Youtube daily report Sep 26 2018

Which is Healthier, Expensive or Cheap Wine?

There are conflicting opinions on whether a young wine is better than an aged wine, although its price will depend on the variety of grapes, as well as the time aging.

Is the price of wine related to its health benefits? Is expensive wine healthier than cheap wine? Studiesshow that moderate wine consumption is beneficial to the body thanks to its properties.

Now, when choosing which one to go with, it's good to know that the cost can be related to its benefits.

Before buying, let's see which wine is healthier.

Wine is an ancient drink.

It's valued in many cultures for its properties.

In the market, you find more expensive wines than others depending on their origin and time aging.

Many people wonder if the cost influences how healthy it is.

Today, we'll find out.

Type of wine and health It's not the price itself that influences the properties, of course, but the components of the grape and the time of production.

The age of a wine is related to the months it has been aging in the barrel.

This degree of aging affects the cost, and also the health benefits.

Good is not always expensive The keyword is polyphenols.

These are bioactive compounds that come from plants and that, although the body can live without them, they are highly beneficial.

Polyphenols are found in the skin of fruits and vegetables and serve to protect vegetables from external aggression.

For our bodies, they provide antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents.

The wine that contains the most polyphenols is red wine.

Here's a clue to evaluate which wine is healthier: When assessing the health-price relationship, it's important to know that there are different opinions on this.

On the one hand, young red wines are the healthiest because they conserve more polyphenols.

Remember that young wines are those that have not been aged in barrels, but bottled after their making.

Plus, they're mostly made with intact grains.

This causes the substances that form it that help maintain properties that can be lost with time.

Hence, some consider them healthier wines.

The tannins Some say that the oldest wines are better for health.

This idea is based mainly on the degree of concentration.

If the antioxidant properties and beneficial enzymes are in the skin of the grape, more grinding time results in a higher concentration of these components.

Tannins also intervene here.

These are a subdivision of the polyphenols to which the same healthful properties are attributed.

Tannins are found in the seeds and skins of the fruit, as well as being present in the wood.

This substance dissolves in the wine from contact.

Wines that stay longer in oak barrels achieve a higher concentration of tannins.

See also: 10 Reasons Why Red Wine is Good for You Wine and the relation with the purchase price Wines that have been aged the longest are Crianza, Reserva, Gran Reserva, and Premium varieties.

Each one of them stayed several months in oak barrels and this variable influences what you pay for it.

Longer aging time is equivalent to a more expensive product, and more complexity in its flavor.

So, which wine is healthier? We can say, then, that the cost-benefit ratio for health is not a settled issue.

As you can see, there arescientific views that consider that certain substances lose their properties over time.

This means that they are defined by younger wine and, consequently, cheap wine.

On the other hand, there are those who affirm that wines whose components have remained more in contact with each other and with the wood are healthier.

In this case, they are the oldest and most expensive.

We've seen some of the characteristics that affect the price of wine and are related to its production and properties.

However, there are no unanimous answers.

Of course, we all can agree that a glass of wine, especially red wine, is stimulating, pleasurable and, in addition, healthy.

Mineral Salts: What They Are and Where to Find Them|HFE♪ - Duration: 7:20.

Mineral Salts: What They Are and Where to Find Them

Mineral salts are necessary for your body to function properly. Just like vitamins, you should take in the proper amount of these minerals every day.

The human body is a marvelous system that's perfectly harmonious.

However, when you don't take care of it, it reacts in a certain way that lets us know what it likes and what it doesn't like.

Among one of the things it likes are mineral salts, which help your body function perfectly.

In this article, we dive deeper into mineral salts and give you a list of foods that contain them.

What Are Mineral Salts? Mineral salts are the inorganic molecules that, in living organisms, appear as precipitates, ionized particles, or associated with a molecule.

Those that appear as precipitates form hard structures that protect those that possess it.

They also perform regulatory functions.

In the case of ionized minerals, when dissolved in water,   they become either positively or negatively charged.

This helps in reducing the shock of pH changes, for example.

Finally, salts that are associated with a molecule are made   to perform a specific function that couldn't do so on its own.

Why Are Mineral Salts Important? The function of mineral salts is centered on the growth and health of the human body in general.

It's main goal is to make certain chemical process possible and form some structures that your body needs.

Mineral salts are in charge of forming human tissues, creating hormones, and regulating certain organic functions.

Among them, the most well-known ones are: Sodium Calcium Iron Magnesium Potassium Phosphorus Mineral salts, like vitamins, don't have calories. However, this doesn't mean you don't need to watch how much of them you take in.

On the contrary, you need to regulate their portions.

Most Important Mineral Salt Functions Sodium Sodium helps to keep the liquids in your body balanced, both inside and outside of your cells.

It helps transmit and generate nervous impulses and the correct response in muscular stimulus.

Calcium This mineral salt exercises diverse functions in the human body. It forms part os your bones and teeth and keeps them healthy.

Additionally, its presence is very important to properly clot your blood.

Not taking in enough calcium can make your hair and nails fragile, as well as cause memory loss and increased risk of osteoporosis.

Iron Iron makes hemoglobin formation possible.

That's a protein that contains red blood cells and lets oxygen reach your tissues.

Magnesium Magnesium participates in nerve transmissions and muscle relaxation and maintaining a good acid-base balance.

Some of the consequences that arise from a deficit in this mineral salt include: Potassium Potassium is a basic mineral salt for your body, due to the functions that they perform.

For example, it regulates the water inside and outside of your cells, along with sodium, which is essential for proper human growth.

The consequences of a potassium deficiency are: Phosphorus Phosphorus is one of the main components in charge of the formation of bones and teeth.

Therefore, they play an important role, and they determine the way your body uses carbohydrates and fats.

Without phosphorus, you could suffer from: Insomnia Fatigue Nervousness Foods that Are Rich in Mineral Salts You can find calcium especially in dairy products like yogurt, cheese, and milk.

Potassium is present in fruit.

Since   potassium is useful for muscle activity, bananas are very helpful for muscle cramps.

You can also find potassium in legumes, meats, fish, and even chocolate.

Iron can be absorbed in offal, shellfish, cacao, legumes,   egg yolks, or grains in general.

You can find magnesium in some of the already mentioned   products: it's present in wheat germ, tree nuts, legumes, chocolate, and whole grain bread.

Phosphorus can be obtained through any   lipid, such as meat or fish.

Mineral salts are necessary for your body to function properly. Just like vitamins, you should take in the proper amount of these minerals every day.

Take a close look at your daily diet and if the products we recommended aren't in it, add them and enjoy the benefits they give you.

What is The #1 Best Penny Stock Pattern to Learn? - Duration: 5:58.

- What's up?

Tim Sykes, millionaire, mentor and trader

here answering your questions.

A lot of people say, "What is the best pattern?

"What is the best strategy if I could just learn one?"

And my answer is that there is no one magic formula.

There is no one magic pattern

or magic strategy to success.

The problem, the gift and the curse,

the good and the bad is that the stock market,

and especially low price stocks, it's a moving target.

Sometimes earnings winners are great.

This is why I have 300 plus video lessons

on earnings winners on Profit.ly.

Sometimes, dip buying morning panics are great.

This is why I now have 600 video lessons on that.

Oftentimes buying multi-day breakouts on OTCs,

I have 700 plus video lessons on that.

Sometimes short selling first red day

or shorting into morning spikes,

I have video lessons on that.

It's good to learn a whole bunch

of different strategies and different patterns.

The good news is there's not unlimited patterns.

There's not unlimited strategies.

You can boil it all down to basically

maybe a dozen, maybe two dozen patterns, that's it.

And if you learn each of them

and you'll have favorites and you'll have

things that you just don't like.

If you learn each of them, you'll be prepared

if and when the strategy changes.

I'll give you an example.

Back in 1999 and 2000, when I first got started,

I made nearly a million dollars

on one pattern, buying penny stock breakouts.

But as 2000 happened and the Nasdaq crashed,

2001, 2002, the whole market was crashing,

there were no more penny stock breakouts.

I had to adapt and I made my second million

by short selling the pumps.

So, I didn't even know about short selling at first.

I'm very thankful, I'm very grateful

because if I had learned short selling

in '98 and '99, I probably would have been wiped out.

Short selling became very, very good

back in 2000, 2001, 2002.

So, I learned both of them.

Now, I've made millions going long.

I've made millions going short.

I mainly go long these days just because

I'm a teacher and most students,

even when I profit very well shorting,

students don't like it.

Students get offended, they can't find shares,

they're short, it hurts their head.

Sometimes I have a 20 or 30% win on a short,

shorting a pump and dump at Interactive Brokers.

Interactive Brokers oftentimes has shares

to short, but a lot of people

can't afford Interactive Brokers.

A lot of people don't want to know how to short sell

and so they literally get offended, like they cancel.

They stop their education short

because they're like, "This hurts my brain."

And I'm like, "I don't want anybody to stop their education

"because they don't like a strategy."

For me, I've tailored my strategy.

I've tailored my trading to you guys, the students.

This is why I trade with a small account

because I show how to grow a small account

and I show how to grow it exponentially.

And frankly I think for that, dip buying

morning panics and buying breakouts is best.

But, I know a lot of students who do like short selling.

Try all these different strategies,

learn from different traders,

learn from me, learn from Tim Grittani,

learn from Mark Crook and Michael Goode.

We're all in the Trading Challenge,

in the Trading Challenge chatroom.

We give live webinars every single week

so that you can take a little something from each of us.

None of us have the exact same strategy.

We've all made seven figures which is kind of cool,

learning from experienced, self-made millionaires,

which I don't think you have that anywhere else.

You have a lot of newbies teaching these days.

You have a lot of people who claim to be millionaires.

They don't show every single trade.

They don't show their tax returns.

They don't show their audits.

So, you have a lot of fakers.

We're real, for better or worse.

We don't win every single time.

A lot of the time we make mistakes,

but we're gonna be honest about it.

You can learn from mistakes.

I'm not ashamed of the mistakes that I make.

I'm not ashamed when sometimes I screw up.

I'm not ashamed sometimes when I lose.

Sometimes I just buy a stock and I'm just dead wrong.

I buy into a wall of sellers and the stock

just cracks and I cut my losses quick.

That's rule number one.

So, I'm gonna try to teach you

every single thing that I've learned.

I'm gonna try to teach you

multiple strategies, multiple patterns.

Don't feel like you have to copy me

on any one trade or any one strategy.

In fact, I want you to be self-sufficient.

That's the beautiful thing about all my top students.

They haven't just made a lot of money.

They don't need me anymore.

I'm just training wheels.

I don't want you to need me two,

three, five, ten years from now.

I can be your introduction and that's what I like.

A lot of people don't have any mentor in the beginning.

I think Wall Street and almost all of social media

is not geared towards people with small accounts.

Brokers don't like me cause I say,

"Don't trade as much as you think that you should."

Brokers make their money through commissions.

I make my money through students

and I still trade too, but I donate

my trading profits to charity.

My main business is teaching

so I'm invested in your success.

The more successful you are,

the more successful my main business is

and, frankly, the happier I am.

I get a lot of enjoyment and a lot of fulfillment

out of creating millionaire students

and creating students who, frankly,

are very self-sufficient within a few years.

That's my whole goal here.

So, leave a comment just below this video.

Let me know if this makes sense.

I'll teach you multiple different strategies and patterns.

You choose what works best for you.

And don't be afraid if you might like one pattern

and then a year later or two years later

you might be like, "Oh, I see

"this other pattern that's growing on me."

That's cool, it's not an exact science.

You always have to be adapting.

You have to think of yourself as a scientist

and you're always experimenting,

you're always trying different stuff and seeing what works.

That's what you can do.

Cheers, I hope you have a good day.

Hey, Tim Sykes, millionaire, mentor and trader.

Thank you for watching my videos.

I hope that they help you.

I want to share everything that I've learned over the years.

Dax Hansen, Blockchain Focused Lawyer, on Regulations, Security Tokens, and Standards - Duration: 2:35.

My name is Dax Hansen, I'm a partner with Perkins Coie in Seattle and I chair the firm's

blockchain and fintech industry practice groups.

Well I think we're going to see a dividing of those two, frankly for non-securities and

securities.

We've seen a lot of interest in development in the technology platform.

It's clear that it works for settlement transactions, and the real question is what do the tokens

represent, and there's been some better line drawing between things that are clearly securities

and things that are meant to be products or services or digital currencies.

I think the regulations will dictate the approach taken, but there's certainly a lot more interest

both from the industry side and the regulator side on finding ways to standardize the approach.

It's exciting to see standardization, because in any new field unless you have the standards,

the technology doesn't take off.

And it's apparent that we have seen, in the last year or two, some very successful standards

like the ERC-20 standard for token sales, and here in the securities context there is

a need to implement additional controls and restrictions.

Things that were not really contemplated in the standard Ethereum transactions, and so

it's important to build those standards around a lot of complexities.

I think having several smart players start to develop these standards and then coming

together to decide which one is the best and let the industry pick is going to drive similar

formalization and adoption of securities tokens.

Polymath is one of the fore-runners in developing the standards around securities standards

so that's exciting to see the progress that's being made.

I chose to spend time out of my schedule here with the Polymath team and other invitees

because this is important to the industry.

I've been involved early to see the growth of the space and this is something that's

clearly going to take off, and to be in the early parts of discussion is important to

me and to our firm.
