in this video

i'm going to show you

growing money plant in a fish bowl

first

we need some materials

fish bowl or aquarium, aquarium stones or small gravel stones and some seashells

now

cleaning the stones with water

because

cleaning new aquarium gravel properly is an important

gravel dust and residue can harm plant and fish or even kill

so we must clean the stones before to use

after cleaning with water

put the aquarium stones in the fish bowl

then

place some seashells

add some colored stones

slowly fill the water in fish bowl

use cleaned and filtered water or you can use filtered drinking water

it's a betta fish

transfer the fish into the bowl

top of the fish bowl

just stick the sellotape or any small tape or thread to place the money plant on top of the bowl

then

place the money plant on top of the fish bowl and allow to grow roots in the water

feeding the fish

after all, maintaining fish tank

clean the tank twice a week

keep the fish bowl in shady area or living room

growing money plant in fish tank is beneficial to the plant

money plant(pothos) absorbs nitrates and uses them for growth

and also Feng Shui principles regard money plant as one of the best plants to purify air polluted with synthetic chemicals from furniture and cleaning solutions

and It energizes the home by filtering air and increasing oxygen inflow.

Good to have Bryce Paup back on

staff coach?

Exactly. You know, Bryce knows

this university. It's an easy

transition. He knows our

defense, he knows this

university, and now he's a

better coach today then when he

left because he experienced the

BCS. And as I did, sometimes

through the appreciation of

UNI, you really understand the

uniqueness of UNI once you have

left this university.

Here's what the players have to

say about welcoming back coach

Bryce Paup.

Bryce Paup loves to pay it

forward as he mentors and

teaches UNI student athletes

who are following in his

footsteps. An All-American for

the Panthers, Paup went on to

have an impressive 11 year

career in the NFL. In 1995 Paup

was named the defensive Most

Valuable Player in all of the

NFL. He served as the defensive

line coach for his alma mater

from 2013 to 2016, and he is

back on campus in 2018 to lead

the Panthers d-line.

The first thing everyone is

going to think of is that he is

a pro bowler multiple times,

NFL for a long time, phenomenal

athlete but the one thing if

you forget about it all is he

is just a great guy. We

correlate on multiple things

besides football. There are

times in our meetings where we

are just sitting there talking

about life, making smart

decisions, doing the right

things, and admitting when we

are wrong. I believe he has

helped me grow as a young adult

to things that I would never be

able to do with out that

feature and I give him thanks

to that. As far as coaching he

hits me right on a perfect

level and I couldn't be more

glad that he is back.

Under the leadership of Bryce

Paup the UNI defense was one of

the best in the nation from

2013 to 2016 and several

Panthers went on to play in the

NFL. He is always looking at

new methods and techniques to

get the most out of his players.

Bryce Paup has done a great job

of communicating what made him

successful and able to

communicate that well to us.

One thing that he emphasizes

with the team is recovery.

Stuff to make sure we don't get

hurt. We do a bunch of

stretches and therapeutic walks

before practice to make sure

our body doesn't get hurt and

strengthens our body in the

right spots and as a player

himself he is teaching us many

different ways and what makes

him such a good coach is that

he finds everyone's niche. What

works for them and he drives it

home with them so they can get

that down. If it is a move that

I can't do...we will move on

from it. And if it is a move

that I can do..we will practice

and practice it until it

becomes 2nd nature.

The relationship that Bryce Paup

has built with this team is one

of the reasons why his players

will continue go above and

beyond for their coach when the

game is on the line.

Coach Paup is so humble and

caring and he is wililng to go

the extra mile for his players.

You would never know that this

man played 12 years in the NFL,

he was the defensive player of

the year and a 4 time Pro

Bowler unless you googled it!

You wouldn't know any of that

and he is always willing to

fight for his players and that

is the one thing I love about

coach Paup. He is the reason

my first year here I was ready

to quit football and he

literally called me into his

office and he just talked to

me. We didn't even talk

football for the first 30

minutes. He knows my dad is a

pastor and he was talking to me

about bible verses and God and

our families for 30 minutes

before we talked about football

and that is why I love him. He

cares about me and people

outside of the sport. He will

tell you in meetings he is here

to build relationships because

he knows that if he builds a

good relationship with you off

the field that everything on

the field will be taken care of

and that is the motto he

preaches by.

He has just been a great

influence on me.

Rimane al centro dell'agenda politica il dibattito sulla riforma delle Pensioni, dal taglio degli assegni d'oro al superamento della legge Fornero con misure come la quota 100, la proroga di Opzione Donna, la quota 41 per i lavoratori precoci, come previsto nel contratto di governo stipulato tra il Movimento 5 stelle e la Lega

Negli ultimi giorni sono emerse delle divergenze tra leghisti e pentastellati sulla riduzione degli assegni più alti, divergenze che però in parte sembrano appianate

Il vicepremier pentastallato Luigi Di Maio aveva avvertito i leghisti che non intende fare nessun passo indietro rispetto ai tagli alle pensioni d'oro previsti da un disegno di legge già depositato alla Camera dei Deputati e che si dovrà sul punto rispettare il contratto di governo

Ha risposto positivamente il vicepremier leghista Matteo Salvini, assicurando che il contratto sarà rispettato

Pensioni, botta e risposta tra Di Maio e Salvini sul taglio agli assegni d'oro "Sulle pensioni – ha detto ieri il ministro dell'Interno parlando di legge Fornero e pensioni d'oro - rispetteremo il contratto di governo

Ho convocato per martedì prossimo – ha annunciato il leader del Carroccio - una riunione per la prossima manovra, come segretario di partito"

La linea è quella portata avanti dal ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche sociali Luigi Di Maio e già messa nero su bianco nel ddl presentato dai capigruppo parlamentari del Movimento 5 stelle e della Lega a Montecitorio, in cui è previsto un taglio degli assegni superiori a 4

000 euro al mese nella parte non coperta dai contributi previdenziali che quindi dovrebbe essere ricalcolata con il metodo contributivo

"Le mega pensioni non coperte da contributi [VIDEO] – ha detto Salvini - non hanno senso di esistere"

La riforma pensioni M5s-Lega prevede quota 100, Opzione donna e quota 41 Quindi l'intenzione, al momento, sembra quella di andare avanti nella direzione indicata da Di Maio

"Sono contento – ha detto ieri a Venezia - di questi mesi di lavoro e ci prepariamo ad una manovra economica che darà le prime risposte, non promettiamo miracoli, ma – ha sottolineato - i primi segnali di cambiamento per l'economia"

Anche nel corso dell'intervento di ieri a Conselve (Padova) alla Festa della Lega il leader del Carroccio è tornato sulla riforma delle pensioni, ribadendo il suo impegno per smontare la legge Fornero

Come si ricorderà, il piano per la previdenza del governo gialloverde [VIDEO] prevede la quota 100, la proroga del regime sperimentale di Opzione donna, la quota 41 per i lavoratori precoci

Ma ancora non sono stati illustrati i dettagli delle misure che, salvo imprevisti e ripensamenti, dovrebbero trovare spazio nella prossima legge di Bilancio

Lo scorso 16 luglio, il procuratore Enrico Zucca aveva chiesto la condanna a un anno e 10 mesi per Umberto Bossi, 2 anni per i revisori Diego Sanavio e Antonio Turci e un anno e 3 mesi per Stefano Aldovisi, ma non c'erano ancora richieste su Belsito

In assenza di una querela contro l'ex tesoriere, l'ipotesi di reato di appropriazione indebita a suo carico rischiava di decadere, restando in piedi solo quella di truffa aggravata

In primo grado Belsito era stato condannato a 4 anni e 10 mesi e in Appello avrebbe potuto sperare, in assenza di una denuncia, in un pena minore

Anyways, I'm just gonna show you how I do my hair. I'm just gonna straighten it and as you will see I have

Pulled out my hair and I'm gonna start brushing it to get all those knots out, get all that excess hair that you know,

I don't know how much hair I shed but it sure is a lot

and then I'm gonna spray that Chi spray into my hair just to help protect it from the heat and then I section it and

Slowly start to straighten away!

Did you see that? That just landed in the toilet....

Okay, I'm going to show you how I do my

Almost every day makeup routine. I am someone that is slowly starting to get into make up

I don't really wear it

So I put on this

VitaZing, I don't know if I'm saying that right but

Origins VitaZing, tinted moisturizer has SPF in it, which I really really like

So I'm just gonna spray that in just like that and then

Usually I do my hair after I don't know why I did first today but um

Now after letting this dry it's still a little wet but I'm gonna use the Ready Set gorgeous

Concealer from covergirl really how much of a fail oh

Come on, Oh my god.

This is gonna be like a ten minute video just there we go, and this is in the colour light.

I'm just using this as my thing

The Tarte, I'm not even really sure what brush this is

but I know that this is for foundations and this is for concealer and it's really nice because it's angled so you can just kind of like

This is the Too Faced milk chocolate it's in the light medium. So that's what it looks like

And then open up

It actually smells like Milk Chocolate

Now I have this brush the Real Techniques by Sam and Nick and this is the blush brush and

I'm too cheap to buy

Don't know if I do blush, right but or oh my god. I can't even get the product name, right?

But I like it because it gives me a little bit of color. I don't get very much color

Highlighter. So here I use the smashbox drawn in decked out palette. It's called the spiked

Slightly spotlight palette and we have

turn it on pearl crank it up pearl or blow a fuse and

See that's like the one thing I don't like about this palette. It's making kind of messy.

I usually mix

Middle one and this one and just put some one here

Whoa, a lot.

I honestly just use like an eyeshadow brush

Cause I'm too cheap to buy

another one just for highlighting which seems a little silly but

That's just me in a nutshell. I also like to do it under my eyebrow

And then just a little on my nose

Don't know if you can tell, ooo actually you can

So here's the updated angle, my nose looks awfully large at this angle!

And I think I already know which one I'm going to pick. I like this one because if you look here I think a little fun

And then print it's just beautiful. But I also like this one. It's always a go-to a short sleeve
