Youtube daily report Jun 20 2018

hello showstoppers burnout and flow and showing the fuck up that's today's

topic okay let's talk about this because the number one thing that you have to do

to create your empire is to show the fuck up every day every single fucking

day and in a way that you want to from your passion and not because you're

forcing yourself to because that my friend is a choice when you feel that

you need to force yourself to show up it's your resistance talking and okay

people are either you know like forcing them forcing themselves through their

resistance by well that's not a very good way to go and both forcing yourself

through your resistance mentally forcing yourself and giving in to your

resistance both cause burnout both you need to tackle your resistance you need

to answer the you need to answer your questions why why are you resisting and

to tackle the cause of your shit and not only force yourself through it or give

in and okay giving in that's the other angle because what we're seeing today

are some very politically correct justifications or excuse to giving in to

your resistance and if we look at the spiritual people the spiritual group

what I'm seeing most is like you know you've gotta be in the flow where people

are mistakenly you know believing that the flow is where everything is so calm

and smooth which is an absolute lie you know flow is where you are living your

life and creating your business from pure fucking passion because you are so

fucking lit up and you are full of fire and

that's not always comfortable that's not always you know rolling around in the

grass naked or lying on the beach naked so you put this on naked everything

naked no I'm just kidding no I'm not kidding

that's not what flow is about that's that's an excuse to not show up in your

life and we see this all over like you know people talking about taking their

copious amount of me time because they need to be in a receptive state which is

basically all about doing nothing but just waiting for shit to happen waiting

for clients to roll in waiting for you know manifesting something absolute

bullshit by the way and then we have you know the regular folks and there has

been a lot of talk for years and years and years about how important intuition

is for business for life too for us to be aligned with our souls aligned with

ourselves and most of the time when our own bullshit is coming up to the surface

most of the time when we are feeling our own resistance we interpret it as not

being aligned with ourselves mm-hmm this is where our bullshit starts

talking you know this is where a bullshit stop stop stalking and you know

with the drama types the drama types that will tell you oh you need to take

care of yourself yada yada yada yada yada yet again this is so much bullshit

talking because you're not fragile okay you're not sensitive and you're not

so fucking imperfect that you cannot be out in the world no no if you feel like

you're so impactful you can't be around people that you

can't be in the world that you can't show up powerfully then you need to look

at why you don't know how to own your energy why you why you don't own your

power okay because that's what you need to learn it's not about being so

sensitive and fragile that you cannot take what the world has to offer no it's

all about you it's never about any outside situation or you know people

draining you or places draining you or businesses draining you know it's all

about you and the number one reason for what for why you feel that you are

exhausted that you're drained that you are on the verge of burnout or even if

you are straight in the if you're absolutely feeling the burnout is

because you are assisting your own power yes it's because of your own resistance

you are resisting desiring and being what your dreams what your visions

require you to be okay and the other end of the spectrum which is also causing

you know the fatigue the exhaustion and the burnout is being operating from

obsession yes obsession being obsessive about something like for example when

you are mentally forcing yourself to do something forcing yourself through your

resistance or for example people-pleasing

yeah that's an obsession so burnout is basically either not doing what you need

to do to realize your dreams or that you are obsessing about it you are not

showing up in the fullness of your power you are not only no power because

creating your Empire is all about showing the fuck up showing up

as you as the moneymaker as the empire crater showing up with your power and

that isn't something that is done between 9:00 to 5:00 this is who you are

this is who you are and you don't need to take a break from who you are

from whom you are they say this is what appropriation is about from a place of

pure fucking personal power friend okay no bullshit no exhaustion no burnout no

drainage if you are feeling any of these symptoms if you feel that you need

excessive me time if you feel that you need to meditate hours upon hours upon

hours or you crave you know laying on the beach for days and days and days

you're full of shit my friend you're full of shit you are not owning your

power you are not owning your passion itself

you are not owning your dreams you're not owning your visions you are not

creating actively creating from a place from a passion of place okay every

single day creating a life filled with passion creating a business filled with

passion you are creating more bullshit so okay okay what you need to do is PM

me for one-on-one work we are talking about four weeks of Maverick

showstopping madness to get your power up through the roof to show up as the

showstopper you are to own your own fucking show we're talking about eight

weeks of creating your empire and unlimited for greatness activation and

the digital PACs due to doom money injector and impact accelerator

Integrated & Sustainable Models of Care - Duration: 0:59.

A visit or stay in the hospital may only be a small part of a patient's journey

through the healthcare system. Sunnybrook will work to ensure people

find their way and have consistent care throughout their experience. Together

with our local partners, we will ensure our patients experience coordinated and

timely care.

One example: Pine Villa is a supportive transitional care site that provides

short-term services for older adults who no longer require care in a hospital.

Supported by Sunnybrook, this partnership with community health care providers

ensures patients receive the support they need while preparing for the next

step in their care.

Hello guys and welcome to today's educational activity,

in which our participants will use tablets...

to improve THEIR English skills. HERE WE GO!

The idea is, of course, for them,

to build up their autonomy,

to engage their interest,

with the use of ICT tools and particularly...

tablets that they might use quite every day.

We chose a pair work configuration

so that the stronger pupils...

I lost her... | Millita Goes to Bali #2 - Duration: 7:09.

Background: We are going to Tanah Lot, a temple on the beach in the afternoon, so we can catch

the sunset. At the entrance there is a charge and parking. We would be just me and Lisa, because

Jordy had another job. I stay at the entrance. She continues on the road to park somewhere.

And I lose her.

I do not have internet, they do not have phone numbers to call. I do not know where I am. At all.

My only hope was that at some point Jordy would return and the entrance was a place

which they can not miss.

There are no videos for my current regret ...

I was facing a panic attack for at least 300 hours, as I felt the time at that moment.

At one point I connected to some miserable wifi internet and - Oh God! How relieved I was

I found out where she was, and that for a long time my name was called from the information office

but why does it need to be heard anywhere ...

I still wonder how we found each other in this whole crowd of people there

but I wonder more why I ever doubted everything would be fine ... as always

* Feel the subdued panic in my voice *

Tanah Lot?

We're in Bali!

we are ..

on the beach

one

one

temple

in Bulgarian

I'm starting to forget words in Bulgarian

even though...

so far I'm only 3 days here ..2 ..2 ..

I got lost a bit, so I could not catch any sunset

now everything is ugly

but I hope it was ugly too

I will now show you what is here

plus tourists

and this is Liza

Hello! Hello? (Ru)

How are you? (Ru)

Okay? (Ru)

Yes, they will understand

Yes, it is close to Russian .. (Bulgarian)

I do not know why

they wanted to take a picture with me a while ago as well

I think we are an attraction here

yes, I am a celebrity

because they have not seen a girl with ...

blond hair, yes ... this is always happening

have a look

an extremely cool place is here

and for our surprise there are almost no people

which means it's super good for sunset shots

Unfortunately, however

because of my loss I could not catch the sunset

and the pictures became very dark

and now we'll see if there's anything

after processing in Lightroom

because I'm shooting raw

which has some hope to save something

now let's enjoy

the rest of the sunset

as far as we can in this sad moment for me

and after today's tragic for my psyche day

I wanted to make a short video

as an end of these past 24 hours

with something I realize after a hurry like this one

is that no matter where you are and how cool the place is

everywhere you go mostly with yourself

with all your fears and worries

and

everything you are inside yourself

with all your forebodings

and problems

and they are definitely very much reflected

in any situation, especially in some such ..

extreme

for

you specifically

and in this case

you have two options

to leave the emotion

and to ruin your future moments

or use it to change that thing, and never again let it happen to you

or at least

not so often

in both cases it will not be pleasant feeling

and this is ok

its ok not to feel well in a place where you should feel good

it's okay to feel off, to feel awkward, to ...

to wanna cry, to get angry, and so on.

however absurd it may sound

it's ok to be at place you thought you would like and to dislike it

it's ok..

everyone else to like it except you

generally

absolutely everything you feel in a place (and in life in general) is ok

and you just have to take advantage of the moment

and to..

use this emotion

to build yourself

and I'm talking some clever things here

but in fairy tales I am so good

the second thing I learned today

is that if you go outside Europe

where roaming is

the Internet in roaming is

insanely expensive, at the cost of half a kidney per megabyte

be sure

that your phone is unlocked for foreign sim cards

because today I bought a card for

5 gigabytes think .. internet

and the iphone screamed that Telenor had locked it up and could not use it

nice

tomorrow we are leaving for the most western part of Bali

to see their national park

I did not include it on my list

honestly, I have no idea what to expect,

but I hope it will surprise me pleasantly

and

to be more lucky with the photos than today

Cher Opts to Eat a Cow Tongue Rather Than Say One Nice Thing About President Trump - News Today - Duration: 2:28.

Cher's lips are sealed — unless it's to take a bite of a nasty dish.  The 72-year-old singer was the latest to challenge James Corden in the game "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts" on a special The Late Late Show from London

The rules are simple: either truthfully answer a tough question or eat something pretty disgusting — either way, you lose

Immediately upon seeing the food choices, the music icon declared that she would "rather rat out my mother" than eat a cow's tongue

However, she literally ate her words later, when she was challenged to take a bite of the dish or say one nice thing about President Donald Trump

"What's one nice thing about him?" she asked. "There's nothing nice about him – I can't say one nice thing about him

"  Cher then picked up the giant tongue and chomped down, much to the delight of the host

Cher also faced another tough question: after previously naming Tom Cruise — whom she had a fling in the 1980s — as one of her top five lovers, she was asked to reveal the other four

Rather than come clean, she chose to eat a dried caterpillar.  The singer chewed up the insect, but claimed she didn't remember sharing that information about Cruise

"But do you remember doing it?" Corden asked.  She replied, "Yup!"  Corden didn't get off so easy either

Cher questioned the comic on who the drunkest person at the royal wedding was. Although Corden said he knew "exactly who it was," he decided to try thousand-year-old egg rather than spill the juicy gossip

He also had to take a gulp of a "fish and chips and mushy peas smoothie" when asked to choose his least favorite Carpool Karaoke partner out of Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus and Mariah Carey

"I can't!" he cried before reaching for the gross drink. Tags Cher James Corden Music News News The Late Late Show With James Corden

Ep 1 - What is Mohs Surgery? - Duration: 1:01.

So here I see that there is some

additional skin cancer still remaining in the specimen.

[I didn't quite get it all the first time there's a little bit

remaining at the inferior edge there]

The first level helps identify where any

residual skin cancer is remaining and then we go back after that first round

or first level and we know exactly or precisely where the skin cancer is and

we take a little additional skin and usually after the second round were able

to clear the skin cancer but sometimes they'll still be add additional skin

cancer remaining and then we'll go back a third time so the goal of the Mohs

procedure is to make certain that we are able to remove the skin cancer

completely sometimes that can be achieved in one level sometimes it takes

multiple levels but we go back and forth with the help of the microscope as many

times as it takes until the skin cancer is completely cleared and then the wound

can be reconstructed

Essential Oils For Summer | Essential Oils for Sunburn - Duration: 2:49.

today we're going to talk about my favorite essential oils for the summer

and stay tuned until the very end and I will give you my super simple recipe for

an after Sun spray that will help turn a potential little redness into more of a

tan. my favorite oil for the usmmerit's really easy to think citrus oils for the summer

right because lemons are happening oranges are happening all of that yummy

citrus fruit this is what I'll say interest essential oils for your drinks

or for your cocktails or for your water so that you drink more water is a great

thing however you want to avoid putting citrus oils on your skin even if they're

diluted and then going out in the Sun there's a chemical in them that actually

magnifies the sun rays and will give you a horrible burn so citrus oils I love

lemon in my water break through it in my water little rosemary and at G&T

that's great just don't put them on your skin that second oil that I love in the

summertime it's peppermint oil it's actually cooling to this skin

historically it's been used for fevers because it reduces your body temperature

but it just feels really great and cooling I'll spray a little bit on the

back of my neck on my shoulders the other thing peppermint

is it deters ants so using out a picnic to keep the ants away from your

watermelon it also is a bug deterrent which leads me to my third favorite

essential oil tera shield is a bug deterrent blend but it hasn't this

vanilla undertone I wear it as perfume all summer long it comes in both an oil

straight oil and a pre diluted with fractionated coconut oil spray that you

can use instead of using one of those chemical filled bug sprays. another oil

that I always have with me during the summer is lavender oil lavender helps

with cell rejuvenation so it is going to be great for cuts or scrapes it stops the

itching for insect bites it's a great oil to have around just dab a little bit

on an insect bite. my super simple recipe for an after Sun spray which is one that

it just mix up in a little spray bottle and I will spray it on after I'm out in

the Sun if I'm a little bit pink and worried and I might be developing a

sunburn; 20 drops of peppermint oil 20 drops of lavender oil that's it super

simple put it in a two ounce spray bottle and just mist wherever your

red with it the next morning you're gonna wake up feeling great. I know it's

super simple recipe but it works so well leave me a comment about what are your

favorite oils for the summer if you thought this video was helpful don't

forget to subscribe make sure to give me a thumbs up and hit the bell

notification so that you get notified every time I put out a new video

otherwise I hope you enjoyed this video I hope you have a fantastic summer I'll

see you in the next video

Ep 2 - The Mohs Process - Duration: 1:00.

This is a big part of what I do here as part of the skin cancer team here at

SCARS Center. I think we offer something that's really unique for our patients.

Our patient today we were able to take from beginning to end through the skin

cancer process. So he had Mohs surgery removing that skin cancer, after it was

removed and Dr. Baron looked under the microscope and was sure that there was

no cancer left behind we had a problem with the eyelid we had what's called a

"defect." So in the operating room today we rebuilt that eyelid both from a

structural standpoint and also from a cosmetic standpoint and this is very

important to go together. My job is to work on both and today we were very

successful in our reconstruction, rebuilding that eyelid so it looks good

feels good and works good and that's what what we do day to day here at our

SCARS Center.

What Life Form REALLY Dominates Earth? - Duration: 7:58.

Greetings home planet and all hail our supreme Zorgdorg.

Mission update:

I have completed my biological analysis of this planet's life forms.

There's a lot of something called "cows".

As well as "ants".

Glad our home planet doesn't have those.

WOW!

So many.

I have concluded this planet is actually run by small birds called "chickens".

They outnumber the humans 2 to 1.

HAHAHAHAHA and these humans think they are in charge

HAHAHA actually the humans do kill a lot of stuff.

Wish me luck.

More research to come.

[Open]

What would it look like if we, or aliens posing as YouTubers, took a census of all Earth's

life, put it on a scale… to see what dominates, and if we're changing it?

There are a lot of humans on Earth -- about 7.6 billion, in fact.

But there are actually way more chickens, 19 billion!

And way way more fish – those estimates are in the trillions.

We humans actually only make up one one-hundredth of one percent of all life on Earth, by mass.

That hasn't stopped us from having a big-time impact though.

Sure, we've altered the landscape which is actually visible from space, and we've

literally moved mountains, but there's also an impact that's a bit harder to see: all

the death.

Since our species spread across the globe, we've trampled out 84% of animals and over

half of all plant life.

Sheesh, so what's left?

Counting individual animals is hard and boring and would take a really long time, so instead

scientists often measure something called biomass, basically how much living mass there

is in some group of species.

We measure biomass in gigatons of carbon.

This is helpful when you want to compare species of different sizes.

For example, 3,100 mice have the same biomass as one human.

Or 15,312 Humpback whales have the same biomass as your mom. <cue airhorns> REAL MATURE GUYS

Scientists recently found our planet hosts a total of 550 gigatons of living carbon.

So how does it stack up?

Let's start with animals.

Of all animals, mammals and birds only make up 8.5%.

And among that, 60% is livestock, mostly cattle and pigs.

Humans?

We're more than a third (36%) of all birds and mammals, but we're only 3% of the animal

tally.

Arthropods — the insects, spiders, crustaceans and other things with exoskeletons — far

outweigh any other animal group, making up 60% of the animal kingdom.

I mean, the termites alone nearly outweigh all 7.6 billion of us humans!

But altogether, animals are a tiny 0.3% of Earth's living mass.

Mushrooms and other fungi are six times more massive than all the animals.

There's actually a colony of mycelium -- an underground fungus… fungi… fungusi -- in

Oregon that stretches 1,665 football fields in area.

It's considered the largest organism on Earth.

However, even fungi and fun-gals are just a tiny fraction of biomass compared to another

group, one that's absolutely massive despite being mini.

A typical bacterial cell is a tenth the size of your typical animal cell.

Yet together, bacteria are a whopping 35 times more massive than all animals put together.

Bacteria make up most of the small world, but the other groups of microscopic critters

each individually outweigh birds and mammals (0.3% of total B) on the biomass scale (archaea

(1.3%), protists (0.7%), and viruses (0.04%)).

But bacteria aren't the biomass-masters.

The true rulers of Earth's biosphere?

Plants.

Our green friends make up a whopping ~83% of all biomass.

This result surprised scientists, because we tend to think of bacteria playing the biggest

role in Earth's biosphere.

But when you think about how heavy a tree is, and the fact that there's 3 trillion

trees on Earth, their top spot makes sense.

But then you think about the fact that they did all that by eating air and…

Although most of the Earth's surface is covered by ocean, turns out most of life,

86%, lives on land.

It might be a blue planet, but it's a green biosphere.

And even more surprising, there's almost 12 times more life deep below ground, mostly

microbes, than there is in the ocean.

So that's how life on Earth measures up.

Thing is, that tally used to look pretty different.

Humans and our close relatives have only been around about 6 million years, but in that

short time we've managed to decimate life on this planet.

From 50,000 to 3,000 years ago, half of Earth's large mammal species died out, due in part

to human activity.

Whaling alone decreased marine animal biomass fivefold since the 1700s.

Things like deforestation, hunting, and destroying habitats have knocked down terrestrial animals

by a factor of six since we showed up.

And don't even get me started on climate change.

Actually, DO get me started… and go check out our new climate and environment channel

called Hot Mess :) Link in the description.

Where were we?

Humans have also added new life to the mix – the planet now hosts more livestock than

wild animals.

To feed ourselves and our animals, we've permanently cultivated nearly 600,000 square

miles.

If you add in pastures and stuff, about 18.9 million square miles has been turned over

to agriculture — and our livestock are hogging 68% of that.

Human population growth is slowing, but it's still going up.

By 2050 we'll have something like 9.7 billion people aboard spaceship Earth, and who knows

what that additional human biomass will do to the planet.

If we keep adding more cows and chickens and people, lions and tigers and bears might only

exist in storybooks!

Plants, bacteria, and chickens, though, will probably still be here.

Stay curious.

Illenium - Let You Go (Lyrics / Lyric Video) Crystal Skies Remix ft. Ember Island - Duration: 4:03.

I'm never gonna let you go

I'm never gonna let you go

I'll be your fire in the cold rain

And need someone to hold

When you're tired of the dark nights

I'll lead you home tonight

And now you're moving at the speed of light

Behind your shades all the colors seems faded

And now you've driven past the red lights

with nothing to hold you back

You're on your own

Going fast but it's alright

You're on your own with no one to hear you

On the road through the dark night

I'm never gonna let you go

I'm never gonna let you go

I'll be your fire in the cold rain

And need someone to hold

When you're tired of the dark nights

I'll lead you home tonight

And now you're moving at the speed of light

Behind your shades all the colors seems faded

And now you've driven past the red lights

with nothing to hold you back

You're on your own

Going fast but it's alright

You're on your own with no one to hear you

So, we guess this means Beyonce and Jay-Z are OK then - Duration: 5:07.

So, we guess this means Beyonce and Jay-Z are OK then

There is arguably no couple better at controlling their own press than Beyonce and Jay-Z.

When a video surfaced in 2014 showing Beys younger sister Solange attacking her brother-in-law in an elevator, rumours of a strained marriage proliferated.

Rather than battle the tabloids, the spouses used the gossip to fuel the creation of two critically beloved, commercially successful records: Beyonces Lemonade and Jay-Zs 4:44.

And, in them, they offered just as many details about their private lives as they chose.

Now the couple have continued their domination of pop music, surprising the world last Saturday by releasing their joint album Everything Is Love, which is something of a sequel to those two solo records.

Though they have collaborated for at least 15 years, this marks their first joint album, which they dropped under the name The Carters.

The record is a victory lap from a couple who have mined their relationship for universal truths and then presented them as art.

Its a fierce love letter to success, to family, to blackness – but, most of all, to each other.

Lyrically, it primarily focuses on two aspects of the Carters lives: their marriage and their success.

Much like Lemonade and 4:44, Everything is Love is filled with details of Jay-Zs infidelity and the couples subsequent reconciliation.

If me and my wife beefing, I dont care if the house on fire, Im dying.

I aint leaving, Jay-Z raps on 714.

In the album closer, Beyonce offers this meditation on their union: The ups and downs are worth it/Long way to go but were working/Were flawed but were still perfect for each other, yeah yeah/Sometimes I thought wed never see the light/We went through Hell with Heaven on our side/This beach aint always been no paradise.

But many of their lyrics are straight-out boasting.

My success cant be quantified, Beyonce sings on the expletive-laden NICE, adding that if she cared about streaming numbers, wouldve put Lemonade up on Spotify. (Interestingly, though, Everything Is Love was briefly released exclusively on Tidal, the streaming service part-owned by the couple.

On Monday, it was made available on other platforms, including Spotify).

Jay-Z complains that he didnt win any of the eight Grammys he was nominated for in 2017.

But he also raps that he said no to the Super Bowl/You need me, I dont need you/Every night we in the end zone/Tell the NFL we in stadiums too..

Woven throughout are references to police brutality and systematic racism, such as the chorus of Black Effect: Get your hands up high like a false arrest/Let me see em up high, this is not a test.

Accompanying the album was an opulent music video for the track APESHIT that finds the couple lounging, wandering and finally partying in the Louvre in Paris, alone save for a group of dancers in nude bodysuits.

As the couple delight in their surroundings, the camera wanders to various paintings, most of them featuring white people.

The video is a study in juxtaposition: A juxtaposition between the fluid movements of the couple and the still paintings and statues.

A juxtaposition between the black and brown dancers and the white faces lining the walls.

A juxtaposition between art and reality.

Butler for Trello + FREE Board Template - Duration: 12:17.

Hello, everyone and welcome to the Keep Productive YouTube channel, my name is Francesco D'Alessio and welcome back to another video so today

We are looking at the trello powerup, which is called Butler for trello, butler spelt "b u t l e r"

And this application

Essentially is a workflow. Automation

Application for trello and can, be installed inside of any free trello account

And what i want to do today is demonstrate this experience and giving you a bit of an overview of?

What in actually dance as, well as the pricing and information that you need to know, so just be clear we're?

Going, to be looking at the free version of the butler experience inside of this video today so

Check out the pricing below, which will be in description as, well as at the end of the video so here?

We are this is my app, board

Shown on board the board for video calendar which i use for my youtube videos to tally up the ones that i've already done as

Well as the ones that i have planned for the future and as you can imagine

To, some extent that can get pretty messy and the reason, one i'm going to demonstrate on this sort of?

Board today is because this is my most active, board inside of?

My, trial of experience so as you can, see here the butler experience is available in the top right hand corner you

Click into it and it'll bring you up this experience first now just to let you know

Butler does require permissions via trello so once you get started you'll have to allow

That to your access to the account now

i Want to start off with rules because i think rules is a

Pretty neat, area that will save you a bit of time as you can imagine when you're starting up an account

You're, doing a few processes i'm like for example i know, when i create a?

New card for the future i'm always tending to be adding a label to it which is yellow

Because yellow is my indication that i have yet to film it and as you can imagine

It sort of adds up when you're sort of like creating a card than adding a label to it automatically

Does that sort of builds up so this is a rule that you can create

For any of your experiences for this demonstration i'm actually using it for community ideas i have a

Sorry i'm jumping for to-and-fro i have a community i spheres tab here

With any ideas that the community can, add to this board that sort of this list

Sorry inside of the board and all of those ideas appear here, so i've created

A rule to essentially make, sure that i'm always aware of this so for example you can see here

that i can

Edit this one to demonstrate the trigger is whenever a card is added to this list here

By, anyone and you can obviously set that by

Me or by anyone then automatically the actions are from the trigger is to add a. Yellow?

Yeah, add a yellow label, which is to film to it and automatically?

Join, the card so this is very helpful you can, add one or?

Multiple actions to a specific card, which is quite useful and a specific roles so for example i can, add?

more modifications i can

Add it to an additional label remove that label can do absolutely anything and a sticker to it and even look at

Completion and also as well as?

Whether i need, to subscribe to it or move it to different areas so that's quite helpful so let me demonstrate how

This, one works in practice so for example let's say somebody pops, along and they go okay?

You know, want to do a video on the freelancing apps

to, use and

I select off it you can see automatically the

Label has been created, which is pretty cool, so that's an instant one and as you can

See here i've just joined it without

Any need, so for example if anybody in the community comes on and they type, away

they'll automatically know it's been assigned to me to take a look at and of course then i get a notification through

My, phone that i need, to check this one out which is very helpful so if i know

That anyone

Else has come on in on board and actually done that so that's rules inside a partner

Inside a bot light you only get one rule per type so that's

One limit of one command for the free plan but you do obviously get an extended experience there so i want to demonstrate

These card, buttons card buttons are a way to add additional cards buttons

inside of a card

So, these will appear

inside surfers

If i go to this one you can see here the power up adds an extra button this is quite cool

So when i press this button?

the

Modification will come in so let, me just demonstrate it how. I've done it so let, me scroll across to

This, video here so i've just put up

Software poll which is the weekly news segment?

Now if i click into it it has got a due date because yesterday i had a due date too and i want to know

that that's important there so the card button have been created, to remove the due date automatically so if i click this one

The due date should go

There, we go the due date goes automatically and now just to some extent avoids me doing this change due date remove

So you've got a button specifically designed for that and of course this is really maybe not so amazing

example of it but as you can see here if i click edit the title i've titled it due dates gone

And you can, add it at the certain action and you can

Add lots more actions to it so if you press that button inside there it would do a multitude of things

Allowing, you a lot more access which is very very helpful, so that's just something to note and of course you can

Add many more of those areas there now, you're probably wondering, what's a

Board button, what differs from there so for example you can

Simply have a, board button and the board

Button will sit at the top right here so whenever i press this one something will happen

Which is quite call an action will happen in the board in this demonstration i'd hate sometimes when it does that

In this demonstration whenever i press test

it will automatically run the query and

Create testing with a label and me attached to it so that's something that you can

Demonstrate say for example you could i don't know, add like, new, tasks or i don't know

Something that really benefits your so lets

You, had let's say you had this as an inbox letter you, wanted to create a, new

Thing or you could just have a fixed, board query so for example if you

Wanted to maybe sort something based on dates for example

then you could

Do that all the way through that which is very helpful so if i go to board dates you can edit it here and

You could obviously add as many actions as you, want so you can create even new, lists you can arrange board

Say for example if you, wanted to arrange boards based on descending order and then you could

Do that as well that's really helpful you could move certain cards along

which is quite helpful or you could sort them based on more detailed stuff like list name

And due date so for example if you, wanted to get really detailed you can do this now just a note as

Well when you create one of any of the board buttons or cards you get these lovely icons, which you can

Add to it so for example if i change it to that and saved it

Then you can

See in the top right corner the nice thumb comes up there

So one final area that you're probably wondering, is what is scheduled sheduled is?

Essentially a place where you can, organize time or date based things inside of your trial account so for example

what it will do here is

Every you can set this to every single day it to create a new, card titled idea you can

See it here in the list community ideas and this can be useful if you've got like to do if you're

Using this for a to-do list for example

Let's say you have i don't know. A to-do list for today a list for today called today and you want

You know the date the date of the day actually or?

days

tasks

Available inside of today or even something routine like routine tasks ready for you to add more detail to and of course you can

Add and edit what actions you exactly have

And they're very similar to the actions that available in the board button and you can

Change the trigger to you can have it for every two weeks every three weeks and you

Want to add routine tasks to it let's say you want to add like check mot i don't know

Things like that then of course you can, do that quite quickly and also you've got due date as

Well i haven't actually started this one up yet you can create a due date so for example

wait let, me just sort of get my head around this because i actually haven't checked this one out yet but, basically

You can get a notification that's what it was you can get a notification

For example let's say you hand like loads of different cards and you

Want to set a due date trigger on those cards like to be notified two

Days, before the due day then you can, do that and that's very helpful, so that's something you can

Do even the moment the condors, do two, days before onward how

Many, working, days and you can, add an advanced level to based on filtering, which can get very intricate so if you're looking for intricacy

head there

But as you can imagine inside of this experience it's very limited in the free plan the free plan has

Some commands that you can intercept one command a type per area which is a bit of it sort of?

Fullback, so, we have the free account here let, me just overview. The pricing, um so the free account

Obviously no credit card acquired you have up to 25 command runs, per week

And we the way that you check this is you simply go to usage log, and it says your weekly quote quota it's 25 commands

Runs and 250 operations

You've used ten commands and 15 operations so far this week so it allows you to keep a tally of all of your activities

And that's per week so they obviously renew every single week?

And they'll tell you when you're hitting your usage limit now you get limited commands one of each type as, well as customer support

At naturally the other thing that you, do have is to pricing plans and you have team pricing plans as

Well and talk, about that in this video if you, want to go crazy with this in more advanced you can set up

2250 command runs per week and

2500 operations per week as, well as multiple commands and priority support, and that's ten dollars per month billed annually as

Well as a silver as, well as an annual price for that silver platter service as, well as royal treatment

Which is doubled our price at $20 per month but gives you a thousand, and five thousand operations, per week?

So that is much more intricate but as you can imagine if you're really, wanna kill trello counter crazy

Like, you, want to take all of the details on the boards

And make it really intricate then that is where you're going to be at sort of pricing the information so guys hopefully

That was a nice overview?

Of butler for trello let, me know in the comments below, whether you're

Using it and be great to hear you have me workflow

Set up there in the future i will probably explore this in more detail for example like, how

Use it in a to-do list situation if you are using to do this trello is your to-do list or even with

Some specifics and personally i will be exploring, how

To, do certain things inside of it and this might be a bit of a

Bad example because i've got tons of lists inside this board it's a very list focus, board, because i've got all the previous

stuff and all the future stuff so list titles always changing like for example i need to change june a 3 2

1. That's really how it wants you to get with it anyway guys thank you so much for stopping

By, today, make sure to hit subscribe if you're, brand, new and leave a comment if you have any notes below

Anyway, guys thank you so much for stopping. By, today, make sure to have a great week, Keep productive and I'll see you guys, very soon!

I lost her... | Millita Goes to Bali #2 - Duration: 7:09.

Background: We are going to Tanah Lot, a temple on the beach in the afternoon, so we can catch

the sunset. At the entrance there is a charge and parking. We would be just me and Lisa, because

Jordy had another job. I stay at the entrance. She continues on the road to park somewhere.

And I lose her.

I do not have internet, they do not have phone numbers to call. I do not know where I am. At all.

My only hope was that at some point Jordy would return and the entrance was a place

which they can not miss.

There are no videos for my current regret ...

I was facing a panic attack for at least 300 hours, as I felt the time at that moment.

At one point I connected to some miserable wifi internet and - Oh God! How relieved I was

I found out where she was, and that for a long time my name was called from the information office

but why does it need to be heard anywhere ...

I still wonder how we found each other in this whole crowd of people there

but I wonder more why I ever doubted everything would be fine ... as always

* Feel the subdued panic in my voice *

Tanah Lot?

We're in Bali!

we are ..

on the beach

one

one

temple

in Bulgarian

I'm starting to forget words in Bulgarian

even though...

so far I'm only 3 days here ..2 ..2 ..

I got lost a bit, so I could not catch any sunset

now everything is ugly

but I hope it was ugly too

I will now show you what is here

plus tourists

and this is Liza

Hello! Hello? (Ru)

How are you? (Ru)

Okay? (Ru)

Yes, they will understand

Yes, it is close to Russian .. (Bulgarian)

I do not know why

they wanted to take a picture with me a while ago as well

I think we are an attraction here

yes, I am a celebrity

because they have not seen a girl with ...

blond hair, yes ... this is always happening

have a look

an extremely cool place is here

and for our surprise there are almost no people

which means it's super good for sunset shots

Unfortunately, however

because of my loss I could not catch the sunset

and the pictures became very dark

and now we'll see if there's anything

after processing in Lightroom

because I'm shooting raw

which has some hope to save something

now let's enjoy

the rest of the sunset

as far as we can in this sad moment for me

and after today's tragic for my psyche day

I wanted to make a short video

as an end of these past 24 hours

with something I realize after a hurry like this one

is that no matter where you are and how cool the place is

everywhere you go mostly with yourself

with all your fears and worries

and

everything you are inside yourself

with all your forebodings

and problems

and they are definitely very much reflected

in any situation, especially in some such ..

extreme

for

you specifically

and in this case

you have two options

to leave the emotion

and to ruin your future moments

or use it to change that thing, and never again let it happen to you

or at least

not so often

in both cases it will not be pleasant feeling

and this is ok

its ok not to feel well in a place where you should feel good

it's okay to feel off, to feel awkward, to ...

to wanna cry, to get angry, and so on.

however absurd it may sound

it's ok to be at place you thought you would like and to dislike it

it's ok..

everyone else to like it except you

generally

absolutely everything you feel in a place (and in life in general) is ok

and you just have to take advantage of the moment

and to..

use this emotion

to build yourself

and I'm talking some clever things here

but in fairy tales I am so good

the second thing I learned today

is that if you go outside Europe

where roaming is

the Internet in roaming is

insanely expensive, at the cost of half a kidney per megabyte

be sure

that your phone is unlocked for foreign sim cards

because today I bought a card for

5 gigabytes think .. internet

and the iphone screamed that Telenor had locked it up and could not use it

nice

tomorrow we are leaving for the most western part of Bali

to see their national park

I did not include it on my list

honestly, I have no idea what to expect,

but I hope it will surprise me pleasantly

and

to be more lucky with the photos than today
