People just need to stop selling shit on Shopify. When I woke up this morning...I'm
gonna go straight into and show you guys and focuses I got a shop fire I made
four hundred thirty two dollars and twenty-five cents
four hundred thirty two dollars and twenty five cents I made that much when
I woke up guys before I even did anything my day I made that much money
and that's more money that most people make in one day in their full-time jobs
and this is the definition of making money while you sleep so now I'm going
to tell you exactly what I mean if you keep watching by stop selling shit and
I'm telling you how you can maximize your sales while minimizing the amount
of effort you put into your store so let's go if you're an OG and you've been
following on this channel for quite some time now then you would know that I run
multiple drop shipping stores so like I said if you've watched my first video
you would know that my first store made me ten thousand dollars in my first week
in that store I still actively manage and stowing well its remaining strong
this specific store however $432 I made this morning
I don't even actively manage I haven't touched that store in quite some time
yet it manages to pull in some decent side pocket money without doing anything
literally passively and how do I do this it's because firstly I've created a
brand and secondly I've managed SEO in a way that it calls organic traffic for
free through things like Google and Bing but hang on that's not what I meant when
I said stop drop shipping this shit so when I say that I'm gonna give you some
context before we move on with this video I'm gonna jump to my laptop here
and quickly give you more context on this store itself and the cell itself to
get your head around it so let's go okay so I'm gonna reset the date to
specifically today obviously they'll show you that is this morning so if I
reset to today
and show you specifically so here you can see 400 $32.25 made literally at
3:00 a.m. while sleeping and most of all as you can see there's very minimal
traffic coming on to the store but yet the conversion rate is extremely high on
a weekly basis weekly saw seven visitors today and that equates to a fourteen
point nine fourteen point two nine percent conversion rate now the industry
average for an e-commerce store is three to four percent conversion rate so this
is very very high and I usually only see a handful of purchases a week for this
store but bear in mind I don't spend a single cent or a minim of my time trying
to get these sales so you know best of all these sales are almost always above
$100 so the only expense is the product cost itself via Aliexpress or Amazon or
Ebay so it's a very handy income stream having several hundred dollars coming in
profit coming in each and every week at random without having to invest any of
my time into the store and another reason why the conversion rate is so
high is because it's off organic traffic so in other words if you're accustomed
to digital marketing you would understand that organic and search
traffic is lower funnel so in other words they have intent to have intent to
purchase because they're searching specifically for that keyword that
interest keyword that product keyword and as you can tell here fourteen
percent conversion rate is very high for a store and you know I've got very high
ticket item you know that sort of money you can supplement your income stream
while working a full nine-to-five job for example that could even supplement a
high school student you know you don't need to be building a huge store ok now
that you've got more context on that specific sell in that specific store I'm
going to tell you how to replicate what I've done here and replicate meaning how
to create a store that can create site income for you think about marketing
strategies and one that I recommend is if you're selling item
like $20 $50 anything under $100 then you need to be thinking about how you
can sell multiple items or multiple variations of that product rather than
making one cell per order because look you're going to take forever to create a
profitable Shopify store if you're only selling one product and you've only got
one winning item you simply need to think about marketing strategies and one
that has worked really well for me is buy one get one free or buy one get 25%
50% off discount for your next two or three orders so that specific order you
saw there buy two and get another two at half-price essentially and that has
worked really well for me in terms of yeah you might not get as many orders
but you know as a side store I don't really mind because if I'm making one
cell like that every week that's already $500 right there without any sort of
advertising spent so that was pure profit there you need to start thinking
outside the box rather than just discounts just sales just free delivery
that sort of stuff my other recommendation is high ticket items and
now I told one of my students this focus on the high ticket items although the
buying process is longer the buyer journey is longer it is way more worth
your time than selling peski $10 bracelets so things like I'm talking
about big-ticket items that are literally anything over $100 but ideally
you know 200 300 400 dollars even $1000 if you can manage so with that being
said I'm going to jump back onto my laptop here and go on to things like
Aliexpress and Amazon yes Amazon and show you exactly how I go about finding
these high ticket items and on top of that showing you how to implement those
marketing strategies that I mentioned previously around buy one get one free
buy one get 50% off all that sort of stuff I'm going to show you how so let's
go and get back into it so I have quite a few value bombs to share with you
right now so I'm gonna get suck straight into it and the first thing I want to
show you is the viability of drop shipping expensive large items because a
lot of people are thinking dropshipping very small very minimal
items but I'm here to show you that it is possible and it is very effective so
I'm leaving a few examples here I'm just gonna search for Electric skateboards
and this came to my mind because I'm a big fan of KC Meister
you don't know him he's a big YouTube blogger and essentially he always skates
on these bad boys here and as you can see you know you're looking at a quite a
large you know it is expensive that touches these items but from memory when
looking at these retail I know these sort of skateboards go for thousands of
dollars I'm talking one thousand two thousand dollars so if you're able to
purchase it at 150 300 US dollars look the profit margins are really high right
so that's one of the big things with dropshipping high ticket items it's the
fact that yeah they're larger more expensive but the N which means more
risk how about however that being said
generally the more reward and so you're gonna know that if something happens
with the item if it's lost in transit damaged etc then that's the risk right
and as you can see here they won't offer a packet because obviously guys it's not
the size that's within the e packet measures so you need to go for let's
just say we're shipping to the United States so UPS that's crazy guys it's
completely free shipping for such a large item and your shipping UPS you
have to understand here guys that this is a very good offer right here and that
high-tech item a really good idea and a good adventure to get into because as
you can see as as it shows in this specific example and I just stumbled
upon this right now literally free shipping by the United States via UPS
UPS is such a fast career in the States and look as you can see here a cement
delivery time it's five to nine days guys this is crazy I'm actually getting
excited myself because this is a really good product find this is amazing we
interrupt this program to bring you a special report the item cost is
quite high up front but if you can market this correctly market to the
right niche then you've got a valuable product here which can mock up so high
and delivery options are really good here but you can't expect a packet free
shipping across the board for large items so that being said guys you know
like I said the profit margin offsets a lot of problems that come with high
ticket items and you know cost per acquisition budget gets a lot more room
so you can spend more on Facebook ads for example I'm gonna go on to Amazon
because Amazon is another good Avenue and if you don't know how to drop ship
from Amazon I've been doing this for a while now so I know this works and if

interested but anyway that's besides the point for this video I'm gonna show you
another example let me think of I'm gonna go with baby strollers top of my
head again so I don't know why I picked this but I know that baby shoulders are
somewhat somewhat expensive so as you can see here
I know these go for five hundred two thousand dollars I don't have a baby
myself but I just know random things so again guys like as you can see the
prices here are really good in terms of markup the potential is there and and
the biggest thing with drops are being hired to get items is the fact that
customer lifetime value tends to be higher for such products like these if
you're shipping quality stuff and if you're gonna Amazon
it is usually quality stuff targeting is so much more easier as well so
interest-based targeting works exceptionally well for high ticket
products if you find the right audience so you know thinking on my top of my
head it'd be young families the 20 to 30 bracket that have just had baby recently
that in the market looking for a baby stroller it's that simple so those are
the two options I'm just gonna go over but as you can see the viability of
dropshipping high ticket items is amazing yes there are risks involved
include shipping you know refunds and stuff like
that and cashflow is a big one cash flow if you don't have the money upfront to
invest in purchasing these products first before shop fight pays you out
then you're gonna have an issue cash flows gonna be an issue for you so make
sure that you have enough money to purchase a few of these to ship off your
customers you first view customers before you get payments coming out from
PayPal or Shopify payments or whatever it is okay so the second part of this

free product just buy this get one free or hey add another one to your cart and
you'll get two for free or whatever the offer is that you want to put out there
it depends on your marketing strategy you can set this up very easily and very
attractively through the baqi ting app so again if you go through to checkout
they're gonna get the same exact message so you click checkout here they're gonna
pop up with again yeah that did not work so I'm assuming that it's because I
already added it to the basket many times but usually if you click checkout

whatever it is and it's gonna show them again so just to push them to add a
different product to their cart so it's a multiple purchase cart and that's how
you're gonna make a lot of profit really quickly even if it's off one order of

the strategy go on to Amazon go into al Express and find those hot ticket items
and employ this for strip specific cross-sell up-sell marketing strategy
