(upbeat music) (water fizzing)
- Hey, guys, I'm Roxette Arisa,
and you're watching This Week in Beauty with ipsy.
So today we are all about self-care.
And we're gonna start off with incorporating
jade rollers into our beauty routine.
I'm gonna show you how, talk about why,
talk about the how-to, like I said.
And today, we have this bad boy right here,
which is the Ling Skincare Cool Jade Roller.
Jade rolling has actually been practiced
by Chinese royalty for centuries.
And that's because the jade's power
actually draws out negative chi,
because it is made of a jade stone.
(upbeat music)
So I just took off my makeup
so I could put this jade roller to the test.
Let's talk about the benefits first.
So first off, it's actually supposed to de-puff your skin,
which I think would be great for the morning time.
Before you're getting ready, get that puffiness
out of your face.
It also is supposed to actually increase blood circulation,
minimize fine lines, and stimulate the collagen
in your face, so a lot of anti-aging benefits here.
And we're gonna move into how you use this bad boy.
So first off, you have to clean your face, like I said.
I just removed my makeup so my face is nice and clean.
Then you want to actually apply a moisturizer or a serum.
So today, I have the Black Tea London Classic Serum
from TONYMOLY that I'm gonna be using.
This was actually in the August glam bag.
So if you got it, comment down below.
But you just want to apply this all over
so that your face is nice and moisturized.
(upbeat music)
Then, you can take your jade roller,
and you just want to start rolling it upwards
avoiding the eyes and the mouth.
But rolling almost from your neck towards the forehead
so that you really get that circulation going.
And it's actually very soothing
because this one has a cooling sensation,
so it feels really, really nice on the skin.
And actually with any skincare routine,
you always want to press the products into your skin
in an upwards motion.
And that's to counteract gravity
because gravity actually pulls your skin down,
and can add to the aging process.
And this is going to avoid creating new wrinkles,
and it also maximizes the product's benefits.
So you can use this guy to wind down at night,
or first thing in the morning.
This jade actually gives a cooling sensation,
like I mentioned before.
So you can use it to de-puff
and almost shock yourself awake.
Or do it at night if you prefer it that way.
You guys can shop this jade roller
from Ling Skincare on ipsy shopper.
And let us know down in the comment section
if you guys use a facial roller.
Do you have any tips and tricks to share?
We definitely want to know.
(upbeat music)
And now we're onto our next segment
where we are all about soaking away the stress.
So as you head back to school,
or maybe get your kids back into school,
or just need to pencil in some me time.
We are here to take a look
at some products that help us unwind.
First off, we have this AVEDA Stress-fix™ Body Creme.
This stuff is ultra-rich.
It's actually a very luxurious body cream; body lotion.
And it smells like lavender,
which is actually proven to help reduce stress levels.
And this stuff, like I said, is very luxurious.
So it's definitely gonna be one of the thicker
sort of body creams that you can apply all over your body.
It helps keep your skin super soft.
But also, the aroma and the essential oils
that are in this guy, are really gonna help you
to de-stress and get all the negativity out of your mind.
So this is one of my favorites to use
at night when I am just ready to go to sleep,
have a good moisturized body feeling.
But also get that lavender in there.
This is something that's interesting.
This is a fun fact about me.
So my middle name is Arisa,
so I go by Roxette Arisa online,
on my YouTube channel, and Instagram, and everything.
But that actually means serene in Japanese.
If you know me, or if you watch my YouTube videos,
I'm really not serene at all.
My parents were actually gonna call me Serena Arisa,
which means basically Serena serene.
So I think I'm the opposite of what they expected.
But that's okay
because I got my products to de-stress
and calm down a little bit in between (giggles).
But next up we have some Grace & Stella Co. bath bombs.
So these little guys are so fun to use.
When you put them into water they fizz up.
And this set is great because it does come
with 12 different bath bombs
with scents like red rose.
They have grapefruit, Ylang Ylang, eucalyptus;
lots of soothing and calming scents.
And they are actually all-natural,
and infused with some moisturizing ingredients.
So, whoa, look at that.
It can turn your whole bath a fun color.
But on top of that, like I said,
the moisturizing ingredients in there,
they have shea butter, cocoa butter, argan oil, olive oil.
And all of those are gonna really help
to nourish your skin, while also
getting that aroma that's gonna calm you down.
Moving on, we have this guy right here,
which is from ORIGINS.
It's the Warm Down™ Warming Body Scrub.
So this is kind of cool
because you can actually massage away muscle tension,
which is so important.
As an athlete growing up, I loved products like this
that would really help to ease that tension,
not only in the mind but also in the actual muscles.
So it's a great way, again, to de-stress and unwind
at the end of a long day.
And this is actually a shower-activated exfoliator
that warms on contact.
So I think it's pretty cool.
Smells so good.
It smells like wild mint, spearmint, and also
a little bit of vanilla.
But this is what it looks like.
You can see it's a bit of a thicker exfoliator.
And it is going to, like I said,
activate while you're in the shower,
while you're getting your scrub on.
How do you like to unwind?
And what are your favorite products
that turn your home into a spa-like setting?
Let us know in the comments section.
And you could be entered to win
some of these products that we just talked about.
All of these amazing products
are actually available on ipsy shopper.
So you can totally check those out.
And head on over to get your de-stress on.
I'm Roxette Arisa, and thanks for watching
This Week in Beauty with ipsy.

Guild ranking system explained - Duration: 5:14.
Ahoy!
I've been asked countless times about that, so today's video is going to be about the
guild ranking system.
You can access that through the guild window, by clicking the guild menu button.
There's actually a pretty detailed explanation of the whole system on the official website,
in some ancient patch notes, but I know people don't like reading those, so
if you're interested in more details, let me go through the simplified version.
Basically the first 10 guilds of the server are concerned in this system.
You can see the list right here, and the score on the right side.
Keep in mind, that the ranking is refreshed every day right after midnight, so you won't
see the score difference until the next day.
The 2 most important things are score calculation and the rewards.
The base of the score calculation is the amount of personal score you gain while doing mission
wars over lvl 170, that includes TG and MC.
The double of your kill count in wars is also added to your personal score at the end.
So let's say I made 1000 points and had 5 kills, that means the guild will receive 1010
points from my contribution.
Also, if your nation wins that war, your score will receive a bonus of 20% too.
However, that is limited to a maximum of 7 entries a week, but luckily, the game will
select the highest 7 of all your points, so you don't have to like... go full farming
mode in every war during the week.
Now obviously, you're not alone in a guild.
Or at least I hope you aren't.
The more, the merrier, and this applies to the ranking system too.
However, once again, there is a limit.
There are restrictions in both battle styles, and number of people.
According to the patch notes, 2 of each and a maximum of 12 people can contribute to this.
However, this update was before they added Gladiator and Force Gunner to the game, so
I presume that's 16 now.
Anyway, once again the game does all the calculations and selections of the best 7 scores and the
players.
If there are more than 2 of the same class, let's say 3 bladers are playing in the same
war, then only the 2 with the highest scores will be added to the guild score.
There's 1 more thing about ranking calculation: there's also a percentage value right here.
That is called penalty, and it's meant to bring balance to the system.
The idea is, that after a guild is ranked in the top 10, it will receive a penalty to
their score next week, to let other guilds climb the leaderboard too.
That's a multiplier, which means for example the first guild already loses almost 30% of
their points.
That is reset every week, and the longer your guild is in the top 10, the bigger the penalty.
Now for the rewards, because otherwise this whole thing wouldn't make sense.
First of all, every guild that ends up in the top 10, will receive a 10% bonus to their
WEXP gain for the next week.
Then, there is 1 guild, that is randomly selected every week, for a special prize.
There's a note at the bottom that says event goal: 8th place.
That means the guild on the 8th place at the end of the week gets that.
This number is changed every week, and is between 3 and 10.
The reward for the guild is 200 million alz mailed to the guildmaster at the end of the
week.
The 1st and 2nd places get exclusive rewards too.
The 2nd guild gets a partial refund from the amount of alz that is spent on the items sold
by the war NPCs.
So the more healing and SP kits people buy, the more alz they get.
But it's limited to 100 million alz a day.
Now my guild has never reached 2nd place before, but I assume that it practically means 100
million a day, because all the people in wars spend an insane amount of alz on war gear.
The 1st guild obviously gets the best reward.
There's that annoying fee in the agent shop right?
Well, the winning guild has the option to change it to anything between 4 and 6%.
However, the winning guild also receives a portion of that fee, limited to 500 million
alz a day.
To be precise, they receive half of the increase compared to 4%.
So if they set the fee to 4%, they get nothing, but 6% means an additional 2%, half of which
is 1%, so obviously, everyone will set the fee to 6% to get 1% of the agent shop fee
paid on the whole server.
Once again, I can't speak from experience, but there are plenty of players who can't
afford VIP membership, and have to pay the fee, so I presume it's a fixed 500 million
a day.
Anyway, I believe that's all!
As usual, the comments are open for any questions or additions!
And if any guildmaster of a guild that's been the 1st or 2nd in the ranking watches this,
I think we'd all like to know whether it really is that amount.

LOSING WEIGHT FOR UNCONVENTIONAL REASONS-MY THOUGHTS.. - Duration: 4:34.
I am NOT gonna lie today my lighting is on point because some time I do my
lighting well I try to do my lighting as best as I possibly can and sometimes I
look at my videos and I go to hell with it you know I'm all about you know just
keeping it 100 in my videos I do very little editing on my videos after I
don't do any editing in my videos I just try to keep them as real as possible and
the lighting is kind of good today on my videos because this times I look at my
videos and my feet my face color looks like two different skin tones and it's
not because my skin is all jacked up it's just because of the lighting the
lighting is everything guys before I start this video of your whole video
lighting you can have a shitty camera but if your lighting sucks everything
else is not going to matter now I wrote some of these things down today I'm
talking about I'm looking on my my listing here losing weight and I just
received me saying to myself hey listen sometimes we have to fake it till we
make it sometimes we try to lose weight for ourselves and it just does not work
losing it for ourselves but at the end of the day what I'm gonna tell you you
could do to lose away is actually doing it for yourself but the reasons why
you're doing it people might say is for others but know at the end of the day
what you're thinking or why you're doing it for that reason is for yourself
I feel like hey let's unconventionally do things maybe for other people there
could be someone that you want to get back at lose weight you know you know
for that reason if you have to lose weight because you want to make someone
jealous maybe an ex-boyfriend or a female who thought she was the bomb calm
and always look down on you if you have that person in your mind
write them on on a piece of paper their name or
picture you know at the end of the day of course you're doing it for yourself
but sometimes we try harder when we're doing it when we think for other people
but always remember even when you think that you're doing it for somebody else
that's why you lost the weight you really you really did it for yourself
because at the end of the day you are the one that actually took action and
changed your life not the person that's hating on you not the person that you're
trying to get back that well you are the one that took action and did something
about your situation you know and in some cases I thought that my phone was
going off and in some cases we do this and we lose all the weight that we need
to lose when in other cases we we go by the let's do it for ourselves and we
don't lose it you know set a goal and even it might be even for a family
member and put that family member as someone that's on the top of the list
that you want to make their heads turn when they see that you've lost all the
weight sometimes that can motivate you doing the opposite of what people tell
you to do at the end of the day and I'm going to keep saying so people don't get
this video all mixed up yes you are doing it for yourself but sometimes we
need to have a driving factor an ex-boyfriend and a jerk of an
ex-boyfriend or an ex-husband or ex-girlfriend whatever the situation
whatever which way you sway you might need someone or something to get you
started to where you need to be on your weight loss journey so that was on my
mind wasn't like a big drawn-out topic that I needed to discuss with you guys
but I just want to make a video about it everything with me is about inspiring so
when I have something that comes to mind I'll
put it on a video and share it with you guys so with all that being said please
subscribe to the channel like and she had this video and make it a favorite
and I'll see you guys in the next video bye for now

Humpolec dělá díru do světa: Basketbalisté za sebou nechávají i týmy z Ameriky! - Duration: 5:25.
Moskva, Melbourne, Montreal, Winnipeg.
Hráči Humpolce dělají v čerstvě olympijském sportu díru do světa.

Stardew Valley Daily Routine & Review on Nintendo Switch | @laurenfairwx - Duration: 9:21.
Over the last few months, I've been playing a lot of Stardew Valley on the
Nintendo Switch. When I first got the system, I made a video about it here on
my YouTube channel and an overwhelming amount of people recommended this game
to me, so I figured I needed to try it. Give this video a thumbs up if you play
stardew valley as well! if you haven't played stardew valley, it's a farming
simulator with retro style pixel graphics, it's really cute and really
like, chill and fun but there are so many things in the game that you can do. And
one thing that I love about this game is that they just let you do whatever you
want. You can grow vegetables if you want, you can raise animals on your farm and
milk cows and make stuff out of the products that you get from them. If you
wanted to, you could just hang out in the mines fighting monsters and getting
different kinds of metals, you can just talk to people in the town all day if
you want to. They really don't seem to care what you do in this game and I love
that kind of freedom. So when I first got the game, I played through a couple of
days, I bought some seeds and tried to set up my farm. And I didn't really
initially understand what all the fuss was about. I felt like I was really
struggling to get enough money to actually buy the things I needed to
progress in the game and I wasn't really sure that I was going to keep playing it.
And then I blinked and probably 6 hours went by and I was still playing. And then
I realized what the big deal was and why everyone loves it so much, and that is
that the timing of a full day in the game is barely enough to really satisfy
the urge that you have to play this game and so, when you go to bed at the end of
the day and a new day starts right away, you kind of want to play through the
following day. Whether I'm in the middle of something when I had to go to bed and
I didn't want to forget what that thing was and I wanted to just make sure that
I got a chance to do it, or I just wasn't ready to stop playing and wanted to keep
going. This timed daily format of the game is just incredibly engrossing, you
don't want to stop! You wake up and there's another day right in front of
you and you want to go out and do the same thing again the next day! And I
found that once I really got my farm set up, it just got really fun and I wanted
to keep playing. Last night, I actually completed my community center in the
game, which was very exciting. I'd been working on that for a while. But in
general I really like having a consistent routine in the game and I
look forward to repeating that every day. I don't know what it is about doing the
same thing every day in this game, but it just seems really rewarding. I got my
farm set up the way I like it, it's so chill that I'm able to relax while I'm
playing it, but I also feel like I've done something. I feel like I've been
productive after a few days in the game. So I thought that today, I would go
through and tell you what a typical day looks like on my stardew valley farm.
Because I just feel like every single person is going to have a totally
different approach to how they play this game, it's probably pretty interesting to
hear how someone else plays it and if you play stardew valley too, I would love
to hear about some of your favorite things to do in the game, so leave them
in the comments below. So the first thing that I do when I turn on the Switch and
open up a new morning in stardew valley is I get up and I go find my wife,
wherever she may be, I am married to Emily in the game. She's the one with the
blue hair who works at the bar and she is super cool and kind of weird and she
also makes stuff out of fabric. So if you know me, that's probably not surprising
to you. In the game, we adopted a baby so I go find the baby and throw the baby up
in the air and catch him and then before I leave the house, I go down into the
cellar and check if any of my aged barrels are done. For a while, I was aging
cheese and wine and beer, but now I'm kind of at the point where I just want
to sell the cheese and not take up space down there, so I'm just aging wine and
beer in my cellar. Then I go outside and I can kind of choose what I want to do
next. My farm is a little bit all over the place. I have a lot of different
things that I could focus on on an individual day, but honestly, if I were to
go through and attend to every single thing I have on my farm
every day, it would fill the whole day up and I wouldn't really have a chance to
go into town and talk to people and go mining and things like that. My priority
at the moment is making sure that I go and visit the pigs that I am raising. I
have two barns with a bunch of pigs and a stone wall outside, so I let the pigs
out so they can look for truffles, which I found is the best way to make money in
this game. So I go around and I hug all the pigs and make them happy and pick up
any truffles that they've already found, and then I go and drop off the truffles
to make truffle oil and you can sell truffle oil in the game
for a lot of money so I have a ton of those little oil making machines and I
just pop all, as many truffles as I can find into those machines. Over the course
of the day, I'll go and grab more truffles that the pigs have found and
put them in and pull out the oil that's already been made and then I go and put
that in my box to sell it. Really, I don't feel like I need all of the other
animals because as long as I'm selling truffle oil, I make enough money to make
sure that I can afford whatever it is that I want to buy in the game. But I
also have chickens, ducks, a rabbit, cows, and goats. So if I have time that day I
go around and hug all of them and collect all of the different animal
products that those animals make. I'll run over and pop some eggs into the
machines to make mayonnaise and pop some milk into the machines to make cheese. So
for produce on my farm. I feel like this game got a lot less annoying and a lot
more fun once I was able to make the little sprinklers that automatically
water all of your plants. So I have spots set up around each of the sprinklers so
I'm not planting any plants in a spot that doesn't get automatically watered.
That way, I don't have to worry about them dying if I forget or if like, a tree
grows in the way of me being able to see what's waiting to be watered. I find that
that made things a lot easier in the game, so I will go around and pick up
anything that's sprouted that day. I have a lot of those barrels that make jelly
and pickled vegetables set up, but they take a while for them to finish so every
once in a while, I'll go check on them and see if they need something new to be
put in there. Otherwise I just sell my produce unless it's something that can
be put into a mill or a keg and those things, I save in a little box just in
case I need them when they're ready to go. I have a lot of those wooden boxes
that you can make set up and color-coded to remember what's in them, and I have
one box that's probably the most important one, where I keep all of my
leftover wine and beer from the kegs and any leftover hops or grapes that I have,
So that way, when some spaces in my cellar open up, I can go in and swap them
out with anything that's in that box waiting to go. I also have the greenhouse
set up now and I put one of each of the different fruit trees along with just an
assortment of year-round produce in my greenhouse. I love that it doesn't matter
the time of year, anything will grow in there and having all of the fruit trees
available at all times is pretty awesome especially if you get a neighbor who
asks for a specific one. I'll mostly go in there if I need something, but a
lot of times, I don't have time to check it. I also almost never check the cave on
my farm anymore. It's just mushrooms and the truffles are
better anyway and so I don't really look in there too often. So that's a lot going
on in my farm, so you can probably understand why I don't do all of those
things every single day. If I end up having time to leave my farm, I like
going over to the secret woods and getting all the stuff out of that area
especially because I need the hard wood in order to make more oil makers for the
truffle oil. I tend to save my mining when I have a full day with good luck
because I die down there pretty often or it gets to 2:00 a.m. and it's just,
yeah I'm not a big fan of the mines but you have to go in there if you want
metal and you need metal to make a bunch of things, so every once in a while
I'll go down there and just get as much stuff as I can and then come back out
and hope that I don't have to do it again for a while.
I don't really interact that much with the townspeople. I'll talk to the people
if I see them around and give them gifts if I happen to have stuff that I don't
really want, but that's not really my favorite part of the game. I do like that
they have all those fun cutscenes that they'll show you as you develop your
friendships with them more, but I definitely focus on running my farm and
taking care of my animals more than I focus on actually nurturing the
community around it. I don't go to the desert super often, I don't fish very
often, I found that fishing was incredibly difficult and for a while I
couldn't even figure out how to physically do it. But now I'm a little
better at it, so I just kind of only did that to fill up my community center and
complete that and I now probably will ignore fishing for a while. Obviously, there
are still so many more things that you can do in the game and I try to be
well-rounded when I have extra time on a day, if I haven't fished in a while I'll
go and do that, or I'll go pick up stuff and forage for things, but that's kind of
my approach when I start a new day in the game. So I think I'll stop there for
now. I really like that the game isn't super stressful and I can kind of make
it whatever I want it to be. I find that I like having this game around because
for a long time, I wasn't doing anything just to relax by myself and so now that
I have it, I'll sit and I'll play through a few days. It kind of calms me down
helps me de-stress, makes me feel like I've been productive even though I
haven't really been productive. So the fact that
I've been giving myself a chance to just sit down and play this game every
once in a while has been really nice. I'm looking forward to reading your stardew
routines in the comments below and if you don't play this game but you've
still made it this far into this video, what is something that you like to do to
relax and take time for yourself? Thanks for watching and I'll see you soon!

Why We've Only Ever Seen the Sun's Poles Once - Duration: 4:53.
[♪ INTRO]
Even though we've spent decades exploring the solar system,
we've really only done it in two dimensions, generally speaking.
But that makes sense.
Since the planets are all on the same plane, called the ecliptic,
we haven't needed to go way above or below the solar system.
Everything we need to study is sitting nice and cozy in that plane.
Well, almost everything.
From the ecliptic, it's almost impossible to study the area around the poles of the Sun,
which, like the rest of our star, we're super interested in learning about.
That is where the Ulysses mission came in.
In 1990, NASA and the European Space Agency launched the first real orbiter to go
out of the ecliptic, and it gathered tons of solar data for about eighteen years.
It revolutionized our understanding of our star,
but there's a reason we haven't sent another one yet.
Out-of-ecliptic missions… are kind of a pain.
All the planets orbit in the same plane because they formed from the same
big, spinning disk of stuff.
And getting out of that plane is really difficult.
When you launch something from a moving body inside the ecliptic, like the Earth,
your probe will automatically start traveling in a direction that keeps it inside that plane.
To get out, you have to cancel all that motion and move
basically perpendicular to where you started.
It's hard, and none of our rockets can pull it off right from launch.
But Ulysses made it happen, thanks to some cool engineering.
Usually, when we launch something that's gotta go
pretty far, pretty fast, we use a gravity assist.
Basically, you get close to a large body, like a planet,
then use its gravity to slingshot yourself along a new path with a higher speed.
And that's true for out-of-ecliptic missions like Ulysses, too.
You just have to get creative with it.
After leaving Earth, Ulysses went to Jupiter, which, as the most massive planet, can impart
a huge amount of acceleration to anything that gets close enough.
It flew up over Jupiter's poles, then let the planet's
gravity sweep it over and back under itself.
That got Ulysses going perpendicular to the ecliptic,
and flying back toward the point where it started, essentially going backward!
Then, it started its big loop around the Sun.
Getting Ulysses out of that plane allowed it to study the Sun from a different angle,
including its magnetosphere, composition, and solar winds.
But that's not all the mission did.
It also carried instruments to study dust in the solar system and ones to look beyond
the Sun at cosmic rays that come from really energetic sources, like black holes.
And it was all totally worth it!
Over almost two decades, Ulysses made nearly
three full passes over the Sun, and it taught us a lot.
Like, more than a thousand articles worth of stuff!
For one, Ulysses's unique perspective allowed us to make the first
3D survey of our star's magnetosphere and composition.
It also took the first direct measurements of interstellar dust and showed that
tons of it is flooding into the solar system; up to thirty times more than we thought.
And because Ulysses was active for so long, it managed to gather data over about one and
a half solar cycles, which meant it could even see how the Sun changed over time.
Every six-ish years, the Sun is either super active,
with lots of flares and sunspots, or pretty quiet.
And Ulysses showed that things like the solar wind, the flow of charged particles from the star,
actually change depending on its activity level.
It found that the solar winds are getting weaker in general, too!
We think that coincides with a natural reduction in the Sun's magnetic activity,
but we don't know just how, or if and when that trend will stop.
Either way, understanding these changes is super important to us on Earth,
because the solar winds can damage electronics on the
International Space Station and in satellites.
Like, telecommunications satellites.
Which we need to tweet! And, you know, call 911 sometimes.
Because of Ulysses's discovery, we're better able to predict the behavior of the
solar winds, so we're better able to protect astronauts in space
and our precious, precious internet.
And looking much farther from home, Ulysses was also a
player in confirming the existence of magnetars.
These are a type of neutron star with super strong magnetic fields, which emit
big doses of gamma radiation... kinda whenever they feel like it.
At least, based on what we know now.
Along with a few other satellites, Ulysses snagged observations of only the fourth confirmed
magnetar in 1998, one that was even brighter than the others.
The magnetar hypothesis had just started to become accepted,
so these measurements were really valuable to researchers.
And the list of Ulysses's discoveries goes on from there.
The mission ended in 2008, and there are now mountains of papers and books
all using its data.
So even though getting out of the ecliptic was tricky, it was definitely worth it.
So worth it that we're gonna launch another one!
Today, the ESA and NASA are working on another out-of-ecliptic mission called Solar Orbiter.
It'll launch in 2020 and orbit at an inclination of 25 to 34°,
which isn't as dramatic as Ulysses but will still give us more exciting, 3D data about the Sun!
For now, though, scientists are still pouring over that data from the first mission.
So we'll have plenty to keep us busy until then.

Ultimate Guide to #Alien Races [Vol. 2] - Duration: 32:25.
Do you believe extraterrestrials are real
If so, what do they look like
and are all the ones we hear about real?
How many different species do we have documented
And more importantly what are their intentions
All of this and more on part two of our extraterrestrial guide on the edge of wonder
Welcome to a special episode of edge of wonder on ET species, I'm Ben
and I'm Rob
So on our first episode we covered various 80 races
such as arcturians, blue avians, Ebens, Mantids,
On this one, we're gonna be looking at more controversial ones
such as Ants, Dracos, and the strange case of the gate 3 incident of the Archquloids
so if you haven't seen our first one it might be better to watch that first because
some races we cover here connected to the ones there
On these episodes
We decided to create an ultimate guide for you guys on who are these beings
from other star systems or other dimensions that are visiting us
There are so many beings and I mean we had thousands of pages of documents
But you know what, now I feel like I seriously have a PhD in interplanetary and dimensional being
Dr. Ben
I'm sure that that'll be useful at some point at least in the field we are in
anyway, sit back grab a coffee or tea and then
Grabbing a tea and join us on our second intergalactic journey through the most notable alien races in the galaxy on to our first species
Jewels, take it away
Serious mission
Assisting humans on their spiritual path and genetic experimentation
Called planet Sirius also known as dog star
alignment benevolent to
Be honest Syrians are kind of complicated and why is that?
Because the Sirius Star System has three stars and it's filled with all
Different types of beings some really good and some who have their own agendas
But they all look very different luckily majority of them are benevolent towards humans
However, most of them hailing from Sirius B
The tiny white dwarf star aren't very nice towards humans apparently word on the street
Is that the culture from these beings have made their way into our society?
over the five million year history that they've been coming to this planet most of which was seen in Atlantis during the last
Civilization. This is the stuff. We've all heard about such like crystal healing in auras and something called subtle bodies
Which has something to do with the healing of different parts of the consciousness
Which make up different parts of our physical body
Now the type of Sirian that I've drawn here aren't the dark ones from the garbage bin working with the Draco's
responsible for the most terrifying abductions of all time
They're the positive beings and reportedly these have more of an advanced disposition of compassion and selflessness
They apparently have a larger brain with an extra lobe that allows them much more super normal abilities
Including telepathy and advanced sight also their home planet around the star
Sirius is the brightest star in our sky and is also named dog star in which an African tribe
That has been around for five thousand years
Called them Dogon from Mali was supposedly visit by them and this tribe had super advanced understanding of
astrology, which has even baffled NASA
Scientists, yeah
If you haven't heard of them don't be surprised anything that undermines our modern science is kept out of the limelight
these guys who about a knitting the existence of Sirius B and
Even knew about its orbital period which is every 60 years which wasn't even discovered until the 50s when we add advanced telescopes
They knew about all of this thousands of years ago or a thousand years ago right to be specific
they also discovered the existence of Sirius C and
That their culture was very similar to Egyptian with similar artifacts and gods worshipped as well
Which makes us think that they were both visited by the same extraterrestrials
Even though that there are over 2,000 miles away
They also talked about amphibious beings coming from the same star system as the Egyptian
God Isis known as the new mos and knew about the planets and moons in our solar system
So the next race we're gonna talk about you've all heard of are the Draco's jewels take it away
Straker mission control and replace the human race o
Alpha Draconis in the Draco constellation alignment awesome, but some benevolent ones
All right out of all the et groups we are covering in these episodes
None are more controversial as the dreaded Draco reptilians who come from the Draco
Constellation and in their homeworld is one of the Fallas places in the entire cosmos now before we dive into them
There are a lot of different kinds of Draco's. We've been told that some are human hybrids
Some are very tall and some are a hybrid of the greys
One of the first people to bring these out as we know them today was by Arizona Wilder who first talked about the shape-shifting
reptilians to David Icke in the
1990s now at the time everyone thought she was crazy
however
Instead of this kind of dying out
It actually got more mainstream and soon a lot more insiders claimed to have seen them and now they're a part of the Illuma
Can't say that actually I'm just gonna call them the Illuma donkeys to avoid YouTube censors
So just about all the insiders and you apologists aside from maybe a few people talk about them
These can also very well be the demons that are mentioned throughout all the religious texts folklore and stories throughout the world
the leaders are supposedly over 15 feet tall all white with demonic wings and large slanted eyes they have
Super advanced technology and they're like the master and leaders of human genetic experiments and master cloners
From what we know we heard that all genetic modified things out in society
Originated from them which is why I believe that there's so much of a backlash in society about this and our foods
Because I mean really who knows what this is doing to our bodies
It said that they have conquered almost every race
They have come upon and would give themselves
Upgrades assimilating each races DNA into their own bodies and acquire their technology and then make them their slaves
It's also said that they have been on earth for millions and millions of years. This sounds like a bad episode of the x-men
So
inside a core good on the cosmic disclosure
even referenced that the dinosaurs could have been a genetic experiment which was destroyed by the good forces at work and
They were forced deep under the earth
However, what's complicated is that there are a lot of different races and types of reptilians black project insider and our good friend Emory Smith
Also said that he worked with some more human looking ones that look more like a cartoon and they wanted to actually help humans
Yeah
A lot of the insiders such as our also our good friend Laura
Eisenhower say that there are some good ones that broke away long ago and are fighting with the evil ones
But they're very rarely. They'll show themselves to humans since most of us associate them as being that
Also, if you look at a lot of religions and cultures, they seem to be mentioned a lot in Egypt
They have a lizard god named sobic and in ancient cultures all throughout South America. There was a lizard
God named Quetta koto which means feathered serpent
Also, the Mayans worshipped snakes in their culture plus the Bible talks about these kinds of serpent demons as well
But also there are some good stories such as bodhisattva nagarjuna
In which naga means serpents was given the tantric sutures after being initiated
by giant serpents and this kind of reminds me of like the difference between when you think of like
Dragons and the West and then Dragons in Eastern culture right like they're kind
They're all considered serpents but ones like definitely good and then ones just like this evil demonic thing exactly
man
there's so much to cover with these guys that we may need to do a separate episode on them and how they're connected to the
Yeah, and how they're actually a part of this original bloodline and how they supposedly over the years and years got humans to mix races
Which according to them makes us impure look guys, I know all of this can sound super crazy
So just take it all lightly and just remember to be compassionate to each other and always carrier your lizard blocker
Carry what sure lizard blocker
Guys in this drawing
Basically, I had to look through a lot of research and listen to what a lot of people were saying about these Draco's
quarry Goods talks a lot about them different people that have seen them and what I did is I basically
Made a compilation of all of those things and put them into the drawing
So that's what you're seeing right here
And on a side note many of these
insiders and people like quarry good in Arizona Wilder say that the leader of the Draco is a
15-foot albino with wings who goes by the name Pindar
I can't make this stuff sounds like a bad comic book
So and apparently this Pindar guys.i is supposed to be the eye in the pyramid of looma donkey
So number 13 are the more human-looking pleadians
Jules take it away
Leave
mission
Assisting and studying humans for genetic purposes Oh, sir v8 sour cluster in the taurus constellation
alignment benevolent and sun possum
So pleadians are said to be
Extraterrestrials that most resemble humans some sources say they live to be seven hundred years old
They're spiritually and technologically advanced as a sidenote
Cherokee Indians believed they came from the Palladian star system
also
We covered Nordics in our last episode
And nordic is more of a general term for a lot of the tall blond races
One of the major sources for plate Ian's contact is billy meier who by quoting our friend, dr
Salik quote received much public attention as a result of his alleged visits from pleadians from 1975 to
1986 which he supported with material evidence that continues to confound those skeptical of Meyers claims unquote
Maier recounts discussions at the play dance whose goals seemed to be assisting humans in understanding the threat from the reptilians and the grey aliens
Whose ultimate goal is to enslave?
humankind now
There are many play daeun groups from different places in that region and some can look very different
Some of these tall blond ones seem to have an ulterior or hidden
Motives and some do work with the Draco's or at least were conquered or controlled by them
The majority of them seem to be positive though and most people who have had an experience with them
Mostly say that it was a really good one
One of the most famous pleadians seems to be a being by the name of Lord
Ashtar who's one of the leaders in aiding the human race, which really would be a whole episode if we got into it
So let's move on from here. Next will be the ant race Jules. What's the deal with these guys?
And race commission alliance with Draco Oh, sir, uh, no alignment anymore
So not too much is known about these guys but both Emery Smith and Corey Goode have both seen them before
Emery said they are similar to the mantids which we covered in our
First episode and that they have a special voice box that they used to translate their sound into any human language
He had a positive experience with them and also had a very sad one
He said he was working really closely with one and soon truckloads of these dead end beings were brought in to the secret underground base
He said they were all working deep underground and they were all killed by some branch of the military and they wanted to know how
They died
so the ant Emery was working with connected with their bodies because I guess it can access the consciousness even after bodies died and
See its memory before
death
Emery actually got really choked up while he was telling this story because he said he felt an overwhelming
Sadness emitting from the ant he was working with and said it was the first time ever. He felt sadness from an extraterrestrial
Cory said that some of them do work closely with the Draco's and when he saw that large albino
Draco there were a few of these and being standing up and guarding along with the smaller reptilian ones
however, Cory noted that some may be working with them against their will so the next race we're gonna cover is one of the most
Benevolent races Ben and I came across and it's the feline race Jules fill us in what you got
The library's mission assisting humans under spiritual path all plan AV are located in the library system
alignment benevolent
So out of all the UT races we're gonna talk about in this episode
There's probably none more interesting than this feline race that has an existence of over a billion years
They said that they came from a different universe and existed as light but when they came into this universe
They settled on a planet called it have loung
Avion I'm not really sure in the Lyra system
So this planet was inhabited by a large number of animals that look similar to lions
So it's said that they decided to reincarnate in a physical body as humanoid lions
They soon started to go through different systems and some went so serious. I mean man serious must be like the real-life Khorasan
That's like the planet every et species is on in star wars universe, you know, you wear Star Wars shirt almost every week
It's a man. That would be cool. If we found out that Khorasan was modeled after serious
So you guys might be wondering what are these cat people like?
Well, it's said that they are natural born leaders and our super intellectual and very gentle and of course curious like a cat
Okay
So word on the street is or I should say galaxy. Is that these?
beings are full of compassion and that's what guides them and that they're here to protect the human race and
Lead us and to help us raise our vibrational levels and wake up from our slumber
They're also one of the leaders in the Galactic Federation of Light
But according to Corey Goode the Greco's can't stand them
I guess too much fluffy and goodness and
Along with the humans and the Galactic Federation or actually the Cabal that put a kill on sight order on these felines
Corey also said that they have technology that can make them disappear
So as to hide from the bad beings who want to kill them
However, these felines must be pretty awesome because they're helping keep the Draco's underground also
They can be found in Egyptian culture the cat goddess
Segment is supposed to be from this race, which is probably why they worship cats as well
So Rob, so I'm we're looking at your drawing here. And it looks like I can see some Thundercat reference in your drawing
Well that and he-man were of my favor shows growing up and maybe that's actually where this idea came from
Thundercats Oh
So next we're gonna cover the Venusians which is where valiant Thor comes from
Jules what do you got for us?
In vision mission
assisting humans on their spiritual path Oh planet Venus
alignment good, Neverland, so
This is another one
We could do a whole episode on the case of valiant Thor in which we discussed with Laura Eisenhower
Now some of you guys said we use the wrong photo
there is a debate on which photo is the actual volume for between Phil Schneider's photo version and
Frankie Strange's version of it
So most likely these are two different beings from Venus which is why there's some confusion
we went with Phil's for Laura's interview just because some people have debunked the other not saying we agree with them debunking that
But the other is that it's really hard to protest against now Val Thor landed in Alexandria
Virginia and met with the President
Eisenhower to discuss the world's problems and offer advice and counsel on how to deal with and eliminate
Alien beings that were trying to interfere with humankind
Val mentioned to the president that our world would continue to get darker and more Wars and economic and balance would proceed
Now we heard some say Val left on March 16th
1960 to his home planet Venus and some say he is still here with the ship at Lake Mead
But he did leave a lot of crew. So it's possible. A lot of them are among humans are within the military helping outlets
He said that his people lived underground on Venus and that many people dwelled
underground in many planets throughout the universe
He also mentioned that aliens would be coming here in droves who would help with the Earth's avalanche of issues
he also said that a distant group of beings from a planetary system would be coming to give aid and
data to help the progress of Earth Val also spoke of Christ's presence in the
Verse and that it was heartwarming to see his teachings continue. I mean, I'm sure you could say this anything of Buddhas
Well, yeah
Didn't we read something that said that some extraterrestrial races said they thought Buddha was the greatest scientists the world's ever seen
I did see it. I don't remember exactly where I saw that but I did see that somewhere
I forget who said it, but I did hear it somewhere and it was funny that they used the word scientist. Yes. I've been there
Alright, and now to our next one which are called orange. Geez
Jules tell us about him
Orange II
The constellation of obvious alignment benevolent
So not too much
I've known about these guys
But they were made famous by Boyd Bushmen a former aerospace
Engineer at Lockheed Martin who had photos that he presented on his deathbed in around
2014
Many people are discrediting him because these photos he has looks like an exact image of an alien toy that sold in Kmart
That was produced before he went public with the images
however
insider Corey goods said that the Cabal will do this kind of stuff if they know something like this is going to come out to
the public so the powers that be would get a company to start manufacturing this this is why when something like this happens
People wouldn't believe him but think about it
He said this on his deathbed and honestly
If you watch or read his interviews this guy actually explains the technology he was designing and how anti-gravity works was very sophisticated
Magnets. Yeah, but back to these orgies Corey said that they normally never show themselves and are actually a bright orange in color
Hence the name and that when they die, they turn more Brown, which is what we're seeing in these photos
He had Corey also said that they usually stay in their dimension
But watch us very closely and when someone needs help on a spiritual level, they will send telepathic messages to assist this person
Thanks Orin. Geez
Really though we could do something on just Boyd Bushman and this whole thing and on an investigation
And all this stuff that he was working on
But for now, I kind of need to keep moving forward. Yep
so next we're gonna go into an alien being that I like to call a cross between grey aliens and the Wicked Witch of the
West the ARCA Lloyds. All right, Jules. What do you got for us?
Our mission
And some awesome
So in our last episode we went into detail about a group of extraterrestrials called the evince who was the feature of
Steven Spielberg's Close Encounters and was part of a top-secret exchange program called Project surf go and
Reportedly also the main alien in 80, so make sure you watch that one before you go into this one
also we talked about how there was a high-level conversation with President Reagan and one of his advisors about these et traces and
The first time that these are clothes first were brought up. So according to the project serpo documents
These beings are described as similar to
Big-nosed greats. They're about five-six gray or tan beings with large black yellow eyes
vertical pupils and mushroom-like heads with four fingers and a very long big nose
They were actually genetically engineered by the evens and were given to the US government for observation and examination
By the Eagles it also says that the evens cloned them from two different species and these were a little more
primitive and used
More as like slaves and had a brain ship that they call it that could be controlled using a little black box
So there's a very bizarre story
Called the gate 3 incident that took place at area 51 and which one of these beings had left a secure vault and was on
Foot in the open area outside of the groom lake complex
security and OSI staff the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations
Were ordered to search the area and detain the stray
The interesting thing is how this story is so detailed it even says that there was a mixture of private security and military security
For the complex with an outside company called Wackenhut
Yeah, which is now called
G4s secure solutions. We're all searching around the complex
When one of the OSI staff noticed that a guard from the Wacken Hut Corp wasn't there
So the OSI staff went over to where the guard should be and found okay
This is kind of a bit crazy
But they found the interior of the gate was blood splatter and only small pieces of human body parts were left on the ground
Dude, can you imagine having to figure out a way to explain this to that family?
Yeah, man, I'm sorry. Your husband was vaporized by the malls border
Anyway, so to make a long story short the agent went looking for the being and somehow there was a standoff and he ended up
Shooting them two times they brought it in to treat it
But since the humans had no idea of the body physiology he only lived for a year or so after which is kind of amazing
If he was shot twice, the entire incident was even investigated by the FBI and the Air Force Office a special investigation
which is probably how this report is so thorough and was leaked and
Also an indicator of I mean that duck that report is so thorough and like how do you make something like yeah
I mean Why would you waste the time to make something and that was only like a part of it and it was still kind of long?
It is crazy
Okay, so the next group that we're gonna talk about are known as two things either Toulouse Ian's or the Lemurians Jules
So tell us about him
Tello she's a
K-mer lorian's mission protect and help the human race close though the Moriya and in our earth
alignment benevolent
Some are saying the North Pole or the Arctic
Disappeared from google maps either the cause of it was some climate change or it's a Mandela effect
However, the real reason is that the data is missing from the Google Maps
So the question is what are they hiding?
So then are you trying to say that Google Maps is actually hiding the real location of a Santa's palace to keep this a secret
That's exactly what I'm talking about. Ladies and gentlemen, Santa Claus is ready to get this
No, no, not really
Okay, so let's get to the real reason here
There could be ancient earth beings who lived on an Atlantis type continent called Lemuria
Which is basically very similar to what Rivendell looks like in the Lord of the Rings
But something happened and they went deep in the Inner Earth and using their psychotronic technologies involving crystals and highly
Developmental abilities they are able to create a new home inside the earth some say that under Mount Shasta in Northern
California it's a home to this race and that could explain the reason why so many people have had supernatural
Experiences being near that mountain so there's a very famous encounter
with Admiral Richard II bird at the our Arctic in the late 40s in which he logged and
documented in great detail
He wanted to make this public but was forced not to say anything and using his own words
He said completely against my values of moral rights
So this thing is very long, but we'll try to keep it somewhat shorter
They're flying over the North Pole region when their instruments start to go haywire
They see mountains and snow but soon they start to see a valley with small River and green everywhere
He says the light is different and they can't see the Sun
they see a very large animal below them and he realizes that it's a mammoth as
The next Cesar Olin Hills and then sees a large shimmering City
Pulsating with rainbows of hues of different colors then a large disc-shaped craft appears before them
They hear a voice over the radio saying everything's gonna be okay and they're in good hands
So they land their plane and he's greeted by a tall very beautiful blonde woman
She introduces him to their master and he tells the Admiral that
He's been summoned there because he's well known on the surface world
This master told him that after all the atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki
Japan
They became very worried about the fate of the human race
He said that they tried to warn us before the war
But we wouldn't listen and now the powers of our world would rather destroy the world in order to get what they want
He said to the Admiral. So now I say to you my son
There is a great storm gathering in your world a black fury. That will not spend itself for many years
There will be no answer in your arms. There will be no safety in your science
Your recent war was only a prelude of what is yet to come for your race
The Admiral asked what he should do
This master tells him that let everyone in the surface world hear these words and later tells him that when the time arrives
We shall come forward again to revive your culture and your race now, why didn't we hear about this before?
Well blame it on his superiors who in his own words
I am placed under strict control via the national security provisions of the United States of America
I am ordered to remain silent in regard to all of that. I have learned on the behalf of humanity
Incredible he wrote this and signed it before he died
And the last thing he said was just as the long night of the Arctic ends the brilliant sunshine of truth
Shall come again
And those who are of darkness shall fall on its light for I have seen that land beyond the pole
That center of the great unknown
beautiful
interesting
All right. So this one's very interesting the aquifer Ian's so yeah next
We're on to the aquifer hands, which sound exactly what they're like water type beings
Jules hit us with the last one
Aquifer you
mission help the human race some one human DNA
experimentation pop star Pleiades star cluster and the Taurus constellation
Some currently reside within Earth's ocean
Alignment so benevolent and some hospital
So, this is more of an umbrella term for aqueous beings that hail from the Palladian system
They started in platies and of course like all beings seem to migrate it to Sirius early. Some of them did
So here's the interesting thing
We mentioned the South African tribe called Dogon and they have a name for these mermaid-type creatures called Nomo
It seems like these beings came here long ago and decided to make earth their home
So this would also explain all these myths and legends of how maybe mermaids came about
I mean, we covered a lot of these in their second episode ever about mermaids, but at the time I mean
I didn't even think they're related to the tease at the time
I'm wearing as deep in this as we are now
also
There's been secret reports of naval sightings of underwater city type places that you can supposedly see in Google Maps
We can do a whole episode on that I could do a lot of episodes. Let us know if you want us to
Plus all throughout Japanese culture. They talked about these beings and even have bones on display of some of them. So, okay
Let's get into what these are like
So some can look like fish from the waist down and human waist up and vice versa or like a human eel
Emory Smith said some can look like dolphins
Which is what I drew here with large mouths that go all the way up to the ears and lips like a group of fish
Some of these beings in particular communicate through telepathic waves and through frequency similar to wills
but Emory said that it's very
Painfully slow to talk to us and these dolphins in particular their brains are 3 times larger than ours and they speak about 10
so second some can also look like
manatees which are pretty obese and have these little hands that they can't use but they are very strong and
Funny-looking and could be almost like eight feet tall. They also have really short and stubby legs
Emory did say that these manatees are very wise but I mean
They also know that they're very wise but he said the coolest part is that they have these super deep voices
Which are just amazing to hear and you can't imitate them no matter what you're trying to do Corey
Good did say that there are some scarier
Type ones that do live in our oceans and conduct their own genetic programs
And if you happen to be around these they'll actually grab you and pull you into the water apparently
They're not fond of humans
well guys
these are some really intense episodes that we covered and you guys probably have a lot of
Questions so we could do a live Q&A about this in the future, especially about these genetic programs
Also guys, we're coming out with a whole book of these alien species that you're gonna be able to download off of our website
That's going live very soon. So keep an eye out for that
Don't forget to hit like or subscribe please we can really use your support and remember to hit that notification bell
So yeah, we weren't contact in the desert Emory was talking about humans are actually the rock stars of the universe
we have some kind of like clean DNA and I mean if you really look at it from a divine perspective we were
Created by the divine. So that was why these alien beings are probably visiting us so much
yeah, and I I mean I completely agree and I think that um, you know, I think
humans all all these other et races are so
Fascinated by us because it's like we are capable of so much nothing greater than all of the other ones
Combined but it's just that we're being really restricted here
And then I think the the bad ones are afraid of what we're actually capable of and so they've been you know
Everyone's been trying to suppress us, but I think if we truly knew our potential
All of them would be looking up to us
And also remember to treasure yourself because all the beings and the cosmos seem to it as well
So anyway guys, what did you think about our episode on alien races? We want to know what you guys think please comment below
Until then we'll see you guys out on the edge

in the building with Joel uncle Mott and this is going to be a life games

I'm one of the only sites that has real estate gear that you can wear from
t-shirts to hats you name it we got it typically one of the things that
everybody who has wealth has been invested in is real estate and one of
the best ways you can make money and set yourself up for a good long life is to
invest in real estate when you're in your 20s and when you're in your 20s you
get a great compound effect the more money you put aside every seven years it
tends to double in nine and ten percent chunks if you're doing it correctly what
I did and what me and my wife did when we was in our 20s I met her right when I
was like 29 and what we did was we basically lived off one person's income
and we put the other that would pay our bills with the other income and we was
able within a year to save up about eighty thousand dollars and I've got a
friend who started doing that when he was
when you save up all that money and you go buy yourself a piece of real estate
make sure you get some real estate that has thirty thousand dollars in equity or
greater and by doing that you set yourself up to in a year or to have more
equity you can pool that equity and then you
can go buy yourself some more real estate the example that we did we did
the we kind of done it backwards instead of buying a home we took the money we
saved up and we bought a commercial property a childcare center some of
y'all have seen my video about what we just did and selling that childcare
center after fixing that rehabbing and putting a renter in there and holding it
for five years and selling it and we walked away with more than six figures
in profit you can do that same thing in your 20s but the proper steps to do it
you're gonna want to have a job and be working that job for at least two years
because the banks like to see that you've been in a job for two years live
way below your means save every single dollar you can get your hands on so that
you can put big money down as a down payment
I always you're finding a property that already has equity in it merge those two
together even you've got to do a little fix-up to force equity you still want to
do that when you also need to be working on your credit as well or at least
developing the credit so making sure you pay your bills on time that's really
really important don't go higher than 10 to 15 percent of your credit utilization
and at the same time be saving and looking for that deal and when you find
a good deal jump on it you know I would say probably the best place to start if
you're in your 20s and you want to set yourself up to retire by the time you're
30 or when you're in your 30s is you find something like duplex triplex or a
quad and you take that money put it down try to find something where you can get
the deal where you're getting 20% higher in your equity and you house Hacket
meaning that you live in one of the units
and how somebody else pay you rent money in the other units ladies and gentlemen
if you do that you're living rent-free you're getting your bills paid from the
other person all while you're acquiring equity which you set yourself up to pull
some money later on and reinvest and at that point in time if that sustains your
lifestyle you can retire the way it has done for me and get up here and make
youtube videos or whatever you want to do and help somebody else these are all
the things I'm doing because real estate allowed me to retire early because I
took took care of what I need to do in my 20s and you can do the same thing too
this channel is all about helping you capitalize on capitalism I want to make

Clemson University - Ph.D. in Applied Health Research and Evaluation - Duration: 2:17.
Other programs tend to focus on one type of methodology
whereas the Applied Health Research and Evaluation program really exposes students to a lot of
different kinds of methods
so you leave with the skills to evaluate difference types of research studies or community programs
so it's not the best method ever it's the best method for the situation and so you can
evaluate those situations when you leave here and apply what you've learned
It's classroom based, you get to work with your professors but you're also out in the
field what's really fascinating about this program
is that it takes into account both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of health research
and you're taking that and you're able to apply it to a real-world situation and in
ways that are actually useful to the community at large
This extra level of education and exploring opportunities this is something that you generally
don't get in a master's level program it's going to empower me and the people I
work with to make appropriate decisions and be able to justify those decisions
I'm able to go out and collect primary data so I talk to participants in a research study
and collect information from them I've also been involved in projects where
we're using secondary data and just looking at answering and investigating health indicators
or research topics within that data It is an intensive program; it requires a
lot of hard work but I was able to start a family while I was in this program and I will
say that I had a tremendous amount of support from the faculty and staff they wanted me
to succeed
Enthusiasm and love for what you're doing
tends to trickle over into maybe what other people would consider personal time
I truly love what I'm doing; It's not work anymore
It's, you know, on a spectrum of personal work time
...type of thing...
...you can cut that "type of thing" out...

How to Draw Action Poses ft. The Walking Dead | Heroines - Duration: 4:45.
- [Rachel] Don't you just love waking up
in the morning to the smell of rotting flesh?
Welcome back to Heroines.
Today, we're gonna teach you how to give your characters
an action pose featuring our favorite walker killers,
Michonne, Maggie, and Carol from The Walking Dead.
First, we need to make sure all these ladies
don't upstage each other and stay lookin' badass,
so we'll need to be precise.
Carol has the most compact weapon,
so we'll throw her in front.
But don't get distracted by the fun size knife;
she's ready to throw down some hurtin'
all while balanced and ready for defense.
It's important that we make her stable yet nimble.
To make this apparent in the drawing,
you need to make sure there's a balance in the visuals
so we've put her head and fists leaning to the left
and put her other arm raised and out
creating a stable triangle.
Putting her fist up and the knife pointing out
is what makes this an action pose
something Carol is very familiar with.
(tense violin music)
(flesh squelching)
And coming to the stage now, we have Maggie,
first appearing in issue 10 of the comics
and now making her way onto our page.
At first, we've gone through a few different options
for how her face is going to look, but we landed on this.
Making her pose possessive instead of permissive
and looking up and forward.
She's ready to fire, so she's leaning back,
ready for the impact with her feet firmly grounded.
It's important to add in the correct angles
for this pose since she's leaning back.
If her legs were straight down,
then the pose wouldn't be believable
because it would look as if she's falling backwards.
Her arms help balance the weight as well.
They're straight out, holding the gun
and are the only counterweight to the back of her.
To take it one step further,
we've spaced out equal parts
for Maggie's major lines to Carol's
such as Maggie's hair lining up with Carol's fist
and the tip of the gun matching with the tip of the knife.
We're touching tips!
And finally, we have the baddest ass:
the bad, the badassest, of all the ladies, Michonne.
Since we've really pushed the perspective
we're able to show most of her body
with her right leg bent as an homage to her fencing days.
By focusing our detail on these two elements,
we're able to portray Michonne's constant readiness
mentally and physically.
Michonne looks mad; Maggie looks focused;
and Carol looks more concerned than murder-hungry.
And to understand that look,
you'll need to understand Carol.
Now this is specifically AMC Carol
because in the comics, Carol was 24
and had her daughter, Sophia, when she was 17.
She's portrayed as a more
self-centered and neurotic personality
who eventually kills herself early on.
Live-action Carol starts off as an abuse victim
who refused to kill walkers
and eventually builds herself up
to be a lucid, resilient, and compassionate killer.
Maggie in her comic and live-action form
are most alike out of the three.
Her relationship, personality, and events in the comics
are fairly true to her Lauren Cohen self.
At the start, Maggie is a faithful, loving daughter
of Hershel, who's way too innocent
for the zombie apocalypse.
But as time moves on, she deals with the harsh realities
of the world, including the death of her entire family
and Glenn, the father of her unborn child.
This causes Maggie to turn into a brave, independent
and deadly force to be reckoned with.
She turned her tragic history into learned lessons
and became the new leader of the Hilltop Colony
after punching Gregory in the face and taking no shits.
Her character development is grim,
shocking, and so, so rewarding
and we definitely want to have
this murder machine on our team.
Now we have Michonne, the last to join the group.
This rebel is portrayed by Danai Gurira
in the AMC series and by Samira Wiley
in the Telltale mini-series.
When you think Michonne, you think katana,
her weapon of choice.
In the comics she's referred to as a fencer,
which makes her skills with the sword more than reasonable.
In many instances, the blade is tied with her as a whole.
She refuses to part with it.
Her boyfriend gets decapitated by it
and a spicy little metaphor is created
when she hangs it on the mantelpiece in Alexandria
as a sign of finally feeling safe.
In our piece, the sword acts as
a through-line for the group.
Even though each character has their own unique action pose,
they all work together to illustrate a polished composition.
The line that Michonne sword starts the point
that connects all of the women together.
And if you put a line down the center of the piece,
you'll see each character is balanced
on either the left or right.
Even though there are a lot of sharp edges and lines,
there are curves that go throughout it
to give it a nice flow.
For the cherry on top, all of them
are looking to the right as if a horde is coming.
And if you missed that then you're definitely
not gonna see that walker right
before he tears your flesh off.
(flesh ripping) (boy screaming)
Thanks so much for watching.
Tell us in the comments what you'd like us
to draw next week on Heroines.
And, if you want to see who'd win
in a Walking Dead weapon fight,
make sure to check out
our Walking Dead episode of The Fighting Show.
See how Michonne's katana fares against Negan's bat.

Man Utd news: Jose Mourinho was proud of one player against Tottenham - Gary Neville - Duration: 2:40.
Shaw played the entire 90 minutes as Manchester United suffered a 3-0 loss at Old Trafford on Monday
Following the match, Mourinho went onto the pitch and consoled his players, including Shaw
He also stood in front of the Stretford End for a period of time, clapping the supporters who had stayed
Mourinho claimed he wanted to show a united front, but Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher reckoned it was an act
"Jose Mourinho's very clever," Carragher said. "He's not soft, he goes on the pitch, knows the camera's on him
"He's high-fiving all the players, he wants to show a united front. He wants to see the camera on him, with the crowd there
"You never see Mourinho sort of, when his team aren't doing well, with his head in his hands, you never get that shot of him
"He's always stood there, I think even his eyes coming out onto the pitch, he looks really ready for the game
"But it's almost like an act really, he wanted to show a front. Whatever the media narrative is, he's complaining about it, there's lies getting spoken
"But he knows the camera's on him there, 'I'm high-fiving the players, I'm with the supporters, there's a united front'
You can't deny that." Neville agreed with some aspects of what his colleague Carragher said, but also believes Mourinho was genuinely proud of Shaw for his showing
"I get what you're saying, but also if he trudges off really miserable, we'd read into it," Neville said in response
"If he goes off smiling, we'd say he was acting. "If he comes on the pitch and shakes Shaw's hand
I think he genuinely was proud of Luke Shaw. "We kept saying in the game Luke Shaw was doing pretty well in that game
"So I think he was proud of him." Shaw has started every game for United so far this season

AQUATIQUE, une présentation de la 1.13 - Duration: 1:12:18.
I feel like we're getting close
Ha ha, I knew it ! Hehe
Hello everyone, today I'd like to share with you an awesome discovery of these last months:
the latest Minecraft version: 1.13 Update Aquatic.
Before we start, please know that this video will be divided in 2 parts
and each part will be divided in many chapters
Here they are:
Furthermore, there is a non-referenced vidéo
which lists comically all newly added sounds, particles and tags
which could help those mapmakers among you.
So, you're currently watching the first part focused on the aquatic side of this update
which is the one which will be interesting to most of you.
The second part will be focused on technical changes.
Well
I just finished editing the video and the clip you just watched was recorded almost 2 months ago.
So
I think there won't be any second video,
you'll find a document with every technical change in the video description
it was made by PixiGeko
but a second video is not possible for me, I need to focus on other projects
and it would be way too long to make
because this one already took me quite a long time.
I hope you'll understand
Of course, each part and their chapters
can be found in the description
and, for our English-speaking friends,
english subtitles are available.
We're now introduced so let's get to it already:
Some History...
It is in the blessed year of 2017,
year marked by a new unusual United States President,
and by the unexplainable success of Hand Spinners,
that Mojang announces the latest update for the second most sold game in the world:
Minecraft.
"Apart from absurd and long periphrasis SyraniiX what do you have to say about this?"
is possibly a question going through your mind currrently.
And I will answer: "Nothing."
because these first references to 1.13, which came fast after 1.12,
did not announce a revolution for most of the normal players.
Dinnerbone was the first one to talk about it:
April 24th 2017.
He says it straight away, 1.13 will be a Technical Update.
And that is why I said:
"Because these first references to 1.13, which came fast after 1.12,
did not announce a revolution for most of the normal players."
seconds ago.
A Technical Update is not a super news for the players waiting for a ton of new blocks,
monsters and also just various random features!
However, Dinnerbone, head of the 1.13 project (at the time) will still take this way.
And that's where confusion comes.
We were more hyped by 1.14 with its unannounced features
than by the 1.13 which looked more like a "filling the gap" Update.
Let's talk about it:
1.13, as announced at the time,
was way too underestimated!
It was about deleting the block number limit,
having DataPacks making it so easier for map-makers,
or a rewriting of the command system super cool, ergonomic, colorful!
Said things were limiting Minecraft at an unimaginably absurd rate and obviously useless!
For example, since 1.12 came out,
Mojang could not add any more blocks to the game!
I know I tend to use this example quite often,
but it pictures just right how important an Update like this would be.
Then came Minecon Earth
which changed everything.
It is at the End of this annual Minecraft Livestream
that Jeb announces the theme of the formerly named "1.14",
that hyped us to this day:
The Aquatic Update.
Days go by, with a Technical 1.13 that many would like to skip, laying several snapshots,
and a 1.14 exciting for crowds but not avaiable for testing yet.
But it is in the year 2018,
marked by absolute disrespect on YouTube and a car sent in solar orbit,
things are happening on our poor planet...
that 1.13 and 1.14 were not different updates anymore.
On Minecraft.net this article was posted,
announcing the merge of the two updates, allowing the devs to work faster on the Aquatic Update,
by pushing Technical features for later.
And then, finally, here we are. It comes out.
1.13, Aquatic Update...
And... Wow...
It's nuts.
63... 64!
Wow, they've done good work!
Well, obviously, it's theoretical.
But at least, it's not about color variations, like in 1.12...
Haha, 1.12...
. . .
Anyway, I think it's time to talk about it,
what are these new blocks?
Well, in 1.13 were added a good bunch of new blocks.
64!
And, first, let's get to plants and other vegetation under water.
We have the Aquatic Herbs, or "Sea Grass"
with a super cool animation!
Only obtainable with Shears
and are generated in oceans, swamps and rivers.
And their big sister, the Tall Sea Grass, do as well.
It's the Under Water equivalent for Tall Grass.
To get them, a Bone Meal on an ordinary Sea Grass block is what it takes if there's space for it to grow in.
Besides, making them grow with a single water block on top gives off this effect,
that could be interesting in terms of decoration.
However, cutting them with Shears will only get you two small Sea Grass.
Talking about Bone Meal, you can now use it under water in order to generate Sea Grass!
Knowing that these can grow on transmarent blocks we get a good grab on that!
Let's continue with the following block:
"Kelp", or "Varech" for us frenchies.
No worries, because even if in real life kelp is absolutely ugly,
in Minecraft it looks like this, which is quite pretty.
Kelp, let us frenchies call it in the game language, simpler,
is a vertical plant following the same growing pattern as Sugar Cane for example.
It has two separated parts, the stem, and the top, each is animated.
The interesting one for us about this plant, is the top.
Once it is placed or naturally generated,
it gets a random age between 0 and 21,
that number will also grow randomly, helped by the RandomTick.
- Just like any other plant, in fact...
- Correct! And once this age reaches 25 the top turns into a stem,
and will generate another "top" on top of it.
This will go on until the plant reaches the top of the water.
- It just grows normally...
- Y... Yeah, that's it..
But that's not it!
- Ah!
It is in fact poossible to break Kelp, and just like Sugar Cane,
break all of the stems to the top with onee punch!
Each broken block will drop a Kelp item, which can be used to replace said plant.
But it can also be cooked.
[To the Happy Kelp]
Heyo guys, heyo gals!
Be welcome in the Happy Kelp,
the best (and only) restaurant in the isle!
Today I show ya the recipe for a typical meal,
cooked seaweed!
It's not hard, c'mon, just put ya freshly collected kelp in your furnace,
and ya get ya dried kelp!
If that's not wonderful!
Ya'll love it!
Anyway.
This Dried Kelp will grant 0.35 EXP upon cooking,
0.5 Food Bar points, and 0.3 points for saturation when eaten.
Yes, it's accurate.
It's eaten faster than other meals, but for half a food, it's probably not worth it.
But it's not the only use for it!
You can also craft it into a block:
if you put 9 of it in a Crafting Table,
you will get a Kelp Block in result,
and the block resembles this:
Meh.
The main probleem is that the string is not centered.
given that the texture width is even (16 pixels).
But anyway, there are other things going on with this block.
In fact, it's a Wheat Block lookalike,
because it makes the same sound, and burns just as well.
However, the Kelp block traded the capacity from the Wheat Block to contain fall damage
in order to cook 20 items in an oven.
Which could, in my opinion, be very useful.
Next comes a block we've been waiting for.
Very pretty, with a lot of variations.
Well, a good block.
Corals.
It comes in 5 different shapes and colors,
with, in the Creative Inventory order,
Each of them has its own color,
but can also be turned into gray.
Coral Blocks effectively need to have at least one side touching water,
not rain, to stay alive.
If they don't, they die.
- And when it dies, it turns gray.
Obviously.
- Right! And furthermore, dead coral is dead forever,
there's no way to make it revive.
You will have to be relatively careful if you wish to use it for decoration.
We can get these Coral Blocks alive, with a Silk Touch pickaxe.
Without the enchantment, you will collect Dead Coral.
- Don't you forget something?
- I was coming to it, let me talk!
The depths of the oceans will effectively have a third type of coral.
This block is quite remarkable. I even think it's the only one to behave this way.
It looks like an under water Sea Grass,
but you can place it on the side of blocks.
- And to get them, nothing's simpler, just give them a knock!
Like, all plants in the game, in fact...
- And we're not done yet!
There's a fourth and last type of coral,
just like Coral Fans, simply named, "Coral".
It has a similar texture to Dead Bushes,
and just like Coral Fans, can be gathered by punching it.
- I think we're done here!
- In that case, let's keep going!
So here is something quite odd,
the Sea Pickle.
Not to mistake for "Sea Cucumber, like a.. Syra..niiX?
Garbage name,
did in this video.
Anyway, this Pickle is a new plant,
that has a good amount of features quite interesting.
- It makes light!
- Shh, shh, we'll get to it.
Right.
When placed under water, a white filament is visible on its top.
But when placed in air, it is not there.
It is under water that it fins its purpose, that is, emitting light,
but, we'll get to it.
- Whaaa
BUT just as interesting, is its ability to be placed several times on the same block,
you can, in fact, if you want to, put up to 4.
Even more interesting: the more Pickles there are on a single block,
the more light is emitted!
Going from light level 6 to light level 15,
by steps of 3 light levels each.
Complicated? Here's a diagram:
{Light emitted by the number of Pickles}
Contrary to what we could believe, this feature is extremely useful,
because light now shades off under water the same way it does on land.
Look, under water, for each block of length,
the light level lost 3 points, now it's only 1.
In order to get more of these pickles, a Bone Meal is enough,
however the targetted pickle has to be put on a Coral Block
under water, like that.
Here's a bonus, once cooked, the said chenopodiaceae,
calm down, it's just a synonym,
will give out Lime Dye!
That's all we have about it...
Oh yeah, I have to show you something!
- Sheesh, I knew he could not hold himself...
- No, you'll see, it's quite cool,
we said it before, 1.13 removes the very embarrrassing block limit
so Mojang did something very nice:
slabs and stairs of many types of blocks.
So, let's be clear here, no need to be worried,
Dinnerbone stated that most of the new slabs and stairs
will be in 1.14!
But the devs still did good while providing us with Prismarine, Prismarine Bricks and Dark Prismarine!
I'm done! :D
- All right!
*Sheesh*
Lastly, for what concerns aquatic blocks,
I would have loved to talk about Conduit.
But, it requires to know some things about 1.13,
and that's why I will talk about it at the end of the video,
or more precisely at this time-code for those who are interested.
But I can already tell you it's one of the best news of the version.
Now let's talk about the 17w47 snapshot.
It's one of the biggest, as it added almost 33 new blocks in the game.
For the newbies, a snapshot is a test version of Minecraft,
when developping Mojang releases one per week, sometimes more.
So, as I said, 17w47 added almost 33 new blocks.
And even if I count the variations here,
it still remains very interesting.
Let's begin with the trapdoors for every type of wood.
There is obviously no difference with the basic one,
but it can be useful for decoration.
Spruce trapdoors, for example, can make for pretty good barrels.
- And Dark Oak is good for chocolate!
But Mojang did not stop there,
they also added pressure plates and buttons for every type of wood.
Again, no difference with the originals.
However, they are interesting for decoration,
even more knowing that buttons can now be placed in every direction.
That is very tiring...
But well.
I think we're there...
Yes..!
Hehe, it should be here!
The recipe for the ultimate ice!
Blue Ice!
It's mine!
Haha, finally!
It's always great to add scenario to a video to make it better, right?
Any way, I like it.
Let's stop talking and speak about the last block that we will show you.
When you want!
- Thank you. Well.
Blue Ice, or Blue Ice, in english,
(Note from your subtitle maker: I JUST TRANSLATE OKAY?)
certainly does not deserve such a scenario but still remains mysterious...
Because we already had normal Ice and Packed Ice,
so for a third one to come say hello seems a lot.
But don't get it wrong!
It comes with relatively fabulous features,
because even if it was nerfed during the snapshots, it is way more slippery than the two others.
If we count right, a 6 blocks slip on ordinary ice
or Packed, in 1.12,
will turn into an 8 block slip in 1.13.
- This also applies to players and entities,
so I imagine everyone will get to it and change their Nether tunnels.
Furthermore, this Ice has a decent Blast resistance.
It's not that surprising, given thaat it is crafted out of 9 Packed Ice blocks.
In the same logic, we can only mine it with Silk Touch.
But do not worry, there's a way not to destroy your Ice Pikes biomes to get Blue Ice,
because besides a new biome that I'll talk about later in the video,
Packed Ice is now craftable out of 9 Ordinary Ice Blocks.
Yes, it makes it very heavy in cost, but it makes it renewable, which is not nothing.
And to finish off of it, we can add that on Bedrock Edition,
it emits a little light.
We don't know if it will come on Java Edition as well.
And we finally finished it with the first sub-chapter of the first chapter of the video!
The script already is 10 pages long
haha... ha...
Uhhh...
Deserves a firework.
Well...
Let's talk about Block changes.
And god knows that with that Block ID change, there has been changes.
Let's straight away begin with Air blocks.
Yes, yes, air.
Technically it really is a block,
And in 1.13, this block has variations.
- That's right! There are now 3 variations, normal air, obviously,
but also Cave Air, for caves, that generates, you guessed it...
In Caves.
Wow, good job!

The errors of the Granite Mountain Hotshots - Only the brave - Langosto - Duration: 1:58.
The first mistake you have is to lose to the observer.
If you lose the observer
you lose all the information in time real about the fire,
about its evolution,
and about his strength.
I mean, you stay completely sold
Keep observers in fires forestry
It can be the difference between life and death.
It should never be addressed a blind forest fire
With the transfer of the Center Advanced Command
this group of firefighters he has no address of any kind
and without a strategic vision of the fire.
The safety zone should never be I was situating
where the fire front is headed
We're going down the evacuation route to our security zones.
A storm precipitates events by directly influencing
in the speed and direction of the wind also between the fire department and the front
of the fire there are many areas without burn that is with vegetation that goes to
serve as fuel to fan this front.
They have no time left
With the fire moving towards them
surrounded by fuel
No time to get to the safe area.
They will try to create their own zone
