oh yeah it's time for another nickel hunt hey everyone its Rob with Rob finds
treasure and I'm doing another nickel hunt today in the last video that I
scored the three silver war nickels I told you I picked up two boxes one from
my old Buffalo bank and one from a bank that used to score me a lot of finds and
I mixed the boxes up and I don't recall which was which so the last box gave me
three silver war nickels it could have been the Buffalo Bank it could have been
the other bank not sure we didn't get any Buffalo's in it though so maybe this
box has buffaloes maybe it has more silver maybe it has a that 39d or that
50d that's been avoiding me maybe there's some proof and some foreigns maybe
even a V nickel who knows that's part of the fun you hunt them in anticipation of
getting something epic and if you don't you just take what you got and enjoy the
coins you found you guys know the drill I've already open it up it's circulated
coins for sure and I find pull one out right here there you go definitely
circulated coins so I'll be checking the Enders along the way and also if I find
something good along the way I'll be sure to loop you in
let's kick off the hunt we're on a roll three guys and I was just gonna pull
this 52 off without filming it but I saw there was a 46 behind it got a 52 here
and it's not in that bad of shape that's a 52 s 52 s is a I think 20
million minted matter of fact it's in the top 15
lowest mintages for all of the Jefferson's that they minted from
any mint so that's not a bad find and right behind it we've got a 46
philadelphia since we had two right in the front of the roll or right in the
middle of the roll I should say figured I'd uh let's just look through them
together make sure I don't miss anything worth filming 64 it always looks old or
at least a lot of them look old alright doesn't like anything else in
that role but to already Jeffersons in a role we'll take it plus we already found
an 09 and a really nice 1990 which I thought was a proof at first but it's
not it just has a different kind of gloss to it let's get back to the hunt
one roll number ten and I'm not gonna lie to you guys
this one really fooled me when I first got it I just assumed it was a silver so
I picked it up and looked at it and I thought oh it's a 46 and I set it back
down but man for a second it just had to look and I look to the side yeah it's
not and then it looks like it has some damage like someone tried to falsify
addy yeah nice try buddies but on that it looks like that and it has that that
got me again it got me twice the front looked funny
that I flipped it with you guys and I thought what that but yeah it's just a
46 p still cool find and when I was grabbing that one I just I always peruse
up when I get a find just to look up and when I looked up look at this normally I
don't show my fifties finds until the end of the wrap-up but it is a 51 and we
also found a 52 and it's a 51 D it's a good coin as well
so the 2 50s are 51 d and a 50 oops wrong spot a 51 d and a 52 s getting earlier
can we find a 50 in here let's get back to the hunt yeah well we roll number 11
I think we got another duo here because I happen to catch a glimpse of a 39 it's
toasty but I looked up and that's got to be old as well so we'll start with the
39 first you know I already have a 39 d thanks to a subscriber but
we're still looking for one of my own hopefully this is it but also hopefully
it's not because it's terrible
it's not it's a 39p it's in terrible shape but we'll pull it aside anyway and
let's double check this one it's a 42
kind of has a silver look but I don't think so it's not it's a 42 P but 42 9
silver those are tough to find as well two old ones in the same role and since
we had a tandem there let's just double check just in case
61 thought it was another 51 for a second I got excited again
this box is toying with me no silver no Buffalo's yet but some good oldies
alright nothing else in that roll we'll get on to the next roll 20 gonna have
another 46 nickel and this one's from Denver rule 21 yesterday we found a dime
in the penny rolls and now I found a penny in the nickel rolls hopefully it's
at least a copper and a good year it looks like it could be or at least a
copper we'll see in a second looks copper for sure
72 and you know what I know it's a nickel hunt but might as well make sure
it's not the 72 double-die obverse
it's not but it's a different find nonetheless we're on a roll 30 here and
we've got an ender it's hard to see but it's a forty one ender so we know we got
another 40s coin for sure here's that 41 ender 41 Philadelphia
second oldest coin in the box roll 32 got a nineteen forty forty
Philadelphia roll 35 when we had another ender it was backwards and I flipped it
over and guess what it's a 41 d so miss that ender but it
happens especially when it's on its reverse you never know what it's gonna
be roll 36 another 46 Denver roll 45 guys and we've got some uglies on the
end but I'm pretty certain this is a silver one - 45 it's just dark silver a 45 d
as well first silver of the box almost out of rolls
we'll take it the ugly ones spilled out and yeah 78 and 72 same roll as the 45d silver
we've got a 1941 s alright let's see if there's even more roll 49 guys and we had an
odd one back here and look what it is
it's a pink Buffalo and I actually might get a date off that thought I saw a date
no mint mark as usual see if I can get a date with my dirty hands
I think that's 23 let me see if I can wipe it down a little bit and see if I
can get a better date it's toasty so we shouldn't need to nic-a-date it but it's
pretty toasty let me see if I can get a date off it well that's probably the
best angle you're gonna get sorry for the shaking I'm zoomed in a lot but it
looks like it's a 1928 you definitely see the two so it's a 20 and then
judging by the characteristics of that last number it's got to be a 28
so 1928 Buffalo toasty as they get no mint mark but it's a buffalo in the box
and it makes me wonder is this from Buffalo Bank and the sad thing is both
of the oldest coins including the silver are all pretty tarnished oh well we got
this roll and one more let's see if we get something else all right everyone
we finished that box of nickels pretty good amount of finds we got 6 2009 D's &
1 2009 P so 7 2009's we got a penny and some coins I'll check
it against my albums see if they upgrade we got a 39 P and a 28 philadelphia
buffalo nickel we got a 45 Denver silver war nickel we also got a 40 3 41's a 42
non silver and I think it was a 42 P we got 4 46's a 51 d a 52 s a 54 3 58 and
a 59 so pretty good amount of finds had a lot of fun wish we would have got either
more silver or better buffalos but you know what it is what it is I'll take

Liberals everywhere are fuming after Donald Trump made a huge announcement that will rock
the world.
Daily Mail reported that the Trump administration just announced that it is slapping steel and
aluminum tariffs on various close European allies after months of negotiations came up
short.
These allies include Mexico and Canada, and the announcement came immediately after a
key European diplomat warned that trade shouldn't have a gunfight mentality.
"Global trade is not a gunfight at the OK Corral," France's finance minister warned
after meeting U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross to try and figure out a way to avoid
a trade war.
"It's not about who attacks whom, and then wait and see who is still standing at
the end," added the finance minister, Bruno Le Maire.
Mexico fired back by announcing tariffs that would hit northern neighbors at the dining
room table, saying it would put tariffs on U.S. steel, pork chops, cold cuts, grapes,
apples and berries.
"We are alienating all of our friends and partners at a time when we could really use
their support," said former trade negotiator Wendy Cutler.
Some Republicans have balked at the tariffs, with Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) warning that
similar policies 90 years ago sparked the Great Depression.
"This is dumb.
Europe, Canada, and Mexico are not China, and you don't treat allies the same way
you treat opponents," Sasse said.
"'Make America Great Again' shouldn't mean 'Make America 1929 Again.'"
"This is a big mistake.
These tariffs will raise prices and destroy manufacturing jobs, especially auto jobs,
which are one third of all Tennessee manufacturing jobs," said Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.),
adding that tariffs are "basically higher taxes on American consumers."
Congress was blindsided by the move, as most Republicans assumed that the tariffs would
be relegated to China and that exemptions for allies would continue into the summer.
"I don't like trade wars.
There are no winners in trade wars.
There are only losers.
And this scares me," said a Republican senator.
"A lot of us have talked to him, in person, repeatedly about this.
He knows where we stand on it."
White House spokesman Raj Shah explained that the tariffs on Mexico and Canada are aimed
at China and enhancing national security.
"The president's actions are about protecting American steel, American aluminum.
They're critical for national security.
And he's worked to exempt certain countries and certain allies for which we have trading
or security relationships.
But in these instances it wasn't possible and the president took action," Shah said.
