When I start my day and I do my breakfast I love calm music
but it needs to be uplifting.
So I would say that my playlist is very mixed up.
I love being at home, I love the cosiness,
I love sitting on a sofa with my friends, with my family
and having the music on
and then I just want to relax.
I think music is like therapy.
It can bring you into the best mood,
it can also tear you down, so you have to always be careful
what you are listening to, especially if you are not in the best mood
but it can also lift you up and make your day so much better.
It's the base of everything in my life.
I'm always saying that in my heart I'm very old-school,
it really starts from my view of life
about traditions, about music and I think vinyl is something
that just fits into my whole life theme.
What I would say is a very good thing,
is having certain things from back in the day, like a turntable
but also being more in our time, being wireless all the time, it's so practical
and being able to listen to music wherever I am
at my home gives me pretty much a feeling of freedom.

SLIPPERY AND WET - BIKEPARK CHATEL ROADTRIP DAY 2 | Downhill in Portes du Soleil - Duration: 6:49.
Welcome to Day 2. It rained through the whole night. Here some shots!
It's already half past 12, we chilled a bit this morning. We're going to Avoriaz today, maybe to morzine. Let's hope for some grip.
"I don't think Morzine is a good idea today."
Tomorrow will be rain as well, but after that it should get better. We hopefully can go crazy in two days.
But for now we keep it easy. Enjoy!
This is where we're going down now.
Take your fingers off the brake!!
Let's go for that left one, are you down?
That was sh*te, we'll have lunch now.
Retreat! We're going home again.
Great. Very great.
Favourite trail 1 - nice. Trail 2 - great. Trail 3 - perfect.
It's around 14 degrees, and I'm going now into the even colder creek. How was it? - "interesting experience."

Tokyo Adventure | Walking Rainbow Bridge - Duration: 10:11.
and we also found a secret forest right
near Odaiba but we already know daya
today and while there are countless fun
and interesting ways to come to Odaiba
today today we took the boat ten o'clock
we're heading to Odaiba in style
what do you think of the boat? there are no words for
how cool this is
that's pretty awesome eh there's not
actually a whole lot to say it's a boat
that goes from Asakusa to Odaiba.
also a note just for the history books
this area right behind me right here
under construction that is a
construction of the Olympic Village
the last boat fact right now we're on
the Hotaluna and this is the Himiko
they look almost the same but they're a
little different fun fact about the
Himiko boat it was actually based off an
old Japanese anime series and the guy
who did the anime series designed the
boat now these boats do go both ways you
can take the boat from us Asakusa to Odaiba
or vice versa but we're not taking a
boat back today we have other plans you
see 10 years ago my little brother
Alexander came out to visit me here in
Tokyo for the first time there was one
thing that we didn't get to do and we're
gonna try and box that off today that
one thing is walking Rainbow Bridge the
Rainbow Bridge walk is about 1.7
kilometers around 2 kilometers once you
get there and they say it takes about 20
to 30 minutes but there is a catch
the catch is that when you get there it
might not even be open it's closed on
the third Monday of every month we've
avoided that but in the case of strong
winds it also shuts down also a lot of
stuff in Japan will just close at random
times that that does happen we could
have checked ahead but where's the
adventure in that
so it looks like we've gotten to the
base of the bridge and I guess we're
about to find out if we're actually
gonna be able to walk it what do you
think man do you think we're gonna be
able to walk the bridge I think so I got
a good feeling about Alexandra's got a
good feeling about it so if we can't
walk it it's really more on him than
anything else I'm going to show you
something you can bring a bicycle but
you've got to push it by hand these
little trolleys down here are to make
sure that you push your bicycle instead
of writing
I'm so excited about this like I've been
over Rainbow Bridge probably yes I said
rain boo
I've been over Rainbow Bridge probably a
hundred times in every method of
transportation you can think of train I
guess there's nothing that many that's
like train in motor vehicle but but
finally after 10 years we get to walk it
we have a decision to make right at the
beginning if you notice it splits off
into two sides on one side we get like
the ocean and Odaiba view and on the
other side we get the city view do you
have a preference thank the city of you
yeah
there it is
we've been on the bridge for about five
minutes and I've already lost Alexander
to photography
it is incredibly photogenic and the
views speak for themselves
right before getting on to the actual
bridge area itself there is one more
opportunity to change over to the other
route
okay I understand the sign and all but
where would you cross to
I want to know what happened that they
needed to put up that side maybe I don't
I have my fingers crossed for vending
machines with no such luck
one thing I will say though is that if
you're sensitive to things like car
fumes
I wouldn't recommend this walk
dude a quiet moment it's amazing how few
people there are up here I think I'm
going to put this on the list of really
good activities for a super hot summer's
day because it is currently 36 degrees
out we're not feeling it at all this is
a good summer activity
there was something for a short rest to
check out the area let me show you where
we are they've got all these pictures up
they kind of break down the different
views that are across here and it's
actually just kind of a nice fun
Kasey's do run into any like emergency
trouble there is an emergency phone up
here
of nice elevator
there's nobody in here it's like
a ghost town
it is Alexander Oh finally numbers yeah
if you get three the same numbers you
get a free drink that's cool yeah on the
Shibaura side, walking Rainbow Bridge
wasn't I love the reflection of this
look at this
I don't know about you but I kind of
miss Odaiba the other side was more
beautiful it had the beach the side has
like shipping yards and like
construction I have an idea and just
like that back in Odaiba actually it
wasn't just like that we actually walked
back on the other side because we were
both kind of curious above the views a
note of the views the views were nice we
did enjoy it
we also found a secret forest right here
in Odaiba but I feel like that's gonna
have to be a story for another time if
you had to choose between the two sides
the one we went up on and the one we
came back on which one would have been
your favorite yeah I like that city view
and that in a nutshell is what it's like
to walk Rainbow Bridge what did you
think if it's great I loved it I waited
10 years for Alexander to come back to
do that I would say was worth it
normally I would say give that like
button some love and don't forget to hit
subscribe but you know what I think it'd
be a lot more fun if you just went and
checked out two or three more Tokyo Lenz
videos and let me know which one you
loved the most anyways guys thank you so
much for joining this adventure I'm
gonna go spend some time with Alexander
and you know we will see you again real
soon

Low Carb Oven | Keto-Friendly pastries! | 2g Net Carbs per cake! - Duration: 9:36.
I'm gonna review some stuff from a company called Low Carb Oven. They sent
me some pastries -- keto-friendly pastries. I'm gonna check them out right after this.
Hey guys! Welcome to A.D. Keto. My name is Aaron. This is the channel where
you can watch a weird dad work his way through the ketogenic diet. I do some keto
eating vlogs, I do some keto product reviews, and I do some keto giveaways. If
this is your first time here, please consider subscribing, and if you do, make
sure you're on Notification Squad by clicking the bell. So guys, a little while
ago, I received a nice message on Instagram from a company called Low Carb
Oven. Or Low Car Boven. Low Carb Oven, I think, is how it's pronounced. And they
make low-carb pastries. Here's what it says right on their website: KetoKakes
by Low Carb Oven. Low Carb Oven's Keto Kakes are gluten-free, sugar-free treats
made with top-quality ingredients. We use only the finest almond flour, grass-fed
butter, cage free eggs, aan zero glycemic impact sweeteners. Baked in small batches
and shipped directly to our customers, they are convenient, perfectly portioned....
No Oxford comma there. Low Carb Oven, we need to talk. ...and delicious. Most
importantly, you can enjoy these sweet treats without taking your ketogenic or
low carb diet off-track. So that's cool. They are a Florida-based company. They're
in Sunrise, Florida. They offer six bundt cakes and three cookie cakes, ranging
from $12 to $18 on their website. You can check them out at LowCarbOven.com. They
were nice enough to send me two of the bundt cakes, which are these flavors. This
is Lemon Poppy Seed, and Cinnamon... something... Cinnamon Spice. I'll just throw them
all around. There's cinnamon spice. The label that... the actual item is on the
bottom, there. May be nice to have them right on top, so you can tell what they are.
And then they also sent me one of the... one of the Cookie Cakes. This is the
Maple Pecan Cookie Cake. So I'm gonna check them all out. We're
gonna start with the Lemon...Lemon Poppy Cake. Now I've got to apologize to these
guys, because they sent these things to me, and I put them down here in my studio.
And they they got in touch with me and they said, "Have you gotten those things
yet?" and I said, "Yep, I'm gonna review them as soon as I can. They're down in my
studio." And they were like, "Oh, please put them in a refrigerator. They're meant to
be refrigerated." So that was a week ago. So these things have been sitting in my
refrigerator for a week. Probably not the best if... you know, you're looking to do a
review of these things. But I'm gonna start with Lemon Poppy Seed. There it is.
Cute little guy. Whoa! That's... hmm.
Oh! [hacking / choking]
Operator error, I promise. I just had some cake go down my trachea. Oh! I did the
same thing a couple weeks ago with the GoUltima.
I was drinking some GoUltima beverage, and it just...
I forgot how my throat works or something. And it went down my trachea,
and I coughed. Let that not be a statement about my enjoyment of this cake, because
look at how bready that is. It's very, very sweet, too. I was surprised by how
sweet it was.
That's really, really good. Um... the texture is really, really nice, and the taste is
very lemony. Nice little poppy seeds in there. Boy, I'm a fan of lemon. I'm gonna
check out the Nutrition Facts.
I'm gonna be okay. Don't need to send the medic. Reg. Okay, Lemon Poppyseed:
servings per container: 4. So I just had a serving. 220 calories, 22 grams of fat,
9 saturated fat, one hundred milligrams of cholesterol, 16 milligrams of sodium, 18
total carbohydrates, two dietary fiber, 14 sugar alcohol. So that gets us down to
two net carbs. That's a lot of erythritol. Here are the ingredients. Oh, five grams
of protein. Here are the ingredients: almond flour, egg, unsalted grass-fed
butter, sweetener (which is erythritol, oligosaccharides, and natural flavors)
then lemon extract (which is water, alcohol, and lemon oil), and then poppy
seeds, Hains purefoods baking powder. Sodium free, gluten free vanilla extract
(which has vanilla bean extractives in water and alcohol). Then there's salt,
xanthan gum, stevia extract powder. So that is two net carbs. A lot of total
carbs and a lot of erythritol, but two net carbs. If you're doing the net carb
thing, these are... these are really good. I like the lemon very much. I'm gonna try
the cinnamon bundt cake here. Just gonna read the stuff ahead of time, and give myself
time to prepare for...you know, forgetting how to eat and choking. One cake is the
serving size. 220 calories, 22 grams of fat, 9 saturated fat, 100 milligrams
cholesterol, 60 milligrams sodium, 18 total carbs, two dietary fiber, 14 sugar
alcohols, 5 grams of protein. So very similar macros. They're almost exactly
the same. I think they are exactly the same. The ingredients in the cinnamon:
almond flour, egg, unsalted grass-fed butter, sweetener (which is erythritol,
oligosaccharides, and natural flavors) and then spices, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg,
allspice, and sulfiting agents. Vanilla extract (which is vanilla bean
extractives in water and alcohol), baking powder, (gluten-free) salt, stevia extract,
and xanthan gum. All right. Let's give these guys a try.
I'm gonna do my best to eat like an adult. These are really cool-looking. You
know? You get a nice portion size, there.
Hmm. I very much like these, you guys. Really,
really, bready. Doughey. Muffin-y. Wow.
They might be a touch sweet for me. Again, there's a lot of erythritol in here.
Oh, yeah. Those are fantastic. Okay. Last one! I'm gonna try it. It's their cookie
cake. Let's read the nutrition on these guys first. Serving size: one bar. So eight
servings per container. 210 calories, 21 grams of fat, 7 grams saturated fat, 40
milligrams cholesterol, 105 milligrams sodium, 14 grams of total carbs, 3 dietary fiber,
9 sugar alcohols. So again, we're down to 2 net carbs. 5 grams of protein. Less
sweetener in these. A little bit more fiber. Ingredients: almond flour, grass-fed
butter, pecans, sweetener (which is erythritol, oligosaccharides, and natural
flavors), monk fruit sweetener, egg, frontier maple flavor (which is glycerin,
water, and natural flavors) baking powder (which is gluten-free), vanilla extract
(which is vanilla bean extractives in water and alcohol), then there's cinnamon,
salt, xanthan gum, stevia extract powder. Cool! So all three of these items -- really
pretty clean ingredients. Can't complain there. Here is what the... is
this maple pecan, did I say? Yeah, maple pecan cookie cake looks like. Oh, it
smells fantastic. There's that. Like a little square of goodness. Looks like some
whole pecans in there.
Man. Again, texture is really good. But I think I prefer the texture of the
muffins to these bars. And again, there's a lot of sweetness going on here.
Can't complain. That's incredibly tasty. Really something. Hmm.
Wow. I'm impressed with these three products. Again, these guys have a total
of nine products. I just sampled a third of them. I think that was my dinner. But
they are very sweet. Definitely will scratch that itch if you have...you know,
if you're wanting to have a muffin. A sweet little muffin, or a sweet little
cookie bar. You can do a lot worse than what Low Carb Oven is offering. So check
them out. They're a lowcarboven.com. I'll leave the link in the description
to this video. So that's gonna wrap it up, guys. I hope you enjoyed this video. I
hope you didn't mind me nearly choking to death on a bundt cake.
Maybe I'll remix that in the post-credits sequence, here. But that's
gonna wrap it up for this video. I hope you enjoyed it. I hope you have a
fantastic day, and I will see you next time

Suzuki GSX-S1000 test, review & the passenger's perspective - Duration: 9:35.
So I'm browsing the websites of the manufacturers, brand by brand, type by type
when all of a sudden I read on Suzuki's page: Apex Predator
They say this about the GSX-S
After a few dumb blinks I click on the specifications
It's got ABS, traction control, slipper clutch, and an EURO 4 engine from the K5 gixxer
Nothing extraordinary on paper, 10 years old technique, boring design
In 2018 when the 790 Duke offers up and down quickshifter with cornering ABS for less than 10,000 Euros
then I accept the fact that Suzuki naked bikes are totally off interest for me
and I head back on Italian and German manufacturers' websites to keep dreaming
Then NRB (friend of mine) pings me he's gonna have GSX-S750 and 1000 test bikes for a couple of days, do I want to try them
He says he tried them earlier and they're very good. He's an owner of an MT-10 by the way.
Then with a slightly bored face I reply to him "of course I wanna try them"
then I hop on the 1000 with zero expectations.
Then a few hundred meters and a few corners later I feel this is going to be a good bike.
And at the end of the day I get off from it like "that was hell of a ****ing ride!"
It's like Peter from Deadpool 2, who applies for the superhero job without having any superpowers
but eventually he's the only one landing without any issues
So the Suzuki GSX-S1000 is a quite decent bike, surprisingly good, despite all my pre-conceptions based on the specs
I've ridden it in the city, on highway, on motorway, and of course mostly in the twisties
Let's begin with the handling
probably you've heard before: "you just think about the corner and the bike goes around by itself"
this bike is like that!
It's super easy to go around cornerns with it, like it bends more than I would
There's no struggling, it's very agile and persistent throughout the corner
and the suspensions and the Bridgestone S21s are great partners to it,
no fear for even a second, and it's done by the suspension which is not adjustable at all
The brakes are very good, precise and well admeasureable, no pumping or bouncy feeling, strong.
If you'd think these are basic brake features on a sporty 1000cc bike nowadays,
then unfortunately you're wrong. I could say 2 models new this year which have pumping and bouncy, unprecise brakes
There's no big news about the engine: 1000cc, inline four. It goes.
It's smooth and soft on low RPMs, has enough torque at low RPMs, and at higher revs it does what an inline four engine usually does.
Like Tyrone in the movie Snatch: he moves when he has to
The seat and riding position was comfortable for me, probably will be for you as well,
but there are a couple of comfort things I didn't like
The clutch gets a grip way too inside, it's not enough to just pop it a bit,
the shifting rod is too short, is in a funny angle, and clicks strangely,
I haven't found neutral as many times in my entire life than on this bike in one day
and not only from 1 to 2, but between higher gears as well.
The handlebar grips are a bit uncomfy, their rubber is thin and the diameter is small
and because of this after 15-20 minutes it gets a bit dizzy to grip them, and vibrates too.
I'm pretty sure these could be customized and be fixed though
for example with an aftermarket handlebar grip set which is a bit thicker.
The biggest surprise however is the passenger comfort, which is likely to be forgotten about nowadays
except the dedicated touring and adventure bikes.
Let the passenger tell about it rather.
As a passenger this Suzuki is much more comfortable than the Yamah FZ6
Already sitting on it was a lot better, because it didn't have the feeling of squatting, like on the Yamaha
like to squat down to pee.
But on this, it's like sitting on a normal chair, easy and comfy.
On a long-term however this seat is much harder, the foam is not like on the Yamaha.
because on the Yamaha on a long-term my butt never hurts, but my knees due to the seat
and because of the squatting position, but my butt never.
On this Suzuki my knees had no problem at all
but for my butt this was a bit worse due to the harder seat foam.
The tank is also very positive, I don't have to bend a lot here to be able to hold against it.
I just fully relaxed lowered my arms and the tank was there, in a comfortable position,
I didn't have to lean over to reach it.
This seat is in a higher position as well compared to the Yamaha (FZ6), probably that helps the comfort as well.
It's a quite powerful bike.
I had to hold on tight, it wasn't enough how I used to do it, I had to hold on tight with both arms, tied together,
because otherwise I'd have fallen down.
The design... the front is not the best in my opinion, a bit looks like a scooter
when I saw it first I thought it was a big scooter.
But actually it's nice, powerful, and from my perspective a lot more comfortable.
And now about the most important component of a motorcycle: design
I know it's up to everybody's own taste, so this is just my opinion, like everything else in my videos.
The back is without fully featureless
from the side it's ok, but nothing extraordinary,
the headlight looks like an ant,
the display is most boring,
and without this paint-job we'd die of boredom.
For sure not many people are going to drop their jaws seeing it
but actually it's quite coherent and fine.
The price is a bit below 11,000 Euros, which can be a few hundred lower in some promotional cases
which is quite a good price for a sporty 1000, even though it's a lot of money, but it's a cool bike.
Well, this price can be felt at certain parts of the bike, like the plastic parts,
on the display, which is actually informative and transparent and has no issues, but we've seen such displays a decade ago.
Has no riding-modes, non-adjustable suspension, no quick-shifter
but it's super easy to ride, is very diverse and versatile,
and probably wouldn't generate various complex technical issues.
If I would buy one, then I'd get a quick-shifter, an auto-blipper, an Arrow slip-on, replace a few comfort stuff,
then approx around 11,500-12,500 Euros I'd have a super decent sporty liter bike
and if we check other manufacturer's offers, then it's an amazingly good price.
In conclusion this is a very good bike, I've ridden it very easily and enjoying,
the last time I had such an enjoying ride was with the Tuono.
Of course the Tuono is on a whole another level.
But this Suzuki was a very positive surprise for me, it's a fucking good bike I have to admit.
Thank you for watching, I hope you liked it. If you haven't done it yet already then please subscribe to my channel, and support me with sharing this video.
See ya!

Prince Philip, 97, Takes the Wheel of His Land Rover as He Enjoys Late-Summer Break in Scotland - Ne - Duration: 2:18.
Prince Philip is enjoying the waning days of summer in Scotland. The 97-year-old royal was seen driving himself around the Balmoral estate in the Highlands, where he is staying with Queen Elizabeth, 92, and other members of the royal family
Since bowing out of public duties last year — and a hip replacement operation that he underwent in April — Philip has largely been living quietly at Wood Farm house on the Sandringham estate and at Windsor Castle
But he headed to Balmoral soon after the Queen moved in on August 6. Since then, he is said to have been watching some hunting and fishing on the estate
Earlier this week, his drive in a Land Rover took him up to the hills above Loch Muick, where he was spotted stopping to open a gate and chatting to a cyclist on a country lane
Earlier this summer, on a rare outing, he watched polo alongside the Queen in June
He also joined her for church recently. The royal family has been coming and going throughout the Queen's stay at the Castle
Last weekend, the great-grandparents were joined by Prince William, wife Kate Middleton and their three children — Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 4 months
(Kate even borrowed a pair of the Queen's earrings to head to church!) Just six weeks after his hip operation, Philip seemed on the mend when he was photographed walking into St
George's Chapel at Windsor Castle for Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle.

Access to Veterinary Care is an Animal Welfare Issue - Duration: 1:22.
Access to veterinary care, or more specifically the lack of access, we see as the largest animal
welfare issue confronting owned pets, dogs and cats primarily.
And that's because of all of the things that define their lives, or more importantly their
basic care needs. The one that we're failing to address the most is access to healthcare
when it's needed.
So, that's why we are so focused upon addressing this societal problem.
I'd like to think of it in terms of lack of diversity, that is, when we talk about lack
of access to veterinary care then the next logical question is well who's affected?
And it turns out this problem is driven largely by socioeconomic realties in America. That
even many of the working "poor" are unable to acquire veterinary care.
Because it's a socioeconomic issue, we have over representation among minority
groups, especially latino and black Americans.

Advice No. 1 for more efficient Calisthenics workouts - Duration: 8:09.
Welcome to this new video. Today I want to share an important tip with you that could make you training more efficient.
I think this may help a lot of you regardless of your goals or your level.
I'll call this advice "catching two flies with one slap" and I want to show you how you can get closer to two different goals with just one exercise in training.
It will cost you no time at all to follow this advice and you'll be able to reach your goals more efficiently.
Let's just get straight into it:
A lot of people seperate in skills, so exercises or moves you want to be able to do, and basics, so exercises that are necesarry for that or because of something else.
I think it's not bad but good to seperate in these two categorys but I can see one problem that might come along with that:
People forget that these categorys influence each other a lot. I will now give you an example:
A person says "I just started to do basics, later I will maybe also go for harder skills or moves and want to learn new stuff, like let's say a hefesto.
"Once I get better I want to start training for that".
So right now this person does mostly basics and is doing let's say ringcurls as an isolation exercise for the biceps in the workouts.
But now you have to start thinking about more than just doing a isolation exercise for the biceps (just an example):
You shouldn't only think about if an exercise is good or bad but also about if there could possibly be a better one.
So if it's my goal to get the hefesto one day I could just do hefesto rows (shown) in the rings instead of the curls.
In that way you'll catch two flies with one slap because you are doing a biceps isolation exercise, just like you wanted, but you'll also prepare for the hefesto.
Let's take a look on another example: Let's say I want to learn a Frontlever but right now I am focusing on basics and I also want to do core exercises there.
There are many different ab exercises I could do but if I remember that I want to be able to hold a Frontlever one day I could already do an exercise that prepares my core.
Therefore Dragon Flags would be a good option that i could do instead of a different harder ab exercise.
I'll now catch two flies with one slap since I will get a stronger core anyways but i'll also be prepared for the Frontlever.
So I can often change exercises in my workouts by doing exercises that will help me to get better in a different field as well, even though it might not be the only reason I am doing it for.
Just like you'll have a double profit from doinf Dragon Flags: Getting a stronger core and preparing for the Frontlever.
It's the exact same thing if I want to combine weight training with calisthenics:
Let's say I do benchpress and shoulderpress for building muscles in these areas:
That's nothing bad or harmful because those are good exercises. But if you would also like to get better at Calisthenics moves you could replace these exercises.
There are plenty of calisthenics exercises that you can also build muscles with but that will also prepare you for harder moves if it's you goal to learn them.
So again you'll be able to get closer to two different goals: getting better at calisthenics and building muscles and general strength as well.
I think you already understand what I mean: it's very often possible to do exercises that will get you closer to two different goals at the same time.
Here is another different example of my own training: I was searching for exercises to improve my core flexibilty because I am often too tight in that area.
Since I didn't want to do special flexibility or mobility exercises I decided to just train hollowback handstand, so bend over handstand, since that does the job as well.
So I was improving my flexibility while also learning a new cool move.
So don't think too seperated "those are basics and those are skills" but think about how all exercises can influence each other.
You can always follow the following rule for doing that on your own as well:
Think about what happens during a certainn exercise and then think about what other exercises have a similar movement pattern as well.
If the pattern is similar you will also have a transfer from one exercise on the strength you'll have at the other exercise.
Let's take a look on the examle of the frontlever again: The abs are under high tension and extended there.
So core exercises where that is the case too will have a better transfer on the frontlever. Therefore Dragon Flags are better than most other exercises like legraises.
So I can always apply that rule and think about what my goals are and what kind of exercises I want to do anyways and then you'll see how that fits together.
So always keep that in mind and try to search for exercises that might be useful for that and don't think in boxes too much.
What's also important is that the intensity levels of two exercises should come close to each other for a good transfer.
So the frontlever is a maximum strength exercise if you want to learn it and therefore exercises that are quite hard for you are a good option as well.
It would not have a big transfer to do exercises of which you can do a lot of reps in that case because that would only build endurance but not maximum strength.
So always think about the intesity as well.
That's it with the video and with that advice. Try to keep that in mind and try to keep your eyes open for that in your training.
Ask yourself: "What exercises that could be replaced by other ones (that will help you to reach another goal as well) am I doing in my training and how can I change things up?"
Just use your brain and think about what kind of movement patterns are similar to each other and what exercises could have a good transfer.
As said you'll have a good transfer with a similar movement pattern and with a similar level of intensity.
That's it with what I was trying to tell you. If you want to see more shorter videos where I am talking about practical tips like that then comment below.
If you have questions or wishes left then you can write them in the comments. That's it, thanks for watching and see you next time. Bye!

2015-2018 F150 Raxiom Smoked LED Fog Lights Review & Install - Duration: 5:19.
So if you own a 2015 to 2018 F-150 and you're looking for some new fog lights or auxiliary
lighting, you've probably seen that most of the options we offer are generally kind of
a universal fit, and some of them might require some drilling and custom wiring.
I'm happy to say that's not the case here.
If you're looking for an easy plug-and-play upgrade for your fog lights, you don't wanna
install any mounts, or brackets, or anything like that, and you wanna reuse your factory
fog light locations, Raxiom Smoked LED fog light kit should be at the top of your list.
Again, this is one of the only options currently available that is a direct plug-and-play design.
It clips right into the factory fog light housings, and it even reuses the wiring harness.
For that reason, I'm gonna give the install a very easy one out of three wrenches on my
patented difficulty meter.
It shouldn't take you more than 15 to 30 minutes to get these installed, which is obviously
a hell of a lot easier than installing brackets and doing some custom wiring.
Now, besides the fact that this is one of the only plug-and-play options available,
I really like it because it is an upgrade over the factory fog lights.
Your factory lights are halogen bulbs, whereas this is actually an LED setup.
So it's gonna be brighter and wider than those factory bulbs.
So, if you like the fact that this is a nice upgrade and it's super easy to install, go
ahead and stick around, I'm just gonna show you guys how to get this done step by step.
To install your new fog lights you'll need the following tools: A flathead and Phillips
head screwdriver, and a tape measure.
Optional tools include a pair of snips.
So, before we remove our factory fog light, we have to do a couple of things up in here.
We actually have to measure the length of the adjustment spring, that determines where
the fog light points.
Once you've measured that, you can unscrew that using a Phillips head screwdriver, then
we're gonna use a flathead screwdriver to actually remove the clips that hold the fog
light in place.
All right.
So once you have that spring and screw removed, you can remove the fog light itself.
Again, to do that, you're gonna need a flathead screwdriver.
Go ahead and unclip the fog light harness, and then pry on both clips on either side
using the screwdriver, they are plastic so take your time with this step.
All right.
So once you got one side removed, you're gonna do the same thing to the other side.
All right.
So now that we have our factory fog lights removed, we can throw our new ones in.
But before I did that, I wanted to put these on the table here so you guys could see the
differences and similarities between the two.
Now, the biggest thing that I like about these obviously is the fact that they ditched the
original bulbs in favor of LEDs.
LEDs are gonna be a lot brighter than the factory lights, and thanks to the new reflector,
it's gonna be brighter and wider overall.
Other thing that I like about these is they do have heat sinks on the back of them.
These LEDs do get a little bit hot, so that's a nice little feature there to make sure they
stay nice and cool while we're using them for long periods of time.
And lastly, like I mentioned earlier, this is a really nice setup because it's a plug-and-play
harness.
There's no splicing or custom wiring required.
This interfaces with the factory fog light harness that the truck came with.
So, without further ado, let's go ahead and throw these new guys on, shall we?
Right.
So now we're ready to install our new fog lights.
Before you do that, make sure you remove your adjustment screw and spring, you wanna reinstall
that after you put the fog light into the housing.
You're just gonna clip it into the plastic housing, press it in gently until it clips
on both sides.
Once you do that, you can reinstall that spring and that screw and adjust it to the correct
length.
After that, it's pretty straightforward, all I got to do is grab the fog light harness
itself, plug it back into the fog light and the truck side of the harness.
And it's gonna have some slack so you wanna secure it somewhere inside of here.
I recommend zip-tying it to one of the bumper support brackets.
All right.
Once you got one side buttoned up, it's the same process for the other side.
So once you got both lights hooked up, go ahead and turn them on and take a look at
them, make sure they're pointing where you want them to point.
And if you need to, make some final adjustments to that set screw and spring.
Other than that, that wraps up this pretty easy install here, and it also wraps up my
review of Raxiom Smoked LED fog lights, fitting your '15 through '18 F-150.
I'm Travis.
Thanks for watching.
And for all things F-150, keep it right here at americantrucks.com.

$66 Custom Door Anyone Can Do!! - Duration: 11:42.
Hey guys we're Evan and Katelyn and today we are upgrading our pantry door because it
used to be boring and now it's really cool and you can do the whole thing with just some
plywood paint and a few tools I was checking the list in my head I was like it has to be
longer right now it's just plywood and paint yeah and a few tools yeah too alright let's
go so after diving into the wonderful world of door dimensions get on down to real fake
doors that's us we learned that standard door knobs don't work if your door is thicker than
2-3/4 because we're upgrading our existing door not building a new one it can't be too
thick you lost your sandal hahaha I did so that means we'd need to take standard dimensional
lumber and somehow remove half of it so we whipped up this design and we're gonna use
quarter inch plywood to cut all the little strips the easiest and probably cheapest way
to rip this into strips is by using a circular saw and some sort of edge guide thingamagopper
there's a whole bunch of these out there we're gonna use this Kreg thing the reason we're
not using the table saw is cause it's big and kinda floppy and just the table saw's
big and floppy it would just be awkward and the other option felt safer
that worked really well it felt good it felt secure a few things I'd recommend use all
protection eye ear mouth just practice safe woodworking heh you can cut that out if you
want I'm leaving it another thing that we learned is while moving this along you don't
wanna have a clamp down here so just have two clamps here two points of contact then
it won't wobble it'll be nice and secure but other than that so we realized that it's gonna
be a lot easier to cut our strips to length if we can start laying them down and attaching
them on the door so we're gonna take this off the hinges and then prep it and then start
attaching them as we cut them I'm just gonna what how is it still attached oh haha alright
so we've taken down all the high spots everything is nice smooth and flush and ready for glue
and then paint now it's time to miter up some of these to length and keep going seh heh
heh heh you didn't know what you were gonna say after that whoa look at this teamwork
alrighty first glueup complete let's go into montage mode haha looks like a door the cool
thing about this project is you can use a combination of this plywood and what was the
other stuff oh trim trim yeah you can also add some trim to make it even fancier for
our diagonal design we're gonna take these strips and use quarter inch dowels to space
them evenly down the door up the door all around the door wow that was done fast yeah
now it's time to get creative with this glue up we have clamps that can reach here right
uhhhh maybe so we've been debating the best way to do this oh yeah well poop because we
need these spacers in order to get all these to fit correctly but we don't want the wood
glue to permanently glue the spacers in place so what we're gonna do is wood glue and super
glue heh heh I zoomed in really dramatically hahahaha we're gonna use the super glue to
clamp things in place lets do super glue in the corners hold it down for 30 seconds while
the super glue dries wood glue everywhere else then remove the spacers before the wood
glue dries hopefully everything should be ok everything will be ok I'm nervous let's
do it alright now hold for 30 seconds we should just like include all 30 seconds maybe this
is when we can run our patreon shoutout across the bottom of the screen thank you guys for
supporting us on patreon it feels like it's been 30 seconds alrighty how many more of
these a lot the final piece of the puzzle ahhhh oooo this is looking so good weeeeoooo
does the Supervisor find our work to be acceptable quality standards meh ok next step we are
gonna drill the hole so we can add back this door handle so it's a usable door so to get
this whole in the right place I'm gonna drill until the drill bit exits hey and then we're
gonna flip it and drill in this way so we don't have tear out on the back or front yay
sweet perfect ahhh alrighty I think the last modification we need to make room for these
hinges so if you look right here when we added this wood we covered this up a little bit
and it doesn't sit flush anymore so we just need to remove this and I'm gonna do that
with a router real quick yes awesome wooo that's satisfying haha so now we're gonna
patch some of the minor little gaps we would normally probably use wood putty but ours
is oh gosh oh it's like fish it's dry it kinda looks like cat food we're gonna use this instead
I think this is maybe a little overkill but it will dry in an hour and I don't wanna use
cat food alright so we're trying to choose colors so what are your general thoughts too
blue too green too green too brown too gray let's put them next to each other so if there's
subtly differences they'll come out alright to the store bonk alright so we have tested
our two colors it's hard to see do they look literally the exact same yeah but I promise
in person this one looks better Domino it is time to paint which we are very excited
for so we could just do this with a roller and brushes but we have all these little details
so for the first time we are going to try a paint sprayer wooo ahhh so anyone who's
used these before is probably thinking guys you need to rotate it 90 degrees and we know
that now we misread the directions and it worked ok still
it's so pretty oh it's so ugly alrighty two coats later it's looking really good we need
to pop the hardware back on and then we hang it oh it looks so crisp I think I have an

SAMSUNG's Galaxy Watch has received brand new rivals ahead of its UK launch thanks to
a stream of announcements at Germany's IFA 2018 technology conference.
One of the smartwatch's most notable editions comes in the form of built-in network support,
meaning Samsung fans will be able to make calls on their wrist without the need for
a phone.
But the wearable also brings a host of new features focusing on health and fitness; Galaxy
Watch will automatically track workouts and can monitor 40 exercises.
The hardware will arrive in the UK on September 6 and will start at £279 for the 42millimetre
are option but will rise to £299 for the larger variety.
But at IFA 2018 a score of new wearables were announced that launch a direct challenge to
Samsung's smartwatch.
Casio debuted the WSD-F30 smartwatch at the German tech show that is built to be rugged
and used for outdoor activities.
The watch can be dunked in up to 50 meters of water, runs Google's Wear OS software and
gives users a variety of settings to choose from in order to maximise battery life.
It also boasts a 1.2-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 390x390.
While the wearable should be able to last around 3 days of normal usage thanks to a
new "extend mode", Casio claims it can last up to an entire month if users opt for "monochrome
mode".
The former turns off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functionality but still allows GPS usage.
Meanwhile, monochrome mode severely limits colours on the screen and only shows the time
in addition to measurements the device is capable of tracking such as levels of altitude.
The WSD-F30 will be available towards the end of January 2019 - no pricing has yet been
discussed.
Diesel also announced a new smartwatch at the European tech conference that touts a
colossal case size of 56millimetres.
Dubbed the Full Guard 2.5, it features a heart rate sensor, GPS and also runs on Google's
Wear OS software.
The wearable comes with a 1.39-inch screen and Diesel claims the product is capable of
lasting up to two days on a single charge.
