing
optimization how does your listing look compared to everyone else obviously I
can't say I do believe I know what your problem is because we have talked about
this and we can go through and talk about it in the messages together but
obviously I can't share what your product is here and compare listings
because that would be very unfair to you because that would give your product
away and that's not the type of channel that we are but what I can say is I'm
pretty sure you're the niche you're in is very competitive if I remember
correctly the reviews that the first page has are very high and you're not
quite there in reviews yet so what I would suggest for you first is built up
those reviews I can't say enough build up those reviews I actually have I
actually know someone who can get you and good amount of reviews for a good
price so please contact me and I will get you in touch with them now that's
one option you can get boosted reviews is going to be by people you don't know
so you're not going to run the risk of anything and you're gonna be able to
just get your reviews hopefully be more competitive when you run ads a second
thing leaning on from the first thing ads are you running your ads are they
optimized all very important questions one thing I would suggest is please
check out my video that I made and I launched actually today when I'm filming
this not today when you're watching saying when I'm filming this I released
a video and it's talking about the keywords in Amazon and how they update
and change their keyword my criteria what they index and what they don't
index index is which ones you show up for when people search those keywords so
you want to make sure you optimize those I made a video please check it out I'm
gonna try and remember to leave it at the end of this video or maybe somewhere
on the screen right now but don't check it out just yet check it out at the end
so you can finish watching this video first
anyways yet reviews Superboy definitely going to help boost you up in
not only ranking but also in just reputation for when people look if you
have seven reviews and everyone else is a thousand it's very easy to tell which
one people are gonna buy for independent of your ads so you're gonna either have
to have a killer listing or so you're probably have to beat a lot on the cost
per click your cost per click to be really hiring at they've been a lot for
your ads but so this might cause you to lose some money upfront but the long run
hopefully like I said if your listing is optimizing you have a better listing
than your competitors you're gonna be the one winning in the long run another
thing to think about is maybe is there anything you can add to your product
that will differentiate it maybe a bundle
I do have a video on bundling coming out tomorrow so I can't I might link it in
this video I don't know either but I do have a video coming out talking about
bundling and how it can help boost your sales and double your sales or maybe
even triple your sales that's a good thing to look into it's a great
differentiator I'd give some examples in there it
differentiates your product since your products already on at Amazon however
what I would suggest is maybe bundling it with an e-book or something like that
the e-book you can deliver to them using an email Automator and that way when
they buy your product it'll automatically send them an email saying
hey thank you for buying this product could you please leave a review that's
one thing that the email automated does that's very important is to try and get
you more reviews you can also set up one this is hey thanks for buying our
product here's your free ebook it can be it can range from whatever you want it
to be you can get it made on Fiverr for like five ten dollars professionally you
can make one yourself 100% up to you it really depends on what how how
professional you want it to look but that's a great thing it could also be
related to any topic it can be whatever you want to be I can
the example is gonna give away your product but as long as it's sort of
related to your product or not sort that's all as it is related to your
product and it can be used with it and the ideas can be used with it it'd be
great ideas to make me think about an e-book to attach to it just to
differentiate your products another thing you might have to do is check your
pricing is your pricing too high is your pricing to average or is your pricing
even too low it really it really there is such thing as too low it makes your
products perceive value lower I've noticed sometimes that if I decrease my
price I'll get less sales so make sure you play around with your price um
that's another very important thing make sure your pictures are
professionally taking pictures so your listing looks great make sure your title
fully keywords the earlier in the title of the better description make sure it's
a nice-looking description not just a few random sentences lines written down
make sure your descriptions great these are all things that have to do with
boosting your sales on Amazon like I said it's very spike ace but hopefully

Horrified residents of the northern island of Hokkaido awoke to the wail of sirens and loudspeaker announcements urging them to take cover on Tuesday morning.
The warning came after 's regime sparked fresh international outrage by launching a rocket over the island just before 6am local time. The missile travelled for around 1,677 miles from an airport near Pyongyang before plummeting into the Pacific. .
A student called Joe captured eerie footage of the warnings blaring in his home town and posted it on social media.
He wrote: I woke up with a Siren and an announcement that North Korea launched a missile that would possibly hit cities within Hokkaido." Other residents received an alarm on their mobile phones warning: Missile launch.
North Korea appears to have fired a missile. . "Take refuge in a solid building or underground." The provocative launch was the secretive communist regime's first ballistic missile to fly over Japan since 2009.
In recent weeks, has launched a series of missiles toward the country, leading to a series of Japanese missile drills.
Japan branded Tuesday's launch an "unprecedented, grave threat" to the country with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe warning: We will make utmost efforts to firmly protect the lives of the people.".
North Korea's move has also led to condemnation from around the globe, with British Prime Minister Theresa May branding it a "reckless provocation".
And Donald Trump has warned "all options are on the table" when it comes to dealing with the regime. He said: The world has received North Koreas latest message loud and clear.
"This regime has signalled its contempt for its neighbours, for all members of the United Nations, and for minimum standards of acceptable international behaviour.".
