So, today we're here to talk about the cherry

on top of your makeup routine, mascara.

We all love mascara, but all of our lashes

are actually really different,

so today we're gonna show you how to find the best mascara

for your lash type.

I'm having a couple of the girls come in from the office

to find a mascara that could be right for them.

Also, you guys, stay tuned because we have a giveaway

at the end of the video,

and I know you don't want to miss out on that.

So, let's get right into the video.

I wear false lashes all the time,

so they're just way down, and really really ashy.

As you can see, you can barely even see my eyelashes.

They're short.

They're just weak.

My perfect mascara is gonna lift my lashes,

it's gonna separate them, it's not gonna clump them.

I like to curl my lashes before I go in with mascara.

Next, I'm gonna go in with the Milk Makeup Kush Mascara.

It's not gonna clump.

It's not gonna flake,

and it's gonna just separate all of your lashes,

and look really dramatic.

This mascara is one of my favorites.

It's actually the only mascara that I can wear

without false lashes.

I start from the bottom and I wiggle the whole wand up,

and that just coats every single lash.

Now I brought in Tabi and we're gonna have her tell us

what her lash type is, and we're gonna find her

the best mascara, once again.

So, tell us, how do you describe your lashes?

- I describe my lashes as pretty light colored

because my hair's super light,

and so I always want a mascara

that's really really black and dark,

so I can make sure that my eyes get accentuated that way.

And they're really thin, almost like really fine hairs,

so I want some mascara that's actually gonna hold,

and use a wand that's actually gonna hold onto it.

I love having curled lashes.

- Okay, so what kinda mascara wand do you like?

- Something that's a little bit bigger

because I have bigger eyes,

and so a bigger wand actually works for me a lot easier.

- Are you ready?

- I think I'm ready, I think I'm ready.

- Okay, brace yourself.

- Okay, bracing.

- [Micaela] This is a mascara I picked for you.

It's a Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara.

It has a super big applicator just like you said you like.

- [Tabi] Wow, just like I wanted.

- I think this is gonna curl your lashes

really really well.

I think you're gonna be fairly pleased with this mascara,

so I want you to try it on and tell me what you think.

You said that you have lighter-colored eyelashes.

I gave you a mascara that is super jet black,

so it will definitely be black enough for you, I think.

What do you think?

- [Tabi] Yeah, I think I already notice a difference.

It's a lot darker.

- So, the hourglass shape of the applicator's

really gonna curl them, curl your lashes,

as you said that you like your lashes to be super curled.

So, those of you guys who have more fine lashes

like Tabi has, you're gonna wanna stay away

from the volumizing mascaras,

just because they can weigh down your lashes.

So you're gonna want something lighter like this

that will give you a nice curl,

especially with this wand shape.

Guys, I'm here with Sophia

and today we're gonna try to find her

a perfect mascara for her type of lashes.

So, I'm gonna ask you a couple questions

and then we're gonna decide which mascara works the best.

So, how do you describe your lashes?

- They're long and curly already,

so I don't really have to do much, but I love mascara.

That's like my first thing I put on.

- Okay, so now that I know you have long, amazing,

curly lashes, I think you need a volumizing mascara,

so I'm gonna give you this mascara from Bare Minerals.

It's called a Lash Domination.

It's supper volumizing.

I think it's gonna be exactly what you like

and what you need in a mascara.

Now, this mascara actually has a thickener in it,

so you don't want to apply too much

because you don't need it.

So, just add as much as you think you need--

- I'm gonna use as much as I can.

- I know.

So, when you're picking out a volumizing mascara

you wanna make sure that the wand is super thick,

so that way it's gonna coat all of your lashes,

and it's gonna get it all in one go.

- [Sophia] I like that it separates my lashes,

'cause I like to have as many eyelashes as I can.

- We have Alina here with us and we're gonna find out

which mascara is best for her.

So, let me ask you a couple questions.

How do you describe your lashes?

- I would say they are short, straight, stubby,

and super stubborn.

- Okay.

What do you not like in a mascara?

- I don't like the thick ones,

the ones that are just like when you put it on

and it makes it look really thick and it looks fake,

'cause they're like thick--

- So, you like a little more natural?

- Yeah.

- I got you.

I think you wanna stray away from something volumizing.

And then I think we wanna go towards

something a little bit more lengthening.

All right, are we ready for the big reveal?

I picked out a lash mascara for you,

and drum roll, please.

(tapping on table)

(Micaela laughs)

The mascara that I've chosen for you

is the MAC Extended Play Lash.

So, this wand is perfect for you,

because it's gonna be super easy to apply.

It's really small, so you're gonna be able to get

into all those areas,

and this actually does have some fibers in it,

so when you apply it,

you're gonna want to focus on the tips of your lashes,

so that way it's gonna lengthen.

This wand is actually great

for people who may have monolids,

or somebody who have small eyelids.

And, also, it's really great for your lower lash line

for anyone really,

because the wand is super small and easy to work with,

so you're just gonna be able to be very precise

with this wand.

All right, guys, now we have Madeline here.

We're gonna find you the perfect mascara today

for your lashes.

What do you want in a mascara?

- I want a mascara to just plump up what I already have,

and just make my lashes look full and separated and thick.

(Micaela laughs)

'Cause I like a lot of volume,

and I like them to just look really full,

and I think that that tends to work the best for me.

- Okay.

So, you're looking for a clump-free enhancement?

- Definitely.

- We all need a little bit of that.

- Yeah. (laughs)

- Okay.

You may not have heard of this mascara before,

but I think this is gonna be the perfect one for you.

This is the NARS Climax Mascara.

This is actually gonna be clump free.

I know you said you don't want clumps,

so I think that this is gonna be perfect for you.

It's super buildable and I just think

that you're gonna love it,

so try it on and tell me what you think.

So, this mascara's gonna be basically good for everybody,

because nobody wants clumpy lashes,

and this is gonna be clump free.

It actually has a lash moisture complex in it

that's gonna allow you to build,

so it's gonna be super buildable without it getting clumpy,

once again.

So, would you say this is a success?

- [Madeline] Yeah,

I'd definitely would want to use this again.

I feel complete now.

- Okay, so now we have Afsoon here

and I'm going to help you find your perfect mascara.

So, tell me a little bit about your lashes.

- So, my lashes are really sad.

They're straight and sad.

(laughs)

And they don't hold a curl very well,

so I always have to use waterproof.

- So, what type of formula do you like?

- I definitely love waterproof.

I like it to be volumizing and lengthening.

- Okay, so I got this

TARTE Lights, Camera, Splashes Mascara.

It is waterproof.

I know you said that that's a major thing for you.

And the wand is nice and dense,

so you're gonna be able to get nice volume.

So, pumping the lash curler

is actually just gonna make the curl stay in place.

It's gonna put a dent into your lashes,

although probably not a hardcore dent,

but it's just gonna really place that curl

into like place, basically.

I'm not gonna recommend waterproof mascara to everyone.

I'm just gonna focus it on people

who are crying a lot, sweating a lot,

or if you have lashes similar to Afsoon's

that it seems to smudge throughout the day,

then maybe you wanna try waterproof.

But, they will be more difficult to get off.

Maybe you think that's a good thing,

so that's up to you to decide.

OKTOBERFEST 2018 (Part 1) Parade Of The Landlords and Breweries! - Triple P - Duration: 4:22.

Hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of Triple P with me Surya Sridhar!

So guys today is a very important day. It's the 22nd of September which means it is the first day of Oktoberfest!

And guess what? We live right down the street from it and we're going to go check out the opening day parade.

So let's go explore!

The first and most important way to kick off the Oktoberfest celebrations is through the Parade of the

Oktoberfest Landlords and Breweries.

Normally around 1000 people take part in the parade, which first started in the year 1887.

The procession starts at around 10.45 am in the morning right in the city centre, where firstly the mayor

of Munich and his family make their appearance, followed by other important officials.

After them the tent proprietors, breweries and carnies follow in their wagons.

You will be stunned by the horse carts decorated with flowers, beer tent waitresses with filled

beer mugs, the passionate brass bands from the beer tents and the impressive wagons with

garlands and huge wooden barrels.

At the end of the parade, everybody flocks to the Oktoberfest venue called Theresienwiese

where traditionally the mayor taps the first Oktoberfest-beer-barrel in the Schottenhamel

Tent at exactly noon.

This marks the start of the festivities!

Quick fun fact: Did you know that Theresienwiese (meaning "Theresa's Meadows") was named

in honour of the Crown Princess?

Her name was Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen who married King Ludwig the 1st.

After their marriage, the citizens of Munich were invited to attend the festivities held

on the fields in this exact area right in front of the city gates to celebrate the royal event.

Reaction Order Tricks & How to Quickly Find the Rate Law - Duration: 1:58.

Looking at all these given tables you'll be able to quickly figure out the

reaction order by just knowing a few tricks. Hello everyone, I'm Melissa Maribel

your personal tutor and here are the tricks. Trick 1: Zero order if you increase

the concentration of the reactant but the rate does not change then it's zero

order. Trick 2: First order if whatever you multiply it by your reactants

concentration is the same number you multiplied by the rate then it's first

order. Trick 3: Second order if whatever you multiplied by your reactants

concentration is the same number but squared to your rate then it's second

order. Here are some examples we are multiplying by 2 here and for the rate

we are multiplying by 4 since 2 squared is 4 or in this table where we are

multiplying by 3 then multiplying the rate by 9 since 3 squared is 9 so right

there both of those examples are second order. All these tricks tell us the

reaction order let's put this all together to find the rate law. For this

table we found reactant A was first order because we multiplied both by 4 so

using the rate law formula we will replace x with 1 since x and y represent

the reaction order for each reactant. For reactant B we found it was second order

since we multiplied by 2 and then the rate by 4 so we will replace the y with

a 2 and this is our rate law. Now you still have to know how to figure out

you're a real-estate agent out there how

to get more deals get into your first

deals so thanks for joining us on

today's so thank you alright so we have

five steps we're going to be brief with

them because we don't want to make it

too long but we want to give them enough

information and as always we're gonna

put Deron's information below so feel

free to reach out to him he mentors many

people to get them where they need to be

to buy their next deal so let's start

with step number one alright so like you

know the rustic market is very hot it's

hard to find properties on the MLS so my

focus is to find properties off the MLS

step number one is finally stress on it

and going through a life crisis like a

probate like a distress toxic tax liens

or he has a an eviction going on so you

find that person that's the step number

one that's a great step to because I

know dealing seeing a lot of closings

here we close about 100 deals a month

and I always see the best deals are

these probate deals I don't know you've

done a few the investors that learn how

to truly find and acquire these probate

deals are making tons of money so that's

a great first step right right so the

first step is that the second step is to

look on the comps I know a lot of

investors doesn't know what's comps they

don't look they just put their

properties out there but the first thing

is you have to know what's what the

house is worth how much you can sell it

how much you can make on it so that

the second thing to find the comps and

to know what you're dealing with and

that's a good one too especially if

you're a real estate agent out there you

have access to the MLS we know if you're

a consumer do not rely on Zillow do not

rely on Zillow for an accurate value you

need to pull your comps and you need to

make sure you're picking I guess within

a subdivision right to make sure you can

see because something that may be a

block over could be in a totally

different subdivision and you can

actually reference we have an appraiser

on at one of our first episodes where

she talked about how to select

comparables so it's very important to

learn how to find the deal and now you

need to learn how to comp it out to make

sure you're getting a good offer price

right and another thing is you'll see a

house is very expensive and you'll see a

house this is very cheap you don't want

to take these two you take what's in the

middle right great step so number three

all right so the number three and it's

very important is do your due diligence

you know what's the house is going know

what's the owner is one you got to know

if is if it has some filing in the court

if he has been going through foreclosure

if he has some judgment against him all

kinds of things so you do your due

diligence before you talk to the owner

that's the that's the third step and due

diligence a lot of times we've done some

other videos where you can go to the

public record site remember we're in the

state of Florida everything is public

record the court system the property

records

everything's public records so you can

go and do your own due diligence and

just make sure I don't run their name

search and say I don't see anything I

don't see foreclosures I don't maybe

you'll see a probate maybe you'll see a

death certificate there are a lot of

things that you can tell by just doing a

little bit of a preliminary search which

is how Derron is doing so many deals

because he knows how to find it step one

he knows how to combat out step two and

he knows how to do the due diligence to

make sure he's getting a good deal which

is step three and it's also a good way

to negotiate

if you know what's the owners going

through you can negotiate a better deal

because you have the knowledge to to get

a better deal and it's finding a

distressed seller and putting them with

an eager buyer and you make the profit

so step number four step number four is

get it under contract that's the best

thing you got and you need to know how

to put a contract in place so you have

to learn how to put a contract and how

to present it to the owner and make sure

he signs it when you fit when you meet

it and one of the things I like to talk

about when we talk about contracts we've

done a video with an overlay of the

contract how to fill it out one of the

mistakes I see a lot of investors make

is they come and they say well I have

this deal no my card do you have it

under contract well no not yet

right gone you lost the deal to the next

investor that stepped in because if it's

a good deal you need to get it under

contract and then worry about assigning

it double closing and one of the tips I

want to tell you because we're having

more and more investors doing this

they're forgetting or totally

disregarding putting up a deposit you

need to make sure you put a deposit up

in the state of Florida if you do not

put a deposit up on that contract it is

not valid I don't care if you put ten

dollars in escrow or you put ten percent

in escrow you need to put something in

escrow in order to open up that file and

make it a valid contract right so that's

tip number four make sure you're getting

that deal signed I'm the contractor and

the five the fifth step is find a buyer

and close the deal that is the best part

you give it to Kevin he's gonna close

the deal for you hey they're doing an

amazing job of that I've had a lot of

deals that almost fell through because

of other title companies I brought them

to Kevin and it was close and I was

happy so find a buyer and close the deal

that's the fish and that's good and

that's usually the hardest I think I

think that's the hardest you know you go

a lot of these these fix and flip

meetings and stuff and and they teach

you how to find the deals but they may

not

you had to get the buyers and it's very

important very hard to do both which is

why we produce this video because now

you're able to partner up with someone

like Darren call his office he can help

teach you how to find deals and maybe

he'll have the buyer maybe he could

teach you how to find a deal he'll buy

it himself fix it in flipping through

that - so it's very very important or

maybe you have a buyer and you say hey

Doron I have a buyer that's looking for

this type of house and he may have that

buyer ready to go so it's very very

important so to recap step number one is

how to find deals how to find a deal how

to find the owner that needs to sell

right now step number two is do the cops

make sure you know how much the house is

worth step 3 do your due diligence it's

and very important to do your due

diligence step number four is my

favorite that's where we talked about

that contract making sure it's fully

executed deposits up an escrow all pages

are initialed and send it over to the

title company to open up a title water

and step number five sell the do sell

the deal and what make the money right

all about making money in this business

Brighter Image Lab Review! Two Months Later She Still LOVES THEM! - Duration: 2:30.

hey guys so this is a video update of press-on veneers that I purchased from

Brighter Image Lab and I first posted a video about two months ago and since

then I've been getting a lot of requests to update you guys and let you know how

my speech is and how I'm enjoying them and I must say that I still am very very

very very very much in love with these veneers I mean they are just bomb.com

like seriously my speech in my opinion is back to normal I have no problem or

issue with pronouncing words anymore they feel so comfortable in my mouth

they stay in there all day they do not fall out they are very easy to clean as

well to clean them what I use is something called Polident which is a

denture cleaner you can actually get it from like CVS or Rite Aid or Duane Reade

depending on where you are and they're these little tablets and you just drop

it into some water and you let your veneers soak for about five minutes and

then you rinse them off and then I let them soak in cool water overnight and

yeah I just love this color I feel like that the color really complements my

complexion I got Hollywood white and I get so many

compliments on my teeth I got a top and bottom and yeah I really like them I

don't eat with them and I don't eat with them by choice press-on veneers does

advertise that you can eat with them but I just don't want to stain them I'm

scared of staining them the press-on veneers says they're not they won't get

stained but I don't know I don't want to stain them and I don't want anything

getting stuck in them these are really expensive and plus there's nothing wrong

with my natural teeth I can eat with my natural teeth so whenever I'm at a

restaurant you know I just excuse myself to the bathroom where I take a nap and I

just slide them out and I eat with my regular teeth and not a lot of people

notice at all because my natural teeth like aren't
