what's going on guys how are you doing welcome back to another video I mean you
might notice that I'm in the same place as the last Q&A video I did that's
because I'm recording them back to back to back I have a few questions out so
I'm gonna go through and answer them all right now break them up into videos and
then release them daily for you guys so you guys can get the content that you
deserve and the information that you need but you're not overwhelmed with too
many questions at one time when we do live streams I don't know you guys asked
a ton of questions and we will answer them all hopefully they'll be like 30 to
45 minute live streams and we're gonna be able to sit there and talk strategies
together and get all of your questions answered the only reason I'm not doing
this right now is because sitting and talking in front of the camera is
nowhere near as fun for 30 to 45 minutes when I'm just answering my questions by
myself and I don't get feedback from you guys so if you guys do want to see live
streams leave a like on this video and comment down below that you guys want to
see it and that you'd be interested in joining the live streams and that's
something we're gonna get set up hopefully very soon now where do I get

by now 50 members already been reached because I don't know when this videos
being uploaded probably while you're already be reached
hopefully otherwise maybe I'm doing something wrong when it comes to
promoting but the great part about the group guys is that it's so one
one-to-one right now because we don't have that many people in it it's so
one-to-one that I can answer every comment in there I know looking at other
people's groups I'm in a group with 3,000 people I'm in a group with 4,000
people and it's really hard for the admins to be able to answer every
comment cuz they just simply don't get notifications for every post and I do so
I'm in there all the time answering all of your questions helping you guys out
so much and if you have any longer questions you guys can post in there and
I will take it to make a youtube video on it as soon
I can so that's awesome and you guys will get featured on my channel so maybe
that's a little plus we do have 80 something subscribers right now so a
little bit of a part we might be at 90 when you're watching this so hold on to
your horses that's 90 people who might see you at my channel anyways I'm gonna
go into the question we have for today alright this vid alright this question
is from my man Tony Tony wrote what control do we have on packaging when
using FBA I had customers complain of damages in transit so I asked FBA to add
more bubble grab but they said no any ideas Tony that's a good question um
that couldn't be broken down into two different things the first being the
obviously the Amazon FBA packaging Amazon doesn't really do much to
packaging however they're not the ones that decide that usually they put it
either in an envelope if it fits that has a layer of bubble wrap and that's
about it I have tried to deal with Amazon asking them similar questions I
was asking that they could change the packaging or if they could do it a
specific way for me I got to no luck Amazon's not trying to make treat you
special whatsoever they're gigantic business I understand but it's a shame
now what might be the case for you and what it seems like is the case for you
I'm thinking that it might be related to your suppliers packaging correct me if
I'm wrong in the comments and we can go through and make another video about
this but I think maybe the supplier that you have is packaging it incorrectly or
not nice enough so what I would do is I would contact them and make them send
you a picture of the shipment before they ship it out so you can verify that
it looks nice and maybe order one yourself from or like not order one
yourself because you're not allowed to order your own product but get one
shipped to you and that way you can take a look at it and see what the issue is
if it really is the bubble wrap or if the issue was the packaging straight
from the supplier if it's if it's from the supplier there's a lot you can do is
from Amazon the problem that there's you can do from my experience and my
understanding in the matter Amazon usually is pretty good with their
packaging usually they don't break things but if something is broken that
is Amazon's problem so I would call them up if it was broken in their
transportation or warehouse damaged I have had goods warehouse damage and they
will refund you for that so that's really cool very nice of them to do that
but like I said what I think your problem might be more related to is your
supplier shipping so I would check like I said get them to send you a picture of
the packaging before they ship it out once like your inventory is all there
and ready to be shipped out before it gets shipped out get them to send you a
picture and if that's not the problem maybe communicate with them about their
shipping choices and how they're shipping the item and maybe see if
there's something there that you can figure out the problem what the problem
is I haven't ran into any supplier who wasn't willing to work with you to grow
your business because it also grows their business so they're very most of
them are at least the good suppliers are very they really care about your
business as well I have my suppliers checking up on me all the time if I need
inventory fast they'll congratulate me on my sales if it's taking me a little
longer than it usually does they're gonna call they're gonna message me on
whatsapp and ask me oh what's wrong stuff like that so you really build a
relationship with your supplier that's what you want to have and when you have
that establish we're just knowing that that's both of your guys and goals you
should have a great communication and they should be able to work with you to
find the Shalhoub to find a solution when it comes to your pub product
packaging the trick the tricky part about FBA is that I usually recommend
people don't go for delicate products like glass and stuff like that because
very tricky to get it from China to here in one piece
I've heard of a lot of people a lot of issues people are having obviously I'm
not trying to bash shipments from China in any way I think they're great and a
lot of people have great success with them and they have no issues I'm just
saying shipping overseas delicate products is a
lot harder so I'm not exactly sure what your product is don't tell me what your
product is that's your own personal information but nonetheless that
might also be an issue if the product is delicate if you are certain that the
issue is with Amazon however like I would call Amazon up I know you said you
have and you've talked to them about the transit and all about adding more bubble
wrap what I would do is either a call Amazon
and tell them you're gay supplier complaints about their transit or get
tell your suppliers that I've gotten messages from suppliers before about
issues regarding Amazon themselves I had one actually message me the other day
saying that their product hadn't arrived already they ordered to today's shipping
and it had been eight days so they messaged me I tried to contact Amazon
Amazon said there's nothing I could do about it personally they would have to
do it so I messed in the back saying this is an issue regarding Amazon I
apologize for the inconvenience but here's Amazon customer service phone
number get in touch with them and figure out what the issue is I obviously I
rented it a lot more professionally but that was the general gist of the email
is I can't do anything about it contact Amazon it's their problem once
it leaves the warehouse my my problem is just having the products there and the
products be in good condition when they're there this is actually why a lot
of people recommend getting samples especially if it's a more delicate
product my first product that I ordered was not super delicate so I didn't even
bother getting samples even now I rarely get a sample just because it wastes my
time and which is a terrible mentality of how to go about this thing you really
should be getting samples to make sure and verify that everything is correct
and the products good so I don't know if you get pictures from your supplier or
of the of the product or of the packaging or whatever it may be but that
is my number one tip if you don't go on do that and then maybe your you have a
bad supplier if they're not giving you the correct or the goods in good shape
you know anyways guys I hope this video was useful Tony I hope this answered
